Lawless America Goes to Deadwood

As Windsor continues to spend his summer of stalking north of the Mason-Dixon line to avoid melting in the heat, he continues to chase his tail in the heartland of America.  He travelled to the Black Hills of SD and to the town of Deadwood.  So that means that Wild Bill Windsor went to the town where Wild Bill Hickok was murdered.  Its also ironic that Windsor would take his Lawless America travelling circus show to the town of Deadwood.  Deadwood is a very small town of a little over 1,000 people who continue to live/act and reside as if we were still in the wild west days. Lawless America, of course, is also a very small movement of about 20 people or so who still think they can take the law in to their own hands just because they want to.

Bill records a video where he claims that the judges in our court system still operate in the wild west.  He has become accustomed to accusing others of the exact thing he is currently doing, and this is no different.  And this is the case here.  It is Bill Windsor, and people like him, who are tying up our courts with voluminous and frivolous filings.  They want our legal system destroyed, and they are more than happy to assist in the destruction of it.  Windsor, and people like him, are our enemies....they are the face of domestic terrorism in America.  But instead of literal bombs, they use paper bombs and aim them right at the heart of our judicial system.  The end is still the same though...total destruction of our government and way of life here in America.  Windsor, like the foreign terrorists, doesn't want to work within the system and try and fix the flaws, he just wants to blow up and destroy the entire thing.

Some may wonder why I continue to cover Bill since it has nothing to do with me directly.  The answer is he is my enemy, he is a sworn enemy of the United States.  Our Country is not broken and that includes the Judicial system.  It is most certainly flawed, as it always has been....but not broken.  We must work to fix and learn from the flaws but fight to protect and defend this system that has produced the greatest Nation in the world.  Bill Windsor perverts and exploits the very freedoms that this Country has given him because, at the end of the day and despite being born in the 1% inside the greatest Country in the world, Bill Windsor can not measure up to anything other than a 100% maggot of society.

AMPPing It Up

After stalking Claudine for two days in Kansas, Bill has decided to "craft" a lawsuit against many of the member (former and present) of the American Mothers Political Party.  Bill says he is bringing this against: Claudine Dombrowski, Lorraine Tipton, Jennifer Dotson, Shannon E. Miller, Kimberly Wigglesworth, Connie Bedwell, and Loryn Ryder.  The lawsuit is to be filed at the Shawnee County Courthouse in Topeka, Kansas.  Tipton (Wisconsin), Dotson (Florida), Miller (Mississippi), Wigglesworth (Connecticut), Bedwell (California, and Ryder (Ohio) will all have to come to Kansas to participate.

He gives away his true intention right off the bat as he admits this is all about inconveniencing his detractors. Keep in mind the operative word still here is wants to file this lawsuit; he has not yet been granted the right to take his vexatious handcuffs off.  Bill claims that the AMPP's have caused harm to his business.  What business is that Bill...the fake movie?  the fake non-profit?....ohh how about the Revolutionary Party?  He says his reputation in the community has been lowered as a result of their actions.....not possible Bill, it could not possibly get any lower than it was thanks to the actions YOU have taken.

Even if Bill gets his wish and is allowed to file this lawsuit, he may want to re-think this.  Uniting all these women together in a court of law in Kansas may just allow them to turn the tables back on him and all his many past actions.  Barbara Windsor better hope Bill doesn't file this as she was the one writing all the checks when all the "events" took place.  Getting a divorce won't extricate her from her role in the scam formerly known as Lawless America.  What would happen in discovery when the books that were hidden in the Maid of the Mist case are finally revealed?  Something tells me there are still plenty of assets left for a counter-claimant to find worth their while.

Its Court Day!!! Windsor Stays in His Own World

The case of Windsor vs. Overstreet and a civilized society gets its first big hearing today.  Allie has a motion to dismiss while Bill got vexi with it yesterday by throwing up 15, yes count them, 15 motions or notices.  Bill is trying his best to give the Judge no other option but to hold him in contempt of court.....let's review what factors can lead to such action:

A finding of contempt of court may result from a failure to obey a lawful order of a court check, showing disrespect for the judge double check, disruption of the proceedings through poor behaviour you can count on this, or publication of material deemed likely to jeopardize a fair trial ummm like allieoverstreet.com?.

But before Bill heads to court for a very possible contempt detaining, along with watching Allie be dismissed from the case, he left everyone with a funny story that did or did not happen to him the other day:

LAWLESS AMERICA MOVIE UPDATE AND BILL WINDSOR UPDATE:

I was driving over to the courthouse in Lexington Missouri this morning about 70 miles per hour on the Interstate crazy old me who shake and can't hear shouldn't drive that fast. Up on my right came a man in a pickup truck honking and waving and motioning for me to roll down my window he wanted to point out that you were in the median. I did. He was VERY excited to tell me: "MY cousin is in that movie!" I'm sure he meant the real movie with Tom Hardy and Shia Labouf His cousin was filmed in Minnesota if it was with you he means youtubed. I love it when things like this happen out of nowhere. It helps remind me how important the movie is to people did you bother to mention to him that you have given up the movie idea and moved on to stalking people 24/7.

