Windsor Came, He Saw, and He Squandered

Bill finally got his big day in court....sorta.  He got to actually take a deposition of someone. Needless to say he blew his big break.

RANSOM NOTES DEFENSE REVEALED

The deposition of All-lie began on August 1, 2014 and ended on that very same day. The court must now be consulted for approval on the additional days that it will take that will involve you showing back up at said court....my guess is you are going to run. I anticipate at least two days and maybe longer I anticipate a no...possibly a hell no.

The witness did as anticipated in most respects. Much more of the same -- lies, lies, and more lies which translated into human speak...means she answered your questions truthfully.. She totally fabricated some stories about events that never took place and things that were never said at the events that never took place somehow you lost me with your hypothetical of a hypothetical. The lies were expected.

What I didn't anticipate was the "RANSOM NOTE DEFENSE." It appears that the cyberstalkers will use this defense. Like cutting letters from a magazine for a ransom note, the witness claimed that a word here, a phrase there, a sound bite from a TalkShoe show, and other random stuff all combine to make statements true do you have any idea how idiotic and incoherent this analogy is?. That was how she claims her published statements are true, such as "He repeatedly published on his website that he bought a gun for use on a group of people - I am one of those people." I hate to burst your bubble, but yes people can effectively use the defense of using your words to directly contradict yourself.

So then it was time to flee the scene and possibly never return to Missouri again as it looks like Bill is planning on skipping out on his emergency hearing on the 5th.

I spent one day in Missouri attending a lying demonstration, two days in Kansas, and today I visited Iowa, Nebraska, and ended the day in South Dakota. ummm, this was posted on the 3rd, the "lying demonstration" occurred on the 1st.  I guess after your countdown to nothing you can no longer count to 3

Ahh, home sweet home Georgia?  Texas?  A padded cell?. My permanent residence is in South Dakota since I became a nomad nomads don't have a residence.....its sort of the reason they are called nomads.

I was here last year on almost the same dates thats what I call permanent residence...being there once a year, even your home is a fraud. I saw many a motorcycle heading home after Sturgis how many of them were Joeys?.

One of the surprises for All-lie at her deposition was that she didn't produce a copy of a criminal complaint that she filed against me with the FBI as she was required to do in document production its kinda hard to produce a paper record when you call the FBI. But voila, I pulled it out for her to identify for the record after asking her questions where she lied about statements in the report so you took your country back?. 

When time permits it does, all you have is time, you are an unemployed nomad remember?, I will publish this FBI complaint with my explanation of the lies and the truth never one to let the audience make up their own mind are ya?. It is simply mind-boggling the stories she made up for the FBI you know there is a simple answer to why your mind is constantly boggled.

You may be disappointed to learn that All-lie swore this was true in her report to the FBI: "His followers are all very extreme anti government people because all the regular people see he is weird and leave. They all thing they have no laws to follow and all politicians and judges should die and think I should too because Bill Windsor says I am stopping his progress." I would say that is an accurate description of your cop hating terrorist cell.

This is, of course, false and defamatory which means its true. I am not anti-government whatsoever you just want to be the government., and I don't believe very many of the people filmed are extreme anti-government why dont you ask them.....they post anti-government rhetoric constantly. I believe laws are to be followed unless you don't like them, then you can void them, and I do not believe all politicians and judges should die just most of them. I do not believe All-lie should die straw man rebuttal. And I don't believe any of you believe this stuff either. You better double check with Kpat on that.

Windsor Goes Back On the Road

With August approaching, its time to get out of Texas, and what better way for Bill to spend his summer vacation than by filming more frivolous actions and filming people for his YouTube channel? That's the plan anyway.  No movie?  No problem as he seems to have no shortage of idiots who want to go in front of the creepy old man's personal camera.  But first, its off to Missouri where he has a pointless 8 hour deposition of Allie which he has already stated will be a waste of time.

