It didn't take long for Windsor to breakdown in jail. While still waiting for his long cold trip up to Montana, Bill sent in this hand written (penmanship is not his strong suit) motion for an emergency stay.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4qOlSHNnmKeckpwTk5tWWpRYjA/view?usp=sharing
Just in case you are not up to date on reading psychotic writing, here is what it says:
"William M Windsor ("Plaintiff") hereby files this emergency motion for stay.
1. The plaintiff was incarcerated at the Ellis County jail following the Oct 28, 2014 hearing.
2. The plaintiff was not given a phone call until after midnight. He was unable to reach anyone.
3. On October 29, 2014 the plaintiff learned that the the Montana Court will not accept an Ellis County or Texas bond.
4. The plaintiff began work on a Montana bond but the necessary funds required some time with getting a check from the plaintiff's
family, getting it to the jail for signature, and overnighting it to Montana.
5. The plaintiff is not being allowed to see his case files or access his computers, so the plaintiff is unable to prepare the reply to defendant Sean Fleming's response to the plaintiff's motion to declare him a private individual.
6. Therefore, the plaintiff requests a stay of at least 48 hours after he is released from incarceration.
7. this will not impact the TCPA motion since this court has previously allowed a stay to extend the time.
8 As the plaintiff writes this late afternoon on October 29, he feels like he will dismiss the lawsuit. The plaintiff feels that the bad guys have won and his life has been ruined and now destroyed. The plaintiff's third amended verified petition is contingent upon the plaintiff as a private individual. The plaintiff feels very strongly that the case law establishes that, but without even being able to identify the true defendants after 10 months, it is probably time to dismiss and the plaintiff may be facing the rest of his life in prison for providing defendant Sean Boushie with service copies of documents filed in this case.
9. The plaintiff asks the court to order a stay until at least 48 hours after the plaintiff is released. This will give him time to reply on the private individual motion or dismiss the case.
Respectfully Submitted, 29 October 2014 William Windsor.
The plaintiff will serve this on all defendants except Sean Boushie once he is released. The plaintiff asks that the clerk or court coordinator provide this to the defendants except Sean Boushie"
Several huge red flags that should be going off in Judge Bob Carroll's mind here. He can't serve Sean Boushie? Is this the same person you were just begging Carroll to serve sanctions on for refusing to respond? Seems like you have some perjury you need to admit to in front of the Judge here. Why are you getting a check from your family? You swore to the court that you no longer have a family because of the actions of the defendants. How is it your family is bailing you out now? More perjury before the court? So after 10 months you still don't have the "true defendants". I wonder if the current defendants think they were fake? Are you finally admitting that you have no clue why you are suing people and just hoping the judge would never ask? Don't these current defendants who you admit were sued wrongfully deserve restitution for this injustice?
Judge Carroll has a fiduciary and moral obligation to step in and restore justice to the defendants named in this fake lawsuit. Windsor lied to get his foot in the door, and now that it has slammed on him, the lies are flying all over the place.
I can't stand it! I just can't f&cking stand it!!
ReplyDeleteHe just responded from jail on his FB page you may want to check that out.
ReplyDeleteLOL!! You're Welcome. Next stop, Montana and Judge John Larson.
ReplyDeleteBuckle up buttercup.
ReplyDelete~ Allie Gate
Is he really claiming the reason he is in jail is just because he served Boushie court documents? Google William M Windsor Sean Boushie...or Lawless America Sean Boushie. SMH idiot!!
ReplyDeleteJust as Windsor flooded the WWW with slanderous crap about Judges and Corruption to get followers for his "Revolutionary Party", he also flooded the WWW with the his lies about all the defendants -- for Self Promotion. pity, hey, come join my Revolution crap. I'd really like to know how he was planning on proving any alleged defamation came from anyone other than himself republishing and claiming all the allegations.
Unbelievable. He will never accept responsibility for his actions, and the fact that he is a total LIAR!
Wasn't he suing us because he thought we had already destroyed his life? So then how does a couple nights in jail change things?
ReplyDeleteHe's not a gambler?! B.S. He's trying to cash out now that he knows his Ellis County gamble is a bust.
Oh my!! The lemmings are so confused with the FB post "Someone" made FOR Bill. DERRRRRR
ReplyDeleteWhoever wrote that **we know who** go back and edit it. It's like a five year old wrote it--gotta dumb it down more--the lemmings don't comprehend well.
He's looking for a lawyer? Does that mean he's firing Susan?
DeleteThis is the one time I'd enjoy hearing from Snoozy. Or is she in her coffin until the sun goes down?
DeleteI'd say the coffin is a pretty good guess. She might be taking an extended nap though, if she was 'helping' Windsor previously, which clearly backfired now...good ol' "Scout" might have exposed her true self and it's be best to just go dark completely.
DeleteSnoozan is at the pet groomers getting her flying monkeys ready for this evening's festivities. It's their busiest time, you know.
DeleteStoooooooop!!!! I snarted!!!!
DeleteThe crypt keeping bitch's biggest night of the year & her Willy is locked up. Dammit. Timing is all kinds of off!
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!"Scout"? that is © worthy shit right there! Lemme do it c "Scout" = ©
bwahahahahahahahahaha
Lemme just say, it ain't been this festive in the Clubhouse since that chihuahua left! #MexicanHatDance #VivaMontana
It's nice to be missed but I much prefer the serenity and happiness of my real life over all the Windsor bs. Glad to hear this insanity is coming to an end as it does for all who deserve the karma that befalls their lives. I've never once seen karma fail those deserving!! I wish you all peace and the very same blessings life has bestowed upon me. :)
DeleteSnooze? You can have the last word darlin'. I hope a certain someone will email me a copy if she does as I won't be back to see if she replied.
*****rolls eyes*****
Delete@Anon3:33 Are you gonna stay gone though or just keep coming back to say your leaving again?
DeletePoor Sam/Windsor Sluggo/Spamanon is going to get blamed for that picture too.
ReplyDeleteLOL that name combination was also provided to Windbag courtesy of Snoozie aka Sharon aka "Scout" for GRIP. She was the one who conned him into that connection. She sure set his ass up good didn't she? LMAO
DeleteThank you so much for your concern, but Sam, AKA Windsor Sluggo, is just fine and is still not Spamanon (but is nonetheless flattered to be mistaken for such an appreciable wit and intellect).
