The beginning purpose of this blog was to give people interested in the activities of an on-line bully a place to sort out fact from fiction through factual discussion of related events and sharing opinions. Over time our cause evolved into discussion to find the truth about other on-line personalities that claim their activities serve the public’s interest and the greater good. In searching for the truth, it is necessary to voice your own and consider the opinions of other people. An opinion is defined as:

 1. A belief or conclusion held with confidence but not substantiated by positive knowledge or proof

 2. A judgment based on special knowledge or given by an expert

 3. A judgment or estimation of the merit of a person or thing

 4. The prevailing view, i.e. public opinion.

 5. Law A formal statement by a court or other adjudicative body of the legal reasons and principles for the conclusions of the court.


Those contributors that are interested in nothing but the truth of a matter always separate fact from opinion and always support their facts and the basis for their opinions. As always happens when there is more than one person involved in anything, differences of opinion arise. The ability to handle an opinion different than our own is necessary for finding the truth and for personal growth. Contributors interested in the truth and personal growth can be identified by these behaviors in addressing differences:


 · Stays focused on the issue, not the other person

 · Keeps an open mind, seeks to understand different views

 · Never says the other person is wrong based on his/her personal perspective

 · Seeks a way to learn from the difference

 · Avoids arrogance and stubbornness

 · Thinks critically and re-thinks a position

 · Patience, makes it easy for the other person to re-think position

 · Respects the other person, leaves emotion (especially anger) out of it

 · If there cannot be agreement, parties agree to disagree then walk away from the topic

Those contributors that can manage different opinions do so and have become valuable members of this group. Contributors and personalities we’ve followed that cannot support their statements and/or lack ability to manage different opinions resort to bullying. The bullies will not recognize themselves in the information provided below. The information is to assist potential victims in recognizing bullying tactics so that a bully can be spotted more quickly and engagement avoided more easily.


The Tim Field Foundation published a paper in which one of the rules of dealing with bullies is to understand why people bully. According to an article in “Yourself Series”, there are 4 basic reasons why people cyber-bully:

1) Revenge. In this case, people who bully feel they are righting wrongs or protecting other people. Usually these people do not see themselves as bullies.

2) Power. In this case, people who bully are trying to show others how powerful they are. They want to make others do what they want and have control over them. They want others to be fearful of them.

3) Entertainment. Sadly, some people find bullying others entertaining. They think embarrassing others is funny. Usually these people Cyber-bully in groups, such as at a slumber party, or on a sports team outing. Having an audience is part of what makes this type of Cyber-bully fun.

4) Stupidity. Did we really just write that? Stupidity in this case means being unaware of your actions. Bullies in this category just respond to emails and postings without thinking, and thus, often inadvertently hurt other people. They click before they think.

Next it’s important to identify common traits and behaviors of a cyber-bully, which according to the Tim Field Foundation, are:

 1. Jekyll & Hyde personality:

-charming with peers and superiors, vicious and vindictive in private and to victims

 -possessed of an exceptional verbal facility and will out maneuver most people in verbal interaction, especially at times of conflict

 -unusually skilled in being able to anticipate what people want to hear and then saying it plausibly cannot be trusted or relied upon

 -highly manipulative, especially of people's perceptions and emotions (eg guilt)

 -often has an overwhelming, unhealthy and narcissistic attention-seeking need to portray themselves as a wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate person, in contrast to their behavior and treatment of others; the bully sees nothing wrong with their

2. Exploits the trust and needs of organizations and individuals, for personal gain

 -self-opinionated and displays arrogance, audacity, a superior sense of entitlement and sense of invulnerability and untouchability

 -take risks that others would regard as foolhardy

 -often act out of gratification and self-interest only

 -As leaders they are autocratic and dictatorial. Most of their actions, most of the time, are dictated by self-interest, self-aggrandizement and self-preservation

 -If crossed or unwittingly criticized, bullies can hold grudges for long periods and act on them late

 -behavior and chooses to remain oblivious to the discrepancy between how they like to be seen and how they are seen by others

 -has a deep-seated contempt of clients in contrast to his or her professed compassion

 -is a control freak and has a compulsive need to control everyone and everything you say, do, think and believe; for example, will launch an immediate personal attack attempting to restrict what you are permitted to say if you start talking knowledgeably about psychopathic personality or antisocial personality disorder in their presence - but aggressively maintains the right to talk (usually unknowledgeable) about anything they choose

 3. Convincing Liar

-Makes up anything to fit their needs at that moment; excels at deception and should never be underestimated in their capacity to deceive

-using gossip, back-stabbing and falsehood to undermine and discredit targets and others

-Background checks may reveal that their qualifications, experience, titles, entitlements or affiliations are ambiguous, misleading, or false.

