Critical Day 3 of Failure in DC is Over, Mission Accomplished

Wow what a day.  At least 60 lemmings were ordered to move up front and cram in around Bill so they could fill up half of of the 135 occupancy room at the Crown Plaza in Arlington Va.  After spending all morning distributing their packets and CD to trash cans all across the Nation's Capitol, they came back in for the "Phil Donahue style" show.  One of the participants was the infamous Rik Little who Bill said was banned from Lawless America for his violent anti-female sentiments.

The Liar in Chief called the meeting to order, and after looking over all the pies he had eaten and the new personal information forms and waivers he now had on his lemmings, he triumphantly proclaimed "Mission Accomplished".  Even though there was not even one Somebody in the spacious 135 occupancy room, Bill decided to address them anyway notifying them that they are the problem.  He was then, apparently, served some pie he doesn't like....a lawsuit against him and his minions.

The hero worship then commenced as Bill put on some military fatigues on a homeless man and had him come in and present Bill with a Presidential Service award.  You know, the same one anyone can buy for $4.75 a piece.  He almost sent Mary B and Paula into cardiac arrest when he also mentioned that he may be in the running for the publisher's clearing house grand prize.  And if that wasn't enough, he said that he just received an email from a rich exiled Nigerian banker who wants to invest his $10 million in assets into the Lawless America account, he just needed a lemming to send him their personal bank information to make the transfer.

Today, the remaining 15 of them plan to march on the Washington Post en masse to demand that the editor-in-chief give them an audience.  Once this fails, they will all head back home having failed in every single category.  But thats not going to stop Billy as he plans to start working on his next solution, bringing criminal charges against everyone.  As he promised yesterday  he will never stop filming (code from scamming), so until someone stops him (and no i'm not calling for violence), many future victims await this Liar in Chief.

    2. you can do a free one, that you can I think only get like 5 or 6 live callers, or you can do $39 and get Includes:

      First month is free
2 Hour Show per Day, 50 live callers, Advanced Radio Studio, Prime-time Scheduling, Host with Skype, Upload/Edit/Replace Shows, Unlimited Uploads, and Priority Support

    3. I wish they had something in between the two. I don't want, or want anyone else, to actually spend some real money on it but we would probably need more than 5 listeners.

      Delete
    4. I think there may be able to be more, but I think it's just that there can be only 5 Live callers, I think you can have up to 12 or so on the line total, and then one hangs up another comes on

    5. Ok I went to read. 30 min show allows for 5 continual callers at one time (free option), once one hangs up the next can call in.

The 2 hour option allows for 50 continuous callers, etc at $39 BUT they do allow 1 free 2 hour trial with this package. So we could sign up for this option.

How many people would want to call in?

    6. sorry, Brannon is correct, i read it wrong. They allow for 1 month free trial NOT 1 free 2 hour show. i will go read the fine print.

This scumbag and Pie Boy violated a restraining order by trying to film at the location that the dogs were being held at. There is not LA video for Chilinski posted. My bet, is because he was found guilty and sentenced to 30 years (25 suspended). Bill probably dropped him like a hot rock, just like Joey.

The story sticks out in my mind because it was the same day he stopped by the house, and I had a couple calls from Law enforcement looking for him over this story on the same day. He had tried to file his BS warrants against a couple people, I have friends in LE, its a large, but small state. It was a laugh for everyone generally.

Do you know the point of the filming? Corruption because Mike wasn't allowed to have a puppy mill he couldn't take care of? Corruption because Mike is in trouble for growing pot? Or, was Mike up to something else?

    7. I think it had to do with the dogs mostly. The pot charges came after. Chalinsky was under a restraining order to not go near where the dogs were being cared for. Hes a class A#1 assrag... The dogs BTW were just released a couple weeks ago for adoption and went all over the country..

The irony in that is that those dogs are popular in LE for drug sniffing.

Yeah, 30 years even with 25 suspended is stiff for animal abuse. There are probably details of the horror not published, for which I'm grateful. But, that's OK - I have thoughts and words for him I can't publish.

