Windsor is Captivated by the Missoula County DA

At a meeting with DA Jennifer Clark to go over jury instructions, Bill claimed he is starting to have a change of heart.

"William M. Windsor reports that he has a new viewpoint on things after the meeting...
Bill Windsor wants to believe that Jennifer Clark and Chris Shermer are not corrupt.  They say they aren't, and Bill wants to believe them.  They looked him straight in the eye and said they are not corrupt"
Here is the thing Bill.....they aren't corrupt.  Neither is Judge Haynes, Judge Larson, Patrick Wilson, Judge Carroll or Judge Thrash.  All of them are over worked, understaffed and are taking a pay cut over what they could be making in the private sector because they are public servants. They are all doing what they can to protect the public from the bad guys. Which of course brings them on the opposite side of you.  Mrs. Clark didn't make you drive all the way up from Georgia to Montana to stalk Sean Boushie.  She didn't force you to film and document your stalking episode and then post it on youtube for the world to see giving the judges in MT then no other choice but to grant the PPO in favor of Boushie.  She didn't force you to take out a website in Boushie's name and then defame him on it  She didn't force you to violate that order after it was issued. YOU Bill Windsor are the corruption and dishonesty you keep circling the nation looking for. YOU are what is wrong with our legal system.  Mrs Clark and Judge Haynes must enforce the law....the law you violated. Judge's orders and the rule of law must be upheld, or whats to deter you and the legion of other would be stalkers from continuing that criminal activity?
Even when Bill is sorta complimenting the DA.....he can't keep from still making a snide joke:
"Bill Windsor met with Missoula County Prosecuting Attorney, Jennifer Clark, today.  Captain Bill Burt of the Missoula County Sheriff's Department, Investigator Chris Shermer of the Missoula County Police Department, and Judge Tyler Dugger of the University of Montana Law School class were all there."
He just can't stand Tyler Dugger.  How dare some kid point out Bill's numerous transgressions. Tyler is 21, Bill is 66.6 years old, therefore he has disqualified Tyler's work, all of it.
Well it didn't take long for Bill's endearment to the DA to wear off.  This morning we are back to a full dose of tin foil:

"Bill Windsor's stalkers have located his hotel in Missoula Montana.
It is reported that they obtained the information from the Missoula County Attorney's Office...
Bill Windsor has emailed Jennifer Clark, the prosecuting attorney, to ask if her office gave the hotel information to anyone as the Joeys claim.
Just when William M. Windsor wanted to believe that Jennifer Clark was not corrupt.
So, looks like Bill needs to move."

What the hell are you talking about?  No one is stalking you, no one cares where you are. The "Joeys", whatever that is, aren't saying anything about hotel information or what not. No one cares....you have an ankle bracelet, the only people that need to know where you are do know. Bill is in full desperation mode trying to get someone to do something to him so he can play the victim.  Maybe he will get back to setting up his "sting" operations since he can't seem to illicit someone to stalk him by any other means.

  1. Wow!! Awesome article! Stated perfectly--point blank--take responsibility for your actions Windsor, and stop blaming everyone else. Great Job Ginger!!

  2. While I don't know or care if he's in the same place, it was only about a week ago that Bill published his own court correspondence that included his current hotel. If that's what he's talking about, he's a moron. And, we all knows he's a dramatic little baby.

And that is the reason everyone should leave Bill alone. There is no need to give him such an opportunity.

    1. Agreed.
No one should post stupid jokes, because Windsor uses them as his "evidence." Even though there is no merit to them--other than to raz him--and as Susan likes to brag about them feeding "us" bait--Windsor is the notorious one to take the bait and uses it to play semantics, so he can pretend he's the victim. Problem is, Windsor has never been a victim of anything. He's the perpetrator--the "sting" maker, and everything under the sun that represents a totally corrupt human.

My suggestion is "Don't feed the trolls."

    2. ROTFLMAO
Windsor has long passed doofus & entered into the beyond moron realm.
Unless Windsor or one his flunkies are within one of his targets' city limits? No one with ½ a brain cell functioning cares where is or who he & the multiple Bills are with!
It's not a closely guarded national secret that he's confined within a small area in Montana (thank you Montana, my sincere gratitude combined with my sympathies for y'all being stuck with him).
Duh, maybe, just a hunch, but if Windsor didn't use his Fakebook page & his own .com as his #DearDiary? No one except for him & the law enforcement agency monitoring his ankle GPS would know where he is/was!
I, personally, saw far more of his goofy tank ass than I ever wanted to! Windsor is beyond delusional IF he 'thinks' I (or any of the defendants in his dismissed lawsuit from EllisCounty) would take a step to seek him out. Seriously? Bwahahahahahahahaha! If? So inclined, one only has to use 3 or less clicks via their device, from the comfort of their home, to read Windsor 'tell' where he is, what he's doing, what he ate, blah blah blah!
The most hilarious part to me? That 3rd & 4th person ish he uses in his 'all about poor pitiful me' *articles*! Cracks me up!
As I scanned over the past coupla days' worth last night? I got really tickled wondering if he thinks to himself "Bill? Bill thinks that Bill should brush Bill's teeth. Bill has poor dental health already, so Bill? Get Bill to get Bill to not only brush, but make sure Bill flosses!" How many freaking Bills is Bill or Bill or Bill talking to/about?
One of the Bills should really clue in the other Bills that he's hilarious when he isn't really trying!