-distorting, twisting and fabricating criticisms and allegations to justify implementing a disciplinary procedure

-criticize someone for doing something, and then do it themselves

4. Damages the health and reputations of organizations and individuals

-holds deep prejudices (eg against the opposite gender, people of a different sexual orientation, other cultures and religious beliefs, foreigners, etc)

-Serial bullies detest anyone more competent or popular than themselves, serial bullies despise anyone who enables others to see through their deception and their mask of sanity

-undermines and destroys anyone who the bully perceives to be an adversary, a potential threat, or who can see through the bully's mask

-is adept at creating conflict between those who would otherwise collate incriminating information about them

-A serial bully will not consider any boundaries when it comes to attacking his target. If the target does not bend to the serial bully’s will, the serial bully will go after others who matter to the target including the target’s children. When this happens, the serial bully sees nothing wrong with his or her behavior

-where a serial bully sees opportunity for himself or herself, he or she capitalizes on issues in order to gain attention for himself or herself. In other words, the serial bully thoroughly enjoys exploiting others’ misadventures, suffering and/or grief as a vehicle for personal gain. Examples would be misappropriating Twitter hashtags to attack someone the serial bully has targeted for cyber mobbing.

-provoking a target into giving an emotional or irrational response, and then seizing on it as evidence of the target's impropriety

5. Reacts to criticism with Denial, Retaliation, Feigned Victimhood
-refuses to be specific and never gives a straight answer

-is evasive and has a Houdini-like ability to escape accountability, when called to account, immediately and aggressively denies everything, then counter-attacks with distorted or fabricated criticisms and allegations; if this is insufficient, quickly feigns victimhood,

-may pursue a vindictive vendetta against anyone who dares to hold them accountable, perhaps using others' resources to attack his target, and will be contemptuous of the damage caused to other people and organizations in pursuance of the vendetta

-sometimes displays a seemingly limitless demonic energy especially when engaged in attention-seeking activities or evasion of accountability

-Those with average or below average verbal skills will still attempt to get out of trouble by lying or deliberately missing the point

6. Blames Victims

 -When something goes wrong, the bully will instinctively blame someone else before accepting responsibility.

-Bullies will make (or persuade others to make) decisions that are extremely damaging to other people, without the slightest concern for the effects of the damage on the person affected; any damage incurred is the fault of the target who would not yield to the serial bully’s demands

Common Intellectual traits are:

-is emotionally retarded with an arrested level of emotional development; whilst language and intellect may appear to be that of an adult, the bully displays the emotional age of a five-year-old

-exhibits unusual and inappropriate attitudes to sexual matters, sexual behavior and bodily functions

-Some have been described as being like a real life "Walter Mitty" (an ineffectual person who indulges in fantastic daydreams of personal triumphs)

-loudly profess some religious belief or affiliation, but have none of the requisite qualities of a believer or affiliate

-The bully may be unable to maintain confidentiality, but breaches it with misrepresentation, distortion and fabrication

-They are emotionally untrustworthy

-Their writing style may be disjointed, lacking flow and consistency, tending to be filled with contradictory statements.

-They seem unaware that listeners do not all appreciate lies, ridiculous propositions, tasteless comments, malicious gossip and sick jokes that come out in the process

-typically have poor interpersonal and social skills, and miss even the most obvious social cues

-Important and urgent tasks can be jeopardized while the bully fusses - and forces others to fuss - over trivia.

Introvert Bullies, the most dangerous types:

They tend to sit in the background and recruit others to do the bullying for them. Become alert to provocation. It could be called "The Baiting Game". A provocative comment is made and those who respond spontaneously in irritation (eg non-assertively) are then encouraged to engage in conflict with those who respond without irritation (eg assertively). The provoker watches, waits and stirs the pot with the occasional additional provocation.

Ok, now that we know why and how a bully behaves, how do we avoid them and what do we do about them to preserve our right to peace in discussing relevant events and issues?

The number one rule is: don't respond, don't interact and don't engage. It's a natural response to want to defend yourself, and to put the person right. However, never argue with a serial bully; it's not a mature adult discussion, but like dealing with a child or immature teenager; whilst the serial bully may be an adult on the outside, on the inside they are like a child who's never grown up - and probably never will. Serial bullies and harassers often have disordered thinking patterns and do not share the same thoughts or values as you.

The sixth rule in Mr. Field’s list is the second on mine. Become an observer. Although you may be the target of the cyber-bully's anger, you can train yourself to act as an observer. This takes you out of the firing line and enables you to study the perpetrator and collect evidence (keep copies of all e-mail and posts). When people use bullying behaviors they project their own weaknesses, failings and shortcomings on to others. In other words, they are telling you about themselves by fabricating an accusation based on something they themselves have done wrong. Whenever you receive a flame mail or hate mail, train yourself to instinctively ask the question, "What is this person revealing about themselves this time?"

