Lawless America: In The Final Throes
AllieGate still seems to be the open wound that Bill can't protect. And its leading to further infections all over the Lawless America body. There just seems to be no more wind in Bill's sails as people he used to count on to do his behind the scenes work are leaving him by the hour. He can't seem to get anyone excited about his fake grand jury charges and hardly anyone even listened to his talkshoe lecture last night. He is out of rabbits to pull out of his hat and he sure doesn't have the skill or discipline to organize and keep his followers focused on his own.
So how will this story end? Or will it just start another chapter? One thing we can count on from Bill, based on his history, is that he won't put on his big boy pants and face the his legal troubles head on. He will continue to run and hide from them. But how is he going to do it? Will he come up with an entirely new scam? Or maybe go back on the road and film a whole new group of followers for say a Lawless America 2.0? Its really hard to say, he is now in a corner, he is out of friends, his bluff has been called, and he cant seem to find any more tricks to pull, but he has to make at move at some point.

Every body in America is corrupt, Part Bill
ReplyDeleteII, and Fidel Castro invites him to move to Cuba.,
and he leave America on May day.
Just wondering, is that the last chapter of
Bill.
Actually, there is corruption, in America, but
it is not the entire Nation.
Most citizens are decent, good people, and law
Abiding, and caring people.
I'm not going to bet my house on it or anything, but my guess is that he'll soldier on for many months yet—quite possibly long after every one of the folks who agreed to do free work for him has given up the effort for one reason or another.
ReplyDeleteWindsor is many things, but a quitter is not one of them.
I agree he's not a quitter but I don't know how he will forge ahead when the volunteers quit. I think we are going to see them quitting at a much faster rate now too. Last night's Talkshoe was overwhelming, even if you understood what the heck he was talking about.
DeleteHe's instructing people to file criminal charges against judges and attorneys for obstruction of justice and RICO violations. He gave so many examples and contradictions to his statements it gave me a headache trying to keep up. Then throw in a few examples for how/why to have judges recused and DA's removed. He couldn't or wouldn't even explain RICO well enough for the informed to figure it out. Of course, then you have Federal vs State RICO statutes. Funny, all of his examples started with "in my case..."
With overwhelming information and no support, these people will have no option but to find other solutions to resolve their issues. Then who will file the charges for Bill?
That's an interesting point NBTDT. I wonder if he somehow thought he could piggy back on some suit filed by someone else. He was laughing an awful lot last night about not being able to file charges without permission. Maybe that was his sole goal.
DeleteThen the creepy laughing about his 500 a day penalty, like he was taunting the M.O.M. people.
@Attorney: Well, he has started over 50 businesses, so he must be comfortable walking away from that which he starts.
DeleteI don't see him ever closing LA and walking away in obvious defeat. I think he will decide he is going to partner with one of the hundreds of groups that were working on the same issues long before he came along. He may decide to share his dictatorship with someone else, as he slowly participates less and less, finally resigning due to some health concern. He will go to a tremendous amount of trouble to save face.
Has Bill W actually helped any by
ReplyDeletetaking film of them, how...?
And, who ?
And, in what particular way ..?
That's an interesting question. I recall that we asked the same question about Joey. I can't see where either one helped anybody. It seems to me that while Joey's involvement was generally static, Bill's intervention has actually had an adverse effect in many situations. The videos were done without legal representation and are fair game to be used against the people that were filmed.
DeleteYes, Bill has helped the only one on the planet who really matters...HIMSELF...to lots and lots of PIE.
ReplyDeleteHe has spent the last several days wasting time uploading old photos onto fb. (Apparently I still follow him, ick.) He is removing pictures of those no longer with the movement, but I happen to know he still has pictures of at least one person who doesn't respect him at all. I spoke my husband (military jounralist) concerning the picture of us all at the Capital Visitor's center, the one Bill is putting black dots on all our faces. No real news agency in the world can publish the photo this way as it is in violation of ethics. If he wants to blur out faces to protect identity, that is one thing, but to change the picture to make it seem as if we were not even there is a dishonest representation of facts. The immaturity and blatant alteration of evidence in plain sight can only make us wonder what he's willing to do behind closed doors.
ReplyDeleteyeah the uploading all his pics from his trip just sounds like a "remember the good times we had together"
Deletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9hLCDI0btU
Speaking of good times, can someone please repost the link to Windsor's lap dance pic?
DeleteThe black dots were a more obvious childish tantrum, so again, to erase his poor behavior, he goes back and does a smear job to the faces. Two fold assessment, not only did he smear the faces, he also did a smear job on the individual. Again, to erase his childish tantrums.
DeleteIf there is any credibility to the source of Windsor's antics, he will simply do the smear job, and pretend he is the victim.
Makes the whole question of why can't he see his grandchild, more prominent now. Just how evil, deceptive or dangerous in real life is he, that would cause his own grandchild to become protected from him? Why can't he even say her name, as he stated in DC?
As more time goes by, and his continued anger, hatred, vengeful, and vexatious side is exposed, it's no wonder the WWW of stories and blogs about him grow in the aftermath.
This one?