    1. From Rebecaca--"Sansone and Sansone[10•] examined the relationship between stalking and borderline personality disorder. Stalking consists of chronic, repeated, unwanted nuisance behaviours by an offender, which have adverse psychological and/or physical effects on victims. Because borderline personality disorder is characterized by a pattern of unstable and intense interpersonal relationships coupled with frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment, one might expect this personality disorder to be prominent amongst stalkers. The authors report that previous studies have examined the prevalence of axis II disorders amongst stalkers but grouped them all together or just reported on cluster B as a cluster. The prevalence of borderline personality disorder has not often been reported on specifically. They located five studies between 1995 and 2008 that reported rates of borderline personality disorders amongst samples of stalkers. Four studies found prevalence between 4 and 15%. They consisted of three studies of forensic populations and one of patients who stalked their psychiatrist. A fifth study, of women in the USA looking at retrospective cases of mental health and law enforcement professionals, where having a conviction was not necessary to be included in the study, found a rate of 45%, with borderline personality disorder being the most common diagnosis. The authors pointed out that the rates are likely to vary because of the different methodologies and sample types. They concluded that the differing rates may suggest that stalkers who end up in mental health treatment and forensic settings are more likely to suffer from axis I disorders, in contrast to community samples of less severe stalking, where a significant minority of individuals appear to suffer from borderline personality disorder. I don't like people who bully my friends. Have a fabulous day Bill - I just got a pedi and mani - hair next. Then perhaps lay in the sun and read my favorite books."

Doesn't she already have a judgment against her for playing internet games?

  13. Windsor, in his new rant about SB where he's supposedly "proving" his claim, fails to provide the metadata to the emails he allege came from SB. Even for the ones that have an associated document called "Email Header", well, Windsor intentionally (or Cox intentionally) did *not* include the portion of the metadata that contains the IP address of the sender. Is this not evidence tampering? Intentionally leaving out information that could (and likely would) prove the SB was *not* the sender?

The metadata is the first thing I'd use as "proof", but even then, since that can be modified by the sender (and the recipient), it would have to be verified by experts, and BW (& Cox) are far from experts at anything aside from causing people misery.

But, he's hoping the LEO's and attorneys & judges are as ignorant as his followers, and they'll fall for his ruse.

Even IF I believed Boushie sent that first email--what was in there? A please leave me the hell alone, and remove all your defamatory content--along with a plethora of domain's Cox put the content on.

HELLOOOOOO it doesn't take rocket scientist to see that Cox instigated the entire thing. Just like it doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that Windsor ganged up with her to continue on. 2. Bill is really confused. He thinks the upcoming trial is him as prosecutor and Boushie as the defendant. He better look at the docket a little closer. Did your vehicle receive any type of damage such as a bullet hole or holes? Did you call 911 or file a police report of the incident?

    1. "Learn about the possibility that William M. Windsor will die in a Montana prison."

This is what this is all about. Bill knows he will spend the rest of his life in prison and he's scared. He needs people to think it will be murder so that he can get attention. The reality is the only way he will be murdered in prison will be if he's as big a prick to the other inmates as he is to everyone else, and someone gets fed up with it. Just like Jeffry Dahmer, if he is murdered it will be a wrong action by an inmate, but everyone will feel bad for the inmate for having to deal with the SOB everyday. But the reality is that the more desperate Bill becomes the more stress he places on his sick body and his sick mind. A stroke, heart attack, or the suicide of a man who refuses to face consequences, should not be ruled out as the cause of his impending death.

This is Bill's swan song. Instead of settling his affairs he is trying to post his evidence to make himself a martyr, but it won't work. He's maybe even betting on the media exposure once he's incarcerated. Where is Barbara to defend her man of 40 years if she only divorced him for her safety? Everything he is doing now shows him as a high likely to re-offend and he will not be released on parole. Where is she to beg for leniency? And now only in the final moments as the clock ticks down does Bill ask her to defend him, after previously saying his wife was to sick to testify in Maid of the Mist. That was a marriage of convenience and wealth, not love. His nightmares are true. No one loves him and no one will miss him. After awhile, we will all forget about him too.

    2. It's a good thing Bill enjoyed Walter's public funeral so much, because there will not be a service for Bill. Was Wendy really helping him or was she there to protect the family fortune? Will his family claim his body? He made mention of his desires, but if his Will was not drafted by a licensed attorney then (especially being in jail and if his family does not come forward) then his wishes may not be honored. There are some illnesses that can only be diagnosed post-mortem so Bill has an interest in being cremated to hide his true medical condition. The Windsors would also want him cremated to protect themselves from legal damages if it is ever found that they knew he was sick. Either way, there will be no wrongful death suit. Unclaimed prison inmates may be buried in small prison plots. If there is a strong reason to think he has certain medical illnesses then the state may want his brain tissue to research a cure. Could you imagine the whole world has forgotten him, except the lab where his last cells will be in a petrie dish: photographed, poked, prodded and labeled as defective for all eternity.

      Delete
    3. And one last thought: it is very telling that he talks about his murder but has announced that he wants to be cremated without an autopsy. His need to cover his butt while engaged in attention seeking behavior has painted himself into a corner: Bill is saying that even if he is murdered, and he believes he will be, that HE DOES NOT WANT THE MURDER INVESTIGATED.

  16. Yup. Windsor actually put this on his blog as "evidence": "Lawless America Videos in Montana, Exhibit = Bill Windsor sting of Sean Boushie at the University of Montana."

That's what this is all about, Windsor. You have no right to just up and decide to sting someone. It's called stalking. Do you think anyone could get away with that sort of thing against an ex-spouse? No. Why? Because it's creepy stalky behavior. You continue to hand the prosecution everything they need to convict you.

    1. LOL sure he will. He did in TX. When someone caught his eye, he'd look at the Judge and ask him to make that person state their name. I think he said something like "I believe that is a joey." I believe he was more focused on who was in the room, than his civil case that meant so much to him.

How many "Joeys" will be in MT? Do you think his brain will be able to focus on the trial long enough to forget that ALL those people sitting in there might be "Joeys?" How many "Joeys" ended up on the Jury? When he's convicted do you think he'll file an appeal, claiming he "Knows" and has "Irrefutable proof" that the Jury was compromised? That "Joeys" somehow "got to" the jury, or were "Joeys" themselves, or are married to "Joeys?"

