  1. OMG ROFLMAO- how long till he violates this order? Or tries to go to the Supreme Court?

So Billy, is this latest order clear enough, or would it help if they just block your phone number? I bet he is fuming!

    2. The world would be a better place if he was forbidden to be among people. Judge Larson is a wonderful man!

Billy must be in a rage. All his big talk and the only one going down is him as it should be. Hahahaha this is priceless. Thanks for the heads up Sluggo!

    3. Windsor is well within his rights to appeal the judge's decision to the Montana Supreme Court. It appears his chances of winning that appeal are somewhere between slim and none, but he unquestionably has the right to appeal.

Knowing him, he'll probably try anyway--and spend a large portion of his submission to the Supreme Court insulting the lower-court judges who ruled against him.

    1. I think about now, all his crayons are broken, or worn down to a nub. No more colorable anything for him.

    2. **GIGGLING SNORTING** picturing him in his faded LA hat and shirt with crayon stubs, drooling (foaming) at the mouth. He should be lucky Thrash hasn't found out he's been voiding his order all over the nation. Or does he know? Either way BWHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH!!! Thank you Judge Larson for taking the step in shutting the conman down!

    6. The top of the T falling off, flopping in the wind, was a nice touch too. My favorite is still the justice that wadded up his appeal and threw it at him. And Billy's video recap of it. All time fav in the funny category.

    7. I loved all 90+ minutes of "The Sting" that resulted in absolutely nothing, followed by him getting served a protection order and getting kicked off the campus!

      Good times.

    8. The PO video is by far my all time favorite. The look in Bill's face is priceless!!

Kinda prophetic how BW ignores the people who want to hear from him, electronically, telephonically or otherwise. While the rest of the free world, including the courts and media, take steps to prevent hearing from him...

  8. The Court orders says the Court may impose sanctions if Bill contacts the court again. If he doesn't live there and they've kicked him out court, what sanctions can they impose?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Just like MOM fines he never paid!

      Delete
    2. yeah, I should have added - what sanctions can the impose & enforce?

      Delete
    3. Jail time is a form of sanctioning.

      Delete
    4. "The contempt-of-court offense provides a flexible form of sanction. Contempt-of-court sanctions may be either civil or criminal. The court may order a party to pay a fine or suffer some setback in the case (civil contempt), or it may order that the party be placed in jail (criminal contempt). The basic difference between the two is that criminal contempt is an act of disrespect toward the court, whereas civil contempt acts tend to be less offensive transgressions, such as the unintentional failure to comply with discovery orders or to perform other acts ordered by the court."

    5. Do you think they are going to send somebody to TX to pick him up?

      Delete
    6. Are you sure that's where he is?

      Delete
    7. I'd bet your next pay check he's not in MT. So any sanction imposed would be a little hard to enforce.

    14. The court could fine Windsor, enter a judgment against him for the amount of the fine, and then authorize an agent of the state (perhaps a lawyer from the Montana Department of Justice--https://doj.mt.gov ) to attempt to enforce the judgment in court in Texas or wherever else he is.

I seriously doubt that this will ever happen, but it's not impossible. (It's pretty much the same thing that the Georgia federal court did regarding Windsor's contempt fines stemming from the Maid of the Mist litigation.)

      Delete
    15. @ Sean: if a warrant is issued in MT, unless Bill is stopped for speeding or something in MT, it's not likely he will be arrested on the warrant. If MT has no intention of picking him up in any other state, they won't even put the warrant into the national LE data base. So if there is a warrant in MT and Bill is stopped in TX, TX won't even know about the warrant.

There is a chance that Bill wouldn't be arrested or detained on a MT warrant in MT. If he's stopped in the north east corner of the state and the county with the warrant doesn't want to come get him for whatever reason, the county that stopped him will let him go.

    17. Oh, I'm still very interested in Windsor's antics, especially the ones he performs in courtrooms. Any time there's a new court ruling in a Windsor case, I'm all ears.

      Delete
    18. I'm especially interested in the Missouri lawsuit against Ms. Overstreet and the 1,000 John Does--because (1) the contested legal issues in that case are much more interesting than the ones in the trainwreck-style Windsor litigation elsewhere and (2) Windsor has actually won some (less important) motions in Missouri, for what it appears are good legal reasons.

According to the Missouri court database, nothing has been filed in that case in more than two weeks, and no court has filed anything meaningful in months. I'd very much like to see Ms. Overstreet's attorney put Windsor away in that case.

  10. Not that this should surprise anyone--and, indeed, it's entirely possible that a Joey has found this before me (I haven't visited these parts in several weeks)--but it appears that this is the South Dakota address Windsor is using on his legal filings:
    http://goo.gl/maps/7HAia

As the Google Street View picture reveals, 100 E. Center Street is a storefront for http://mydakotaaddress.com , a business offering "Mail Forwarding, Mail Receiving, and South Dakota Residency."

Again, this can't possibly surprise anyone who's been paying attention to Windsor's antics, but quite clearly his declarations that he was moving to South Dakota were false.

Whatchya think about the MT Judge's rulings?

    2. @ Attorney: yeah, we saw the change of address. The problem with MT finding Bill's exact location was on my mind when I answered Fleming's post, right after your comments ^^^^.

Again, glad to have you back.

    3. Petunia, I think they're about as brutal as court rulings in civil litigation get. It generally takes a lot of serious misbehavior to get a judge to write things that are that nasty about you in a published court decision. Yowza.

As various Joeys have pointed out, Windsor has no one to blame for this atrocious court loss other than himself. At one time, he really did have a legitimate chance of getting a protective order against Boushie, but he blew that big-time.

I doubt that any of it will change Windsor's behavior, though.
