Vexatious litigants, pathological liars, and sovereign citizens would be well advised to steer clear of Ellis County as DA Patrick Wilson will make an example of you if you choose Ellis to conduct your "activity". Yesterday, having received the signed warrant, Wilson posted on his FB page that Windsor is wanted and called on social media to help bring him in for his charges in MT.
Bill Windsor I am on the way to Montana. I will go with my new attorney and turn myself in by January 20, 2015 as agreed with Judge Cindy Ermatinger.
That was posted late last night as Bill is back to playing his semantics. Judge Cindy advised him at his last hearing BEFORE the warrant was in that he should go up to MT and turn himself in before the then scheduled Jan 21st hearing back in TX. Now that the warrant is in, Bill wants to go back and play that game. But thats not how it works, his time for turning himself in has passed and if he skips the hearing today as expected, he is now a full fledged fugitive.
But lets go back to the first pic, thats Bill's very unwrecked jeep sitting nicely at his secret hide out location. Barbara Hachengburg's background check on Bill's assets listed an interesting location in Dallas. That along with the room arrangement in Bill's "selfies" convinced OReader that Bill was staying at the Mitchell Lofts at 3800 Commerce street in Dallas TX. Sure enough, there was the jeep and its clear that Bill is/was staying in room 212 and has been subleasing that unit for almost a year now. This is information Windsor intentionally withheld and tried to mislead the court when Wilson pinned him down on this exact issue. Windsor wants everyone to believe he is staying at the Marriott in Richardson while he hides in room 212 of the Mitchell Lofts. This was done to try and give him a chance to run when the heat came down and thats exactly what he is now doing.
Now that he is wanted for the warrant hearing today, Windor has bolted and pretends like "ok I'll just turn myself in to MT when I feel like it" plan. But that's not how it works, Windsor doesn't get to set the terms of his freedom and he now enters a new era of lawlessness.
this is the view of Bill's "humble" abode from the outside.

ReplyDelete-16 degrees there this morning, bring your long johns Bill.
How can Bill live in those lofts, they are expensive and he's broke?
ReplyDeleteWas Windsor under oath when he lied about his residence? How does one go from "You got the wrong William Windsor" to "I'm turning myself in by Jan 20th?" How many other counts of perjury could there be? Set an example to the Lawless folks--that lying in court comes with stiff penalties! They are watching, cheering, and patting him on the back. "We love you Bill...." "Praying for you Bill.." yack!
Deleteyes, he was under oath when he lied to the court
DeleteIt doesn't count if the original order is void, silly.
DeleteHe lives in one of the three largest units on the property too. I asked Michael his "landlord" about the various unit types myself.
Deletehttp://www.apartmentguide.com/apartments/Texas/Dallas/Mitchell-Lofts/40504/
I'd guess the rate is actually higher than what is posted, but there are probably several fees tacked on like valet waste, etc. And, I bet the utilities aren't cheap in a big drafty warehouse loft. But, only the best for our Bill.
Bet the lemmings are feeling a little foolish for sending money to his "account," donating to the inmates, and falling for his b.s. that he was broke and had spent the last of his money on the fake film.
DeleteOh, tis such a shame
the lying game of the pathological liar that is Windsor
was all for fame.
I hope they got a "last month's rent" in advance...
DeleteWonder who helped him pack up the place. He indicated he was planning on bolting a few times, so clearly inbetween posting dot com slander/hit pieces, he was feverishly packing. Wonder if anyone will be charged with harboring a fugitive, or aiding and abetting. That would be a good lesson for his "help." Maybe it was the seven bonded out "guys?" Surely they'd know how to pack quick.
DeleteEllis Seven can move bodies.
DeleteLies all Lies, these places don't exist, I was in California, didn't you see my FB Page and all my stuff about Rte. 66?

ReplyDeleteRunning a "Fugitive Special"...
DeleteDang it Y'all...Billy ain't no fugitive, he's just out lookin' for the one-armed man!
DeleteHe is so busted, on so much stuff, if he calls in he's not going to know what direction to go, landmines of lies in all directions. This might be a good time to have another one of those accidents/illnesses he always seems to come up with.
DeleteI don't see him getting away with another munch-bunch snit. Not this time.
DeleteTime to let the wind out of the Windbag. It's been said many times, that you know when he's lying because his mouth is moving, or his fingers are typing. Incapable of telling the truth. It's time to call him out on everything!
DeleteOh please, let's do a live chat today. ReplyDeleteAfter seeing him stalk, hurt, mislead, ripoff, lie, deceive, and charm people, it's time to watch this monster go down!
