So I was reading on another of the blog posts that pmzh believes that the federal HHS fatherhood incentive from Barack Obama had an effect on her case. I know she has no solid provable evidence other than mere belief in this theory about how the initiative works and if a government HHS director said otherwise you probably would not believe them. But for all intense purposes I would like to k is why you believe what you do. How you believe it affected your case etc. I wouldnlikento rid your mind of this crazy myth but talk about it in a normal manner.

Well, at least this lays to rest the idea that Windsor never drove anywhere. I can verify that several (probably all) of the pictures filed under my state are legit—or else they're Photoshop jobs that demonstrate technical expertise far beyond what I suspect Windsor is actually capable of.
Maybe he was in his basement when he claimed to be in a few of the places he supposedly visited—but in several (perhaps 40+) instances, it would appear he really was where he said he was.
I dont think we doubted that he took a huge road-trip around the nation. Its just that recent trip to Hawaii and his big meeting with Paramount that seemed to be faked.

I don't believe anyone ever denied he was traveling and filming people Some of us even knew a couple of the subjects he filmed in California, Texas, etc. Wecaught him later on faking several other trips using old stock photos to prove he was there. Those stock pics were from his Round America trip in 2003. (ie: saying Lawless America was visiting Pearl Harbor when it was really 10 yrs back, etc).
I was thinking about this all this morning--I know, I shouldn't waste time, but it fascinates me. Gosh I'd love to see this man's tax returns. He has claimed many times that he couldn't make a dime or the state would confiscate his money( I forget his exact words but that was the gist of it) somehow finds the money to travel all over the US including Hawaii. His wife owns his company and she works for his son's company. His son happens to own a travel business. Is he or his son writing off the trip as a "business" expense? I always found it odd that this man would take on a trip cross country just to "help" people. What was the angle? Now the photos start popping up of him traveling. Hmmm....got to be an explanation in some way. Nothing about this man is as simple as it seems which is ironic because he seems to be just as lawless as the people he is trying to "out".
Not once, but twice. His first travel adventure was "Round America." That one had a book gimmick, and people donated money and food to be in the book, so I have heard.
It would appear that the wife is cashing checks he asked the followers to make payable to her. So, it raises the question about her liability in what could appear to the M.O.M people as intentional fraud to launder money for him. He has said she is not a part of LA, but he has snuck her in there anyway. If the son writes any of this trip off, or donates money I would think he would hold some liability as well. How can someone write anything off, if they are not an immediate partner?
Another poster had commented calling the IRS and they were interested in the son and asked questions. Perhaps this all was just a money laundering scheme? A way for him to travel America, get the attention he craves? So trip 1 was the food tour. Trip 2 was the fake "I want to help people tour". I wonder what the gimmick for trip 3 will be?

Sad, and pathetic and pathological. Bill is out of touch with reality, but he now has used the WWW, to create the illusion of a giant fan club. His delusions knows no bounds.
I do feel bad for the one lady--forget her name? She was jailed for smoking a cigarette or something like that? He took her judge to task and then a little bit later demanded she either side with him or support her friend--I think it was Deanna? That was during that whole(wait, which scandal was it?) So he outs her to the judge and then turns on her because he claims her friend is part of a terrorist group? I feel so bad for the kids--they are the ones that will really suffer and Bill doesn't care.
Anon 11:49 - Maria Melinn. There's another side to that story. She got in trouble with the judge for buying a pack of cigarettes after she said she couldn't afford to pay court ordered child support. Bill ambushed the judge in public without having the slightest idea of the facts or the truth of the case. If you want to know more, Google is your friend.
@ Anon 10:35 - as regards to helping folks, if I get around to it later I'll post more details + links but in the mean time: in looking into the biker connection I found that it started when a guy from B.A.D. (Bikers Against Discrimination) contacted Bill for help for 2 bikers named Tyler & Peeps.
Tyler & Peeps 'they done me wrong story' was that they were persecuted for being a biker gang and starting a fight in a bar. But really, as their supporters tell it, they belong to a biker club (different animal), they were fighting in self defense and were subject to discrimination and corruption by LE in a NY town. Bill met with the head of B.A.D. (who later became LA's NY state coordinator) and the bikers' families in June or July '12. He put the bikers on his 'to do' list to have them exonerated and freed from prison. Bill posted the story on his .com site, the interview videos are posted.
Tyler & Peeps accepted a plea bargain, were sentenced to 2 years in prison on Jan 11, 2011 for assault. After Bill's visit to NY, there's not really any discussion from Bill about Tyler & Peeps. It's been more two years, Tyler and Peeps are probably out by now. Keep in mind it wasn't Bill's fault B.A.D. waited 18 months into a 24 month sentence to ask for help. But, the nobodies don't really need Bill's help. If Bill doesn't rush into anything, it still all works out by it's self.