And finally, the lesson Bill Windsor should have learned: Sometimes refusing to respond and engage will result in the cyberbully losing interest and going off to find someone easier to torment. Sometimes though, especially if there has been interaction in the past, the cyberbully is so obsessed that s/he cannot and will not let go. You will have to make that person let go, but only through swift, hard, legal action, and only when the time is right. Don't deal with the abuser yourself (this encourages bullies and stalkers), use a third party such as a solicitor.

Barbara Windsor Gives Thanks This Year

As Bill spends the Thanksgiving weekend holed up all alone in his hotel room writing pointless court brief after the other, Barbara has the pleasure of spending her first Thanksgiving without being legally ensnared to the great American terrorist known as Bill Windsor.  So what does Barbara have to be thankful for this year?

-this Thanksgiving the pie tray will still contain pie when it reaches her seat at the table

-never again will she be forced to say no to the question of "does this Lawless America shirt make me look fat?"

-she can finally take a vacation that doesn't involve pie or casinos

-officials don't come to her door any more with the question of "are you Mrs. Bill Windsor?"

-lemmings no longer call her house asking for Bill

-her days of being on the board of directors of fraudulent associations are over

 -no more confrontational encounters with Bill over escort services showing up on her credit card

-this year she only has to deal with the stuffing left over from one turkey

-family members can receive actual gifts this year instead of card notices saying "a donation has been made in your name to Lawless America, we will take our country back"

-she no longer has to critique Bill's State of the Union response

-doesn't have to pretend that vexatious litigant is a good thing

-by cutting Bill lose, she cut 2% of her income and 97% of her expenses

-all the grand kids can come visit without having to bring a cease and desist notice

-no more wasted time on visiting pointless locations like the biggest ball of twine

Marty Prehn in Medically Induced Coma. In Protective Custody

Fresh off his "I'm Dying" campaign, Marty Prehn is now claiming to be in a coma due to injuries sustained after being brutally beaten at a recent dust up with Rev Terry Jones in Michigan.

However, and there are always plenty of howevers with Marty, Terry Jones was not at any Michigan protests in over a year.  In spite of Marty trying to get that Purple Heart for being the vanguard of Free Speech, it turns out that the above claim is another complete fabrication - apparently to silence a potential whistle blower.

Claiming to be an investigator "working the crime scene", Marty repeatedly sent texts to a woman's cellphone stating that Marty listed her as next of kin and then chastised her for hampering an investigation by inquiring about his wellbeing on Facebook.  Marty then informed her that if she reported this to the authorities she would be arrested.

This is serious business, folks.  Marty's psychosis has rapidly accelerated past his infamous Special Agent hat.

Windsor Comes Back From his Made Up Condition

I felt I had to take time off from Facebook seems like facebook thought they same thing too to be able to focus. Facebook is quite a distraction. being a vexatious litigant is such hard work

I have been writing and editing, working on the movie what movie?, the pilot for the proposed television series what tv series?, and a Lawless America book oh oh, I know a great name for the book, how about Round America?. I have also moved from Box Elder to Madison, South Dakota it was a pretty easy move since you never actually moved there it was just a lie, and I am still awaiting surgery for the giant tear in my abdominal wall stop eating so much, you ruptured your stomach. The surgery had to be delayed once till a quarter past never, and it will likely have to be pushed to January along with my movie date. I will be unable to drive, think clearly, carry, finish my vegetables, lift, etc. for three weeks following surgery. and certainly well beyond that

In April, I plan to complete the filming of the remaining backstories for the stories that will be featured in the movie. yeah better let that brutal winter get through before you venture out of your hotel room

I have drafted my lawsuit against Facebook for removal of the Lawless America website for "nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex" that the site never had. well I just twiddled my thumbs and guess who's time was better spent?

