This article topic started out with my repulsion of seeing Windsor's heartless post & photo of a homeless man in Missoula. It was painfully obvious Bill didn't care about the man, his plight or how much the man has to struggle on a daily basis for his basic needs. Most days, those basic needs are not met.

As Windsor rolls around in his 2013 fully loaded luxury model leather-interior Jeep (msrp $44,000) sleeping in his $160+/night room at the Marriott Courtyard (rm. 402 in Missoula), we read his endless whining online daily about the perils of living in such a deplorable & corrupt country like the USofA (his words, not mine). He keeps insisting he has no money whatsoever so who's bankrolling the roly-poly beast of Lawless if not his family? It's clear the man has no clue what it truly means to suffer or struggle in life.

The biggest life lesson Windsor could have is being dropped in the middle of a remote (and politically unrest) African village butt naked left alone to find shelter, food, water, clothing (yes PLEASE clothing) and safety. There's no way he could survive past day 3.

Bill's extreme narcissist need to post his every waking moment online provides us with tremendous insight into Bill's psyche. There's a couple in-depth fantastic articles on this blog where people wrote in detail about the narcissistic side of Windsor. Taking their lead, I decided to dig a little deeper and found further interesting information. In my opinion, I believe Bill Windsor to be a high-functioning sociopath with extreme narcissistic tendencies.

#3) Sociopaths are incapable of feeling shame, guilt or remorse. Their brains simply lack the circuitry to process such emotions. This allows them to betray people, threaten people or harm people without giving it a second thought. They pursue any action that serves their own self interest even if it seriously harms others.

Stalking, divorcing without a second thought, suing people and enjoying it. Quote Windsor: When stalking his prey the other day, he was elated and proclaimed, "Such Fun!"

#4) Sociopaths invent outrageous lies about their experiences. They wildly exaggerate things to the point of absurdity, but when they describe it to you in a storytelling format, for some reason it sounds believable at the time.

examples: Lied about the amount the courts sanctioned against in him in the MoM case. He owed around $100K but claimed it was $4 million. Lied about the SCOTUS voiding the supreme court to the point he paid up to $10,000 for a fake press release to be sent out to all media across the nation. He's a FLAWLESS liar to say the least.

#5) Sociopaths seek to dominate others and "win" at all costs. They hate to lose any argument or fight and will viciously defend their web of lies, even to the point of logical absurdity.

Vexatious litigant - vexatious litigant - vexatious litigant. Need I say more? 

#6) Sociopaths tend to be highly intelligent, but they use their brainpower to deceive others rather than empower them.

one area that doesn't seem to fit Windsor unless you consider he's intelligent enough to use and re-use other people's idea's and put his personal take on it. 

#7) Sociopaths are incapable of love and are entirely self-serving. They may feign love or compassion in order to get what they want, but they don't actually FEEL love in the way that you or I do.

Washed his hands of his entire family and within 48 hours he was back on the road stalking people. He wouldn't allow his wife or family to tell him what to do and he didn't even bother to grieve for the loss of his marriage or give an appearance of grieving because he has no idea what normal people do or act in that situation. In fact, he seems overly relieved he no longer has to play THAT role in life 

#8) Sociopaths speak poetically. They are master wordsmiths, able to deliver a running "stream of consciousness" monologue that is both intriguing and hypnotic. They are expert storytellers and even poets.

He sure is able to tell quite the fairytales on about almost any subject he dreams up. 99% of Windsor's world are complete fabrications when fact-checked.

#9) Sociopaths never apologize. They are never wrong. They never feel guilt. They can never apologize. Even if shown proof that they were wrong, they will refuse to apologize and instead go on the attack.

I do not believe Windsor has ever apologized in his life.

#10) Sociopaths are delusional and literally believe that what they say becomes truth merely because they say it!

The Internet is unlike anything any other generation has ever experienced. It's a fast and vast growing machine, tracking our every move, providing insight into all aspects of life from G-rated Leave it to Beaver world all the way down to the darkest glory holes of hell.

In the case of Bill Windsor (Lawless America) what's played out over the past 18 months online at this blog and elsewhere I believe has provided a great warning for the rest of society. Windsor, whom I believe is a prolific life-long con artist has been able to get away with his con's for over 40 years large in part because he moved frequently and there was no one keeping track. What troubles Bill the most about a blog like this exposing exactly what he is (with his own words and actions) is the fact he can no longer get away with what he's doing to others. That's why he's in a rage and is attacking everyone he can locate. His scams are exposed, the jig is up. He knows no other way of life but the con and to take his ability to con and scam away, takes away his entire meaning in life.

