Many people are getting letters from the very lonely and desperate Bill Windsor this Valentines Day, but none of them are filled with love. Its hard suing in 6 different states all at the same time all for the same thing.
But this is how the divorced Bill Windsor is spending this Valentines Day. Hopefully this is the last Valentines Day Bill spends as a self made public figure.
In this post we'll address some of Marty's most outrageous claims. There is no way to cover all of them here because there are so many. I'll touch on a few and everyone can feel free to add their favorites in the comments.
Marty's biggest claim to fame is the day he spent with Ronald Reagan making plans to tear down the Berlin Wall. He claims to have been in Reagan's security detail during a campaign stop at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. His profile picture on Facebook is from that day. However, Marty acquired that very picture quite accidentally only a few years ago, through - you guessed it - Facebook. Someone else shared the picture and then the legend was born! It's hilarious how he presses the person who shared the picture for dates and details of "that historic day". Regardless, he still is unclear on whether it happened in 1979 or 1980, but certainly can embellish the details of him and Reagan chewing that fat, exchanging favorite jokes and planning world peace. He wasn't in the security detail but managed to get close enough to get in a picture. It's like what they call photo bombing today. There was no dialog exchanged between Marty and Reagan. The two never spoke. Marty was more than likely ordered by a real security detail to get the hell away from the candidate. I'd be willing to bet my house & kids that Nancy never flirted with Marty about his dimples.
Out of this one photo came the claims that Marty gave Reagan the idea to pursue the destruction of the Berlin Wall. Marty's father was a German soldier who still had family in Germany. He made trips back to his homeland roughly once every three years. This is where the photos of him collecting pieces of the wall come from, not dissimilar to about a million other pictures of Germans and tourists at the time. There was no state sponsored trip for Marty's father to participate in the removal of the wall - and even if there was - wouldn't the State Department and Reagan want to include their favorite muse for the idea?
Why wasn't an important man like Marty invited to participate when it was his idea? Surely Reagan, Thatcher or Gorbachev would have wanted him there?
Maybe Marty was busy back in the US plotting his evil plans for the future. Or maybe he was busy rescuing the elderly, veterans or some other victim of the moment.
The above begs the question - Why? According to several of Marty's old classmates, he was always a compulsive liar. Marty wasn't a popular kid and he was always overshadowed by his more popular siblings. I assume this caused Marty to start lying to make himself seem like the someone he so desperately wanted to be. It's almost like the lazy mans way of being accomplished in life. Marty's father made a career of working for the JL Hudson Company. Marty tried to follow in his fathers retail footsteps at JC Penny, but failed. His life is void of genuine accomplishments and he continuously seeks to fill that void with the most outlandish stories, made famous by this blog as "Marty Moments".
I guess his only true success has been found in providing countless of hours of enjoyment to those keen enough to see through his legacy of lies.

As Windsor continues to spend his summer of stalking north of the Mason-Dixon line to avoid melting in the heat, he continues to chase his tail in the heartland of America. He travelled to the Black Hills of SD and to the town of Deadwood. So that means that Wild Bill Windsor went to the town where Wild Bill Hickok was murdered. Its also ironic that Windsor would take his Lawless America travelling circus show to the town of Deadwood. Deadwood is a very small town of a little over 1,000 people who continue to live/act and reside as if we were still in the wild west days. Lawless America, of course, is also a very small movement of about 20 people or so who still think they can take the law in to their own hands just because they want to.
Bill records a video where he claims that the judges in our court system still operate in the wild west. He has become accustomed to accusing others of the exact thing he is currently doing, and this is no different. And this is the case here. It is Bill Windsor, and people like him, who are tying up our courts with voluminous and frivolous filings. They want our legal system destroyed, and they are more than happy to assist in the destruction of it. Windsor, and people like him, are our enemies....they are the face of domestic terrorism in America. But instead of literal bombs, they use paper bombs and aim them right at the heart of our judicial system. The end is still the same though...total destruction of our government and way of life here in America. Windsor, like the foreign terrorists, doesn't want to work within the system and try and fix the flaws, he just wants to blow up and destroy the entire thing.
