Lawless America a Non-Prophet?

I guess Bill should have seen this coming when he scrambled to sign up his Lawless America as a non-profit.  Sean Fleming, you know from the Sean Fleming Show, has a great video explaining Bill's shenanigans between trying to play LLC and 501c3 non-profit corporation.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qd5ay2vXiVs&list=UUi_3bMXuLoFtRf3Od_HGVJg

Bill, as usual, is trying to play both sides of the coin.  He registered Lawless America as a non-profit listing his wife as the Director.  But non-profits are not allowed to engaged in the political arena as that is specifically reserved for that is called PACs (Political Action Committees).  Beyond that though, both are to be set up with a committee and must track all donations and expenditures.  As a non profit, LA could have paid Bill's expenses and a "salary" for running his fake movie, but that would have to have been approved by the Board of Directors with a full accounting of all revenue and expenses.  As we know, Bill just took the donations and says he can't read when it comes time to file his taxes.  So Lawless America, the non-profit, engaged in political activity without a PAC and took in donations with no appropriate BOD approval and accounting.

  1. This very important information is bound to cause quite the kerfuffle. Now, what will Windsor do now? He has no idea, who has what information to refute any whopping stories, excuses, or sidestepping he will undoubtedly attempt to do. Will it dig a bigger hole for him, or for Barbara.

    1. Uh huh. I think Snoozan is all wrong - it appears she is referring to 501 (c)4 instead of 501(c)3. And this whole sovereign citizen "education" thing has been a gray area for a long time. Ask Bob Shultz, he knows all about it.

There is something fundamentally wrong, IMO, with giving non profit, tax exempt status to groups or individuals with the expressed purpose of "educating" others on how to over throw the existing government and/or how to be a paper terrorist. Why should these people have a financial advantage over legitimate candidates for public office and groups who do not abuse the judicial system?

This issue was also the basis for the IRS "scandal" last year. I don't think it's right to deny non profit status based on a group name but I do think the IRS should closely evaluate the purpose of a group or individual before allowing non profit status. IMO, the issue was not a "scandal". Rather, it seems most people do not understand why the IRS was not giving non profit status to some groups.

Regardless of which non profit status we are discussing, I don't believe Bill Windsor should qualify in any state. He quit working to support himself, per his verified and notarized complaints, to pursue legal work full time. Seems that any donations made are to support Bill while he paper whips thousands of people across the country. If paper terrorism is his job, he should have to pay taxes on income like everyone else. IMO.

    4. May I suggest that one of your peruse IRS Instructions for Form 1023 which explains the limitations of a 501(c)(3) (yes, I said (3), not (4)) and pay special attention to page 2 and the following information:

"For this purpose, “legislation” includes action by Congress, a state legislature, a local council, or a similar governing body, with respect to acts, bills, resolutions or similar items (such as legislative confirmation of appointive offices). Legislation also includes action by the public in a referendum, ballot initiative, constitutional amendment, or similar procedure. Legislation generally does not include actions by executive, judicial, or administrative bodies. Organizations may involve themselves in issues of public policy without being engaged in legislative activity."

And if you find that the IRS is WRONG, please let me know, lmao!

    5. From the same form:

Section 501(c)(3) requires that your organizing document state your exempt purpose(s), such as charitable, religious, educational, and/or scientific purposes. Check the box to confirm that your organizing document meets this requirement. Describe specifically where your organizing document meets this requirement, such as a reference to a particular article or section in your organizing document.

I don't see anywhere in the IRS information that a group formed for the expressed purpose of judicial reform, driving around the country to film videos of people with butt hurt stories and over throw of the government are considered exemptions.

      Delete
    6. Do you see anywhere on the instruction that a 501(c)(3) can NOT do those things? No, you don't.

This is not a complicated subject. If you form an organization that is dedicated to bringing awareness to any matter of public concern, you get the exemption.

I don't have LA's organizing document in front of me, but I believe it states that the organization is for educational purposes. Whether you LIKE the educational topic is really not relevant to the law. As long as what you are doing involves a matter of public concern

    7. You can type responses all day long. It won't change the facts. Recruiting people and soliciting donations with the promise the people will be in a movie in exchange for teaching them how to bombard courts and elected officials with letters and complaints with the goal of forming Citizens Grand Juries to over throw the government is not "education" or the intent of that tax exemption.