When we look at the common psychology of con men and scam artists,              what do we learn?

•  First and foremost, most career con men are sociopaths. They are self-absorbed and believe that anything they say and do justifies a positive outcome for themselves. They can’t imagine or don’t care about the consequences their actions have for the people they may hurt. They rationalize away any concern that they are harming other people with any number of self-delusional discussions, if they consider the ethical side of their scams at all. What’s good for them is, by definition, what’s good…period. 

•  A sociopath, according to Dr. Robert Hare in his book Without Conscience, is characterized by many factors, including a lack of empathy and guilt, an abundance of charm, an inflated sense of his self-worth, an inability to accept responsibility, difficulty forming deep relationships despite an accentuated ability to fake commitment, heightened skills for manipulation, and a parasitic lifestyle. Psychologically, you couldn’t formulate a better mix of traits to create a con artist, and someone who has developed to this mental point couldn’t find a more comfortable career fit. 

•  Based on their personal experience and personality traits, they probably have cultivated the skills to be an outstanding con man before they hit puberty, and would gravitate toward a con man’s lifestyle whether or not it was a conscious choice. 

•  Most career con men have above-average intelligence, and that may help them stay a step ahead of the law, concoct complex money-making schemes, or adopt new technologies to use as tools better than other folks. Studying the complexity of some scams would reveal that the con man has a vast array of skills, from a knowledge of computers to well-developed planning and organizational talents. 

•  A con man’s “people skills” are off the charts. To be a good con man, you need to be manipulative, charming, and a flawless pathological liar. Being a successful con man often depends on your ability to persuade people to ignore common sense and their own best interests, and you have to be convincing to do that. Sociopaths have developed those skills to the point of instinct.

None of us know how this is going to end but oh I'm so ready for an ending to this horrible fake life of the lawless man. In my opinion, there's no question we're watching a self-destructive mentally-ill man run around the USA continuing to hurt many people. As much as we'd wish Windsor would stop, pack it up, call it a day and crawl back to his wife and family begging for forgiveness, that's never going to happen. It won't happen because Windsor isn't wired like the rest of us. He's incapable of real love, real emotions and real connections. He is heartless to those he harms, in fact, he gets a sickening pleasurable high off of hurting others. The only way to stop him from hurting, stalking and harassing others is to take away his "drug of choice". To do so, we need law enforcement and his family to step in and stop this monster. We need a true selfless real American hero to step up to the plate and put an end to the insanity!

On a side note, I write a blog about a woman named Connie Bedwell. Approximately a year ago she was filmed by the great Bill Windsor. Bill eventually gave her the good ole C&D (no abate at that time because Bill didn't know the word existed). Prior to filming with Bill, she had Joey Dauben write up some very scandalous and untruthful reports about her EX-boyfriend.

She's one of the worst false accusers out there in the court system and has done a great deal of damage to real cases of custody and child abuse. She accused her EX of molesting her child many years ago but upon an extensive investigation it was proved untrue. Back in June 2011 all rights to her child were removed although she had not seen her child since early 2009. Since then, she's been in and out of court with DUI's, 2 felonies and 3 charges of breaking a court order.

Connie's father, Timothy Bedwell is accused of raping several young children over the course of many years. His trial started late last week. Yesterday, Connie was admonished by the court for her outrageous behavior during trial and breaking a gag order that was issued to her moments earlier. She was removed from the court property and not allowed to attend the remainder of her fathers trial.

The land of the lawless where people like her, Windsor and several others believe the rules and laws of the courts don't apply to them. They will act how they want and thumb their nose at the justice system every chance they get. As she and Windsor are learning, there are consequences to their repulsive behavior.

Over Here, Over There, But Never Headed Anywhere

Bill continues to wander around in the Utah wasteland.  He is currently trying to get his foot in the door to see Connie Fielding a woman whom her family committed to an institution.  Bill doesn't know her, knows nothing about her story, but since she posts on his facebook page and all her posts are very much pro Bill, he has declared her perfectly sane just on that alone and therefore wrongfully detained.  He does a video outside the facility that he is not allowed to enter.  In his self shot and poorly edited video, he rambles on for 8 minutes and looks to have put on about 25 pounds just in the last two weeks.

Windsor is gearing up for his delayed showdown with Sean Boushie in Missoula Montana.  Bill keeps claiming it will be a TV series (which will go straight to youtube) as he tries to get impressionable young college students to go on camera and say bad things about Sean.  Bill has even stooped as low as taking out an add on Craigslist seeking subjects to go on youtube for his fake documentary.  He also posted that he is renting a bulletproof vest for his stalking expedition in Missoula.  He wants to make sure his few remaining followers realize just how dangerous his made up crusade of stalking Sean really is.