DeleteTo do a live chat, we'd need live info coming in...
DeleteI was hoping someone could be in the courtroom at 1:30 to hear Bill on the phone and to witness what goes on there. Rats!!!
DeleteWe could always make it up (much like Windsor does with every part of his life).
DeleteJudge: Where are you?
Windsor: It depends.
Judge: I didn't ask you what you're wearing; WHERE are you!
Windsor: I took your suggestion and now I'm on the road.
Judge: I gave you a legal ORDER-- it's not a suggestion!
etc...etc...
Aww. TalkShoe canceled. Who'd have thunk it...
ReplyDeleteGee, I hope his new lawyer called the DA in Ellis County.

TALKSHOE CANCELED FOR TONIGHT
Sorry, folks, but I am traveling to Montana to turn myself in to the authorities there.
My Montana attorney may not let me do TalkShoe. We shall see.
SORRY!
My new email address is WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com
— in United States.
Forget the attorneys up there Bill, Pro Se it.
DeleteFor argument sake let's say he did hire (retain) a lawyer in MT, it would only be to blow smoke at the TX court and DA Wilson, then he'll ditch the lawyer (hire then fire). I hope that if this is his plan it is foiled.
DeleteHe told someone in a private PM last night he wasn't going to call in or appear in Texas. I believe he is on the run and Wilson better find him.
DeleteHow do you know that? You have contact with someone Bill sends PM's to?
DeleteYes, someone was on here last night with info. and also posted on the DAs FB. Contact was made with ways to contact the sheriff (last night) and DA.
DeleteOops, to clarify, anon 12:35 is not 12:28. (I'm 12:35) Everybody is anon. Everybody is Mike.
Delete12:22 is right. It's another game. He pulled this at the last extradition hearing right? Had an attorney then let her go out the gate? It's just more Billshit. Someone to run interference for him, in the warrant process. He's still on the run, if he doesn't show up, attorney or not and should wind up with more charges against him. He knew he couldn't leave TX, and posted it. He's not very bright.
DeleteDid anyone give Wilson the special agent's # to contact to find out where the fugitive is running to? Per the agent's numerous posts on the fugitives page, the agent is #1 in the fugitives inner circle.
DeleteI'm still kind of giggling about the bondsman who put up the bond despite being warned about Bill's propensity for running away.
DeleteWhat happens the bondsman? Nothing?
DeleteI'm thinking the bad press for Act Swift Bail Bonds will be..
Deleteuh, swift.
Or they can just change their slogan to "We bond out inmates for inmates who are out on recon. No background checks, no verification of residence, we'll believe you, no matter what. Ask for the Windsor Snow Job Special."
Has no lawyer or lied to the lawyer. Geesh, even billy boy knows there is a warrant.
ReplyDelete~~~
So SORRY! Patrick Wilson, the Ellis County District Attorney is trying to arrest me. I am on the way to Montana to turn myself in if my attorney finds that they actually have charges against me.
Montana via Route 66.
DeleteI'm sorry this is ridiculous. Windsor knows and posted there was a hearing today. He knows the governors of TX and MT have signed the warrant. This is just a blatant slap in the face to Judge Cindy IMO and another stall tactic. He's really out of control
DeleteAs one person said a few blogs back, when in a hole stop digging. I know very little about Ellis County, but he's taunted and disrespected them across the board, Judges, DA, Sheriff and IMO, should be held in contempt if he's caught in TX.
DeleteHe knew about this hearing 24 hours ago, but just decided not to come. It was an inconvenience, he looks down on the entire judicial system unless it suits him.
The real problem is the nonsense that he has put authorities in Montana through -- including contesting extradition, which forced them to go through the trouble of obtaining and delivering a governor's warrant.
DeleteSay the charges for violating the temporary order of protection are based on mailing documents to Sean Boushie (especially only documents related to his litigation with Boushie) or other, generally innocuous conduct. In that case, a decent criminal defense attorney in Montana could approach prosecutors, give them the "this sort of conduct isn't why our law makes violations of a temporary order of protection beyond the second a felony" talk, and likely get an easy, no-jail deal for Windsor. But putting Montana authorities through what he has -- in other words, continuing to dig when he should have stopped -- has likely placed any attorney he retains at a severe disadvantage in trying to negotiate with prosecutors to cut a deal.
He has over 130 violations now.
Deleteyeah I think thats true, whatever animosity they had for him before has been greatly amplified by his behavior and I don't think its over. I don't see him turning himself in to MT, I think he's going full fugitive here.