I don't know about any of Bill's followers except for my little boys mother. Seven years ago I was forced to go to go to court and take custody of my son. We presented 25 witnesses, all of whom were found to be credible and truthful. Among the witnesses were two police officers, a CPS investigator, two of her sisters, her adult daughter, her niece, and a Psychiatric who was called by one of the police departments to examine her after she accused a handyman of sexual assault and home invasion. The police, after a lengthy investigation, concluded that she had made up the whole story and had done so to gain advantage in a lawsuit she had filed against her landlord. For a period of time she had supervised visits at the courthouse. Those visits ended abruptly after she threatened one of the supervisors and called her at her home.She constantly violates the restraining order I have against her and has been arrested many times for doing so. She is $ 17,000 behind in her child support payments. I will be bringing her to court on that matter very soon. Somehow she is able to afford $ 2,500/ month rent, a brand new $ 30,000+ car, spa treatments, trips all over the country to visit Lawless friends, including the meeting in DC. She also claims that she is donating 25% of her sales at a resale store she owns to Lawless America. She claims on her Lawless America Rhode Island page that I torture my little boy and give him drugs so he won't show symptoms. My son is afraid to see her and has no desire whatsoever to see her and she is well aware of this. Why does she still post this nonsense when everyone with any real knowledge of the case knows she''s lying? The answer is that she knows that the people who read her postings are not going to look into her story. I saw the video she filmed for Lawless America. I must say it left me speechless. It is all lies, exaggeration, and fantasy and has nothing to do with the reasons my son was taken from her. Through all of her violence, abuse toward me and my son, her drug addiction,her alcoholism, her slander and liable I am doing my best to find forgiveness for her and teach my son to do the same. She is a very sick woman who needs help. Doesn't Mr Windsor understand that when he presents testimony to Congress that it must be truthful? Did he really believe that anyone in Congress would take time to review the "evidence" that he presents in such a haphazard way? There are very strict and prescribed rules for presenting congressional testimony and he hasn't even come close and I can't help but think that he knows this. He is a true con artist and not a very good one at that. He has zeroed in on a group of people that has run out of options. He has made outrageous promises that he must know he can't deliver. So I was reading on another of the blog posts that pmzh believes that the federal HHS fatherhood incentive from Barack Obama had an effect on her case. I know she has no solid provable evidence other than mere belief in this theory about how the initiative works and if a government HHS director said otherwise you probably would not believe them. But for all intense purposes I would like to k is why you believe what you do. DeleteWell, at least this lays to rest the idea that Windsor never drove anywhere. I can verify that several (probably all) of the pictures filed under my state are legit—or else they're Photoshop jobs that demonstrate technical expertise far beyond what I suspect Windsor is actually capable of.

DeleteI was thinking about this all this morning--I know, I shouldn't waste time, but it fascinates me. Gosh I'd love to see this man's tax returns. He has claimed many times that he couldn't make a dime or the state would confiscate his money( I forget his exact words but that was the gist of it) somehow finds the money to travel all over the US including Hawaii. His wife owns his company and she works for his son's company. His son happens to own a travel business. Is he or his son writing off the trip as a "business" expense? I always found it odd that this man would take on a trip cross country just to "help" people. What was the angle? Now the photos start popping up of him traveling. Hmmm....got to be an explanation in some way. Nothing about this man is as simple as it seems which is ironic because he seems to be just as lawless as the people he is trying to "out".

So, it raises the question about her liability in what could appear to the M.O.M people as intentional fraud to launder money for him. He has said she is not a part of LA, but he has snuck her in there anyway. If the son writes any of this trip off, or donates money I would think he would hold some liability as well. How can someone write anything off, if they are not an immediate partner?