While Bill was in Utah, he decided to go by the Sundance festival and see what real movie producers do.  It was more like a nostalgia trip down his own lying memory lane as it read as a "remember that lie I told you guys about my fake movie going to Sundance?  Well, I went by their information desk and had a conversation with the clerk how cool is that".

What happened to the RV?  Bill says he decided to sell it, he even said "we" sold the RV.  Of course the question is who is the "we"?  He and the voices in his head?  It wasn't listed as an asset in the divorce.   Does  "we" mean the non-profit that he set up but hasn't been keeping records of?  Where will that money go?  How will it be disbursed?

Bill's vigilante justice tour is now in support of child abductor and murderer Thomas Matusiewicz.  This is a man who, after abducting his children and taking them to several foreign countries, opened fire on a Deleware courtroom killing the two woman he had targeted and wounding two officers before (thankfully) turning the gun on himself and ending his miserable life.  Murder, vigilante justice, child abduction, terrorism, sexual perversion and stalking.  This is what Lawless America, led by Bill Windsor and his number two man David Schied, is now all about.

Bill Windsor: "I Hate to Sound Vindictive, But I Guess I Am"

So Bill says he has to cancel the filming of his fake movie yesterday because of the weather, even though it was partly cloudy and nice all day.  So instead of fake working, he spent the day doing what he planned all along, hunting all over the area for a certain spicy cookie.  He was able to locate, after being pointed to the break room in several of the local police stations, several chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, but not what he was looking to file charges on.

Well then its back to the tried and failed method of trying to file charges against someone in your address book.  So Bill waddles up the steps to the Ellis County Sheriff's office to whine about Brannon making videos.  As the deputy continues to point out the front door to Bill, he finally relents and says well you can take all this crap to the DA if you want, oh and feel free to fill out one of our comment cards in the suggestion box...now please, exit the building.

Windsor then takes his shifty eyes, shaking hands, and overly swollen neck on in front of his camera to do a video to document his stalking activities.  He also releases the video he did in Biloxi while he was stalking EHH.  He blames the "haters" for the loss of his wife, his daughter, and the reason he can't speak to his granddaughter.  He attacks Brannon and this blog and took a swipe at Joey Dauben as a way to gain leverage against Brannon (will David Dauben be liking this post as well?).  He may have forgotten the history, but we have not.  While this blog was always against the slandering and liable that Joey did, he Bill Windsor went down to film Joey while he was held in the ECSO detention center awaiting his trial.  This is how, and why, Joey's particularly stoooopid father painted up his beloved blazer to the Lawless America paint to match his new messiah Bill Windsor.  Once Joey was convicted, Bill dropped him like a hot potato as he was now a pr liability.  But Brannon, as a true friend, did not.  Brannon doesn't support or stand for any of the actions of Joey, but he won't abandon his friend just because its no longer advantageous to claim you know Joey.

Another interesting facet of both of his videos, which also shows his unbridled vindictiveness,  is how he goes into detail about how he wants Brannon and EHH to be incarcerated   He even hopes that EHH is moved to a prison he filmed earlier in Mississippi so she can fight of the rat infestation while she serves her time.  This is no doubt a lonely, perverted old man who has allowed his jealousy and rage literally eat him alive.  He also mentions, for the first time, how the "haters" are harassing not only him but "others".  This new wrinkle is a shout out on behalf of is little shrimpy friend David Schied who is still quietly hiding in the corner trying to karate chop some wood.

Bill Windsor Has Lost His Mind

Billy needs to get back on the road and start filming again for his fake movie.  When he spends extended periods of time in his dark, lonely, soon to be foreclosed home, his paranoia engulfs him.  One of the problems with being a compulsive liar is you honestly forget what the actual truth sounds like.  Late last night, Billy tossed away all his marbles in a vain attempt to try and capitalize on what he believed was a tragedy.

According to him, he received a facebook message last night from the mother of a boy named Noah whom he had previously filmed in Jefferson City Missouri.  The message stated that Noah, out of fear of being taken back into CPS custody, took his own life.

Without any verification whatsoever, Billy excitedly put the news all over his different facebook pages as a rallying cry for all his lemmings.  Windsor proclaimed that Noah was now a somebody in heaven.  He even brought up that he might have been sexually molested even though thats a claim that Noah never made, but Billy called it the "elephant in the room" in his post-mortem recap of the boy's life.