I worked until 4:30 you mean vexaited, dont call that work am preparing my filings, and then I was up at 7:30, off to the UPS Store for notary service and copying, then over to Lexington its not easy being vexatious is it?.

We have hearings in Lexington Missouri tomorrow in the case of Windsor v. Overstreet and the world. According to my reading of the laws and case law involved, I should prevail on everything to bad you have no training or understanding of the law whatsoever. Fat chance in your case that's always true, though. But I'm told the judge is excellent, so we shall see that means you have zero chance of prevailing, zero.

Some people are upset with me posting about my battles with the cyberstalkers, death threateners did you just make up a word?, liars, libelers, slanderers, and thieves of my life as I knew it how dare they, those are my things, that is for me to do. I say to you: Sorry. Thanks for visiting and for you donations and pie, but you probably need to move on to another project and page because I'm tired of even pretending to care about your issues. Throughout my career, I always told my fellow employees in orientation you mean confused interns that took a left instead of a right at the end of the hall that if you ever find you don't enjoy working here, please do us both a favor and go somewhere else and no one has ever made it past that first step. I explained to them as I am explaining to you who is you? now that I don't mean that in a mean way at all it just comes out that way because I'm mean. It's just a way to be happier in life than you would have been otherwise ummm, lets rework this sentence shall we?. My personal primary goal in life is to expose these people given your proclivity to sexual perversion, what kind of exposure are you talking about?. I will continue to battle judicial and government corruption you mean end up in court for breaking the rules, but the two will have to split my time. Each will get at least 40 hours a week as I usually work 80+ thats right, stalking the first half of the week and then in court for stalking the second half of the week.

Windsor Keeps Playing Games

With his big showdown in court tomorrow, Bill has put his vexatious self in overdrive.  He continues to pretend to be a real attorney as he hires a court reporter to document his made up deposition of Allie.  He didn't find neither Allie's nor her "alleged so-called" attorney Matt O'Conner's reason for not being able to come as an acceptable excused absence.  So he went ahead and filmed it, with the smirking court reporter sitting there wondering if she should have looked to see if his check bounced before showing up.  He posted all of this on his new lawless facebook page which only has 81 Likes, down from the previous 46,000 just a few weeks ago.

Winsdor then did a solo-youtubing of himself coming out after the mock deposition stunt.  Bill called Matt a prick.  He then went on to confirm the death of Lawless America because he has decided that stalking people critical of him is now more important than exposing his made up corruption, I guess this is bad news for all those murders in jail hoping he was their white knight. Windsor said that we, his critics, cost him everything including his family (wife, kids, and grand kids).  The only thing he seems chocked up about losing was his grand kids, no real love lost for his wife and kids.  Of course this new story doesn't jive with his previous version where he said his ex-wife gave him an ultimatum....either stop driving around the country putting random people on youtube, or lose your family.  He chose youtube, and then subsequently lost his log in password to it.  He lies by saying he never knowingly tells a lie, and he vows to hunt down stalk, harass, libel, slander and intimate all his critics for the rest of his life.  Never mind that he has, as of today, been completely unable to bring successful charges against any of them, civil or criminal.  And what happened to the Sean Boushie tv show?  Please don't tell me you are cancelling that one again.

The Death of Lawless America

Lawless America, the scam, is now over.  Bill announced the news of its death this morning on the comment section of his personal facebook page.  But don't worry, Bill will still eat pie and stalk as many people as he can, he just needs to come up with a new scam as this one has run is course.

Bill gave us several updates over the weekend before this announcement:

I devoted most of yesterday to filing various legal motions against Allie Overstreet which will be laughed out of the courtroom in short order. I am suing her for mega damages you probably should be specific, but why start now? in court in Lafayette County Missouri.

I have said to myself since there is no one else to listen I guess you are the only one left to talk to that I will resolve my living arrangements by midnight Sunday or hopefully law enforcement can resolve them for you. I will finish looking at potential places to live this weekend.

Facebook continues to pretend that www.facebook.com/lawlessamerica had nudity on it. Now Facebook has money "now", when did they not?. Maybe I can get a lawsuit to stick against them ummm no because they also have real attorneys. I'll file when I get to California. ahhh trick answer because you are not going to California

I continue to get asked out on dates by women take that Barbara. It's very flattering and I like to be flattered. I had no idea women were so aggressive ummmm well thats because there is another word behind them....desperate, but that will be a new lesson for ya. It certainly makes life easier on us shy out-of-practice bachelors yeah you are a really shy guy with over 400 hours of youtube vidoes, why don't you come out of your shell?. But I'm not yet comfortable with actually having a date unless you can work out the details of the payment ahead of time?. I've been divorced for 18 days but separated for many years .


Then we get the goodbye cruel world post:

Bill Windsor I likely won't be in New York or California or anywhere but South Dakota unless or until we get funding. I can't afford to keep going. So, I will do the TV pilot, and then will hunker down and focus all of my efforts on obtaining funding.

So the time of death was actually last weekend during his Salt Lake video.  Its over its done with and he has nothing to show for it, not even a preview clip.  Now he must go in to hiding and try and retool everything in to a new scam.  But this time he doesn't have anyone to hide all his assets under, he ha exposed himself.

