Pie In the Sky is The Special of The Day

So they finally give us a live link to the Nazi Convention, and we thank you for that endless entertainment.  We watched as Bill said the room was packed with hundreds of lemmings, the cam quickly scanned the room and there were 56 people at most.  Bill grabbed the mic like it was apple pie and wouldn't let go.

First, Bill channelled his inner Bush and said "mission accomplished  (I guess he finished his pie)  For hours he rambled on and on about himself, mentioning that he can't use his grandkids names (giving us a little hint to what this is all about, not only does the state of Georgia hate him, so does his family).  Then he sets up his own award.  He spent the $5 and got a President’s Volunteer Service Award made out to himself.  He made sure his lemmings spent a good long time engaged in hero worship as they clapped on and on at his fake award while he claimed that this was proof that Obama is looking into their claims.

Then Bill asked how many media and congressman and woman too, where in the room, of course no one was in attendance.  But he then went on to address them as if they were there pointing out that the media is the problem as well (for not listening to his whining) .  Bill said he was a multimillionaire but now doesn't have two nickels to his name.

Bill then called the capitol police and informed them that he won't adhere to their rules and bring their camera's even though they are prohibited from doing so.  Then he turns it over to his lemmings but makes sure to grab the mic and ramble back into himself at every opportunity.

Oh but Billy we can't believe them because they aren't true in most of the cases that you present.

    1. I'm not sure he purposely planned to find so many with highly questionable stories but I think it worked to his benefit in so many ways.

Let me correct that. He never planned nor vetted. But he sure has a knack for seeking out the most desperate. I think those are the easiest to con money out of.

Like Billy said earlier, ALL of his very wealthy friends would not help him. I presume those who are self-made intelligent figured out their buddy Billy was always on the 'take'. That story he told spoke volumes to me about what his REAL world feels about him.

    2. Well over a year ago Bill said on his radio show that some of his family had stopped speaking to him over his LA activities (I think it was his sister-in-law). Not long after that, he announced that his wife had gone to (I think TX) to stay with her sister because she was so frightened by the belief that the government was trying to have Bill "assassinated".

Oh, I researched this guy yesterday. His GF lost a toddler that isn't his, due to neglect. She has some sort of mental disorder because of a tumor surgery. They took the 2 babies she had with him. He wasn't considered for custody because they aren't married and he is diagnosed with NOS personality disorder.

CPS was following the state law. The higher court thinks the law needs to be revised. They aren't together any more, she lives with her parents.

Sorry ^^^^ that was incomplete: The babies were taken from the hospital under state law that allows predictive action. The mother, Karin Haseman is her name, neglected one child so that allowed the state to take custody of the next 2 babies under the assumption they would also be neglected.

Joey, the Civil War dad, refused to take parenting classes - another reason he wasn't considered for custody. He was allowed supervised visits, 2 hours per week until parental rights were terminated in 2008. The boys were either 1 & 2 or 2 & 3 at the time.

    2. Ok so the Duck Dynasty looking guy makes his story sound like the children were removed without cause, but there was cause based upon past history.

This is what is so irritating. If DCF didn't remove the children, and something terrible happened to them, then DCF would be blamed.
Then in this case they did take the kid(s) to protect them and they are still blamed. It's total insanity.

Yeah, when I saw his photo for the first time I thought Duck Dynasty too. But the Duck guys are better looking.

One reason why these people have me enthralled enough to research data is because of just that. If DFC/CPS acts, it's corruption. If DFC/CPS fails to act, it's corruption. It helps to know both sides of the story. I haven't found one ounce of corruption in any of the stories I've research. Just people that shouldn't have kids or people making false allegations.

    8. It's more than black and white than that. The common thread that they and others can't put their finger on is that CPS/DHS loves "conflicts". They do get incentives, some counties use them, some dont'. There are bad CPS workers (I've known a few) and there are justifiable cases when they help (sometimes too late).
When those two things are mixed up then they call it "corruption" when it's more like "collusion" or "cronyism", because CPS people are doing their jobs. They always ask if this is a "custody dispute" before they take any info from mother or father.

@ Roo: what you said makes more sense. There is collusion and/or cronyism in every job. I was taught that early in life - it's not what you know, it's who you know. But, people can and frequently do win out over the influence of those issues.

As regards asking if there is a custody dispute first, can't say I blame them. After being exposed to this stuff I believe I would have the same predisposition in a CPS job.

    13. It really seems like a banal question when it's actually posed to you in these situations. I believed my child when they told me of the abuse. I am not sure how many of you here personally have expericenced this nightmare but I will tell you my throat closed, my blood pressure dropped and I felt faint. I believed my child I didn't want to believe it was happening and what had happened at the age of 7.

