Bill seems to be out of ideas on how to fight. He temporarily gets his facebook page suspended (I bet that will happen again) and he runs to the police for help. Yes that's right, the current authorities are the ones Bill is counting on to bail him out of this mess he finds himself in. I wonder what they think about a man who's goal is to seize the entire country by force, use a tribunal court to throw all those in authority into jail and install himself as Supreme Chancellor of the Nation.
Battle Updates
Lawless America is using their secret service operatives to spy on and purge any and all members that have even been rumored to be with AMPP. McCarthyism 2.0. The purged members are striking back and emailing everyone what Bill is doing to them and then those recipients have to choose, do they go on to the LA FB page and state their allegiance, or do they cut and run?
The American Mothers Political Party is working on putting together a class action lawsuit aimed at the Pie Man with many of those that he filmed. The old Joey Dauben rule might come in effect on this as I don't think the Pie Man has many assets to share (he ate them all).
Connie is pissed off, and she, Loryn and Pressley are not going down without a fight as well. Will be interesting to see how they strike back against their former messiah.
I must admit that your website has recently become a source of much interest and amusement on my part. I had never heard of Bill Windsor and Lawless America before you started writing about him.

ReplyDeleteBill has quite a history of pie eating his way across America, and a big helping of shady dealings to boot. You should read some of his legal briefs. Especially those to the US Supreme Court where he threatens them. And he wonders why he is a vexatious litigant and can't be heard in the Georgia courts LOL.
Within the Lawless group we have all types and varieties of certified crazy(diagnosed) as well as those who are just exaggerating the circumstances of cases they lost in court. Somewhere in there may be people who actually have legitimate grievances and problems involving corrupt judges, lawyers and others. You also have outright liars in there that Billy boy chose to support without any vetting at all.
But mostly what you have is people who wanted a platform to air their case, and believed in Billy when he promised he could right the world for them. Bill promised a movie that would be seen even at the Sundance Film Festival, and available on Netflix, and shown across the country in theaters. He promised to make them all movie stars. LOL, you have to wonder how they thought this would work. 1,400 + hours of rambling videos and complaints are supposed to be condensed into a movie by April of this year.
I liken it all to cat herding, complete with the cat fights and alley cats. It makes no sense to me why they all believed in his grandiose delusions of overthrowing the current judicial system and politicians. They should have read up on Billy's history before they put all their hopes in his hands.
It should be interesting watching them all panic when they realize his Facebook has been suspended. But then, they love a conspiracy theory, so it may just excite them.

This is the same Dr. Roeder that was involved with the Jaycee Dugard case for the state of California. I am convinced that if our moms could have actually stayed awake through this video they would not have followed him. My favorite point is publishing all court cases. If your 3 year old daughter is raped do you want her name and yours published in public documents? Does it sound right to you to be able to look up VICTIMS court records? Men will do this to see if women are pure. Bill is choosing the options that help the men in court who have been harmed. Women have pushed hard for court watch as another option IMO.
No AMPP I agree with you on this. NO ONE should have the right to look up children who were being abused. BUT some of your mothers LOVE to put their childrens names and faces up AND link their kids online to the word pedophile or child molesters. Its ABUSIVE and exploitive. What I find strange but expected...AMPP groups brings up about "victims" not giving their names or their children's names to be used by others such as LA but if you go through their page, their entire page has the names of the "victims" and many times AMPP themselves talk about individual cases. They can't keep their $hit straight. I guess it depends on which direction the wind is blowing on how they run their group.

AMPP seems more interested in promoting anger than in moving forward in promoting their declared cause. Lawless America So, where do I stand you ask? I am getting myself armed for protection. If i could afford one, I would travel wearing a bulletptoof vest. I have "hired" two volunteer security people. Some special cameras and detection devices are being installed thanks to a donation for them. I start filming in Portland on the 4th, then I am on the road filming for 13 more days. I try not to be mean spirited. Sometimes they may sting a little, but perhaps they'll force some of the people in them to take a harder look at how they are portraying themselves by their own actions.

