Bill Gets in the Christmas Spirit....Well His Version

Bill came roaring off the facebook naughty list with a bunch of Christmas pictures and parodies as well as a promise to give a "Christmas Story" on Christmas.  Maybe his tv has been stuck on the hallmark channel this month.  Will he be retelling the classic of where he spent his Christmas last year in county lock up?  Despite a staggering string of scathing defeats in courts all across the nation.....Bill continues his strategy of never taking no for an answer.  Even after the MT courts had ordered him to cease filing, he continues on as if he never read that order.  Bill is still arguing that the TOP was void at the time of his criminal behavior.  In short, he is making it crystal clear to everyone in Missoula that no court is ever going to be able to stop him from filing new litigation or paper bombing his current cases with frivolous motions.  As we have seen, even jail wont stop this (he will revert to pencil scribble motions which no one can read).

We are now two weeks away from a trial almost no one can believe is going to take place. Only someone as legally ignorant and equally arrogant as Bill could actually turn two misdemeanors into a full blown trial that could result in jail time.  Bill will never admit he did anything wrong, nor will he ever accept a plea deal no matter how good the terms are for him.  He will also never cease his stalking/slandering/and defamation of Sean Boushie or anyone else for that matter. Those ingredients have made for a perfect storm of idiocy which will culminate in Bill's self described "trial of the century" next month.

Indeed this will be a trial/circus sideshow for the ages.  No doubt a seated jury will look over the charges and ask themselves...."why are we even here?"  That question will soon be answered as they are introduced to the pro se defendant.  They will then see the menace to society that Bill really and the fact that just about nothing will stop him from his devious behavior.

"15 days until the Trial of the Century. I completed planning my testimony, I thought. Rethinking some of it. I have turned attention to reading and attempting to learn about making and handling objections. Special thanks to Roby for sending me an excellent article. I have prepared a Cheat Sheet that I will have at my fingertips during the trial."

In my head I always figured Bill would prepare for trial by watching a bunch of Perry Mason movies and mimicking them......in essence I wasn't too far off.  Of course the biggest question hanging over all this is.....who is going to be questioning him for his testimony?  As we have seen in his legal filings, Bill is more than willing to assume the role of second, third or even forth person.....but is he really about to go into court and interview himself?  Really though, nothing could be more fitting than for him to interview himself, it will actually show the jury and everyone in the courtroom just how deep the pit of narcissism can become.

Windsor Claims that if His Trial is Allowed to Continue, it Will Cause "Insignificant Injustice"

Bill's latest sob story to the court in Montana contained this statement:

B.      The District Court (“DC”) is proceeding under mistakes of law that are causing a gross injustice.

"Supervisory Control is appropriate in this matter because the DC’s orders [Exhibits-14-19] are clear mistakes of law and are in direct conflict with precedents of the U.S. Supreme Court, this Court, and MCA, and if uncorrected, will cause insignificant injustice."

I really couldn't agree with Bill more on this.  Bill goes on to set the stage of just how high the stakes are in his upcoming trial next month:

“Windsor is facing a televised trial in which he could be convicted of one or two crimes.  His conviction will be widely publicized."

Never mind that he is the one doing the filming and the publicizing......it’s important that the court take these into consideration and just let him go.  Windsor goes on to complain that this trial has taken so long he hasn't been home in over a year (we could also point out that he doesn't actually have a home and he's the one that continues to delay the trial....but of course it’s this court's fault he hasn't been there).

"A gross injustice will occur if Windsor is wrongly required to defend against the
same criminal charges a second time."

You might ask....what the hell is he talking about? And yes that is what a sane person would ask, but let me try and translate the very much insane Bill Windsor for you. "If the jury convicts me I will be forced to appeal that decision which could result in another trial on the same charges.....I call that double jeopardy and I read where it’s illegal". Bill goes on to complain that a guilty verdict....along with the humiliation he will suffer may also result in making it hard for him to obtain handguns to protect himself against his stalking targets in the future. Again we can hear Jefferson rolling over in his grave in Columbia Missouri.

This trial has also forced Bill to work hard and endure stress. Never mind that he denied any public defender help, and let’s also try and forget that he denied all offers of settlement from the DA which would have dropped all charges.