DeleteI send my congrats and best wishes to Sam. He's out so who cares if Bill blames him.
DeleteI heart Sluggo. Congratulations! !

Ditto!
DeleteGinger:
ReplyDeleteHe can't serve Sean Boushie? Is this the same person you were just begging Carroll to serve sanctions on for refusing to respond?
By my reading, he's saying he has served Boushie in the past, but that it's now clear that Montana prosecutors consider every such service he has effected (or will effect in the future) to be a serious crime that they will prosecute Windsor for, so he can't serve Boushie anymore. And (though obviously he's leaving out the parts of the story in which (1) his behavior led Boushie to seek and acquire the protective order, (2) he tried to convince Montana courts to let him serve Boushie notwithstanding the PO, and (3) Montana courts said "Hell, no!") it appears that what he's saying is very likely true. So I'm not seeing the perjury on that point.
Why are you getting a check from your family? You swore to the court that you no longer have a family because of the actions of the defendants. How is it your family is bailing you out now?
Well, yeah. Getting help from one's family to sign and deliver a very large check (a 10% bond for his listed bail amount would be $10,000) does cast somewhat of a shadow on Windsor's numerous pleas of poverty and of estrangement from family.
I think the perjury part on the service of Boushie has to do with the numerous times he said that he property served Boushie....he never once mentioned that he can't possibly legally serve him because of the PO. I think that might have been pertinent information he left out to Carroll. I'm not sure if you can defame by omission, but you can commit perjury by omission and when he said to Carroll he served Boushie properly...he was leaving out a key detail.
DeleteI guess a little more background on this is in order. At that last two hearings, Carroll specifically and repeatedly asked Bill if he properly served Boushie. Bill said yes. Now while the service of Boushie wsa proper under the normal guidelines of the TX court, in light of the standing PPO that Boushie had and Bill knew he had, it was in fact and illegal service. Thats why I would say he lied by omission
DeleteI hope since the hearing, Carroll has had a chance to go back over the filings, and realized that Boushie did respond, and the Sanction begging was another attempt to harass Boushie. Just because the Judge hadn't read the motions, is no reason he should sanction Boushie, when he did in fact reply to the court, and Windsor was committing perjury when he said he hadn't.
DeleteIf the previous hearings are any indication, he still hasn't read anything. He doesn't read it until a defendant hands him their copy.
DeleteIndeed!! Judge Carroll MIGHT see it on the 6th IF someone will hand it to him.
Delete#MightsOnAChickensAss
KMc
Judge Carroll or his court administrator are not about to "dig through those boxes"!
DeleteThat would require preparation of removing ass from chair & doing something.
Bill's little handwritten SOS? Will languish in box #4 a week or so before anyone notices it, maybe.
I have a question for one of the attorneys reading here.
DeleteJudge Carroll agreed to sanction Boushie if he didn't respond by a certain time frame. Windsor lied to the Judge to get him to agree to this sanction order. IF Carroll follows through and sanctions Boushie, could this sanction wind up as a new felony charge against him in MT? Just your opinion of course.
Who's "him" here—Windsor, Boushie, or Carroll? I presume Windsor, right?
DeleteI'm not familiar with the particular terms of the Boushie protective order, but I suspect that no, if Boushie is (presumably improperly) sanctioned for supposedly failing to respond to Windsor's Texas filings, that can't be charged as a violation of the Boushie PO.
If folks here are correct that Judge Carroll's (as yet hypothetical) sanctions of Boushie are based on a misrepresentation from Windsor, that would certainly be a reason for Carroll (once he finds out) to be very unhappy with Windsor. And perhaps to sanction Windsor—via contempt or some other procedure.
This isn't directed at Anon 3:30, but I very much doubt that the above Windsor representation would ever be charged as perjury, though. Laypeople—prominently including Windsor—throw the "P" word around waaaay too much. Perjury does not actually mean "My opponent said something in court that's not true!" It makes one look a bit silly to use it that way. If we could charge everyone who has ever made a statement in court that's incomplete, misleading, or arguably incorrect, a huge proportion of the witnesses and advocates who have ever appeared in court would be guilty many times over. If you don't have a person testifying under oath who has said something provably false under circumstances in which you can very clearly demonstrate that (s)he knew entirely well that it was false and specifically intended to mislead the finder of fact, it makes very little sense to call it "perjury."
Windsor accuses his opponents (and even the judges who rule against him!) of perjury all the time. It's laughable. Others shouldn't follow his example.
You are right he was not under oath with the proper service claim to Carroll so it's not technically perjury. But the second part is very much true and even provable as true. Bill intentionally lied to Carroll to deceive him into making an order
DeleteThen I'd say contempt of court is not out of the question, if Judge Carroll wants to go there. It's not as if that would be a new experience for Windsor, of course....
DeleteYes, Windsor--I should have specified. Sorry.
DeleteI just thought it might be considered some sort of PPO harassment, or more stalking type behavior using the courts to harass, or inflict the revenge-- going around actually attacking Boushie by himself. Like he put a "hit" out and the Judge bit. (not coming up with the right terms) I guess we'll have to wait and see. Thank you for your reply.
Gotcya on the Perjury thing.
DeleteHowever, in Windsor's umpteen Affidavits, Amended, Amended. 2nd, 3rd, Amended Affidavits etc went into great detail as to how Boushie was in violation and Windsor never once mentioned anything about the Montana Supreme Court rulings, the PPO. That? isn't considered perjury. He repeatedly stated in the September hearing & the hearing on Tuesday "how his sworn Affidavit stated....bleh bleh..."
Not perjury.
Damn. Perjury has always scared the snot outta me!
Go figure. I'll be scratching that bad mamajama offa my list of things to fear while in court. (like we all spend a lot of time in court! NOT)
Maybe this all just finally made the courts take Boushie seriously and check out what is readily available on Lawless America. Pictures taken outside of Boushie's house. Videos of Bill standing proudly in front of Boushie's truck. All of this turns a previous Rorschach Inkblot into a fairly high resolution picture of stalking. (I'm just guessing)
DeleteIn that it was very recently I first viewed the Sean Boushie stuff on Lawless America and YouTube, my immediate reaction to that material is fresh in my mind. This is the truth:I was surprised that Bill hadn't already been arrested. All of that evidence points toward a very unhealthy, escalating compulsion. Courts are becoming more sensitive to that sort of thing. Too many homicides, sometimes multiple homicides, where those indicators were obvious and ignored.
