I'll admit, catching Bill in a lie is like shooting fish in a barrel, but since I still think its funny I'm gonna keep shooting. Lets go back to the Failure in DC. Turns out that one of the nobodies thinks he is a somebody after all. Here is what bill said about the issue Allie O raised about him getting an upgraded room:
"Largest Suite at the Crowne Plaza. No, I did not change to anything, and I was not in a large suite. I had the same style room used throughout the movie road trip, a room with a small adjoining "living room" that could be used for filming. We filmed there two days. My rate was $165."
Notice the semantics he is playing with the my room was $165 like everyone else. Well that's true, but here is the whole story:

DeleteWhat Bill meant to say was that he had a Room attached to a suite every time he stayed somewhere. I am familiar with the Crown Plaza Hotels. It appears that he only had a room by itself. Then he emailed and asked to be comped for having so many rooms booked by the group and be comped by upgrading him to a suite attached to his room. Where I see an issue is he said he states, "We've added 60 speakers in a day" who were these speakers? It was not the congressional members at al. It certainly not the lawless folks because when I watched his video stream he was the only person talking from what I seen. Who were these people. He said not a person had replied to him about speaking there. Interesting so all this time he told everyone that his meeting would be a congressional testifying, but see what he doesn't get is this. Testifying in front of congress means a committee of something has asked for testimony of a subject and that is called a Hearing. It happens in Congress not in some hotel at the Crown Plaza with Bill acting as the leader. That is not official in any capacity.

Delete@Sean: When Willy first began his crusade, in November of 2010, he plastered the net with a widely “press release”. The headline of the article was, “Supreme Court Issues Landmark Decision”. The article explained that SCOTUS had refused to hear Windsor’s case and in Windsor’s estimation, this amounted to a declaration that the US Constitution is void. One can’t technically say the headline was a lie, because each person can have his own idea about what constitutes a landmark decision. I doubt anyone in the legal field would agree with Windsor's headline though, lol.

It was picked up by dozens of blogs and Willy was bombarded with people that wanted to interview him for their blogs or internet radio shows. These people need new content frequently and they seize upon anything that might possibly appeal to their viewers/listeners.
One blogger, made a youtube video, to expose the fact that people can buy an ad, that mimics a real press release. He specifically talked about Willy's ad and warned others to be careful when they see these things. I thought Roo was saying you were the guy that made that video. I would have been amazed if that guy had followed Willy all this time.
Btw, Willy tried to buy another ad from this company later in his saga. They REFUSED to take his ad, lol!

Delete@Ninja: I have arranged quite a few group trips. I never ask for a comp but they often offer me one. If I get a comp, I give the money I would have spent on the hotel, back to the group. I couldn't stand profiting from the participation of others. And I'm not dealing with poor people. I don't know how Willy lives with himself.

@ Susan: Bill can't file any suit, anywhere in the US without Federal Court permission - that's what happens if you are declared a vexatious litigant. The ruling was made in US District Court in Northern GA. As I recall, the bond was only if a Judge or Fed employee is named as a defendant.

DeleteIMHO, you are absolutely correct; even if he's managed to register as a legit charity, he was still operating Lawless America as a for profit for at least a year before, and he tried to use a proxy charity to get an RV for his film trip, for example. Also, did you notice he's using the term "Lawless America Association" now? He may have spun off part of his company, but I would bet he will still pocket any profit from a film--should he manage to complete it...er...correction...should he be able to find a bunch of lemmings to complete it for him.
I've spoke directly with a senior IRS investigator. Windsor does not and has not filed for any 501c3. He was using someone else's illegally that freely offered it to him back in October.