As we have seen Bill take on the role of defendant, judge, DA and jury all at the same time, he now has employed a new, not so creative, writing tactic in his motions......he now suggests the answers

QUESTIONS PRESENTED
 I.       Is 40-15-201, MCA, which describes the relief available in an ex parte TOP, unconstitutionally overbroad or vague?   Suggested Answer: Yes.

II.       Is 40-15-302, MCA, which automatically extends the term of a TOP during an appeal to a DC, unconstitutional because it results in deprivation of a Respondent’s right without a hearing for as long as 546 days?  Suggested Answer: Yes.

Ohhh this looks like fun.......can we play?

Question:  If Susan says my argument is legally sound can it actually stand up in a court of law?  Suggested answer is No

Question:  If I keep saying the TOP is void enough times despite what the courts have repeatedly ruled......can I make it so?  Suggested answer is please see a mental health professional immediately

Basically we can sum up Bill's entire argument as this:  it’s unconstitutional to legally mandate that Bill Windsor does anything, and furthermore it’s also a pointless endeavor as Bill will not abide by the ruling anyway.  So judge Windsor has declared the whole thing moot as it’s a waste of taxpayer dollars and frivolous in nature.   Hmmmmm, I wonder where he came up with that type of verbiage?

Windsor Wants to Get In on the Gun Violence Headlines

Always one to try and co-opt himself into the national news of the day, Bill is back to playing up the gun violence card.  Bill is outraged that Judge Haynes won't take away Sean Boushie's legally licensed firearm.

"Now it appears that Bill Windsor will have to be murdered in the courtroom before anyone will stop Sean Boushie from terrorizing him."

You can always count on Bill for maximum histrionics.  Bill is back on a facebook time-out for being on the naughty list this time of year.  And its just as well because he really doesn't have much to say.  His self proclaimed trial of the century is set for Jan. 5 and he seems to be spending all his time working on documents and exhibits that will support arguments the Judge has already warned him he can't use.  All his life Bill has been dreaming of a chance to put on his full on song and dance performance in front of a jury who is required to listen to the entire ensemble.  Judge Haynes has put figurative handcuffs on Bill regarding just how deep he can get with his conspiracies in defense of why he can't stop stalking Sean.  But if Bill breaks Haynes' figurative handcuffs and rolls into the defense he really wants....he will end up with real handcuffs.  Poor Bill......what a conundrum.

"Bill Windsor will do a special filming after the trial in Missoula.  He wants to try to get as many victims as possible to come to the trial.  Then he will film a group session followed by filming of individual stories.  So, if you are in Montana or have friends there, please ask them to participate."

Now you just have to picture it....a Lawless America group session filming.  I envision about 15 different monologues all at the same time......this is gonna be cinematic gold.  No matter what the outcome, we can expect Bill to be flying south for the winter as I don't think he can survive a January and February up that way.

Bill is Again Sternly Corrected by the 10th Court of Appeals

Today Bill goes to his pre-trail conference on his remaining two misdemeanor charges in Missoula MT.  He continues to reject any common sense plea to settle the charges as he is making it crystal clear to the court that he has no intention of ceasing his stalking and malicious litigation against both Sean Boushie and the University of Montana.  But I don't think we should expect anything other than that from him at this point.  All Bill has left to live for is vengeance stalking, and he will never agree to anything that would hamper that in any way.

Windsor was, once again, reprimanded in the 10 Court of Appeals in TX.

His four cases are on life support (without the support) in that court and he continues to beclown himself.  Bill's number one strategy is to bombard courts with voluminous, duplicative motions in the hope that the court doesn't really bother to read them all the way through.  After about the first two pages I'm not even sure Bill could tell you what it is he is trying to say after that....he just cuts, copy and pastes repeated random paragraphs that then cites the previous random paragraph as its source. Here we have the court pointing out that once again his entire argument of rule 12 is actually inaccurate because that rule doesn't apply to him.  Thats another little problem of Bill's.....he's not really into understanding the details.  He skims through rules and statutes and tries to cram them into his motions based on what the first one or two sentences said.......forget the fine print.  After all, his only goal is to stall and delay his cases as long as possible.....so why sweat the small stuff?

Bill also went back to his old tried and failed doctrine of trying to intimidate and threaten judges when they don't give in to his demands.  The 10th points out that his threats of sanctions against the clerk and the justices isn't helpful....but then again who's trying to be helpful?  Bill didn't go to law school, he didn't take the bar, he isn't an officer of the court and he doesn't adhere to the ethical standards that the others must abide by.  And it certainly show.

