I don't deny sexual abuse is probable with Allie's child. She is intent on keeping the focus on her husband (understandable to a degree). As hard as it can be to consider her son as a possibility, I have a suspicion the evidence & court documentation went that direction in this custodial fight.
Again Loryn Ryder, since you read here... Allie appears to be another example of a mother stating emphatically she will not play by the courts rules and orders. In turn, the courts can and will remove all her rights including visitation until Allie learns to comply and work with the system and yes, the father.

I actually works there are less foster children in the system and the less amount of children means the less money for the states. ReplyDeleteRegarding Allie. I didn't know much about her case until this morning. I watched her 31 minute new youtube clip describing her alleged sexual assault of her 3 yr old daughter in insanely graphic detail.
If you can get past Allie's body language and tell tale signs of deception of her constant lip smacking, lip pursing, and lip licking, (<< bing it ) what troubled me the most is WHAT I DIDN'T hear until 15 minutes into her story.

After months of her child having these alleged injuries to her body, she took her kid to the hospital once.
Her reaction to her daughters statements and then Allie claiming she would pull this child's pants down to see these injuries AND never ever heading straight to the ER right then and there. She even admits this went on for months without her doing anything. Even stating for weeks, she was online 'researching' for a play therapy psychologist and blaming CPS for stopping her ability to get her child help. What about all the months she didn't report this to anyone at all?
Further into her story, I think we get a glimpse of the potential real issue. She has a teenage/older son from another marriage. During her supervised visitation (she lost all her other rights to that point), the son was not allowed ever to see this little girl. As all responsible CPS agents and mandated people, doctors included, would not jump to the conclusion it must be the father and consider all possibilities.
She half-heartedly defends her son simply stating "my daughter never said brother, she said dad". I never hear her fully deny the possibility it could be her son. It leaves the rest of her story very questionable if you take it back to my original concern. For months she doesn't go to any doctor. Why? Did she fear something that she didn't want exposed and eventually knew the child would do that herself?

I am modifying my statement a bit. She seems to have called a cop (2 or 3 months later from child's original statements) who denied she called him and the next morning after more allegations from her daughter (not that night) she called the hotline.

Delete@ yappy: it disturbs me about any story of abuse when the first call is not to the police. In thinking what would I do: I would call the police on my way to the ER. Part of the problem with some of these stories is that they are in civil court. Sexual abuse is a crime; if there is a criminal case, custody is a no brainer.

@ NBTDT, the problem is that if the abuse is with a family member the majority of the time, the put you in family court, not criminal. That is the complaint of many people, in that they want it to go to criminal court.

@ Ninja: I am speaking of experience and cases in TX. I don't know about any other state. But, what you said doesn't make sense. If there is a report of abuse made to the police, they are compelled to investigate. It starts there, because sexual abuse of a child is a crime regardless of who did it. The only way it makes sense to me that a case such as familial abuse ends up in civil court is that there was no crime, no abuse - just allegations of abuse.
DeleteTo carry it one step further: it doesn't help credibility or validity of the accuser that a large volume of these type accusations are made during custody disputes or by a mother with an axe to grind when there is no proof of a crime.
I had a personal experience many years ago in which I left a civil court room feeling a decision was unjust because it appeared my attorney colluded with the adverse attorney. I did win 1/2 the judgement I was looking for but I felt my attorney did not represent 1/2 my case fairly. I did not have a personal axe to grind or a hidden agenda. But, I suspected at the time that the attorneys and the judge thought I did and I was confused by their perception. Rather than fight that perception and pay more fees, the issue was resolved privately, outside the court room.
I told you that to tell you this: After looking into these stories, what happened in my case makes perfect sense to me now. I can not fault the civil courts for their decisions, in my case or in any other. These women are publicly accusing men of horrible crimes but there is no proof.
Loryn Ryder, Maria Melinn, Deanna Kloostra, Allie, and many others feel that instead of going to CPS which they dislike they will save all the evidence (already tainted because of the time frame) and take it all to a hearing weeks or months later in Family court. It's a crime. They go to the police who investigate and then say it is not abuse. Then they get angry at the family court judge? Maybe protest the police department. The Judge can not put bias onto the father after they are cleared. In the Case of Melinn she too was charged with domestic Violence. even though it was dismissed what it tells me is that she is as much at fault as her ex. I also am wondering if Kloostra is practicing illegally law because giving out legal advice is and helping with forms is questionable. As for the PIEMAN I heard that the government is wanting to know about how he got his Obama award and are interested in retracting it and then checking into if it was a fraud.

