Yesterday, the Pie Baby decided that someone at the DC trip was a plant from this blog. So Bitler asked whom he should purge and when a guy was fingered for the hit, Mary B tried to defend him. Well that was it for her as Billy has been itching to cut her loose for months now. She was cast off the island and given the standard "Cease and Desist".
Mary, as we have been following on here, was just a woman looking for some help in this crazy world. She thought Bill was whom he said he was. While Bill kept ignoring her and running around trying to track down the "hater of the day", Mary quietly waited for him and Lawless to get back on track towards their stated mission. This made Bill grow impatient with Mary. I noticed at the live broadcast in DC, before Bill started his 3 hour look at me show, when Mary went up to the camera to talk about her case Bill said "oh don't let Mary get going, she will never stop". It was sort of a joke, but Billy really meant it. He tolerated Mary, but she had real issues and wanted real help which meant that she would become an outcast of his at some point.
Now, after casting out Mary and several others, he has come back with this:

Yeah thats right, all you lemmings are worthless. You won't even help me track down the Ginger Snap. Even though people like Mary had volunteered profusely to try and help out, Bill never gave them any specific tasks. He asked for help, but would never accept it. As we can now see, the only reason he ever asked for help was so he could blame his followers for his own failures, and thats exactly what he is doing now. He is going down in flames, he keeps trying to buy more "likes" on his facebook page but he can't get more than 40 real likes on any of his posts. At this point, there really isn't much left to purge, but that doesn't seem to stop him.
Everything you said Ginger, is spot on. How many times did we see the minions posting comments about emailing him and they never got a reply?

One woman, I think a grandmother had asked him several months ago about being taped. Just recently she asked again, and Allie cat made a rude insensitive reply brushing her off.
One of Pie Man's standard replies was "be patient folks, I have over a million (or some bloated number) emails here". A non reply to the masses. How many times has he said his emails or his data base was hacked?
He is turning into the excuse King. And you are right, he will blame them all for the failures, just as we have said for a long time.
Replies to pie mans "Help" post just prove the points further that they all know he never replies and always blames.

When I was trying to work with William M. Windsor two years ago, I tried and tried to tell him that you don’t open a restaurant when the only staff you have is the hostess. Others tried to tell him too.
DeleteWe wanted to set up an infrastructure so that when the “customers” came, we had a menu, cooks, waiters, a billing system, etc. In other words, you have to be prepared to SERVE the people when they come there offering to help you.
But before you can create an infrastructure, you have to decide how the operation will be governed. Windbag did not want to have that conversation with us because he always intended it to be a dictatorship. He refused to acknowledge that we needed to create foundation we could build on. I guess he thought he was the only foundation needed.
Even an otherwise good leader is doomed to fail if he doesn't do the prep. Windsor, had no experience at all with volunteers, internet groups, government or the judicial system and he has no aptitude for any of those subjects. If he has a single leadership skill he has kept it well hidden.
I used to tell him not to worry about the "death threats", because the government had no need to waste a bullet on him. Anyone could see from the beginning that he was doomed to fail. I’m sure the powers that be never saw him as anything other than the self destructive idiot he is.
I think he knows he is finished. He’s going to throw in the towel, citing lack of support from his followers. His will paint himself as the ultimate martyr.

One does not build an organization by trying to find 3,300 lower level supervisors. One begins, as I've told you repeatedly, by organizing a small group of administrators, each of whom takes on a specific area of responsibility. Each of those individuals then creates her own sub-group of managers, and so on until one day you have your 3,300 county reps.
But here's your problem Windbag. That first group of people will not agree to do your bidding unless they have some ownership in the project. Some RIGHTS in return for their labor. They will want a say in the direction of the group, how it is going to be managed, how decisions will be made, etc. And then their own sub-groups of volunteers will expect a similar list of assurances before they commit.

The majority of the regulars here have done the homework - we know all about Bill, his past and why this mission will ultimately fail. The failure of LA was predicted right here, a long time ago. Our research started as soon as Bill was brought to our attention by team Joey, which I recall was about the time the road trip started.