Well, not so fast.  Fortunately the story was false, but instead of owning up to his mistake, he starts to push the blame in the direction of his former Minister of Propaganda ms. Allie O.  Yes, thats right, apparently Allie has quietly been moving away from the American Terrorist known as Bill Windsor.  So this means she is back in the middle of the spotlight as this non-incident happened in her town with a family she convinced to go to Lawless in the first place.  Here is how Billy starts to paint the picture after he realizes he screwed up:

• Bill Windsor Kini, there are only perhaps six people who could have written this Facebook message. I know it wasn't me, and I ruled out Noah. That leaves Brenda and three women. The messages and posts about the bologna came from Mark Supanich, Allie Overstreet's new boyfriend. So what are the odds that Mark, Allie, and Noah are sitting around eating bologna sandwiches at 1:00 am when a message is sent saying Noah is dead is sent to me...followed an hour later with messages from Mark saying it isn't true. Very strange stuff.

I called her immediately because I knew something wasnt right with your story. I had just spoken to them three hours prior. Brenda and Noah aren't even your followers. I talked them into filming with you, and she has only had minimal contact since Jeff City with you. She is not on fb very much, does not read your wall, and is not known by your followers. She did not do this. And a man in Montana wasn't watching young boys in Missouri eating. I told him Noah was alive because your post caused alot of pdople to pray, cry, and mourn, including Mark in Montana. It was only right I let him know that Noah was not dead. And really, Bill, what if he was dead? You think it is okay to post that stuff without even knowing if it was okay with his mom ? She is crying herveyes out and cursing up a storm because you knew her son IS suicidal from CPS. My God Bill, have some compassion. And try asking people before you go saying their son is dead. I know Brenda and she did not send you that. I certainly did not send you that. You are out of line. I have done nothing to you, and have been kind in explaining why Icam not here anymore. Why would you put my name in a post suggesting I sent this sick piece of garbage? Say your sorry for Gods sake, instead of accusing everybody for YOUR mess ups. Noah Williamson is alive and well. Leave him alone.

Wonder if they did that on purpose to try to bring the recent rift into an all out public feud? Who would be so callus to send a false message that a troubled young man commited suicide and what were they trying to accomplish? Bill and Allie, both be careful you are not being manipulated. You probably wrote that letter and turn around and write your comments in attempt to discredit Bill and the cause and cause additional stumbling blocks to this quest for justice. Back Off.

The bottom line is Bill cares nothing about any of the families or stories he has filmed for his fake movie.  It pains him to even tolerate their existence as he must endure their endless postings and thoughts on his facebook page.  The only real value they give him is the exploitation and shock value he can use to try and leverage in his personal battle against the court system.

We Get Pulled Back Into The Spider Webb

Well its 3:00 pm and I'm still free.  Not only that but the Lawless page is down.

Ok, I have been doing my best to avoid old man Webby, I really have.  Yeah so he thinks bad parenting and alcohol was the main factors in Joey's rape conviction,  so he has been trying to hunt me down all over metroplex talking to people who have nothing to do with any of this.  So he collaborated with Lawless in an effort to throw out dirt on me, so he lurks on this blog daily, hoping that we jump back into his Webb.  So he tried to make fun of me as an air conditioning man whom he assumed I was.

I was still going to let all that go, until he had to throw out his latest article on his rare reporter (what he means by rare is common sense and moral decency).  Now, I'm not a big fan of Rick Perry, I think he is a dolt and I thought that way before his presidential run.  And I'm not going to get into the gay vs. anti-gay war.  Everyone has a right to believe what they want, and the Boy Scouts are a private institution and they get to make their own policies.  Welcome to America.  So, with that as my disclaimer, against my better judgement.....lets get caught back into the spider Webb:

IRVING, TX -- Ignorance and fear can play an amazingly influential role in halting progress, and the nation recently saw that played out once again at the highest level of political influence on a charitable organization.  A bit dramatic don't you think?

In the face of mounting conservative public opposition, Boy Scouts of America announced it would delay making a decision on striking down its anti-gay policy targeting scouts and leaders.How do you know they didn't just delay the ruling? An affirmative vote, originally scheduled for Feb. 6 by the Irving, Texas-based national group and now delayed until May, would have allowed local troop sponsors to decide on whether to accept gay scouts and leaders.

