So last night, someone creates a facebook page under the name of Bill's dad along with a picture of his dad on his death bed (according to billy). Well Bill wasted no time putting the blame on his top two most wanted:
SICK SICK PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH MARK SUPANICH AND ALLIE OVERSTREET SETS UP FACEBOOK PAGE USING MY DECEASED FATHER'S PHOTO ON HIS DEATH BED AND HIS COFFIN.
This was probably done by a mentally ill person.
He even went on to say down in the comments that:
They stole the photos off a tribute website for my father. The recourse I have is that I will work with the attorneys for Allie Overstreet's ex and Mark Supanich's ex. I will work hard to expose them. I have filed criminal charges against them, and I am preparing a civil action.
Allie spent most of yesterday getting to see her youngest daughter for a hour, and all the emotions and feeling that goes along with that. I'm pretty sure the last thing on her mind was to drive back home and make up a prank to get back at Bill. In fact, here you go Bill...the IP associated with the person who created this facebook page of your dad traces to Brooklyn NY. I don't say that to help you try and track down your enemies, but I point it out just to show you how far off base you are in attacking Allie once again. Whoever this person is has nothing to do with the Clubhouse or Allie.
But don't let facts or anything like that stand in Bill's way of doing his favorite past time that is outing mothers desperate to get their children back and threatening them with more harm.
There is nothing I can think of that warrants interfering with the relationship between a parent & their child. Notice I said PARENT not mother or father. That is one area I feel should be completely off limits. No excuse for doing that! - Bob

DeleteI know Allie is rightly upset that Bill has decided to throw her name into the muck again over this. However, I don't think it's fair to blame Facebook Walter. FB Walt didn't claim to be or even so much as drop hints that he was an Allie or Mark creation. That allegation comes straight from Bill. He has sole ownership of that. I don't even buy that he actually believes it. He just found it to be a convenient excuse to beat up Allie again.
ReplyDeleteDid I find FB Walt to be in bad taste? Yes. Did I still laugh a little because I think Bill deserves a butt kicking from his father? Yes, I did. However, since we don't know Walter, I don't think it's fair to use his picture in such a way. Aside from giving Bill some chromosomes and delusions of grandeur, we can't know if Walter was a good guy or not.
Now, what I can tell you is even without the IP tracking from a different region within the US, it's pretty evident from the writing that it is neither Allie nor Mark. Allie is very skilled at getting her message across in a concise and grammatically correct format. Walter from the grave seems to be suffering from a bit of dementia when it comes to the written word as evidenced by some subject/verb mismatches, missing pronouns, and oddly capitalized words. And seeing as how these mistakes read pretty consistently, I doubt this is an intentional obfuscation by writer behind the "nom de plume" (shout out at Denver!).
Bill is not going to care about IP's. He was waiting to use the next thing he could to toss Allie under the bus and it won't end with FB Walter. Excellent post Oreader, I appreciate how you lay things out.

I was worried last night when I saw those postings, and it is frightening to me what Allie and Mark will be put through, once again, just because Windsor decided he knows who to name, and doesn't think twice whether or not it has any merit.
My thoughts as well--did Windsor make this all up as a stunt to get more ratings? Also, WHY in gosh sakes would he even have a page with his father's dying photo and coffin anyway where people could see it? Windsor seems to at times to have lost his marbles.

One it is not filed with the court. There is no date and it is not there is no case number on the top right. While I called there they told me there are no other warrants put out in windsor a name. Also he said no on line 2 where he states a judge has not spoken to him about a case but I have read to whereas bill himself has stated to the cease and desist people that the judge wanted to do a three way call to the court. So if he did talk to a judge on the same matter he should have said yes and not no or is it he has now signed a form and committed perjury or made a false statement to the court. Inthink he is playing a game here and his bluff has been caught.

I blame Bill for all of it,because of his obession with Allie and his obsession with revenge. And he has finally reaped his reward because Allie now feels she has to separate herself from all (not blaming her just saying). So why is it with ALL the detectives on this page none of you found his daddy's burial until just recently? He must have only just loaded it or else made it public and made sure everyone knew about it. Bill likes an audience. Why on earth would he choose now to upload pictures from a nonrecent death? And very quickly in rapid succession the person posts here: "everybody watch and take pictures as I do this!" very Bill like. Then it's posted and very quickly Bill has already indicated Allie and Mark. Sound familiar? If he can frame then once using a morbid subject than he can do it again. He has told us that he has a weird sense of humour and shown us in so many ways that he loves to mislead people on purpose. Bill has also shown us that his whole family is ok and laughing and smiling in a grave yard and joking at the death of his father. When does that joking end--at the grave or at Allie's expense. That's three events recently and all revolving aroung a common theme: death. And Bill has repeatedly talked about death threats. He is a fearful person and an obsessed person and he has not stopped talking to or about Allie and about how he will seek revenge on anyone who questions him. He tried, it backfired when we saw through the BS. Then he tried again by contacting her family, which backfired when it was not introduced in court. So backfired revenge isn't as sweet. You think he wouldn't keep trying when he is a vexatious litigant? He's practiced at turning nothing into something. Bill is getting old and he has to be thinking about his own mortality and it was even mentioned on this last talkshoe. The average U.S. male lives to 76, but subtract 3-10 years for his obesity, and then factor in his sleeploss which can increase death rates by up to 15%. In other words, Bill doesn't have long for this world unless he starts taking care of himself. He doesn't have long to reclaim his name. Bill has some traits in common with narciccists and narcs often have relationship issues with their FATHERS (I was incorrectly quoted today as blaming all mothers which would include myself duh), and it is interesting that Bill would have us believe that he is ok and laughing at the death of his father. Doesn't that seem strange to you? A therapist, which I admit I am not but this is all conjecture and at least I can claim I have thought my conjucture thru unlike BW, but a therapist would ask about his relationship with his father and his thoughts on death and why he would be thinking about them. My guess is that Bill has to feel his own inadequacy because he relied heavily on Allie who may have been in some ways subsorvient. He may even blame her as he has blamed volunteers so many times for his inability to accomplish things. Who is his number 2? A very strong male. So can Bill get along with a strong male like David who as we saw at Talkshoe was very comfortable bossing Bill around? Are we certain that we didn't just see Bill in some ways become subservient to another man? Hmmm...me thinks a therapist might ask about such a role reversal. So my guess is that if he does indeed have daddy issues that this could be a sore point with him. And he bullies others when he is powerless and in need of approval from his Nobodies. Yes this is all conjecture and I am fully willing to admit parts of it may be BS, but no more BS than the idea of Allie and Mark pulling a stunt like this. And it has to be both of them so he can place doubt in their minds that the other one might have done it and maybe cause them to argue and fight. That's what jealous people do to break up happy couples.