DeleteFor what conduct, though? To any criminal defense attorney, that's the relevant metric, not number of technical violations. If what he was doing was non-violent and generally harmless -- i.e., it's not like he's violating the order by returning day after day to Boushie's residence with a firearm -- then there would still be still room to talk. The point is that the rest of his conduct may cause prosecutors to turn even the most persuasive defense attorney away.
DeleteHe will report in Montana by late January (if he is not otherwise found and taken there before then). The publication of that wanted poster on multiple social media outlets -- which he has ironically long touted as a uniquely powerful way to reach the masses -- will, I think, cause him to realize how serious all of this is. He's just trying to buy as much time as possible by making them wait for him to get there.
Delete"[I]f" is the key word here. He still believes he's done nothing wrong.
Delete"So SORRY! Patrick Wilson, the Ellis County District Attorney is trying to arrest me. I am on the way to Montana to turn myself in if my attorney finds that they actually have charges against me."
Second-Chair, that's what I would have though until witnessing what he's done since he was released from jail. This guy just can't get over himself. Give him an inch and he'll take a mile.
DeleteHe cannot live his life with the degree of anonymity and seclusion that would be required to keep from getting found -- and he knows that.
DeleteI would imagine he's also seen "Fargo" and doesn't want to end up like Jerry Lundegaard,
getting dragged through the back bathroom window of a seedy motel by the authorities who have finally caught up to him.
He is taking advantage of what he has now because I think he realizes that these are the last days for a long time that he will enjoy some measure of freedom.
Images of a chipper-shredder, ewuuu.

Mr. I have a safe house has spoken, with a winky face to boot. Wonder what he means.
ReplyDelete"Wilbur William Witt Jr.-- Working on this Bill."
Those "safe house" folks better be careful--that invitation to a safe house could wind up being a ticket for the big house, ie, they could be charged with harboring a fugitive, a felony.
DeleteAnd Cuba wants relations with the US, that option is off the table. Maybe Venezuala? Does he have a passport?
DeleteHe was ordered to relinquish his passport.
DeleteWasn't passport revoked by Judge Cindy as part of the PR Bond? Yes/No?
DeleteYup
DeleteHe was ordered to relinquish it;one an only presume he did (although with Bill, there's no telling).
DeleteAll these fun and games will come to a halt once he's caught. He's like a 10 year old, "catch me if you can!"
ReplyDeleteI thought he might get a reduction in bail from MT at some pt., now I think it most likely will go up. He actually was treated fairly well in Ellis Co., hard to say what MT Jails are like. I went through part of the Jail's roster, they don't mess around, almost half were NO BOND, Criminal Mischief - Misdemeanor 50K, Driving While Suspended-Revoked-Traffic Crime 50K, Disorderly Conduct-Misdemeanor 100K
There's no state like Montana. They go in with the hammer down! This is one time where I'm glad that the defendant isn't getting a second chance there. NAIL HIM!!!
DeleteBill needs to turn himself in, he'll have Ellis Co., all over again, with NO OUT OF STATE BOND or NO BOND looming if he's caught somewhere. Just go to MT and try to bond out...or turn yourself in to TX authorities..use your head.
ReplyDeleteWill we find out what happened today?
His #1 cheerleader, Marty Prehn, sure got quiet.
ReplyDeleteI believe I used the term "tamped down" back in the day...
I just wonder if Patrick Wilson is irritated enough to prosecute Bill for multiple counts of aggravated perjury (Texas Penal Code 37.03). Each count is a third degree felony, punishable by 2-10 years in the state penitentiary and up to $10K in fines.
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't even be a hard prosecution. Just compare the transcripts of the hearings with one another, and with Windsor's prior sworn statements or unsworn declarations. Every inconsistency is a separate charge. The prosecution would not even have to prove which statement was true or false to prevail, at least, as to those statements made under oath, both of which cannot be true. Texas Penal Code 37.06.
Just think - maybe Bill could get a cell next to Joey, thus completing the circle of lies.
.
Oh man, this would be sweet!!!
DeleteDoes anyone know what is going on with DA Wilson & the court? Where is that docket located? Thanks xx
DeleteI can't find any docket information anywhere. But from what I understand Bill did not appear at the hearing today and his PR bond was cancelled
DeleteThat's a darn shame. Unsurprising, however. Bill already laid out his course of action nearly three years ago in an article he titled "How to Fight Judicial Corruption and Government Corruption -- A Step-by-Step Procedure".