The lawsuits is rolling along against Allie Overstreet how many lawsuits against her do you have?. There will be a trial you promise?, and I expect to receive a massive award jail time?. Her attorney told me she doesn't have any money which is what I'm after, but I hope the amount of the award will deter future cyberstalkers and defamation mongers. The lawsuit is rolling along in high gear wow, I would hate to see low gear then against the American Mothers Political Party and Claudine Dombrowski. AMPP and Dombrowski failed to file an answer or anything else probably because they haven't even been served yet, so the court should rule that I win by default thats the only way you could ever win anything. The most outlandish order yet out of Montana came down a few days ago. Corrupt judge John W. Larson or maybe kick ass Judge John Larson really outdid himself this time what had he done previously. He certainly proves just how corrupt the courts are there he gives us hope for a better nation. I have appealed to the Montana Supreme Court, but I don't hold out any hope for there to be any judge in Montana who is honest meaning these judges follow the law. Grampa Bill. First and preeminently, I am more than euphoric to know you are in fact alive and apparently well. But I gotta tell you; Americas LA Hero, For me, the bloom is significantly off the rose. For a guy who has been so infinitely aware of REAL and imminent threats on your life, AND, had been so consistently conscientious about keeping your friends informed, you certainly blew it at the end. You brought a huge, ominous and depressing storm cloud into my life for four [4] or five [5] days a while back. I was absolutely convinced that those perverted Montana ‘moon bats’; miscreants of humanity were having the last laugh somewhere dining on Bill Windsor pie. It wasn’t fun Bill. I’m glad everything is o.k now. But I am also PISSED beyond my ability to articulate. I don’t deny you have likely accrued countless wounds that needed licking and time to heal, AND you are certainly entitled. But in the final analysis YOU WEREN’T DEAD and you COULD have sent a message. It would have really been appreciated. That’s all I can say for now.

Windsor Suffers Defeat in Montana

While his lemmings continue to wait for a proof of life, Bill Windsor suffered a humiliating defeat to Sean Boushie in District Court in Montana.  Not only was Boushie's temporary order of protection, first issued by the local municipal court, upheld, it was put in full effect for an indefinite period, possibly forever.  In addition to that, Bill's vexatious litigant status is now established in the entire state of Montana as his terrorist reputation precedes him.

Judge John Larson issued a scathing and long overdue smackdown of Bill.  While Bill claims that he is being stalked and harassed by Boushie, it was Bill's driving to Boushie's home and place of work that triggered the legal rights to the TOP for Boushie.  Sean claims that he has never "met, spoken to or emailed Windsor". For those of us that have followed this squabble the first two are probably true but the last part is most certainly not.  But here is the rub, this isn't Bill's Lawless America Facebook page where he can dictate reality as he sees it.  This is a court of law and he must establish facts with actual proof.  Windsor can't even prove where his place of residence is, much less can he prove that Boushie ever emailed him.  So to this end, there is no evidence that Boushie had anything to do with this squabble, but no matter how you slice it, it got real when Bill, as the court pointed out, "drove from Georgia to Montana to stalk Sean and his wife's home and place of work".  And just to make it easy on Sean, Bill actually filmed his stalking and posted it on his webpages for all to see.  Bill also made it easy for the court as he has, in addition to seanboushie.com, had the allieoversteet.com and claudinedombroski.com websites to show the court that he has a pattern of stalking and defaming others.  In just about every way, Bill cooked his own goose.

The Court also took a stab at Windsor's half hearted attempt to claim journalistic privileges.  If the court had recognized him as such, "any person with a video camera would be absolved or relived of any stalking activities".  "Windsor has no television show, nor has he made any sort of documentary film."......ohhhh ohhhh court, don't say that, or at least please don't let that get back to my followers, they still believe in me. Yes lemmings, those are indisputable facts, Bill has no TV show nor does he have a documentary film, and you know what....it's your fault he doesn't.

And as if this smackdown wasn't enough, the court turns directly at the terrorist that is known as Bill Windsor as they uphold his vexatious litigant status.  Because of Bill's repeated abuse of the State judicial system from his malicious, voluminous and frivolous filings he must be tagged as a paper terrorist.  "The administration of justice will suffer irreparable harm if Windsor is allowed to continue to file frivolous, malicious, and vexatious litigation against persons involuntarily involved in his vexatious campaigns"......amen. Some have wondered why I continue to follow Bill like I have, that statement sums it up.  It is imperative to our Country and our way of order that we continue to expose enemy combatants like Bill, David Schied, Kevin Brady, Marty "I'm Special" Prehn and so on.  It is also important that we don't allow Bill to quietly hit the reset button and try and new scam and pretend like all his sins from the previous one won't follow him. Leeches like Bill depend on the general indifference of the public in order to keep replaying their scams, and its up to us to protect our society by exposing him.

The worst news for Bill in this is it provides a blueprint and recent case law for all his other stalking victims. No doubt the party is over for Bill now in Kansas and Missouri as well as with any of the other people he wanted to try and attack.  They will, most likely, all be able to obtain a TOP as he has documented his physical stalking of their residence as he did with Boushie, and made the case easy for them.

After the previous two articles were posted about Marty - and he gives out a tremendous belch from the free meals he had Monday by pretending to be a veteran - people continue contacting me with information about him.  

Most of it was already known to us because Marty loves to post on Facebook, but ultimately his voracious appetite for food and fame will be his downfall. There was one item that took my breath away. The following video is that piece.