The big problem now for Bill is that his jig is up so to speak.  Even though he probably has about 400 lawsuits ready to file all across the nation.... he has burned all his bridges legally speaking. His reputation proceeds him.  In the past, he was able to go to a new state and start new litigation.  Now he has legal judgements left unsettled.  He has been labeled as vexatious litigant in numerous states as well as in the federal courts.  In short, he just can't get his foot in the door. The legal system has adapted to his vexatious intentions.  Bill Windsor has been de-fanged, but he still can't seem to accept it.

Continuing to De-construct Windsor

One of my running themes is that Bill isn't smart, in fact he has well below average intelligence. Like with math, Bill is best suited to steer clear of political issues as he sounds like a small child that barged his way into an adult conversation.........case in point-------here::

AMERICA IS BROKEN. WHY WON'T MILLIONS OF AMERICANS OPEN THEIR WINDOWS because its too hot or cold, or raining, STICK THEIR HEADS OUT, AND YELL "I'M MAD AS HELL AND I'M NOT GONNA TAKE THIS ANYMORE uhhh because only a very few of them are completely insane like that?" 7 MILLION AMERICANS IN JAIL, PRISON, OR CORRECTIONAL SUPERVISION. WHAT A ****ING OUTRAGE! why? Should it be 4 million?  8?  I'm confused on what the standard is
The United States has the largest prison population in the world. it is also the third largest populated nation in the world.....you do realize that right?
According to the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics, 2,220,300 adults were incarcerated in U.S. federal and state prisons, and county jails in 2013 – about 0.91% of adults (1 in 110) in the U.S. resident population so less than one percent of the total population was in jail?  That actually seems kinda low, in fact you are living proof that the number should be higher. Additionally, 4,751,400 adults in 2013 (1 in 51) were on probation or on parole. I know you struggle with math so I will help you out on this one, you are trying to say that 2% of the population is on some form of probation.
In total, 6,899,000 adults were under correctional supervision (probation, parole, jail, or prison) in 2013 – about 2.8% of adults (1 in 35) in the U.S. resident population now.....remember that the majority of that 2.8% number you just threw out is on probation.. In addition, there were 54,148 juveniles in juvenile detention in 2013. and everyone knows that kids can't be criminals right?
In 2008, the USA had around 24.7% of the world's 9.8 million prisoners. Last I checked, the USA was also the greatest nation on this planet....probably not a good idea to go global to make your argument.
The U.S. has experienced a surge in its prison population, quadrupling since 1980.  there actually is a logical point you could make out of this fact.....but you will never figure it out.
Violent crime rates have been relatively constant or declining so as we have increased the prisoner population in America our violent crime rates are now dropping....you do realize you are making the exact opposite point of what you are intending?. The prison population has increased primarily by public policy changes causing more prison sentences and lengthening time served, e.g. through mandatory minimum sentencing, "three strikes" laws, and reductions in the availability of parole or early release.  so they cracked down on repeat offenders....kinda sounds reasonable to me and probably supports the factual data you just cited above
Perhaps the single greatest force behind the growth of the prison population has been the national "War on Drugs." I think I can agree with you on this one The number of incarcerated drug offenders has increased twelvefold since 1980. In 2000, 22 percent of those in federal and state prisons were convicted on drug charges.
BIG numbers are in jail or prison due to parole violations.  so parole is bad right?
Bill Windsor became part of these statistics when government officials decided they needed to stop his movie actually they just noticed that you were violating your very valid TOP, Lawless America, from exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption nobody in their right mind has ever thought for one second that you would be able to actually make a movie. So they trumped up some charges and locked him away, and they threw away the key for 134 days  well why would they give an inmate the keys?
In jail, Bill Windsor learned that most of the inmates were awaiting trial -- so they were innocent (until proven guilty) they were also formally indicted and charged by the prosecuting authority in that area with a crime. He later learned this percentage is 62% nationally. The vast majority were fairly young.  most of the old people like you have learned by now to at least attempt to follow the law
Almost everyone who Bill Windsor met in jail was there for one of three reasons: alcohol, drugs, or money. and all of them were there for (allegedly) committing a crime
Millions of Americans could fix this. yeah, dont do the crime and you wont do the time It is beyond outrageous. What is outrageous? Your incoherent use of hyperbole?
These are my (Bill Windsor's) ohhh thanks for clarifying who is speaking here ideas:
First, recognize that this is a giant money-making racket. Judicial, police, and corrections costs totaled $212 billion in 2011 according to the U.S. Census Bureau who in the world made money? Virtually all of that money was spent on employees who make a rather low salary and risk their lives trying to keep prisoners in order.  Just because a big number was spent nationwide on incarcerating prisoners doesn't mean its a "money-making racket' in fact its a money pit. They keep putting more and more people in jail and prison to feed the hungry system  no they dont, they put them in because they broke a law. Let's put most of them out of business who?  Law enforcement officers, prison guards with those huge salaries?. Law firms generate $272 Billion in revenues annually, employing almost 1,400,000 people. How ridiculous is this? well lets just say not everyone is ready to go pro-se baby! like you are