Billy Stops Paying Attention to His Latest Scam

Windsor gave this update last night on his personal facebook page:

I am not here that statement is fundamentally flawed on the most basic level, but it does look delightful. The only scenery I am seeing tends to be the four walls of a hotel room hopefully it will be redecorated soon with some iron bars.

The folks in the room next to me last night had a great time uhhhhh, did you send them a cease and desist?. I've never heard anything like it. I was blushing, I imagine *sigh*, no comment...but you know.

I did a lot of research on places to live there are lots of them out there huh, and I thought I had things narrowed down pretty well...but photos can be deceiving too bad you have never been able to go out and see all these places in person, like on vacation...oh wait. Little is easy that's especially true for stupid people.

I filed criminal charges against Curtis Butler of Springfield Missouri today.  and the crowd goes wiill...oh wait, no one cares any more


Thanks to his stalking obsession, Bill has been unable to properly respond to his vexatious filing in Missouri.  Yesterday, he tried to file and emergency motion for continuance.  He based this request on several parts:  1.  He says the court clerk is being mean and denying him subpoena powers to go out and discover what a ginger snap is.  2.  He has been out of town and unable to keep up with all the filings.  He claims he hasn't even seen Mark's answer.  3.  Brenda still hasn't been served, and Bill doesn't seem to know how to do it.  4.  Allie's attorney is being corrupt because he has only recently started to send everything to bill via email.  Bill says it can take up to two weeks to get his snail mail so its important that everyone take the extra effort to scan everything on to the computer and email it to him.

In light of this, I thought it would be nice to just go ahead and set the stage for a hearing between the judge and Bill at this point:

Bill:  Please allow me more time, I am out of town
Judge:  Why are you out of town? 
B:  Because I'm filming a movie
J:  Why are you filming a movie?
B:  Because judges are corrupt
J:  Why are judges corrupt?
B:  Because they ruled against me and labelled me a vexatious litigant
J:  Hmmm, ok lets back up a little, why did you have to file this lawsuit?
B:  Because Allie said mean things about me
J:  What?
B:  That my movie is fake
J:  Well when is this movie going to be out?
B:  I don't know, I need a rich person to fund it, someone to edit it, someone to write the story, someone to direct it and someone to produce it.
J:  So what do you have at this point?
B:  I have over 3,000 hours of random testimonies of people on youtube
J:  Ok, so why can't you get your mail?
B:  Because my wife divorced me and I had to leave
J:  Why did she do that?
B:  Because I wouldn't stop filming my movie
J:  So who are these 1000 John Does?
B:  I don't know, I was hoping you would help me find out
J:  Let me guess, they too said something negative about you "movie"?
B:  Exactly right.....so what is it gonna be Judge?

J:  this case is dismissed

Bill goes to his facebook page to cry and complain about his lack of financial support.  He claims that donations amounted to $35,000 on his first tour (IRS did you catch that?) but that he has had to pick up the rest of the $90,000 plus on his own from the first round and now this pointless second version. 

Windsor also, more or less, admitted he has no clue what his movie is going to be or even look like.  He decided to blame his failure on the lack of funding from his lemmings.  He said after his stalking showdown with Boushie in Montanta, he would be out of people to stalk and may need to just shut down for a while.

Then the switch got pulled.  The FBI's internet crime division, based on numerous complaints, decided to investigate Bill's facebook, stalker sites, and even the main Lawless America website.  In typical Bill speak, he blamed it on something that was not true:

Once again he sets up his own false flag...but this time he is playing with the big boys and I think they have seen this game before and will know what to do with it.  Is this finally the end of the domestic terrorist organization known as Lawless America?

Over Here, Over There, But Never Headed Anywhere

Bill continues to wander around in the Utah wasteland.  He is currently trying to get his foot in the door to see Connie Fielding a woman whom her family committed to an institution.  Bill doesn't know her, knows nothing about her story, but since she posts on his facebook page and all her posts are very much pro Bill, he has declared her perfectly sane just on that alone and therefore wrongfully detained.  He does a video outside the facility that he is not allowed to enter.  In his self shot and poorly edited video, he rambles on for 8 minutes and looks to have put on about 25 pounds just in the last two weeks.

Windsor is gearing up for his delayed showdown with Sean Boushie in Missoula Montana.  Bill keeps claiming it will be a TV series (which will go straight to youtube) as he tries to get impressionable young college students to go on camera and say bad things about Sean.  Bill has even stooped as low as taking out an add on Craigslist seeking subjects to go on youtube for his fake documentary.  He also posted that he is renting a bulletproof vest for his stalking expedition in Missoula.  He wants to make sure his few remaining followers realize just how dangerous his made up crusade of stalking Sean really is.

While Bill was in Utah, he decided to go by the Sundance festival and see what real movie producers do.  It was more like a nostalgia trip down his own lying memory lane as it read as a "remember that lie I told you guys about my fake movie going to Sundance?  Well, I went by their information desk and had a conversation with the clerk how cool is that".