Yes that is the common refrain going on now from a group of panicked lemmings who have not received instructions from their Fuhrer.  No doubt Bill must have come under the spell of those dangerous "joeys" down in Texas because he always checks in on facebook that he is alive and well.  Some have said that they must face the reality that he is probably gone as they now look for a new huckster in chief to lead them deeper into the swamp.  Maybe the Scientology people got him?  Maybe that last piece of pie was too much and his heart finally gave up?  Maybe he forgot his password to login and just gave up?

Well here is a bit of truth for you lemmings since this is the only place you are going to hear such a thing in this wacky world of windsor.  Bill Windsor is alive but most certainly not well.  He is an evil, sick, perverted terrorist, who most of all is a narcissist.  And you know who narcissist care about?  Thats right only themselves.  Windor has been very busy filing brief after brief (even this very week) in his vexatious litigation both in Missouri and Montana.  Yep he is still doing what he always does, but since you lemmings stopped sending him money he no longer feels the need to check in with you.  He played you for a fool, a role you seem to be typecast for life.

Oh sure Bill will be back and ready to con again, but he most certainly wants a new group of followers next time around.  Bill blames you, the Lawless followers for his failure.  You didn't send in the right back story videos, you didn't send enough money.  You didn't like enough of his websites and drive up his google hits. Yep, it seems you "nobodies" really are a bunch of nobodies.  You have no connections, no pull, no leverage and in the end you are nothing but a waste of time to Bill.  There is a valuable lesson here, but I doubt you will learn it.

Now that Lawless America is dead, Bill has gone in to hiding from public view but he continues to engage in his favorite form of domestic terrorism in being a vexatious litigant.  But several of his especially stupid lemmings still haven't figured out that he has given up on them.

Ahhh those pesky "Joey's" must have done it. In some ways its true. The constant exposure of his daily scams and lies has forced him in to hiding. He can no longer be annoyed by his pushy followers with their issues, he must focus on his vexatious activities of his own.

And to that end, he has been busy as he goes after Sean Boushie in the Montana Supreme Court. Windsor is throwing a temper tantrum that Boushie and the University of Montana where able to obtain a order of protection against him while he was unable to obtain one against Sean. To make matters worse, Boushie has brought up the Judge Thrash order of vexatious litigant against Bill and that has caused Bill to start a separate tirade about the unconstitutionality of that order. Bill decided and declared Thrash biased and therefore having no jurisdiction to issue such ruling. Therefore the ruling is void and Thrash is guilty of treason in Bill's lawless America.

In the end, Bill will continue to lose in every court he steps foot in. In fact, he can't win because he can't contain his anger and his rage. As he continues to lose it will no doubt spark another public scam of his where he will prey on those who feel victimized by the court system. The beast will need to feed soon, and vulnerable, emotional people will be his prey. Its all he has left.

Marty Prehn: Man, Myth, or Monster? Part two

In this post we'll address some of Marty's most outrageous claims. There is no way to cover all of them here because there are so many. I'll touch on a few and everyone can feel free to add their favorites in the comments. 

Marty's biggest claim to fame is the day he spent with Ronald Reagan making plans to tear down the Berlin Wall.  He claims to have been in Reagan's security detail during a campaign stop at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.  His profile picture on Facebook is from that day.  However, Marty acquired that very picture quite accidentally only a few years ago, through - you guessed it - Facebook.  Someone else shared the picture and then the legend was born!  It's hilarious how he presses the person who shared the picture for dates and details of "that historic day".  Regardless, he still is unclear on whether it happened in 1979 or 1980, but certainly can embellish the details of him and Reagan chewing that fat, exchanging favorite jokes and planning world peace.  He wasn't in the security detail but managed to get close enough to get in a picture.  It's like what they call photo bombing today.  There was no dialog exchanged between Marty and Reagan. The two never spoke. Marty was more than likely ordered by a real security detail to get the hell away from the candidate. I'd be willing to bet my house & kids that Nancy never flirted with Marty about his dimples. 

Out of this one photo came the claims that Marty gave Reagan the idea to pursue the destruction of the Berlin Wall. Marty's father was a German soldier who still had family in Germany. He made trips back to his homeland roughly once every three years.  This is where the photos of him collecting pieces of the wall come from, not dissimilar to about a million other pictures of Germans and tourists at the time. There was no state sponsored trip for Marty's father to participate in the removal of the wall - and even if there was - wouldn't the State Department and Reagan want to include their favorite muse for the idea? 

Why wasn't an important man like Marty invited to participate when it was his idea?  Surely Reagan, Thatcher or Gorbachev would have wanted him there?

Maybe Marty was busy back in the US plotting his evil plans for the future.  Or maybe he was busy rescuing the elderly, veterans or some other victim of the moment. 