Hi everyone! I am back from Washington, D.C. and the CT Lawless America contingency were able to hand deliver the testimonies to every Congressman and 2 Senators. We probably now have warrants out for our arrest because it appears that it is illegal to hand deliver any thing in writing to your representatives. It was disheartening being in DC and seeing the massive army of government employees getting paid on borrowed money my children and grandchildren and I will have to be enslaved to paying back as 3/4 of our income pays these clowns, we are still not sure to do what or if Our trip to Washington will be affective. The system is so truly broken that massive immediate changes must be made and there are NO legislatures who are willing to lose the votes of the minority to save the majority. My assessment after being in Washington: Wer'e screwed. Yes, and The Home Foreclosure? The State of CT will do everything illegal and submit perjured statements to the court and when I complain to the judge and ask again to be put in mediation= with no reason the judge sides with CHFA and orders my home to be sold even though I have equity and argued without the Judge taking any judicial notice to what I say once again rules in favor of the attorney and tells me 'i'm sorry you feel that way' when I say that the judicial code of conduct has been broke in all of the 4 State of CT vs. Me in 2 years, and has no idea how a person can sequester a Grand Jury in CT.! HOw is that for justice! The CHFA attorney is allowed to lie and submit perjered statements to the court, just like the police did on all 3 arrests, and I get no help what soever. Welcome Home? I don't even know where home is anymore!.

His followers failed to understand that Congress does not hold hearings for every disgruntled citizen. He never had any way to get to anyone that mattered. He took them all there on a wild goose chase. There is no point in offering your testimony when no one in a position to help you has indicated an interest in hearing it. I guess they all just took Windsor at his word as to what he could do in DC.

As of January 22, 2013, Mr. Windsor has not communicated further with the

Because it appears that the Plaintiffs have so far sought to collect the

At the present time, these coercive, but non-punitive, sanctions for Mr.
Windsor’s civil contempt should be adequate to ensure compliance with his

When it his written out from the court like this, there is no disputing the angry, over grown bully on the play ground who didn't get his way, that IS the Pie Man.

Bill when you wake up from your over exhaustion can you explain to all of us if any progress was made in D.C.?

There are some pessimistic people in here complaining that out of all of the Congressman and Senators that not one of them bothered to show up to hear any speeches. And then, "What was that about the Washington Post"? They ran to the phone like a bunch of spineless wimps and called the cops on you? Sickening!

    11. Windsor is not going to jail yet, lol. The plaintiff's have not pursued the usual means to collect the judgment. The judge can't throw Windsor in jail until the other party had done everything they can to collect. These efforts include putting leans on his real estate (a very legal procedure, which will be added to Windsor's sanctions). Another and frankly much more compelling tactic is to attach Windsor's personal property and sell it to pay off the debt.

Having read the order, my guess is that the note he recd. during his speech yesterday, was news that law enforcement was at his house going through the entire properly inventorying items that will be auctioned off.

      Delete
    12. I will also say that I have no reason to believe there is a single untrue statement in this order, but I don't think his refusal to pay a judgment says anything one way or another about his character. It is only natural for people to refuse to pay a judgment if they believe it is unlawful.

I believe, that Windsor really believes, the law was on his side in his case and that the court's found otherwise because they are corrupt. He may very well be right. I'm not going to review the entire case to find out and I don't think anyone else has ever done so. I think people that stand up to corrupt courts are heroes!

Windsor's belief that his court was corrupt is the whole reason for his two-year rampage. Windsor has a lot of faults, lol but I can't fault anyone for fighting what they truly believe was an injustice.

      Delete
    13. Please excuse misspellings and typos above, I'm multi-tasking here and you have no edit feature.

How much does anyone here want to bet that Windsor's pays that judgment immediately? I'm guessing he will, because he is not going to have his personal possessions sold off!

@ Susan: you said " I don't think his refusal to pay a judgment says anything one way or another about his character"

I'll give you that - there are plenty of other things that speak volumes of Bill's character, including the basis for this suit and other activities by Alcatraz Media.

I do take exception to your last paragraph. Bill only thinks the courts are corrupt because he lost. Just like the lemmings he's going to put in his movie.