It's no coincidence that the Boy Scouts announcement followed on the heels of anti-gay Texas Gov. Rick "I'll never step down unless I can be president" Perry saying that he would oppose such a policy change. it might be, how do you know? Perry, a former Eagle Scout who published a book in 2008, "On My Honor: Why the American Values of the Boy Scouts Are Worth Fighting For," probably can be credited with derailing the vote. It would be nice to have a little more evidence to support this other than the title of a book he wrote 5 years ago

That's a shame because Perry you mean your hypothetical reason?, more than most people, probably knows that anti-gay discrimination often targets people who might not be gay. On no, here it comes Perry has fought rumors that he himself is gay yeah he just went there, welcome to the bottom of the barrel ever since he went to Austin as a state legislator representing Haskell County in 1984. In fact, Perry was the subject of "Head Figure Head: The Search for the Hidden Life of Rick Perry," a book written by former openly-gay Texas Rep. Glen Maxey, which alleged to document the governor's closeted gay life. but it could never be substantiated so no responsible media outlet ever said anything about it

What's even more curious about Perry's stance is that when he was a scout in Haskell County omg, we can drop even farther now? he was involved in an incident of an alleged appearance of impropriety. One night on a camping trip when Perry was about 10 young boys on a camping trip, where have we heard that before?, he apparently got cold and crawled into a sleeping bag with an older scout to get warm. When the scout leader discovered the pair the next morning he reportedly scolded the older scout for allowing Perry to sleep with him. The older scout said he took the brunt of the scolding because he was told that as the older youth he should have known to wake the scout leader rather than allowing Perry to sleep with him.

Presumably, Perry and the older scout might have been expelled for their behavior under today's scouting policy,the scouts have always had that policy and God forbid what might have happened to them had they been involved in some common child experimental sex game. Common?  What kind of sick perverse world did you grow up in?  I guess we can all be thankful that there was no booze involved because then they would have been open season to be raped by the scout leaders.

The sleeping bad incident came to light when a Huffington Post reporter researched rumors about Perry's alleged secret gay life during the governor's unsuccessful bid for the Republican Party's presidential nomination in 2012. The reporter dismissed it because it quite rightly meant nothing, and so should you except that it possibly scarred the young Perry's mind and instilled a sense of fear in him about the perception of being branded as gay. so he really is gay, but this scared him straight and he has been living a lie ever since?

Friends of Perry from of his scouting days -- some of whom remain in close contact with him still -- swear that he has has never engaged in off-color jokes about LGBT people or practiced anti-gay discrimination in his political offices. Yet every chance he gets, Perry comes down on the side of the debate with the likes of anti-gay zealot Robert Jeffress Perry is pretty far right, that would be consistent with his political platform, senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Dallas, who from his appearance ought to understand something about the threat of being wrongly perceived as gay. Did you just make fun of his appearance because he looks effeminate?  You are doing wonders for the LGBT agenda, let me tell ya

Effeminate straight men often become the targets of anti-gay hate crimes, according to organizations that track hate crime violence.  Often?  Do you know what the word often means?

According to the organization's website, the Boy Scout's mission is to do duty to God and country, obey Scout Law, help others at all times, stay physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight. Scouts are encouraged to be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.

Obviously, none of that mentions sexual orientation, unless someone wants to try and argue that "morally straight" means not gay, which hopefully no one would be dumb enough to attempt such a debate.  they didn't really invite you to a debate, but I think that is how they are reading it Instead, discrimination of any kind would appear to be violating Scout Law.  What where?  I don't read discrimination anywhere in it?  They don't allow girls in as well, those nazis.  How does something that is not there "appear" to be there to you?

It doesn't help the cause for eliminating anti-gay discrimination in the organization that everyone realizes the Boy Scouts are likely only considering a policy change because of the fear of loss of corporate funding, which increasingly requires commitments to equality for all people.  thats probably true, but facts are always good to back this up

Rather than listening to a governor whose motives are more likely based on politics and personal gain rather than fairness, it would better serve Boy Scouts leaders to listen to the words of someone like President Barack Obama.So you don't think Obama is motivated by politics and personal gain even though up until the last year he was anti-gay marriage? The president you should capitalize President, show respect noted that all young people should have the opportunity to learn and prosper as part of the scouting tradition.