Some may wonder why I continue to cover Bill since it has nothing to do with me directly. The answer is he is my enemy, he is a sworn enemy of the United States. Our Country is not broken and that includes the Judicial system. It is most certainly flawed, as it always has been....but not broken. We must work to fix and learn from the flaws but fight to protect and defend this system that has produced the greatest Nation in the world. Bill Windsor perverts and exploits the very freedoms that this Country has given him because, at the end of the day and despite being born in the 1% inside the greatest Country in the world, Bill Windsor can not measure up to anything other than a 100% maggot of society.
With his Lawless America scam completely dead and gone, Bill is now trying to claim legitimacy and special powers as both a member of the press and a pretend attorney. He has channelled his inner Joey Dauben and started to set up dozens of websites named after any and all of the people critical of him. He claims he can do this as he is a member of the press. He has even turned up his attacks on Mist, Curtis and Stacy. But, as the man who destroyed the Windsor name always seems to do, he failed. Bill is using his not-so-pro-se attorney powers to the most vexatious end he can conceive off in Allie's case. He claims that Allie's distinguished and credentialed attorney, Matt O'Conner, should be disqualified from representing her because Bill didn't feel that Matt made the proper introduction in Bill's most unprofessional opinion. Bill is also angry that Allie won't agree to meet with him Sunday for his own personal deposition of her. He is not satisfied with her explanation of why she and Matt can not meet with the American Terrorist and sexual deviant known as Bill Windsor at some shady hotel room on a Sunday afternoon.

Matthew J. O’Connor is the alleged so-called attorney. He had his assistant call me and claim that Allie Overstreet had a prior commitment. I asked her to identify what prior commitment took precedence over a legal matter, and she failed to respond. She then claimed Matthew J. O’Connor had a court hearing on Monday that would make that day impossible. I asked for the court, judge, and case number, and she failed to respond. I asked the same information of Mr. O’Connor, and he failed to respond. I have developed a strong dislike for Matthew J. O’Connor in very short order. In my opinion, he seems to be the type of attorney who is a discredit to the broken legal system.For those who don’t know, Allie Overstreet is the thing who swore under penalty of perjury that I published many times that I had bought a gun and planned to use it on her and a group of people. She lied her a$$ off. She is a serial liar.

Bill goes to his facebook page to cry and complain about his lack of financial support. He claims that donations amounted to $35,000 on his first tour (IRS did you catch that?) but that he has had to pick up the rest of the $90,000 plus on his own from the first round and now this pointless second version.
Windsor also, more or less, admitted he has no clue what his movie is going to be or even look like. He decided to blame his failure on the lack of funding from his lemmings. He said after his stalking showdown with Boushie in Montanta, he would be out of people to stalk and may need to just shut down for a while.
Then the switch got pulled. The FBI's internet crime division, based on numerous complaints, decided to investigate Bill's facebook, stalker sites, and even the main Lawless America website. In typical Bill speak, he blamed it on something that was not true:

His website is down once again (its that time of the month), and Bill again blames his abject failure on someone else. "LawlessAmerica.com is down because the tech guy I have used is more than worthless. He's had months to complete the move from GoDaddy to BulkRegister, and GoDaddy finally zapped the site again." He is worth exactly what you pay him, nothing. That is also what your entire 64 3/4ths years on this earth has amounted to. This time the target is Elizabeth Hope Hernandez and he is heading to Biloxi Mississippi to carry out his terrorist operation. Once again, his weapon of choice is paper terrorism through law enforcement and the judicial system. Bill, once again, posts this woman's name, address, phone number and even includes a favorite place of dinning. Bill vows to be at that place of business on May 11th. He then sends a call out to his terrorist network, Lawless America, to help him in his serial stalking attempts: "I ask anyone with any information on this person to please email me at nobodies@att.net. Please put ELIZABETH HOPE HERNANDEZ in all caps in the subject line. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone who is friends with a private investigator would ask for a little free help. I am told that it is possible that this woman has a prison background in another state, but that has not been confirmed." He then goes on to explain to his lemmings why they must continue to be patient and to aid and abet him in his immoral activity. "Unfortunately, part of the story of this movie and two movies or videos to follow is the serial liars out to destroy any attempts to expose dishonesty and corruption. I wish it didn't involve me, but it does, and I will be investigating each of the major players, and I will do everything I can to get them exposed and incarcerated as well as sued up one side and down the other. One major lawsuit is already underway in Missouri." Now, a couple of points as I consult my pathological liar to English dictionary. It has long been speculated that the only reason he had Biloxi listed on his vacation schedule is because he was after EHH. That speculation proved to be dead on accurate as he admits he never had any other reason to visit that city other than to stalk EHH. The second point is..notice the terminology, he has to find a way to file a criminal charge against her. And while he would love to "sue her up one side and down the other" it doesn't look like he will get that chance as no judge seems poised to let him get vexatious in Mississippi.

