Well, our favorite internet terrorist Joey Dauben has caught the White Blue Bird.. also known as the CHAIN BUS. He is no longer an inmate of the Navarro County Jail! Probably about now, he is getting his OFFENDER ORIENTATION HANDBOOK and is contemplating how his first few days, nights, weeks and months will be in THE BIG HOUSE.
Again, in all seriousness, justice was served but it still makes me sick to my stomach that Joey will be locked away like that for at least 20 years. Such a sad waste of a life that had so much potential.

Looks like he will never deviate his course of outing any and all people, mostly woman, whom he has decided to hate on. He is especially after any and all Petunias in his Nazi army, be they a pig or an alpaca. Joey could not take a plea agreement there were too many in the Internet world willing to crucify him for. Even I had talked to Joey after his bail release and was lied to all the way.

DeleteWhile indeed I agree that Joey did this to himself he should have drawn 10 years not 30. But we must agree with the jury decision in sentence and with the judge's acceptance of that decision.
I do not care what the future holds for Joey unless it is of course his complete redemption and returned to society. Maybe then we will truly see a real man in Joey.
Curtis, I wonder if it will sink in to Joey yet. He always struck me as the kind of guy that expects, nay, demands the world pay attention to how important he is . . . I suspect reality won't kick in until he loses his last appeal.
DeleteThat'll take a while -- he gets one to the gents in Waco, followed by a final appeal to teh Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin. After that, I suppose he could petition for cert from the USSC, but will almost certainly get little more than a pro forma denial.
That process could take upwards of five years. At that point, and only at that point, when Joey has no more appeals, will he begin to lose hope. Even so, if he finds other hobbies (like filing worthless vexacious lawsuits from prison), he might still be able to keep the bubble of unreality around his head.
It's sad, but true. Joey might get out of jail in 20-30 years and not have learned a damned thing other than getting caught breaking the law sucks (so, don't get caught).
@ Curtis: yep, you are right. I think the sentence reflects the Judge and Jury's reaction to Joey not taking responsibility for his behavior. I've had the same thought about similarity between Joey and Windsor. Windsor is what Joey would be all grown up, if he hadn't diddled the boy.

ReplyDeleteNinja: my mission is to bust the stories Bill is promoting as proof of corruption. I'm sorry if I came off too strongly again. The only reason I asked about false accusers was to determine if I'd missed one of Bill's "victims". I'm still looking for an actual case of corruption, a bad judicial decision does not qualify as corruption.
I am glad that there are groups and agencies to help women and children that need protection. If I win the lotto, I plan to donate heavily to a shelter for women/children. I also plan to buy spinning wheels for women in Afghanistan (that's whole other story). But, because there are missed opportunities and bad decisions made by several people along the way in those situations I am not sympathetic enough to support the cause, for either side. If I had to pick a side, it would be for equal parenting rights. Nothing I say will make anybody in your position happy and would start another war because I have a different opinion. So I'd rather not discuss it. Besides the fact this isn't an appropriate venue for those kinds of debates.
Again, I'm sorry. I greatly value your opinion and input on every other matter we've discussed.

Kidnapping of a child is the latest and no charges filed, judge refuses to refer for criminal charges. Law enforcement will not file charges. That is the latest in an 8 year history. New thread! Good morning all. So was Joey's big day yesterday or today? Justice has been served, he shouldn't have messed with the Rangers assuming he was smarter than them all. I think his ego and arrogance got the best of him but there's men out there serving under 20 years for rape+murder. The punishment doesn't fit the crime.