It's hard to imagine anything more deplorable than the thought of scout leaders and the scouts they mentor targeting and excluding a youth from a troop because they view them as unacceptable for presumed homosexuality or whatever reason. so this is the worst thing that can happen to a human being, rape murder so on takes a back seat to this? The earlier children are taught to live and let live the better it will serve them in later life, and it's never to late for someone to learn that lesson either.  that's a pretty weak ending, but whatever

Lemmings OD on Koolaid

So as he can't find anything to hang his hat on in his Failure in DC, Pie Baby has decided to drown his lemmings with koolaid.  He tells them he needs an RV that must sleep 4 (up to 3 lot lizards at a time), then he says he took a picture of secret service agents but they disappeared from his photo.  He later finds the picture only to show that they appeared to be the janitorial service waiting for him and his lemmings to finish their play time.  Then he gets on his high horse with his good buddy Glen Gilbellina.  This is under a long post mainly calling for the end to the VAWA:

"In closing, Lawless America The Movie has gained another 30,000 followers in just the past month. Should something happen to Bill Windsor, many of us will continue what he started."

-Yeah of those 30,000 there is the possiblility that 3 of them might be real.

Windsor even gives a shout out to himself for buying all his fake facebook followers:

"We just topped the 50,000 mark ...for Friends and Followers!"

-You just better hope none of the lemmings start to look into who all those followers you bought really are.

Bill Windsor The right to be a parent is a fundamental human right. The government has no rights and no business interfering in any manner with parenthood.

-ok, which amendment is this?  I can't seem to find it but I know it must be in there since you never tell a lie.  You cant just make up your own rights.

Just because you call someone corrupt or a false accuser doesn't make them one.  It just means you accused them of that.  Just because you say this Nation is broken doesn't make it true, it just means you think this Nation is broken.  Just because you say you are speaking to 300+ people in a room doesn't make it true, it just means you said it.  Somehow, these very simple sets of logic are lost of Bill and the minions. 

Der Fuhrer then goes on to preforms his favorite practice of female-human sacrifice as he outs another mother whom he has decided to hate.  He names her, puts up a pic of her and her family and calls on his goons to go after her.  Deep in the "we need to get her" comments we get one lemming that accidentally gets out of line with this comment:

Liz McGovern just maybe it the ppl you allow to "help" with things. One wouldn't allow a drug addict to tend the pharmacy- a child molester to baby sit kids- a bank robber to be a bank teller, etc. I am not comparing anyone connected to Lawless- to the scurges of society- but just maybe, if you could find ppl who aren't emotionally invested in what this group does- to do all your footwork, you might have better outcomes. Only a suggestion & pls don't anyone take it personal.

Umm Liz, if he eliminated all the pedophiles, druggies and thieves there wouldn't be anyone left in his Lawless America.  You get a frowny face for the day with that kind of individual thought.  Drink some more koolaid please.

Pie In the Sky is The Special of The Day

So they finally give us a live link to the Nazi Convention, and we thank you for that endless entertainment.  We watched as Bill said the room was packed with hundreds of lemmings, the cam quickly scanned the room and there were 56 people at most.  Bill grabbed the mic like it was apple pie and wouldn't let go.

First, Bill channelled his inner Bush and said "mission accomplished  (I guess he finished his pie)  For hours he rambled on and on about himself, mentioning that he can't use his grandkids names (giving us a little hint to what this is all about, not only does the state of Georgia hate him, so does his family).  Then he sets up his own award.  He spent the $5 and got a President’s Volunteer Service Award made out to himself.  He made sure his lemmings spent a good long time engaged in hero worship as they clapped on and on at his fake award while he claimed that this was proof that Obama is looking into their claims.  

Then Bill asked how many media and congressman and woman too, where in the room, of course no one was in attendance.  But he then went on to address them as if they were there pointing out that the media is the problem as well (for not listening to his whining) .  Bill said he was a multimillionaire but now doesn't have two nickels to his name.  

Bill then called the capitol police and informed them that he won't adhere to their rules and bring their camera's even though they are prohibited from doing so.  Then he turns it over to his lemmings but makes sure to grab the mic and ramble back into himself at every opportunity.

Did David Webb Cause Joey Dauben To Recieve The Max?

As people continue to reel from the especially punitive sentence Joey received today, one has to wonder why Judge Lagomarismo would choose such a severe penalty?  The sentencing was originally set for Tuesday but he moved it till today presumably to take more time to research it.  The anger of this Judge was especially evident in his maxing out the probation at 10 years after the 30 year sentence.  This is one pissed off judge, so what sent him to such extreme measures?

Joey's behavior in the courtroom, particularly his testimony certainly irked the Judge, but I think there is something more at work here.  I think someone alerted him to the vomit inducing article that David Webb wrote after the sentencing.  David Webb had already been called to the court for being Joey's mouthpiece while in jail, so Judge Lagomarismo knew the connection.

