Windsor Won't Pay the Filing Fees

The Texas case is currently stayed, but that would be news to Bill as he keeps filing away as if nothing changed.  The case is stayed while they wait for word from the Federal Judge on the vexatious litigant status of Bill and his lame attempt at circumventing the order.  Yesterday, Judge Solis issued an order:

Judge Solis isn't interested in beating around the bush and the opening line says it all:  "William Windsor is a vexatious litigant with a track record for filing frivolous lawsuits and, once those frivolous suits are filed, filing legions of frivolous motions."

History repeats itself, because that's exactly what he is currently doing in all his frivolous cases across the Country right now.  Now its going to take Bill several months and a small forest of trees to object to that first line, but Judge Solis gives Bill another hay-maker in the second line:
"In July 2011, the Honorable Thomas W. Thrash, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia entered an injunction against Windsor, prohibiting him “from filing any complaint or
initiating any proceeding, in any court (state or federal) or agency in the United States without
first obtaining leave of a federal district court in the district in which the new complaint or
proceeding is to be filed.”

Honorable?  Bill has already declared Judge Thrash "massively corrupt" and Bill went ahead and voided his order.  You can feel Bill's hand shaking just reading this.  Then, Judge Solis addresses Bill's little sneaky attempt to get around the order with his game of "if you don't say no I will take that as a yes".

"On November 21, 2013, Windsor sent a letter to Chief Judge Sidney Fitzwater seeking
permission to file a suit in Texas state court. Doc. 2 at 4. In it, he stated that “[I]f I do not hear
from you by December 7, I will assume that you did not disapprove.” Doc. 2 at 4. On February
25, 2014, Windsor sent a letter to Judge Fitzwater’s judicial secretary stating the he “accepted no
response from Judge Fitzwater as ‘leave’ to file as [he] stated [he] would do in [his] letter.”

Oh no, they are on to you Bill.  And we see just how much in the footnote at the bottom of page one:

"Windsor appealed the decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, but the appeal was dismissed “for want of prosecution because the appellant… failed to pay the filing and docketing fees to the district court.” Windsor, Certified Copy of Order at 1, Sep. 15, 2011, ECF No. 119."

The ghost of Bill's legal past is coming back to haunt him.

"On March 15, Windsor submitted another letter to Judge Fitzwater’s chambers again seeking leave to pursue a state court lawsuit. Doc. 1 at 2. At that point, the issue was referred to the clerk’s office to be filed as a miscellaneous matter.
To this point, Windsor has not paid the filing fee to the Clerk of the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Texas. The Court will not address Windsor’s request for leave
until he has paid the filing fee. Windsor is directed to pay the Clerk $46.00 filing fee or file a
motion to proceed in forma pauperis within 21 days of the date of this order or the case will be
dismissed for want of prosecution."

Fool them once, shame on you, fool them twice....contempt for you.  Now Bill has a very tough decision to make with his $46....pay it and hear what he knows he is going to hear?  Or just file a bunch of objections and try and sue Judge Solis?  Are we now about to enter the phase were this millionaire starts complaining about how he can't pay his filing fees......or...spoiler alert, defendant attorney fees?

John Darash Moves His Own Goal Post

On last night's call for the National Liberty Alliance, John Darash revealed that he had a little chat with the local DA, and it seems now that the date of the 22nd needs to be moved to the ??th.  The NLA tried to prosecute the local clerk for not letting them take their country back, aka you didn't file my made up documents in time.  It seems an anarchist group can be stopped dead in their tracks by a technicality of a court clerk.  The DA told them that he couldn't prosecute because there is no law or statute on the books that she violated.....to which Darash told him that "there are lots of laws that are not on the books".  Anyway, leaving the meeting, it dawned on Darash that even if he gets the local Sheriff to make arrests, he is never going to get the DA to prosecute them. This 4th grade level revelation to John of our legal process led him to proclaim to his followers that this is a game of chess.

So now, they don't know what to do, or at least John is not going to discuss his plans on air.  One caller said this must end with citizen arrest to which John's co-host quickly said "exactly" before John cut him off. Gerard, the co-host, confirmed that the NLA had been advised by authorities that what they are proposing is considered paper terrorism to which he responded that it was the authorities that are the terrorists.

Darash tried to reassure the audience that all wasn't lost as he had two huge announcements to make:  1.  He has changed the jurist oath to a jurist vow, and 2.  They had secured their Jurist pocket booklet that can be purchased for $.65 a piece.  This little booklet would help free the people into realizing that they are all Me The People.  Darash tried to incentivize his followers by pointing out that if they purchased 1,000 copies, the price would lower to $.60.