      Delete
    15. Of course Bill believes he is right, he is a narcissist. I have read SEVERAL HUNDRED PAGES of the court documents. No, I haven't read Bills documents that he flooded the courts with. One of his documents was over 500 pages long. He tries to say everything was lies, but there is well established documentation regarding what Alcatraz was doing with pricing. Also, I've read Bill's emails back and forth with them. Those emails are pretty damning. He basically says they will be paying him by the end of it.

Bill Windsor behaved immaturely. He wasted court resources. He tried to FORCE a company to do business with him. Who does that? If the arrangement isn't amicable, go your separate ways. He was allowed to sell the tickets they had previously purchased. He should have sold that at a small profit and moved on. Instead he wasted HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in attorney fees for the other side. And, we the tax payers are forced to pay for all the costs incurred by the courts to simply deal with all his filings. It's not right. Bill is acting like a whiny. If in fact his son doesn't talk to him any more, I can see why.

      Delete
    16. He claims the courts took his money. They did not. HE DID by being so stubborn and vindictive.

      Delete
    17. And I don't like the idea that just because you lost in court that the solution is to blow up the system just because you believe you are wrong.

      Delete
    18. I'm not going to review the entire case to find out and I don't think anyone else has ever done so.

Excuse me! Do you even know there are over 100 of Windsor's fillings online at justia.com? Do you know there are hundreds of documents online at scribd.com? Finally, have you read the Windsor thread on quatloos.com? With all due respect, the assumptive errors in your post eats into your efficacy.

      Delete
    19. Susan, in that I have read Bill's pleadings on this case, including his attempt to be heard by the US Supreme Court, I have to disagree about the courts being corrupt in Bill's case.

Bill lost, and refused to accept it, and became a vexatious litigant because he disagrees with the ruling against him. Disagreeing with a ruling does not mean it is wrong or in any way corrupt.

Bill expected to become a very rich man by gaining that Maid of the Mist contract. He didn't get it, and went well, a bit crazy.

If you read up on Bill's history, and his court cases, you will find how much of a sore loser he is. And if you want more proof, look at how he treats anyone who disagrees with him or upsets him.

I also doubt Bill will be smart enough to pay up.

      Delete
    20. LMAO- okay Susan, there are apparently quite a few of us that have researched Bill to the point of reading court documents surrounding this and other cases Bill has brought to the courts.

Looks like we all replied at once to correct your assumptions about the reality of others reviewing the case. Oddly enough, much of the documentation Bill posts about these court cases online on his own site(not the FB page but the lawlessamerica.com) will lead you to the same conclusion. He thinks it supports his position that these are corrupt rulings. What it really shows is how warped his perception is. Read those filings with an open mind, and then get back to us about Bill.

My favorite is the one to the US Supreme Court where he says "Bill Windsor is always right'

    21. Oh when I said I hadn't read Bill's documents. I meant his 500 pages of evidence. I've read the pleadings too.

Susan, we are curious people. We want the full story. Besides, all of the filings for this case are waaaay entertaining.

Bill isn't going to pay. I don't see it happening. He will go down with the ship.

I thought there was a lein on some of his property? I've looked at the Atlanta area property and I didn't see it, but I was really more looking to see who was on the deed and if they were paying property tax. FYI, property tax rates are SIGNIFICANTLY lower in GA than TX. Lucky dog.

@ Sluggo: Ditto. Now that I've thought about it, that comment was assumptive and border-line offensive. We didn't just jump to a conclusion re: Bill's character. Several of us waded through those docs when Bill first came to our attention.

    23. I know what you mean NBTDT...we don't go half way. It's like me reading all of Mary B.s rants. And all of the legal pleadings I could find on Bill. LOL, and that was when I first heard about him back when Connie first met him and mentioned him or he posted to her page (not sure which).

We really do our homework here. Even if Susan doesn't want to.

    24. And I agree with Oreader , they will make you laugh literally out loud and for a long time. Bill does legal filings that include using the fact he is a grandfather as his professional qualifications.

Thing is, as concerned as he is about grandparents rights and based on his comment about not saying their names or he would be in trouble - I think Bill may also have some issues I haven't read up on. I can say I don't plan on going there either.

      Delete
    25. IMHO Bill may own two properties that have a certain value that the court is looking at. But the actuality that Bill has not mortgaged them to the hilt is slim to none. Theoretically they are most likely worthless. The one property was vacant so there aren't things to auction off. Unless he put everything of value into a storage and put it all back after the pictures were posted.