DeleteI do know that in some states if you make a report or a mandated reporter makes a claim, the police and CPS or DCFS investigates. They make recommendations based upon numerous facts. In some cases I have seen, CPS tells the parent to file a restraining order against the other parent and modify visitations while the investigations are taking place. BAM you are now in Family Court.
The police do some kind of investigations but leave the majority of the case to the family court third parties to gather the reports. I know from first hand experience that not all evidence will be provided to the court by those third parties. Why? Because if they would bring in the evidence, the case would end, and their pay checks would stop.
I know, it sounds like B.S. but it's not. Police don't want to get involved in what is now a family dispute. CPS tells you they will remove the child for "failure to protect" if you don't follow their protection guidelines. You do it to protect the child, but then you are blamed for it by the third party minors counsel, who refused to get the CPS reports, and the Special investigators reports.
It is not cut and dry, and that is the problem. CPS, the police, and others need to get a new set of procedures in ANY case of child abuse. Treat them all the same. Strangers or Family. It takes the he said she said crap out of the middle. All abuse cases need to be heard in Criminal Court, not family court. My opinion.
@ Ninja: thank you kindly for your patient explanation. When I think back on it: CPS was on the periphery of my issue. After 1 visit with CPS, I decided not to go down that rabbit hole.
DeleteAlso, after retirement from a career in primary school counseling for kids from low income families, my mother decided to become a guardian ad litem. She lasted 4 months. She felt that neither the courts nor the parents were acting in the best interests of the child.
I don't doubt here are a lot of folks in a position to make a living in these situations. And there are going to be ethics issues, just like any other job. It's still free country, free enterprise and all that. Different strokes for different folks, I guess - I just see that there are ways to resolve some of these issues without feeding the beast. Can you imagine the stress Allie has put on her child, her other children and her ex and his family? Ms. Allie is neither intelligent or a great actress. I assume this is a learned behavior from someone close to her, and/or she has experience with this type of accusation prior to this time. A prosecutor would rip her to shreds with her "testimony". Obviously she has never faced a criminal charge, or thought about depositions or testifying in a court of law for criminal charges after putting this evidence of deceit out there for all to see. You should also watch Sharon Cole and Karen "LOLLIPOP" Ellis testimonies. All 3 of these women need to have criminal charges leveled against them for these allegations. They are a danger to society.
ReplyDeleteSome of us have called the police, when they refuse to file charges or when the state attorney's office refuses to follow through, what are we to do. I myself have reported every crime to law enforcement and nothing is done. Or I am told it is a civil matter. I could give a list of each crime along with the agency I contacted. This is over the last nine years. The child we share is nearing the teen years now and it is very difficult for this child. And as selfish as this may sound to some, it is not a walk in the park for me either.

The worst thing a parent can do is what Allie, etc are doing. Laughing at the court orders and stating they REFUSE to comply and will not respect anything the courts have ordered. The courts see that as the mother/father/ parent putting themselves far above their child's needs.
All that matter to the courts is the child whether you believe it or not, most have a good heart and try to do right. Some don't and some are corrupt but that is not the masses.
How about getting infuriated with the moms who ARE making false accusations? They are the ones that cause the greatest harm to the REAL cases.

DeleteThere's even judges proven to be paid off as well in custodial cases. They all belong in hell.
The rest of the people that belong right there with them are the false accusers. I've seen judges who were furious at false accusers only then to be so emotionally fired up, they are 'blind' to the next family appearing before them. It doesn't make them corrupt, it makes them human. One judge was so irate by a false accuser (who was a father) that he ordered the next family a judgement that was way out of line. The court clerk had to 'whisper' to him that he was reviewing and discussing the WRONG file in front of his face.
There's my anger. False accusers are as bad as abusers. There is no question courts get it wrong. None. Look below. I was sexually abused. My step father received 1 day in jail. Can you imagine how I felt as a child having a judge basically say, yup, he's guilty so his punishment is 1 day (4 hours) in jail. Next. smh
But heck, it motivated me to rise above it all and it made me who I am today.

In my son case, I called the police after I was told by the hospital, what My ex did! and the police got a Confession that day. It was DCF that would not give the second MRI to the police as per state and Federal law. I beg everyone to turn it over before it went to trial or he took a deal. He ended going to jail for half the crime because of DCF, it was so bad, what they did, my son lawyer in the DCF case ask his best friend to work with me pro bono and I won all my appeals.