DeleteI couldn't believe a man was allowed to roam around a university campus wearing a bullet proof vest. That screams dangerous campus shooter!
DeleteSeems Mr. Jameson is a tad confused...he previously posted the link to the last article, clearly read it, but still believes this...
ReplyDelete"Jamie Jameson-- Bill is in trouble and he needs our help. He has spoken the truth and now is being prosecuted."
No Jamie. Bill has not spoken the truth. He lied his ass off. Violated a PPO numerous times. It's not "corruption" it's the law. And this is what happens to you rogue offenders when you break the law.
Lemmings, God love em:
ReplyDeleteJames Kelley Hang in there Mr. Winston, you're work is greatly appreciated.
That kinda sums the whole thing up right there. Hang in there Mr. Winston. And hang on.

Hanging on!
DeleteOh shifter! that's a good one! "Hang on & buckle up Buttercup!" #ThatGirlIsOnFire (snort)
Durn autocorrect! *shitfire* turned to shifter. Coulda been tears of hilarity blinding me! Making keypad slippery!
DeleteLOL, I would love to have seen Bill's face when they told him he was being arrested!!
ReplyDeleteSeems the Karma train has picked up a passenger LMAO
I thought he lived in South Dakota? What's with a Dallas address? He's confusing his drop boxes.
ReplyDeleteHe's not just the King of semantics, he's the king of the PO Box game. No physical address on any court records. No physical address anywhere. Think about it. Stalkers are harder to find when they bolt this way.
DeleteWindsor intimidated me and tried to pick a fight. I love you guys at JIALK. He's getting what he deserves right now. He's such a creep!!!
ReplyDeleteBill likes to intimidate and bully. He went overboard and became obsessed with vengence the past few years over honest opinions on a blog and imaginary threats. He is now facing the consequences. I need to say he appears to have messed with alot of the wrong people, the amazing blog, the defensive measures, well done.
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking of the creepy guy that took some shots at those tiny dinosaurs on Jurrasic Park 2.
Yes Bill. Seek counsel. Then, immediately, you stop trying to be a lawyer. Your every sentence gives actual lawyers a chance to say, "That doesn't mean what you think it means." Guessing wrong, which you've done a lot of, can land you in prison. You don't try tell a dentist stuff about teeth - don't try to tell a judge or prosecutor about the law. You're a defendant now and that's *all* you are, Bill. Just be a defendant. The first thing you should tell your lawyer is that you screwed up pretty bad.
ReplyDeleteNooooooooo! Bill! Don't do that! Stick to the plan, man! #ProSeAllTheWay You know that only you know everything!

DeleteWhy would Big Vexi lawyer up, now?
hahahahaha
Literally LOL. Glad I found this place 5 days ago. Some honestly funny people here - I do note that they have the best straight man on the planet. If Bill was a pitcher, half of the league would hit the stands off him.
DeleteWish Bill could see himself as I saw him for the first time, 5 days ago, randomly finding him on YouTube. He was going on an on about some guy named Sean Boushie and I thought, holy crap, this guy hates the shit out of Sean Boushie! Then I deduced that he had traveled to Montana, because ummm Sean Boushie lived in Montana and Sean Boushie was stalking him. Wut? Seriously thought it was some sophisticated satire. Viewed as such it was marvelously well done. Then watched some other Bill videos and figured out that Bill was dead serious. Amazing situation. And my luck to find all this the day before the Ellis County hearing where he was arrested.
Yea I dare reality tv to come up with something as hilarious as bill
DeleteSeems the lemmings are trying to come up with some "defense fund" type thing. Nash--the guy who either bought the RV or offered to? He's offering to retain an attorney for Windsor.
DeleteIf Mr. I'll tell you what....I am leading you all...We're going to file charges against every Corrupt Govt Official in the US--won't defend himself? What is that message to the lemmings? If he can't represent his own issues here? And needs to hire one of the "scumb bags" he's written about for years to try and get him out of this? It leaves all kinds of questions about exactly what was it, he was planning on doing to help any of these people he was leading.
I still have to giggle when reading their "theories" as to why he's in jail. Had he NOT lied to them? Maybe they would process the TRUTH a little easier. You can't break laws, without consequences.
I really look forward to the final hearing, and verdict. When the lemmings will actually learn Windsor committed "crimes" and this had nothing to do with their moronic beliefs it's because he was "exposing corruption." (They still don't get that Bill didn't do anything. No congress people, senators, govt. officials even knew of him--that was just made up shit they all fell for. Gullible) Where's the MOVIE? hahahahahaha DOH!!
Are they going to start a "Free Willy" go fund me?
DeleteOn another note, Lawless America Rhode Island Coordinator Rebecca Mclaughlin began posting on the Facebook page after many months of silence. Well, she is in jail again. She was placed on probation for a no-lo plea to 3 counts of violating a restraining order and 1 count of felony theft. She was also sentenced to a total of 2.5 years in prison but that was suspended by the judge. Just three days after narrowly escaping jail time she was arrested for yet again violating a different restraining order. She is being held without bail and will most likely be charged with felony stalking. That charge carries a minimum 3 year prison term. I guess she didn't know R.I. takes that sort of thing seriously. My guess is that she will claim she is being persecuted for resuming her whistle-blowing activities. On Nov. 9 she has a hearing for her refusal to pay over $30,000 in child support. The prosecutor will be using the Lawless page as evidence against her. In one of her posts she says, "Why should I pay child support when my child was taken by corruption and fraud." Another post states, "I am donating 20% of my income to Bill Windsor."
ReplyDeleteYea, you can tell that the lemmings are going to be no help to bill mainly because they all have their own legal fight for their freedom going on. Outside of a few fb prayers and well wishes, that's all they can do
DeleteI disagree. Marty Prehn is excellent in controlling the national media, and thus, the narrative. He also has connections to every politician, both dead and alive.
DeleteJust look at all his "good works" have accomplished so far.
With the Mongoose on his case, he'll have his sentence "reduced" from 3 to 5 years to, perhaps, say lethal injection...