Another poster had commented calling the IRS and they were interested in the son and asked questions. Perhaps this all was just a money laundering scheme? A way for him to travel America, get the attention he craves? So trip 1 was the food tour. Trip 2 was the fake "I want to help people tour". I wonder what the gimmick for trip 3 will be?

She got in trouble with the judge for buying a pack of cigarettes after she said she couldn't afford to pay court ordered child support. (Bikers Against Discrimination) contacted Bill for help for 2 bikers named Tyler & Peeps.
DeleteTyler & Peeps 'they done me wrong story' was that they were persecuted for being a biker gang and starting a fight in a bar. But really, as their supporters tell it, they belong to a biker club (different animal), they were fighting in self defense and were subject to discrimination and corruption by LE in a NY town. Bill met with the head of B.A.D. (who later became LA's NY state coordinator) and the bikers' families in June or July '12. He put the bikers on his 'to do' list to have them exonerated and freed from prison. Bill posted the story on his .com site, the interview videos are posted.
Tyler & Peeps accepted a plea bargain, were sentenced to 2 years in prison on Jan 11, 2011 for assault. After Bill's visit to NY, there's not really any discussion from Bill about Tyler & Peeps. It's been more two years, Tyler and Peeps are probably out by now. Keep in mind it wasn't Bill's fault B.A.D. waited 18 months into a 24 month sentence to ask for help. But, the nobodies don't really need Bill's help. If Bill doesn't rush into anything, it still all works out by it's self.

DeleteI don't know about any of Bill's followers except for my little boys mother. Seven years ago I was forced to go to go to court and take custody of my son. We presented 25 witnesses, all of whom were found to be credible and truthful. Among the witnesses were two police officers, a CPS investigator, two of her sisters, her adult daughter, her niece, and a Psychiatric who was called by one of the police departments to examine her after she accused a handyman of sexual assault and home invasion. The police, after a lengthy investigation, concluded that she had made up the whole story and had done so to gain advantage in a lawsuit she had filed against her landlord. For a period of time she had supervised visits at the courthouse. Those visits ended abruptly after she threatened one of the supervisors and called her at her home.She constantly violates the restraining order I have against her and has been arrested many times for doing so. She is $ 17,000 behind in her child support payments. I will be bringing her to court on that matter very soon. Somehow she is able to afford $ 2,500/ month rent, a brand new $ 30,000+ car, spa treatments, trips all over the country to visit Lawless friends, including the meeting in DC. She also claims that she is donating 25% of her sales at a resale store she owns to Lawless America. She claims on her Lawless America Rhode Island page that I torture my little boy and give him drugs so he won't show symptoms. My son is afraid to see her and has no desire whatsoever to see her and she is well aware of this. Why does she still post this nonsense when everyone with any real knowledge of the case knows she''s lying? The answer is that she knows that the people who read her postings are not going to look into her story. I saw the video she filmed for Lawless America. I must say it left me speechless. It is all lies, exaggeration, and fantasy and has nothing to do with the reasons my son was taken from her. There are very strict and prescribed rules for presenting congressional testimony and he hasn't even come close and I can't help but think that he knows this. He is a true con artist and not a very good one at that. He has zeroed in on a group of people that has run out of options. He has made outrageous promises that he must know he can't deliver. I wonder how much money he has sucked out of these poor desperate people,including my son's mother.

You are not the first "other side" to come across the videos made by Lawless, and find them completely inaccurate. Of course there will be a up and coming court case on such matters when that guy who was sentenced to jail over the same thing Bill has done to other judges and more gets to have his appeal heard. then we will have the true meaning of 1st amendment or intimidation, libel or slander. My prediction is that the remarks and all become open season afterwards.

Bills sending an email asking you to respond then saying you've just broke the cease and desist is the same as his treason charge and the letters sent to congress. It also is a reflections to bills ideology that people who don't believe or disagree with his thoughts and statements he will charge them with slander and cyberstalking and ask you to cease and desist from comments that dispute what he is stating in public. He then turns around and posts his claims that people are traitors etc on his forum defamation of character to others. He wants to eat all the pie and yours too. While on Facebook or on the lawless America website all public content is subject to be read and commented on by the public. I also believe if you have logged in and are listening to the TALKSHOE radio public show that if you have done nothing yet if they have provided your Internet address to bill I would make a complaint to your state ACLU.