I often gather information for them from PMA, AMPP, MOLC, and AFRA so those mothers can learn and further associate with those group when they are able to have internet access (and some need computer knowledge). These mothers are in a high poverty area in Appalachia. Is there a way to know how these groups stand with this lawless movement? I realize individuals within a group may go willy nilly but I do not want to give these mothers lawless america info under the name of another group. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah at this point I'm not sure who really is still "with" Lawless as in they are actively working with them, but the main key is to make sure that these mothers' personal information never finds its way to Billy. AMPP and LA have been at war for a few months now.
DeleteThanks. We provide information and service to them where and when we are able. We want to connect them with the other groups as our services are limited and due to VAWA funding issues our services may diminish quite a bit. We do not encourage memberships in any of these groups but want the mothers to know where to get the information and what type. The family groups seem to assist more when Child protective services are involved in certain types of cases, but for the most part the mother's groups. Most of our info comes from AMPP as PMA costs money to join and as a group we can't send them a batch of court documents for approval to get in, but we do use Lundy's books. Some of the mothers would like to get involved as a type of therapy, which we also encourage. The next meeting I am hoping to at least to attempt to explain the Lawless issues and show which groups are safe, as well as the damage that can be done by a visual alliance to any group on the internet. Mothers are totally underground in their search for information and each other. The internet is a great resource to gather information, unfortunately it is also a great source of predators of all varieties. If the various groups read here I am hoping they will put up a status on their stand, so the mothers can make informed choices. I am sure other groups are having the same issues. Several DV shelters have asked us which group to recommend and currently we are saying to just use our information and not associate with any groups.

I would tell any women that does not want their personal story used against them, PLEASE do not work with Bill Windsor
One suggestion I'd make is for some of these women to seek out the battered women's shelters in their area, even those that aren't victims of traditional physical or mental abuse. I can't speak for all of these homes, but I have worked with the Genesis Shelter in Dallas. They have numerous resources as well as groups and classes that could offer women assistance even if they aren't in need of a roof over their head. And speaking of therapy, if they are in a position later on where they can volunteer, that would be a very good and rewarding way to move past their own experiences.
DeleteI'm glad there are groups out there seeking to help these women navigate the web. There are a lot of groups that are disorganized and/or angry. It's important to know what type of information/services/support can be utilized in each. When you already feel you've lost everything, it's really easy to get revictimized. That's what we are seeing with Windsor's group. Many of the people involved with his group have been through so much that they are so desperate for a solution that they don't see all the red flags.
Hi, this is a different anonymous but one who assists with that group from time to time. This group came into existence after one of the battered mothers met Claudine at some conference in NY. The shelters here are set to offer temporary shelter for up to 30 days. When and if funding is available there is limited funding for shelter for up to 18 months. Our moms have access to Legal Aid services here. We have not seen corruption in our court system in our area but hear stories about other counties in KY and we know it is there. Last year the big thing was the judges would tell the moms if they are scared of abuse they need to go into a shelter and stay there! If they leave the shelter they would have to share custody. The mothers agreed and then learned AFTER the fact that the shelter would only keep them for 30 days. Thanks to the awareness this group has brought that problem has stopped. That issue was a matter of educating the judge on the services the shelter offers. Once mom's leave the shelter there are weekly meetings they attend and this group is an offshoot of that. The issues of battered mothers are more complicated than others because of the children...I mean as a general whole group. (each person's experiences are completely unique and I don't mean to minimize anyones) Without the internet and the information that gets copied for them, we are limited to library books and there are not very many. If our moms do get on the internet they are limited to an hour at the public library, so there is not much time for them to get involved in any of the groups. I am glad to know the group leader is paying this much attention to the issue! Thanks for all your input, as far as I know none of our moms has heard of Lawless yet. I have given the group leader my take on these groups, but it is really hard to "vette" the groups as there is no BBB for bad online group experiences. DeleteI'm glad that there are groups like yours out there trying to help women find the right resources. I know there are many, but it seems like they are scattered and probably very hard to find from the position many of these women are in e.g. limited library books, limited internet access, etc.
If you have questions for us, or feel there are things that we need to be aware of/educated on, feel free to speak up some more.
I suggest the follow keep you case information private. Discussing your child and your personal case I. The Internet is nothing but trouble. Your asking for public comment and all. Here is the deal if people are abused the police need to investigate and putting photos and testimony on the Internet is witness tampering in my opinion. That is what these online groups do. Lots of complaining to online people and no complaining to police and of prosecutors who are elected officials.