IT'S DEPOSITION TIME IN MISSOURI.

At long last, Allie Overstreet will appear for deposition testimony for eight hours on Friday, August 1 in Missouri. It should be interesting. The deposition will be transcribed by a court reporter, and it will also be taken by video.

Then it's off to beautiful Madison Heights Michigan and the Oakland County Courthouse for a hearing on whether I will be given a protective order against Sean D. Fleming. That's at 1:30 pm on August 6.

At long last?  He forgets to point out that its he who has been cowardly backing out of the depositions so far. Can anyone care to wager on how many times Matt O'Conner will have to say "objection, how is this relevant"?

Ahhh, but did you notice how he seems to be heading out after that deposition on the 1st?  That is interesting because he has a hearing in Missouri on the 6th and then he scheduled an "emergency hearing" in MO on the 5th to try and get out of the hearing on the 6th.  He also wants a stay in the MO case.  If there is one thing Bill should be a pro at, its knowing when a lawsuit is about to get thrown out. He seems to know his goose is cooked there.  But surely he won't flat out go AWOL will he?

LAWLESS AMERICA IS ON THE ROAD AGAIN

Well, it's not like the two previous 25,000+ mile trips, but I'm off. The schedule keeps changing between Kansas City and Detroit. First stop is Kansas City. second stop is Sioux City South Dakota. Then a quick stop in Rockford Illinois before Detroit Michigan. 

Wow...now we have his "home" in South Dakota in between MO and MI.  Judge Rolf scheduled the hearing on the 6th specially for that case as its the only one on the docket that date.  Bill and Allie agreed to that date a month ago in the Judge's presence.  Since that time, Bill filed for a PPO against Sean Fleming and now has a hearing on that scheduled on the same day, the 6th, as is the one in MO. Naturally, a new judge in Michigan who has not seen or heard of Bill Windsor is going to take precedence over the one who has had all he can take of the liar in chief.  This seems to be Bill's way of throwing in the towel in Missouri as he looks to ignore the case.  Remember, Bill has built his entire miserable life on starting things....but never finishing them.  He is also one of the biggest cowards in this nation as he loves to stalk women but runs like hell when its time to account for his evil deeds.

As we have said, Bill is a terrorist.  He is literally addicted to filing frivolous lawsuits and other legal filings. His addiction is out of control and only forced institutionalism or incarceration will help protect the American public from this evil monster.  Is there a judge out there that wants to be an American hero?

Windsor's Empty Threats

While Bill racks up a long list of legal defeats across the nation, he continues to check in now and then on his facebook page....not to talk to his brain dead followers, but to try and scare those who speak the truth about him.  If the definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.....Bill is completely insane.

Mark your calendars not again: July 24, 2014 nope, I'm busy that day, we will have to cancel. That's the day that I hope a court compels Facebook to produce documents, IP addresses, server log information, and more you do realize you have a much higher chance of being knighted by the Queen of England by that date?.

I don't know how much longer it will take for me to organize all the evidence that I already have given your mental inabilities I would say never, but as soon as I do and again that date is never, I'll pursue a full-court press on getting people suboenaed, etc ummmm, its been over a year now that you have been trying to pull this pathetic scare tactic.....why don't you admit the obvious, you can't and you wont.

By piecing together a lot of information you mean random guesses, I continue to identify the actual identities of the many fake pages on Facebook you actually haven't been able to identify even one. I wonder if there are thousands, tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands at least a gazillion. I've identified dozens of fake identities most of them are my followers who have posted defamatory comments about me on Facebook. I reported each of them to Facebook, and surprise surprise, the fake pages have never been removed maybe they are real and you are fake?. That's against Facebook's terms so is buying fake followers. But perhaps even more important, I am asking the court to hold Facebook liable as the publisher of that defamation because there isn't a valid agreement with a fake identity, so that makes Facebook the publisher kinda like if someone was publishing that they were filming a movie but were actually just deceiving people. There's no question that Facebook needs to be held accountable for all that they've done oh there are several questions and you won't be able to answer those questions in court...as usual, especially for removing the Lawless America Facebook page which was for a fake movie claiming it contained nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation when it never had any such thing it did have your porn surfing link on there.