yes, there is the credit fraud thing, but this is what I was talking about. She wanted to get an abortion, but since the Judge put her in jail, she couldn't. She sued and won. DeleteBW has a sister named Marty Windsor. The Marty in this article has, or had back in 1991 when the article published, a husband named William J. Windsor. It's not so common for a man to take on his wife's last name, so one might automatically assume the Marty in this article isn't her, but, given the name change from Winkopp to Windsor, perhaps they were trying to grow their numbers. I know of a local man who did this after learning that her father was the last male in the family to carry their last name, he took his wife's last name, dropping his own entirely.
None of this matters, really, except for if they are one and the same Marty Windsor, they appear to commonly share the 'deceit' gene.
Aside from the article pointing out that the Windsor's lied about something for 20 years in effort to buck a system, this paragraph added some insight into the doings of the hubby:
"Bill Windsor, who, with his thick blond hair was mistaken for golfer Jack Nicklaus at the Disney opening, has pulled a few bogeys since. In 1988, he was convicted of grand theft and two counts of fraud. DeleteI never assumed WJ and WM were one in the same, but instead that Marty Windsor and Marty Windsor may be one in the same. Further 'looking' was still leaving that impression - a 1986 article said he was 35 y.o., making his birth year somewhere around 1951, and according to the Catoggio family tree, Bill's sister Marty was born "October 27, 195?" - so although the age matched, the family tree site says she had one daughter (born some time in the 90's), while the 1991 article mentioned three sons and a daughter. Also the family tree site lists her middle name as Ann, while public records list her middle initial as S.
So apparently they are not one in the same, unless that is, there's some hokey-pokey going on with middle name, and some earlier-born children.
And YEAH on the concern that there's two BW scammers out there. One is bad enough.

DeleteThere was a family in Utah that took off to Mexico, lived under the wife's maiden name for many years. They scammed investors out of ?? I think $15 million / some gold / drilling scam with land they didn't even own. The criminal statutes have passed but not their issues with the Feds. These people became naturalized citizens about a year ago so the Mexican gov't is ignoring the USA federal warrants.
It amazes me what people are capable of. How do they sleep at night knowing they've screwed so many people. Someone emailed me Susan was whining on her blog defending Billy and his emotional distress about something but she doesn't seem to give a shit about the endless victims left in Billy's path. Talk about heartless people.

I stayed up all night preparing information for a Cobb County Georgia judge, the police, and the FBI. I bought 16 GB flash drives for $9 on sale at Office Depot (great deal) and loaded the 1,500 files of evidence regarding the stalking and threats. I hand delivered it, a 12-page "summary," and a few dozen important documents in hard copy form to the police. A judge assigned to my criminal complaints received the same package. One last flash drive has been prepared for the FBI, and that package will be delivered tomorrow.
The key now is the judge. Will he act as I believe the Georgia statutes indicate that he should? If he does, six warrants will be issued. I'll let everyone know as soon as I hear.
Now I'm back at work on videos.

Bob Hurt is at it yet again. Now he has posted a long rant about a supposed right to take "vengeance," a right to use violence, against judges who issue rulings people don't like. Some excerpts (from about two-thirds of the way through his rant):

Mom & Bob have nothing in common with each other. They represent a common interest in the goal of the movement. The movement is made of different "sects" with one or more special causes, i.e. government corruption, sovereignists, family rights, property rights - just about every subject Bill has covered.
DeleteAll of the "sects" are connected by their heads into one group as a sort of "think tank". The general plan (see Roland's video) is to implement a "correct" constitution, charge all current government officials with criminal acts (treason) and remove them from office. The videos are "evidence" of "crimes".
One of the "think tank" members thinks social welfare programs are a crime against the constitution and CPS is guilty of "atrocities" against children. Another member wasn't even born here; it appears he lost custody of his children, caused a scene in a court house and left the country to avoid being arrested (I'm still researching that one).
So, it becomes easy to see how Bob and mom are important pieces, even though they don't appear to be part of the same puzzle.