Connie has a following and most of those women appear have legit claims, believe in her cause to some degree even though she has failed at every step in every way.
The most dangerous part about other women following Connie's lead is the fact she has nothing left to lose because she has no rights to her child. She somehow convinces other moms who still have visitation to destroy their own cases and lives by using the same method she did. When they do and they end up in jail or lose custody, I have little sympathy for them. Nothing worse than following those who have lost in court. (LEMMINGS take note - re: Billy's 100% failures).
Until the remainder of women out there gather together & their outrage equals both FR's groups and false accusing mothers, that part of the system will not be repaired. The pendulum has swung too far. As in everything in our lives on all scales, we need to find that balance.
I am VERY sorry to hear about your son. Is he ok? Healed? Thank goodness you won all your appeals. At least you're an example how the courts can work. The hardest part is they are slower than a turtle. When you have to spend years fighting for your baby, that baby grows up before you've finished the fight. wrong wrong wrong

@yappy I 100 agree with you, and I was sexual assaulted to as a child.... people in Ct know my case because of the priest that was made a cardinal in NYC, and there was out cry because he knew of a Deacon and a Priest In Bridgeport Ct, that molested children back in the late 70’s and early 80’s and help to cover it up.

DeleteOh I do believe me. As far as my child I shield a lot of this out. Child is subjected to grilling and bullying from father. So am I for that matter. He has gone to my job and stated negative things about me to coworkers. He refuses to pay support for our child, but will party every day drinking beer sitting by a fire. CPS reports? There are close to 30 of them over the last 8 years against me, three against him. None of the ones against me were substantiated, two against him were. I could go on but if i speak about specifics, then he could possibly find it. I went to Bill thinking this is a last ditch effort. I saw others in this movement filming with him that i respect. I have not complied with some but only when I have also simultaneously taken other steps (such as filing abuse reports, seeking restraining orders, etc). I just don't blatantly ignore court orders, as much as I fear for the child's safety while with the dad.
Many times I wish I could just run, but I don't because i know that is the quickest way to never see this child again. Child needs to be away from dad. If you read half of the documentation that i have you would agree as well. You would wonder how on earth tis man is not in jail already. There is something in play below the surface in his county which keeps me from keeping both the child and myself safe, but I have no idea what that is. I would love to know so i can counteract it. I work full time and fighting an unemployed deranged drunk lunatic is two full time jobs. I just don't have that kind of energy anymore.

DeleteListen, the best you can do now that your baby is a teen or close to it... is be there for her as much as possible. Don't buy into the notion that she will be a permanent victim all her life OR will suffer all her life. I was sexually abused by my step father but it doesn't define me. It certainly motivates me and I'm a 'wear my heart on my sleeve kinda gal' but it doesn't haunt me or my thoughts. It was a bad thing that happened long ago.
So my best advice is to keep telling your child she will get through all this heartache and pain. There is light at the end of the tunnel and there are good people out there in the world that will love her and treat her right.

@yappy, I do try. I am human. And I am keeping my child's gender off the internet for protection. I agree with the ideal that a child finds a spouse like mom/dad. It is very difficult when he pulls some of the stunts he pulls because as a parent you want to make sure your child knows it is wrong/against the law/etc, but on the other hand you don't want that parent who is doing these things to say you are alienating the child. Then you have the pros involved like guardian ad items, therapists etc who think that if a child knows things it means you are alienating when all it actually is, the child sees these things. Rock/hard place. I know that the percentage of cases out there like this are miniscule, but why should my child and I suffer because this stuff is hard to believe? Then you get those false accusers and the vexatious litigators and it messes up an already overloaded system.

The story about that originated because Teri stated on her group that before we called sexual contact between two children molestation, we called it expirementation. That comment was not about her son, it was about another woman's stepson and her biological daughter. Teri went off the deep end. This all took place in her single parents group on yahoo. I do not like Teri, she does not like me, but I will only put out there what I have knowledge about. She was angry at her son's girlfriend because she filed a case for support. Knowing Teri and her temper, I can only assume baby mama and Teri had words (which Teri has admitted to on the internet), and baby mama decided to remove Teri. Who can honestly blame her. The custody situation with teri's grandchild only has one side on the internet and that is teri's side. Baby mama is quiet regarding Teri, teri's son and baby. Teri has blasted baby mama for being too skinny while pregnant, for how she cares for her own child, and more. Teri IMO, is a nosy mom and grandma who has too much time on her hands.