I did what every mother (or father) in this country would do if they were told by their child about the other "parent" sexuallly abusing them. Now I know and everyone else here should know by now, women lie and men lie. These are the ones that have made my child's struggle harder.

So let me take you with me in the PTSD Machine of Bad Memories. When the CPS worker asked me, "are you going through a custody dispute?" I think back that maybe it was the shock on my face or loss of color that made her try to think for one moment that I was merely doing this for whatever reason and when I answered her HONESTLY that there was no "dispute" as things were already settled. It didn't matter at that point, rubber stamped as a "vengeful ex" and passed on by. Just doing their job. Try explaining that to your sobbing kid on why they have to go back to the guy who puts his finger in their butt. NOT PRETTY.

    14. See Roo, here is what I would say about that You are right, I haven't experienced that and cant understand what you really are going through. That also means I represent the vast majority of the population as well.

If you were to come from that incident and make the argument that CPS needs better checks and balances to the rulings they make, then I might be inclinded to agree with you. But if you come on here like a Lawless person saying we need to abandon CPS because they are part of a nation wide corrupt scheme....you lost me.

We have to have some from of CPS, that is a non-negotiable. We are also not going to be using taxpayer funds to put together a jury which isn't fool-proof either.

But CPS workers are in a tough situation and they are human, meaning they can and will make mistakes. If you were to argue that their needs to be a much better oversight of the decision they make because they directly affect the welfare of our children, then I could get behind that.

      Delete
    15. wow Ginger, thanks for saving me all that typing.

I might add, there is probably no way to guarantee that there will never be any corruption or screw ups or bad decisions in anything. Especially something that has a subjective component like CPS. I agree that no matter what there will always be cases that were not handled right. But I would rather have them save the vast number of children than not.

Seems we only hear about the screwed up cases where they did or did not act with the results we all want- safe children.

I feel for you Roo, and yeah in a limited sense I do understand your feelings. My child went through an exam after she came home from a visit and couldn't stop crying and saying Daddy no no...it turned out to be nothing but a traumatic event that she witnessed (him and his ex fighting violently in front of her). But I fully understand that initial fear reaction and the pain it involves.

I'm sorry, but there are too many cases I have knowledge of where CPS was not aggressive enough. I'm sorry your's was one of those. Saying a quick prayer for you and your's Roo

@ Gingersnap: Ditto. Except for one point.

What aggravates me is the assumption that if a person has a differing opinion from any of the 'rights' group advocates it is absolutely certain that person has not had any experience(s) with child abuse and custody cases. Or, must not have been subject to collusion or cronyism within the legal system or social services.

In pursuit of the cause, 'rights' group advocates immediately assume a difference of opinion from anybody outside the group is caused by a lack of understanding of the 'rights' groups concerns/issues or an individual situation. The difference is not a matter of opinion at all or a lack of understanding, it is a difference in aspect and approach.

Apparently, Andy has been helping Diane with her lawsuits. All I can say is that, I would not post anything about anyone unless I had concrete proof of something.

Of course, there is this cabal of rogue federal judges who do not like to be exposed for what they are; hence, they have to take him out no matter is required to do so. There reasoning is, get rid of him, and it will silence scores of innocent victims of the system who will have no where else to go. WATCH US LIVE ON FACEBOOK!

News Flash: A slimy, dishonest disbarred or suspended attorney (as I have been told) in Pennsylvania, Andy Ostrowski, has allegedly sued me and everyone in Lawless America because I wouldn't allow him to attend my private event. He works with a man I used to respect, Don Bailey. If Don filed the suit, you can add him to the scumbag list, as I see it.

      Delete
    5. Nothing in this message about the lawsuit makes sense. What does Bill mean when he says he has been "allegedly sued"? He either got a summons (meaning the suit is filed) or he didn't. What does he mean he's being sued along with "everyone in Lawless America"? Who would that include? Since when is there a cause of action for exclusion from a private event? Finally, why is he saying, "IF Don filed the suit"? If he has a summons the plaintiff's name is quite evident. The whole paragraph is senseless. The only thing I can imagine is that someone read and misunderstood that page on Don's site and thought it said they were suing Don. I don't think Bill would be at all bothered by a suit, because I'm sure he has no assets in his own name. That is why he so freely defames others...he's judgment proof. Btw, I am posting on the FB page as George Anderson (though I am a female). Confused yet?

