Yesterday in Lexington Missouri, Windsor had most of his motions tossed out along with Mark Supainich being dismissed from the case. But he was allowed to continue on with a specified discovery process that will include a deposition of Allie. Obviously this is going to be spun as a big win for Bill as he avoided contempt of court (although he was threatened with it) and the entire case was not thrown out and he gets to keep playing Perry Mason, at least for a little while longer.
Apparently the Judge needed more in the way of discovery to be able to rule on the merits of the case. One point that was made very clear to Bill, and I'm sure ignored, is that he really needs to hire an attorney, his utter incompetence is basically unreadable in a court of law. He was visibly shaking in the courtroom and fumbling over his mountain of vexatious documents.
In Bill's mind, Allie committed the ultimate sin by retaining counsel in the lawsuit he filed on her. Now he knows he is going to lose, he knows he is going to be exposed and he is now directing that anger at her attorney Matt O'Conner:
"I have developed an instant intense dislike for Allie Overstreet’s attorney, Matthew J, O’Connor. He wears these really ugly alligatorish patchwork black shoes. Picture a slick hair used car hustler, and that’s what I see when I look at him. He has lied in court pleadings, and he has filed false pleadings. He lied to the judge today, and I called him on it right there. I’m going to refer to him as Weasel Curly. My late former father-in-law used to tell stories about a guy he knew named Weasel Curly. The guy looks and acts like a Weasel Curly, in my opinion."
Translation.....this guy is smarter and more connected than me in every way. He is legitimate....Bill pretends. He works for a living, Bill spends his life trying to avoid actual work. He is a somebody, Bill is a nobody. He gets asked to be on TV, Bill can't even hijack a real television camera. He knows the law, Bill knows he hates any kind of law.
Windsor blames us, his "haters", for the demise of his movie scam, his drop in fake followers, and his family leaving him, and we should all pay him a cool one million each at the very least for resitution. Why thank you Bill, I guess what you are admitting to is that we literally own you in every conceivable way. You have allowed your unbridled hate for anyone that calls you on your bluff to the point that it has completely consumed you. Case in point, today you are back on the stalking warpath as you try and stalk Claudine at her Kansas home.

I just now watched his video from Sunday outside the building where he paid for a deposition that was never going to happen. Then, I watched yesterday afternoon's video (of himself) outside the courthouse.
Windsor really reminded me of a mad, jealous adolescent that had lost their secret crush.
What I noticed most? Windsor was obsessed with what type of relationship MsOverstreet & MrSupanich may or may not be having. He seemed to be really questioning whatever information he'd been given about their relationship (or lack thereof).
The next thing that Windsor seemed to focus on was MsOverstreet's attorney's appearance.
I thought that was really odd for a reporter to mention. I've never noticed George Stephanopoulus or Vinnie Politan go into such descriptive detail about an attorney's shoes or hairstyle, when reporting about a court hearing. Windsor seemed to be overly annoyed by MrO'Conner's "alligator" shoes.
But, probably less than 15 minutes prior to being in this reporter mode? Windsor had been in his pro se attorney mode. And, prior to the morning in court? Windsor had been in covert, what many would consider, stalker mode (Windsor, most likely considers that mode, private investigator). All those roles or modes? That is a lot of 'gear shifting' in a short amount of time. Each of those are all very highly specialized fields or careers he's switching back & forth, in & out of all or some in less than an hour. Wow!
I heard a saying once, "knowing just enough about a topic to be dangerous". How many "somethings" can one person know about, to be even remotely, effectively doing any of those, adequately? Windsor seems to me, to be presenting himself as an 'expert' in many specialized fields.

So, the car, the shirts, the logo, the websites, everything falls under that, which he is representing in everything he does and says. As a political head (or whatever PC term it is), such as he is, representing as LAA on everything, he/his political LLC is not immune from public comments and criticism. Wonder if this could kick the entire lawsuit out.