"Vic Fedorov-- The worry is they will try to kill you, neither state is clean, custody is dangerous. Government protects crime. Its sick. Its ignorant. Its subverted. Pls try to in a phrase or two explain how godless montana could have 3 warrants on u?"
ReplyDeleteI can explain in a sentence. Windsor lied to you, violated a very real PPO, and now he's in jail waiting extradition, hearing, and sentencing.
Rod Serling would've loved to have these clowns around for inspiration...
DeleteOh, Vic is all kinds of spinning now...
Delete"Vic Fedorov-- His being taken to jail is crooked or seems so, after or b4 his hearing. What happened at the hearing? Whats vextatious is joey dont use his real name. Little doubt he is a judge. And people following his orders. I think its dangerous for bill to be in jail seeing he exposes judges in his documentary. His documentary is up against est ablished criminal interests controlling our government viciously. Nothing he has done rises to the level of jailing him...............save taking on injustice"
Joey doesn't use his real name?
DeleteWhich is vexatious! ***face palm**

ReplyDeletePetty, I know, but I can't stop giggling at the picture on this thread header. I remember Mr. Windsor repeatedly using a photo shopped picture of me, passing it off as real. So I'm imagining the one above as being real. Probably not too far off, really.

ReplyDeleteMore entertainment from Windsor's FB page.
REALLY???!!!!
Nash Estafan Hi bill.i warned earlier this to be careful. It is a matter of time a corrupt judge, cop, politician will make some thing up.
I will look up private attorney and retain him.i will call and see if I can post bond
MORE FROM LA LA LAND [aka Windsor's FB page]:
ReplyDeleteKaren Caldwell: This post was made by his loving wife because Bill is in jail. I would suggest you all click on the joeys a little kid blog link above and read the notice to all Windsor followers.....it's pretty enlightening if you have any brain at all.
Mary Deneen Thank You Barbara Windsor for your update.

hahahahaha hope schied is next
DeleteI hope both Schied and Marty Prehn are next. I outed the both of them a couple of years ago for exposing the identity of a victim of officer involved domestic violence. They put her in so much danger!
DeleteAnd who could forget Prehn's sick joy at hunting Sean Fleming down ... Or, Prehn's encouragement to others to assist in his hunt of me - despite my crime victim confidential address?
Prehn the fat ass makes it his practice to target & try to exploit domestic victims trying to get attention ... he has put several victims in danger via his Facebook psycho-babble ... he needs to be in jail too.
DeletePretend you've never heard of Bill Windsor. Pretend you've never heard of any of this. You're a county attorney and you're watching this. You're even doubtful that it's going to tell you anything important. http://youtu.be/YInWx5Nhsgo
ReplyDeleteI think this is why Windsor has been charged and arrested. Right away in this clip, Windsor not only admits to stalking someone's workplace, home and vehicle, he's also,
1) proud of what he's doing - bragging that he's doing it
2) outing a private citizen's personal information
3) oblivious to the fact that he's doing something at once hypocritical and illegal
Your job is to protect the citizens of your county, city or state -- not just Sean Boushie. You're aware that if you do not act upon this information and something awful happens, you've failed in your responsibilities.
I apologize for continually trying to drive this point home. I know you folks get it. I'm just speaking as someone who was until very recently recently, completely unaware of anything regarding Bill Windsor - just like the hypothetical county attorney above. I'm telling you that you can completely discount imagining this stuff and/or projecting it toward a preferred outcome. Your subjectivity (we all have that) isn't modifying reality here. The reality is that Bill Windsor is a stalker, and perhaps much worse.
Glad you posted that video. It might help some of the very confused, and in denial Windsor followers understand that he lied to them, he is in fact a stalker, this is not corruption to 'shut him up' like they are blathering about over on his FB. Calling for the media to cover this story. It's ridiculous how blind, deaf and dumb they are, not to mention dangerous. They also repost everything he's told them, without any evidence what-so-ever. That is gang mentality, or cultish. Thanks for posting it, it's been a while since I've seen it, and forgot just how vile he was in that video.
DeleteMichael Warnken: We need to start looking at these Joey fellows as part of the people who harm others in the Courts. We need to go after them!
ReplyDelete(That worked out so well for Bill!) (evidently someone hasn't been paying attention)
Cult much? Sheesh. Yeah, go after the Joeys because Windsor told them twisted drama filled stories for hype. Forget all the mean, nasty, evil things Windsor was doing behind the scenes, his public calls for personal information--illegal information--to divert from the fact that he is simply an evil man who hates to be called out on his games. **major eye roll**

You really never had a chance.

In all the comments he's made showing how he is really the "stalker" and how he uses his "leadership role" for bullying people--and all his little sheep cheer him on--this one is perfect.
Delete"Bill Windsor-- There are several absolute criminal violations in all this."
Why yes Bill, yes there is. So glad your FB is a stalking timeline, with all the supporting comments to show how what your "Lawless" group is really all about!
Jail just takes some creativity. For example, you can make a serviceable cribbage board by drilling holes in your arm.
ReplyDeleteHysterical. I'm waiting for Mr. Windsor's propaganda...er...posts on FB on his planned sabbatical at the Ellis Co. Bed & Breakfast Unit. I especially look forward to his comments regarding the water conservation techniques he's recently learned (ie, showering with others every other day), and his thoughts on his new "Michelle O." low-cal, high-fiber diet.
DeleteNo pie in Ellis County Jail? Oh my!
DeleteIf he hadn't been so tacky to me?
DeleteI could've shown him how to make curlers out of toilet paper while he's incarcerated, but....nope.
It'll be funny when they make him shave! And, they will! Live runs amuck in gen pop & beards are shaved off by the officers with a disposable single blade disposable razor. #ouch
I wasn't nearly as affluent as Mr Windsor, and jail, then prison was a rough time. He better get a STFU & a sit down in him asap. It's a small close knit area here near Ellis & Kaufman Counties. The deputies & civilian employees are certainly laughing at Mr Windsor's expectations while he's incarcerated, awaiting transport to Montana.
Saturday night had to be exciting for booking in new inmates! Gang bangers, drunks, MethHeads... I hope Mr Windsor got the FULL view!