DeleteIt is his playbook, and we've seen him use many of these "gems" in the past few weeks, including "Fire Your Attorney", "Document Everything -- Take Notes -- Put it in Writing" (okay, at least the "Put it in Writing" part), "Get Help from Others", "File Motions for Conferences and Hearings", "Put your Proof on a Website", "Appeal Early and Often", "File Criminal Charges with the District Attorney and U.S. Attorney", and, of course, my current favorite, "File Motions for Recusal" (though that really doesn't work if the judges realize what a corrupt, vexatious litigant the filer is).
I guess the next parts in the series could be 'Lying to the Court About Where You Reside -- a Primer for Idiots"; "How to Gain the Trust and Assistance of Fellow Inmates by Bonding Them Out'; "How to Recover Financially From Losses Incurred in Bonding Out Inmates Who Skip Town"; "How to Skip Town"; "How to Convince Your Moronic Followers, er, Loyal Supporters, of your Innocence"; and "How to Prove the Bilderbergers and Trilateral Commission Were Behind Your Persecution the Whole Time".
Special bonus article for loyal subscribers: "Top or Bottom -- The Ins and Outs of Sharing a Bunk in Jail."
I think he is priming himself to be on the Alex jones show from jail
DeleteI hope we hear soon if there are new charges for this bumbling idiot, besides the PR bond being revoked.
DeleteHe's gonna be Jonesing, but not Alex. Windbag is addicted to what he's doing and it's not going to be easy for him to quit cold turkey.
DeleteIs that PR Bond cancelled negative or did the court write it off? Is there a new warrant for him from TX?
DeleteGood question for Act Swift Bail Bonds.

If it is written off (dismissed) by the court, he's technically free from TX just like he wanted. That does not send a good message to the community, though does it. Skip bond and we let you go (reward bad behavior).
DeleteMrSpkr:
DeleteIt wouldn't even be a hard prosecution. Just compare the transcripts of the hearings with one another....
I think it was almost exactly two months ago today I was snottily hectoring some folks on this blog for throwing the word "perjury" around too freely to describe Windsor's courtroom antics. But now... yeah. Windsor's massive stacks of affidavit testimony + (and here's the crucial ingredient) a pissed off D.A. can in fact = honest-to-goodness perjury charges. I may have to take those lectures back.
Then again, it seems possible that Texas/Wilson could possibly be content to prosecute Windsor for mere (heh!) bail-jumping, no? Or even, if Montana does succeed in imprisoning Windsor for a meaningful number of years (!!), not bothering to prosecute him in Texas at all?
-If he called today, they laid it all out for him, the "I thought" or "Judge Cindy said" wall of confusion will no longer work
Delete-If he didn't call, he's assumed to be on the run.
Attorney, I thought about that and think that, even if Montana prosecuted, there's a better than even chance Texas will prosecute because ... well, Patrick Wilson.
DeleteHe's irritated with Bill as things stand, and it's an easy prosecution.
History also supports this theory. Remember what Joey Dauben was facing when Ellis County tried him on the relatively mild charges it had against him? That's right - three significant felony counts in Navarro County for sexual misconduct involving a minor. Wilson proceeded with the trial, incurring the expenses and sacrificing the time associated when he could have easily gotten a continuance and punted to see what Corsicana would do. I mean, Ellis County's charges were comparably trivial, right?
The fact Patrick proceeded anyway says volumes.
And, as an aside, sorry I culdnt be there today - insufficient notice. Ill make sure somebody in the know can reach me for future fun.
ReplyDeleteYou're awesome, MrSpkr. Thanks

When the shit hits the fan, you want to be as far away from the fan as possible, and wait for the shit to dry before you return to the fan to try to clean it up. By which I mean, the longer things drag on, the more the reactionary unreasonable anger dies down, and cooler heads prevail. They let you out of their wholly illegal incarceration of you; flagrant and with impunity; because the national media doesn't notice these things; and you launch of snow storm of mailings pursuant to USC42 sec 1983, and they, allready out of control, and prone to not calmly working through the causes ultimate and pedestrian of serious issues, are panicking with the hearing you werent notified about, and texas prosecutors and montana county prosecutors, who you know should be doing realer things; and you are going right into the firefight, like a good soldier, but really you want some time to pass to cool things down and let things steady and settle. Also suing state attorney generals creates a buffer between you and the joeys and judges; as it's the attorney general's job to protect the world from joeys, and have honest judges. The attorney general's office, is less prone to violent crime than the more criminal elements directly against you, you are collaterally and unilaterally attacking. Bill Windsor is Alive and Well between Dallas, Texas and Missoula, Montana
The Gestapo is out trying to arrest Bill Windsor at this time.
Bill Windsor is driving slow and very cautiously in hopes of avoiding any contact with law enforcement.
