After his massive Failure in DC, The Liar in Chief is making his lonely sad trip back to his empty home in Georgia. Only a hand full of Nobodies even came and they couldn't get the attention of even one Somebody. Well I take that back, they did finally get someone from the DOJ to look him up and they got to read all about it on this blog, so we thank you and your lemmings for that.
Once Bill walks into his empty, lonely home later on today, the reality of his situation is going to start to set in. First, he and Lawless are being sued by a guy in Pennsylvania. Whether or not the suit has merits, Billy has to be feeling like a 1.2 gpa student going in to a big exam, the thought of heading back in to a courtroom for Bill would probably keep him up at night. It never goes well in there, and now he is thrown back in it.
But thats just the start of his problems. This is an except from the judgement against him from his old Maid of the Mist lawsuit:

Every morning when he wakes up, another $500 flies out of his pocket. My guess is he will ignore this ruling as he has all the others, but the next step for them is to start working towards his incarceration. He knows his time limited, so I expect him to only ramp up his vitriolic attacks on any and everyone. Much like Joey before his impending arrest, I expect Bill to try and make some bold and probably criminal moves against the Federal Governemnt as he tries a pre-emptive strike before daddy takes the t-bird away.
BTW, we are now over 40,000 fake followers for Lawless. Thank you lemmings for you generous donations... the money has been spent wisely as we now have a large following on FB in the middle east.

The $2 million in property value might be messy. First we saw the Wells Fargo first lien on one or both of the houses. Then, as OReader has been researching, it has a long shandy history but to sum it up it looks like Billy tried to artificially raise the value of those houses in order to sell them.

It can be proven through the title records on the properties IF Windsor pulled money out of the homes, after being sued. My personal belief is that Windsor used the court appeal process as a time biding situation so he could transfer any and all assets pertaining to the homes or any business' into secret holdings. He used the homes as a distraction to his other assets.

Those $2M in real estate assets anyone can view, which is really probably only worth about $1.2M, have most likely been tapped out (as in 2nd and 3rd liens) and the money they got from that has been laundered through accounts Barbara owns and then spent on the back side.

This is not a conjecture on my part; I have the physical evidence which will easily prevail in any court of law.

DeleteWindsor is not barred from filing all lawsuits. I am pretty sure he is not allow to file anything related to his past suits, and he may have to move for leave to file a new suit on some other topic. In other words, he may have to ask a judge if he can file the suit before he files it.
DeleteIf someone defames him he certainly can sue them. Since he has no aptitude for the law, and any court in his country would be biased against him based on his history, he wouldn't win no matter how much merit there was to the case. But he could put the defendant through quite a bit of aggravation and cost before the court can justify dismissal.
When LA implodes, I fully expect to see him try to sue an individual with deep pockets. He has always wanted to be a lawyer. He believes he is competent to practice law. He is not going to walk away from that field after almost 8 years of experience.
Unless he gets serious about politics. Maybe he will try to run for some office for real.

I have suspected from day one that Windsor had political aspirations. When the earliest group of fools wanted to start a group dedicated to JUDICIAL reform, we were all adamant that we didn't want ANY political activity in the group.
DeleteAs we began to discuss a name for the group, the only one with any idea was Windsor and he suggested Government Reform and Integrity Plan. The name itself is not very good but we liked the idea of GRIP, and since no one else had any ideas at all, lol, we agreed to the name. He then posted an article, claiming the group had agreed to the name Government Reform and Integrity PLATFORM. To me, a platform signals a political interest. I'd never have voted for it with that word in it. But he obviously knew that, so he lied about what he was using for the last word. It was becoming clear that Windsor could not be trusted, and that his goals were very different than that of the others there at the time.
Quite a few capable people offered to get together and help him establish and run Lawless America. We thought it was critical to set up a strong foundation, with some checks and balances, before establishing the group itself. We wanted to agree on our mission, the structure and the operating plan for the group. And frankly, just because Windsor had started a web site that brought some like minded people together, did not necessarily we wanted him as a leader.
Windsor was working his ass off and getting nowhere fast, but it was clear there would be no co-founders or other type of administrators for the group. The group was to be a dictatorship, plain and simple. There would be one almighty leader, that would be Windsor, appointed by Windsor, and everyone else would be a voiceless minion. He had shown by then that he had a serious dearth of leadership skills and and no thinking person would have been willing to blindly follow him. But it was his site so It was his way or the highway and everyone chose the highway.
He never did gain a following of any kind via his site. Fifteen months after starting the site, he started his movie road trip. The followers he has now have latched on to him because he is promising to bring their particular cases to light. Such people would be much more likely to accept his dictatorship. It's his movie and of course he is going to handle it any way he wants. They believe HE is doing them a huge favor and if he asks for a little support they are happy to provide that.
But I don't know that any of those folks have signed on to become minions in an activist/political group. Are any of them interested in working to make things better for OTHER PEOPLE? Are they interested in working on any project that does not directly involve their personal stories? I guess we'll see.
Returning to my original point, lol, I am not at all surprised to see Windsor hopes to start his very own political party. smh I wonder if thinks the country should be run by a dictator?