The main problem now for John and the NLA is that they are quickly becoming Lawless America II. Just like when Bill was setting dates a year ago, now John is having to back off and change his.  If he wants people to continue to join and hit the donate button, he is going to have to show them he isn't just the flavor of the month.  Everyone was showing up and giving him attention because he was standing at the edge of the cliff about to jump but claiming he had mastered human flight. Now he is saying "hold on, I don't like this wind direction" and much of his audience will move on to the next big flash in the pan.  Windsor's followers started dropping in droves when he kept pushing back his big dates, starting with April Fools day and then on to May Day.  Now Darash, and his NLA are on the same path to irrelevancy.

Besides all the SovCit lectures, the sovereign People make the laws (repeat that 28 times), this call of action gives us a peek into what these Me the People groups feel is due process under their new made up law.

-In their new america, failure to appear isn't just failure to appear, its "and admission of wilful intent engaging in criminal activity against the People" 

Well, so how about giving the accused a chance to properly prepare to defend themselves against these criminal charges?

"This is a common Law procedure executed Coram Nobis, the Magistrate has “NO” authority to 
approve requests for time extensions or postpone said summons, grand jurist will be laying aside 
all business and will be traveling from across the state, likewise is expected of the accused. 
This procedure is for a show-cause to the criminal allegations presented by the extraordinary 
writ, Quo Warranto, demanding that the Peoples’ stewards give account of their stewardship, 
therefore “NO” motions will be considered, ANSWERS ARE DEMANDED." 

-Nope, no time to prepare, no time to read up on your defense....you must appear at the date they supply and no motions will be granted for extensions.....for any reason.

Well what horrible crime have these public servants been accused of?

"New York Unified Common Law Grand Jury, hereinafter the People, come against the STATE 

OF NEW YORK SUPREME COURT charging Jonathan Lippman, Fern A. Fisher, Lawrence 

K. Marks, Barry Kamins, and Ronald Younkins for neglect to prevent conspiracy and felony rescue; concerning the indictments; against A. Gail Prudenti, Michael V. Coccoma , C. 

Randall Hinrichs, Allan, D Scheinkman, Charles M. Tailleur, Michelle Carrol, and Terry 

Wilhelm; hereinafter wrongdoers in this court of record proceeding according to the common 

law"

-So these servants are accused of neglecting to prevent a conspiracy.  So in their new america, you can be guilty of a crime by not stopping others from committing one.

Ok, so they have no time to prepare for these criminal charges at least they have the right to be represented by licensed and trained attorney?

Well at least this is still some form of America, you are still at least presumed innocent until proven guilty right?

-ummmm, you are supposed to call them the accused, calling them "wrongdoes" kinda tips your hand at just how fair this little trial is.  So the deal is...."wrongdoers", if you bow to Me the People and turn over you duly appointed/elected office to the "People", we will drop the charges.  What a deal!!!!

Windsor Can't Stop Himself in Montana

Bill can't take no for an answer.  So after losing in MT, then losing his appeal, its time to go to the Montana Supreme Court as he is requesting supervisory control, with control being the one thing that continues to elude him.

Windsor thinks this is deserved because the judges are corrupt, Boushie is a serial liar, and he forgot to alphabetize his table of contents.  But here is what really fries his circuit board:

30. Judge Larson also issued an order placing filing restrictions on
Windsor. The filing restrictions injunction is outrageous. [APPELLANT'S BRIEF
in DA-13-0785, Exhibit#21.] [Exhibit#22,165; Exhibit#24,165.] There has been
no finding of anything that Windsor has filed that was frivolous or improper. No
court in Ravalli County or Missoula County made any such finding, nor could any
honest judge so claim. This issuance of the injunction was done in complete denial
of due process to Windsor. Windsor received no notice or opportunity to be heard.
Windsor does not have $50,000, so the requirement of $50,000 BOND deprives
Windsor of any ability to ever file a lawsuit against this judge and the other corrupt
judges and judicial employees who Windsor intends to sue and intends to seek a
grand jury to bring criminal charges against the corrupt judges, corrupt court
employees, and corrupt law enforcement officials. There was no show cause order
issued to Windsor, and Windsor was not given an opportunity to be heard on this
matter as is required by law. Meaningful access to the courts is a Constitutional
right that has been denied by DC, and this alleged ORDER denies significant

Its like we are in a time warp, this could just as easily be Judge Duffy in Georgia and the year is 2012.  Bill's "rats" have been violated because he has to post $50,000 which he most certainly does have but doesn't want to post, so he thinks he no longer has meaningful access to the courts.  Meaningful being the operative word here.  Bill has had more access to the courts than thousands of people put together.  There is nothing meaningful about any of his filings as they are all copy and paste jobs of his previous frivolous filings.