What happened to the RV?  Bill says he decided to sell it, he even said "we" sold the RV.  Of course the question is who is the "we"?  He and the voices in his head?  It wasn't listed as an asset in the divorce.   Does  "we" mean the non-profit that he set up but hasn't been keeping records of?  Where will that money go?  How will it be disbursed?

Bill Tries To Turn Up the Volume

Windsor tried to pull the ole "I know who you are but I'm not gonna tell ya" stunt yesterday against me and everyone else on this blog.  Of course he wouldn't be Bill Windsor unless he was lying, and that is the case once again.  But the more he screams and complains about his "haters", the more he ignores his followers and his stated goal (which changes daily).

Speaking of stated goals....he keeps making up new ones as he congratulates himself on accomplishing his new made up goal:

An important part of the Lawless America project to me is visiting all 50 state capitols. I was in Salt Lake City 6-7 months ago, but I forgot to go to the Capitol as I geared up for a 500-mile day of driving. I remedied that today.

The mysteries of the universe will now slowly start to unlock themselves for Bill as he now nears the holy grail of visiting all 50 state capitals.  How can one human being accomplish so much in just one lifetime? 

This American Pie Tour version 3.0 was supposed to be about filming back stories to cases he filmed on version 2.0.....but where is this?  So far all he has been able to film are back roads and prison buildings, and maybe a dust devil.  What version 3.0 has actually emerged as is a support tour for criminals, particularly violent ones.  Mutilation, torture and vengeance are the stories Bill has been drawn too, while he stalks and tries to terrorize any and everyone that disagrees with him.

One of the things that eats at Bill is the inescapable feeling that he is supposed to be better than he is.  This is the first born son of Walter Windsor, he was born and trained to be something special and he had all the resources at his disposal to do it.  Bill Windsor is in the 1%.  But he has no moral character and below average intelligence.  This is why he has fundamentally failed at every single endeavor he has embarked on, and will continue to fail until his body has finally cease and desisted..ohh and abated.  Deep down, Bill knows he was supposed to be more than this, you can hear it in his latest videos as he tries to pin the blame for this failures on his haters and his followers.  But as he reminds us, its just him on this trip, and he is a nobody.  He made up his own crusade, he pushed away at anyone trying to help him, and in the end he has absolutely no one else to blame but himself.  Bill Windsor was born a somebody, but will die as a nobody and there is nothing he can do at this point to change that.

Bill Is Going No Where Fast

Remember when Lawless America was going to save the Country by an award winning documentary movie?  Well, what about the sweeping changes that would take place in Congress by way of legislation as a result of the "indisputable evidence" Bill would provide them?  What about how he and his partner in crime David Shied were going to take their country back by way of citizen grand juries?

Well all of that must be put on hold indefinably, as the man who gave his own State of the Union response now needs help saving his website.

Ahhh yes, how the mighty have fallen.  And while he spends his days and nights reading this blog trying to figure out how to subpoena a cookie and some farm animals, his confused followers keep dropping off or end up institutionalized.  Yes, these are troubling times for the so called Revolutionary Party, as their dictator in chief has gone awol from reality and has no clue which road to take to get back.  Ohhh and one other little thing, you know Bill's youtube account?  Yes that one that holds all the video footage that he has uploaded from his fake movie for two years?  Yeah, ummmm, he kinda forgot his password and can't log in to it any more.  Have we taken our country back?

Windsor Finally Heads To the Mental Institution

After going crazy with the heat in both Arizona and Nevada, Bill now heads to the funny farm to check out the operation.  The man with no home had been previously touring prison facilities, but now he wants to check out his other possible final destination.

The reason for this visit is he plans to spook the latest Lawless follower to be institutionalized (even odds on either Mary Deneen or the Rhode Island woman as next up) in Connie Fielding.  Bill even points out that the "likes" on his facebook page are dwindling but he blames that on the new settings he said he put in place.  The truth is the core of his followers are ending up in jail or committed.  It is fun watching them give Bill advice on his health when Bill is either complaining about his ear or the heat.

Domain Names:  Windsor has decided to adopt the Crystal Cox tried and failed method of taking out domain names in the name of the person or group you are stalking.  He has recently put one up on Boushie, Claudine, and all of the AMPPs.

Crazy with the Heat:  Bill gave daily and sometimes hourly updates of the current temperature on the Las Vegas Strip as he took his photo's all from a half mile radius of the MGM Grand

Drive-by Shotings:  The Jeep now has a ceiling cam on it so that now Bill won't even have to get out of the car to do his filming.

Utah:  Bill took his crime scene tape to Utah as he filmed a woman he knew nothing about for 3 hours.  He was fascinated by her story calling it maybe the most compelling story he has filmed yet.  The main reason he believes her is because she apparently has some gruesome images Bill can't wait to upload for shock value.

Ear owie:  He blamed the gale force wind from the hotel air conditioners (someone should let him know that he can control those) for having an ear ache.  He claimed to visit several clinics in the area but disagreed with their diagnosis and told them to cease and desist.  He used that excuse as a way to stay a few extra days in Sin City as he lived it up and worked on his Missouri lawsuit filings.

Oh The Never Ending Life of Pie

As Bill continues to vacation in the kinda great State of Arizona, he has thrown up two testimonies, both of which show just how far down at the bottom of the barrel he is operating from.