He liked to point out my 'criminal' history. I'm certainly enjoying his!
Karma is truly a boomeranging bitch!
Mrs Windsor? Could you tell him that Ms McDougald, Darin Karl's widow, said "Bwahahahahaha!"? And her sons, too? Pretty please?
We, as a family, are looking very forward to following Windsor's trials in Montana on stalking. We only got small doses of his abilities in Kemp, nothing like he did to Ms Overstreet or Mr & Mr Boushie, but nonetheless, enthralled!
Windsor talked enough shit, I will thoroughly enjoy his every tiny misery.

ReplyDeleteYou're got the order of the process wrong. Windsor must first be extradited to
DeleteMontana. Then he will be arraigned, and then he will be about to post a bond
if one is set. Recall, he has so much cash he doesn't need to use a bondsman.
oops...about to post --> able to post
DeleteAnyone here taking bets on whether Montana is going to spend the $3,000 plus to extradite Windsor?
DeleteI bet they come get him. And why would it cost them $3000?
DeleteSeriously, when you consider all the time, effort and money Montana has spent on accommodating Mr. Windsor's antics, ie--his three-week Piemageddon, his TOP applications, his multiple filings in local, state, federal and Supreme court, etc, etc, do you really think their going to balk at extradition expenses?
DeleteI'd be more than happy to throw him in my trunk, and drive dirt roads all the way there for free? Where can I apply for permission?

Delete@1:35 I don't know if they will balk, but spending more money on him will not get them back the time and money they already lost. We shall see soon enough though.
DeleteSo you think government is a for-profit enterprise?
Delete@1:16 PM Anyone here taking bets on whether Montana is going to spend the $3,000 plus to extradite Windsor?
DeleteThis has been a concern of mine since the get-go. Not all states extradite due to cost. It goes like this (very close to this): If MT does not pick up within ten-days (to the ticking-clock hour) from initial hearing in TX, Windsor can actually walk. That does not mean the warrant in not valid (it is and it's still there), it just means that TX can no longer constitutionally "hold" for MT. If he does walk (and I hope he doesn't), I doubt very much that TX will ever hold him from MT again. Instead MT will wait for Windsor to re-enter the state (of MT) and then try to effect arrest and go from that point.
...so, that is why I asked (the day of the hearing and day after) when we were trying to figure out what was going on) if anyone had any contact with anyone in MT as to what the intentions were. The Gov has to sign the pick-up order for out-of-state warrants. Anyone know if that was done?
I think we'd all love to transport Windsor to MT and free of charge to end the paper terrorism, so a lot of people can sleep with both eyes shut and just because it seems like the right thing to do. Where do we apply without seeming too eager to be unpaid civil servants?
DeleteFascinating, MT. Thank you.
DeleteI agree Midnight_Train. Montana may or may not want to be bothered extraditing, and even if they do want to, sometimes they can't get the extradition warrant together in time.
Delete@3:06 I think the government has a budget!
Delete@4:46 And I KNOW they have the power to levy confiscatory taxes!
DeleteI understand the DA and the sheriff of ellis county were both in attendance at the hearing. That would seem to suggest they are coordinating with mt. Of they have ten days to pick him up they might just take their sweet time
DeleteI have zero doubt that the State of Montana is coming and coming within the 10 day time period.
DeleteHad Montana had no intentions of coming to get Windsor, their authorities would not have gone to the trouble of have Ellis County Authorities arrest him.
I have decided that I love Montana almost as much as I do Texas. I will definitely be vacationing there soon. I'd like to see such a beautiful state anyway, & since they've been so kind to take such vermin out of society for a while, I feel indebted to visit and spend some money there. Seems the very least I can do to help their economy!
I love the attitude of anon 5:15 :)
DeleteGinger Snap - I missed that both the DA and EC Sheriff were both in attendance at the hearing. Wow! The paperwork to pick up an out-of-state warrant (once arrested) takes time. Wish it were electronic. The one sweet ray of hope I had was the second the jail disposition note changed from nothing to, "MONTANA / WILL NOT TAKE OUT OF STATE BOND." I rarely see that.
Yea it was not mentioned here but those that attended were curious as to why both of them would be present at a civil hearing like that
DeleteWhile I doubt a long stretch in prison will sober him up, it will give everyone a much-needed break. My fingers are crossed, hoping for extradition.
DeleteJust keep an eye on the Ellis Jail page for any slight movement. The second his name vanishes, try to find out why (extradition or release).
Has anyone found Windsor on Vinelink.com (either TX or MT). If vinelink.com has him listed, they will notify as soon as he is released or extradited. Click on the state, then search/register.
I thought Vinelink only registers offenders after sentencing, or at least after they've been arraigned, awaiting trial, while still in custody of the jail. I could be wrong. He's not showing up yet.
DeleteHe's still showing on the Ellis county site. He's still there.
DeleteCould be he won't show up on vinelink.com until he is arraigned in MT because he's technically not a TX inmate but rather on a courtesy hold for MT. ECSO bills MT for room and board when they pick up their inmate.
DeleteI have already subscribed to VineLink & will receive an email the moment Windsor leaves ESCO. The sheriff's department suggested it.
DeleteSo helpful! Just as Mrs Windsor said! #truth1
"Had Montana had no intentions of coming to get Windsor, their authorities would not have gone to the trouble of have Ellis County Authorities arrest him."
DeleteWhy not?
Here is a little extradition reality: http://www.usatoday.com/longform/news/nation/2014/03/11/fugitives-next-door/6262719/
I'm not saying they won't pick him up, I'm just saying it's a possibility.
I got $10 that says he's picked up by Wednesday.
DeleteSharon aka Susan? Your Willy is leaving. It's called catching chain.

I hope you mailed your Willy his faretheewell letter yesterday.

Poor Susan. She doesn't want to accept that her "Little Willy" is going to have to put his assault on the Joey's to the side so he can focus on keeping his stalking ass out of prison. Bill was her only hope at getting her revenge for getting shunned. Her argument style is so obvious. Argue the point but leave yourself an out after you fail. It's ok Susan, you'll find another cause to argue with people on the Internet about while you eat Bon Bons and roll around in your bitterness. I have to be honest though. Your lack of anything to argue other than the dream that Montana won't pick Bill up after asking for his arrest, is very amusing.