The dishonesty in America is mind-boggling especially for a mind that doesn't work. I think we all need to be concerned abut a big fire or a giant flood what no earthquakes, asteroids?. And it will either start in Silicon Valley or Ellis County Texas if the winds get high enough you may see a few grass fires but no reason to get your panties in a wad.

Windsor Melts Down, Admits He is a Fraud

With all his legal endeavours collapsing on him, Bill took to his facebook page in an effort of revisionist history.  He lashed at out Sean Fleming for putting Bill's words in his mouth, specificity his plan to form citizen grand juries and use them to try officials for treason.  Well lets look at the facts:

Bill Windsor No, Susan, I never said any such thing. I never said any jury of any type could impose a death sentence and somehow carry it out. I spoke many times about the fact that citizens grand juries were worthless because no one pays attention to what they do. What I presented was a way for people to go to the county/ state and federal grand juries with their criminal complaints, and I shared the list of criminal statutes that I researched and determined to be possible. There have always been links to this information onwww.LawlessAmerica.com. At one time, I used the term "citizens grand juries" (unfortunate choice of words since I feel they are a joke) as to something I proposed that could be done if the government grand juries could not be reached, but that was to be like the case review that the New Hampshire legislature has done. It would have no power, but it would be a way to highlight injustice and alleged wrongdoing. There were never any details discussed about that. These Joeyisalittlekid people have no evidence of any of this outrageous stuff they say.

Bill Windsor There is a video where I used the term "citizens grand juries." That was a bad use of words by me. All the TalkShoe shows will show that my thought was never defined. My ideas had been made crystal clear, and there is massive proof of the grand juryeffort being the county/state and federal government-sanctioned grand juries. They then take the fact that I feel the death penalty should be abolished except for treason to be that a jury would find that death should be the penalty for treason. Treason is punishable now by prison and with the possibility of death as a sentence. I never ever said I wanted people to be sentenced to death. In fact, I joked about some of the victims volunteering to work for free at the prisons where the traitors would be put (if a legal jury found them guilty). I never planned executions and murder and all this garbage that these sick people have written. And the only way to get new people in office is to have them elected; that's how it works in America. Since these cyberstalkers cannot produce videos or audios or stories where I said I was going to kill people or have them executed, they have a big, big problem. Accusing someone of being a killer, murderer, executioner is defamation to the extreme.

Now, obviously we have the clear fact that his pants are on fire.  He lied, he didn't just misspeak one time on video.....no he made that the crux of his threatening letter to Congress (where he stole their seal too).  He can't run from his past, but he sure is trying.  I want to highlight another fact that he just gave away in his meltdown.......Bill admitted that what he was preaching to his followers was "worthless, waste of time, and a joke".  That is exactly why I call him a fraud, he doesn't even believe in what he is proposing.  Its all an illusion intended to scam his audience.  Last night, Bill said that very thing.  Its not defamation if its true.

The National Liberty Alliance Stole Bill's Pie

As Bill continues to scream and demand attention, the fact of the matter is his lemmings have moved on. John Darash has been able to gain the attention Bill has yet to get, in just a few months.  Darash has taken over the controls of the Me The People movement and isn't playing games.  Unlike Bill, he really is a 99%, he doesn't have two mansions and over $1 million saved up in a retirement account to fall back on.  He is just a mere carpenter.  He doesn't seem to have a personal vendetta either.  To Darash, this isn't a game, he isn't scamming people, he is a true believer.  Darash also adds a religious twist to his movement that gives it "extra" authority on top of his citizen grand juries and Common Law.  Darash is a Harold Camping disciple http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harold_Camping so we know he doesn't posses an iota of discernment, which, the lack thereof, is a prized asset in the Me The People community.