Second, buy a bunch of GPS ankle bracelet monitors you have become attached to your little ankle bracelet haven't you?, and slap them on people, and make them stay in their homes you know bill, I hate to tell you this, but thats a form of probation which you have been making the case, so far, as something bad. That way, we can eliminate most of the jails and prisons and all the related costs we could eliminate all of the jails if we just let everyone go free....Maybe that could be the new cause for Lawless America?. Jail costs an average of $60 per inmate per day nationally. Make that ZERO for most of the inmates. Regionalize jails and prisons. Turn the empty jails and prisons into homeless shelters.ohhh so now the poor homeless people have to go to your jail? These prisons are too horrific for law breakers to stay in, lets put the homeless in there.
Third, recognize that alcohol and drugs are diseases that people cannot easily control I will recognize that they are both addictions.....things like cancer are a disease. Put the drug and alcohol-sensing monitors on these folks, and put them in their homes you do realize that people don't go to jail for drinking alcohol?  They go there for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED!!. So you are pro DWI?  They pay their own rent, utilities, food, medical. Legalize marijuana; that will open a lot of beds.beds?  are we talking about a hospital? Don't cage people up like animals for medical problems.
According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, over half of all prisoners had experienced mental illness as identified by "a recent history or symptoms of a mental health problem." yep, and you are living proof of that Not only do people with recent histories of mental illness end up incarcerated, but many who have no history of mental illness end up developing symptoms while in prison. or, maybe they had it all along but they never got diagnosed with it until they were in prison? The Bureau of Justice Statistics found that 3 in 10 state prisoners had developed symptoms of mental illness since becoming incarcerated with no recent history of mental illness. yeah well who was monitoring them before they were incarcerated?
Fourth, recognize that poor education and poverty are huge factors in crime. If we improve our educational system, men and women can get better jobs and won't be inclined to resort to crime You got that America?  For the sake of our prison cells, lets go ahead and improve our public education....ohhh and lets end poverty too while we are at it.....so vote YES on prop 2 next November. This will let them earn more money so they won't feel they have to resort to crime.they never did have to resort to crime One of the first men I met in the Ellis County Jail was there because he stole a bicycle to give to his daughter for Christmas. He couldn't afford it. Lots of stories of stealing to feed families you do realize that stealing a bike to give to your daughter isn't "feeding your family"?....or then again maybe you don't. All types of crimes were committed because of money what?  people steal for monetary reasons?  Say it ain't so Bill. I know the fix isn't easy, but I don't think we have people actually addressing the fundamental problem free money for everyone so they wont want to steal it?. These were good people that I met. just ask them
Fifth, cut the crap with family court I can't seem to find that line item for the family court expenses. We are putting people in jails and mental hospitals because one ex lied about the other ex and because CPS wants to what about the ones that were telling the truth?. One young man I befriended was in jail because he fell asleep and his girlfriend's daughter opened the door and went into the front yard. Child endangerment I'm going to go way out on a limb here and say there is more to that story than what you were told. He just got home from work and was wiped out. He was one of the sweetest young guys I've ever met. Not a bad bone in his body. again, just ask him
Sixth, stop the bleeding! get a band aid? Judicial, police, and corrections costs totaled $212 billion in 2011 according to the U.S. Census Bureau now we are just repeating ourselves old man.....hello dementia my new friend. In 2014, the average cost of incarceration for federal inmates in fiscal year 2014 was $30,619.85. The average annual cost to confine an inmate in a residential re-entry center was $28,999.25. you do realize that there is only a marginal difference in those two numbers?
Housing the approximately 500,000 people in jail in the USA awaiting trial who cannot afford bail costs $9 billion a year. ok, cool.  I wonder how much money is wasted per year nationwide by vexatious litigants?
Most jail inmates who are also incarcerated?  are petty, nonviolent offenders. all you gotta do is ask them Twenty years ago most nonviolent defendants were released on their own recognizance (trusted to show up at trial) oh yeah back when we had higher violent crime numbers?. Now most are given bail, and most pay a bail bondsman to afford it. (The bail bond industry generates $3 billion annually in revenues.) the human head weighs 8 pounds......since we are throwing out useless information
Jail costs an average of $60 a day nationally  you already said that.....old man. State prisons averaged $31,286 per inmate said that too in 2010 according to a Vera Institute of Justice study. would you like to list your 6 points again?
What we have is PATHETIC. what is pathetic?  Remove the crooks and incompetents from government, we did, they are in jail revolutionize the system what?  give them Ipads?, and take care of the homeless all at the same time.  I think the homeless are a little wary of your final solution to "take care" of them

