As his world is falling apart around him, Bill is becoming more and more reclusive. His public statements are down to a bare minimum. His followers have no idea what they are supposed to be working on or how to do it and another 3 hour lecture from him tonight wont help.
Even though he has played out the C&D demands, he keeps hurling them at any wayward post on his Lawless America page. He has run out of threats and stunts to pull at this point. And with only about a dozen avid followers at this point, there isn't much left to milk out of this Lawless America scam.
He did post this last night:

First of all, its safe to assume no one in Congress ever even knew he came, much less spent the time to listen to his dvd. But don't let facts get in the way of his plan, they are all on notice that he his now coming after them as they are responsible. Notice he did not say he wants to vote them out, just that he wants to "replace every elected official".
Maybe he needs a disclaimer on his FB, that only those who agree with him will have a voice. Not all individuals deserve to be heard, and not everyones rights matter. Just those who support and agree with Windsor.

Though I did watch a post about a news story where the prossecutors are not charging the abusers at all even with the evidence. I will post it here. Like I said if you have been abused and it was investigated it probably is not the police but the prosecutor who brings the charges. They are electable threaten them with a campaign of getting them out of office. Abuse can not be ruled on in a family court.

There are some cases in which women do everything right once they leave an abuser. But, LE and the courts fail them and the die. There was just one in Dallas recently.
This was a horrible case, the woman was killed while she was on the phone with 911. She had 5 years of complaints. It took DPD 50+ minutes to arrive, they knocked on the door, nobody answered, they left. The family found her 2 days later. One thing I would suggest to any DV victim reading this: pay for land line telephone service, it could save your life.

By exploiting the internet,(WWW-BUZZ) people contacted him and then what did he do ?
He put them on film, and they told their story from their point of view.
But, was it the truth ?
Some seem to think all Bill did his spread misinformation.
Bill tells others who think Bill spreads, bull(B S), that they can submit to him, and take a lie detector test, and he might put them on film.
Why are there courts in America, is that not the role of courts, officials tribunals.
Bill is not the Government in any County, in an State or any Nation, or is he the Government in any branch of any jurisdiction in AMERICA. He seems to not even run his own life very well, but he does not want to mind his own business, instead he wants to create more & more conflict in people's lives.
Bill seems to dig conflict, and creating it, but not solving it in meaningful ways.
Some may be to blind to see that.

ReplyDeleteThat right there is the problem I have with this entire movement. I brought up 2 cases on the last thread that have the movement buzzing re: denial of 1st amendment rights and court corruption. However, I was unable to make my points because of off the track attacks from you know who - I'd like to make my points now, please.
Re: Schied - He filed a criminal complaint against a city, the police chief and 2 judges (including Judge Kahlil) over a speeding ticket. He was offered a plea bargain that was based on prior speeding offenses or a reschedule date for trial. He called the process extortion and filed the complaint. The facts he presents in his suit makes it clear there was a lot more going on than just driving too fast - he was engaged in road rage and he passed emergency vehicles on the left. But, he only got a speeding ticket.
Fast forward a year - he and 4 buddy "court watchers" have no business in Kahlil's court room. Sure, court rooms should be and are open to the public and nobody denied Schied him his right to be in the court room.
For whatever reason, the Judge wanted to know who the 5 men were, so she asked their names. Also, her right to know - it's her court room. Schied did not provide his ID, he was cited for contempt and went to jail. The other 4 men gave their ID and did not go to jail.
Schied and his supporters allege that Kahlil questioned the men and sent Schied to jail because they were "court watchers" and in retaliation for the suit Schied filed. Well, I take exception to that argument on three counts:
1) how did she know who Schied is so she could retaliate if he didn't identify himself
2) failure to identify yourself to LE is a crime and the cops will take you to jail if they ask who you are and you do not tell them
3) the other 4 guys identified themselves and did not go to jail
Personally, I think Schied should obey the laws or face the consequences, like the rest of us. I think he is deliberately antagonizing the courts and I fail to see that his efforts serve any benefit to this society.