I just can't believe how far he's going to make this a trial by FB and his dot com. without realizing how damning this really is to his case. But, like others speculate, he's doing this on purpose. This could very well be his swan song, which is why he's making sure the noose it really tight. It's the only way he can get out of the predicament he put himself in--and come out like the Martyr for the cause. Only problem is, those that he thinks will lift him up to Martyr status will fail, there won't be any media attention, and everyone will just go on with their lives. (Proof is in his absence when he went to jail. They all went on to other groups, and there were literally 5 people who posted on his page, then even they stopped. Several had no idea what happed to him, or even if the mug shot was real or how many times he was in jail. They don't care. I bet it's about 10-20 people consistently interacting with him, but how many of those are mentally ill? Documented ill? 19?

I see it this way. Drama King Windsor is "writing" or "playing out" his "climax" now. Problems remains, it was never a movie!

Does Windsor really believe if he "publishes" one of his "articles" that it really authenticates his version/lie of his stalking, flak jacket wearing expedition to Montana? That trip where he was paper wadded assaulted, that he filmed himself watching Mr Boushie's truck, etc etc... When the police were telling him to skedattle? That's my personal fav! Windsor referred to it as "the climax to his movie!". What movie? Where? YouTube clips are movies?
To supposedly be so busy #ProSe-ing self & getting ready for the #TrialOfTheCentury? BigVexi is doing virtual Fakebook & Lawless backflips to get any of his doofused posse even ½ ass interested! Floridzilla is praying, so I suppose that counts

What is believable is that Cox got herself into enough trouble to make national news and is now exploiting herself (along with the rape victims) in a vain attempt to push Bill into the limelight. Cox is not believable and like Windsor, she isn't even likable.

  19. Does Bill even read what he pastes probably not;

    “Crystal,

I have reviewed all of the materials on the links you have provided. Although I sympathize with the unfortunate situation that appears to exist on the Internet between you and Mr. Boushie, none of his activity appears to violate a federal criminal law (the limit of the FBI's jurisdiction). You certainly may have civil remedies for libel or damage to your business based upon his Internet comments, but you'd have to ask a personal attorney about that.

The only possible exception, would be the death threat you allude to, but I haven't seen the content or context of that communication. A decision as to whether that threat would constitute a prosecutable federal crime would ultimately fall to the United States Attorney's Office, not the FBI (we merely investigate). However, from my 15 years experience, I know that such charges are rarely brought, especially in circumstances such as this.

Unfortunately, as uncomfortable as it is, I am not aware of any federal criminal statute which would prevent someone from searching your name and address on the Internet, or posting nasty opinions or statements about you on websites. In short, if you want some relief, your best course would be to seek the assistance of a civil lawyer.

Sorry I can't do more to help, but our federal jurisdiction really is very limited, and the First Amendment makes it (appropriately) very difficult to limit speech on the Internet.

Hope you are safe, and this situation can be resolved.

  21. Bill's supporters seem to think that if they use lots of words that they will some how sound official, rather than full of it. Numb-nuts posted this on Ripoff Report in a failed attempt to defend him:

"Even if Mr. Windsor were to be proven incorrect on the points he believes forms his opinion that judicial corruption exists, there would still not be a reason to discredit him as a rip-off. The only allegations that could potentially meet that standard are the money he’s taken in as charity. I suggest Mr. Windsor show his expenses in the attempted creation of Lawless America, versus the funds he’s received, and if possible, even an accounting of how those funds were spent. Mr. Windsor will have an audio conference on May 26, 2015 at 7pm CST, and I plan to be there."

Let me tell you about BSA. In order to obtain a loan from a bank a business must turn over the following documents: Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Articles of Association, Partnership Agreement, Trust Instrument, and the Letters of Administration. The organization must have a physical address and must give the bank the primary activity of the business. Refusal to turn over any of this information will not only disqualify the business from receiving the loan, but it will also mean the business will be flagged for government investigation to see if they are laundering money, trafficking drugs, supporting terrorist activity, or engaging in any other illegal activity. For-profit businesses and non-profit businesses also have documents that they must provide to the public when asked. The fact that Bill Windsor has refused to turn over any of these documents to the public, to Law Enforcement and to the courts is proof positive that he is engaging in illegal activity.

      Delete
    2. Sean,
I think you may have smoked too many cigars and are most likely wrong about your assertion. Windsor was in Georgia and using "Whistleblower Productions" as a DBA ("Doing Business As").

Here's the relevant bit from the link below:

      4) Filing a Fictitious Name (DBA):

To operate a business in Georgia under a business name that is different from your own name, you must register a fictitious name with the Clerk of the Superior Court in the county where you conduct business. A fictitious name filing of Doing Business As allows you to operate a sole proprietorship or general partnership under a business name. You do not have to file a DBA if your business is a nonprofit, corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership. These entities can register their business names as part of the articles of incorporation they file with the Corporations Division

      [Source:.http://www.sba.com/georgia/licenses-permits/ ]

Whether or not Windsor actually filed articles of incorporation of this DBA within an established Georgia corporation is another question and an open one.

      (see: http://sos.ga.gov/index.php/?section=corporations).

Could Windsor get a business loan for a DBA? Most likely he could because if he ollowed the law it's not illegal on its face as you imply.

On the other hand, the person who wrote on the Rip-off blog is simply WRONG about the law and fraud. Fraud can be both civil and criminal, and there's basically two varieties, viz, actual and constructive. I don't have time to go into detail right now, but Windsor broke the law every which way you can imagine.