I planned to surrender myself in Missoula Montana because Ellis County Judge Cindy Ermatinger gave me a personal recognizance bond based upon either appearing at a hearing before her on January 21, 2015 or turning myself in to authorities in Montana. That's why I'm on the road.
But today, a hearing was held without me that I received no notice of, and Judge Ermatinger says I have to pay $100,000. So much for hoping she was uncorrupted. I'm still headed to Montana, but the $100,000 changes the picture.
I learned about the hearing at 5:00 pm the night before. I filed a Motion to Cancel and s Motion for Continuance. My motion should have been granted.
Judge Ermatinger is now corrupt I see, apparently ALL of the judges Bill has dealt with are now corrupt. The "Gestapo" is on the look out for him, they must be stupid Nazi's if driving slow would make a difference in identifying his vehicle. Not that anyone is buying that he's where he said he is.
DeleteIF HE WAS OUT OF STATE FOR THE HEARING, WHY IS HIS STARTING POINT DALLAS FOR THIS TRIP?
I'm sure it will take time to get up to Montana, the bad roads and all. Maybe 3 weeks or so.
DeleteHe'll need to find a long term garage as well for his car. Assuming he didn't store it somewhere and will be taking a one way rental up there.
Frankly, MT wants him now, so why hurry, Judge Cindy mentioned the 21st, before his signed warrant, not MT. Bill may have incredible tales of why it took weeks to get to MT, stalkers, black helicopters, bears, etc..
Dallas to Missoula is a 27 hour trip.
LOL I am still LMAO at his theory that a conversation with a Judge in TX, gave him until late January for a hearing in her court, (and he is all big on how other Judges don't have "Jurisdiction" blah, blah,) and he's trying to say that the TX Judge's date, is a valid date to show up in MT. Comical! If he gets pulled over, is he going to tell the officer he's not wanted...because... Judge Cindy said...

Oh it appears we are getting the Saga of Windsor on the Run--Day 3--but I'm not running...I just skipped my hearing, and am currently wanted in two states...
ReplyDelete"Bill Windsor is Alive and Well en route to Missoula, Montana - Day 3 .
Bill Windsor is alive and well at 8:00 am on New Year's Eve en route to Misosula Montana.
There probably aren't any warrants out for him where William M. Windsor is now and where he will be later today.
Bill Windsor is driving slow and very cautiously in hopes of avoiding any contact with law enforcement.
The corruption in America is mind-blowing. I shouldn't be, but I never cease to be amazed.
I want to write Part 7 to my saga, but there is driving to do and some very important worth that I must accomplish before I surrender myself on an alleged charge that I was in Montana on December 30, 2013, committed a crime, and fled the state. I wasn't there, and I have documents and witnesses to prove it. But the facts and the law are meaningless with most of our prosecuting attorneys and judges."
Ummm hmmmm, From my vantage point, Windsor? he's a #FacebookHoe. And? He's all comfy cozy in the sunny South, using his million$ to accommodate this new 'fugitive lifestyle' & sucking up to his siblings with an impromptu, long overdue, holiday visit! TaDa! (Just blending in with the other elderly snowbirds on winter retreat)
DeleteMeanwhile, back in LeaderlessLawlessLoserLand? They're digging in the couch cushions & through coat pockets to gather change to roll, starting a Petition on an .org. Then, Floridazilla will lead them in a discombobulated prayer for MrBill, all while they try to make it thru New Years' before their gov't checks are doled out.
Yup, a real cliff hanging, nail biter.
What will happen next? Oh my! *eyeroll*
#Kumbayah
I think there is a better chance of him producing the movie than there is of him turning himself in to MT
DeleteI'm not privy to any Montana documents other than the ones that have been made public by folks commenting on this blog, but I don't believe that Montana is accusing Windsor of being in Montana on one or more particular dates on which he allegedly violated the Boushie protective order. It is certainly possible to violate a protective order from afar.
DeleteLOL!!
DeleteHere's another interesting fact--he's claiming day 3? Does that mean he really left the day before yesterday? I'd say a big, fat, whoopsie there on that one. He got notice, but he was already out of state, when he called the court clerk and said, "I will be calling in from out of state."
I sure hope he's not sunning in a speedo. YUCK! that is a crime in itself!
Ah, zee plot thickens:
Delete"Mary Deneen: Bill, I was in Missoula, MT December 30, 2013. Did "Sushie" fabricate a crime committed by you in MT on December 30, 2013?"
Ditto what GS said. Before he turns himself in? We'll see any number of these......