@Lawlessnomore: Good point about his recent activity. I thought I detected the sound of defeat in his voice last night. I think he was trying to hold his head up and pretend it's all good, but I didn't think his heart was in it.
DeleteBill Windsor states he has never told a lie, well, that is a lie. Wonderful proof and great investigations laid out all nicely for easy discrediting of the pie liar. Good Job Stacy!!

DeleteWhen he urges people to file RICO against
ReplyDeletejudges that is what;
Not practicing law..?
Is is Bill engaged in voodo .?
So he may be hurting people he duped by
his film ruses., and used them in other unsavory antics
Has Bill warned people that Judges have immunity
in their judicial function........?
Who appointed Windsor the Allah Superior
Supreme Emirate El Grande Judge of
the Universe...?
This dude has some serious delusions of
Grandeur .
Is he a danger to himself, and others. ?
All he ever was was a T- Shirt sales man
and a 2nd rate travel agent, and his
Niagra adventures were his Waterloo.
Bill needs to find out that life is like a double edged sword. In this article http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/03/03/conservatives-liberals-media-advocates-rally-behind-man-jailed-for-criticizing/
ReplyDeleteyou will see that of course that they are arguments that the guy like bill and many others are criticizing the the judges and others. While the article talks about that you also have the 1st amendment speech to talk about others too. So If bill sues me I am sure to hire this guy here. LOL.
This guy is sitting in jail for the same exact thing Willy has been doing to judges for years...defamation. The guy is judgment proof, so suing him wouldn't have hurt him at all. The Indiana courts falsely applied a criminal charge to what he was doing. They put him in jail for five years, for what was actually a CIVIL claim of defamation.
DeleteNow that the guy has gotten the attention of the first amendment groups, I expect his conviction will be overturned by the Indiana Supreme Court. BUT, he is already spending time in jail, so this judge succeeded in what he set out to do. This is a gross abuse of power by the Indiana court. They didn't expect it to become public and now that it has, there are going to be some very, very embarrassed judges.
That's great find Sean, double edged sword indeed.
DeleteSusan let me ask you this. How far can we take these first amendment rights until someone goes off the deep end and shoots someone. See I am starting to see why the government wants a ar-15 ban. It is because people like Bill Windsor who call them traitors and then you have people who on his site call for a takeover. Then we have people on conservative talk radio like Alex Jones and Sean Hannity who talk about how the current president is taking America to it's end. Now, I will show you another article how far it goes and you tell me first amendment rights or really a serious threat to a peaceful nation.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWFS62olq00
Deletethis happened in Michigan. So last night listening to talkshoe radio of the Michigan group I heard them talk about Ron Paul. I have say Ron Paul "Revolution" Bill Windsor "revolution" sound about the same. they are all the same and the tactics of those in the grand Rapids Michigan area where they ran for office used Ron Paul ideas such as taking photos of your ballot illegally and filing your vote with the county. they called that the election was rigged. As you seen in the video the tea party and occupiers encompassed all of the same groups complaining about BS. Where are they now and did all those people that got elected as tea party candidates make a difference in changing anything in Washington? So, if Bill succeeds in removing elected officials he does not like then will the replacements do anything different than what a normal rationale citizen of america would do? So in ending this comment tell me Susan are those signs in that video where Obama has a spear int he head a threat or first amendment?
I want to know about this. I find it an oxymoron of a thought. So if your running for senate of the united states and you want to make laws regulating state courts. Does that have a conflict in supporting the theory behind the tenth Amendment? Anyone?
DeleteHere is a great example of the sneakiest double agent caught in the act on the Maria Melinn Judge Cronin website,https://www.facebook.com/JudgeKevinCronin?sid=0.8039529013913125
Delete"I have gotten word that people are messaging protective Moms and people who work in the DV field about me, If you receive a message about me from one of these people please email a screen shot or the messages to pma.mimm13@gmail.com... Thank you ♥"
My wondering is this.. PMA stated departed with her over the fact that they believed her case was not true then she goes to AMPP until the time Bill then gets rid of AMPP. Then She retreats to PMA and Bill makes an alliance with PMA. Interesting. Is there some influence going on here over the fact that Bill hangs onto the Cronin confrontation?
@Sean: "Susan are those signs in that video where Obama has a spear int he head a threat or first amendment?"
DeleteShowing the president with a spear in his head may cross the line, but I don’t think so. I know it is legal to use effigies in protest so I would think the sign is the same thing.
"How far can we take these first amendment rights until someone goes off the deep end and shoots someone."
People are always going off the deep end. What is the alternative? Should we ban all inflammatory speech so that no one gets upset by someone else's view?
There is absolutely NO DOUBT that free speech sometimes results in violence. But our government has opted to pay that price, because it thinks the price of censorship is greater.
Everyone loves free speech until they hear it coming from people that hold views they don’t agree with. It's a bitter pill to swallow sometimes, but that is how it has to be.
Allow me to state for the record that Fletcher took those same steps with those same groups in the exact same order as Melinn. She fails to realize that calling a mans mother has consequences. Being a "public figure" in a fake profile and equally fake in reality is somewhere she really shouldn't want to go with me.