Had anyone really read his proposals for reform, I doubt anyone would have joined in. They are self serving.
Windsor will not be able to run for office due to his vexatious history. Had he not have sued some very powerful people, and had not posted he had the constitution voided in a "landmark decision", or said the Government put a hit out on him, he would have had a slim chance to run for something. Not now, and not ever. You have to have an impeccable history, with some kind of legal knowledge. Being a grandpa doesn't count, nor does filing frivolous lawsuits without merit.
He has stated that he wants the Revolutionary Party to be the controlling party of the United States, and he is the head of the party so yeah, he wants to be dictator.

I can see that Windsor offers some hope to people that really have no hope. Of course they are going to latch on to him. I suppose it's the same reason people that have exhausted all scientific medical remedies turn to faith healers.
Just keep a few things in mind:
Windsor's background is in marketing and he is very good at it. He is free to lie and mislead people on his site without legal consequence. He knows how to get attention, how to package what he's selling, how to trick people into thinking he is much bigger than he really is.
He actually registered as a candidate for the house of representatives, which anyone over 25 can do, but the average citizen doesn't know that. Now his credentials include the statement that he was a candidate for the house of representatives. Next week he'll get himself ordained via the net and he'll add "Ordained Minister" to his credentials. I can't believe he hasn't done it yet. The list of his misleading claims goes on and on.
His rather broad definition of "honesty" is only one problem. I could talk about his lack of leadership skills all day, lol, but I won't. There are bits and pieces of those stories all over this site.
Is this someone you want to FOLLOW? And you must FOLLOW him, because no one walks WITH him. He is the almighty and the rest of you are his minions.
If you can overlook all of these things and you can believe that in spite of his past there will be someone in power that listens to him, I wish you the best of luck with your endeavor.

I was approached in DC about our need for an RV so we can have filming going on out on the road at all times. I received an email from the gentleman asking for the specifications and indicating he wants to get started. VERY EXCITING!
Bill Windsor My ideas on the specifications: Class A diesel. Only need to sleep four max. Prefer a floorplan with two bathrooms. Lightly used is okay as long as there were no smokers. We will want to paint it or wrap it black. We will work inside, so table/desk areas are important to us. Prefer one that does not require a truck license to operate. Need a hitch/rig to tow the Jeep. Need a generator that won't make a racket as we will film both inside and out. Need large underneath storage for gear. We will want to modify the layout of "master bedroom" area to make it a permanent work area with a small bed.
And how do you think the maintenance and fuel costs will get paid for? Do you have any idea how much these RVs cost to operate?
It will save him and the hot babes all those motel fees though, so they may come out ahead.

I have never been a victim, but one thing I am sure of is if I ever am one..the last thing I would do is go on the net and broadcast that to everyone. But that's just me. I fully realize that some people will agree with me, some wont and most never asked me what I thought in the first place, I'm cool with that.
This blog is never going to cure cancer, we are not going to take our country back (whatever that means), and we are not going to bring about world peace (sorry Mary B). We do hope to save a few people from continuing on in the scam that is Lawless America, but most importantly we are going to laugh or asses off at liars and frauds like Bill Windsor. If that's not your cup of tea, then stick to the crusading sites. But if you want to take you pack off, lean back in your chair and grab a drink and laugh at stupid people...then this is the place to be.