    3. Right well it brings up questions the lemmings are too stupid to ask and that Bill labels defamatory so he does not answer. He is suing over a loss of his expected profit which means he expected to make money from other people's tragedies. A grave robber, if you will. So he is claiming Lawless America is a business, and he has also claimed he didn't have money to finish the movie. So why didn't Bill the "serial entrepreneur" ever walk into a bank and take out a loan to finish his "movie"? He knows how to get a loan, right? After all he claims he's founded better than 50 companies, and even Donald Trump has taken out loans. So we are talking about an entire area of how to legally obtain money for projects (if you are a legal company as Bill and the lemmings insist) that Bill NEVER attempted. Instead he let the Lemmings dig for pocket change to donate to him, and they love him for this.

      1) GRIP
      2) The Revolutionary Party
      3) Lawless America
      4) Whistleblower Productions

Why would someone need so many different names like that? Is that to throw off the IRS? Or is this just a bad habit from his past with other shell game type operations? Why didn't he trademark any of them? Well, he tried after he'd been caught in the Lawless Lie, but even the trademark division saw through his Billshit and wouldn't allow it because it wasn't what he said it was. Then in a spiffy twist he let the Delaware company filing with Barbara registered go? Seems he just got too big headed and couldn't cover all his tracks anymore. Certainly this stuff would have been mentioned in court--when suing for damages and all for non existent crap.

    7. Actually ANON @ 7:08 Must have missed the bus. Windsor has not legal entity tied to the name Whistleblower Productions at all. Just like Lawless America Association the 501c3 was operated in a manner that was against the law, ethics, and was breaking all rules to include evading paying taxes in Delaware and filed a false affidavit of what it was doing for a Trademark.

    8. I am still wondering how one could sell part of business in 2000 to the Washington Post for millions and 2 years later file for bankruptcy owing over 500,000 to them and 600,000 or more for a washing trade show company that was owed a promissory note and then make a claim of 90,000 in pay to yourself as the CEO. That is interesting stuff. No wonder Windsor's business partners in his ordeal back then were involved in a pension fund fraud and all were being sentenced to jail.

      Delete
    9. Actually Sean, it's clear you're still smoking those turds you claim are facts. I didn't claim Windsor was running Whistleblower Productions legitimately; I wrote he could have set it up as a DBA in Georgia under another entity, and that is accurate. I don't know if he did or not, and I'll guess you don't know either. The fact he was clearly running Lawless America Association illegally is beyond dispute, but that fact is irrelevant to the point I was making.

I know you won't be able to grasp the subtly of the point, but then again, your school bus was so short you rode in the driver's lap.

Neither was successful in actions against others, whereas others were nearly always successful in actions against Cox and Windsor. Still Bill posts column miles of that crap as what? Proof of his innocence?

Precedence, Bill, when active in court at all, follows the findings of previous courts. Without exception it favors the winners of cases and actions, not the losers. Cox's history before judges is filled with words, "Denied," and "Closed," and findings for her legal opponents. Just like yours, Bill.

Looks to this uninvolved reader of that 4 part Crystal Cox stuff you just posted that the courts in Montana know Ms. Cox very well, and not in a favorable way. Yes, Bill Windsor, but here's the thing: it's not astonishing to anyone else and it won't be astonishing to a Jury. The jury will find that it makes perfect sense. No wait. The jury WOULD find that if they were allowed to view any of it, but they won't be. None of this will be included in the criminal trial against you, Bill. You only have 3 days to defend yourself. Either with donation requests, or telling them they didn't get their backstories in to him, but there will most likely be some kind of sidestep to negate from his failure. (at this point in the game, a wise lemming would question why Windsor has spent so much money on bailing out inmates, and filing litigation that wasn't necessary, traveling ie fleeing, gas, cars, etc but there are no wise lemmings.) He will most likely not address the fact that he said the "movie" was going to be released several times PRIOR to his stalking trips and various BS civil suits. Then he'll focus on Boushie, the "Joeys," the DA's, Judges etc and finish out with some morbid, woe is me comment about how this could very well be the last time they hear from him, as he is being framed, and will most likely die in a MT Jail. Who'd have EVER thought Darash was easier to listen to? AND far more interesting?
NLA & Darash have managed to assist Windsor in appearing & sounding way behind Ned in the 1st grade! They at least have organized, gotten their little official state seals & whatever other #SovCitz goodies it takes!! And? No Bangledeshi were hoodwinked in the process! Bwahahahahahahahaha!

"Bill? Have you thought of joining up with NLA?" *best comment ever*

  39. That was a pathetic turn out. He's done. He's got no one who believes in him really, except the really mentally ill. It sounded like he even knew it. On his FB, he can pretend to tolerate their silliness, but on the phone, he just cant contain his true feelings and it's so clear.

He's still got a vendetta against the world. It's eating him alive and he just doesn't see it. All he has really now to keep him warm at night is the burning hatred for our Government, those he labels "haters" and anyone who just doesn't see life as unfair and corrupt as he does. It's over. He's toast and he knows it. His lies will not work to get him out of this--this time.

      B) Yes, Windsor is toxic. He has so much negative energy flowing through every part of his body, he can't contain it any longer. His body is now colluding against him--revolting--telling him to STFU or it will shut down. But no, Windsor will continue to fight even against himself.

"Rebecca McLaughlin-- Shamans would probably say that is a good thing - get all that horrible toxic energy out of your body! Systems theorist may beleive the same thing. I am not sure."

    5. It's bad diet, stress and most likely, self medication on top of whatever medical conditions at his age. He is most likely diabetic or pre-diabetic. Sugar is addictive and it has been linked to Alzheimers or what some theorize may be diabetes type 3. He has complained about GI symptoms since at least way back when Schied had to hold his hair for him while he puked in Missouri. Now either that's stress or that's an addiction/withdrawal to whatever chemicals. His weight may not be just fat, but may also be retention of fluids due to salt intake, lack of exercise/sleep and/or kidney/liver malfunction. Lack of sleep is related to mood/brain disorders, heart attacks, obesity and high cholesterol. He's a sick puppy. He's killing himself. A Shaman would not recommend he simply throw up and go about his merry way, and a systems theorist would know better than to see only 1 night of vomit as the issue.