This is why Schied lost his case. I am familiar with the roads there since I live here. The Rule in Michigan is if your approaching any emergency scene with emergency vehicles the rule is you must change lanes to the right or just merely slow down. The Speed Limit is 70 there. So if he could have not gotten over in time he could have just slowed down to like 50 and using his brakes which would have put on his brake lights and the alert driver behind him would have done the same and so on. Instead he wanted to get over to the right and thought that was the only option. He must not have a full understanding to the law and has no faith that traffic will slow for him. Truly what I call a stupid move. He should just pay his ticket and move on in life.
DeleteI would be angry too as an officer when a guy such as Schied comes within feet of your patrol car and you at 88 MPH and the rule is you have to slow down if you can not get over. That is the whole issue. It was made like that for the saftey of the people on the road. He already seen them up ahead and slowing was not his plan. He never executed it at all. Instead of seeing that he was not going to be able to get over in time and just slow down so when he passed the group on the left of him just a mere 5-10 feet away. He could had killed someone. DeleteIt is fact that Brewington is trying to wiggle out of responsibility for his actions. It is my opinion that claiming violation of his 1st amendment rights is just the vehicle for his escape of responsibility. I think anybody that wants to argue about 1st amendment rights in this case has not looked at the evidence presented by the State to the jury in the criminal trial.
Brewington was indicted by a Grand Jury on 6 counts of BREAKING THE LAWS of the state, he was convicted of 5 counts.
The convictions have nothing to do with Brewington's opinion of the judge and the Dr or what names he called them. It's about stalking, intent to cause harm and fear, threatening to burn down the judge's and Dr's houses, posting their home addresses, posting their financial information, inviting others to send nasty, threatening letters the judge's wife, the Dr's wife and the Dr's associates. Contacting their neighbors. Brewington wrote letters and sent faxes to these people with threats of physical harm from 10/08 thru 11/09.
These people feared for their lives and had to alter their lives to protect themselves and their families. This man was considered to be dangerous enough that the names of trial jurors were kept confidential. And, there is plenty of evidence to support that Brewington is dangerous. The Judge said "conduct displayed (in court)...was paranoid, manipulative, unwilling to take responsibility for his behavior, un-cooperative and uncompromising." He also said "Brewington's writings are similar to those of individuals who have committed horrendous crimes against their families" (it's important to note: the Dr also holds that opinion).
@ Sean: I agree with you completely. Schied was speeding, racing another car and failed to yield to an emergency vehicle. Instead of being grateful for getting only 1 ticket from a rightfully pissed off cop and accepting a reduced fine for breaking 3 laws, nooooo - he has to file suit against the whole city. For extortion. He breaks the law, government and LE are the criminals. See how that works? Seems to be a theme for this group.

Odd, Bill claims the State of Montana ran him out of the State.
Montana is a great State, it has some great Skiing at the Bridger Bowel, near Bozeman.
Bill did not get run out of Montana. He got in his jeep when he was done, and drove away, never seeing or hearing from authorities whatsoever. A few hours later, Mark left him a voicemail telling how an officer asked what they were doing at the animal shelter. Mark explained and all was well. Bill took the voicemail info and pulled over on the damn road to post to his followers he'd been run out of the state by corrupt cops. Not true. In fact, it was Mark's first witness to Billys outright lies and exaggerations.

DeleteCorrect me if I'm wrong but the human body goes into shock it means there is extremely low blood pressure which may cause the person to go unconscious. Such a person would be unable to think clearly, much less exercise. Apart from being dangerous advice, it makes me wonder if this person is misremember a scene from "The Client." In that movie, young Mark Sway engaged in vigourous exercise in his prison cell so that he could appear sweaty and have a rapid pulse. He then lay on the floor and faked going into the shock so he could be sent to the hospital and escape.