      Delete
    8. You are right. There is nothing you can say that will make a difference. Bill's butt hurt is not a matter of public concern. Being "heard" was not the point of the letter writing and you know it. You just can't stand it because normal people in this country don't support your agenda. Normal people don't go around filing complaint after complaint without merit against thousands of people just to "collect evidence" of an imaginary problem.

Now go back to bed, it's far too early for you to be up.

    9. It's ok. It does not matter if they even meet the 501c3 status. There is a fraud going on. Bill says Barbara is not the Director. So does she. How is it she is listed as the Director? We know the answer to this question and so do other people. Bill was in the Middle of a Lawsuit with MOM and he deliberately put the company in his Wife's name with or without her consent. If Bill Windsor was in charge he would be on the charter. Furthermore they will never fill out the paperwork to become a 501c3 that would divulge too much information then to people.

      Delete
    10. Have they each made sworn statements denying the Barbara is the director?

      Delete
    11. Snoozan won't acknowledge anything about the 501 c3 disqualifications. Windsor is the stated leader of The Revolutionary Party. This is not "education" this is formation of a specific "group" with a specific agenda. To be "The" majority party.

To be considered a non profit, you have to be neutral, he is not. Also, this is the same Snoozan who said he didn't have to file taxes if his expenses were more than the donations. Again, that isn't how "non profits" work. Strict accounting is mandatory, and since Windsor hasn't even managed to file the previous years without a "non profit", seems pretty unlikely with he will pull it off this year either. How many times did people ask for the EIN # and he didn't supply it? How many times did he not give receipts to people? Did every person that purchased Lawless America hats, shirts or anything else get receipts? Unlikely, when we saw numerous people claiming they paid for these things and never received them. Then Windsor blames Barbara for the confusion, as he was out on the road. Psssh, please.

Snoozan is anti government, why would she be pro-taxes?

  2. Bill should watch the Sarah Palin CPAC Keynote, Sounds just like Bill. http://video.foxnews.com/v/3315005830001/030814palin624/

There was reference to duck dynasty and his freedom to express his opinion about the bible. While she complained that they are being suppressed to express their opinion. She talked about Sovereign stuff, and called the democrats having a statest agenda. She called helping the needy and those who are poor is breaking America. She shouted out to libertarians and constitutionalists. She called people sock puppets (the word for 2014). Overall, Sarah Palin was a joke.

    5. I appreciate that Fleming posted that link. It is relevant to the broader discussion re: sovereign movement and what Bill is doing.

What ticks me off about the Tea Party, Libertarians and some Republicans is that, except for Obama Care, they object to and criticize the current administration for problems caused by and policies enacted by previous administrations. Palin is out of line in speaking for women and calling Democrat supporters "low information voters". Palin sounds more like a SovCit than she does the GOP.

    7. Unfortunately to this Anon poster, I know previously some people of this blog don't understand this entire movement of people like Bill and his supports are Political. Actually 100% political. That is why I will continue to talk about it. If you don't want to accept the fact that Constitutionalism and libertarian are political stances. Bill is a mix of both. So is the National Liberty Alliance. They call other people Progressives the term for Democrats.

The Tea Party has it's name from the original Tea Party in 1776. Hence the CC2009 or otherwise known as the Continental Congress of 2009 (you know from 1776). Alex Jones references 1776 all the time. This all goes together along with keywords "Revolution" used by Ron Paul and Bill Windsor. The fact here is all about the Constitution.

What I find Hilarious is that Bill, Tea Party, Libertarians and the Constitutionalists who want to claim it is all about 1776 redux and that they need to have "Sovereignty" against a tyrant government is a really an oxymoron. They want to install Common law used by Britain along with this Magna Carta. The NLA talks about kings and in reality treason started out back from Britain also. We need to know that what England had once was a counrty ran by a church. The Tea Party is full more than Evangelical Christians but Christians who want to eradicate Muslims and Jews from America and turn it into a Christian State making all laws that would mandate a Christian Life. This is what all the Candidates of this party are for. They want to amend the constitution to support not freedom of religion but to support their beliefs.

