Bill Windsor hates rules, and therefore hates those in authority over him. It was March 10th that Judge Bob Carroll issued a stay in the Ellis County case of Bill Windsor vs. The World. Bill was to go obtain the leave from the Federal court that he had been unable to do......he has still not been able to obtain it. This of course was in direct disobedience to Judge Thrash's order permanently enjoining him from filling without leave. Bill decided to issue that ruling void and more or less ignore it.
So nothing has happened in that case right? Of course not, we are dealing with a pathological paper terrorist and that is evident in the fact that he has filed 33 different things (mostly motions) since the stay order. He even appealed the case (that had not yet been ruled on) twice and was rejected at the appellate court. As we have seen on his Facebook page he continues to threaten individuals by saying he will add them to his stayed case. He's on pace to have filed 100 different things filed after one year of the stay order.
Bill has given a new meaning to the name Lawless. He refuses to adhere to any judge or any court. How much longer can he continue to operate until the court swats this bad dog into submission? He is no more than an animal, and as such he can only learn by one thing....physical correction. And this is just the TX case. All the other cases are heading toward a similar conclusion.

It's no big deal to a vexi. They expect it, they know how to manipulate the courts. That is why they are "Vexatious." How many courts has he filed in without obtaining leave? At least 3? Yet no penalties? Why would Windsor follow the rules when it seems that it doesn't matter much when he breaks them? If Children aren't disciplined properly, they grow up to be out of control tyrants. When those children grow up--they are the Windsor's of the world. Everyone should be afraid! IMHO of course.

ReplyDeleteKind of funny - Darash acts a little surprised that it was filed, then gets upset because it was held, filed and he got notice of it two weeks later. In his 7/14 conference call, Darash imagines a conversation in which clerk was fearful with being told the document better be filed or the clerk would be indicted and arrested by the CLGJ. Darash seems to think the judge will be arrested based on the indictment that was filed.

Here's another example of LA followers wanting it both ways. After all the cop hater postings about bad cops that get away with crimes, this is an ex cop that want's help getting out of trouble. It sounds like, based on this guy's internet whining, that he was a Sheriff's Deputy that was transferred to Jailer after a bad DUI arrest. He said it was a good arrest on a friend of the Sheriff and the Sheriff made the DUI charge go away. He was fired as Jailer after he was charged and arrested for assaulting a neighbor.

I will agree with one thing, our country is on the decline, not so much with judges, but our executive and legislative branches, I'm 60 and I've never seen anything like this. If Bill,in his later life, could focus on things for the better good of America vs. his his petty pissing contests and harrasements of indiduals, his life would be better served. She appears to have filed for a state salary supplement to which she was not entitled. She returned the money, $22k+, but a special prosecutor, from outside the county, is investigating whether she committed a crime. If she has, I figure she'll be punished for it.
ReplyDeleteThis issue has been local news since around the first of the year, just as campaigns heated up for the primary elections. It hit the Dallas news last night. The guy doing his "civic duty" to report such things was front & center on the Dallas news report. He ran for County Commissioner, under the judge's jurisdiction, and lost with 662 votes out of roughly 3,800 votes in that precinct.
This guy appears to be grinding a political axe and based on his history, I don't think he should throw rocks at anyone else. IMO, he fits right in with the LA crowd and will feed into Bill's absolute proof that all judges in Ellis Co are corrupt.

I was cruising Bill's movie promos again, found Walter Burien - another winner. Burien was on the list for election by WTP in AZ to attend CC2009. He is all over the internet promoting his organization CAFR. I couldn't follow Burien's theory, it has something to do with city and state governments keeping 2 sets of books. CAFR was backed, according to Burien, by Dennis Gould who went to prison for re-directing $4 million given to him from somebody else for investments.

He had another problem with another child in NJ - he took that child out of school with plans to drive back to AZ with the boy. He was arrested on several charges related to the NJ event.