DeleteI want to make this clear here. I do not support the actions of Claudine or any AMPP members and the language against Mr. Windsor. I believe the AMPP Vs. Lawless america issue is truly a anti-father group that campaigns against the fatherhood initiative from the government and other information claiming that men with custody are abuses 70% or more of the time. This bothers me that they say these things and when you disagree with them they will list you as a person who is pro abuser or as they have on this blog said I was woman hating. Now. It is hard in all of these cases as Naomi Chambers one said in a video that we do not know the facts or who did what even in the overstreet case. the domestic Womens groups proclaim men are paying off judges, getting 2nd mortgages to buy judges, Conspiring with the police, the judges get federal funding to rule in favor of the father while some situations there is no abuse and if there is some like in the Melinn case it was mutual where both parties assaulted each other on separate occasions. It is my opinion that if there is a allegation ofabuse it should be investigated but if they are cleared then so be it. To proclaim someone is a criminal after there has not been charges it is defamation as in Bill stating someone is a criminal cyberstalking. I Have seen both groups Lawless and the ones that left make the same comments about each other. Stalking, IE reading FB pages, Making up stories that they are a government agent and a mole to the movement. All the crude and weird things we read the Lawless followers do are the same exact things we know these other advocates do. They spend countless hours at home cutting and pasting FB postings. They believe they work for the advocate group. Some of them actually believe they know the law just as Bill Does hence filing Pro-Se. They take photos of children in the worst situations and instead of protecting the privacy of the child who is a victim of situation they blast the world with all of the issues. Just like Bill they post all of the documents all over the internet for all to see. They store documents and screenshots for supposed evidence that has been gone over time and time again for in sometimes over 20 years. Why not do something positive. If you want to a political advocate work with the government in a kind and passionate way. Politics is in everything in life. Life is a big political campaign. My Beef with the Lawless America Association is such I disagree with Grand Juries, treason charges and more. It is not that I disbelieve women have been beaten or abused but, if you want changes to the processes work on them don't join a protest or a political grand Jury issue. If your case is not being heard use the news agencies and do something and get the prosecutor to press charges if they can and will. fix things in the court system by joining the government and work with them? Some do that Sean, and others think that is just helping the enemy. AMPP is sort of an umbrella and it is hard for people to grasp.
DeleteYou are from Michigan, surely you have heard of HSLDA the home school legal defense group? They advocate for people who home school and really don't care if they home school for religious, medical or other reasons.
AMPP is similar they are an umbrella for mothers. They provide information for mothers, they don't really care if those who visit their page are advocates, man hating women, women with legitimate complaints against the government, or those who lie about stuff like Maria Melinn. They just provide information and have no control over who gets ahold of it or uses it. They also post a lot of info from all sides and all opinions. I have even seen some fathers rights stuff on their page, I remember in particular the picture of the leaders in the superman costume. LOL. That was something the fathers rights posted but it was funny.
AMPP is just not a tightly organized anti man group as you claim. The main voices are Claudine and Lorraine, but they post info from Barry Goldstein...so does Janice Levinson. They post info from Lundy Bancroft...so does Janice. Many of the moms who use AMPP are also members of PMA.
If the mothers of AMPP are all so bad, then so are the mothers of PMA and the mothers who filmed with Bill....because they are all very loosely connected.

Rhedd, You just said what I had said before but they didn't like it. The PMA ladies have flip flopped organizations and joined either or at some time PMA or AMPP. I would say yes they are both the same in their postings online and actions. To prove my point the Anon above already believes i am in Ireland. Probably because they have listened to some person who believes that Joel osteen is Jewish. But seriously, Rhedd the HSLDA is not a great group either. They are supporting this amendment against the UN convention of persons with Disabilities and Also the one for children rights. They are a christian group of homeschoolers who remind me of Michelle Bachman types who like to amend constitutions and so on. I am all for home schooling children but not for being against the UN conventions. I do not have this anti-globalist theory that for some reason a lot of people recently have.