DeleteI have been very busy with real life issues since the day I realized that this lawless liar had no intention of honoring his agreement with me. I have been stopping by this blog when time permits though. And I LOVE IT!
I am not sure what makes one a "member" of AMPP, I have been a fan for two years and I have subscribed to the website and liked the FB page. If that is enough to qualify that it looks Like I am getting sued too! :)
Life and legal have my attorney and I focusing on more important things that the Lawless Liar, so I am not sure about this, but I believe there may have grounds for filing a few legal documents for the liar.
I am not at all familiar with this type of law, and just haven't had much time to research it, but I am eager to learn more about what others are filing and find out if I have good reason to.. You see, unlike the lawless liar, I have no desire to file anything unless it has real potential. Additionally, I have no intention of letting him or his mindless followers..(wait..is it even plural any more...is he down to one or none yet?? I haven't looked in a while so perhaps the proper word is follower (singular) by now). I've been laying low since I was banned (prior to DC, but after I told him, in front of witnesses, that I am not sure if I am a member of AMMP, but Claudine Dombrowski is one of my personal heroes. Finding her story online is something that changed the course of my life in a very real, positive, and meaningful way. Further, I told him that I don't know him from Adam, and I have a loyalty to her and her cause. realizing that sounded kind of bitchy, I said that I imagine that one day I will feel the same about him and his cause but I am one that believes that trust is earned, rather than given. He confirmed that he was perfectly fine with that. We went on to have a really nice conversation about AMMP, Mothers and Fathers rights groups. I sensed a bit of uneasiness in him, and told him that it is important that you know that if I had to give myself a title it would be and advocate for mothers and children invovled in custody disputes with an abusive man. He was fine with it. We had a few other ideological disagreements, but we both agreed that it would make for good debate. (some of that is para-phrased). Knowing what I know now of lawless liar, I find myself LMAO as I write this... can you imagine how angry that conversation must have made him?? Actually, it is a bit scary too.. he was able to very convincingly agree with what I said. I'm no psych Dr., but to be able to hide the rage he must have been feeling in that conversation so well that all that were present felt comfortable and relaxed...well, all but Billy of course, as I don't believe he is capable of feelings and empathy. I could be wrong. just sayin....

The old page with the 50k likes was deactivated to hide the likes and move to a "page" where people only see the likes of mutual friends. The recent recovery of the old page is just him deactivating it to get the pics off it. No fb intrusion. No government intrusion. Just him manipulating the likes issue.

I have been so busy with so many different Lawless America things that I have pushed my personal needs aside. I have had to take today to work on my personal matters for law enforcement and the courts.
As most of you know, I am the target of various threats, including death. I am also the target of massive libel, slander, and cyberstalking by women who appear to me to be pathological liars. I must gather all of the information that law enforcement and the courts require, so if you don't hear much from me for the next couple of days, that's what i will be doing.

DeleteSean, Windbag does not have a clue how the judicial system works. A few years ago he tried to get his local prosecutor to bring criminal charges against the judges that had denied all of his requests. The prosecutor told him there were no grounds to charge the judges.
DeleteA few misguided activists told Windsor he had the right to go straight to a grand jury and ask THEM to charge the criminals.
Till about 80 years ago, private citizens went straight to a grand jury with their criminal complaints. The law describing that procedure is still on the books in most states. Around 1930, most states went to the current system of having a District Attorney (or State's Attorney) decide whether to pursue a criminal charge or not.
If any of Willy's followers DO have a legitimate criminal complaint and they take it to the DA, in theory the DA will prosecute it. Windbag is directing people to ignore the DA and try to get to a GJ.
But even if these citizens are allowed to talk to the GJ, the DA is the one that is going to explain the law to that GJ. In the end, GJ or not, it is the DA's legal opinion that will control the outcome of the complaint. Willy got a great lesson in this during his own summer long, self destructive campaign to get to his GJ.

DeleteOf course if he really believed the movie would ever make it to theaters there would be a huge return on the donors' investments. I guess he has no intention of offering to return the investments themselves or any percentage of the profits.
Does anyone here have any proof that at one time Willy offered to provide all of the participants with a free copy of the DVD?

Bill plays semantic games. He has said he has not made one cent. Sure, he can claim to 'write off' everything he has gotten. That's not the point. If checks are made to Barb, then he simply says HE did not get any money. You need to really stop looking at the surface stuff. The point is, he has made money and he is lying.
He said all profits will go to his GRIP thing. NO ONE IN THE MOVIE IS BEING PAID. He never said these people would get a return either. He claims them as "Donations." Who gets returns on donations? In the link I posted he says the get their names listed as financers.

I did read where someone said that his hotel and gas were covered by others on that trip. Do you have reason to believe that is true, and that he has received donations on TOP of those expenses? Susan writes: People that finance a movie, usually get a financial interest in that movie. If Willy is going to refer to them as financiers, one would expect them to be repaid if the movie makes money. Of course none of this matters where LA is concerned because there will never be a movie and Willy knows that.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you found that link though. Willy did indeed promise specific consideration for participation in the film. He is in breach of contract and his releases are invalid.
The people that were filmed have a right to demand the DVDs they were promised or to revoke his right to use their video.