Darash comes from the Oathkeeper movement but after forming his National Liberty Alliance (he did a better job than you Bill in picking a name) http://www.nationallibertyalliance.org/ he has begun to execute on the plan Bill had set out a year ago.  John is taking over the Country, county by county and claims to already have the State of New York with 67 counties in Florida.  He also claims to have three world powers backing him too in UK, Canada and Australia.  What do you have Bill?  Just some youtube videos?  Darash is targeting all the county elected sheriffs as he demands they take action on his made up citizen grand jury charges.  He even has his own seal and everything, you couldn't even register your movement's name Bill.

This Darash guy is proving to be what they had hoped for in Bill.  Bill's lemmings are flocking to him as even old Niki gave Bill the link to the new movement and said he could call in and listen to their blogtalk shows....I pause for the irony.  Bob Shultz, Jon Roland and even David Schied have moved on to this new Davash guy. When David was being questioned by the FBI, it was the National Liberty Alliance website, not LA, that David told the agent to go check out to get some "education".  Poor old Mary B now writes her daily affirmations about her new hope, the NLA.

All along, they have been looking for someone like this.  They have plenty of creative writers, they have a script, supporting cast, and even a stunt man.  What they lack is a lead actor that will get them the media attention they desire.  Darash is proving to be that person as his citizen grand juries are getting the attention of the local media and the FBI.  John is a quoteist, in that he uses out of context quotes from many of our Founding Fathers to fit his current purpose.  Its not about him, its about the cause.  The nobodies believe in him because they can sense that he really is one of them, not an actor like Bill.  He is focused, specific, and on target and most importantly he seems motivated to do something instead of just endless chatter. Obviously, all these factors make John exceptionally dangerous and is why he has the attention of the FBI. But for the time being, he is their new William Wallace...not another William Windsor.  Bill had his shot, and he blew it.  Now they all move on as Bill continues to scream and cry like a baby who just lost his candy.

Windsor Can't Read During Tax Season

This is going to be a series as we look into Bill's past filings, particularly in Georgia civil action 1:11-CV-01922-TWT and the second amended notice of appeal.  In this filing, we get a pretty good look at all the financial failures, as Bill tells it, that Windsor has been involved in over the past 30 years.  As usual, its everyone else's fault but Bill's that his financial endeavours have been a disaster.   In this filing, Bill tries to claim a negative net worth of almost $1,000,000 while owning two homes worth about $2,000,000 total and having an investment account with Wachovia for over $1,000,000.

Even back in 2011, Bill was playing all kinds of financial games through his wife Barbara as they tried to hide assets from the looming judgement they were about to receive in the Maid of the Mist case.  Bill even shows what kind of game he is playing when he says "there is no law to make a spouse liable to use her separate property to pay for debts of her husband".  The District Court even pointed this out by saying that the Windsor's financial affairs were convoluted.  Then, Bill uses his son Ryan to come up with a $1,000,000 "loan" Bill says he owes to Ryan and Alcatraz for the legal fees in the Maid of the Mist case with a wink and a nod.

Then we have the problem with his taxes.  As we learned in Bill's divorce filing last year, he had not filed a tax return since 2009.  But in this court document we get a little more info on what he did in 09.  Bill says, and I quote:  "The 2009 tax return is inaccurate.  It was submitted when Windsor was unable to read.  It will be amended when time and reading permit.  The 2010 return is on extension due to the same factors."

You see Judge, I suffer from a very rare condition.  Every spring, up till April 15th I can't seem to be able to read.  My doctor diagnosed me with what he called a BS syndrome, but he failed to provide me with medication (rest assured that I am suing him).  So you see, I am simply unable to provide you with current tax returns that could better describe my "convoluted" financial situation.

