While Bill is out trying to make Claudine his stalking target of the day, a woman he now admits he is devoting his life to exposing her (kinda sounds creepy from a sexual pervert), the details are emerging from the one woman who had the unfortunate experience of spending most of her life with this man.
Bill claimed his divorce was caused by all the threats from the "haters" and the distress it has caused his family. We said no, it was the American Terrorist named Bill Windsor that caused his divorce and the details show that we were right...and he (wait for it) lied.
First, and certainly foremost, the great news is that Barb got the cat. Kitty really dodged a bullet on that one. She also got full possession of both homes while Bill got to keep his drum set (I guess he needs something to beat on). Even the Jeep, the mobile terrorism command center, is in her name.
What does she not want? Anything that has any association whatsoever to Lawless America or Round America. She wants all of that out of her house, and she wants to make sure that she is no longer associated in any way shape or form to any of Bill's scams. "The Wife has no, nor has she ever had, interest in, responsibility in, or association with Lawless America, its legal matters, videos, or films produced by them or her Husband".
Then, just because Barb knows just how evil and vindictive Bill really is, we get this: "The Husband shall not mention the Wife, or any other family members by name on inference, without express permission of that person, on his website or facebook page". Ahhh yes mister 64 and 3/8ths year old grandfather, you are not a grandfather, you are not a father, you are not a husband and you are not even a man.
Fascinating. Just from this partial synopsis, it certainly looks like Lawless America—more specifically, Bill's obsession with the cases that led to the formation of Lawless America, and more recently his obsession with pursuing its critics—really did play a central role in destroying the Windsor marriage.

They also confirm the reasons behind it being his obsession with hating, stalking, the internet, putting their intimate lives online, and refusal to seek offered help. I here there was an intervention, complete with family, friends, and the family shrink. Who has a family shrink?! He would not listen, and ran, RAN, out of the house. They also confirm it has split the family in two and he has lost way too much of his inheritance, and they are saddened and want to be left alone. I don't blame them.

My source, is I received messages from two family members apologizing on behalf of the fam. One was his son, and was short and sweet just telling me the family spokesperson wanted to speak to me. The other, as close to Bill, but asked I not reveal. And was far more forthcoming. I feel for that family.

Relocation
When I left Georgia in April, I ceased to be a resident. I am obtaining residency in South Dakota.
Some have speculated that my relocation announcement is a ruse to protect my family. It's not; it's real. Part of the motivating factor is protection for my family as they have been terrorized by threats that we have received. They will feel safer if I am not around. Central North Texas is also an ideal location from which to travel to film stories and help people.
My wife and I are separated, and as I understand it, the divorce should be final soon.

DeleteNote that Barbara states that the couple has been separated since April 1, 2013. That also happens to be the date that she wrote a $100,000 check to Maid of the Mist to get her out of its lawsuit against the Windsors. It looks like that was the last straw.
Also note Article V, paragraph 7, in which Bill hands over $50,000 to Barbara. That would appear to be paying for his half of that check.
Then, it's interesting that Barbara is getting free and clear title to two pieces of real property—the main home in Marietta and the "Dunwoody Property" in Atlanta. This may be relevant (as may the effective date of the divorce) to the Assistant U.S. Attorney who's currently pursuing the $29,500 that Bill owes the Georgia federal court. If Bill has no ownership interest in either of those properties, presumably the AUSA can't place a lien on either one to get money Bill owes. (Then again, as I've said before, I'm not terribly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of collections law.)
And then that last paragraph ("Mutual Respect"), mentioned previously on this blog, is fascinating. Bill "shall not mention [Barbara], or any other family members[,] by name or inference, without the express permission of that person, on his website or FaceBook Page"? Ouch. On the bright side, it's fairly clear that Bill won't be fined or anything if he violates that provision; Barbara just has the power to notify him of a particular mention of "any names," which then forces Bill to remove those names within 24 hours. Still, that's pretty cold. And, obviously, it's an indicator of what killed this marriage.
And you just need to google her name to see that he is already in violation of that mutual respect.

