So Bill and his lemmings spend money they don't even have to descend on our nation's capitol to blame our government for everything wrong in their lives. This is the big event of the year for them, they spend all this time money and effort trying to get those in authority to take notice of them. Of course only about 60 lemmings even came and not one official came to their little pity party.
Well, it worked. Someone in the Department of Justice binged that sh!t and typed in "Lawless American goes to dc" and they are taken to this site to learn all about this movement. So way to go Bill and company, all your hard work finally got you noticed, its just on here that they learn about ya.

DeleteI'm sure in the past few years Windsor has caused quite a few judges to be concerned. It's not what he says on here that is scary. It's knowing what he has invested in this effort and the fact that none of it can possibly yield any results. What will happen when Windsor has to face that fact? Will he finally admit defeat and resume his normal life? It doesn't seem likely.

I'd like to think if the DOJ came here, they could find such a thing. I know most of the LA story and it still took me HOURS to go through this blog and find the nuggets of information that help me understand why this site exists. yeah I think if you had a outline that showed his original court case with Maid of the Mist, how he lost and then went on to earn his Vexatious Litigant status, then starts this LA and Revolution Party where he claims to have voided the constitution. List his 74 or whatever legislative amendments and I think everyone would have a pretty good picture of who and why.

News Flash: A slimy, dishonest disbarred or suspended attorney (as I have been told) in Pennsylvania, Andy Ostrowski, has allegedly sued me and everyone in Lawless America because I wouldn't allow him to attend my private event. He works with a man I used to respect, Don Bailey. If Don filed the suit, you can add him to the scumbag list, as I see it.
I think the part about suing everyone in Lawless was his attempt to anger the masses. If this person did serve him, he more than likely named Lawless America which is William M Windsor (or his lovely missing wife Barbara) not actually every person involved. He is such a drama king.

I can't imagine what there is out there that precedes MOM but I don't think all of Windsor's activities in the court's are worth reporting. Very few readers have enough legal knowledge to read and understand those motions, orders, etc. All they would know is that Windsor has a lot of experience in court, which might make them think he knows something about law. It would just confuse most people. I think you can begin with a simple summary of the number of people he has sued (in some suits he named 50 defendants), how many appeals he has filed, and the very extreme measure taken by the courts of finding him a vexatious litigant. That much gives people some perspective when he is claiming he has litigation experience.
DeleteIf I were new to Windsor and thinking about associating with LA, what would scare me off is his history of alienating people. It is clear and convincing evidence that the man is not leadership material. No group can be successful with a leader that actually goes out of his way to create enemies. He is the most self destructive individual I've ever seen. He steam rolls his way over one person after another apparently oblivious to the concept of paybacks. The worst of it is that his enemies can't pay him back without hurting LA in the process. Thus, his followers are saddled with the great weight of problems that Windsor alone caused.
I wonder what kind of reception LA would have gotten in DC if their leader had been someone with credibility. It was like they showed up in DC with Charlie Sheen as their leader. The first impression, and the only one that matters, would have been negative. We'll never know if the same group led by someone with credibility would have been treated any better, but I think we can be pretty sure Windsor's name was a liability.
smh, it's just sickening to see so many people putting their eggs in Windsor's hopeless basket.
@ Susan: at the risk of sounding snarky - nobody has to read a lot to find out everything they NEED to know Bill. People that have a gut feeling or curiosity and want to know the truth can find out about Bill (and his whole life history, if they want) the same way we did. I don't feel in any way responsible for anybody's education, lack of education, lack of research skills or choice in "leader". LA's success or failure is irrelevant to me, expect for entertainment in a 'geeze whiz, look at that' kind of way.
DeleteIt's not necessary to understand all of the court docs. It is probably necessary to understand the term vexatious litigant. I suspect that people that do not understand or have the patience to read the docs are the very people that think the courts are corrupt and Bill came to save them. Posting Bill's history isn't going to help anybody that doesn't want to know the truth nor will it improve understanding about court docs and legal terms.
We've shared information for like minded and interested people, with supporting links/docs, as our curiosity dictates, Bill gives us the ammunition or we run across something interesting, i.e. buying FB followers from other parts of the world, details of his last road trip and liars that he has filmed. Once you find out someone is a liar and a scam artist, what else do you NEED to know?
Besides all that and aside from the fact that we are painfully honest/truthful, taking information on a blog as 'gospel' about any subject is exactly the behavior we criticize in Bill's Lemmings.
I'm not quite sure I get your point. I just thought it would be helpful to gather all of the information you have here and put it in one easy to locate place. I was not suggesting that you are responsible for relaying the information to anyone else.