Yeah, the appeal was interesting in the brother case. Denny challenged the conviction for arson, saying there was insufficient evidence - he was sentenced to 7 years for that. He did not challenge the evidence for the murder conviction, for which he was sentenced to life.

Windsor doesn't need to "fear" these convicted felons. They are in jail, where they should be. Even though these are the people he claimed in DC he wanted to release. 80% of these people he believes shouldn't be in jail--fact is, they are tucked away safely from him. But, their family members? Maybe that is the reason he is working really hard for them not to catch on, that he was full of empty promises. He doesn't want them screaming from the rooftops about him, like they are about the "Corrupt Courts." LOL Karmic Justice will probably happen in time, the Lemming-ade will wear off eventually, then he'll have to worry about all those people, and making up fake lawsuits about them.

Uh huh - another child molester. The 21 year old son of these people, Alec, plead guilty to one count of kidnapping and 2 counts of attempted sexual contact. Alec snatched a 2 1/2 year old girl. LE caught him red handed with the little girl in his bedroom. News report say that this wasn't the first contact they've had with this young man, they suspect this wasn't his first rodeo.

I'm thinking Gary Adams made excuses for his son way too long. The news report says "Adams was a frequent felon in southwestern Idaho; he was on parole at the time of the incident, and had at least 10 juvenile and 15 misdemeanor charges". In his appeal, Adams asked for relief with regard to his sentence, the court said no, saying "His record prior to these crimes also evidences a lack of regard for the law or for the rights of other people. From 2001 to these offenses in 2006, there had not been a year in which Adams was not charged with or convicted of a crime. Among other offenses, Adams had previously been convicted of battery, resisting an officer, and driving under the influence (twice), and had been charged with aggravated assault. This guy, Jon Laney, is whining about corruption in family courts. I've been ignoring most of those cases but this one cracked me up.
ReplyDeleteMr. Laney complains that he lost his children, twice, because of his criminal record. He takes exception to the court's reason for taking the kids because he says his criminal charges have nothing to do with beating kids or anything like that. He says his crimes include credit card fraud and drug stuff, he makes it sound like all this happened in 1993. His kids aged out in foster care.
Now, his 2nd wife's son has had his parental rights terminated. She's trying to get custody of the grand kids. But Jon has been "tagged" and had to move out of the house to give her a shot at it - because of "corruption". At a hearing the Judge did nothing but accuse Jon of doing cocaine and focus on Jon's criminal record. Jon thinks the judge shouldn't hold his past against him. Then he mentions several protective orders against him.

OK - one more then I'll quit for a while. This proves the old adage that you can't judge a book by it's cover. I picked this guy's promo because he looked so polished, more sophisticated than others. Yeah, nope - he's a 2 time convicted felon.
ReplyDeleteHerb Lux, he spews a little Sovcit rhetoric and he was convicted on 2 counts of construction lien fraud. Then he was prosecuted for violation of probation. The same DA that prosecuted Herb, prosecuted Herb's son Matthew. Matthew fired a gun, 4 times, at an ex employee, he was charged with breaking 4 laws. He had a jury trial, acquitted of 3 charges, convicted of 1 - sentenced to 30 days in jail and $1,500 fine.
Herb complains that his son was target shooting, ex employee lied, Matthew could have been killed when a swat team barged into Matthew's house and his rights were violated. After Matthew's conviction, Herb started tracking down members of the jury, he just showed up at their houses unannounced. They complained, Herb was warned to stop it, he didn't and was arrested for obstruction of justice.
Apparently, the DA got tired of Herb running his mouth all over the internet, so he posted his side of the story. The facts of Matthew's case appear to be a whole lot different than the story Herb is telling. Herb and Matthew are appealing.

I wish you would put an article onto this blog that gives its entire history. I couldn't find thing about how the name "joeyisalittlekid" came into being. I knew a person like Bill Windsor more than 10 years ago, who employed the same methods as Bill does. Worse, he really was a lawyer! (although no longer allowed to practice). He was diagnosed as a narcissist, I wonder if Bill Windsor suffers the same mental illnesss?