Notice also Bill's terminology....he didn't say before a jury, he said he intends to bring these judges before a grand jury.  He doesn't want to let John Darash and the National Liberty Alliance steal all his fun, he wants to play judge, jury and executioner as well.

Don't Mess With Texas

Windsor came in to Judge Bob Carroll's court this morning in what he told his followers was a "trial".  It was actually just a hearing on Google's special exception.  Not only was Google's exception upheld, but Carroll ruled that Bill must adhere to Judge Thrash's vexatious litigant ruling. Windsor tried to tell Judge Carroll about all the new motions, names and fillings he wanted to add but he was cut off mid-sentence and told that they were only there to address the Google issue. This means that Joeycon is on hold while Bill begs for a federal judge to let him sue his legion of unknown "haters".  Windsor's horrible reputation precedes him.

The back of Bill's head started to turn red as Carroll read his ruling.  Windsor's hands were visibly shaking as you could feel the rage building.  Now all his named defendants can be dismissed upon request while he waits for a federal judge to let him continue his frivolous lawsuits in Texas.  If the federal judge learns that Bill tried to sue 50+ judges in Georgia alone, he most certainly will not be granted permission.

Having suffered a huge loss today as his made up "trial", Bill is once again looking for a new home. The vexatious litigant is not allowed to ride in Texas and Georgia now, so where will he go to quench his insatiable thirst for frivolous lawsuits.

First Rule of Fight Club?

So the phrase of the week seems to be citizen grand juries.  It seems that Bill and David Schied were both contacted by the FBI and asked about their involvement in the Sovereign Citizen movementand specifically their plans related to citizen grand juries.  And with this coming on the heels of Lawless member Paulson being arrested for trying to carry out the stupid stunt, Bills' and David's answers differ quite a bit.

Bill is only playing games and he can change his story in mid sentence without batting an eye.  When asked if he was a Sovereign....he adhered to the first rule of being a Sovereign http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i2lmFCqbJcI.  He then brought in a new phrase to his lexicon by saying he didn't propose citizen grand juries but rather "Special Regulatory Grand Juries" despite the mountains of documents and videos where he did propose citizen grand juries.

Then we have ole David Schied who really is a believer.  He isn't playing games and he refuses to lie.  This puts him at a great disadvantage in this world of underground anarchists and makes him a liability to the them. Incredibly long story slightly shorter....an FBI agent contacted David because of his connections to both the late Trish Kraus and Bill Windsor and that they "were somehow involved in a "domestic terrorist" organization called Lawless America".  Will Bill now be adding the FBI to his lawsuits?  Well, instead of following SOP, David like a boy scout went right ahead and gave this agent a long lecture about the sad state of our Country, particularity the legal system. Then when asked about the buzz word of the week, citizen grand juries, instead of denying it or making up a new word like Bill, David went full speed ahead.

"In addressing Agent Brand’s concern about independent grand juries springing up in Michigan without the authorization of these very same (corrupt) judges (and their counterparts in the executive branch), I reasoned that I and others across Michigan and the United States have enough evidence to show that We The People have no other means of accessing any other state or federal grand juries for reporting these government crimes. As case-in-point, I referred to my own numerous case demands to both the judicial and executive branches of both state and federal government for access to the real government of “the People,” by way of either petit or grand juries, and as both a civil “plaintiff” and as a bona fide “crime victim.” I also described how I have thereafter been repeatedly denied such access to anyone outside of government (i.e., “the People” of a petit or grand jury) by both the courts and the prosecutors. I pointed out that I have had so many denials of grand juries by the judicial branch that the latest responses to my demands, at both the state and federal levels, have been to threaten me with sanctions if I file such a court action again clarifying and redressing my demand of this all-important recognition that government crimes are being committed…in spades."

So there you have it mr. FBI agent in an unusually open, honest and transparent way.  Agent Brand goes on to articulate the whole platform of this blog and why we have been following bill and his appointed number two guy Schied:

"I doubt that Agent Brand was taking notes, though he was likely recording our conversation as he further elaborated upon his characterization of the classic sovereign by his definition. He described the person as one who locates a single code or statute and uses it to justify one’s own exemption from being subjugated to the chain of other written laws. This is the person who propagates wrongful information while relying upon just that one statute and a limited interpretation of the law, even though such an interpretation might be entirely correct. His concern was the disregarding of the greater context of other laws, either leading up to or encompassing the one being referenced by the sovereign; and that they were encouraging others to join in on relying upon such a limited interpretation of the law while breaking other laws. In regard to those who are undermining and circumventing the laws to form their own grand juries, Agent Brand insinuated that some of those involved in this movement appear to be people who might have fought numerous court battles and emerged as “disgruntled litigants” (like Bill Windsor) who simply did not like the results of the judicial rulings against them."