For Bill Windsor, The Great Equivocator, the above is probably true but only to the extent he has transferred all his assets to his wife and/or to an array of holding companies so he can theoretically protect them from potential seizure after losing any future litigation (which we know is highly likely).

On the other hand, here we have an individual who claims he's exceptional and exemplary in every way, yet gets himself and his company embroiled in a civil action predicated on a verbal contract, then loses said action in a summary judgement and which costs him and his company in excess of one million dollars.

He owes the MOM and they want their money. I believe that whole incident ended with him appealing the court's order that she produce the records. Federal appellate courts usually take at least a year to rule on an appeal, so that bought him some time.

      Delete
    4. I thought his appeal was already denied. And wasn't this the case where he was charged for forgery? That he signed her name on something?

Does this woman even know what is going on?

      Delete
    5. He's filed so many appeals I can't keep them straight. I haven't checked out his legal proceedings for at least a year, so you are probably right that the appeal of the order to compel was denied.

I know the court accused him of forging the wife's name. I also know she did appear in court at one point, so she knows what's going on. He was having a big issue with the court, because the court said he couldn't represent his wife. All of this maneuvering simply helped him stall for time. He claimed his wife was extremely fragile from all the stress and tried to get continuances, I think, on that point. Maybe this also had something to do with her going off to stay with her sister...it delayed discovery? I'm not sure about these details.

If I had an event scheduled and only a handful showed up I would never show my face in D.C again.
Wow how he forgets more would have attended if he had not disrupted their uniting with whining and sabotage he was being harmed.

Half way through this afternoon's Donahue type show where Billy was supposed to walk through the crowd but chose instead to sit on his fatbutt.... he received a note. After that, he looked like he was going to blow.

Hmm wonder if that's what the note was about. lol

      Delete
    3. So Bill actually managed to get them to allow cameras in, when the normal policy is no cameras? I'd LOVE to know the details of that. If he did pull that off, you have to give him a tiny credit for that success!

    4. well there aren't any pictures posted yet, which he said he would put up last night. None of the faithful followers have posted any either, so it appears at this point, it was just another lie.

Oh, I'm sure he will have another conspiracy story about it, but as boastful as he is, I would think those pictures would have been posted immediately.

I just don't see how any of this got so far out of hand or how any of this is helping the what is suppose to bethe main focus for everyone and that is the innocent children who have been wronged, i have not watched any of Bills' live stream stuff or read all of these comments here either I just think if we all put as much effort into helping each other regain our children we wouldn't have time to worry about what other folks are doing that is why i for one left all these groups. Keep on fighting Loryn Rider you will get your beautiful daughter back.

    1. For someone who hasn't read any comments here, it's very bizarre you would mention Loryn's name? Sounds (un) believable.

If Loryn doesn't behave and play nice with the court system, she is going to lose what's remaining of her custody. She's read that here repeatedly and when that happens, she has zero right to yell and scream.

      Delete
    2. actually, she lost all custody. I meant visitation. Either way if she keeps going down the road she is, like every other mother who tried to thumb their nose at court orders, the courts will sanction her.

    3. Sorry, you've got the wrong page. We here, tell the truth. Windsor has no idea what that is. He is the one hurting innocent people with his lies.

There is NO group effort here to save the world, you are misguided in that thought. He is out for himself, and self recognition.

This page is about exposing LIARS. We didn't go to DC, but we sure enjoyed laughing at his DC failure.

Not really sure why you think this page is a group that needs to work it out with Pie Boy. We weren't a part of it to begin with.

How many of the mothers that have filmed w/him got the short end of the stick and many others that subsequently jumped his hate wagon. If it were not for this blog and the wonderful people here I wonder how many more would have fallen for his shit?
We're still getting attacked on a daily basis by him. Of course we've toned it down but we can't ignore him and sweep him under the carpet. I guarantee he's spent more time on US than we have on him. Now he's blaming his FAIL in DC on sabotage? BY WHOM? His own damn self that's who!

As to the 501(3)c issues, yes, we have the transcripts and mp3 clips of Talkshoe programs where Windsor solicits legit charities for his nefarious exploits.

Also, the 2011 history may be crucial to a civil RICO action against Windsor (they require at least two years of activity).

Arthur, we made a significant impact. I ran into two Congressional aides tonight, and they knew all about Lawless America's effort. It is fair to say that there likely isn't a member of Congress who does not know about Lawless America. We have absolutely accomplished our primary goal. I don't expect anyone in Congress to do much of anything about this, but if they do, it will be a huge bonus. We are asking for Congressional hearings. I don't believe these guys can risk it.