While Bill supports all of these changes to Law and claims all unjust to him. He supports the Roger Sherman Institute and more. Christianity and Sovereign Citizens really act the same. Christians believe that they don't have to follow the law of the Jews, then some don't want to follow the laws of the state etc. It all is the same moral concepts.

    12. My interpretation of the resistance to some posters beliefs, is that the strong or rigid stance of those who refuse to acknowledge people have the right to their own beliefs and views, and whom don't necessarily want to be labeled as one party or another, seems a bit more like totalitarianism.

Why is it that we have to put labels on people like that? To say that if you aren't Jewish, you have to be a Christian? Some people are spiritual, and choose not to be forced to conform to a title. Seems the same in the Political sense. I will never be put in a box.

I believe the problems exist within those with extremely rigid beliefs
that we must be labeled or we are somehow the problem. The world is not cut and dry. People are all diverse. But, when one "group" comes off as more superior than another group, and tries to interfere with the nature of people who want to live peacefully and coexist, and force people into a box, those are actually the people who destroy America.

    13. @ 2:22: well said. I understand the resentment anybody with non Christian beliefs has towards the extremely Christian right. It's not the government's job to legislate morality and religious beliefs.

Since finding Bill's SovCit roots, I've paid a lot more attention to key words in campaign speeches. I am appalled by the number of references to religious beliefs and words/terms that are common SovCit rhetoric. The government was set up to keep this country out of the hands of religious zealots and extremists. Seems the SovCits want to change that. Even though Bill's agenda is to help Bill, the larger political issues shouldn't be ignored.

"Love of self, not country." "Not a political ideal, but a means to an end." Well said.

    17. Spam I resent that funny hats joke… JK. You can wear my yamahhopper cap and huge topper. HEHE. Anyhow, I do like what you said though about being selfish. What I have seen is that the republican/Tea Party anyone of that sense seems to be selfish. They say it is all for capitalism and individualism yet America was built on being individualist but not forgetting the greater sense of humanity and that is where the religious part of the founders comes in. Christanity and its real objective with the teachings of jesus is truly all about being a humanistic person verse someone who is competitive and wants to get ahead. It appears that there are many oxymoronic statements in the the republican way. They seem to always use a cliche statement that we or those opposed don’t know what were talking about, we don’t understand nor do have the capability to do so or were mentally ill. Seems to be the same thing Christians have told me about when I disagree with their Belief of what a black and white written book says. There needs to be no “belief” there only knowing that it says something or it doesn’t.

Law and judges and the decisions of America are also very opinionated. There are debates about the laws in senate and congress. Judges are voted upon mostly and they have biased opinions on things. That is why we have courts of appeals and so on. So that judges of varying opinions can argue over things and there can be a majority ruling. Like a jury somewhat. But Common law does not give you that leway. it was setup to me a law of the king. I doubt it would be a law of the people. The people having a consensus is much like we have now verse an imposed law.

    18. Allie, I have watched people talk for instance about being patriotic over getting Muslims eradicated out of America over their sharia laws and personal views. I have watched how people believe it is patriotic to employ amendments to the constitution to support and force one to practice their own faith. Politics is all about ones own agenda. that is how you choose a candidate. Most people are for themselves first for survival. It is a human thing. But compassion for others is important.
Allie why hasn’t your attorney written up a dismissal based on the fact that Lawless America is not a true company? Could it be that you know it is not but you looked the other way while it was formed because they helped you out on your custody case from December 2012 to march 2013? Interesting how that works eh? Caught up in Bills web as an accomplice to a fraudulent corporation eh?

    22. I agree with Spammy re: the spirit of this blog. But, Bill's revolution revealed political issues a lot of people were clueless about. I am one of those people. As in the case of Palin's speech, I think it is important to address SovCit agendas when they are noted. Some of these people are currently running for office, i.e. Jon Roland for the Libertarian party. If the agenda is ignored and not discussed these people might actually get elected and eventually take over our country.