Delete1) That order is void
2) My hernia exploded and I'm in the hospital
3) I don't have to go until the 21st because I said so
4) Someone shot at me and I'm in protective custody cough cough the Ellis 7 hideout
5) I filled an injection of the function junction and continued the continuance in my modification of the modified modification
6) I'm producing the biggest box office hit since Star Wars and I'm in the middle of breaking something huge in the biggest case of defamation in the world
7) My jeep was stolen, I'm too broke to get a rental, and I'm stranded at a crossroad on route 66 cough cough I mean at my sister Wendy's house.
8) Silence until Not Bill Windsor updates his status because the good guys got him.

Advice from Wilbur I have some safe houses for you...
Delete"Wilbur William Witt Jr.-- Bill, Bill, Bill! You're going the wrong way. Now, I'm just a simple ol' boy from Austin, but I personally a copy of those "charges" to that judge with an enclosed tube of KY Jelly FROM Mexico!"
Anyone know how it works with the bailbond company, now that Windsor has admittedly bolted from TX? Is there something he signed when he bonded the guys out, that could possibly come back to bite him there? I mean, clearly he knew he was on borrowed time when he bonded these guys out, facing extradition and all--just wondering what he signed, and how that all works. Anyone know?
ReplyDeleteOkay. No more about Windsor in a Speedo. Had to reboot my brain.
ReplyDeleteI still think he might possibly be at Tony Windsor's pad in Atlanta. Just a hunch..
ReplyDeleteThey are tight, I bet you are right.....
Delete
DeleteIt's only a matter of time Bill......
I would tend to agree about the Tony thing, except for the fact that there is not court in GA, who doesn't know of Windsor, and wouldn't be more than happy to go find his ass, and drag him in--hold him for MT.
DeleteI think Windsor decided to take advantage of his interpretation of Judge Cindy's 3 week out of jail free card, to bury himself in somewhere--forcing a kind of hide and seek game. Then, if found, it will then start the game of extradition all over, and his plethora of papers on why he shouldn't be extradited, and he should be allowed bail--only to bold once again, and start the game all over. Until his ugly mug ends up on the NCIC data base--he's feeling foot loose and fancy free. IMHO of course.
If nothing else, if Windsor intends to continue this on-the-lam episode beyond January 21, he is at least going to need to come up with a different story to tell his supporters. (Possibly one of his Facebook posts from yesterday floated a trial balloon in that direction: "I am on the way to Montana to turn myself in if my attorney finds that they actually have charges against me." "If"?)
DeleteIn any case, all of this is very interesting to watch. It's not often that one gets to see an actual fugitive from the law--who's nonetheless posting on Facebook--in real time.
"If" is the operative word, according to Windsor.
DeleteIt is captivating to see a narcissistic sociopath (batshit crazy) snubbing the legal system after he obviously violates laws over and over. What's more is the supporters who have stayed with him are some loony tunes too.
It is my sincerest hope that Windsor is convicted of multiple felony charges in both Texas and Montana and elsewhere.
Most of the original supporters of the Lawless America movement have dropped off, the sane ones in 2012 or thereafter.
I think (unless Bill would like to correct me) Tony came into the Alcatraz Picture fairly recently as a VP....Things that make you go.... hmmm. Family turned their backs on Bill, per Bill, now his brother is the VP. I believe he was Bill's partner at Hotties as well..
DeleteWe know 1/4 of what's really out there, the executive loft was a good catch though. It's a steamy, smelly pot of salacious tripe with that brood.
Not implying the crime aspect, but in my opinion on a relationship level, and just my opinion..
DeleteMichael Corleone = Bill Windsor, if he was younger and less fat
Fredo Corleone= Tony Windsor, if Tony had more balls than Fredo.
If he goes to Florida then he has to deal with the guy he pissed off about the RV you know the military guy who wants have a good talk with bill for bill using another charities tax Id number bet the IRS wants that info
ReplyDeleteIf he's in FL I'm more than happy to turn him in.
ReplyDeleteI hope his Loft and the Richardson Marriot know to be on the lookout for this rascal.
ReplyDeleteIt would be very nice to know if the Pietardus is parked at the loft or if he's
Deletein another vehicle.
My state has been fully notified and we're "on the look out" for Mr. Bill.
:)
DeleteThe asshole doesn't care. He's immune. He's been spoiled, to the tune of "I soooo screwed up, and am going to make all my mistakes on you, and mommy says "I'll get you out of jail for petty theft when you were a mere child." It cost us money, but it's worth it and your records were expunged and they will never show up. SOOOO, say you've never been arrested. Over and over again. He has screwed up pathology.