    6. Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional. That said, I agree - Windsor's in trouble physically. He has a poor diet (as he's proud of telling the world on FB); exercises very little, if at all, from what I've seen; and he's obese. The hand tremors he's having could be related to Parkinson's disease or something similar - which is exacerbated by stress. The G.I. symptoms aren't a good sign either. If he's been having them for this long, he needs to see a specialist ASAP. His body knows it, even if Windsor doesn't: He's in trouble. BIG trouble, both legal and physical.

  40. So basically what I gathered from last nights woe is me talkshoe is Windsor was attempting to excuse his stalking on 'the movie.' He wanted the 10 or so lemmings who tuned in, to believe he's completely innocent and he has the right to 'stalk' as long as he can claim it was for the movie. All the alleged evidence he claims he has between he and Cox is pointless for litigation and only for flaming purposes.

Next, when RI caca got on the phone, Windsor stated that he had the bond money for TX (that was 100K) but caught himself, and sidestepped that issue to state he had 10K cash on him when he was arrested in ID. Fine, he had (based on what he said) 10K on his person, not that he didn't have access to much more. His entire claim about not making the movie is that he didn't have the money. He needs investors, or another person to come in and take it over. Still, how does this negate the fact that Windsor did not finish it? He had enough money to pay the MOM litigation 100K during the tour. He had another 100K to bail out of TX. If his claim is about lack of funds....that's BS. He also wants to claim that his reputation is ruined now, which will make it harder for someone to work with him, but he'll hand over the reins and just be a helper. Again, his reputation has nothing to do with it. He's still looking for someone else to take the liability IMO. I believe the real issue is the fact that Windsor doesn't want the liability of putting out this movie, and he used far too many excuses along the way as to why he couldn't finish it--when he very well could have all along.

Also interesting is how he stated that he would look into the NLA because "we" don't like them. Lets see, Windsor claimed he didn't really mean "Citizen Grand Juries" when he wrote it and said it, numerous times. Now he is using other terms like "Special regulatory Grand Juries." (or whatever he said) Any term that isn't "Grand Jury" is a makeshift version of the Sov Cit rhetoric "Citizen Grand Juries." I find it hilarious that the Sov Cit's are so scared to admit they are Sov Cit's, that they think writing and stating they're NOT, but still marching down the road with the same exact playbook is enough to snow everyone. Darish and his ilk are filing charges against people. Windsor made this exact same promise after DC and failed to follow through. Now, just like with the movie, he's stepping aside to push his people to others so he doesn't have to follow through--and someone else takes the liability for him. Nice leader hu?

  41. Even more hilarious: "John" urging Windsor to release his raw footage on the Internet, "and leave the editing to a future generation." John said Windsor set himself up by promising a movie (or something to that effect). Uh, John? Windsor's already got his raw footage out there — and still, no one cares. See https://www.youtube.com/user/lawlessamerica/videos.

43 listeners to that "show" — that's even fewer than I expected. Anon 10:04 is right: Windsor's done. Utterly and completely. I just bet Windsor's sick — it's all falling apart on him VERY fast, and some deep, unacknowledged part of his mind knows it. And at this point, given all Windsor's done, I doubt the judge will be inclined to show mercy in sentencing, even given Windsor's age.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yeah, that was funny. Facepalm funny. Raw footage? Do these people not even see what Windsor posts? That is all there is, and Windsor has even said it himself, they're not edited. Like this one:
      " Published on Nov 30, 2012
Interview: Alicia Miller with Bill Windsor of Lawless America.
This is unedited video filmed for Lawless America. The Movie."

Of those 43 listeners last night? How many were "Joeys?" And "Joeys" being anyone not a lemming.

Under some of the videos Windsor had this posted--Big empty promises. Is there a disclaimer that it's a big "IF" he has the money? "IF" he finds an investor? No, no disclaimers, just "IS" being produced and "WILL BE SHOWN."

"One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals. In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone interviewed for the film recorded a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and the revolutionary Party. The legislators in each state are receiving the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide."

      Another lie:
"LEGAL NOTICE: LAWLESS AMERICA IS A TRADEMARK. THE NAME AND LOGO MAY NOT BE USED WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM BILL WINDSOR"

Uh, no it's not. (Got the screenshot that shows "DEAD.") Never was--and claiming it was, when you applied, appealed, and appealed still didn't make it trademarked. Just like Windsor is NOT a "Producer/Director." Pending crap doesn't count.

    2. "Vic Fedorov-- Bill I enjoyed listening to everyone.

Do you use montana's article 2 section 4 bill of rights?

Section 4. Individual dignity. The dignity of the human being is inviolable. No person shall be denied the equal protection of the laws. Neither the state nor any person, firm, corporation, or institution shall discriminate against any person in the exercise of his civil or political rights on account of race, color, sex, culture, social origin or condition, or political or religious ideas."

Because clearly all this persecution of you is retaliation for a movie exposing judges. As well as retaliation for your right to sue libelers, which is section 7 of the montana state constitution.

You are protected by many laws that dont really protect well. But I see you as particularily protected by section four in that you are denied protection by laws because you are excercising your true and ignored political views."

      "Bill Windsor-- Excellent point, Vic."

Sorry Vic, Windsor already stated there isn't a movie because he doesn't have the money to finish it. Attempted pawning onto someone else, doesn't make it a reality for Windsor. If hinging the "defamation/libel" on the "Movie" and being silenced or made fun of for your failures around it--again IMO, you're SOL. There. Is. No. Movie. Therefore the claim of being denied you're rights is VOID.

"Political Views"? Would those be the abandon ones he testified to in a TX court?

