Talk about spinning your wheels, Bill continued his Texas vacation and stalking tour all through the weekend. After taking two days to go after Brannon, he then tried to find me and then it was off to Austin to do a prop with 5 hippies who don't like laws.
Bill doesn't really hide the fact that he is just on a never ending vacation as he keeps posting up all his site-seeing pics including the places he likes to eat. He is an attention whore who no longer has any real family whatsoever so he is using the zombies that follow him as his captive audience. He even uses his facebook page as a venue to do his creepy old man flirting that he apparently is unable to contain: Lawless America Bambi, I would be delighted to have you as my bodyguard.
Beyond all the jokes and non-stop hilarity that Bill provides, the truth is that this is a rabid psychotic on the loose and until he ends up either behind bars or institutionalized, more people are going to be harmed by him. At this point it really doesn't matter why he is the way he is, since he won't seek a remedy for his condition society must do it for him.
We also get more of the same in his constant contradictions. He continues to point out how he has no money, but then gives us a screen shot inside his fully loaded jeep with his own mobile terrorism command center. The man (or man-like creature) has to be burning at least $200 a day while he begs his lemmings to donate $300 for a stupid $50 banner that says "crime scene". So at day 330 or something, he has had to burn at least $60,000 just on gas, food and lodging alone. This doesn't count the crazy RV that is sitting in his driveway. Yet he has no problem taking donations from people who don't even have enough gas money to get back home. This ridiculous story needs an ending.
Well Ted, to answer your question, the results are in, and nothing was done, changed, or even considered. It was a big farce. You were conned, scammed, and maliciously mislead.

Interesting attempted sales history. He bought it in July '07 and tried to flip it April? Then consistently jumped realtors for the next 4 years so it would look like it was new on the market and not stale. But, to my knowledge, even uncontested divorces (which Mr. Windsor claims he and his wife are obtaining) must be filed in the superior court of the appropriate county (which, in this instance, would be Cobb).
Shouldn't something have been filed by now? And, if so, shouldn't that have happened long enough ago as to be in the searchable database? Any discernible reason why it isn't there, then?

What it did not mention is the serial litigation we now know was going on behind the scenes. So it would appear he has a habit of bad business practices, followed by a faux retirement and transfer of funds into his family member's names, which may be to hide assets from the court each time. Having followed this PATTERN for so long, and also ESCALATING in behavior, it would not surprise me if the divorce and sale of the house is one more way to liquidate and hide equity.

I do know that there are states in which divorce filings are presumptively anonymized (such as New York, which led to observers speculating whether a particular New York divorce action was Fox News host Bill O'Reilly's).
My guess (which is very much only a guess) is that Georgia's procedure, whatever it is exactly, leads to divorce filings that aren't accessible to the public, or perhaps traceable to a particular couple, unless one or both members of the couple want them to be.
Another wild guess could be that the Windsors could have filed for divorce in a different state (which was once overwhelmingly common, before no-fault divorce became more-or-less standard nationwide). Or maybe they're putting off the court filing for now, proceeding as a separated couple, with divorce some time in the indefinite future.
Sorry; I don't know.

The dude is not broke. He paid $849,750 for his home, or that is what the loan was for. There are no other loans that I can see filed against the home. I was very disappointed at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Conroe Texas. No one showed up to be filmed except for one man who was supposed to be filmed at the hotel tomorrow night. One of the no-shows was for a story that was a shoe-in to be featured in the movie, but now that is unlikely.
PLEASE don't let my time be wasted. PLEASE don't tell me you are coming if you might not make it. And I need lists of names and addresses of places that are important to your story. I think I am going to quit scheduling anyone who hasn't provided that information. So send me the information, or don't plan to be filmed.

The Deputy Chief of Police was EXTREMELY NICE. He came out to see what I was doing taking photos outside their facility. He was SO PLEASED when we figured out that their jail was not the one I was looking for. He even provided written driving directions to the Montgomery County Jail.