In Webb's "alcohol binge" article, he clearly blames the consumption of alcohol and the boy not saying no (and being alone) as the main culprit of the rape:
"To the best of my knowledge Dauben was straight, but apparently anything can happen late at night when two people are drinking alcohol alone."
and
"It didn’t matter that the teenager, now 20, testified he willingly participated in the sexual activity, and that he came from a broken, troubled home that probably contributed to him being alone late at night drinking with an adult 12 years older than him."
Ok, obviously that has already been covered on here, but lets draw our attention to another quote in this article:
"The once-promising writer who started off in high school as a sports reporter for a small town Texas newspaper an hour out of Dallas acknowledged to me after the verdict he was highly intoxicated on the night of the crime."
Red alert, Red alert.  Joey clearly testified that he had only had a "swig" to drink and he wasn't even buzzed.  Most judges don't like defendants perjuring themselves in their courtroom.  Webb, in his quest to write a blame shifting article on Joey's crime may have caused the Judge to come down in such a punitive way.  What an ironic way to end this story full of irony, his friendship of Webb very well may cost him an additional 9 or more years in prison.

Be Careful You Never Get Caught in The Spider Webb

So yesterday and last night, a fight erupted on this blog between David Webb, close friend and confidant of Joey Dauben, and just about everyone else.  David was a friend of Joey's and covered his entire downfall from Joey's and only Joey's point of view.  Court observers report that Joey and David were very chatty and in fact Joey conversed more with David than he did anyone else in the courtroom including his parents.  Kind of hard to pretend you are some unbiased reporter covering a trial of a man charged with sexual assault of a child and do that.

Anyway, David wrote something that he should never write...an opinion piece.  Especially if that opinion is coming out of his head.  His story was a wrap up of the Joey trial and conviction where he blames alcohol as the main factor in the rape.  So lets have some background info for all the new people.  Here is the boys testimony (and since Joey perjured himself on the witness stand on at least two key points, there really isn't any question about who's testimony was considered truthful  the jury took less than two hours to convict on all counts).  Now keep in mind this is the testimony from a then 14 year old virgin:

"The young man said he thought Dauben was an assistant to the Messianic church’s rabbi when Dauben arrived at the camp that day. The boy said he and two other teens ended up the evening talking to Dauben around the campfire, after all the parents and the rabbi had drunk heavily and gone to bed.

Dauben allegedly pulled out a bottle of Wild Turkey, poured red Solo cups of whiskey and challenged the teens to see who could drink the fastest. The other two kids went to bed shortly thereafter and Dauben asked the alleged victim if he wanted to go out on the lake on a raft. While on the raft, Dauben began describing sexual encounters and asking the boy about his own experiences. The boy told the court that he was a virgin at the time.

After being on the raft, Dauben and the boy went to the public showers at the park, where Dauben said he was going to masturbate. When Dauben walked out into the shower area naked, the boy said he felt “awkward. But I didn’t want to seem uncool.”

“I was doing what I thought was normal,” he testified. “I didn’t want to seem weird, so I went with it.”

The victim said Dauben initiated sex acts with him.

During this portion of the testimony, Dauben, who sat at the defense table farthest from the witness stand, took off his glasses and dropped his head into his hand, covering his eyes. Later, he shook his head as the boy continued."   from the Corsicana Daily Sun

So David Webb writes his opinion piece with the headline "Alcohol, underage companionship, lead to disaster"

In this article he has one very disturbing paragraph:

"It didn’t matter that the teenager, now 20, testified he willingly participated in the sexual activity, and that he came from a broken, troubled home that probably contributed to him being alone late at night drinking with an adult 12 years older than him"

That certainly sounds like he was making an excuse for Joey by blaming it on the booze and the kid having a troubled home as the reason he was raped.  So we gave David a chance to clarify himself on this blog and to our horror, he meant it exactly as we thought he did.

Here are some of his quotes from last night:

"He indicated that he went along with it, and he didn't object. He had many chances to have walked away from the situation and never did. There was one time that he said he was standing outside of the shower house and returned back inside where Joey was because he "didn't want to be alone." My guess is that it is possible if he had ever said no, nothing would have happened. Perhaps, it was the effect of the alcohol he drank. I don't know."

"He didn't have both a biological mother and father looking after him to prevent him from being out by himself at a lake park drinking alcohol. His father apparently was drunk inside a tent asleep with the teenager's stepmother, with whom the youth didn't get along with well. The youth and his stepmother regularly argued, including while they were at the camping trip, according to the testimony."