DeleteShe wasn't feeling the PMA crazy train with Levinson who is Lundy's sockpuppet. (c)
AMPP dropped Melinn like a lead balloon when some conversations were revealed about the same subject with different people talking out of both sides of her ass. Fletcher soon after and good fucking riddance!
They can label us troublemakers and the ones that just wouldn't sell their souls to the devil. As I said earlier today when they look back at AMPP we are not going to be viewed as the "troublemakers" they will be viewed as the ones that tried to hold us down and didn't stand a chance.
Their egos get in the way that "their" one story is what is going to end this family court hell. Individually we are strong but together we are mighty. We don't use the line .."in my case..." Pfft.
OH and FYI---Hate speech isn't protected under the 1st Amendment.
Delete"Hate speech is, outside the law, communication that vilifies a person or a group on the basis of one or more characteristics such as color, disability, ethnicity, gender, nationality, race, religion, and sexual orientation.
In law, hate speech is any speech, gesture or conduct, writing, or display which is forbidden because it may incite violence or prejudicial action against or by a protected individual or group, or because it disparages or intimidates a protected individual or group. The law may identify a protected individual or a protected group by disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, nationality, religion, race, sexual orientation."
Susan, is a poster with spear through obama's head advocating violence or just hate speech? let me ask you this. I was told that someone can threaten your life by saying they were going to Kill you in an e-mail but they won't be charged for the threat if they don't really plan on it or if there is no actual perceived threat. But in a society since the Bush era where we take precautionary action verse action after the even takes place known as preemptive actions is that wrong. what about adding these people to a watch list over their vocal out spoken agenda. this guy states that Obama is the enemy of the state so does Bill. So what is the difference here? If those signs were in the hands of arabs in iran would you be concerned then and call them the enemy of America?
DeleteIn many states, a death threat sent by way of email would be criminal. If the threat was serious enough, I would expect ANY state to have some means of addressing it.
Delete"Susan, is a poster with spear through obama's head advocating violence or just hate speech?" Offhand I would say that depends on what words are on the sign. I know there is a guy who drives around with a truck that has an effigy of Obama hanging by its neck in the back. He has been visited by SS, but he cannot be charged. People like this certainly are on watch lists.
I totally understand your frustration with the law Sean. Just remember you have every right to publicly hate, trash, offend people in return!
Have to chime in with Susan, here: hate speech is indisputably legal in the United States. Lorraine is mistaken: hate speech unquestionably is protected by the First Amendment.
DeleteAs Susan has suggested, incitement to violence can be and is criminalized; certain kinds of threats (e.g., "I'm going to kill you!") are as well; defamation (libel and slander) are civilly actionable and occasionally criminal; and then there are the most nebulous (and IMO wrongheaded) cases, "fighting words" and obscenity. Hate speech is simply not there; as long as it doesn't fit in one of those categories, it is protected by the First Amendment.
It begs to be added, of course, that there are many nations in the world (several of them nice and generally well-governed places) in which specific kinds of hate speech very much are criminalized. I think it's a notably bad idea from a public-policy standpoint, but it's a fact.
Ha! Susan's been reading up on this subject sense the last time it was discussed it. Two weeks ago, she told me I was wrong when I said speech that incites violence is a criminal action. I told her if she didn't think I was right, go talk to Chas Manson. I guess instead she to Binged that sh*t
DeleteWhat if one of the supporters of Bill's went off the deep end and stormed some congress persons office with their AR-15 and went ballistic calling everyone traitors. Would Bill be held responsible?
Delete@Nbwhatever: You never said what you now claim you said ^^, “I said speech that incites violence is a criminal action.”
DeleteLet's look at what REALLY happened:
Ginger wrote an article where he noted that Willy is friendly with a birther. Ginger went on to leap to the conclusion that Willy must be part of the Sovereign Citizen Movement. Then he took another leap, and decided Willy is engaging in domestic terrorism and therefore “everyone involved with Lawless America is connecting themselves with terrorist activities”. You apparently concurred.
What you SAID was, “I think the words he is using now could become a public safety concern. If there is any violence as a result of Bill's "activism", whether intentional or not, Bill ought to be put in the jail.
I responded to that as follows: “Now that's just silly. He is trying to be a voice for change. He is trying to incite them to make their voices heard. As long as he doesn't condone violence or lawlessness, he is not responsible for what his followers do.” j***Please note that bit about "as long as he doesn't..."
You replied with this: “… - violence is implied. And if you think for one minute Bill is not and can not be held responsible for the actions of his followers, go have a talk with Charles Manson.”
I didn’t bother trying to explain the vast difference between Manson’s very direct connection to the crimes of his followers, and the lunacy of your statement that Willy should be held responsible for the actions of his followers EVEN IF HE DID NOT INTEND FOR THEM TO BECOME VIOLENT.
I know that because you have appeared in court as an expert witness you are an expert in all legal matters. I am sure all of this is very OBVIOUS to you. I never said it was not a crime to incite people to violence.
Now please own your shit.