DeleteHahaha!!
DeleteShe just couldn't stand it! Her precious Willy is gone & she's out of her crypt!
Awwwwww
LOL So, the Debbie Downer post --Windsor might not get picked up--was Sharon/Susan/Scout?
DeleteInterestingly enough, when she was over on the ol GRIP admin duty, she tried to pull a fast one, and wrote that no one would have ownership of their stories, and they would be that of Lawless. When several people figured it out--called her one it--guess what she did? Yep, you guessed it--she wouldn't "own her shit." Never has, never will. All these Vexi's always have an excuse, a play on words, a Windsor Special Spin! LOL gotta love the internet!! (Probably why when she went rogue, no one followed her to her "Reformer" blog, or her "Party of One blog."
Hey snooze, shouldn't you be busy advising Edith bunker I mean Barbara Windsor on asset protection? I'm guessing adult thinking isn't one of her strong suits, seeing how she cant even figure out how to take bills call from jail, not that you would be any upgrade
Delete@8:48 that article is about people who run to another state immediately after committing a crime. Windsor committed his crime in TX without thinking (as usual) because he thinks he's untouchable. I think from what Ginger Snap wrote and the dispo note on the ECSO page that he's going to MT. Give it Tues - Thurs of this week and I think he's gone.
DeleteI'm not Susan if that was directed to me?
DeleteNo, not you. Susan was the anon posting that story. Windsor is her hero. It's her only hope
DeleteYup.
DeleteWe're supposedly beneath her, the Genii, but considering joining the Lumpy Rutherfords, Vic's & Lippy Larahs over on Willy's Facebook? Hell, it's a no brainier, ever for HER! Where else did she have to go?
She does KNOW she'll get verifiable #facts here.
It's just almost pitiful, the loyalty to her Willy, but it is HER. Bwahahahahahaha bwahahahahaha
#lurking #stalking #birdsofafeather
That USA Today article does not apply to this situation. Windsor is not a fugitive, and did not see this one coming or he'd have dismissed this case and not appeared in court, opened a new PO Box and moved along. Montana does extradite. DA and sheriff in the courtroom? (If I were Windsor, I'd have been sweating that one) He had his TX hearing and the ESCO website dispo changed from nothing to "MONTANA / WILL NOT TAKE OUT OF STATE BOND." He's gone and it's just a matter of when.
DeleteUpon information and belief, Susan has been assisting Windsor in his frivolous filings in TX. So, since Windsor is a notorious fibber, and Susan is just as frivolous and vexatious, they believe they can spin nothing into something, all the while missing it all. That? Is hilarious to me!
Delete@MT- The article does apply to this situation. The author uses the term "fugitive " loosely, to describe any individual with an outstanding warrant that gets arrested while in a different state.
DeleteThe point of the story was that some major police departments told the FBI they wouldn't pursue 90% or more of their felony suspects into other states. In other words, only 10% of the suspects are worth extraditing even if the arrest took place just over the state line.
Sure Montana extradites, when the Governor's office signs off on it.
"Windsor is not a fugitive, and did not see this one coming...." Really?
"He's gone and it's just a matter of when." Alrighty then, I'll take your word for it.
@Spitunia: "It's called catching chain. Your Willy is entering the criminal/convict realm. Learn the lingo."
DeleteOf course you are fluent in "the lingo" but it is not something I aspire to know.
@9:32: "she tried to pull a fast one, and wrote that no one would have ownership of their stories, and they would be that of Lawless."
DeleteYou are referring to the standard terms of service I cut and pasted from another site that I happen to like. Yes, I was certain the "stories" people posted to LA would be worth millions. I spent many hours plotting that huge coup so that LA could GET THE MILLIONS.
"When several people figured it out--called her one it--guess what she did?"
As I recall I was devastated. Just devastated that I had been caught red handed trying to steal the content of the posts to LA. ::shudders:: It pains me to remember that incident. I'm such a failure. sniffle
Wow. Susan finally said something I can agree with. Yes, you are a complete failure. That's why you and Willy are perfect for each other.
Delete@12:12 I know, I know. I'm a failure. Why do you have to be such a meanie head? You know how much I value your opinion. I won't be able to sleep now, knowing you think I'm a failure. sniffle, sniffle
Delete@ anon 11:54 PM Please read through my prior posts. Not limited to this thread. My concern (not based on news articles) had been that MT may not pick Windsor up until another fact was mentioned. Ginger Snap posted the DA and sheriff were present at the civil hearing and that speaks to communication between TX and MT. The other thing that happened was there was a hearing and the ESCO dispo notice changed from nothing to the bond statement.
DeleteYour write: "The article does apply to this situation. The author uses the term "fugitive " loosely, to describe any individual with an outstanding warrant that gets arrested while in a different state."
Windsor to my knowledge did not have an outstanding warrant (outstanding being a warrant that had been attempted and gone "open") but rather had a warrant for his arrest for serving Mr. Boushie papers with respect to the recent/ongoing Ellis civil matter and that process of service ran contrary (in violation) to the terms of the MT PPO. From where I sit, the warrant seems to have remained in the hands of MT with communication to ECSO (seems that the warrant did not go "open" so would not have been outstanding) and MT "asked" TX to effect arrest and hold. I get this from the DA and sheriff sitting in the courtroom.
I don't know why you want this to be wrong but system appears to be working as it should (and appears to be). The one part we can't know is "when."
Apologies, above post should have been to anon 11:32 (not 11:54)
Delete;) I luff when she thinks she knows something!
DeleteBrrrrr
It's nipppy in Montana!
I heart @Spitunia!
Snow expected next week: http://www.accuweather.com/en/us/missoula-mt/59802/november-weather/329453
Delete@MT: I read everything here, I have enjoyed your well thought out comments, and I know the bases of your belief that MT will extradite.
DeleteThat said, I refer to all open warrants as "outstanding warrants". See definition here: http://legal dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Outstanding+Warrant
It may be common in your area to distinguish between outstanding and open warrants but the article in question makes no such distinction.
Again, the point of the article is that extradition is rare. Forget the article. Do you or don't you agree that extradition is rare, particularly when it involves a long distance?
Let me be clear that I hold NO OPINION as to whether the butthurt judge in Montana will persuade the Governor's office to extradite. Anything is possible.
