Windsor Has Left the Building



All of Bill's stall and delay tactics have come to an end.  He is now on is way to Missoula Montana to account for his actions.  Will he have representation waiting for him?  Is his sister Wendy Harper going to be there to help him?  Will he continue with his stall tactics or seek a speedy trial once there?

    As Susan has repeatedly stated, this is a game to Windsor. So, lets play a guessing game about what he will do.

    I say, first he'll play his standard "recuse a Judge" game to stall arraignment. Then possibly another HC in MT. Then, somewhere along the lines, he'll probably claim he can't get a fair trial in MT because he was "Exposing Corruption" thus his plethora of slander dot com articles, so they are all bias against him, and he needs to have this case transferred.

    What other notorious games will Windsor pull? (In your opinion of course)

And then there will be more motions for law library and computer access. He really has a long list in his standard play book LOL.       I think he damaged himself in regards to bail or bonding out, by all his articles claiming he would run, did run, was happily posting taunting things will on the run, stating he wouldn't turn himself in, and everyone was telling him not to. Lets see, could the prosecutor show up tomorrow and ask the Judge to revoke bail based upon that? Sure. Or they could ask the court to raise it to at least what ID had, or even more, but still, Windsor is LOADED so if given the change, little sis will surely send it and get him out.

      If they do that? It will be the biggest mistake they could make. He's run before and he'll most certainly do it again. IMO Windsor is not trustworthy, he told Judge Cindy in TX that he would be there back in court or he'd have turned himself in to MT. He did neither. Actions speak louder than words.