@Sean: NO! At this point Willy has done nothing to suggest that anyone should resort to violence. He certainly has not orchestrated any attacks, such as Charles Manson did. He has very carefully stated many times that he does not condone violence. If one of his followers decides to deviate from the brilliant Grand Jury plan and take a violent route instead, it is hardly Willy's fault.
DeleteMy God, who would ever become an activist leader if they could be held responsible for the unilateral decisions of their followers?
he has one follower who has stated that they think it is time to overthrow the government.
Delete@Sean: As long as the guy does not advocate doing it by violence or force, he is free to give it a shot!
DeleteThe Grand Jury nonsense is an attempt to overthrow the county governments.
"Ginger wrote an article where he noted that Willy is friendly with a birther. Ginger went on to leap to the conclusion that Willy must be part of the Sovereign Citizen Movement. Then he took another leap, and decided Willy is engaging in domestic terrorism and therefore “everyone involved with Lawless America is connecting themselves with terrorist activities”. You apparently concurred."
DeleteThats an intentionally deceptive summation of the post I made. Go back and read it. The Birther issue is not relevant, and I even made that point. First we had the folks over at Quatloos who had been following Bill and many of these other SCM people for some time. They made the connection to the SCM. The birther guy lives down the road from Bill and was filmed in LA for over an hour. But more importantly he pulled the same citizen grand jury scam that Billy was planning on the exact same date. So its reasonable to assume he is advising him.
Then once again, you completely ignore the concept of paper terrorism.
"Paper terrorism involves the use of fraudulent legal documents and filings, as well as the misuse of legitimate documents and filings, in order to intimidate, harass and coerce public officials, law enforcement officers and private citizens"
When Billy and company go in their with their official charges (not just making a complaint like anyone else can do) they will be misusing a legitimate document with the intention of intimidating and public official. I really couldn't possibly care less if you agree with me on that, but at the very least try and get my claim right when you cite it like that.
Susan failed to re-post the words Bill used that incite violence, which I quoted to support my argument. In my opinion, those words would make him responsible for any action taken by his group to physically over throw the government.
Deleteyeah I mean she can disagree with me or whomever else all she wants. But don't leave out the key selections when you paraphrase something you are going to disagree with.
Delete@Ginger: My summation of the article you posted was NOT “intentionally deceptive”. You also said, “…at the very least try and get my claim right when you cite it like that.”
DeleteIsn’t it annoying when people misquote you or mischaracterize what you wrote? It happens to me daily here. When I try to point out what I really said, I’m accused of being argumentative. ::shrug::
Unlike those that misquote me, I revisited your article with an open mind.
But I still believe your conclusions were based on misinformation, assumptions, and a pop culture exaggeration.
I don’t see anyone at Quataloos claiming, much less proving, that Willy is part of the SCM. He does share some of that group’s beliefs, but there is no evidence he’s a card carrying, Kool Aide drinking member. Am I a Democrat and a Republican just because I agree with some of the positions of each party?
You thought Carl Swenson held a grand jury on April 1 and since Willy scheduled his gj fiasco for April 1, you concluded that Swenson must be guiding Willy. But Swenson's gj was on March 28, 2009. Thus the dates mean nothing and there is no basis for the entire paragraph of assumptions you made. I don’t see a single conclusive link between Willy and the SCM.
Next, you cite an FBI article about the SCM. The article begins by acknowledging that some of the group’s actions are harmless. It goes on to discuss the actions of EXTREMISTS. You incorrectly stated, “The FBI considers the SCM a domestic terrorist group”. The FBI article actually states, “The FBI considers sovereign-citizen extremists as comprising a domestic terrorist movement”. Not every member of the SCM is an EXTREMIST.
Finally, you talk about “paper terrorism”. This is a not a legal term and there is no indication it came from any police agency. It’s a dramatic new name to describe a very old problem. People have long used the legal system to harass others and to make political statements. We continue to create laws to address such abuse.
I am sure if the Vietnam protests or the civil rights marches were happening today, some people would refer to them as terrorism. That doesn't mean they were terrorism.
You’ve done a great job here of pointing out the many wrongs committed by Willy. But he hasn’t crossed the line yet and we don’t know if he ever will. You think he is headed that way. I think, he is not about to risk losing his pie on demand by getting himself thrown into jail. Time will tell.
@Nbwhatever: "In my opinion, those words would make him responsible for any action taken by his group to physically over throw the government."
DeleteDoes that sound familiar to you? In Willy's opinion judge's commit perjury. In his opinion people can charge judges, case workers, etc. with RICO violations. In his opinion anyone that didn't do their job properly is guilty of obstruction of justice. Your opinion of the law in question, is as wrong as Willy's many opinions.
On Quataloos, its kinda all over there. There are also two other threads that mention Bill and they usually call him a soveignrun guy, for short.
DeleteSwenson said in the article that this was no April Fool's joke, so I would assume that they planned on this news at least coming out april 1, as it in fact did.
If billy is a member of the SCM, he is a loose member...or somewhat of an associate. I would agree with that as he clearly doesn't practice all their tenants. He picks and chooses.
And yes not all SCM members are terrorist. But the movement is on the FBI watch list.