First up, we have the case of Julian Soncco, Bill lays out the case like this:

Four years ago, Julian and his family were wrongfully evicted from their home. No foreclosure. Done while they were not at home. Someone else is living there. But I am holding a 2011 letter from GMAC Mortgage confirming that the mortgage is paid in full and remitting a $3,650.28 overpayment. But no one seems to be doing anything about this.

I believe this story is why the Arizona Attorney General's Office wants to go on camera. This story stinks so badly that they may be looking to do damage control. Julian cc'd me on communication with the Attorney General a while back, and that seems to be why the AG's office has been pursuing me for an interview.

To the Arizona Attorney General I say this: Get Julian and his family back in their home, and I will make the Arizona Attorney General's Office look good in the movie with a success story such as this will be.

That is patented  Bill.  Nothing but lies and deception ending with a threat to a law enforcement agency under the guise of his fake movie.  Now, how about the truth?  The truth is this man, like many others, had a home that plummeted in value from the housing crash.  He became upside down on his loan, and he was duped in to a lease back offer.  So he sold his home...the mortgage was satisfied, but the new owner didn't like the lease back idea and kicked him out.  The Attorney General did sue on behalf of many homeowners who fell victim to this scheme, but the guy is now insolvent and no one is going to get restitution.   This isn't a story about government corruption or anything like that.  This is a story of a guy who became upside down on his mortgage and in desperation fell prey to a run of the mill scam artist, and now he is falling prey to a new scamster in Bill.


Then we have the porn star and B movie actress Sheri Thomas.  Even though Bill had just explained to a follower that he was not in position to quickly upload their movies to youtube, Bill excitedly welcomed this washed up porn star in to his private hotel room for some "filming".  Bill quickly uploaded her video's to youtube and set up her sob story this way:

Sheri is the mother of two boys who are now young men, and she has seen them only five times in the last 20 years. Her sons were courtnapped, and she (a stay-at-home mom) was literally put out in the street -- left homeless and penniless. Her aerospace executive (six figure income) ex-husband planned the whole deal while his lover waited in the wings.

Sheri's story is incredibly maddening. Her life was destroyed by this man. 

But as they say, karma is a bitch. It seems the divorce never actually went through. Her "husband" remarried, and if this is confirmed in court, that makes him guilty of the crime of adultery. He should also have to pay spousal support and cough up at least half of the marital assets.

I look forward to the new developments in this story. Sheri is a beautiful woman inside and out, and I hope her sons see her Love Letter to her Children and begin to understand how she was victimized.

Well the truth is she divorced in 1988, the father was awarded custody of their two boys and they seem to be living very well adjusted lives now in their early thirties and twenties respectively.  Sheri, in contrast, has devoted her life's profession to selling her body in the form of adult videos.  Now, in her 50's and hideously deformed by too much botox along with ageing) that she can no longer sell her body for the kind of living she has become accustomed to, so she is after her ex for alimony money.  Yes...I know, tomorrow was supposed to be the big day for the grand jury stunt..but now this, apparently, is how we take our country back.

Bill Windsor Stays Within His Budget, Oh and Lies

This is the hotel room Bill Windsor spent the night in last night.  The Residence Inn in Mesa Arizona with rooms starting at $110 a night and up.  Yes, thats right, he has no money, but how many of you followers get to stay at places like that every single night?  This man is burning $3,000 a month on hotel rooms alone.

As we also pointed out yesterday from an inside source....Bill spent all night and the morning stalking the blog instead of attending to his daily fake movie duties.  This caused him to miss his big filming in Arizona because he simply left El Paso too late.

So after surviving the violent and dangerous dust devils (which he said can cause dust storms) and brushfires of New Mexico, Bill got caught in his own web of lies as he missed his meeting in Pima County Arizona.  On his way down there Bill tried to set up the story this way:

of course that was a lie as he was still trying to book it across New Mexico since he started way too late after his all night stalking spree of this blog.

John Larson Evidently lucky I did not get a heat stroke. I cannot even spell "SUN" !!! IT ZAPPED ME !!!!!!! MEEE THINKS BILL MUST HAVE STARTED HALLUCINATING ON THE DRIVE BETWEEN EL PASO AND TUCSON. MAY YOU COMMUNE WITH JIM MORRISON IN THIS HOT DESERT !!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

The Bill Windsor Show

There will not be a movie, tv show, or even a book, but we are all getting a 24/7 look at the ugliest kind of person..a self absorbed, self centred, egotistical tyrant in Bill Windsor.  He hates his country, he hates his followers, hates his family and is obsessed with his critics.

Bill tried to apply some humor to his usual deception.  He made a news headline-like report that he was rushed to the morgue on his facebook page.  Well none of his followers know what humor is nor have the time to even look it up, so they freaked out.  They censured Bill for this little stunt and he tried to explain his way out of it by saying "hey it was technically true, I did go there", but none of the lemmings were buying that.  Then he goes out and posts a generic photo and then comments underneath it that his account was hacked and he didn't post what he posted.  Ironically, that post he claimed was hacked got more likes than any of the ones he claims.  Anyway, this was all part of his scheme to create plausible deniability with his lemmings.  If he says something you like....that was me.  If it was something you didn't like, that was this mysterious hacker.