  42. Wow. The hubris Windsor has is reminiscent of that displayed by Joey Dauben on the eve of his Corsicana trial for multiply counts of sexual contact with a minor child (or something similar). Anyone else remember the "photo shoot" Joey conducted while in front of the Navarro County courthouse?

For a while, I thought the judge might take it easy on Bill, given his age and the absence of any previous felony conviction. I thought he might get 4-6 months in county jail, followed by a lengthy probation. His attitude, however, has seriously undermined my confidence in that outcome. I think it entirely likely the man might be facing at least one year, maybe as many as four in prison for this crap, particularly if he runs the same routine he ran in Ellis County during his criminal trial. The judge will have little tolerance for that kind of waste of his time.

I also think a previous commenter hit the nail on the head when he noted that Windsor needs to check the docket and realize it is the State of Montana v. Windsor, not Windsor v. Boushie. He's putting all of his eggs in a justification defense basket that I just don't think will fly because it cannot provide a satisfactory answer to the question of why, if he thought Sean Boushie was threatening and stalking him, he thought it would be a good idea to get in a car, drive more than halfway across the country, and show up at Boushie's home and place of employment. The inability to provide a satisfactory answer to that question will undermine his entire case.

I also think he will irritate a jury and lose all credibility with them shortly into the trial. Juries don't like their time wasted by fantastic stories that have little basis in reality, by self-aggrandizement, or by being lied to.

I typically tell clients and witnesses that juries run on a "three strikes" rule. If you try to fib or fabricate or even guess (if you are incorrect in your guess), a jury might forgive the first misstatement as a mistake. They might even forgive a second misstatement, though it will certainly color their opinion of you. If you get caught making a third misstatement/fib/lie/fabrication, the jury will essentially shut you out and presume that you are lying about any key issues for which you offer testimony. In my opinion, once Windsor starts getting into some of his stupid conspiracy theories or tries to float stupid claims like the whole "sting" operation or the "exploding car from a near miss gunshot" crap, he will lose credibility with the jury and likely never regain it.

He needs to take a plea bargain, but I'm relatively confident his ego won't allow it.

This will not end well for him.

    1. Windsor stated he's proud to be a Vexatious litigant. His definition of Vexatious is far different that the real definition. But, he's proud of it.

Did anything he said yesterday sound like a remorseful man? No. I'd think a jury will view his lack of remorse, his continued belligerence and mocking of the charges as how his actions would continue towards the victim(s) upon a not guilty verdict. Of the Lawless-- this is the constant attitude. Failure to acknowledge any wrong doings, continued blaming of others, zero accountability.

Windsor had one excuse after the other last night. One of the more notable ones was his excuse as to why he blatantly violated Judge Cindy's order to either be IN her court or IN custody in MT on that specific date. No, he wants to play word games and claim moseying up there at his leasure was acceptable. He knew the date of the next hearing, when he agreed to Judge Cindy's terms. IMO the court/Wilson didn't need to send any further reminder to him about the court date. He knew, and he posted that while moseying around the US, several people told him NOT to turn himself in. He also is attempting to blame the MT Prosecutor saying something like, they were communicating on his turn in date. No. Judge Cindy's orders had nothing to do with the prosecutor. They were clear. A or B. Not C, D, E and or F.

He just solidified his criminal case as far as I can tell. GUILTY.

    2. Great points, MrSpkr. Courts are supposed to view each trial anew from the date it starts. That is, the defendant calling the Judge or Prosecutor names, etc, is supposed not to influence the cause of Justice.

Well, courts and their primary officers do pretty good at upholding those ideals - a heck of a lot better than I could ever do, anyway. Everyone else associated with the trial have no such obligations. Windsor has made it so that his trial is anticipated with some amount of joy in that town. He's made it so that clerks and other government office workers want to see him get what he has coming. (that is, all the stuff that comes with getting to know Windsor, even a little)

And, while Judges and Prosecutors have the thick skins that the fairness of the system requires, Windsor has given them other reasons to increase his perceived debt to Justice. Again, Windsor has attacked people way down the ladder of authority. We have to assume that at least some of those people are loved, and that the Judge and the Prosecutor might feel at least a little protective of them. There's also the matter of Windsor blowing this whole thing up to where it is costing the taxpayer a pretty penny. A three day jury trial ain't cheap.

Windsor (we must assume unintentionally, stupidly) has done every single thing necessary to make a fairly harsh sentence plausible (understandable, warranted) to higher courts upon review. They can throw the book at him and it will stick.

Worst of all, Windsor has made the day he receives that sentence a happy day for Missoula, the University and the State of Montana. Who doesn't enjoy seeing a pompous windbag and con man get punctured? He could have avoided every bit of that, and very easily. Too late now.

    From From http://lawlessamerica.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1627:bill-windsor-files-new-criminal-charges-against-sean-boushie&catid=1:latest-news:

"On May 27, 2015, William M. Windsor filed 22 criminal charges against Sean Boushie with the Missoula Police Department and the Missoula County Attorney's Office.

"We shall now see if these folks are the wonderful law-abiding civil servants who I hope they are...

"You have me charged with five crimes, all of which were set up by the criminal acts of Sean Boushie. Unless some higher powers have told you to pursue these actions against me, you have a duty to confirm that Sean Boushie is the criminal. And, his crimes are much more serious than what you have charged me with. So, go arrest him."

    1. Yeah, Windsor is hoping that he can bully his way around several glaring missing facts. One, Windsor has NO proof or evidence of his allegations, He's claiming he's got what? Emails? Not proof. The dreaded wads of paper that are "assault?" Oh please. This is beyond ludicrous now.

On the other hand, Boushie had solid proof and evidence of Windsor's stalking, harassment and threats that anyone would be afraid of, based on the comments and actions made by Windsor. Windsor's own videos, showing the fat farce standing at his work, in his work wearing a bullet proof vest, pictures of inside his work right by his departments door, the video's of him getting irked that the newspaper wasn't jumping at the box of dead trees he figured he could bury them under. See, Windsor's only hope in life, is to find some idiot that will simply take his word, and ignore the acts that created this entire mess to begin with.