I give a standing ovation to our brave public servant FBI agent Brand in articulating exactly what is going on here.  Bill, David and Lawless are not about exposing real government corruption, its about revenge against a system that rendered a ruling they didn't like and they simply refuse to abide by the ruling of the court. Instead, they want to destroy the very fabric of our society.  No evidence, no due process, no actual democracy, just pure vigilante justice at its most primitive form.

The rest of the piece is Schied putting on his reading glasses and giving the agent a long....long.......loooong lecture filled with the usual Sovereign Citizen propaganda with the all caps word TREASON littered throughout the dissertation.  The main point being that when asked by a man with a badge, David didn't run from the Lawless America dogma, he reiterated it.  Bill Windsor, when put in the same spot, ran from his previous initiates.  For all his faults, and they are many, Schied sticks to his guns as a true believer in what he espouses.  I can at least respect that.  Bill is just simply a vindictive baby hell bent on getting back against any and everyone who dared to speak out against his self serving goals.

Paulson now faces up to 7 years in prison for merely carrying out what Bill had told him and hundreds of people to do.  As you can read in the story some more Lawless lemmings pop up in the form of Stephanie Strong...another South Dakota resident (what do they put in the water up there?).  Stephanie, as we see here http://politicalsmokeout.tumblr.com/post/40016083808/strong-faces-fee-request-doubles-down-on-recording, is not a big fan of rules.  And like Bill, she is finding that seemingly everything she files gets dubed "frivolous and malicious" along with a consequence.  Have they taken their country back yet?  Why is it that their vigilante justice always ends badly for them?

Windsor's Disdain for Judges Comes Out

Bill filed his "brief" which was anything but, for the appellate case in Montana.  To sum up, everything that Boushie said is perjury and everything that Bill said is the facts on record.  He claims Boushie defamed him while calling Sean a "serial criminal" which of course is point blank libel right there.  Bill brags about his over the top filings as if its some kind of indicator of truth:
65. Contrary to the mere 15 pages and 9 unauthenticated exhibits by BOUSHIE [Exhibit#’s_1,2], WINDSOR has at least 233 pages of sworn testimony (all by me) and at least 617 pages exhibits in the RECORD."  I hate to break it to Bill, but his "sworn" word in a court of law is no good and does not constitute a fact.  This can be seen by the courts reaction to all of Bill's dead trees:  "85. DC completely ignored the massive sworn testimony and evidence of WINDSOR. WINDSOR filed and the RECORD contains 203 pages of WINDSOR’S sworn testimony under penalty of perjury and 140 authenticated exhibits. [Exhibit#’s_3,4,19,22,24]

Pffftt....Sean didn't even slaughter a forest of trees in his answers, how could you listen to him?
You see Bill, you are going to have to come up with something more than just your word.
The next paragraph will show just how much Bill can't grasp this concept:

86. DC ignored the undeniable fact that WINDSOR has sworn under oath
under penalty of perjury before a notary that BOUSHIE’S sworn statements are
false. The RECORD contains detailed sworn filings and affidavits by WINDSOR
that controvert virtually everything alleged by BOUSHIE and his attorneys.
[Exhibit#’s_3,4,19,22,24.] There is absolutely no legal basis whatsoever to allow
this or any court to ignore the undeniable facts before it as DC has done. DC has
ignored its obligation to rule based upon the facts and to conduct a hearing to allow
WINDSOR to provide further undeniable evidence of the massive perjury and
criminal acts by BOUSHIE.

Bill claims he is no vexatious litigant

90. False Statement #3 – WINDSOR has filed sworn evidence showing
this to be false. WINDSOR is not a vexatious litigant and never has been.
[Exhibit#22,¶¶143-151; Exhibit#24,¶¶143-151.] In this matter, WINDSOR had an
action filed against him. [Exhibit#1.] Even if WINDSOR was a vexatious litigant,
which he is not, it would be totally irrelevant and is absolutely inappropriate for

DC to include in its November 14, 2013 ORDER.

Ahhh, but you are Bill.  Just because you don't agree with Judge Thrash's ruling, doesn't change the fact that you were deemed a vexatious litigant in a Federal court.  And yes Bill it is extremely relevant to everything you are doing right now, and for the past decade.

You see what may look like a crazy old man driving from Georgia to Montana to stalk someone he doesn't like, isn't really that.  Its a member of the press going up to film a tv show that he never produced, wrote, directed or even got permission to make.

Its all corruption and a conspiracy

Bill has figured out why the lower court didn't rule in his favor....yep thats right they are all corrupt and working for Sean for some reason.