This is the courthouse where Stacy Ramsey and Theresa Deion Harris were found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole because they were riding in the cab of a pickup when a man in the bed of the pickup shot a boy. Felony Murder Rule -- if you are with someone who commits a murder, you are guilty of murder. One of our legislative proposals is to eliminate this outrageous law. Stacy Ramsey, Deion Harris, and Steve Smothers were riding in Stacy's truck to go over to Deion Harris' ex-boyfriend's house to beat him. Ramsey's truck overheated and the three of them decided to carjack the next vehicle that came by and they agreed that they may have to kill the driver. That unfortunate next vehicle,was operated by Dennis Brooks Jr., a 19 year old criminal justice student heading back home from his night job working at Subway. Harris, the female in the group, was out by the overheated truck presenting herself as a woman in distress. Brooks, being the good Samaritan that he was, stopped to help Harris.
All three grabbed Brooks and forced him into his truck and began driving. They shot Brooks in his hip, a wound that would be fatal. Screams of pain came out from Brooks and Smothers shot him in the head killing him instantly. And the story doesn't end there, I will just cite the actual court records to paint the rest of the picture:
"Thereafter, the petitioner suggested that they bury the victim.
The trio decided to cut off the victim’s legs to make burial easier. Further, the autopsy revealed that
one of the victim’s arms and his penis were also amputated. At Harris’ behest, Smothers removed
the victim’s heart, and all three held the victim’s heart to their mouths. Additionally, they repeatedly
stabbed the victim post-mortem with a butcher knife. Next, they poured oil and gasoline on the
victim and his truck and set both ablaze. The petitioner was later discovered wearing the victim’s
shoes and possessing the victim’s shaving kit containing tools. The petitioner was convicted of the
first degree murder of Brooks, and he received a sentence of life without the possibility of parole."
The petitioner here being Ramsey. So yeah, thats what Bill calls being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Ramsey and Harris have started this crusade to free themselves as they have both decided that they had poor representation and that they should get a re-do. Of course Dennis will never get a re-do but Bill thinks these monsters should roam free.
This is what Lawless America is about. As Bill becomes more and more unhinged and deranged, the more violent his rhetoric is becoming. So too are the zombies that are following him. We are no longer talking about mothers rights or family court, we are talking about some of the most extreme cases of violence in this Nation. If you support Lawless America, this is what you stand for...ignorance is not an excuse under the law.
Just as I predicted the other day, Bill rides in to Sevierville in support of vigilante justice in the form of cold blooded murder. He described the convicted killer as a "sweet 69-year-old". He also left his million dollar home in Marietta Georgia to come up there and declare which officials were correct and which ones were corrupt including the defendant's own counsel.
Even though he calls for the complete abolishment of the CPS, he bases his entire argument on the findings of CPS in this particular case. And as I said last time, that no longer is the issue anyway, the issue now is taking the law into your own hands.
Jimmy Robinson had a hearing yesterday to ask for a re-trial. Even though he admitted to the murder and accepted the plea deal, he now feels he was wronged by the system and deserves a second chance. He can count on the domestic terrorist group Lawless America and Bill Windsor for support in that endeavor. But fortunately justice prevailed and he was denied a new trial.
So where are you David Schied? Trish? Judge Snooty? Julia Fletcher? PMA? Naomi whatever your last name is this week? I don't see anyone speaking out against this therefore you are in support of murder along with paper terrorism. Silence is complicity.