The above begs the question - Why? According to several of Marty's old classmates, he was always a compulsive liar. Marty wasn't a popular kid and he was always overshadowed by his more popular siblings. I assume this caused Marty to start lying to make himself seem like the someone he so desperately wanted to be. It's almost like the lazy mans way of being accomplished in life.  Marty's father made a career of working for the JL Hudson Company.  Marty tried to follow in his fathers retail footsteps at JC Penny, but failed.  His life is void of genuine accomplishments and he continuously seeks to fill that void with the most outlandish stories, made famous by this blog as "Marty Moments".

I guess his only true success has been found in providing countless of hours of enjoyment to those keen enough to see through his legacy of lies.

Marty Prehn: Man, Myth, or Monster?

When I decided to give this a try, I had big plans for a post.  I was going to link court documents and quotes to support my ideas about Marty.  After extensive research and questioning people that know him, I decided he was just not worth it.  Bill Windsor at one time had a large following he called the "Nobodys".  Marty is literally a nobody. I wanted to expose him for what he is but with the exception of about five people, no one cares who he is.

We all find humor in the outrageous claims he makes but deep down Marty is a very disturbed narcissist desperate for attention and accolades.

This will be the first installment in a series that will review a man who's life has and never will amount to anything.  For this segment, I'll cover his claims regarding his poor mother. No one in Marty's family will speak to me about him for fear of the harassment they are sure will follow. That means I have to piece together the story from reviewing all that has been posted

For the 17 years preceding the death of his mother, Marty depended on his parents for all of his financial needs, as he was unemployed that entire time. He had the ability to manipulate his father into paying his way through life. It went as far as having his parents pay for not only his home but also a cottage on the lake near the one owned by his family.## When his mothers health began to fail, he convinced his father to establish a trust and name Marty the successor trustee. This would insure Marty access to his parents savings and that they could continue to finance his life even after his fathers death. When his father passed, Marty became his mothers primary caregiver. That was the beginning of a nightmare for Marty's mother and his siblings. From the information I've been able to gather from people who know Marty - who shall remain anonymous - his care of his mother was severely lacking.

While Marty spent his days dinning out for all meals and generally just trying to act like a big shot, his mother, suffering from old-age related dementia, was left lying in bed all day with only the TV to keep her company. When word of the poor treatment reached Marty's sister in Colorado, she took action and moved her mother into her home in Colorado. Marty didn't object to this until his control over the savings accounts was stopped. With her daughter, his mother now had health care and even an in-home caregiver that would be there when a family member could not. From all accounts she was well taken care of in a very loving environment. Marty's sister dedicated her life to making the final years of her mothers life as enjoyable as possible. This high level of care required resources. A new power of attorney and trust were needed to provide for Mrs Prehn and when Marty refused to allow the family access to the accounts they were forced to legally take control of them.

Marty then started to legally challenge the Colorado ruling.  He would claim to have documents to back up his claims, but even after being given time extensions to produce them, never could. His legal challenge finally ended when he was required by the court to provide an accounting of the money spent while he was in control. He refused to do so. After Marty's legal challenge failed, he then began an online hate campaign against his sister. He went so far as calling her a murderer and circulating an online flier, wishing death on her kids - his own nephews.  I find it interesting that none of Marty's siblings joined him in questioning the sisters actions regarding their mother. The only child in the family that objected was Marty and that wasn't until he lost control of the money. You draw your own conclusion.

Marty now continuously seeks pity and charity by saying he is homeless after two foreclosures at the hands of his siblings.  Actually, the properties were foreclosed on because Marty could no longer use his parent's savings to pay for his personal expenses. But here's the rub; Marty shouldn't claim to be homeless. He inherited the family cottage on the lake. It was paid in full with even the taxes covered by his parent's estate. A search of property records show the transfer of the deed into his name and it remains there as of this writing. Marty's parents worked their whole lives in order to own their homes.  Marty, on the other hand, only had to wait until they died so he could own his.  I have no idea of the habitability of this property, as Marty claims to reside about 190 miles south of it. 

This story cannot be told without pointing out the incredible price paid by Marty's sister. She did everything in her power to provide for her mother in the most loving and respectful way possible. I'm sure Mrs Prehn's final days were the best they could be because of the love her daughter showed her.  Now she is harassed by a monster who cared about no one except himself.  He has even gone so far as to sick his real or Facebook friends including Helen Childers and Barbara Nemeth on his family. 
Marty didn't even bother to attend his mothers funeral.  Rest in peace, Bernice.

Windsor Stays in Hiding

Windsor continues to hide out...in the Dallas area, as he stays out of the limelight for the most part.  He did release a facebook message last week saying that he was ok, and he was not planning on having his surgery until December for his made up problem.  For those scoring at home, that means he made up a bogus excuse for missing out on his hearing in Missouri.  This is Bill putting Judge Rolf on notice that Bill considers him a fool; I guess we will see if Bill is right about that theory or not.