Paper terrorism is a new word, but here is where I see it coming in. Sure they are all free to file criminal complaint charges like anyone else. But once they start convening their own citizen grand juries and creating their own made up charges, they are then impersonating a law enforcement officer and are engaging in paper terrorism.
But Ginger, the fact that people on another forum may be lumping Willy in with SCM people, does not make it so. There are some forums out there where all of the members believe the moon landing was faked. You wouldn’t cite one of those forums as proof of anything in your own article would you?
DeleteAlex Kopplemen wrote the article and since he wrote it on April Fool’s Day, HE said it was not a joke. Swenson never said anything about April Fool's. I understand how you made the apparent connection about the date, but it simply is not there.
Only Willy would be stupid enough to plan a protest on April Fool’s Day, calling the credibility of the action into question right off the bat. I doubt if there was any significance to the date of Swenson’s GJ.
I agree with everything else in your post…except I do think that characterizing misdemeanor harassment activity as “terrorism” is a gross overstatement.
You are right, I couldn't make it stick in a court of law. Its a suspicion of mine that he at least has loose connections with the SCM.
DeleteSwenson did actually talk about april fools day in the solon article I linked.
Terrorism has to do with intent. Little Mindy out there by herself writing up her own citizen grand jury papers based off her misunderstanding of the law is a harmless misdemeanour. Billy, coordinating with thousands of individuals all across the nation acting in concert with each other with the goal of deposing our current judicial system is a whole different story.
I only listened for about three minuites this morning before I wanted to kill myself, Im sure some people would love that...
ReplyDeleteListening thru his pie shoe it sounds like pie boy could be a regular Montana Freeman, with all his charges of this crap adn that crap along with his grand jury crap.
All the RICO talk and the obstruction BS, I have no doubt they are working together behind the scenes. I had this filed on me just this week.
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/147018844/District-of-Nevada-213-cv-00297-JCM-NJK-Civil-RICO-Stament
It was tough to listen to his babbling last night. My hubs was laying in bed listening mentioned to me how the CIA would be much more successful if they cease with waterboarding and started to use "BillyBoarding". (c) lol
Delete(c) giggle giggle snort~
DeleteWow, that is quite a list she's got going on there. Something else she and pie baby have in common. Just list anyone and everyone. And they wonder why the courts don't take their complaints seriously.
Delete'and this person sneezed on me and didn't say sorry, and that guy farted and didn't give me a heads up...'
c) giggle giggle snort! (mine is different, I have an exclamation point at the end. lol
DeleteI'm a sane person, these people are not sane, wow. More and more everyday my own eyes are opened to these easily "offended" by stating the obvious or their own words.
How much we might enjoy sneezing the direction of Julia Windsor Jr. and WC Fields' bastard son, I derive pleasure by watching this trainwreck. He'll have to add this to his resume, with fifty failed businesses and how many "non-profits"?
Too much!
If if Bill was not successful on his RICO
ReplyDeletefilings against judges, why would he urge
people to repeat his failures to impose
trouble on others.
Is this one more item that raises questions
that Bill is duping people, to cause them harm, and
not helping them.
But, what are the other examples of how Bill
is harming people ?
The list on that is growing.
I something you made want, facebook friend me....
ReplyDeletethis is for tiny feet
DeleteDo any know if Bill W is an ally of
ReplyDeleteLyndon LaRouche...?
Odd, some things have come up on cross
threads in this area ..
Bill is a 2nd rate travel agent who, also sold magazines and
ReplyDeleteT Shirts.
He is experimenting with the I- Net. WWW to ferment some form
of his crazy revolution.
He tries to appeal to people who lost in court.
How many court cases are filed every year in America
millions ?
So he tries to create conflict gaming some people.
He is a user, and running a giant con.
LaRouche has a donate button, as well
ReplyDeleteas a PAC.
Ergo, Bill has a donate WWW button,
and set up a Party( La Revolution)
It is about driving people to hit
the donate button.
Bill is for sending $ to Bill from from who hit
the Donate button.
He preys on people to hit the
donate button, that is Bill'z racket.
The question that should be addressed
ReplyDeleteis what has Bill filed since
he has a donate button and claims
to set up the Revolution Party, and that
would be with the Federal Election Commission,
FEC, and who is the Treasury over all
as to money sent when people hit the
donate button sending $$$ .
Bill has forms on his WWW for
ReplyDeletegoverment employees to sign an
Allegiance over to some outfit he took
over., and controls.
Check that out, too.( WWW )
Bill is a power freak, a control freak.
Is Bill Cluless about many provisions
of the U S Constitution ?
Are people running into just what a power
freak Bill is ?
People would have to be so desperate to allow
Bill any control over their life, or
relationship with others.
I presume this is the reality show that Bill supposedly auditioned for because of the audition dates. Bill sat straight faced in a chair and delivered a boring and tired pitch to Vince Vaughn? Listen to this:
ReplyDelete"Contestants will be asked to not only prove the validity of their idea for a documentary and but also their filmmaking abilities. They will either survive or be eliminated based on that criteria. For example, contestants might be asked to produce a sizzle reel, procure and execute a key interview, or pitch scenes to our panel of judges."