DeleteAnother thing that occurs to me is that this appears to be a very favorable disposition of assets in Barbara's favor. She's getting half of their liquid assets plus $50,000 out of Bill's half plus both houses. I don't practice family law, but my impression is that the ordinary way for property dispositions to go in divorce is more or less a 50-50 split of everything, and this looks like it's far from that.
DeleteIt appears to me that either Bill got massively out-negotiated by Barbara's counsel or he had some kind of extraneous motivation to sign off on a disposition that's very much in Barbara's favor.
I firmly believe she has something seriously dark over his head, which brings me back to some type of crime or tax evasion. This man walks away from nothing, especially when it's women. He wouldn't walk away so easily unless Barbara had the goods to threaten him with prison time IMO. Having said that, if she's covering up for him or in spite of him in return for monetary gain for herself, she's no better than her EX.

DeleteThis is probably getting old, but couldn't help myself. Bill said he got ejected from CPS offices after he filmed Karla Johnson, Sara Johnson and Rita Lupper. I wanted to see if, maybe this time, there was a story worthy of causing a scene. Rita Lupper appears to be a AZ family court activist, along with Karla Johnson. I haven't looked into Rita's story, Karla's is enough for one night.
ReplyDeleteKarla is Sara's mother. The story starts with CPS taking custody of Sara's son, Isaiah. Karla alleges CPS "illegally kidnapped" Isaiah based on false accusations about Sara and medical neglect of Isaiah. Sarah had a second child, CPS took custody shortly after birth. Sara had a 3rd child, CPS took custody shortly after birth. Karla describes the same type family corruption we've heard many times, so I won't repeat it. The primary reason Karla and Sara give for CPS intervention is that Isaiah had seizures but he didn't any more - basically medical neglect, which they deny.
Portions of doctors' reports are posted on Karla's web site. The baby's evaluation is posted first. A month after Isaiah (at 15 months old) was in foster care, he was taken for evaluation. Karla only posted 1 page, to support her assertion that CPS made stuff up and Isaiah was seizure free. The report page clearly indicates Isaiah has developmental and neurological issues. Oops, Karla didn't mention any of that, or that Children's Rehabilitative Services had not seen Isaiah in a year.
The whole picture becomes a little more clear when you read the next doctor report, a psych eval for Sara. Again, only a partial report. But here we find that Sara, who was pregnant with child #2, has a history of emotional abuse and self injurious behavior. She is developing a personality disorder, with borderline features. She has no empathy for the child, the doctor states returning the child would be dangerous.
Karla points out that the doctor did not find Sara is dependent on alcohol, which was apparently a CPS accusation. But the doctor does appear to confirm child neglect, alcohol abuse, depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, personality disorder and problematic lifestyle. The doctor states that a child in her care is at risk and she is unable to meet the special needs of her child.
Special needs. Alcohol. mmmmm. There are photos of Isaiah on the web site. Yep. He has all 3 facial features of FAS. Based on the page 1 of Isaiah's doctor's report, he has all the other symptoms of FAS too. No photos of the other 2 babies, no document posted regarding their removal from Sara's custody and not much discussion from Karla. Why not?

This makes me sad and mad. Sad for all those babies she keeps spitting out with apparently no intentions of caring for them. Mad also because I was once the mom who was overwhelmed and i could not care for my children. I lost all of my kids in the early 90's - one was killed in care, two died tragically on the same day after coming home, and the state took my oldest from me. But that is the thing, I knew (figured out long before these things happened) that I needed help. I got help and have managed to stay sober (I was a drunk) from then through today, and I am still sober.

She was honored today with the president academic achievement award for overcoming missing almost 20% of school this year due to her dad. So women like this who have problems make me mad. I will help anyone who admits the issues, but deny and blame? No sympathy here.