"Lawless America spent April 26, 2013 at the Sevier County Courthouse for the hearing on a new trial for Jimmie Robinson. Bill Windsor arranged in advance to film the hearing. Gee, imagine my surprise when I arrived to set up and was told th...at a local TV station had gotten permission instead of me. Then imagine my surprise when there was no TV station. I believe this corrupt courthouse didn't want to be exposed on film. I was allowed to take still photos. This is a long story, but sweet 69-year-old Jimmie Robinson was denied a new trial. Another TRAVESTY of the so-called justice system. Jimmie Robinson's attorney, Mr. Poston, was incompetent, in my opinion. He was most certainly ineffective, and that was the criteria by which Jimmie should have been given a new trial. Mr. Poston pressured Jimmie into accepting a 17 1/2 year prison sentence at the age of 67 -- what amounts to a life sentence. Jimmie was not told about possible defenses. Mr. Poston wanted his family to lie and claim daughter Wendi did it. He never interviewed a single witness. He lied on the witness stand today claiming he was told that the CPS worker who knew the biological father was a pedophile and more was not credible as she was fired and was a criminal -- none of which was true. Poston sat at the attorney's table with the prosecuting attorney! When Judge Richard Vance gave his opinion, he sang the praises of Poston. I believe Judge Richard Vance is a corrupt judge. This was an outrage. If "the system" had worked properly, this crime would have never happened. The biological father would be in prison for sexual abuse of his little boy. When it was clear that the Sevier County Courts were going to allow the pedophile to get unrestricted access to his victim, Jimmie snapped. He shot the biological father to protect his grandson. Jimmie was denied a jury trial. Poston indicated that the little boy (age 6) didn't matter. It was obvious to me that he didn't matter to Judge Richard Vance. Absolutely sickening."
Last night on his talkshoe show, Bill admitted that he has sought out foreign media to cover his complaints about the United States Government including the Al Jazeera network. Should we convene our own made up citizen grand jury and convict him of treason, punishable by death? Well, by his own words, he should be, in fact it would be our patriotic obligation to do so, according to his own standards. His number two, David Schied, agreed with reaching out to the foreign press and called for our Country to revert back to common law.
Bill then said he went to Columbia Missouri to film the "most important" Founding Father Thomas Jefferson at his grave site to see if he is in fact rolling over in his grave. Bill said that he couldn't hear Jefferson actually rolling over in his grave, but he saw steam coming up from the ground implying that TJ was steaming mad. One little problem with all of this is that Jefferson was buried at his place in Monticello Virginia. The Jefferson Institute decided to move his gravestone to Columbia in an effort to preserve it. Complete incompetence hasn't seemed to stop Bill yet, so I guess this incontinent truth won't deter him either. But I have to wonder about Schied as he tries to play academic at a local college, is he fine with being directly associated with, and ruled by, someone so completely clueless about even the basics of American history?
Other notes to come out of the meeting is that he got the RV off an elderly gentlemen who I guess could no longer operate it (since Bill can't operate it either I guess we should qualify Bill as elderly as well). Bill plans to be on the road (in his jeep) for 3 months on this new tour while he films certain places. He kicks off the vacation by going to Dollywood Thursday.
The big surprise for us haters is that he may get a Federal Judge to allow him to file civil cases on those that he considers stalkers.
They still plan to carry out the citizen grand jury stunt, now in june, but with Bill out on the road it looks to be completely coordinated and run by David. I'm wondering if paper terrorism will look good on his educator resume? Schied also claims to be working with a congressman who wants him to help right a new grand jury related law. He wont say who or what though.
