John Darash and his domestic terrorist group, National Liberty Alliance, had set the date of April 7th as the day they would "flood the court" and assume control of the legal and judicial system in New York. Well before this Me the People group takes over the country, well they ran into a road block. Seems the court clerk didn't file their papers timely and we must now wait till the 22nd (tentatively) to "take our Country back". The NLA is also having trouble removing people who want to be removed from their email list.
Nevertheless, once these issues are ironed out, there is nothing left to stop them from taking back their country. Darash plans to accomplish this by taking "charges" to the local sheriff, he then assumes that the sheriff will take him up on those charges and arrest people. If the sheriff refuses, they will indict the sheriff and then go to the under sheriff with the same threat. The ironic part is these people are trying to take us back to the King of England days all in the name of liberty. They have decided to give themselves the ultimate power of the people and claim that they, the few nut-cases playing dress up, will decide the law. They plan to get their point across by doing things such as when the "all rise" order is given when the judge comes to the bench, they plan to stay seated.
Darash said its time to drawn a line in the sand and cross over it. When callers ask him about what happens when they refuse to take action and ignore his little made up indictment, John said he can't talk about it but he has plans after that. He also alluded to a super secret corporate charter.....but quickly had the class repeat the first two rules of fight club. The court clerk may have given Darash a reprieve from incarceration, but his time in prison seems to be close at hand with his current course of impersonating a somebody.
These guys are scary. I think they want to take us back to 1215. Darash references the Magna Carta in his lectures. The Constitution Club posted the Magna Carta last fall (members include Carl Swennson and several CC2009 delegates - one of their blog talks featured NLA).

Well the FBI removed their links to SPLC and ADL. This article calls the SPLC an anti-Christian group, says "The Southern Poverty Law Center's mission is to advance the agenda of the Left" and the Army will discontinue briefings on extremists groups. I think those statements are incorrect and whoever is making the decisions does not fully understand the agenda of the Patriot groups.
DeleteNLA has a plan, already set in motion, to intimidate and arrest court clerks and judges at their whim, all in the name of God. The whole program is rooted in Darash's religious beliefs. As Gingersnap pointed out, when the group storms the court room on 4/22 they will not rise for the judge - unless he is carrying a Bible when he enters the court room.
It's not my intention to start a discussion about religion - just pointing out that this country was founded based on freedom of religion and some these groups seem to have forgotten that. There are a lot of people in this country that don't appreciate Christian extremists any more than they appreciate Al Qaida. Some Christian extremists are so afraid of Islam, they are over reacting to introduce and pass legislation, that we don't need, against Sharia Law. Unless judges are considered a class of people, I'm not sure how NLA would qualify as a hate group. But where is our protection against extreme Christians? Cop killers are coming out of these groups. NLA is like a lot of others, they are recruiting military and law enforcement members to rise up with arms against our government. Just like law enforcement did after the shootings in West Memphis, AR, I think military members should also be educated when it comes to these groups. It's not just police officers they plan to kill if there is an armed conflict when they attempt to take over.
I understand why the SPLC would mention NLA (although I still haven't found that they did). NLA is a bunch of bullies, IMO, with a publicized plan to "FORCE" their religious and political views on the rest of us. What they are planning is not "reform" - they intend to change our entire way of life and eventually the world, based solely on their beliefs. And if you think they have the slightest chance at success, you may want to start collecting silver coins.