In Canada, well the province I'm from (unsure about the rest), everyone is entitled to a free lawyer at all times in the family court system if they submit their financial information. No one goes without representation unless they specifically choose to do it alone. It doesn't seem to be the case down here in so many states. Awful

My own mom helped me with that. She was drawn to men that were broken and she thought she could fix them. Her heart was bigger than common sense.
Then when your child still screws up as an adult, be there for them when they need advice on how to help them get out of tough situations. But sometimes they need to fall in order to learn how to stand on their own.

@Ginger Snap: For the record, I didn't harass anyone, and I didn't call Beverly. I visited with her about two months ago in person and was very nice to her. Later, JKT's office manager called me and told me that his boss was barely able to turn on a computer. All of the communication was pleasant. Also, I did not talk to Bill Windsor or otherwise correspond with him. Someone from Lawless America contacted me, inquiring about Brannon and you. I told them that Brannon was harmless and that they had nothing to fear from him. I advised Brannon about that communication. I told the Lawless America representative that Joey Dauben thought you were JKT of Garland but that I had been unable to prove that connection. I told them that in my opinion if the IP address indeed traced back to that location Ginger Snap was either an employee or relative of JKT. I made the comment I did last night because I was curious as to how you might react to the name Kenny. But in the end, it just doesn't matter anymore. The story is over for me. The investigator said Windsor believed that Joey Dauben from jail had been directing Ginger Snap and GS was pulling Brannon's strings. I assured them that Joey Dauben had far bigger problems to worry about than LA, that GS was his biggest critic, not a follower, that Brannon was harmless and I doubted anyone involved was capable of violence, although that I understood how Yappy's big vile mouth might lead someone to think so. I have not been lurking on this site,otherwise I probably already would have known that GS was linking me to Windsor, which is ridiculous. I have no interest in all of that and had no idea that I was being blamed for that now as well. I had forgotten about the conversation with LA. The conversation took place before the trial to the best of my recollection. The reason for my visit to Garland was to see if I could verify the information. I could not, and so I have never reported that. And I told the LA representative that the information had not been verified, although it is easily found on the Internet. JKT, his mother, and his office manager is aware the information is on the Internet also. It makes me wonder why they don't get it taken down. I know I sure wouldn't want to be identified as the author of a blog like this, especially with trashy Yappy here on a daily basis. And Yappy, I never blamed the victim for being raped. But it only makes common sense that he should not have been out roaming around at that hour drinking, and it was his father's responsibility to make sure he wasn't being placed in harm's way. This was a crime of opportunity. A lot of things had to happen for the situation to be ripe. MAYBE if the one thing that didn't happen, like dad didn't get drunk and pass out, the rest wouldn't have happened. Personally, there are 2 situations where I would NEVER drink 1) if I'm responsible for someone else's life and 2) if I'm going to handle a horse.
Before any body yells at me, consider that the dad took the alcohol in the first place - he meant to drink it, which means he wasn't paying attention to what was going on his son's world.

Here's my 'but'. Long ago, there was a little 4 yr old boy in Vancouver, BC who went missing in 1991. Michael Dunahee.
His parents took him and his older sibling (I believe 6 yrs old) to a playground adjacent to a parking lot and along side the field his parents were playing baseball, probably even having a couple of beer on that hot sunny day.
Like my sister and I have done many times, we played adult softball and ALL of us parents would allow our little munchkins to go to the playground while we did the same. We all collectively kept our eyes on them. Did we 100% of the time? No, doubtful. Probably 95%
Someone kidnapped Michael and he was never found. Same thing could have happened to my sister or my kids or any other parent playing softball. But it's the choice the predator made, not the parents. We cannot shelter our children from all dangers as my sarcasm post earlier pokes at.

DeleteNow, as to the incident, no one is saying that leaving a 14 year old to drink late at night with strangers is a good situation to be in. Sure, none of them are going to win parents of the year, plus there is the side discussion as to what kind of a church is this that would have the pastor engaging in the activity. So granted all of that was a bad recipe.
My problem is that Webb compared it to a drunk driver that loses control of his vehicle. NO, not the same. When you are drunk your senses are dulled and your thinking is impaired, you can't operate a vehicle properly. But you DONT rape children UNLESS that urge was already with you deep down. I don't care how drunk someone is, yes they may do stupid things like urinate in public, slur their speech or even knock things down. It does not make them want to rape children...again UNLESS that urge was already inside them. Joey had that urge, the situations of that night help facilitate the end result, but the point of the whole thing is the URGE, the desire to engage in such an act. That is what Webb wants to avoid as he focuses on the alcohol and bad parenting and the true lesson from that night is missed.