DeleteWindsor, Wyncopp, Wincopp, whatever your name was originally?
DeleteWyncompoop?
Delete4:39 can you elaborate?
DeleteIf someone has a history of petty theft, that was expunged that doesn't erase the crime pattern or the propensity to screw people over--thinking it will all be covered up. That is something people should know.

ReplyDelete"Anyone know how it works with the bail bond company, now that Windsor has admittedly bolted from TX?"
I believe the bail bond company is now required to pay the entire $100,000 bond - or the co-signer, if there was a co-signer.
Where are Beth and Dawg the bounty hunters, when you need them.
There was no bondsman. It was a PR bond.
DeleteI'm not understanding who has to pay the bond .... " But today, a hearing was held without me that I received no notice of, and Judge Ermatinger says I have to pay $100,000. So much for hoping she was uncorrupted. I'm still headed to Montana, but the $100,000 changes the picture."
DeleteWindsor has to pay the $100,000. It was a PR bond so there was no money paid up front. Now that it's revoked, he has to pay it.
DeleteThanks anon@429 .. that's what I thought but wasn't sure...
DeleteSorry I should have specified more clearly in my question. I was referring to the men he bonded out, not Windsor. I know he didn't have a bondsman. I wanted to know what contract he signed as the person responsible for those 7 guys, now that he is no longer in TX--was there anything they can get him on, since he's basically a ghost if his men bail too. Surely the bond company isn't going to simply take being swindled by Windsor.
Delete
DeleteAll these judgments seem to just roll off his back, I'm stressed about a 18K one I got last year and have been in court battling it out, must be nice to be either rich or delusional or both.
DeleteIf he goes Chapter 7 does that make these disappear?
No these judgments are from a corrupt judicial system and have no bearing on Bill.
DeleteHappy 2015, ASSHOLE, Windsor. May you burn. What you've done to so many at-risk persons qualifies you for more than the rest of your life in prison.
ReplyDeleteI'd think something like this if convicted, 4 year sentence, 2 suspended, credit for time served, but hard handed terms of release, no computer, etc.
ReplyDeleteHowever, my spidey senses tell me there are more charges coming...
The key is he will likely break the terms of his release, so just say 4 years.
DeleteWhat a wonderful ending to 2014!
DeleteI can't think of anyone else that deserves the fear, the worrying, the stress, the costs, all while looking over each shoulder!
Then? Let's jump forward into 2015! Locked in prison in Montana, knowing that one of his most hated arch nemesis could very likely be just miles from him, free as the wind! No internet, damn sure no dental program, assigned a physical labor duty to perform, count times, get up at 3:30am each day...
Seems like a winner all the way around, to me. Let him run a coupla weeks, that'll most likely just add more time! Even screaming #Corruption! #JoeysEverywhere! (wtf ever that 'Joeys' even means...I heard the cool kids were #SnapsYo)
Look on the bright side! Windsor has been a joke for a while, now he's a laughing stock of ALL those he's always deemed himself 'better than' & then add in being forced to grovel & get lectured by his siblings. Even the LeaderlessLawlessLosers are migrating to NLA & other groups. Bleak.
Us? Bright & shiny!
#LifeIsSoGood
Happy New Year Y'all!
Oh? Pepe? No time served. That was explained to him when he chose to 'fight' extradition. Those days, weeks, months? Count for nothing!
Delete#Bonus
#Recalculate ~I'm stretching his time incarcerated to 10-15, maybe do 7 tops IF he doesn't catch any charges while on the inside. Several things he violated while incarcerated in a detention facility, that enhanced those. #sweeeeeet
No credit for time-served when fighting extradition.
Delete15-20 and they will regret that. He'll find a way when he's out.
ReplyDeleteI wish Bill good health, I'm not someone that wishes death on anyone. That being said, if the average lifespan is around 79 in the US for males, and Bill is 66, I'm OK with 10 or so years. Technology will have changed so much it would take him 2 years to catch up when he's out, but hopefully he'll spend those last years fishing and working at Walmart to pay off the judgments.
ReplyDeleteThese are the autumn years for Bill, a little respect for Mr. sh*t bag please...
I can picture Windsor going to Montana just like he says, BUT only if he was advertizing he was going somewhere else. He knows the law is after him.
ReplyDeleteBarely 2 months since he was certain paranoia was reigning supreme here. Hell, a few DAYs ago his delusions of grandeur were on display with another billion-dollar lawsuit. Can't expect those delusions to remain quiescent for very long.