He then sticks his rapidly ageing body back in front of his unmanned camera to attack Sean Boushie once again.  He then takes shots at all his other "haters" and vows to continue his stalking of us.  He scolds his followers for not waiting all day for him to arrive for their big youtube filming and chides them to not waste his time like that.  He even tells them that they will be removed from his imaginary movie.

The more he allows himself to be consumed by his hate of us exposing him for who he really is, the less time he has for ruining other people's lives.  This blog, and others will be what writes his obituary, at least in terms of the internet.  And as Bill knows, it doesn't really matter what is said on your tombstone its what google says about you in the end.  He has literally destroyed the Windsor name and reduced it to trash, and some of that falls on the rest of the family for not publicly distancing themselves from this monster (and its not like they can pretend to be a private family).  Bill knows he is losing this battle, and the more he tries to lash out, the more we can cement his legacy as to what it really is...not the windsor spin.

Bill Spends All Weekend Travelling, Can't Seem to Get Anywhere

Talk about spinning your wheels, Bill continued his Texas vacation and stalking tour all through the weekend.  After taking two days to go after Brannon, he then tried to find me and then it was off to Austin to do a prop with 5 hippies who don't like laws.

Bill doesn't really hide the fact that he is just on a never ending vacation as he keeps posting up all his site-seeing pics including the places he likes to eat.  He is an attention whore who no longer has any real family whatsoever so he is using the zombies that follow him as his captive audience.  He even uses his facebook page as a venue to do his creepy old man flirting that he apparently is unable to contain:  Lawless America Bambi, I would be delighted to have you as my bodyguard. 

Beyond all the jokes and non-stop hilarity that Bill provides, the truth is that this is a rabid psychotic on the loose and until he ends up either behind bars or institutionalized, more people are going to be harmed by him.  At this point it really doesn't matter why he is the way he is, since he won't seek a remedy for his condition society must do it for him.

We also get more of the same in his constant contradictions.  He continues to point out how he has no money, but then gives us a screen shot inside his fully loaded jeep with his own mobile terrorism command center.  The man (or man-like creature) has to be burning at least $200 a day while he begs his lemmings to donate $300 for a stupid $50 banner that says "crime scene".  So at day 330 or something, he has had to burn at least $60,000 just on gas, food and lodging alone.  This doesn't count the crazy RV that is sitting in his driveway.  Yet he has no problem taking donations from people who don't even have enough gas money to get back home.  This ridiculous story needs an ending.

Bill Windsor: "I Hate to Sound Vindictive, But I Guess I Am"

So Bill says he has to cancel the filming of his fake movie yesterday because of the weather, even though it was partly cloudy and nice all day.  So instead of fake working, he spent the day doing what he planned all along, hunting all over the area for a certain spicy cookie.  He was able to locate, after being pointed to the break room in several of the local police stations, several chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, but not what he was looking to file charges on.

Well then its back to the tried and failed method of trying to file charges against someone in your address book.  So Bill waddles up the steps to the Ellis County Sheriff's office to whine about Brannon making videos.  As the deputy continues to point out the front door to Bill, he finally relents and says well you can take all this crap to the DA if you want, oh and feel free to fill out one of our comment cards in the suggestion box...now please, exit the building.

Windsor then takes his shifty eyes, shaking hands, and overly swollen neck on in front of his camera to do a video to document his stalking activities.  He also releases the video he did in Biloxi while he was stalking EHH.  He blames the "haters" for the loss of his wife, his daughter, and the reason he can't speak to his granddaughter.  He attacks Brannon and this blog and took a swipe at Joey Dauben as a way to gain leverage against Brannon (will David Dauben be liking this post as well?).  He may have forgotten the history, but we have not.  While this blog was always against the slandering and liable that Joey did, he Bill Windsor went down to film Joey while he was held in the ECSO detention center awaiting his trial.  This is how, and why, Joey's particularly stoooopid father painted up his beloved blazer to the Lawless America paint to match his new messiah Bill Windsor.  Once Joey was convicted, Bill dropped him like a hot potato as he was now a pr liability.  But Brannon, as a true friend, did not.  Brannon doesn't support or stand for any of the actions of Joey, but he won't abandon his friend just because its no longer advantageous to claim you know Joey.

Another interesting facet of both of his videos, which also shows his unbridled vindictiveness,  is how he goes into detail about how he wants Brannon and EHH to be incarcerated   He even hopes that EHH is moved to a prison he filmed earlier in Mississippi so she can fight of the rat infestation while she serves her time.  This is no doubt a lonely, perverted old man who has allowed his jealousy and rage literally eat him alive.  He also mentions, for the first time, how the "haters" are harassing not only him but "others".  This new wrinkle is a shout out on behalf of is little shrimpy friend David Schied who is still quietly hiding in the corner trying to karate chop some wood.

A Stalking He Did Go

Bill celebrated Mother's Day the only way he knows how...by stalking a young mother.  The creepy old pervert spent the day taking pictures of the former places of residence he suspects Elizabeth Hernandez to have resided.  He even got vexatious in local restaurant which he believed Elizabeth was fond of.