Don't Mess With Texas

Windsor came in to Judge Bob Carroll's court this morning in what he told his followers was a "trial".  It was actually just a hearing on Google's special exception.  Not only was Google's exception upheld, but Carroll ruled that Bill must adhere to Judge Thrash's vexatious litigant ruling. Windsor tried to tell Judge Carroll about all the new motions, names and fillings he wanted to add but he was cut off mid-sentence and told that they were only there to address the Google issue. This means that Joeycon is on hold while Bill begs for a federal judge to let him sue his legion of unknown "haters".  Windsor's horrible reputation precedes him.

The back of Bill's head started to turn red as Carroll read his ruling.  Windsor's hands were visibly shaking as you could feel the rage building.  Now all his named defendants can be dismissed upon request while he waits for a federal judge to let him continue his frivolous lawsuits in Texas.  If the federal judge learns that Bill tried to sue 50+ judges in Georgia alone, he most certainly will not be granted permission.

Having suffered a huge loss today as his made up "trial", Bill is once again looking for a new home. The vexatious litigant is not allowed to ride in Texas and Georgia now, so where will he go to quench his insatiable thirst for frivolous lawsuits.

Bill Windsor Attacks Facebook, Will Facebook Bite Back?

Bill's vexatious fantasy tour is about to hit a hard stop as he is now biting at the big dogs who may be in the mood to finally bite back.  Yes, thats right, Windsor is taking on Facebook.  He is suing them for "luring" him in to using Facebook to promote his non-existent movie.  Bill claims that because FB took his page down, he lost years of information, his 50,000 followers who had registered with his page...and get this....the promotion of the movie was effectively ended.  Well try as he might, this little attempt at history revision isn't going to pass the smell test.  

Everyone can quickly get a sense of what this lawsuit is all about when Bill says "The defendant thumbed its multi-billion dollar nose at the law and plaintiff". Thats right, this is about money, Bill wants it and Facebook has it. He then goes on to blame FB for allowing his haters to spread their hate of him and then finishes it off with the usual sob story of how FB has cost him his marriage, his kids, his job, and even his home.

But lets not forget what the real truth was. Bill Windsor had 50,000 "likes" at one time (or close to it) on his public page but as we looked in to those profiles, the overwhelming majority of those likes were from fake profiles. So Windsor defrauded Facebook with these likes in the first place and once we exposed his lie he hid all the likes.  This was way before facebook suspended his account.  I'm sure the logical question any judge would ask is how could someone go from 50,000 followers to just 100 by simply losing a facebook page?  The answer of course is there never was 50,000 real followers, only a Windsor illusion.  But don't let facts or even his fraud get in the way of making up a good story and trying to attack Facebook and their mulit-billion dollar company.

Since Bill has made himself a public figure and since he has taken the first shot at Facebook, this gives the Facebook legal team an easy target to make an example out of.  People need to know that there are consequences for artificially inflating the number of followers you have for financial and political purposes. Bill Winsor is loaded and has plenty of money to cover FB's legal fees and damages, just ask Maid of the Mist how hard it is for him to cut a big settlement check when he has too.

As Bill Windsor claims in this lawsuit:

described above is willful, wanton, wicked, intentional, and malicious resulting

from fraud, insult, and malice, and it is associated with aggravating circumstances,

including willfulness, wantonness, malice, oppression, outrageous conduct, insult,

the DEFENDANT. The PLAINTIFF should receive an award of punitive

damages. Exemplary damages serve to provide the claimant with recovery above

and beyond compensatory damages in order to punish the wrongdoer for egregious

conduct and to deter the wrongdoer and others from similar conduct in the future.

Since the PLAINTIFF’s damages can never be erased in this case; there is no

amount of money that could compensate the PLAINTIFF for the loss of the loves

of his life, his wife, children, and grandchildren; there is no amount of money to

compensate a decent, honest, law-abiding citizen for the destruction of his career

and reputation.