that's the one! roflmao
DeleteRoo this is right up Windsor's type of show. You know that the glenn Beck fans are very close to inline with the lawless groups ideologies. I am surprised that Vince Vaughn would support glen beck. I am starting to take away my liking of old school. JK. I can say the Bill is not my boy. LOL

I was sent a link to this interesting blog, that exposes the AMPP attacks on PMA, Lundy Bancroft, myself and Lawless. Check it out
Among the Wolves
abusiveadvocates.wordpress.com
Abusers, Liars & Other Mayhem in Victim Advocacy Group
SUCH A CLASS ACT
boy they don't exactly have their ducks in a row do they?
DeleteGinger, It is my opinion that most members of AMPP and PMA have been both at some point in time and that they flip sides at whenever the doo doo gets too deep so not to get pointed at. Overall they are the same in my opinion.
DeleteThat's a fair assessment from outwards appearanes. There are many that either "fence straddle" or throw victims under the bus and back up over them a few times that frequent both groups. When I stopped liking pms I never looked back. Too bad they can't do the same it would be refreshing to see. This bullshit that Windsor dragged AMPP into unwillingly versus pms going along as willful participants I'd say is a glaring diffence in groups. But hey, who am I to say?
DeleteOh that's right----I was formerly "admin assistant" to levinson (2nd out of 3 in 6 months, I'd say that's pretty telling.) The first mother doesn't even do any 'activism' anymore and the third was Melinn. Now who the hell knows or really cares?? I don't! lmao
DeleteMany that helped to start AMPP after becoming a "State Chapter Leader from pma would probably astound you. After the behind the scenes look at how they operate as a group, how bancroft can't see his nose despite his face and blame AMPP for all their failures? They cannot do what we call "owning their shit", no?
You can't blame others for your own damn actions!

Delete@ Pie Man & Sean: Please check out the last post on the last thread from Schrodinger Rapist. It's a tough read, but it seems that you both may know this person. Please advise if she needs help so we can put in touch with the right people.
DeleteThx.
What is needed? I didn't understand any of that.
DeleteIt sounded like a woman that was getting hit. But, now I think it was someone pulling our chain.
DeleteWilly couldn't have made it past the first stage...proving he had a valid idea. There is no validity in filming people's unvetted stories.
ReplyDelete@ Anon 4:12 - me too.
DeleteI am not the ANNON, driving to drive U....******
ReplyDeleteHowever, Why doesn't Bill put up Court opinions, and the Court records, the full court records.
Granted some judges may have worked over people, and were over-reaching.
But, Bill can't do anything about that, he has his own Chamber MAID problems
OK I am now declaring Gingersnaps blog off limits until after 10pm local time. Just to be able to follow the links and read all the insane psychobabble I have to start drinking. 5 shots in and I am still feeling my brain melt and ooze from my ears
ReplyDeleteAre you( C B) drinking with Judge Calvert, then in Ellis County. wow, some
ReplyDeleteHappy hour, is Brannon going to join you, for some "local, free time, before the next VID production on your fav person from Georgia...
Yeah, them outsiders, down in DIXIE...
WOW UNINFORMED! Nowhere near the Mason Dixon LOL. I wouldnt know Judge Calvert but I do know some of the Judges in Dallas and Greene Counties of Missouri.
DeleteActually Anon 6:00P.M. AKA Angelina Mitchell. LOL You are truly misinformed as to my location. Gingersnap please disclose my IP LOCATION! 5 to 1 it comes back to a town in Missouri that starts with a B. by th way I (c) the letter "B" From this point forward.
DeleteScootch over, Curtis.
DeleteI'm donning my Easter Bonnet early, because, similar to you, I am lost as an Easter Egg.
I don't know whether to use CONnie's de-coder lightening bolt or tighten/loosen my tinfoil helmet. Both? Pour us a double, while we decide.
I'm not seeing your Ip for some reason right now, unless you are in California
Delete@Petunia room made double poured.
Delete@Ginger no worries but you can tell the rest of the clubhouse what a 417 area code says about my location.
Curtis, seems that WEBB guy thinks he is a real IP TECHIE, and claims he is not hooked into Windsor....??? Does that pass the smell test ?
ReplyDeleteHe must thin some fell off a turnip truck at the Ft Worth FLEA Markets.
What is kinda funny is the County(ELLIS) Judges must be wondering what is coming next election.
Who has Windsor done in his film projects from Ellis County...?
So, what are we (ALL US IN AMERICA) to imply when he uses corrupt judges as to ELLIS County...?
Ok, Local time outs until...... 1/2 pass the hour, so let us know the score....10/4
OH Ellis county. Oh let me count the Dauben accusations. "Committed arson to cover possession of child pornography, mailed threats to Federal Judges, was warned by Curtis Butler about him in March of 2009." Ouch.
DeleteMy own accusations. "Had his mother out protesting on Business Highway 77 in front of the Ellis County Court House Annex in temperatures that were life threatening. Holding libelous signs while screaming slanderous statements through Joey Daubens Bull Horn".