50. The Missoula Municipal Court (“MMC”) and the District Court
(“DC”) in Missoula County have acted in a bizarre and seemingly corrupt manner
in denying WINDSOR’S applications for a TOP just as have the Justice Court and
the District Court in Ravalli. [RECORD and Montana Supreme Court Dockets in
OP 13-0697 and DA 13-0540 and DA 13-0618.]

WINDSOR is concerned that the Ravalli County and Missoula 

County courts and law enforcement may be protecting BOUSHIE for as yet 

unknown reasons.Some have a theory that BOUSHIE is a professional cyper-stalker who works for governmental entities and personal to stalk and harass people such as WINDSOR.  Another theory is that BOUSHIE has sexual blackmail on one or more powerful people.

105. This isn’t a case of an incompetent judge. This appears to be the case 

of a corrupt judge who has committed the crimes of obstruction of justice, 

misprision of felonies, perjury, and more.

Always a smart argument to make in a court of law.  So have you told the court what you want to try judges like this for?  Yep, treason.  And have you told them what the penalty for treason is in your lawless america? Death

Life Liberty, and the Pursuit of Frivolous Lawsuits

been denied property rights in his website, and he has been denied his handgun 

purchased for his protection.

way to go court, you are depriving Bill of his "right" to keep serving Sean with frivolous papers, I think the Founding Fathers are rolling over in their grave again.  Oh...and you wont let him carry his gun that he doesn't have a permit for....you monsters.

Windsor has an extraordinary need for discovery

131. WINDSOR has been denied any discovery [Exhibit#12], but 

discovery is essential to proving that BOUSHIE has committed perjury in his 

entire PTOP. DC Order (Exhibit#12) cites Lear v. Jamrogowicz as authority that 

discovery is not allowed in orders of protection matters. The facts are not at all the 

same here. WINDSOR has an extraordinary need for discovery as it is the only 

way to prove he is the victim. TOP’s were not designed so that a stalker 

(BOUSHIE) can reinjure his victim (WINDSOR), but that is what has happened 

here, and WINDSOR’S rights to due process must be paramount.

This issuance of the injunction was done in complete denial of due process to 

WINDSOR. WINDSOR received no notice or opportunity to be heard. 

WINDSOR does not have $50,000, so the requirement of $50,000 deprives 

WINDSOR of any ability to ever file a lawsuit against this judge and the other 

corrupt judges and judicial employees who WINDSOR intends to sue and intends 

to seek a grand jury to bring criminal charges against the corrupt judges, corrupt
court employees, and corrupt law enforcement officials. There was no show cause
order issued to WINDSOR, and WINDSOR was not given an opportunity to be
heard on this matter as is required by law. Meaningful access to the courts is a
Constitutional right that has been denied by DC, and this alleged ORDER denies
significant rights.

Yeah court, you are wrong, I dont have $50,000, I have a lot....lot.....lot more money than that in case anyone wants some.  Dont you dare stop my right to sue all these judges and bring forth my made up citizen grand juries.  This is my Lawless America, I make the rules.

We have chronicled many times just how stupid Bill Windsor is.  But I have to say, this one takes the cake. After threatening Google with adding them to his frivolous lawsuit, Bill asked Google to provide him with this:

Thats right, Bill can't keep up with his emails, so Google could you help a brother out here, and while you are at it tell me everything you know about anyone who has emailed me in the last two years.  That is all.....well not really I have 84 more requests just like this.  Windsor continues to waive his vexatious wand of paper terrorism at any and everyone he can think of.  But one thing keeps coming up again and again...he is too dumb and lazy to ever remember any details.  Lets just throw everything out there and make the court sort it out while I just claim its a nationwide conspiracy.  Oh, and then we have another short and sweet request to Google:

Will Bill Windsor Give a State of the Union Response Tonight?

A year ago, Bill gave his SOTU response on behalf of his anti-american revolutionary party.  He spent over 30 minutes explaining how he wanted to destroy America and replace it with his own form of dictatorial anarchy.  Well, a year has gone by, and thankfully Bill's plans have been foiled by....reality, and now he just sits as a lonely old man who can't even boss his cat around any more, much less the Nation.  Its been a bad year for Bill, and 2014 looks to be even worse.

Yes thats right, there is no board of directors...there is no members, Lawless America is a simple dictatorship. Bill decides what is best for everyone, and whatever he decides is to be considered the best choice for everyone. Bill Windsor hates America. He has said that our soldiers all died in vain. Fortunately, he will never accomplish this as he isn't very good at anything, in fact he is far below average.

Bill Windsor Attacks Facebook, Will Facebook Bite Back?

Bill's vexatious fantasy tour is about to hit a hard stop as he is now biting at the big dogs who may be in the mood to finally bite back.  Yes, thats right, Windsor is taking on Facebook.  He is suing them for "luring" him in to using Facebook to promote his non-existent movie.  Bill claims that because FB took his page down, he lost years of information, his 50,000 followers who had registered with his page...and get this....the promotion of the movie was effectively ended.  Well try as he might, this little attempt at history revision isn't going to pass the smell test.  