I think he is making a great point...just in reverse.  He used, for free, FB's page to go out and lure people in to signing up with his fake movie he would never produce and then solidified it by artificially inflating his "likes" on his FB page to deceive people in to thinking he had a big following.  The usual slap on the wrist just won't do here.  Facebook needs to show everyone what happens when you defraud them and users nationwide like Bill did

Bill Windsor Admits He is Mentally Unbalanced

Shortly after my post about him hiding and ignoring his lemmings (not even saying happy new year to them) Bill decides to stick his curiously red face out and give his followers another proof of life.  He clearly is enjoying all the conspiracies they are throwing around as to why he is ignoring them and he decided to play around with it.

That's the latest news report on me ummm the latest lemming conspiracy, not to be confused with real news. Says I have been missing since August.

Unless I'm having one helluva hallucination with all those pills don't count it out, I am alive, reasonably well, and free in Texas.

I was in Plano Texas for abdominal surgery (giant hiatal hernia)... scheduled for December 15. A terrible ice storm hit on December 7. I had no business being outside on December 8, but hey, I lived in Cleveland and stayed at a Holiday Inn once - so I should be able to handle a little ice. I slipped, fell, hit my head you seem a little confused on the dates here as you originally said it happened on the 5th, hard to keep all your stories straight, stood up with blood gushing out of my right ear which is like the first time in the history of mankind that someone fell hit their head and all the blood gushed out of their ear. I was transported by Fire Department ambulance so you mean ambulance? to the nearest hospital where I was diagnosed with a Basal Skull Fracture along the base of the back of my skull up over my right ear. Many cat scans. Two days in Intensive Care, and I was released to heal bs on all of that. I have, at least for now, lost most of the hearing in my right ear. I am way off balance the courts agree with you on that. The doctors hope the hearing ill return, but thus far, there has been no change. all I want for Christmas is my hearing aid

So, I'm alive. but not well on any level

No one has tried to put me in jail for anything....or maybe they can't find me why are you hiding?. I've never done anything to be put in jail, but as we know, we have corrupt judges and law enforcement people in every nook and cranny of America, so anything is possible with these criminals. your day will come

I can't function very well because I am so off balance its good that you finally admit it, thats the first step, but I am pleased to report that Facebook has been sued for removing the Lawless America page claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex. Complete horse manure, and I have the proof. cue the circus music

I am also pleased to report that Soushie has been sued in federal court in Montana you mean you want to?. This is the criminal who has threatened to kill me at least 16 times who is being protected by law enforcement and the courts in Ravalli and Missoula counties in Montana. I'm hoping the federal courts there might not approve of what the state courts are doing in protecting this criminal. (See www.seanboushie.com). uhhhhh.....isn't that the website you were ordered to remove? Remember that little quip about never being put in jail?

And I am equally pleased to report that Joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com has been sued. ahhh, yes it was and a hilarious slap down of John Margetis by Google was the result, thanks for the year in review. So, I now have litigation pending in Missouri, Kansas, Montana, and Texas what about facebook? They are in California...remember what I said about not keeping all your stories straight?. With a little luck, someone associated with one of these cyberstalking groups will have money, and I will get millions that can be used in our efforts to save America its nice of you to admit to what all your vexatious activities are about. I also expect to get precedents established that should cause other would-be cyberstalkers to think twice before cyberstalking. you might also want to run in the next Boston Marathon....but neither one is going to happen.

Movie and TV work continues, but at a slow pace due to the fact that I'm not doing it and never planned to fractured skull and loss of hearing.

I will resume a weekly radio show in January but I won't be taking any calls as you see I can't hear...its not that I dont care, I just cant hear any of you. Sundays at 7 pm Central Time ummm 7 is too early for me Bill, I checked your schedule and you are can move that back till 9 like always. The first show of 2014 will be January 12, 2014. so what year will that be?