And yes we can all expect the roadside kangaroo courts you put up ever election season. One word for you, Deviant. Incase you have not read my latest post. http://editorcurtisbutler.blogspot.com/2013/03/www.lawlessamerica.com.html?showComment=1362438943433#c819989322958169535
oh and seems you gave a in depth interview to the WEBB guy!
Deletehttp://therarereporter.blogspot.com/2013/02/a-texas-man-who-recently-filed.html
My thanks to Mr. Webb
Mary D just posted her standard nonsensical rant again. What does Sean have to do with her? Or is it that she is including Windsor's said haters in all her filings? Or is she still trying to supply Windsor stuff? I can't follow her.
ReplyDeleteThis is under the Guardianship Legislation Post.

Wish I could tell ya ninja... My only guess is that Cox and pie tard have her riled up. I've never spoken to her. She hates the same DA as cox does, so they seem to gang up on things. She is obviously nutz...
Delete@ Tiny: weren't you leaving little love notes on FB for Mary?
DeleteBTW: you've been very well behaved lately, it's appreciated.
I think I told her to cease and desist or leave me alone, or shutup or something once. Don't really remember. Last I looked there were 6 fb accounts with my name on them, none ofthem controlled by me. Mine dosent have my name on it even.
DeleteYEAH, NAVARRO COUNTY IS NO ELLIS COUNTY.
ReplyDeleteWEBB MUST KNOW THAT.
HOW COME WEBB HAS NOT CHECKED IN, AS HE SEEMED TO GET A BIT MIFFED THE OTHER DAY. WEBB AND HIS IP LOCATORS LIKE A ROUTER @
First you see him, then you don't....
ReplyDeletePoof! Webb is gone....
Yeah, Webb made a big speech, then POOF
ReplyDeletehe's been banned, check some of the last few messages on the last thread
DeleteMean while, back at the ranch....Gail has been having a rough time of it. Some of you may have noticed, Gail's daughter either blocked Gail's number or changed her own number. She's feeling down, so she read the Bible, took a lesson from Job and posted it.
ReplyDeleteNothing like kicking a girl when she's down.
Redorblack Nigelbottom WTF... Job let fear into his heart, so the lord let the devil kill his family and servants off... then rewarded him later with twice as much. Sure that made his family and servants feel much better about being killed off in order to teach him a lesson about fear...

Redorblack Nigelbottom Sure hope someone doesn't fear that I'm not pure and thus have the devil take that out on me as punishment on that person... Doh! Stupid myths
Umm guys, so I was being a nerd and over-analyzing that prospective Legislation Windsor had us deliver to Congress, just on an organizational level because I'm not a lawyer....On page 15, section 134, he suggests we abolish the death penalty except for TREASON. Do you realize how many people he has accused of treason to include all of Congress and the President? He is going to get himself into a lot of trouble.
ReplyDeleteyeah I think I covered that in one of the posts. But yeah, he has a pretty weird anti-death penalty view, he is against it except for everyone he is going after personally.
DeleteI'm glad you saw that. It freaked me out.
DeleteI think it was this one:

@ lawlessnomore: It's the guys Bill knows with guns that kind of bother me. I was wondering what would happen when the judges, attorneys, elected officials and LE refuse to be arrested.
DeleteThe good news is, some of the hard core activist don't appear to be as involved as they were in the beginning.
@ Gingersnap: that was a good post on 2/24.
DeleteBut, geeze those comments. Was it a full moon? Were we drunk?
that's when you know who started posting
DeleteThank you for bringing that to my attention, and I did find the original post of Bill's. Let's forget the fact that he is a loose cannon with possible paranoia issues and that he claims to have a gun,and that all of that will be used against him to say that he is a danger to society--- I can't be around this man even if I wanted to. My husband is military, I live on a military base, and I live next to NSA. I don't have the luxory of befriending people who spout things like this. Not that I'd want to anyway. Or maybe that's why he pushed me out? Please be careful all you Nobodies who are reading this.
Delete@Lawlessnomore I read your latest article and it was fantastic. I loved the whole thing, and your commentary is clear and direct. I have to re-post this last part here for anyone still in Lawless to see.
DeleteI understand your frustration of not seeing what he was up to, but do not feel bad, nor beat yourself up. You know now, and are helping others see too. That is priceless.
From Lawless No More
“134. The death penalty shall be abolished except for treason. Because there is no remedy when an innocent person is executed, the death penalty should be completely abolished in our country.”
How many people has William M. Windsor accused of treason? Are you prepared to watch all of these people be put to death? Are you willing to accept personal responsibility as their executioner? You must be otherwise why would you still claim that Bill is a good and kind man? Why would you still claim allegiance to him? Why would you still wear the Lawless America teeshirt, attend talk shoe and facebook? When you support Lawless America you are supporting the death of all congress members, press members, judges, lawyers, grand juries and anyone else whom Bill Windsor has decided has disobeyed the Constitution by not bowing to the desires of Lawless America or its members. Be very careful people. It is quite possible that a man who spouts such things could eventually earn himself a very descriptive diagnosis for severe mental illness and that he claims to own and travel with a gun, could come to the attention of the FBI or other law enforcement."
http://lawlessnomore.wordpress.com/
Well, Bill is not the POPE.