I have periodic ongoing discussions about three local electeds who garnered their winning votes through the non-profit church network in my county, as well as the many 501 (C)3's that are offsprings of the churches. Recently one of the electeds in question piped in on the discussion (in response to a comment I made about wanting churches to be taxed if/when they engage in political lobbying), and along with his long list of reasons why churches should not be taxed, he provided a link to "help clear things up". PMZH I know who you are just to let you know. I am not sure of any of the truths to your case. Here is where I agree with Bill unfortunately. It is my opinion that regardless of sex mother or father when there is a custody dispute or a crime done and it is investigated if there is no conviction because the facts have proved there was no crime done and it is clear that the abusive acts did not take place then I would have to say your pushing something that decided on by police investigation. The Family Court Judges need just to turn your case over to the police to investigate. But, I also understand where the courts lie in the making the decision by having CPS remove a child until all parties are cleared. I know that the return of the child seems to be up to DHS then this is what occurs. They then base return of the child by asking the parent to live up the the standard that all parents are asking in everyday custody battles under the best interest of the child acts. I do not believe there is some incentive payments being made under any HHS programs either VAWA, FATHERHOOD INCENTIVE, OR ADOPTION CREDITS that are biasing any decisions anywhere. If you want to know more about these programs call the the Dept of HHS and talk to them about it all. It is not fair in my opinion to want VAWA funding and do away with a Fathers plan or a Marriage Maintaining plan. By having these thoughts you and others appear to be anti-father and anti-family. I am just telling you how it appears. By no means am I against mothers or for abusive men or women. I say they should go to jail. But, I don't believe in some far fetched government conspiracy about federal dollars. I also don't subscribe to the Notion about the New World Order or Agenda 21 as some globalist agenda. I am also against these people who are against the United Nations Conventions because such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child. While I believe that Children should have rights. But I have seen Parental Rights Groups from Michigan Many who are behind Lawless now previously Gov Abuse USA against these Conventions. The question is after bill who will be the next Leader. ok enough for now.

Windsor allegedly invited Mr. Kent's client, John Hefelbauer, to appear on camera to tell his side of the story, and Windsor asked him to take a polygraph test as his ex, Melissa Barnett, has allegedly agreed to do. So on google search it says, "Melissa Barnett's ex, John Heflebower, is charged with domestic violence, child abuse, posting naked photos on CraigsList, and buying custody" Here is the issue those are many allegations or statements from the mother. But here is the question I have. When is it against the law to post naked photos on Craigslist? Then there is the Conspiracy element as always "buying custody". So as I will call monday to the court to ask the judges clerk if there are pending criminal charges. We will find the truth out. While I will not be recording the call because recording is illegal.

I CAME FROM WORK and saw my son was hurt ran to the hospital....the Hspital told me, that my Ex was saying he hurt the baby and it was a Accident. But his excuses was a lied, and the hsopital say ny six week old baby knee was broken his leg and 3 ribs..... the Hospital said that they are waiting for DCF to come the next day and see what had happen.....

I had to wait for a second MRI and the hospital gave it to DCF not to the police ..... that MRI had 6 more broken rid and skull fractures, and that person said he try to kill your son you are lucky he is alive.

However, the government should not be in the business of promoting something that should remain a personal choice of the individuals involved. Not only that, the government should ...not be in the position of choosing which man a mother will marry, which is exactly what these bills, initiatives, and resolutions propose to do. These women are encouraged to marry the fathers of their children over and above any other men who may be more appropriate and suitable for them.
That fatherhood programs have dealt insufficiently with parenting, poverty, employment, and economic issues. Proper attention is not given to the fathers' personal histories, including addictions, history of incarceration for serious crimes, character defects, domestic violence and child abuse. These programs discriminate against mothers, especially poor mothers. They denigrate family forms outside that of the traditional, two-parent married household. In particular, single and divorced mother homes are debased by the dissemination of specious "fatherlessness" statistics
I really don't think you get the gist of the plan. In Poverty either whites or blacks but for more often blacks there is an issue with fathers and also Marriage. Children born out of wedlock and also with non involved fathers. The incitive is not there to make women be with abusers. I know you feel this way. I am ALMOST certain that you have no-circumstantial evidence of this nor do you have any evidence that the judge in your case is being bribed or getting incentives or anything. The point is what many people are doing is substituting federal dollars for just judges that rule ways for reasons were not understanding.