Then we have Bill trying to file for a default judgement against the American Mothers Political Party in Kansas.  But the question has to arise over who was actually served, and what exactly would he be getting a judgement against?  Yeah, no matter which case you look at...either his attempt in Missoula, Missouri, or Kansas, all three don't seem to be getting any where and the more he tries the more he can't hide his failure.

It's interesting to see how the remaining lemmings are coping with the reality that Lawless America is dead. David Schied is still begging Bill to call him.  Bambi pays homage with her own hail to her Fuhrer statement filled with praise and honor for all the things Bill only said he would do....but never delivered on.  But for the most part, the lemmings have moved on from the Lawless America scam as they seek a new fraud to lead them out of their own abyss.

Bill Windsor’s Lawless America Show its a show alright  By Mary W Maxwell, PhD, LLB Have you seen the series of Youtube videos called “Lawless America”? we can assume the answer is no A 64 and 11/12ths-year-old guy from Georgia formerly..he was kicked out goes around the 50 make that 48 states to help fight lawlessness. He is doing a brilliant job. yes, by any measure  Bill Windsor’s method is to demonstrate that the system is so bad that ordinary folks there is nothing ordinary about Bill get beaten up, routinely, by the courts.this seems especially true when they do something wrong Let me describe his most recent caper good word choice, in Montana. Here, Bill has placed himself in the role of victim uhhh loser would be more appropriate, but in most of his work he doesn't actually work he locates other people who have been victimized, and analyzes for us what is really going on. if by analyze you mean he makes up something out of his ass...you are correct So what’s a former Georgian doing in court in Montana? stalking It began when a man named Sean started to cyber-stalk Bill. The thing that provoked Sean was, apparently, Bill Windsor’s advocating for the right of a Montana journalist or maybe his constant lying, Crystal Cox. She says Sean has been regularly threatening her with bodily harm and she is far from credible. She tried to get a restraining order but was rebuffed by the court. oh and she owes over $2 million in damages So far, pretty boring, right? nuh uh, I'm already kinda laughing Indeed many of Windsor’s cases are boring but not nearly as boring as he is, but the cumulative effect is what we need to be reminded of, and he does indeed draw a quite riveting picture of that. wait what?  Its a bunch of random pointless videos that have nothing to do with each other Anyway, the man named Sean emailed Bill allegedly by Bill with explicit threats and even told Bill that he had shot a bullet at Bill on the highway, but missed and hit another car instead. In other words, Bill possesses a written confession by Sean of his crime! ummmm I think he was trying to be funny  Bill applied to a court in the relevant county, Ravalli, MT, what is relevant about it? seeking a protective order. On the Youtube video you see Bill walking waddling out of the courthouse. (Does he have a dear friend who films him? No, he has a dear tripod with his own camera on it.and his only friend) He tells us that the clerk accepted his properly filed case. but then again, he is a liar Next we learn that the judge rules that Bill is not eligible for a protective order. The reason he gives, in writing, is that the accused (Sean) hasn’t been convicted of the crime. Of course this is ridiculous or maybe its legit. People seek protective orders before the threatened violence happens, not after.but Bill isn't a "people" Bill theorizes that's all he ever does that the judge somehow knows he must not accommodate Bill's request, as the alleged offender, Sean, is a protected person of some sort. ummm, I need some tin foil stat In other words, Sean may be a paid harasser. make that two rolls I recall from the Patrick Knowlton lawsuit, related to the death of Vince Foster, that some of the persons who gang-stalked Knowlton were FBI men, "off duty." uh huh, wink wink, nod nod (By the way, a San Diego lady whom Bill interviewed (by the way, why are we in () now?  Is this to signify that you are deviating from your logical progression in your story?) says that when she gets gang-stalked, it is commonly the case that the licence plates of the stalkers have both a double number and double letter. ummm better make that the industrial size on the tin foil please I have only been gang-stalked once in my life birds do it to me all the time, I swear, and when it happened, two years ago, I copied down the number.of people?  Lotto ticket?  Receipt number? What a chuckle when I looked it up. It starts with PP33. A chuckle and a frown: this means the gig is state-sanctioned oh clearly, I can't think of any other explanation.) So, Bill Windsor thinks he is entitled to the law’s bounty and discovers that he is only entitled to the laws iron bars a few people are apparently entitled to it, but not the majority!  Bill has nothing to do with the majority And you don’t know which you are, until you test the system ohhh I know. See what I mean about cumulative effect?  