Everyone can quickly get a sense of what this lawsuit is all about when Bill says "The defendant thumbed its multi-billion dollar nose at the law and plaintiff". Thats right, this is about money, Bill wants it and Facebook has it. He then goes on to blame FB for allowing his haters to spread their hate of him and then finishes it off with the usual sob story of how FB has cost him his marriage, his kids, his job, and even his home.

But lets not forget what the real truth was. Bill Windsor had 50,000 "likes" at one time (or close to it) on his public page but as we looked in to those profiles, the overwhelming majority of those likes were from fake profiles. So Windsor defrauded Facebook with these likes in the first place and once we exposed his lie he hid all the likes.  This was way before facebook suspended his account.  I'm sure the logical question any judge would ask is how could someone go from 50,000 followers to just 100 by simply losing a facebook page?  The answer of course is there never was 50,000 real followers, only a Windsor illusion.  But don't let facts or even his fraud get in the way of making up a good story and trying to attack Facebook and their mulit-billion dollar company.

Since Bill has made himself a public figure and since he has taken the first shot at Facebook, this gives the Facebook legal team an easy target to make an example out of.  People need to know that there are consequences for artificially inflating the number of followers you have for financial and political purposes. Bill Winsor is loaded and has plenty of money to cover FB's legal fees and damages, just ask Maid of the Mist how hard it is for him to cut a big settlement check when he has too.

As Bill Windsor claims in this lawsuit:

damages. Exemplary damages serve to provide the claimant with recovery above

and beyond compensatory damages in order to punish the wrongdoer for egregious

conduct and to deter the wrongdoer and others from similar conduct in the future.

Since the PLAINTIFF’s damages can never be erased in this case; there is no

amount of money that could compensate the PLAINTIFF for the loss of the loves

of his life, his wife, children, and grandchildren; there is no amount of money to

compensate a decent, honest, law-abiding citizen for the destruction of his career

and reputation.

I think he is making a great point...just in reverse.  He used, for free, FB's page to go out and lure people in to signing up with his fake movie he would never produce and then solidified it by artificially inflating his "likes" on his FB page to deceive people in to thinking he had a big following.  The usual slap on the wrist just won't do here.  Facebook needs to show everyone what happens when you defraud them and users nationwide like Bill did

Bill Windsor Vs Boushie

One quick check of the docket at http://supremecourtdocket.mt.gov/search/case?case=16616 we can see that Bill is certainly alive and up to his usual horseplay in the courtroom.  In this great showdown between Bill and Sean one might ask the question "what are we fighting for?"....oh yeah, a stupid protective order is all. Boushie is trying to get the appellate court to ignore Bill's appeal of the PO because he is a vexatious litigant. But that doesn't really have anything to do with things like a protective order.  Meanwhile, Bill is saying hey...while I got you here and after all this talk of me being a vexatious litigant, could I please be allowed to sue Sean Boushie in civil court?  Thats right, Bill is desperately trying to figure out a way to parley his appeal of Sean's PO in to civil litigation against Sean.

Sean has his own problems as Bill has raised the flag to the court that Sean's hands are not only tiny, but they may also be unclean.  Boushie's claim of never emailing Bill could prove to be his undoing if Bill is allowed discovery on that particular point and known IP's can be traced to those emails.  The old saying of if you play with the pigs you are going to get dirty comes to mind.  Sean made a mistake by taking action, having learned nothing from Allie in her attempt to get a PO, against Bill.  He then compounded his mistake by misleading the court in saying he has never emailed Bill.  Because of that, a long costly court battle may be on the horizon as the court may see both sides with unclean hands.  In the end this is how Bill wins.  If he can get you to spend money to defend yourself against his allegations, that alone will bring this lonely old man joy.

Bill Windsor Takes a Dive

Its not easy being a vexatious litigant.  Bill Windsor checked in today with his new story that he had fallen on ice and cracked his skull.  Yes with looming mental exams on the horizon, Windsor has decided to beat his detractors to the punch and declare himself not right in the head.  Even though everyone was told to shelter in place, Bill thought it was his American duty to venture out and see if it was safe to travel to the local Golden Corral.  Now his lemmings must once again pray for (or to?) their messiah as he will not be able to make it to his upcoming court dismissals.

I slipped and fell on some ice. I hit my head how can anyone who feels themselves falling not put their hands out to brace themselves and protect their head?. I started bleeding from my right ear maybe your ear just had enough of listening to your lies. I was taken to the Emergency Room by a fire department ambulance wasting tax payer dollars again. Several cat scans and all types of tests were run, and I was diagnosed with Basal _______ Skull Fracture that extends to my right jaw.