Delete@ OCEANS I know the person who posted about the above. She never lets facts get in the way. The posting is a preamble to a lawsuit she's going to file against the Providence Police. They arrested her last week on a warrant for violating a restraining order and were transporting her at Pawtucket, RI. She claims she was harmed during that short trip. If you look on Lawless America Rhode Island you will see a photo she posted that shows a hand that is handcuffed to a wall. The caption says something like :" We must do what we must do to protect our children" or words to that effect. If you look a little further you will also see a letter she wrote to RI State Police saying she wants $ 250.000 for alleged injuries she received while in their custody from another arrest on Nov.11, 2012. The photo of her hand handcuffed to the wall is from that date. In that case she was arrested for felony larceny greater than $1500.00. She was arrested for stealing.....NOT for protecting her child. She also claims to have a PhD. in forensic Psychology. She does not.She claims to have certain disabilities and they refused her an ADA specialist. She has no diagnosed disabilities as she claims. She claims to be a loving, caring mother. She is not. She is a cheap con artist who latched herself onto Bill W. to help herself in her numerous bogus lawsuits. She also claims that she is giving 25% of her sales at a store she owns to Lawless America. She is more than $ 17,000 behind in child support payments yet she can travel all over the country to visit other Lawless followers, including the "event" in DC. She pays at least $ 2500.00/month rent and drives a brand new $ 30,000 car. She also posts that she really enjoys single malt Scotch. This is odd because the first words I ever heard her speak were," My name is Rebecca and I'm a grateful recovering Alcoholic" Doesn't Bill W. check any of the stories he films and calls, "CONGRESSIONAL TESTIMONY" ???? Were none of his followers told that Congress will not hear "testimony" that is not duly sworn??? You're right, he doesn't let facts get in his way.

So far the ones who caught my attention are not panning out as corruption or even abuse. I realize there are a few legit claims in the mix, but not that many.

Alans Advocacy Room There are several ways. You can connect the computers using an UTP cable (make sure its crosslinked when connecting 2 pc's directly) and share the files and folders you want to copy.
You could also remove the disk, put it in an external hdd case that you can buy and connect that to the laptop usualy using USB
I'm not getting the email comments. How do you lose your emails if your pc crashes? Just go to another device and log in there.
ReplyDeleteHe's referred often to Outlook. If he uses Outlook, then it's different than web-based email, in that the messages are downloaded from the server, and onto whatever computer he set up his email accounts within Outlook.
DeleteOne CAN, if they choose, set Outlook up to "leave a copy [of messages] on the server", or to not leave a copy. Given GoDaddy's mail storage is quite expensive (compared to others), it's likely he has it set up to delete the emails on his server once downloaded to his computer via Outlook.
Bad move, given the kind of "business" he's operating, when he's likely going to need to refer to some of it in his defense. Then again, the ol' tired excuse of "my computer crashed and I lost everything, your honor" is probably his plan.

A list of things that I heard on the call that I am really uncertain about.
ReplyDelete1. So, he tells them that they are going to keep it a secret of when they will go to the Grand Jury and to hang out in the hallway or the lobby or where it is that they meet at and be outside so you can give the court officer outside a packet to give to the jury Forman.
A. This is not how this works. If you can your suppose to file a form with the prosecutor and meet with them for them to start a grand jury for your case. Not going and surpassing the prosecutor and making then having the Grand Jury work for you.
2. Bill has already made it a fact that he will create his own Juries if he can not get those grand juries to take up is case.
A. Bill doesn't grasp that these juries are setup not to hear his case. they are not waiting around for an assignment. So intervening with them for something completely different is not the right procedure. Not as if Bill follows any procedures here.
3. He has now told his people they can and should take recording devices to court and that it is their right to record regardless to current laws in place against recorders and video recorders in court. This is the second time he has stated such. This is a breach of the security at the court house.
4. He just blew it by stating that he would rather pay people do things but has no budget. Then he went on to say if he makes money from the YV show and the Movie he would have money. But what about the donations? What is going on there?
5. Bill says call the US attorney at lunch time. Why? So you can get to the back office? Really have you ever tried to get anyone on the phone that knew anything at lunch? Seriously. His point of this is not that you don't want to reach anyone, it is for the means of breaching security and getting some dumb intern or office secretary to give up information and then leave her responsible with your info. Also so you can social engineer a response and or say you talked to them when indeed you only spoke to the front desk.
These are things I got in t he first 20 minutes. I am sure the entire 3 hours which I will listen to the public show will be most of the same.

That was my last comment publicly about him other than this blog. CPS is going to terminate our parental rights at the end of the month (not bc of Lawless America) and I have just been trying to lay low b.c. I am pretty depressed about it.