Once again, i will try to start doing regular updates here here being a facebook page? The same facebook you claim to be suing? hmmm how long will that last?. If my hearing would just return, I'd be back in full action. meaning what? You are going back on the road to film a movie? Or do we have a new lie already cooked up?

Happy New Year everyone you damn Joeys.....look what you made me do. or as happy as possible in light of the massive dishonesty an corruption that has stolen our rights from us and ruined America. you are more than free to move to another country Let's hope we make some significant headway in educating our fellow Americans in 2014. you won't make nearly as much headway as we will in educating everyone to who and what Bill Windsor is

Windsor Suffers Defeat in Montana

While his lemmings continue to wait for a proof of life, Bill Windsor suffered a humiliating defeat to Sean Boushie in District Court in Montana.  Not only was Boushie's temporary order of protection, first issued by the local municipal court, upheld, it was put in full effect for an indefinite period, possibly forever.  In addition to that, Bill's vexatious litigant status is now established in the entire state of Montana as his terrorist reputation precedes him.

Judge John Larson issued a scathing and long overdue smackdown of Bill.  While Bill claims that he is being stalked and harassed by Boushie, it was Bill's driving to Boushie's home and place of work that triggered the legal rights to the TOP for Boushie.  Sean claims that he has never "met, spoken to or emailed Windsor". For those of us that have followed this squabble the first two are probably true but the last part is most certainly not.  But here is the rub, this isn't Bill's Lawless America Facebook page where he can dictate reality as he sees it.  This is a court of law and he must establish facts with actual proof.  Windsor can't even prove where his place of residence is, much less can he prove that Boushie ever emailed him.  So to this end, there is no evidence that Boushie had anything to do with this squabble, but no matter how you slice it, it got real when Bill, as the court pointed out, "drove from Georgia to Montana to stalk Sean and his wife's home and place of work".  And just to make it easy on Sean, Bill actually filmed his stalking and posted it on his webpages for all to see.  Bill also made it easy for the court as he has, in addition to seanboushie.com, had the allieoversteet.com and claudinedombroski.com websites to show the court that he has a pattern of stalking and defaming others.  In just about every way, Bill cooked his own goose.

The Court also took a stab at Windsor's half hearted attempt to claim journalistic privileges.  If the court had recognized him as such, "any person with a video camera would be absolved or relived of any stalking activities".  "Windsor has no television show, nor has he made any sort of documentary film."......ohhhh ohhhh court, don't say that, or at least please don't let that get back to my followers, they still believe in me. Yes lemmings, those are indisputable facts, Bill has no TV show nor does he have a documentary film, and you know what....it's your fault he doesn't.

And as if this smackdown wasn't enough, the court turns directly at the terrorist that is known as Bill Windsor as they uphold his vexatious litigant status.  Because of Bill's repeated abuse of the State judicial system from his malicious, voluminous and frivolous filings he must be tagged as a paper terrorist.  "The administration of justice will suffer irreparable harm if Windsor is allowed to continue to file frivolous, malicious, and vexatious litigation against persons involuntarily involved in his vexatious campaigns"......amen. Some have wondered why I continue to follow Bill like I have, that statement sums it up.  It is imperative to our Country and our way of order that we continue to expose enemy combatants like Bill, David Schied, Kevin Brady, Marty "I'm Special" Prehn and so on.  It is also important that we don't allow Bill to quietly hit the reset button and try and new scam and pretend like all his sins from the previous one won't follow him. Leeches like Bill depend on the general indifference of the public in order to keep replaying their scams, and its up to us to protect our society by exposing him.

The worst news for Bill in this is it provides a blueprint and recent case law for all his other stalking victims. No doubt the party is over for Bill now in Kansas and Missouri as well as with any of the other people he wanted to try and attack.  They will, most likely, all be able to obtain a TOP as he has documented his physical stalking of their residence as he did with Boushie, and made the case easy for them.