Windsor then went down to the Biloxi PD to have a "sit down" with the police and to file criminal charges against EHH.  He says the matter will now go before a judge, but he is forgetting a key step...the PD must go forward with those charges.  More than likely his charges went the way of the morning junk mail.  Another failure for Bill Windsor.

Of course this is really all about bullying.  Bill wants to stalk and intimidate anyone who dares speak out against him, but like everything else in his life, he isn't very good at it.  How the zombies at lawless america can still support this kind of pathetic behavior is a testament to their own character.

Next up is Texas.  Bill plans to spend a week and a half in the Lone Star State.  No doubt his stalking campaign will continue.  Meanwhile, what about the fake movie?  The grand jury stunts?  Congressional hearings?  Local public access TV?  Has he "taken his country back"?  All of that was just lip service to an old man who wants to stay on vacation for the rest of his life, forever in search of someone to give him unquestioned love and attention.

David is taking over in this email.  He is correct, there is a lack of interest mainly because how could anyone follow all of this with the daily antics of Bill and still know what they were supposed to do?  Forget the fake movie, David says its time to focus on a television show, and by that he means local public access channels (nothing to do with anything Bill is producing).  Even though Bill just said that the grand jury is his only remaining hope for justice, David is trashing the entire stunt.  David is pragmatic, he is trying to salvage what is left, but this puts him directly at odds with his despot in chief.  But he cannot escape the blood that Bill has put on his head.  He is directly responsible for Bill and his antics.  Continuing to hide in the corner will no longer work, the spotlight is now on him, what will he do?

Bill is Moving to Texas

The State of Georgia had a day of celebration as Bill announced that he has ceased and desisted his residency in that State.  The Lone Star State is the unlucky recipient of the walking caucus known as Bill Windsor.  His turn-key divorce, which he just announced last week, is nearly finalized if you are stupid enough to believe anything he says.  So he is ready to move on.  Tell someone to ship his RV (The Fugitive) to an undisclosed location in North Texas:

Filming the backstories for interviews previously conducted is taking longer than I expected. you could grab any idiot off the street and they would know that you are supposed to film the back-stories for a documentary the FIRST time you roll through

I did take some time for myself over the weekend and managed to break my primary lens. I'm going to just try and forget I read this.

I went to see Music Row in Nashville a lonely old man on vacation, and I had to make a sudden stop, and the camera fell from the passenger seat to the floorboard. you should tie that down, have you ever travelled before?  It had to have hit funny, and it no longer focuses properly. you no longer focus properly A replacement is coming Thursday, and this one heads to Canon for repair. you know, you could just use your smartphone cam to do all this youtube filming

Despite the frustration with the lens, I did enjoy seeing the various record company locations and studios. ohhh how you wish you could be a somebody like them  I have been to Nashville many times, but Musc Row was something I had never seen.

There was excitement at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex when I visited there. fresh meat  I was denied the ability to film interviews with two inmates.  In fact, the State of Tennessee has banned me from filming at any state prison. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2zlPNGuPbw  

It seems they don't like the idea that they might be out of jobs if we get the truth out about our corrupt legal system. or...they just don't like you If we let all the inmates out who are wrongfully convicted or who were found guilty of victimless crimes, I believe something like 90% of the people in prison would be released. should that be the campaign theme for your Revolutionary Party? Trillions of dollars would be saved in prison costs alone. while crime rates would sky-rocket And if we changed the laws about victimless crimes, tens of trillions would be saved in legal expense. unemployment would shoot through the roof

We need to ask our fellow Americans if they would prefer to have social security benefits assured and have lower taxes now. but be murdered when they step outside? If so, they need to jump on the Lawless America legal reform bandwagon.  I think there will be plenty of room on that bandwagon

I have visited several crime scenes on this trip, with many more to come. you are a crime scene Twenty years ago, Walter Smothers murdered a 19-year-old boy in cold blood in the back of a pickup truck just down at the end of the road in this photo.  The boy had been accidentally shot.  When he cried out in pain, Walter Smothers put a shotgun under his chin and "blew his brains out."  He then mutilated the body. they all did

Walter avoided the death penalty by claiming the two people in the cab of the pickup truck were involved.  they were They weren't.  But the truth didn't matter. thats exactly what mattered  Based upon Tennessee's felony murder rule, Theresa Deion Smith and Stacy Ramsey were guilty of first degree murder simply because they were there. ummm no  They've been in prison for 20 years, and they will be there for the rest of their lives unless someone looks at the evidence and the law enforcement, attorney, and judicial wrongdoing.  yeah well I looked at it and they are right where they should be

I certainly stirred things up at the Carroll County Courthouse in Huntingdon Tennessee. yeah and try and remember to check in at the front desk next time

Gee, it looks so pretty in the photograph. It's a shame that what happens inside isn't pretty.  When I exited the mens room, I heard people all over the courthouse talking about the Lawless America Jeep outside.  I was quite the attention-getter all over this small town. yea its not everyday you see someone declare themselves lawless and drive TO a courthouse