Fresh off his "victory" in the court room yesterday, Billy decided to show everyone just how petty and vindictive he really is. Following the trial when Allie Overstreet was shown to have committed perjury, Judge John Frerking directed Bill Windsor to present his charges to the Sheriff of Lancaster County. And so he did, and the Sheriff's Deputy directed Bill to fi...le some of then charges with the Higginsville Police Department. So, Bill traveled to the rural town of Higginsville, saw the police, drove quickly by Allie Overstreet's house, and snapped a few shots around town.See More
Late yesterday afternoon in a court room in Lexington Missouri, Judge John Frerking decided to toss out all motions except the one to dismiss the case. After its all said and done the only thing that mattered was any evidence that directly related to a threat of physical harm. Bill most definitely used the internet to threaten those that dislike him, but he was not specific with his threat and therefore skates by on that technicality. Bill's motion for a protective order against Allie was also tossed on the same grounds, meaning they fought to a draw in Lexington. I figured that the Judge would grant the PO just on principle alone after having to review all the voluminous and frivolous filings that Bill made in this case, in fact I thought the Judge might want a PO himself from ever having to read another filing of Bill's. It turned out that Bills vexatious litigant approach may have paid off as the Judge refused to read any of it, including Allie's filings except for things that directly related to the statue needed in this case. In short, Judge John Frerking decided to wash his hands clean from the entire circus and just focus on the specific letter of the law. Even though this would be one of the thousands of judges across the Nation that Bill wants executed for treason, Judge John Frerking proved exactly why Bill's movement is a complete scam and waste of time. Generally speaking, judges do adhere to the letter of the law and are not a respector of persons. There are, certainly, cases out there where judges deviate from the letter of the law and inside the family court system, where just about everything is a gray area, its even more so. But yesterday, Bill unintentionally highlighted exactly why the entire premise for Lawless America is wrong and doomed to fail. But, as I pointed out from day one, this was never about the actual court case itself, this was a publicity stunt by Bill aimed at trying to give a shot in the arm to his struggling movement. Bill and the lemmings were on such a high from him "winning his trial" that the comments and activity spiked on Lawless America, including the calls for more funding for Bill. Just like Hitler torching the Reichstag, Bill had manipulated his own little scam and used it to fire up his troops. The online euphoria is in direct contrast to the 4 goons that made the trip out there with Bill. They spent hundreds of dollars to go all the way out there just to watch Bill's crazy antics. Their facial expression says it all. This is what it looks like when Bill's followers see him for what he is in the real world:
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well this one is worth several thousand. Bill will try and parley his big "win" into synergy for this pointless road trip. But just like the euphoria after his made up award in DC, this will all wear off quickly as the reality of the situation sinks back in that he has nothing but a revolving group of followers.
Its ironic that Bill will be in the Show-Me-State today. After all his wild claims, today he must show the evidence to back up his assertions. The evidence is never on Bill's side. He must feel like a 1.2 career gpa student going in to a final exam....it just never goes well. Its all but certain that he will lose his "trial" today in Lexington Missouri. But what will happen after his loss?
We learned last night that David Shied and several others are going to be with him today in Lexington. That will mean several domestic terrorist will be in the court room today and, at lest for a while, be under the direct jurisdiction of a judge. They will discredit the ruling as soon as they exit the building. They will call the judge unfit to hold his position and void his ruling as such.
This is all an attack, not against Allie, but against our judicial system. They don't want to reform it, they want to destroy it. This is precisely why they are terrorist and enemies of all patriotic Americans. We can all agree that our system isn't perfect and needs to be reformed. But anarchy and mob rule are the ideas of those that hate this Country and our way of life. Windsor and Shied want to take every opportunity they can to discredit our judicial system and thumb their noses at its authority. That is why its critical that we continue to stand up against these enemies of the State and defeat them before they destroy us all.
As Bill continues to create drama and clog up the legal system in Missouri, his fellow co-conspirator Sharon Kramer descends from on high once again to deliver her unique brand of ignorance and condescension to the confused Lawless followers.

This appears to be very telling. It seems that some of those who are attacking Bill have stated they are motivated to stop people who have exposed corruption in the courts from being able to succeed. They have stated they are here to support the government.

They may have been mildly amused at first, but as Bill continues to spend all this time going after his made up haters, some of the followers are growing tired of the never ending tail-chasing Bill is engaged in. Yesterday Bill put up a post about being served for the restraining order from Allie. He only disclosed a few details to his lemmings, but this got them all fired up, especially the head of his gustapo the evil Julia Fletcher. They have published lies, doctored photographs, threatened violence, posted sensitive personal information, e-mailed damaging statements to many people, and are manipulating search engines to make damaging material about me more prominent. I'm sorry, are we still talking about the kangaroos?

There is absolutely no question that these people have followed me online and contacted me online for the purpose of harassing and intimidating me I have followed their footprints all over the internets.