DeleteAnon @1155, AMPP is for moms because there are groups for dads. It is also been shown that it is not possible for a woman who has been abused by a man to co-parent with that man. Also if you want to be angry that we only assist mothers, why not generalize this to cover every special needs group out there. Start with NAACP, for one. Or any religious group. Nearly everyone has heard of Casey Anthony, Susan smith, etc. Who here knows who Darren Mack, William ball, Bruce pardo are? Not many. These are all men who committed unthinkable crimes, but they fall to the wayside because sadly society expects bad men to be bad. Society does not expect women/mothers to be bad. Tons of real stories are dropped about women and child victims because the perp was dad. AMPP shares these stories and dastardly dads (seperate from AMPP - no affiliation) does as well to shed a light on these issues. MSM goes crazy with bad mom stories already, so why are we bad for wanting to show that these bad dads exist and many of them either do have parental rights and a vast majority have custody. Did you also know that when children are taken out of the country, mothers have a more difficult time in getting the children returned. Also people still look at stories like Alec Baldwin, where it is proven daily just about that he has severe anger issues, yet he is given more chances to prove everyone wrong and he fails miserably every time? Same with Charlie sheen. Why are we bashing because we bring to light the disparity in reporting abusive and murderous fathers? We don't need to report those kinds of moms, MSM already does that for us. We are simply trying to balance the field somewhat.

There are many programs available online to set up to automatically tweet or post on fb from websites of choice. I have a friend who posts all of dastardly dads stories. She lost the password to her page a long time ago, has not bothered to retrieve it but the DD posts still come out. So you might think that C is tweeting and posting all day - she probably isn't. As far as protests, she has done those in Kansas and they have done some good. Protests are good as one tool in any social/legal issue. Attacking the messenger is not good. Spreading lies (not saying anyone here does that) or misinformation is not good either. Standard one spouted by fathers groups is that protection orders are handed out like candy. There are a few publicized cases where a temp order was ridiculous. But in order to get an order made permanent, it is not as easy as one thinks. I have fought for nearly eight years to get mine back. And it took a car accident, open container ticket, inadequate housing on his part, another arrest for DV before I was able to do o. My fears about my ex have not changed. His threats to me have not changed. What has changed is now there is more of a pattern that has been created. There are many falsehoods spread by shared parenting and father only groups about this process. I sat in on many hearings for protection orders and it is not easy to get one.

My issue with AMPP is they present their cause as an advocacy in trying to help people but all one has to do is to read their sites and pages and realize the underlying theme is that men are the root of all evil and no matter what a mother is far superior than a father. Both sides can present cases where a parent of the opposite gender committed some unspeakable act against the child or the other parent. I'm just wondering how continually posting these sad stories over and over is being an "advocate"? I think there would be much more constructive ways to help people.
DeleteAs far as the focus of the blog - in my opinion it started out as response to Dauben's garbage of him being an advocate for children or mother's. The blog exposed his lies. It has since morphed into exposing people that fit that same mold of being a fake advocate. Windsor fit the "bill" as one of those so-called advocates and was/continues to be exposed. Bill being on his tour became the velcro to bring out some real gems. Some of these gems were hanging on his every word. Then they got angry because the jumped in with both feet before realizing there wasn't any substance to Windsor's promises. Now they rampage against him, which in most part is justified but then they conduct themselves in the same manner as him in attacking him.
If you want to be an advocate, acting like Windsor is not the way to go about it.
We do not just post stories of BD dads. We also post articles about changes made to laws (both good and bad changes) and we also offer moms a chance to ask other moms in an anonymous way in order to get advice. Our members all have varying beliefs. The one common thread we have is that we and/or our children have been abused and that abuse has been ignored by family court and very often by criminal court and law enforcement. We do not work with men. They have groups. We do not work directly with grandparents, they have groups as well. We do not work with stepmoms, they have groups also. We work with biological mothers who are custodially challenged or who have let custody after reporting abuse of themselves and/or their children. We have many who post stories, so there is a wide variety of information available about this topic. But we post for our point of view which is the victim. I do not understand why that is so hard to grasp.