Many probably stayed up for nights writing and thinking about their (my) delivery of a speech which I thought would be direct, instead, We were ushered in after hours and there is a good reason why 'nobody' was there.
I guess it is because a 'nobody' named Bill Windsor is trying to make a whole bunch of other people 'nobodies' too! With His name and glory attached to them all!

Utah we need 5 judges - most would be corrupt. That is why we are pushing for our new state auditor to investigate, first, federal funds that come into HHS then into DCFS, GAL, judges, etc. That will open it up. Also Utah citizens are demanding an immediate and independent forensic audit on the current scandal -- money trail between AG John Swallow, former AG Mark Shurtleff, Jeremey Johnson and Rawle's check city businesses.
See most of these people in lawless are parental rights activists that feel that there is a conspiracy whereas there are a few things happening which Include some new world order grooming of children for a new army. They believe without reading actual statistics that the adoption incentive award from HHS is the reason for so many kids being taken. They mis quote how it works. Then the blame the fatherhood incentive for judges ruling in favore of dads saying the judges get paid. They call child support extortion saying judges get funds for putting in affordable child support out there (most of these people are in poverty). They support the VAWA. I am surprised they are not still hiding from the passed over asteroid. Seriously these people till grab onto anything
DeleteWilliam M. Windsor spent several months in 2011 attempting to bring charges in front of a grand jury in Georgia. The prosecutor eventually set up a kangaroo grand jury.

This little pretend hearing didn't satisfy Windbag, but he exhausted every possible avenue of recourse and the door was consistently slammed in his face.
There is an entire movement of people that believe they can call "citizen grand juries". Most states have a very old statute still on the books, that permit any citizen to call a grand jury. The movement is attempting to enforce those statutes. It's not going to happen, but these people, including Windsor, cannot be convinced.
It may not happen in any legal arena, however their efforts are creating plenty of BS victims. the majority of them around here also consider themselves soverigns, and only believe in common law. Ive had them try to "arrest" me twice for commiting a "forceable Felony".

Bill failed miserably in DC as expected. Large in part (no pun intended) because he did not plan plan plan. Even our great MaryB confirmed what we all could see... there was about 60 in attendance. (not 1700 like Billy proclaimed on his stinkyshoe show the week prior to DC trip).

I am not an attorney, but an attorney is not necessary to understand criminal laws as we are all expected to know them. There is also no requirement of a attorney for a citizen to bring criminal charges.
Windsor spent MONTHS trying to get to his own grand jury. He completely failed. Now he is going to encourage all these others to endure the same frustrating experience. He is trying to enforce a law that became obsolete over fifty years ago. Although it is still on the books, it simply does not apply anymore.

If they listen to Windsor, they too will be rewarded with their picture posted all over the courthouse to help all security know what they look like. And God help them if they ever have to appear in any case in that courthouse in the future. As someone who learned of LA only last fall, I have been following this so called "movement". I've known of this blog since December, thanks to Bill's vitriolic ousting of Claudia, Loren, et al. ReplyDeleteOriginally I thought LA was a good idea IF it could be pulled off. Then I saw the videos being produced and thought it didn't look like it would work. Then I saw the calls for volunteers and donations and knew it wasn't designed to work.
The good that came out of LA: Chy and her boy's have gotten national recognition; Irene Holms and her husband now have some local parents aiding them; possibly Mary Ann Lubas has gotten more attention to her sons plight; lot's of us who never would have connected otherwise have "met" (I have personally spoken with MaryB and others from LA).
The bad: None of Bill's targets deserved what he did, and caused to be done, to them. For those he hasn't targeted yet (as I paint a bullseye on my back), he is preying on desperate souls and I find that unconscionable.
A little info on Allie: I know for a fact that the December oustings and the way they happened greatly disturbed her. She struggled with staying or going. Obviously she decided to stay. I know it was because she thought DC could be so important and she couldn't figure out if the attacks started with Bill or not. She'll either see the light soon, or Bill will target her too.
What I can't figure out: Why is Bill doing this? Could his donations be so large that it's worth all the time, effort, and travel???