He is a con man. He more than likely has placed anything of value into other people's names, just for the appearance of being broke. No man who is broke can travel two times across the U.S.

He had the option to respond to the court, and they gave him ample time. He failed to do so, which is his problem.

He does not like to be told what to do, and he doesn't like to follow the laws (or rules), that the rest of the world has to adhere to. Thus, his hatred of the Judicial system as a whole, the Government, and everyone out here in the free world that post negative (in his mind) comments.

He can write his little articles in his words, with his spin, and never thinks twice about if it's legal, truthful, or honest. This is Bill's world, and we just live in it. (in his head)

Everything that has happened since has been a baseless collateral attack against a judgment he consented to

    30. Whoa, the 15 posts directly above this, all seem to be reacting to a misunderstanding about what I was trying to say in this paragraph:

"I believe, that Windsor really believes, the law was on his side in his case and that the courts found otherwise because they are corrupt. He may very well be right. I'm not going to review the entire case to find out and I don't think anyone else has ever done so. I think people that stand up to corrupt courts are heroes!"

The majority of the comments seem focused on correcting a statement I did not intend to make. To clarify:

Where I said above that I didn't THINK anyone else had read the entire case, I was not as you all seem to believe, implying that people here don’t know what they are talking about. At least I that wasn't my intention. I was merely saying I thought it would be so unpleasant to read the entire case, reviewing evidence included, I can’t imagine anyone would do so. If in fact some here have read the entire case, my imagination was wrong. It happens. With annoying frequency.
To respond to some of the specific comments:
I’ve read many of the documents in Windsor’s cases.
I know all of the documents are on line.
Since I haven’t read the entire case, I have no opinion about whether the case was properly resolved.
I always allow for the possibility of corruption in the court.
I have read everything on line about the sweetheart deal that MOM enjoyed in Canada for decades, along with an expose of its corrupt dealings on this side of the river. Windsor tried to bully some extremely powerful, well-connected people.
I'd be surprised if they did not have some influence on the court, which does not mean the outcome was necessarily wrong.
I detest Windsor. But I still give him credit if I think it is due and I remain objective about each new tidbit I read. I believe, he believes he was wronged. I don’t condemn him for pursuing what he believed was a just cause. He is too stupid to read the law and I think all of his filings were made in good faith. I think the judicial system could save a lot of money if it took a different approach with litigants like Windsor.

O’Reader, you may be right about this, “Bill isn't going to pay. I don't see it happening. He will go down with the ship.” It will be fun to watch.

Oceans, you wrote, “we really do our homework here. Even if Susan doesn't want to.” I do my homework if I need to reach a conclusion about something. I was not interested in reaching a conclusion about Windsor’s case. I read enough to understand the dispute and that was adequate for my purposes.

I barely take anyone at their word for anything and I found out quickly that Windsor can never be trusted to tell the truth.

I take exception to the statement that “Bill only thinks the courts are corrupt because he lost.” I’m sure we can all agree we don’t know what goes on in the man’s mind.

I’ve never heard of Quataloos, I’ll read that thread ASAP.

Oceans you are preaching to the choir, I have been following this clown for over two years. As I said, I detest him. You wrote, “Oddly enough, much of the documentation Bill posts about these court cases online on his own site(not the FB page but the lawlessamerica.com) will lead you to the same conclusion. He thinks it supports his position that these are corrupt rulings. What it really shows is how warped his perception is.” Hence my argument above, that he was acting in good faith addressing the situation as he saw it.

Anon, I am aware that Windsor voluntarily settled the case and later tried to reopen it.

    MEET ME IN DC -- 2-7-2013 - 3:00 PM

I fell asleep at the wheel in bumper-to-bumper traffic in a construction area on I-95. Fortunately, I was stopped. After maybe eight hours sleep in the last three days, I only made it an hour outside of DC headed for home. I'm in a motel, and I'm going to go to sleep.

This is consistent with what I experienced over 25 years in the trade show and conference business. I run on adrenalin all week and then "crash."

We went to The Washington Post, bit we were denied entrance. They called the police, and three or four police cars and three motorcycle policemen all showed up. They were very nice,