Example: Windsor clamed he bought a gun due to "too many crazies." He's called Boushie and all us "haters" crazy. Hello...oh-- then we have Windsor, who posted a boasting article about being delayed on his WAY TO MONTANA because of his frivolous suit with Allie, but that he would make ONE MORE STOP as he headed to MONTANA to get the gun permit. Now, recently, Windsor posted that Boushie lied about the gun, and that he never had the gun on him, it was at home with the little Mrs. Except why would anyone say they needed to get a permit for a gun that wasn't in their possession? AND why would Windsor leave the gun with the wife that allegedly kicked him out, and he had to load ALL his stuff up before he left in April? Yeah, that is a quandary hu? It was a threat! It was a clear message to Boushie,(and others) that he was coming to MT and he was getting a permit for that gun.

See, it's these little tid bits that Windsor fails to acknowledge as his very own threats, which is in part why Boushie got the order of protection and Windsor fell flat on his big, fat, bloated face each and every time he waddled into a police station to "File Charges." Dumbass! File charges!! Bahahaha

  50. Been thinking about Windsor's chances and the things he's done to improve them (nothing). I wonder if he'll run again. Okay, GPS bracelet. Just an inconvenience. It will tell them *when* someone runs (cuts it off, etc), within hours, thus improving their chances for re-capture. Again, just an inconvenience. I also imagine it's a crime to remove it, in addition to running, but Bill would probably think,

"What the hell? They're corrupt. What difference does one more charge make?"

Listen, the man knows he's incapable of mounting an adequate defense. He'll describe it as fleeing a corrupt regime that's bound and determined to kill him. Can he run? Yes. As a rock solid unbeatable method for stopping someone from running, lockable GPS devices aren't too good.

So I think he might take off again. By now, he'll have researched the topic and developed a plan. So crafty! You can't get one over on William Windsor, Corrupt Montana!

What are the chances? I'd put them at 50/50 (that he'll run again) and increasing as the trial approaches.Letting Windsor post bail will be proven once more to be a bad idea.

  51. More on Windsor running. It's a good fit in a lot of ways.

    - Remember, William Windsor is pressing charges against SB, giving Montana Law Enforcement one more chance to prove they aren't corrupt. They don't arrest SB, Windsor will feel justified in running.

    - Remember when Windsor got so upset when his own mistake made public information on where he was staying? He wasn't worried about being stalked. He was considering the nightmare scenario of the Joeys keeping watch and alerting Montana Law Enforcement when he takes off. It complicates running. He can make a pretty good guess that Montana Law Enforcement isn't watching him 24/7, but the Joeys? Nope. Can't risk it. Gotta move.

  53. Also, he's pressing the court on his ability to leave Missoula or even Montana prior to the trial, saying he's already signed a blanket waiver for extradition from anywhere back to Montana. He's trying to get a head start, in other words. In order for that waiver to take effect (not that he wouldn't fight it regardless) they have to catch him first.

I've begun to seriously doubt that Windsor intends to be at his trial, or even that he ever intended to be there. He's making plans to run. Just a question of when and how. He knows this is it. He knows they won't release him pending appeal and he's already calculated how much running would add to his sentence if they catch him again (not much).

It's his only option to further delay incarceration. Nothing else he's doing seems to be working.

    2. I'm not sure if he'll run or not. He has to weigh all the pro's and con's.

      Pro's (to run):

He'd be a "wanted" man again, ie: media exposure for sure this time.
He'd get a major adrenalin rush
He seems to have plenty of people helping him from behind the scenes now.
He's had plenty of time to get his money and other needs situated for a long run this time.
He could play the 'I've got everything on appeal, or stayed" card to excuse the running. (such as if the warrant and or charges are/is/was even valid)
He might actually get the millions of followers he's only dreamt of, up until now.
He might actually find someone as nutty as he is, to take over and make the movie.

      Con's (if he ran):

He'd end up with another felony charge. (but what's one more now?)
His "reputation" would be tanked (but he claims it already is)
He will more than likely be found guilty on all charges. (but he already expects that)

      hummm

    3. Anon @ 8:53, Windsor said he is allowed to go anywhere, so why would LE even care if he got to the state line? I mean, really looking at this, he said he's free to roam about, so basically, he wouldn't be missed for about a month--when the trial is. (or around that date for pre trial conferences etc) He'd get a pretty good start actually. Then if he ditched the tracker, he's already be pretty far from MT and they'd have to file all the paperwork with other authorities to even go find him. That would take a long time--based on how long it took before.

He could have a new car by now, gotten plenty of pre-paid credit cards, another burner phone(s), set up new emails that he didn't put on blast--where he can talk to all those helpers he's now got, I mean, realistically, IF he is planning on running, he's had plenty of time to get all his ducks in a row this time to make it a long, drawn out deal.

He's already lost the civil suits, and his appeals there will be denied--so he won't need to file there anymore, which is why he got caught in the first place. Seems like there are far more things on the "Pro" side to run, than the "con" but who knows...

    4. @9:30 .... because he say's he's allowed to anywhere, does mean that is true. I read the doc's motions orders he posted last night and it appeared to me that only he is saying he can go anywhere... the order of the judge does not seem to say that. I agree with everything you said too and think he has been preparing to run testing how far he can go without LE tracking him ... thus the ''state line" comment.

    5. @ 10:10--You're right, Windsor more than likely lied about being able to go anywhere--but in his mind, he probably just "Voided" out any barriers. If he doesn't like something, calling it void seems to be his fall back excuse.