This is the courthouse where Stacy Ramsey and Theresa Deion Harris were found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole because they were riding in the cab of a pickup.  thats a lie Felony Murder Rule -- if you are with someone who commits a murder, you are guilty of murder. thats another lie  One of our legislative proposals is to eliminate this outrageous law. murder's rights...thats what you are about

It's Day 326 for Lawless America...The Fake Movie.  I am now starting to worry about having the film edited in time for submission to Sundance. its nice that it finally dawned on you that at some point you will have to actually edit this fake movie.  This is much more than a one-man job and you aren't even one man, so all I can do is do the best job I can. meaning you won't do anything We do not have funding.  Money would cure everything, but we simply don't have it.you have lots of money...but you are hiding it so you can fleece more from your followers I will set aside a day in the next week to contact agents, film companies, TV networks, and celebrities.  meaning you are going to watch the E network all day  I could edit the film, but I am a novice at editing. omg did we just have a moment of honesty?  We need a great film editor. 

Atlanta Federal Court Corruption

The crooks in the federal court system in Atlanta continue to rape me. I don't think they like you in that way  I just received word of an order from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals dismissing my appeals filed 17 months ago claiming I did not provide all of the information needed.  well provide it  The order denied me the right to file a motion for reconsideration or refile the appeals.  So, they sat on everything and blocked my totally valid appeals with no valid justification. like..totally  This was a lot easier for them than issuing ridiculous orders denying totally valid appeals. ohhh totally

The federal judges in Georgia are the scum of the earth -- an absolute criminal racketeering enterprise. I bet they would have a few choice words to say about you as well

Then I just learned that federal judge William S. Duffey has filed a judgment against me for $27,000 as well as liens on my wife's property.  when are you gonna tell everyone your wife already settled the original claim? Is that TMI for your lemmings?

This is a contempt of court sanction of $4.5 million in fines about which I was not notified, I thought you said it was for $27,000, is that what penalties and interest takes it up too?  was thus denied any and all due process rights, and it is a sanction that requires criminal due process, including a jury trial.  when did judge sanctions require a jury trial?

I received no rights whatsoever.  did you call the whambulance?

Itinerary Plans

As of today, I plan to do photography only in Memphis you going to graceland now?, and then it's on to Jackson and Biloxi Mississippi, New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana, and then Texas. sounds like a nice vacation  I will have a replacement lens in Jackson Mississippi on Thursday. ohhh good that will make a big difference  Lynda Pearson Barnett will be joining me at a death scene in Pearl Mississippi. yours?  Her story is one that was rated by Facebook Friends as perhaps the top story that I have filmed. is this the new source of creditability in our world?

After Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, I plan to visit New Mexico, Arizona, California, yeah thats all those states that you will run in to if you keep driving west Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.  That's as far as I have planned so far.  I will then head back East visiting many more states, but I haven't decided the order yet.  and I forgot their names  If your story takes place in any state as opposed to the moon?, please email me atnobodies@att.net with BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line, if you want to be filmed or have me film locations important to your corruption.

I am keeping my schedule flexible, so I don’t have to push myself so hard. thats how all vacations are I will be in Jackson Mississippi on May 9 and 10, Biloxi Mississippi on May 11, New Orleans on May 12 and 13, Baton Rouge on May 14.

I will try to schedule myself to visit any town where there is a good story or location that is important to a good story. or pie I need  names and addresses as I must enter all of this data in a trip routing software, and then that will be loaded into one of the GPS units. SS numbers, bank routing info, close contact lists, passwords ect..

Medical Report

Relocation

When I left Georgia two weeks ago, I ceased and desisted to be a resident.  I am relocating to Texas.  Central North Texas to be precise. what if you are not welcome?  The location is as central as possible to enable me to head in any direction with the least amount of travel to film stories and try to help folks. thats the stupidest reason I have ever heard to move somewhere 

I will not be disclosing my exact location. cuz I'm a coward I will have a private postal service address. As soon as that is finalized, I will publish it.  Facebook says Dallas, Texas, but that is not where I will be. I say waco...it only fits

I will be in Texas in a few days.  I will take a day or two to make some necessary arrangements by day, while filming at night.  yeah it doesn't matter what kind of lens you have when you film in the dark

I lived most of my life in Texas -- elementary school and junior high in Texarkana; high school and college in Lubbock; then my wife and I lived in Dallas for 18 years of our marriage.  I have always considered myself to be a Texan. but I don't think the feeling is mutual 

Some have speculated that my relocation announcement is a ruse to protect my family. no its a ruse to try and hide from all your legal responsibilities  It's not; it's real.  Part of the motivating factor is protection for my family as they have been terrorized by threats that we have received.  They will feel safer if I am not around. there is no doubt about that in anyone's mind, getting rid of you was the best thing they have ever done  Central North Texas is also an ideal location from which to travel to film stories and help people. when do you plan to start helping people?

My wife and I are separated, and as I understand it, the divorce should be final soon. you fought admirable to save her

The Springhill Suites on Airport Center Drive in Nashville is the nicest hotel for the money that I have ever stayed in.

Don't ever eat at Chili's late at night.  I have loved Chili's for 40 years, but everything was bad last night at 10 pm'ish.  and something tells me that poor waiter heard all about it too, they should have spit in it.