I was transferred to another hospital that has a neurosurgeon on duty at all times you should have gone to the vet, hospitals are for real people. More tests, more cat scans to eliminate neck and spinal cord involvement. Diagnosis confirmed.

I can't hear out of my right ear....not yet known if the hearing will come back it matters little though because I only hear what I want to anyway. I feel like a truck hit me I can see how your fat ass hitting the pavement might feel like that, constant headache, blurred vision didn't you complain about this before?. But I am told that I am very lucky to have avoided brain damage ohhh I would get a second opinion on that.

Marty Prehn in Medically Induced Coma. In Protective Custody

Fresh off his "I'm Dying" campaign, Marty Prehn is now claiming to be in a coma due to injuries sustained after being brutally beaten at a recent dust up with Rev Terry Jones in Michigan.

However, and there are always plenty of howevers with Marty, Terry Jones was not at any Michigan protests in over a year.  In spite of Marty trying to get that Purple Heart for being the vanguard of Free Speech, it turns out that the above claim is another complete fabrication - apparently to silence a potential whistle blower.

Claiming to be an investigator "working the crime scene", Marty repeatedly sent texts to a woman's cellphone stating that Marty listed her as next of kin and then chastised her for hampering an investigation by inquiring about his wellbeing on Facebook.  Marty then informed her that if she reported this to the authorities she would be arrested.

This is serious business, folks.  Marty's psychosis has rapidly accelerated past his infamous Special Agent hat.

I have been writing and editing, working on the movie what movie?, the pilot for the proposed television series what tv series?, and a Lawless America book oh oh, I know a great name for the book, how about Round America?. I have also moved from Box Elder to Madison, South Dakota it was a pretty easy move since you never actually moved there it was just a lie, and I am still awaiting surgery for the giant tear in my abdominal wall stop eating so much, you ruptured your stomach. The surgery had to be delayed once till a quarter past never, and it will likely have to be pushed to January along with my movie date. I will be unable to drive, think clearly, carry, finish my vegetables, lift, etc. for three weeks following surgery. and certainly well beyond that

In April, I plan to complete the filming of the remaining backstories for the stories that will be featured in the movie. yeah better let that brutal winter get through before you venture out of your hotel room

The most outlandish order yet out of Montana came down a few days ago. Corrupt judge John W. Larson or maybe kick ass Judge John Larson really outdid himself this time what had he done previously. He certainly proves just how corrupt the courts are there he gives us hope for a better nation. Grampa Bill. First and preeminently, I am more than euphoric to know you are in fact alive and apparently well. But I gotta tell you; Americas LA Hero, For me, the bloom is significantly off the rose. For a guy who has been so infinitely aware of REAL and imminent threats on your life, AND, had been so consistently conscientious about keeping your friends informed, you certainly blew it at the end. You brought a huge, ominous and depressing storm cloud into my life for four [4] or five [5] days a while back. I was absolutely convinced that those perverted Montana ‘moon bats’; miscreants of humanity were having the last laugh somewhere dining on Bill Windsor pie. It wasn’t fun Bill. I’m glad everything is o.k now. But I am also PISSED beyond my ability to articulate. I don’t deny you have likely accrued countless wounds that needed licking and time to heal, AND you are certainly entitled. Windsor Suffers Defeat in Montana

While his lemmings continue to wait for a proof of life, Bill Windsor suffered a humiliating defeat to Sean Boushie in District Court in Montana.  Not only was Boushie's temporary order of protection, first issued by the local municipal court, upheld, it was put in full effect for an indefinite period, possibly forever.  In addition to that, Bill's vexatious litigant status is now established in the entire state of Montana as his terrorist reputation precedes him.

Judge John Larson issued a scathing and long overdue smackdown of Bill.  While Bill claims that he is being stalked and harassed by Boushie, it was Bill's driving to Boushie's home and place of work that triggered the legal rights to the TOP for Boushie.  Sean claims that he has never "met, spoken to or emailed Windsor". For those of us that have followed this squabble the first two are probably true but the last part is most certainly not.  But here is the rub, this isn't Bill's Lawless America Facebook page where he can dictate reality as he sees it.  This is a court of law and he must establish facts with actual proof.  Windsor can't even prove where his place of residence is, much less can he prove that Boushie ever emailed him.  So to this end, there is no evidence that Boushie had anything to do with this squabble, but no matter how you slice it, it got real when Bill, as the court pointed out, "drove from Georgia to Montana to stalk Sean and his wife's home and place of work".  And just to make it easy on Sean, Bill actually filmed his stalking and posted it on his webpages for all to see.  Bill also made it easy for the court as he has, in addition to seanboushie.com, had the allieoversteet.com and claudinedombroski.com websites to show the court that he has a pattern of stalking and defaming others.  In just about every way, Bill cooked his own goose.