"I feel sorry for the youth. I also feel sorry for Dauben. I think that if neither one of them had been out there drinking alcohol that night none of this would have ever happened. That's my OPINION, which basically is what one imparts in a column."

"The teen was not raped. It was consensual sex by his own admission. He never said no. The only reason it was classified as a child sexual assault is that he was not old enough to give his consent. It is the adult's responsibility not to engage in sex with someone who is under the legal age of consent, but there was no force or violence involved."

"I do not excuse Joey Dauben of the crime. I wrote a column that was actually intended to remind people that they need to be careful about what they do when they are drinking alcohol in the company of underage youth. Your hysterical wife, the author of this blog and you and have turned it into something entirely different. Shame on you."

"If Joey Dauben had not been drinking alcohol, I don't believe that any of this would have ever happened. Even if he was drinking alcohol, if he had not been in the company of a 14-year-old alone it would not have happened. What is so hard to understand about that? I a not blaming the victim. I am blaming his parents for not taking better care of him."

David Webb Blames Joey Dauben's Demise on Alcohol

David Webb is the Joey apologists that stuck by Joey's side all the way to the end.  Yes he did cover the trial itself in a balanced manner but leading up to it, he acted as the mouthpiece for Joey as his stories always reflected the Joey Dauben slant.  He even went along with the Joey/Presley "we are about to get married" lie and watched it blow up in his face as she didn't even bother staying for the trial.  Anyway, he makes a few good observations, but on the whole he still doesn't understand who Joey Dauben is.

David's opening statement says it all:  "After sitting through a surreal, six-day child sexual assault trial recently I came away with the knowledge that the least likely of people can fall victim to disaster if they are foolish enough to consume alcohol with a minor who legally cannot give consent to sexually activity."

-least likely?  fall victim?  Its alcohol's fault?

"It seemed impossible that the youthful, charming Dauben who came from a humble background and seemed so driven to be someone someday could succumb to a fate so sinister that it would destroy his life."

-humble is an understatement.  Why was this impossible?

"To the best of my knowledge Dauben was straight, but apparently anything can happen late at night when two people are drinking alcohol alone." 

-well first of all your knowledge of Joey is very limited, in fact its limited to only what Joey told you.  There goes the blame alcohol excuse again.

"It didn’t matter that the teenager, now 20, testified he willingly participated in the sexual activity, and that he came from a broken, troubled home that probably contributed to him being alone late at night drinking with an adult 12 years older than him"

-ummmm, what a horrible statement.  If we are to believe the victim's testimony I would not go as far as say he "willingly participated", I would say the boy wanted out of there but he just didn't say no loud enough to stop Joey.  At no point in time did I hear anything that sounded like the boy wanted this.  What the hell does the broken home have to do with him being alone that night?  IT WAS A CHURCH CAMP!!!!!  It was the responsibly of the organizers to oversee the boys that night, not the parents.

"The Texas youth did not make an “outcry” about the sexual contact with Dauben until the summer of 2008, a year after it happened, when he told a friend, who told a pastor, who told the youth’s father."

-yeah but he did tell someone shortly after the event, and actually this is fairly common in most rape cases that the victim, especially a young boy who had a hard time understanding what happened,, would be scared to come forward.

"Another peculiar element of the saga emerged when I learned a sizable number of people had complained that the blogger unfairly and unjustly accused them of sexual assault and other crimes and improprieties.  A group of people went so far as to start a blog where they could support each other and vent their rage about Dauben’s outrageous reporting."

I and I alone started this blog and I have never been accused by Joey Dauben of anything, much less sexual assault   Can you get anything right David, I mean anything?

"When Dauben took the stand against his lawyer’s advice, the jury obviously saw a deeply troubled man who might be suffering from paranoid delusions and denial. He repeatedly broke down and cried on the stand. It was unclear whether Dauben’s mental problems began prior to the crime he committed six years ago or if they began later, slowly festering afterwards as fear enveloped him about the crime."

-Ahh, finally a sentence we can all agree with

"It’s hard to make sense of Dauben’s relentless, reckless pursuit of villains unless his fear about being discovered led him to it in an effort to divert suspicion from himself. In turn, the subjects of his reports and others in the community probably became fearful of him, leading to complaints to law enforcement authorities and the Ellis County charges. It became a vicious cycle that eventually ensnared Dauben."

-the first sentence is true, the second has no evidence to support that claim.

"Some of the last words Dauben said to me in the courtroom before the bailiff led him off in handcuffs were, “I’m going to take responsibility for this.”

-Joey has no idea what the world responsible means, so how can he take it?