DeleteHaving a beer on a hot day in a park where there is a reasonable expectation of safety is way different than drinking with a group of people you don't know well, then going to sleep without knowing what your kid is doing and/or with whom.
My support of that statement is based on my experience and perspective as a parent. Teens can get into a whole lot more trouble than a younger child. I never took my eyes off a 15 year old in the company of adults or peers I didn't know well, under any circumstance. At parties for families that included alcohol, I did not drink and I never took my eyes off a 15 year old in the company of adults I did know well or ones I knew well that were drinking. I never would have allowed my 15 year old to get in a boat or a car with an adult I didn't know or one I did know that had been drinking.
It's always the fault of the predator - that's why Joey is in jail and dad is not. And, the alcohol didn't cause Joey do it. I'm not blaming the dad or saying he let it happen. Just saying under different circumstances - like taking the alcohol out of the equation, this is something that may have been prevented.
All the Joey business aside, dad set a bad example in drinking to excess - by law of nature a 15 year old has greater autonomy than a younger child. If a bunch of adults are sitting around a camp fire getting drunk in front of a bunch of teens, what is the expectation of behavior for the teens?

When my ex & I exchanged custody we had conversations ranging from snotty noses to homework. We disagreed often, but health issues, school stuff & behavior of our kids was our first concern & we talked about our kids a lot.

ReplyDeleteFirst, the judge will not read these letters, but will see this as an attempt to sway the court. You can bet that these letters will be over the top with anger, threats and demands. I would doubt there will be more than 1 that is even civil. That's just not how the lemmings roll.
This will blow up and Allie will be the loser. I'm not even going to bother watching that video. The judge might if it is really mentioned in the filings against Allie. At this point, everything being said about the cause for this action is coming from Allie, and well I just don't trust her judgement.

DeleteAccording to Yappy Ass, none of the information I have on her is correct so I guess it doesn't matter if I print it. I understand her name in Nancy Myrna Moses and that she lives in the South Houston area (ie. not a cool place to live). I have both a cell phone number for her and a land line number that both have the area code 281. Again, none of this information is correct according to her. Also, she admits using the name of Melanie White, but she points that she is lying when she uses that name. However, one interesting note is that she said her real name was mentioned below on this blog. And she did sign one nasty message to me as Nancy. The other part of her story is that she is Canadian and somehow managed to convince U.S. Immigration officials she wasn't a threat. I can only assume her husband, who is supposed to be a Canadian military officer, kept his hand over her mouth during their entry into the U.S. Any conversation from her would have blown it for sure.

There are several companies that gather your identity information, either from public sources, or via scraping information on the internet, creating identity profiles of people.
Web sties like mmnumber.com, amazeline.com, spokeo.com, whycall.me, phoneaddressdirectory.com, reversenumber.com, reversenumberdatabase.com, lookupmonkey.com, findnamebycellphonenumber.com, mobilecellowner.com, unknowncalls.com, calleridtracer.com, phonenumberauthority.com, phonery.com, mobilecellowner.info, mobilelookups.info, unknowncalls.com, calleridtracer.com, ssn-search-online.com, ssn-lookup-pad.com, ssnlookup123.com, credit-report-ssn.com, usa-ssn-info.com, usa-ssn-data.com, willow.com, trulia.com, realtor.com, valueappeal.com, homes.com, and others advertize access to this information to anyone via google search.
Some companies charge a monthly fee for this service, some ask you to contribute your information in exchange, some will let you pay to remove the information. Regardless of the revenue model, it is easy and likely that someone can learn enough from the web to hijack your identity.

How was this made?
To start, the Author legally obtained access to 78 million real contacts, with permission to publish the data in this way. The contact information was then scrambled, and filtered against listed names to avoid any coincidences with real people.
A customized set of programs designed to work with the high volume of data was created. Current database technology is too general purpose, and too slow to handle such a large volume of information. Even with these fast advances, it took 20 months in order to process the data.

What is this?
This is actually a list of 250 million people, indexed by the WRONG address, name, phone, and SSN.
This data is ficticious. Any resemblance to an actual person, living or dead is purely coincidence.
Could this information be used for Fraud?
I don't think so. Although all the information looks realistic, the association between the name, address, phone number, and other information is completely bogus.
What about the access logs?
The access logs are being retained in compliance with US law. However, because of the sensitive nature of the logs, they are encrypted via "Gnu Privacy Guard" prior to being recorded, and the private key is not on any computer connected to the internet. Because of this, the log data is very safe from any website attackers.
