As Bill continues to vacation in the kinda great State of Arizona, he has thrown up two testimonies, both of which show just how far down at the bottom of the barrel he is operating from.
First up, we have the case of Julian Soncco, Bill lays out the case like this:
MEET MY FRIEND JULIAN SONCCO. JULIAN OWNS HIS HOME FREE AND CLEAR ON EAST CAMINO VIVAZ IN SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA. BUT THERE'S A BIG PROBLEM....
Four years ago, Julian and his family were wrongfully evicted from their home. No foreclosure. Done while they were not at home. Someone else is living there. But I am holding a 2011 letter from GMAC Mortgage confirming that the mortgage is paid in full and remitting a $3,650.28 overpayment. But no one seems to be doing anything about this.
I believe this story is why the Arizona Attorney General's Office wants to go on camera. This story stinks so badly that they may be looking to do damage control. Julian cc'd me on communication with the Attorney General a while back, and that seems to be why the AG's office has been pursuing me for an interview.
To the Arizona Attorney General I say this: Get Julian and his family back in their home, and I will make the Arizona Attorney General's Office look good in the movie with a success story such as this will be.
That is patented Bill. Nothing but lies and deception ending with a threat to a law enforcement agency under the guise of his fake movie. Now, how about the truth? The truth is this man, like many others, had a home that plummeted in value from the housing crash. He became upside down on his loan, and he was duped in to a lease back offer. So he sold his home...the mortgage was satisfied, but the new owner didn't like the lease back idea and kicked him out. The Attorney General did sue on behalf of many homeowners who fell victim to this scheme, but the guy is now insolvent and no one is going to get restitution. This isn't a story about government corruption or anything like that. This is a story of a guy who became upside down on his mortgage and in desperation fell prey to a run of the mill scam artist, and now he is falling prey to a new scamster in Bill.
Then we have the porn star and B movie actress Sheri Thomas. Even though Bill had just explained to a follower that he was not in position to quickly upload their movies to youtube, Bill excitedly welcomed this washed up porn star in to his private hotel room for some "filming". Bill quickly uploaded her video's to youtube and set up her sob story this way:

Sheri is the mother of two boys who are now young men, and she has seen them only five times in the last 20 years. Her sons were courtnapped, and she (a stay-at-home mom) was literally put out in the street -- left homeless and penniless. Her aerospace executive (six figure income) ex-husband planned the whole deal while his lover waited in the wings.
Sheri's story is incredibly maddening. Her life was destroyed by this man.
But as they say, karma is a bitch. It seems the divorce never actually went through. Her "husband" remarried, and if this is confirmed in court, that makes him guilty of the crime of adultery. He should also have to pay spousal support and cough up at least half of the marital assets.
I look forward to the new developments in this story. Sheri is a beautiful woman inside and out, and I hope her sons see her Love Letter to her Children and begin to understand how she was victimized.

Well the truth is she divorced in 1988, the father was awarded custody of their two boys and they seem to be living very well adjusted lives now in their early thirties and twenties respectively. Sheri, in contrast, has devoted her life's profession to selling her body in the form of adult videos. Now, in her 50's and hideously deformed by too much botox along with ageing) that she can no longer sell her body for the kind of living she has become accustomed to, so she is after her ex for alimony money. Yes...I know, tomorrow was supposed to be the big day for the grand jury stunt..but now this, apparently, is how we take our country back.

She's been divorced (legally) for 25 years. She successfully had the divorce overturned and was allowed 20 days to respond. She did not respond so the divorce goes into default. So yes Billy SHE IS divorced. The court documents show September 6, 1988.
The other thing I want to mention is that she whined to a judge in Los Angeles County. Not for custody or to see her children but ONLY TO STOP paying child support.
Her boys are around 30 but her video makes it sound like they're still children and she still has a chance to get them back. Ridiculous.
One other thing if Sheri reads here? It's not a good idea to do a video for your boys when you look like you're naked on camera. The other thing? How can you talk traditional family values (in her longer youtube video with Billy) when you have been in soft porn movies? Give your head a shake woman.

Well IMHO, Bill is a fraud. He likes to film frauds. He likes to collect money for his never ending vacation. Then when this all blows up because he isn't really making a movie, he can simply dismiss and discredit everyone, he can roll up his crime scene tape, and say that everyone is a liar, slanderer, criminal, corrupt, libeler, or whatever else and walk away (well, roll away) and start another scam. Oh sure there might be a few true stories still left in there somewhere, but it wont matter. He has a history of labeling everyone a liar, and never looking back. (well, if he looks back, it will only be to sue everyone, since he has all their personal information)

I was sitting on my front porch working on potting plants when someone stopped in front of my house and pretty much ordered me to get off my porch so he could take a picture of my house. He showed me a document about his right to take the picture. I realized I could have refused to move, but I decided to be nice about it and I got out of his way because he was trying to earn a living in the real estate business. I'm quite sure I would not have been so considerate had it involved someone like Bill Windsor.

Taking a picture may be legal, but Billie does not have legal intent---and where he walks the line of legality it's just because he is a wuss---and that does not make him moral.

DeleteWell all I can say is that when someone wants to go cry (fake or real) on camera about a "Story" they should make sure the court records that are available will reflect that which they speak. Hers do not. It is most unfortunate when people go on camera, and make claims that can be easily disproven. But, heck, what's new for Bill's people? After all, they follow Bill.

ReplyDeleteMake the choice that is right for you Sean, but we know the truth of the matter. Wow! Billie is so ubber sensitive to any criticism of this Sheri person. The public can hold at least an ounce of sympathy for a young woman who falls so far that she thinks porn is the way out. However, that was 20 years ago, and rather than save her money she spent it on expensive surgeries. They will not have sympathy for her. And Billie want pity that people have lied to him, and yet he has never vetted anyone and Sheri is proof that he still isn't. Why would he launch expensive law suits and stalk people but fail to take basic protective steps? It is clear that his interest in this woman is more adolescent sexual fantasy, than actual mature interest in social reform.

So true. Sad thing is when i filmed with him, I gave him all the good, the BD, and the ugly. He could have vetted me and probably found out more about me from talking to me than he would have by pulling a background check on me. Did that make sense? But he picks these people who really have no corruption. I would place money that his latest pet simply did not read what she was getting in the mail or through personal service. Duh.

He can try his lawsuit all he want's in my district court and the police station will probably not take his report either. Sean, don't let that nutbag Windsor intimidate you into anything. You make your own choices for yourself, not because of anything he's whining about. DeleteUse dolphin browser. I use it all the Tim now on my tablet. And i am a diehard Mozilla/Firefox fan. But on my tablet dolphon browser is the way to go. Iy also has add one for dolphin where you can do screenshots. It is awesome!