DeleteOne of the main reasons we keep jumping up and down trying to become the main object of Bill's anger is to deflect it from some of these other people. We are immune to him in every possible way. It would be like a toddler trying to run down a cat, ain't happening.
But when he throws out these hit pieces especially on some of these mothers, he really is causing major harm to them. Allie may (that might be a good nickname for her) struggle with what is happening over there, but until she walks away she is an accomplice.
I think Bill is doing this for notoriety and attention. He is narcissistic and egotistical. His ego is what drives him. Not just money. It doesn't matter about the money. He wouldn't be able to keep any of it, if it was an amount to speak of.

I don't know if his Grand Jury escapades are still on LA, but he succeeded in getting a "pretend hearing". And he is the one that said so. He reported that after harassing everyone at the courthouse to death, the prosecutor finally agreed to let him speak to the GJ. But he said the minute he started to speak, the jury started asking him hostile questions. So he knew they had been prepped for his presentation. Of course the average citizen just loves the prosecutor or judge that is their "host" and they always do EXACTLY what that host projects.
So, he got his claims in front of a GJ. The GJ immediately rejected all of them and THAT is what he accomplished in that chapter of his saga.
This is what I am irritated about. He isn't completely honest, and he plays semantics games.

ReplyDeleteWindsor's main "valid criminal complaint" was that the judges committed perjury. He may as well have claimed he saw a judge kill a bug and therefore he wanted him indicted for murder.
His legal theory as to why the judge/s committed perjury had no merit at all. Nor did any of his other criminal charges.

ReplyDeleteThe Lawless thing is very heavy and you've lightened it up and help me sort out my regrets. I now know why I couldn't quite get on board with LA but I also have guilt for those I referred. I was stunned when Bill pulled his crap. I had connections to two groups of his volunteers he turned on.
One of the moms was searching high and low for help and her voice to be heard. She donated $5k to Bill because she believed (I didn't feel right trying to stop her). She has been through hell. She wants to do something to help children in the future to not go through what she and her family went through. Her daughter was illegally removed from her home for 4 years and she was jailed at one point when the child ran away from her captor and I believe she is still paying a fraudulent child support order. She just wanted to feel heard.
He took her money and basically kicked her in the teeth yet again. She is a very good person.
Watching AMPP and this blog stand firm in your position, gave these moms a place to see "it's not them" and know someone who isn't so wounded sees through this guy and doesn't feel he's so "important". That helps so much! Thank you on behalf of all the moms and people who were blinded by their vulnerability only to gimp along wondering what the hell happened?....this time?.....

This debate has been on-going since before 2008, when voters turned down a tax for $15 million to fund expansion. Instead the city has decided to throwing in with the county facility and will spend $4 million to expand the facility, which will not increase city taxes.
LA's story, filmed in September 2102, is about Marcia Eskine and the corruption of Spokanimal (link to her 'testimony' is below). Marcia says she wanted to give up some strays, the shelter asked for $35 per animal, which Marcia could not afford, so she kept all the critters. There is no time line reference, but at some point after Marcia tried to give up some animals, the city seized all of Marcia's animals (about 50 cats/dogs). She now owes Spokanimal $8k for care of her animals, which is increasing by $20 per day for care. Bill says Marcia loves animals so much strays just "magically appear".
The other side of the story: you probably guessed it, Marcia is a hoarder. In February 2012, she was charged with 9 counts of animal neglect and the animals were seized. Apparently, the city was been dealing with Marcia and her issues for 30 years. The most recent complaint to the city originated with a woman whose dog appeared to have been taken without permission by Marcia - the rightful owner found the dog in Marcia's possession and pressed charges against Marcia.