If all parents are truly concerned with the welfare of their own children, neither parent will bash the other regardless of gender.
What Anon 2:09 said it is absolutely correct with respect to people that refuse to act like adults and set a good example for their children. It is possible for a man and woman to co-parent, and do so effectively, when there has been abuse in a relationship. But both parties have to be willing to grow up, invest a lot of time, work and get counseling.
Before any group advocates tell me how wrong I am, I will tell you - your effort will be wasted. I have seen several successful co-parenting arrangements after a divorce because the husband was abusive. If one parent is a jerk or abusive, there is no need for the other to point it out. The kids will figure it out, much faster, on their own.

GS thank you for your comment at 205. We are being labeled because we only assist mothers. There are extreme father and shared parenting groups who have legitimately been labeled as hate groups because they do things to extremes. Groups like F4J. They do protests dressed as super heros, throw eggs and flour at politicians, etc. We do not do that. We educate, assist and work behind the scenes in order to get laws enforced and passed. Some of the court orders in our cases are ridiculous. Claudine had to get permission from a case manager before filing criminal charges against her ex at one point. My ex has been given permission to drink. If in my case, drinking was a concern, it should always be a concern. Now 8 years later, he has a ticket for open container and our child has stated to numerous people that he drinks and then drives with her in the car. Another mother proved that her signature was forged, proved who did it and criminal charges were not filed, even though it resulted in an economic loss for that mother and specifically her child. It is stuff like this that needs exposing. And as mothers, that is another reason we formed AMPP. I pull no punches about my past and those who neded to know have been told. A twenty plus year old history with nothing since then does not equal bad act after bad act that is currently ongoing.

When you have a father who chooses to engage in coercive control tactics and chooses to place his own needs above everyone else's needs, then you cannot coparent with him. I will never be able to coparent with my ex. He puts his own needs and wants over mine and our child's - more importantly over our childs needs. I face bias in court because people do not think what he is doing is that bad. His own parents think I was wrong for reporting him assaulting me. Because that is family business. But when i asked these same family if a stranger had assaulted me what i should do and they stated I should of course file charges. Why should it be different if it is a stranger versus my husband? If anything the charges should be more severe for a husband. Also why the big secret? If i get assaulted then I should be able to report it. For a long period of time Claudine was not allowed to report any crime committed by her ex unless she got permission from a case manager.
DeleteOr how about someone who is trying to keep things calm, utilizes tools available only to be told no? I tried to have civil standbys performed so neither my ex nor I could say anything and his local LE refused to do so for me. Yet he called for one, it took them nearly an hour to respond, they stated to me yet again they don't do civil standbys (what was this called then - no answer) and they stated they were in the area. This officer took almost an hour to respond after I got there and the father had already been there for at least 15 minutes. So over an hour easily to do a civil standby for the father when they don't do civil standbys? Something is not right. There were others there who were acting in their jobs and could have witnessed the exchange. This is blatant behavior by those in the law towards me. Is it because I am female. Is it because I exposed a secret family matter? Is it because he has friends in law enforcement? I just want answers for me. Claudine wanted answers. And after a while of being ignored and belittled, people do tend to get mad about something that should never have been. That's what ampp is for.
I for one was told to leave or the state would take my child. I left and then protection of me and my child was left up to me. We as a society need to protect the victims. AMPP does. I have gotten more assistance, advice and help from AMPP than I have from all other groups and agencies combined. Bill is different because he took advantage of people and used ten to further his own agenda which is and was self promotion. Have none of you seen that? He does not want to help others. I do help others. I do tons of stuff away from mpp, I make my own personal choices as to who i help or not. I should not be criticized because I ony help moms.

Anyone who posts on our Facebook wall or who offers their own opinion is much like everyone here. Everyone has opinions. And on AMPP te opinions range from one end to the other. We have moms who eleven in gubs rights and those who want stricter regulation for guns. We have moms who are pro life and those who are pro choice. We all have ur own opinions on everything. We share one thing and that is we are victims of DV, our children are victims of abuse or neglect and we have been ignored by the system. We help other moms who are like us. We help in ways that help us and them. And we should not be criticized for that because we choose to only help moms.

