I got a special issue of the Ellis County Press in my mail today. I say its special because I don't subscribe to it, but it looks like Joey's old employer Charlie Hatfield decided to mail out the Joey Dauben conviction issue to everyone in the entire county. I guess you could say he gets the last laugh.
Tomorrow, we will finalize the cliffhanger that is Joey Dauben. The Judge will decide to either stack Joey's 3 ten year sentences, or if they will run concurrently. He will be eligible for parole after serving 50% of his term, but virtually all sex offenders must serve 80% of their term before the parole board grants it. So, Joey will learn tomorrow if he will serve a minimum of 8 or 24 years in State prison. Daddy Dauben is still linking all the updates to the many Lawless America witch hunts. Like Presley, he doesn't even know who's team he is on, or what game everyone is playing.
Ya, Daddy Dauben never really did get denounced from the Pie Mans Dallas adventure page. So he could be confused if he and pie daddy are still cool.

But, it's too late now, he already validated his association with JOEY with his 'I am a Pedophile video' which said he is also a pedophile lover.
While he publically posted names of others who were outed from his group, NOTHING separated JOEY from the PIE MAN. Interesting hu?

ReplyDeleteRE: Bill - I thought he was very smooth on Talkshoe last night. He really should have been a politician or a lawyer. Well, maybe not - I prefer politicians and lawyers that are more honest. Anyway, he did a pretty good job of separating Joey's conspiracy claims from the sexual assault conviction - making it sound like one thing had nothing to do with the other. That works for people that don't know any better or want to know any better, and the Lemmings don't. The fact that we know the truth about Joey and Bill's involvement with Joey has no impact on Bill's agenda.
poor Joey... 6 comments on his new thread. Thought I'd type something to increase his ratings on gingers blog scale. He was taken into custody right? Is my brain foggy or doesn't he also have a birthday coming up..... maybe we should send him pie - but that just might confuse the dude.
ReplyDeleteAny guesses on what the judge will do? Does anyone know his (judge) track record regarding this? or generally how does the State of Texas handle sexual assault on a child?
ReplyDeleteThe judge will weigh various factors. Joey's a first time offender, committed a nonviolent crime, and is unlikely to do well in prison; that will work in Joey's favor. Working against Joey will be the nature of the crime, his apparent lack of remorse for the action (as opposed to the conviction), and his other conviction for criminal violations in Ellis County.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to tell what will happen. My money is that the Judge sets the sentences to run concurrently, but that's nothing more than a SWAG.
Anyone know what time the sentencing hearing takes place?
The hearing is scheduled for Friday morning at 9 AM!!!