The Court also took a stab at Windsor's half hearted attempt to claim journalistic privileges.  If the court had recognized him as such, "any person with a video camera would be absolved or relived of any stalking activities".  "Windsor has no television show, nor has he made any sort of documentary film."......ohhhh ohhhh court, don't say that, or at least please don't let that get back to my followers, they still believe in me. Yes lemmings, those are indisputable facts, Bill has no TV show nor does he have a documentary film, and you know what....it's your fault he doesn't.

And as if this smackdown wasn't enough, the court turns directly at the terrorist that is known as Bill Windsor as they uphold his vexatious litigant status.  Because of Bill's repeated abuse of the State judicial system from his malicious, voluminous and frivolous filings he must be tagged as a paper terrorist.  "The administration of justice will suffer irreparable harm if Windsor is allowed to continue to file frivolous, malicious, and vexatious litigation against persons involuntarily involved in his vexatious campaigns"......amen. Some have wondered why I continue to follow Bill like I have, that statement sums it up.  It is imperative to our Country and our way of order that we continue to expose enemy combatants like Bill, David Schied, Kevin Brady, Marty "I'm Special" Prehn and so on.  It is also important that we don't allow Bill to quietly hit the reset button and try and new scam and pretend like all his sins from the previous one won't follow him. Leeches like Bill depend on the general indifference of the public in order to keep replaying their scams, and its up to us to protect our society by exposing him.

The worst news for Bill in this is it provides a blueprint and recent case law for all his other stalking victims. No doubt the party is over for Bill now in Kansas and Missouri as well as with any of the other people he wanted to try and attack.  They will, most likely, all be able to obtain a TOP as he has documented his physical stalking of their residence as he did with Boushie, and made the case easy for them.

Yes that is the common refrain going on now from a group of panicked lemmings who have not received instructions from their Fuhrer.  No doubt Bill must have come under the spell of those dangerous "joeys" down in Texas because he always checks in on facebook that he is alive and well.  Some have said that they must face the reality that he is probably gone as they now look for a new huckster in chief to lead them deeper into the swamp.  Maybe the Scientology people got him?  Maybe that last piece of pie was too much and his heart finally gave up?  Maybe he forgot his password to login and just gave up?

Well here is a bit of truth for you lemmings since this is the only place you are going to hear such a thing in this wacky world of windsor.  Bill Windsor is alive but most certainly not well.  He is an evil, sick, perverted terrorist, who most of all is a narcissist.  And you know who narcissist care about?  Thats right only themselves.  Windor has been very busy filing brief after brief (even this very week) in his vexatious litigation both in Missouri and Montana.  Yep he is still doing what he always does, but since you lemmings stopped sending him money he no longer feels the need to check in with you.  He played you for a fool, a role you seem to be typecast for life.

Oh sure Bill will be back and ready to con again, but he most certainly wants a new group of followers next time around.  Bill blames you, the Lawless followers for his failure.  You didn't send in the right back story videos, you didn't send enough money.  You didn't like enough of his websites and drive up his google hits. Yep, it seems you "nobodies" really are a bunch of nobodies.  You have no connections, no pull, no leverage and in the end you are nothing but a waste of time to Bill.  There is a valuable lesson here, but I doubt you will learn it.

Where's Windsor?

Now that Lawless America is dead, Bill has gone in to hiding from public view but he continues to engage in his favorite form of domestic terrorism in being a vexatious litigant.  But several of his especially stupid lemmings still haven't figured out that he has given up on them.

Ahhh those pesky "Joey's" must have done it. In some ways its true. The constant exposure of his daily scams and lies has forced him in to hiding. He can no longer be annoyed by his pushy followers with their issues, he must focus on his vexatious activities of his own.

And to that end, he has been busy as he goes after Sean Boushie in the Montana Supreme Court. Windsor is throwing a temper tantrum that Boushie and the University of Montana where able to obtain a order of protection against him while he was unable to obtain one against Sean. To make matters worse, Boushie has brought up the Judge Thrash order of vexatious litigant against Bill and that has caused Bill to start a separate tirade about the unconstitutionality of that order. Bill decided and declared Thrash biased and therefore having no jurisdiction to issue such ruling. Therefore the ruling is void and Thrash is guilty of treason in Bill's lawless America.

In the end, Bill will continue to lose in every court he steps foot in. In fact, he can't win because he can't contain his anger and his rage. As he continues to lose it will no doubt spark another public scam of his where he will prey on those who feel victimized by the court system. The beast will need to feed soon, and vulnerable, emotional people will be his prey. Its all he has left.