I think discussing AMPP because of bill's hatred towards us and honestly answering questions about AMPP, and any alleged support/non support of bill does pply. But gs is the ultimate ruler on that topic as it is his/her blog :-) Sean F has very little understanding about what AMPP is or is not. The best way to say what AMPP is - e are a group of moms who have fought in court in order to protect ourselves and our children and we want to pass our experience strength and hope onto other moms and work in whatever ways we feel comfortable in order to bring about fairness in these issues. Put crime where they belong. Take the money factor for the experts out of it. Even the playing field so a low income mother does not have to battle a high income father. Fathers want help? Go to a fathers group. Father's ownyour issues. If mom cared for the children let her keep doing it. Quit fighting her and making the children, the mother, yourself and everyone around you miserable.

She denied a victim of DV assistance as required and in fact lied to this victim. The victim died a lawsuit and won. So owner of mail order bride company got mad and said OK, I am losing money and i don't like these laws, because the men I cater to have obvious issues getting married to a us woman, so I have to change these laws. So I will spread lies about DV so I can make the lawmakers think that DV is not an issue and remove protections for immigrant women and then my business will boom once again. Whatever. She and TS were exposed for who and what they are. I have not engaged in any hate towards anyone - Mae or female. I only speak the truth. I do not hold back on my truth, and neither should anyone else.

I downloaded my video because I found somewhere and i thought someone who would listen. What did I get? More stupidity from my family. Pushed further down the ladder. No home of my own. Sleeping in a recliner. Running from creditors. Not all because of bill. Bill is only a little bit of it. But when he works his way down his list, I will be there. DeleteNinja the lawless America Association LLC in Delaware is a Non-Profit who are taking donations to make a movie or a collection of videos. The issue here is first the intention of the videos are not a "movie" as Bill would say those were deemed "testimonies" to congress. There is a difference. I would not call it a documentary either unless you make it into one editing other information into it. But a documentary movie is not a personal testimony and could not be officially accepted as one. The movie is made under the name of the non-profit which can not file for IRS loses. They are though campianing for political change. Here is a loop hole of sorts that is happening.
He can be a state non-profit but not a 501c3 federal non-profit which means they are held liable federally to report gains and be taxed and you could not donate to them as a non-profit because they not federal code. In order to obtain 501c3 status they must not indulge into the political at all other than getting voters out to vote at the most. They have made a signed affidaivit though to the us trademark office stating the services they are providing as a non profit are political action committee actions. The attorney used was spoken about also as a highly charged man upset at the government for taking away his children. You can read the story on google search LOUIS A. PICCONE. Another story about do we believe or not he abused his children. Obviously this guy could be at the center of the AMPP vs. Lawless debate because he supposedly abused his child.
None the less, Bill takes donations and uses them to further the political agenda under a campaign of seeking grand Juries for all. This is done as the lawless America Association and this is made public on Talkshoe Radio Show. So he is asking for a donation to fund the movie which as we know all PACs political action committees make movies. Look at the infomous one from parentalrights.org OVERRULEDMOVIE.COM That is simuliar if he made a movie with people testifying or covering corruption and used it to influence others to vote or take part in the formed Revolutionary Party he heads.
Since he will never register as a PAC in delaware or at the Federal Election Commision but he continues to work as a PAC but disguised as a non-profit. Here is what is going on now,

Look at the flag " don't tread on me" sound familiar from the sheriff plate in Texas who agreed with Bill. David Schied who is a Tea PArty guy who believes, "David Schied - 3rd Michigan Delegate, Continental Congress 2009"
What is the Continental Congress 2009? It is another congress not the official congress but a declared congress of a complete separate government formed of others from different parties mainly the Tea Party, Dubbed for the infamous Tea Party in Boston.
So, It's reasonable to assume that Bill is in support of another opposing formed government (congress) that wants to assume control of the states and out the current congress.
all using a non-profit organization.
It's kind of a play on things when you think about it all. The tea party was against taxation and now they want to be operating tax free political advocates. Clear to me what they want. Problem is that is not what the rules are at the IRS.