  55. 10:10 AM -- Exactly. Like everything else Windsor, he's pushing it too far. He's forcing the court to define his freedom of movement immediately - as if that doesn't telegraph his punches. The Judge and Prosecutor don't really care if he runs or not (I'm guessing there, more than I am on Windsor himself). They know who'll win in the end.

Whoever laid out the pros and cons up-page a bit has it nailed pretty well. This is one instance where, considering the predicament Bill has already put himself in, running isn't a horrible choice. Them allowing him out on bail for such a low dollar figure (after he's already shown how well he can be trusted) practically invites it. Bill would have to be a moron to pass up this opportunity.

Thus the only reason he *wouldn't* run.

  56. Once Bill is certain any further attempts to delay and generally mess up the trial will end in failure, he'll run.

He may be running as we speak.

  58. Windsor: "The Missoula Police and the University of Montana do this to protect corruption in Montana, to cover up for University of Montana programs under Homeland Security Grants most likely in which pay stalker to harass anti-corruption bloggers and SUPPRESS what Montana Law Enforcement actually, really, truly does to Montana Citizens."

    Yup. He's gonna run.

More Windsor: "Complaints against Sean Boushie, ALL IGNORED by Montana Law Enforcement, the same Montana Law Enforcement, Counties, Judges and University of Montana in which ignored my rights and ruined my life and business and put me under years of duress, and the also did this to Michael Spreadbury who was also reporting on the WHOLE TRUTH about Montana Law Enforcement, Politicians and the University of Montana."

That's the same Michael Spreadbury who was convicted (plead guilty to) of harassing (felony intimidation) a librarian lady.

    http://ravallirepublic.com/news/local/crime-and-courts/article_a4498602-da5f-11df-9d65-001cc4c03286.html

And then the same Michael Spreadbury who thought he could appeal something he plead no contest to. He was ruled against in that by the Montana Supreme Court.

Lots and lots of parallels there with Windsor, except that Windsor won't be at his trial to plead anything. He's going to run again.

    1. I'm still trying to figure out how they were being retaliated against as Whistleblowers, when their first complaints weren't about Corruption--and they were denied--due to lack of sufficient evidence.

It's just a butthurt-blowers claim to state "whistleblowing retaliation." Dumbasses. All of them.

There WAS NO CORRUPTION in your cases, it was the fact that ALL of you idiots had NOTHING of MERIT to present to the courts or the police to investigate and make a case over!!

Where is that picture of Windsor and his mini me Cox? These two assholes really need to be locked away for a very long time. They have both drained taxpayer money for years of frivolous litigation and they are still doing it. Who the hell is allowing this? If there is any Corruption, I'd say, it's the fact that the courts allow Vexatious Litigants way too much leeway. Not one thing these two concoct amounts to "Corruption" or "Violation of their Rights" but in fact DOES add up to the violation of the rights of everyone else they encounter to live free from harassment as these people are the definition of BULLIES.

  59. As for letting someone with a locked GPS device to travel, that is not done - ever - except in rare circumstances approved by the court for attendance of funerals, etc. Those ankle bracelets are strictly for house arrest, or in Windsor's case, hotel arrest. It makes no sense whatsoever to lock one onto someone and then allow them freedom of travel. That's simply not what those units are for. If my information on them is current (I think it is) then it will not locate Windsor in Denver or Houston or Atlanta --- it will just tell Law Enforcement he has left his hotel or at most, left Missoula.

    3. He's had time to research how to beat a polygraph AND if he has sociopathic or extreme mental illness then his brain will tell him that he's not lying. There's other forms of lies such as extrapolation, where the brain tries to fill in information. Either he is flat out lying about his truck being shot at OR his brain told he he was shot at because he saw smoke and wanted someone to be violent towards him. We all know he wasn't shot at. What we don't know for sure is whether he is lying or if his brain is lying.

    4. I think it went something like this. Windsor was tooling down the road, when the car next to him blew their radiator. In his "how can I set Boushie up mind," he grabbed his camera and snapped some photos. Then he called Cox and said, quick, send me an email from the "special account" taking credit for shooting at me...(you know, the pre sting, sting.)

Look, Windsor did not call police at that moment and did not feel he was in harms way. SO the question begs WHY did he take photos of this? What would be his intended goal of photographing some random car on the road having car trouble? Windsor's entire trip to MT was about writing a big, huge, story about Boushie, and allegedly filming for a TV show. He was looking for anything he could use against Boushie.

There was no alleged "death threat" at the time of the car trouble--so again WHY did he need to take that picture? It's all smoke and mirrors for his dog and pony show. (I think any car--anywhere on that trip--that was broken down, would have been photographed and used as more manufactured evidence against Boushie) Windsor is a drama king, and he's written that it's the death threats and morbid stories that get the most attention. Boom, there it is.

    5. Why stop there? How about claiming a roadside IED?

If you're going to lie and everyone knows it, lie big and at least be entertaining. Maybe the jury will keep you around for laughs...

  62. HAHAHA OMG seriously? Windsor needs someone to clean up some photo copies for his "evidence" or "exhibits?"

Windsor, dude, you are seriously losing grip on reality--which was not a firm grip to begin with. You sir, are facing a criminal trial. Nothing you are attempting to present will have ONE ounce of weight with the court/jury because YOU are on TRIAL.

Simple questions. Did you violate the TOP?
    Yes or No.
"well, um's...," "you see...it's like this...," But..." will not work. Simple yes, or no.

You may not tell the court/jury a long ass tale about how "Once upon a time, Crystal Cox tried to...and lost...whistleblower retaliation..." It's IRRELEVANT.
Actually--it may be used further against you, since the crap you'd like to present as exhibits clearly state that Cox employs others to further harass the Boushie's for her. Hummm...you sir, are NOT a smart man. Now it's on the internet once again for the Prosecution to use against you. Bahahahaha sigh...this will be an easy guilty verdict. One day trial tops.