I am a spectator in this game with no stake in the outcome. I raised the question of extradition because as usual, the GENII have jumped to a lot of conclusions without bothering to find out the actual facts about how the system works.
If as you claim you are really new to this game, you may not realize that what appears to be going on here is not necessarily what is going on, lol.
"Let me be clear that I hold NO OPINION as to whether the butthurt judge in Montana will persuade the Governor's office to extradite. Anything is possible."
DeleteThat is an opinion you lemming. You are much too stupid to know how stupid you are. And by the way, the chief magistrate is sufficient for the warrant....it doesnt have to the be governor. Look at that, you learned something new again. Now get back to helping advising Barbara on which areas in Mexico are not safe.
KEEP HOPE ALIVE! FREE WILLY!!
DeleteIn order for a person to be extradited interstate, 18 U.S.C. § 3182 requires:
DeleteAn executive authority demand of the jurisdiction to which a person that is a fugitive from justice has fled.
The requesting executive must produce a copy of an indictment found or an affidavit made before a magistrate of any State or Territory, and
Such document must charge the fugitive demanded with having committed treason, felony, or other crime, and
Such document must be certified as authentic by the governor or chief magistrate of the state or territory whence the person so charged has fled.
The executive receiving the request must then cause the fugitive to be arrested and secured, and notify the requesting executive authority or agent to receive the fugitive.
An agent of the executive of the State demanding extradition must appear to receive the prisoner, which must occur within thirty days from time of arrest or the prisoner may be released. (Some states allow longer waiting periods of up to 90 days before release).
Cases of kidnapping by a parent to another state would see automatic involvement by the US Marshals department.
In this case, the executive that received the request was the Ellis County DA.
DeleteA and B Conversation: All those who swore he would never be jailed should C their way out of this conversation.
DeleteHOPPER: I hold an opinion that the judge is butthurt. I do not hold an opinion as to whether that will result in extradition. See the difference there?
Delete"And by the way, the chief magistrate is sufficient for the warrant....it doesnt have to the be governor."
Dead wrong. Again. As always. I never said the Governor's office has to issue a warrant. I know you are "Fact Blind" but take another shot at reading what I said...and pay attention to the NUANCES this time.
WHO ever said he would never be arrested for anything? Can you show that post to us?
Deleteno one cares about what your opinion is to the question of if or if not they will extradite him, just line no one cares if you think its going to rain today or not.
DeleteNow your opinion about the Judge's motives here do matter, and as always show that you are a lemming and ride shotgun on Team Windsor all the way to the bitter end.
Only person that's butthurt is you Susan. Your only hope at revenge on "Hopper" was that vexi asshat. Now you claim the judge is butthurt for having Bill arrested for 3 felonies. Spoken like a true SovCit! You should run go play with NLA.
DeleteThe fact is Windsor wrote some outrageous things about the state court judge in his appellate brief. Some of those statements may have appeared on line as well. Finally, some judges get a real attitude about a person that ignores one of their orders. So yes, I assume the judge is butthurt.
DeleteWe are going to find out soon enough because there is no way Montana would extradite in this situation unless there are some very "special circumstances".
As for my well known desire for the GENII to suffer the consequences of their uncivilized behavior here, I think that goal was accomplished long ago. The very fact that most of you, even NB now, are afraid to sign your posts with anything other than anon is proof of that.
awww, why is the Judge Butthurt? Bill broke laws and now he has to do the time, but somehow the judge is butthurt?
DeleteSorry Susan, I still sign all my post. I'll still sign them even after Windsor pointed me out in the courtroom and asked the judge to force me to give my identity to him. So, you've had no effect on this blog and now the thing you poured all of your energy into is gone. Once again, you are the loser here.
DeleteGiggle! I heart Bob!
Delete♛
Like I said, we will find out soon if the judge is butthurt. The only way Montana is going to extradite and use a bed in its overcrowded prison for Windsor is if someone in the system has taken something very personally.
DeleteBut hey, you might be right. Montana may be beside itself with outrage over the actual fact that a citizen that has no criminal record failed to comply with a PO. And doesn't every state want to go out of its way to bring someone like Windsor there for good? I suppose they don't have enough problems with their own citizens...oh wait, there prison is overcrowded so they DO have enough problem citizens.
Whatever. The best part of this game is when one of the courts takes its turn and right now it is Montana's turn. Someone up there is spinning the wheel right now and where she stops nobody knows, lol!

Considering she was probably riding along? As navigator? Naw, not a big deal to her.
DeleteWindsor has some real brainiacs, like this Susan and that MaryD, along with Vic and Marty. A real dream team.
Susan doesn't believe in Felony Stalking
Deleteummm hmmmm, cause her wittle Willy told her not to.
DeleteUh Bob, I said MOST of the posters use anon.
DeleteLet me repeat: My goal was "for the GENII to suffer the consequences of their uncivilized behavior here." Say what you will, I am satisfied that was accomplished.
Based on that statement, you've accomplished your goal here. That's good to hear because now you'll be free to move along and find new people to argue with. It's been fun knowing you. Toodles.
Deletewhat has been accomplished?? the only thing I see is Bill is in jail
DeleteWhat is a GENII?
DeleteFelony stalking as a violation of a PO is pretty serious, couple that with U of MT and a DA is going to be as touchy as the citizenry.
An open warrant *is* an outstanding warrant up for grabs. Windsor's arrest warrant was not outstanding or open.
The monkeys are flying this evening.
Yeah, Sharon/Susan, we're all tore up & suffering over here! And in Montana!
DeleteYour Willy is definitely winning!!
You're hilarious!
MT: "An open warrant *is* an outstanding warrant up for grabs. Windsor's arrest warrant was not outstanding or open."
DeleteAnd you know this because...?
Do you or don't you agree that extradition is rare, particularly when it involves a long distance?
The very fact that most of you, even NB now, are afraid to sign your posts with anything other than anon is proof of that.
DeleteThis from a person who uses a moniker!
MT, don't bother pointing out the law or facts to Susan/Sharon V.; It's a waste of time as she will never "own her sh*t.
Your boyfriends aren't doing so well this year, Sharon. One's in jail and the other couldn't get elected. Disqualified. Why are you using Susan's name when you clearly have delusions of being Superman's Tessmacher?