ummm, no I don't, but I'm sure you do Bill Windsor, who has got court procedure down pat heh you could say that, then asks to appeal the Montana judge’s decision and is told it isn’t appealable. Needless to say, that is incorrect. then why did you even say it? Then his dear tripod follows him I'm thinking he carried it to a grassy spot outside the newspaper office in Missoula, Montana. We see Bill coming out disappointed, after the editor has told him that the paper will not be interested in the crime story he is reporting. mainly because he isn't a reporter of any kind Lest you think Bill may have made a bad showing, perhaps looking like a fringe person, no. forgive me but I'm gonna have to stick to that perception He is neatly dressed in a kevlar vest that says TV? and well-spoken not really, he mumbles. Also he understands the Constitution in its spirit but certainly not in content. He is duly jaw-dropped when the press changes its approach from being the voice of the people to being a voice of government. or maybe they just told the crazy fat guy to get the hell out of their office Sometimes a cyber-harasser like Sean does not really exist. you just blew my mind I mean, the stalking is occurring, but is from a centralized anonymous office. ok where is that order of tin foil...I can't take much more of this Here, though, Bill has traced the man and his red truck.traced to what..his etch a sketch? Bill finds (or should I say, alleges yes, you should always say that with him) that Sean works as a lab technician at the University of Missoula campus. (Don’t get me started on the participation of academia in the cause of injustice, OK?) (don't get me started on nutjobs that wander off with their own () remarks and never remember what the original dumb point was) The area of court-corruption that Windsor covers in depth is that of “child custody.” no, he moved on to murderer's rights You would be amazed at how many parents have their children taken by the state and fostered out, on apparently no basis at all. Please don’t believe me. good, I wasn't going to Why should anyone believe that such a thing is happening! are you talking to yourself now? Ah, but it is. can't argue in the face of that kind of overwhelming proof Recently, Bill put up a video in Minnesota of a lady whose eleven-week old baby was taken away. Please see it; I think you will decide right then and there that you need to do something to help our society, and yourself. like put Bill in jail By the way, no point asking Congress to assist. good I wasn't going to, that would be stupid On February 5th and 6th, 2013, Bill Windsor brought many you mean a few court-victimized people to Washington, DC actually to Arlington Va. He invited all 535 Congresspersons plus all their staff members, to join these citizens at a convenient location to discuss matters, some of which are life threatening. Total number of Hill people who showed up? Zero. Don’t go away crying.what about laughing? Bill Windsor is not here to say “See? There’s nothing you can do.” He is here to say “We intelligent human beings do not have to put up with a perverted situation and I'm going to need some donations.” The one disappointment of his cancelled“Lawless America” show is that it does not give the thousand-or-more interviewees a way to band together to brainstorm the issue.especially since he banned them all Possibly interested parties could use MeetUp.com as a way to congregate. or just forget it altogether That will bring infiltrators, but so what? everything brings infiltrators. dammit....I don't have near enough tin foil for this woman One of the persons interviewed on the Lawless America Youtube show, Martin de la Graza of New Mexico, who feels done in by state government corruption, says he is willing to die for the cause. You really can't beat that. yeah huh...actual proof beats that any day of the week A man from Los Angeles, Larry Mendoza, is equally ready to do what he must do to band with others for protection. maybe Schied can teach him some karate moves As far as I know which isn't very far there is nothing to prevent you from asking your local library to give you use of a meeting room once a month to host discussion of "The Lawless America Interviews." can they all hold hands and sing campfire songs? If you do ask and are refused, please let me know! Joeycon Cancelled

Thanks to Bill's new conveniently made up illness, the party dubbed (by Bill) as JoeyCon is now cancelled.   I was looking forward to meeting everyone and finding out who I (and you all) really am but it looks like this bash is going to go down as another Windsor empty promise.  Even though there was no location set, nor time and date, I had my bags packed and was ready for my special invitation which never seems to come.

The truth of the matter is we have called Bill's bluffs so many times even he is tried of trying it.  At the end of the day he has nothing at all to prove anything he claims, and this is why he needs a sudden illness to get out of testifying in a certain court in Missouri.  Not one single person on his list of 500+ "haters" has been silenced.  The truth is everyone is growing tired of his same old antics as he slips away into irrelevancy.  His name is mud, his family's name is trashed and it will forever be that way on the internet.  The very thing he wanted to do to his "haters" has been done to him and now the jig is up.  There is nothing left for him to try now but make up and fake his own illness and declare a draw and run away.

To that end my goal with Bill is finally accomplished....albeit one that took much longer than I had anticipated.  I despise frauds in whatever capacity and Bill represented it at its most raw and basic level.  The only way to stop people like him is to fully expose them to the world for what they really are.  Bill Windsor will forever be known for what he really is, not what he claims to be.  That is internet justice or karma or whatever you want to call it.