ReplyDeleteActually, he has never been elected to squat, he has never served in civil service.
It appears, he did a GUARD stint, like George(W) Bush, but you know those Texas media darlings, and the Tex-CLUB.
Is he accused that Lady(TAMMY) who had her leg removed who served in
Iraq, now elected to Congress (TAMMY D)...?
Has he accused John McCain, who served in NAM, while Bill was a guard special in the States...?
He has on his BLOG what amounts to All in Congress in throwing out the T WORD, charges, despite those who were elected by the WE the PEOPLE in AMERICA, so is Bill pissing on DEMOCRACy, what....?
@ whoever: "...so is Bill pissing on DEMOCRACy, what....?"
Deleteummmm, yep - that's my take on it.
Is the Pope Catholic, kind of inquiry ..?
ReplyDeleteBill is neither the Pope, or Catholic,
or head of some official Inquisition !
He kind of reminds me of Roy Cohen,
that dude who was on Joe McCarthy 's
hunts.
So here is a perfect video of someone who came out and said that they would shoot someone if they came to take away their handguns. Also backing what Windsor states. So, my question is to all the lawless folk windsor made a statement that if they the congress does not listen that they will have to do what they have to do. What does that mean? Here is the video; http://youtu.be/HYv4cahRMPA
ReplyDeleteOoooohhhh, he got his gun permits taken away for what he said.
DeleteI'll bet he's really mad now.
DeleteYeager edited the original video. But, Stephen Colbert caught it before the edit.

NDTDT I love ya. I hope your a chick. LOL if not your still cool with me.
DeleteSorry Sean, can you get a better example, this guy is not the same as Windsor, and Personally Windsor is way more insane then this guy, however this guy is more dangerous
Deleteok, also I'm going to better explain from what we know of the guy (which is very little) but from what I seen of the video, The guy in the video, means business, and is a gun rights person, he got a little angry, had a poor choice of words also he is a gun trainer, so I'm sure the gov. took a little more notice to him, Bill on the other hand is a con artist piece of shit and lies. I would love for the Gov. to go after Bill, so he can quit mucking shit up, but I guess well wait and see.
Delete@ Brannon: what's worrisome is that men like Bill can incite men like Yeager to take the kind of action Yeager seems to be itching for. And Bill will claim that he had nothing to do with it because he's said all along that his is a non violent revolution. But look at he posted a while back, using words like "call to arms", "I'll fight to my death", "this is war", or words to that effect, etc.
Delete@ Sean: thx for the love, we're cool....
Delete@Mr. Webb: ::waves:: Hi there! Your posts come in the mail even if they get erased.
ReplyDeleteI really, really don't get the hipocrisy of banning anyone here given the constant bashing of Willy for his use of the banning button. I don't understand why any adult has such a problem ignoring someone on an Internet forum if they don't like what he writes. It says a lot about a person when someone else has to run interference for them to keep them from having a meltdown, lol. Oh and I know, I know, there is a terrible, horrible history with you that I am unaware of wah wah wah...
Any minute now you are going to get a big C & D a la Willy, followed by a rant about how you are threatening people, followed by another call to the po po. Enjoy!
Webb was banned because we made a deal (I even shook one of his eight legs on it) and he directly violated it within hours. Simple as that. Now if you want to pick up his torch and run with it now, I could become the blog hero and ban you as well while my finger is still hot.
DeleteReally, enough is enough.
DeleteCan we take a vote to ban Susan as well? She really seems like she just cant let things die. Maybe her and Webb can comment back and forth to each other on his highly popular blog. Brannon used to use a word on the old ECO that I wont use to desribe Susan. It starts with a C and I think it applies here! -Bob

It's not about dissent. It's about annoyance level. There have been plenty of people that have come through here that didn't agree. None of them have been banned.
ReplyDeleteThis is a place for discussion. If you make yourself a troll and closed off to discussion, why bother letting you comment?
@ Anon: 8:21 - very good point. Jimmy S comes to mind, as does Brannon. When Brannon first came around, we weren't on the same page, in the same book, we weren't even in the same library. But everybody played nice and we did find common ground.
ReplyDeleteEven one of Joey's foul mouth sisters didn't get banned.

ReplyDeleteOh ya, MaryB well said!! Too funny.
DeleteThat looks like a big pile of evidence! hahahhahaha!
Deletethanks, i have my 4 comrades and I from CT who spoke to Legislative laisons from each Congressman and Senator's office, I am following through with my/our complaints. Washington D.C. has hardly heard of the end of me, and My legitimate and serious law suits, when launched, will establish case law that will begin to restore civil rights in employment law and complaints against the police, etc. My name will NOT be associated with the flim flam man, Bill Windsor and his flim flam movie, Lawless Windsor as far as I'm concerned! Keep up the great exposure of corruption, truth and honesty will prevail! :)

ReplyDeleteIt's not discussion when you play us like Mitt Romney. I said this but I meant this. Does she believe what she says or do we?
Anyone on facebook wanna add me, look up Cheryl Sosby. I have Allie, Loryn, Claudine, and a lot of others on my page Windsor has talked crap about.
