While Bill continues to complain about his toothache, the others, especially in Michigan, are growing tired of the never ending personal drama. As Bill slowly resumes his youtube tour, David Schied wants him to focus on the upcoming grand jury stunt. For Bill, the idea is just a crazy stunt done to keep the focus on him and his every day tribulations, just like the fake movie. For David and others, they really mean it as something they think can give them the desired results they are after.
For Schied, this isn't just a never-ending trip into complete narcissism He really wants to "take his country back". He is not playing games and from his latest post, he is getting tired of the pie as well, its time for the main course.
"We had our first formal Michigan state meeting last weekend. We were hoping that you would be on the Michigan LLA call Sunday to hear about our taping in the Grand Rapids public access studio. I hope that you feel better and can find the time to call me sometime, Bill. I sent you the template for forwarding to the nation on the letter-writing to U.S. Attorneys in demand for access to the federal special grand juries, but have not seen you pass it on. Are we still on for the national campaign deadline of June 1st for issuing these letters? You have my email and phone contacts. I will appreciate hearing from you soon."
If Bill thinks Allie is a threat, wait till he see's what Schied can do. David can, and will take over Lawless America and put old man Bill out to pasture for good.
David does seem to be the person to watch out for. Bill is the type that is "all blow and no go" but David would be the kind to keep quiet, then form a militia to "take his country back".

I am on of the ones on his hated list and right now I am just lying low. Presumably Bill has control (okay, possibly Barbara has control, but never mind that) of the website passwords, the video recordings, and such; how do we think can Schied overcome those obstacles and mount a takeover?
I could very well imagine Schied denouncing Windsor as a pointless figurehead who has failed to deliver on his promises of Congressional hearings, grand jury indictments, Revolutionary Parties, gala movie premieres, and general progress against The Great American Government Conspiracy. On those grounds, I can certainly see Schied opening up his own shop and trying to poach followers from Lawless America. (And if Windsor continues to deteriorate in the coming weeks and months, Schied might be very successful at poaching.) But a takeover of the mothership? I'm confused as to how, procedurally, Schied would make that work—at least without Windsor's acquiescence.
I don't know what the end result will be. But it's clear the current course is unacceptable for David. And if he continues with this kind of insubordination towards his despot in chief....bill will kick him to the curb. One thing about David, he is polite - I don't see a hostile take over. And there's not really much to take over. At this point it's really motivating, organizing people and getting the letters written. IMO, David either doesn't want to do it on that large a scale or doesn't think he can do it. He needs or wants somebody in a position that is stronger than his. All he and Trish really need to do is plug whoever is left and interested from other states into what they are doing in MI. MI is the most organized and focused.

The sovereigns ususally work alone or in small groups. I'm new to this, but from my reading, it does say that there will be guru's that travel around teaching the mentality to others. Groups will spring up, but they are transitory. (We can see many examples of why just from looking at LA). As far as David is concerned, he merely needs to decide that he is not content to be merely a stuntman and that he is ready for a leading role. It's springtime and by tradition, men butt heads this time of year for control of the flock; and the sheep will follow the alpha male.

DeleteYou nailed Schied, GS...IMHO, he's as passive-aggressive as they come. I had a run in with him once and he "threw a hissy fit" because he couldn't get his way and dictate terms with me. I also know of another incident where he stabbed a volunteer in the back in an extremely passive-aggressive way.

DeleteYa, the only reason I suspected this photo was fake is because his description of what he was filming today didn't exist. He always writes some big blah blah, I'm doing this .... thing. So, I looked through the pictures and there was the same one. Only ones with actual people sitting in the court are new. All those people in the hall are in the courtroom. ReplyDeleteWow, he is really obsessing over this Robinson case. I don't understand why this case has become the major focus of Corruption, when he took a plea deal. Now, he wants an appeal. I would think it would be extremely hard to prove you deserve an appeal after fully agreeing to the terms of a plea.
Here Windsor now wants to paint a picture of complete bias and corruption, illegal ex-partee communications etc. when THERE IS NO CASE. It was OVER. So what, the Judge and the attorney are outside smoking together. It's not corruption. There is no active, on going case that could be construed as a conflict of interest.
Plus, if you want to appeal a sentence, don't you need proof of new evidence that wasn't available in the original trial? (I am not even talking about the plea part) But, with the plea...I don't know, this just boggles my mind, how he is trying to spin this open and shut case.
I agree with you, Barbara and Ryan are still to blame, they can still turn off the site or take off all the lies about us.....

DeleteCan someone contact Judge Thrash about his order barring snausage-wad from filing suit, and have him make a phone call to the court where he did file, and let them know that he had full knowledge he wasn't allowed to do so, but did any way? DeleteIt dosent look so. He asked on March 20, filed on March 26, and it was granted as ok to file on April, 12th. Explains why he hung around in MO.

LOL Like where did the donation money go? Where is the 501c3, where is the trademark or copyright ownership of LA. If he's saying he was libeled, and or slandered that would be part of it. Calling him a con/fraud, he needs to prove he isn't. And as for his 'business name' being slandered, then he needs to prove he has one.
DeleteWell thanks to Bill and his mess, there is another "dog" in this fight and that is Janus and the dog blog. She goes after innocent moms and twists things to suit her purpose. I truly hope she will be at BMCC. I look forward to meeting her.