DeleteSusan, Regarding your comment that most of us are afraid to sign our posts.
DeleteI have always signed my posts. And my name should look familiar to you, if you recall the games you and everyone else played over on Windsor's FB page as of September 4th.
Why don't you tell everyone here how you Windsor groupies in LA LA Land thought it would be 'fun' to hunt me down - knowing I was a crime victim with address confidentiality. How did that hunt go, Susan?
Since you know so much about the law, why don't you explain to everyone here what the criminal penalties are for exposing a crime victim's confidential address - across state lines.
Um, sorry RH, I have NO idea who you are. I don't recall playing any games on Windsor's FB, concerning you or anyone else.
DeleteSince I have no recollection of every hearing your name, the rest of your comments/questions are obviously a mystery to me.
She's not only face blind, she has zero memory!
DeleteThe wanted poster your Willy made for Renee that you commented on. Susan/Sharon! That's what Renee is referring to & you were chiming right in!
Susan/Sharon? You're as smart as your comrades, the Lawless Leaderless Losers!
AND your boyfriend is also in the clink? You know more 'lingo' than you care to admit!
Bwahahahahaha
Do you have any evidence of my chiming? What did I say about/to this woman I've never heard of? Let me know when you find out please.
DeletePsssssssst! Susan or Sharon? Check, then check again in a few days. I'll wager a lot of your disability income that there's more than one judge in Montana. And butthurt isn't the problem for your Willy! It has been flagrant disregard & disobedience of Supreme Court Orders, breaking the law and violating a PPO numerous times.
DeleteImagine for a moment that Willy did not tell you every nuance of his escapades!
How funny!
Here's what we know, Snoozan/Sharon V.: you are a GINORMOUS HYPOCRITE and a TROLL!--You've been told to leave here and not come back. CEASE and DESIST as Billy Butthurt, the lap in your lap cow act would say, yet you persist. We shun you; we rebuke you, yet you continue to harass us. There is nothing here for you but a hoisted raised finger. QED.
DeleteHe's been in lockup for 5 days now, everything from here on out is gravy......
ReplyDeleteWhy?
DeleteBecause Mr. Windsor has recently filed an Emergency Writ of Mandamus
Deleteto the Supreme Court of Texas requesting judicial review and oversight
of his case the the proper mixing of gravy (gravy must contain no more that 20 lumps per CC and each lump must be less than 5mm in diameter) for his Turkey loaf.
OMG!! LMAO MaryD??? It was a joke you tickwit!!
Delete"Mary Deneen-- Did Bill file an Emergency Writ of Mandamus in TX Supreme Ct for oversight?"
Clearly humor, sarcasm, wit, mockery, etc are wasted on the lemmings. As IF someone would file a Writ over their lumpy gravy.
DeleteBAHAHAHA
They believe it because that's something they would actually do themselves.
DeleteGoodness Gracious! It is seriously no wonder Mr Windsor couldn't get anything taken back, with that bunch of nucking futz over on his Facebook page!
ReplyDeleteEven Lippy Larah has chimed in as to what a truly dippy doodle she is! She asked did Windsor have any idea that Montana had these charges for him? Duh, Larah, yeah, he knew! Windsor has known for a long time that the Supreme Court of Montana upheld the PPO against Windsor from ever attempting to so much as utter Boushie's name EVER again. Larah? With the college degree? Loosen up your little beauty queen tiara & think real hard. Windsor begs for #Courtwatchers, then shortly afterward? post that no one should even bother! Instead of telling the #TRUTH? Windsor attempts to instill fear into a group of already very unstable individuals by insinuating that any supporters of his attending last Tuesday's court hearing "could" become targets. ***eye roll***
D U H
Windsor knew! He did NOT want any of his faithful followers actually witnessing or hearing what he has said in front of the Judge! Windsor only wants y'all to read his version, Larah! I know the standard answer for your type is #WorldPeace, but, Good Lawd gurl! Get a grip (pun intended). Hello! Google it!
And? Mary D? You simply do not have a STFU in your goofy ass anywhere! You as self-centered as Windsor! You, MaryD are still repeating the spew Windsor spoon fed to you about Boushie! Of course you MUST add in your special spin on Lyme's & how denied you''ve been in the state of Montana!
MaryD? If Montana is such a shithole to you? Why do you continue to reside there? If they are so crooked, so criminal and you are so terrified, why in Tarnation do you stay? We all KNOW your 'children' are grown, now, and even they refuse to acknowledge you! I hope you, Mary D, keep spouting off at the keyboard over on Windsor's Facebook page! The authorities that are reading there will scrutinize you next (after they quit laughing) just as they have your great leader! It amazes me, MaryD that you are so proficient with a device & using the Internet, but have such a terrible tale of woe! I just flat out call "BullShit"! Your dear Bill Windsor will be close to you very soon and he will be trapped in a detention facility and you can visit every time it is allowed! MaryD? You and Windsor deserve each other!
It's Mrs Windsor that I'm curious about! I'm anxious to know how she's going to be greeting you, MaryD! Perhaps you two, that adore Bill so very much, will get to be besties & the Mrs can just stay with you while she's up there? Or? Better yet, I bet she will just leave Bill in your more than capable hands, MaryD!
I wish Vic, Charles, Debbie Lynn, Rose, heck, the whole gang could join y'all in Montana! Y'all are just the assets Bill is going to need!
No wonder Windsor couldn't ever succeed! Look at the personnel he had to work with! Half of them actually think he's Facebooking from a podunk county jail in Texas and are posting threatening comments or just blathering about their own experiences, a fourth of them think he's out! The rest just dunno what the Hell is going on, so they're either praying or cheering!
I keep reading, laughing hysterically & wondering how Big Vexi is getting along with the Bloods, Crips, AB, pedophiles, killers, dope slingers, rapists, etc
After a weekend in Ellis County Jail? I'd venture to guess that Montana is beginning to sound appealing to Windsor!

There are several Lemming Lawless Supporters that I can't wait to eat crow once they learn that Windsor hid all of this from them, while they were so gladly jumping up and down, supporting him, tagging him into conversations of valid concern for his antics, which put numerous innocent people on his "hit list". Ignoring the warnings that really were for their own good. Nope, I don't feel sorry for any of them now.