Legal aid for survivors of violence
while there are some provisions in this law I don't like, I have availed myself of these services. You have no idea how important they are to victims of domestic violence.

I'm sure a number of people following Bill are in fact victims in one way or another. However, they are taking all the pain that they've felt, and they are directing it back at whomever. These aren't people that understand that abuse can and does happen to people in every walk of life. Yes, obviously there are circumstances where there are higher instances of abuse, but anybody can find themselves there. Men, women, children, elderly, white, black, gay, straight, short, tall, skinny, fat, rich, poor . . . there are people in every demographic that are on one side or the other.
DeleteUgh. I can't even put into words what I want to say about the male vs female battle. Yes, statistics are very very important. They give a broad illustration. However, if you get into the meat of the numbers, you'll find that just because something happens the majority of the time, doesn't mean you can quote it like scripture. Honesty begins with the whole picture. And conversely, just because there are programs to help the people that are statistically victimized more, doesn't mean they they should be lashed out against either. I dunno. I can't. words. ugh.
I guess what I am trying to say is that people on both sides of this (LA & AMPP) are turning the abuse they've experienced destroy them. And, in doing it, they are becoming abusers themselves.
DeleteOh, and to agree with Connie (on only one subject ever), Bill is an abuser. I think what he is doing to everybody is abuse. He's leading his own followers on (to destruction), and he's actively seeking to destroy any who don't follow lockstep.

So in her world, just like Billy's .... its ok to call a regular dad or mom a piece of mothereffen wh*re c*nts who are evil and demons because they aren't buying what she's selling.
We all could see this coming (re: Billy). He hailed himself leader of the world every chance he got. Loryn is out there calling everyone sheeples, she's 'just now' discovering his Vexatious litigant problems as well. NONE of these people, moms, dads, convicted criminals, name it (all the ones in the -never to be made or released youtube clip movie)... looked into this guy. It was very easy to check him out.
Back to the biggest problem I have with this. There's zero accountability going on. No one will accept they themselves did this to themselves, fell for it and walk away. Its a raging fight to the death as we all betted it would be months back.
I so disagree with Billy posting that woman's identifying infomration. Maybe someone can get ahold of her and tell her how Wilson in Ellis County put Joey in JAIL for doing something similar. If its not a crime it should be. Bedwell did the EXACT SAME CRAP over the years every time she figured she had my 'real' identity. How many innocent people have been mercifully harassed is beyond me.
I understand Ollie, and agree. I knew this about Bill when this whole thing came up long ago when he posted on Connie's FB. I see people, and as I have time on my hands, I research them.
DeleteBill is an abuser and a narcissist. He will not listen to others trying to calm him, or reason with him. He has anger issues. That he refuses to take no for an answer, or has someone disagree with him and freaks out is apparent.
I admit, I have read more about him than my cursory glance into who he was since coming to this blog. So my opinion of him only got worse.
Pie man is cruel, and twisted and sure the world revolves around him. The minions are reflective of their master in many cases. SMH, I just needed to vent in my other posts. I really don't plan on interacting with the rabble. I have been stalked in real life, and don't plan living that again.

Sooner or later someone else will pull the plug on his panhandling ways. Keep your documentation of the transactions if you have any.

There is simply no way this putz wold ever pass the backgound check to get a concealed carry permit, Ga or otherwise. Everyone, including the sherriff, know him as a sociapath. The sherrif is well versed in Windsor, BS Ive spoken with the office. As far as even buying a gun of any kind... I doubt he would pass the check, of course one of his minions would probably sell him one.

DeleteI think the main over arching template that Loryn, Presley, Connie, Lawless, Joey and all accept is that the system is set up to favor sex offenders. I fundamentally reject that notion. I would say its the complete opposite. Our society is hypersensitive to sexual abuse of children and for good reason. But CPS and the family court system has seen this 1,000's of times, a mother is out of options so she pulls the "he abused my child" card and screams it as loud as she can.