You made a baby with a guy that has a criminal history going back to '04?? The state didn't have anything to do with YOUR decision to lay down with this man.
ReplyDeleteI'm not asking for details of what happened and I don't want to know. But, it's obvious that the baby was left in the care of his dad for the injuries to have occurred. So there are at least 2 questionable decisions on your part. What happened to the baby is horrible, nothing excuses what the dad did. But, I don't see you taking any responsibility for your decisions - only blaming the state.
DFC/CPS is there to ensure the rights and welfare of the kids. They do their best with what they've got to work with regarding parental status on all levels. At the end of the day, if there is at least one parent looking out for and protecting the best interest of a child in all aspects, the state will not be involved no matter what the martial or income status is of the parent.
All you cause moms - go ahead, blast away....tell me how the decisions YOU made are not YOUR fault.
I'll hate myself for this, I know I will, but I'll bite. I married my ex. I didn't know that there was a family history of mental illness. After four lovely children, he decided one day that he was hearing voices in his head...the voices told him to kill us. I left with the kids--and he promptly got custody even though he was in and out of mental facililites and was jailed for trying to kill us AND even though the cops had to bust down the door to get at him. He is incapable of caring for himself, yet the powers that be deem that he is good fatherhood material. My kids have been abused during his custody periods, etc. It is really easy for people like you to just blame the victim. Makes you feel better eh? So easy and convenient to do. It's your fault you dumbass--you made your bed, you lie in it. That's what my dad told me too. I'm not asking for you to care--but in a way you should. Because when my kids grow up and they are messed up after living with an abuser--and having people denying the reality of it--who do you think will be paying taxes to foot their medicaid and all of that? Yup--taxpayers like you and ME.

3)Schizophrenia is a whole different animal. Whether it's in a family's background or not, that is something that an individual (or spouse) can't see coming until it gets there. 4)It doesn't make me feel better to throw rocks, I just can't stand the whining of women who live with and/or make babies with men that have a documented or even a suspected history of DV, sexual deviancy, etc, then complain about the problems they knew about or should have known about. Or, they blame the government for not doing something or expect somebody else to fix it.

DeleteSeems to me you are on the wrong side of the advocacy fence. Once a baby is born, it's too late for a mom to say she doesn't like or is fearful of the dad. The baby and the dad have undeniable rights to each other and rights protected by law regardless of how the mother feels about it. Maybe you and the cause groups should focus your energy on educating women on birth control and making better baby daddy choices so "these fatherhood programs" and DFC aren't an issue in your lives.

The Court notes that in a related case where the Plaintiff’s appeal was dismissed as frivolous, the Court of Appeals described the Plaintiff’s abuse of the judicial system as follows:
[The Plaintiff’s ] litigious behavior [has] undermined the integrity of the judgments and orders in this case. Although the case is closed, Windsor has repeatedly filed unsubstantiated, duplicative pleadings, many after
the district court issued an order denying them. Moreover, his pleadings are long and repetitive, and the volume of his filings poses a burden to
clerical and judicial operations and is an impediment to the administration of justice.

The Defendant United States’ Motion for Modification of Protective Order [Doc. 40]
is GRANTED. It is necessary to issue an injunction in this case because of the
Plaintiff’s extraordinary abuse of the federal judicial system by repeatedly filing frivolous, malicious and vexatious lawsuits against the judges assigned to his many cases, because of the burden to clerical and judicial operations caused by his voluminous frivolous filings, and because his continuing course of conduct has become an impediment to the administration of justice. The administration of justice will suffer irreparable harm if the Plaintiff is allowed to continue filing frivolous, malicious and vexatious lawsuits against the judges and others involuntarily involved in his litigious campaigns. The balance of the harms and the public interest demands that the Plaintiff be stopped.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Plaintiff, William M. Windsor, and any parties acting in concert with him or at his behest, are PERMANENTLY ENJOINED from filing any complaint or initiating any proceeding, including any new lawsuit or

@NBTDT: Well THANK YOU! I stand corrected on one aspect of the injunction against Willy. I am happy to admit I was wrong. I have never seen this order and I'm glad someone has finally produced it.
DeleteIt is crystal clear that in fact, Willy CAN file suit at any time against anyone, but he does need prior approval to do so. I DID NOT KNOW he had to move for leave to file in any case other than MoM related.
It is equally clear, that the many people here that have claimed he CAN'T file in any court without posting a bond, have been wrong.

With all due respect to Roo, IMHO, the above statement is not accurate.
If Windsor wants to sue in any court in any state, he must first get a federal judge's permission; if the suit includes a federal judge or court employee, he must tender a $50K bond.