ReplyDeleteNope, that will be another big mistake to think he will stop. He's employed other fellow government haters to continue on in his absence--and on his behalf. Big Mistake--those kind of delusions are what created Lawless America/GRIP/Revolutionary Party in the first place.
DeleteLets not forget--he also proclaimed last year, he had a secret group working in South Dakota as well. What happened to them? Where's David Schied? Far too many extreme people went under the radar while Windsor's publically spinning his mass conspiracy stories.
The GRIP Channel has 3 followers.......
DeletePls, don't make a turd into a tank.
I'm not talking about the GRIP channel. Clearly you haven't been paying attention to the launching of Lawless America and the GRIP members. SMH
DeleteI figure Canada. Easy to get into Canada. If not that then Wyoming. Everyone tries to hide in Wyoming. Big part of their economy.
ReplyDeleteAs a private citizen, that knows more about Bill than most here, I've set multiple traps, he'll get caught, his wanted pic is in places he didn't expect.
ReplyDeleteYou set traps? Me too!
Delete
I emailed 20 wanted posters, won't say where, I'll let Bill Foghorn Leghorn guess, but Bill, you will be at least one of these places I'll bet, and they are ready.
Delete"This individual is wanted, please take no action yourself, immediately contact your local law enforcement."
Wanted Poster was added
9 responses, all ready to call him in. This is in other states Bill, turn yourself in. Being a fugitive isn't a life, unless you stashed a ton of cash, then maybe Venezuela.

DeleteBill will stay off the main highways, and go on side roads to avoid cops. The reason there are so many cops on side roads? The figured this out in 1970.
DeleteThey have your plates Bill, don't car jack, but get a rental, use that CC....
This is the kind of misinformation and flaming Windsor wanted to create all along to all those people he gathered to help him on his mission to attack the government. This is the kind of crap that will not stop because Windsor goes to jail--these idiots really believe what he said was true. I'd say the followers of Lawless America should have a stiff warning aimed directly their way, if they attempt to challenge any branch of Govt on behalf of the lying shit bag, known as William M Windsor.
ReplyDelete"Vic Fedorov-- Just want to review the legal principle of collateral damage. This is the principle if something, like the goverrnment, attacks you, you have the right to attack the party attacking you, in anywhich way or part, as doing so, can and will reduce or nullify their jurisdiction. You have shown the government has conspiratorially misbehaved violating you, numerously and systemically; thus the government is so discredited, as to have no jurisdiction or credibility in this case. You invoke the montana state constitution..."
Just a short matter of time before Mr. Windsor is arrested, not on his terms.
ReplyDeleteMr. Windsor please surrender to authorities as soon as possible.
Wrote this on the wrong thread just a second ago:
ReplyDelete"And at 7:00 pm, NONE of Bill Windsor's email accounts are working."
I thought that was what should happen. More happened in that courtroom yesterday than we were told (about what I would have thought would have happened). LMAO!
Agree 8:16 - they know where he is now. He can send that old phone off but who care, the place he just used that last cc, and tried to cash a check were tracked. No-go-bill. You've been had. Surrender to the nearest PD.
ReplyDeleteBeing half in the bag with friends, being my last post, they do have pruno in jail, sneak some yeast in Bill.
ReplyDeleteHe needs to be rational, fight this in the courts, all humor aside (on our part), turn yourself in. Seriously.......
DeleteRational? Windsor? Did you read his latest dot com article? No, Windsor is flying high. He's got all his lemming out in full force--writing, filing, coming up with more vexi sov. cit shit to attack the government with--yeah, rational is not in the vexi dictionary sorry to say.
DeleteA reliable source says someone is in the gift shop of the Alamo in San Antonio, naked and ranting about kangaroos (?), again, this is an unconfirmed report.
DeleteMore updates as they become available.....
Seriously Bill, cops like it when you stand up to them. If stopped, be as obstinate as possible and don't do anything they tell you. We know you
Deletecan do that, Bill. It's what you do! You don't take orders from anyone. You're "Bad Ass" Bill Windsor! If the cops get too close, curse and spit at them. Then go for their guns--they really like that. Soon, like a shot, Sharon V. will be channeling you and may even paint your portrait.

PS -- The above post is for SATIRE purposes ONLY (allegedly). Do not attempt!
DeleteMr. Windsor will sue you for that, that logo and 1,000,000 others are copy writed by him.
DeleteThst logo/LawlessAmerica name is © by a defendant in the WindsorVsEntiteWorldAndInternet~
DeleteThat? Really uber pissed him off. And humiliated him.
He's mentioned it several times.
Outdone by a woman again :) He really uber hates that he 'lost' that too!!