De-constructing Windsor

Ever now and then, for whatever reason, Bill does a post that gives a glimpse into his severely perverted world view.  Yesterday he made such a post:

IN LIFE, SOMETIMES YOU SUCK IT; SOMETIMES IT SUCKS YOU; AND SOMETIMES IT JUST PLAIN SUCKS.
From The Words of Wisdom of William M. Windsor, November 3, 2015
In the military, the saying is "EMBRACE THE SUCK," which would be loosely defined as "suck it up and deal with it," no matter how trivial, pointless, tiring, and/or lame the task may be. There's a lot of that in the military and in life in general. Dealing with the legal system is one gigantic series of SUCKINGS and other uckings.
The legal system sucks, but if you are going to play in that sandbox, you've gotta gut up and EMBRACE THE SUCK.
Or, you can just take your lumps and let the crooks get away with it. Personally, I am anti-sucks. I'll fight the suckers in court as long as I can breathe.
If you don't know Bill Windsor's story, here's a summary:http://lawlessamerica.com/index.php…
Image copyright by Embrace the Suck

Ok, lets just break this down piece by piece:
IN LIFE, SOMETIMES YOU SUCK IT; SOMETIMES IT SUCKS YOU; AND SOMETIMES IT JUST PLAIN SUCKS.
-Actually, that's just a stupid saying for simpletons to try and make sense out of a complex ever changing world.  Life is a free gift, you are not entitled to anything....even your next breath. Celebrate your free gift while you still have it.

From The Words of Wisdom of William M. Windsor, November 3, 2015
-As Bill nears the big 70, instead of having his family near him with kids and grandkids gathered round to hear what wise words he can impart to them, we have Bill all alone and intent on preaching to his empty pews.

In the military, the saying is "EMBRACE THE SUCK," which would be loosely defined as "suck it up and deal with it," no matter how trivial, pointless, tiring, and/or lame the task may be. There's a lot of that in the military and in life in general.
-Well first of all, this is apples and oranges.  In the military, you are a part of a team in a literal struggle of life and death.  Thats why ever member, however remedial or seemingly unimportant their role may seem.....plays a huge role in the ultimate goal and protection of the entire team as well as achieving the stated objective.  In life, you are just William M. Windsor....an army of one. No one else is on your team (you ran all those members off remember?).
-The other point of this is that you completely missed the point, Bill.  Life isn't always going to go your way, in fact you should expect it and even embrace that fact.  You can't accept this fact and you are stuck living your "life" lashing out in vengeance against a life that hasn't always gone the way you wanted.  What the military was trying to teach you all those years ago is that life isn't going to be fair, suck it up and move on.  You are doing the exact opposite!!!!!!

The legal system sucks, but if you are going to play in that sandbox, you've gotta gut up and EMBRACE THE SUCK.
-NO, the legal system doesn't "suck"..... its our system.  It has flaws in it like every other system in the world and every other legal system throughout history.  Everyone already knows that legal proceedings are costly, time consuming and should be considered as a last resort.  Part of that problem is that there is only so many judges, clerks, and courtrooms and so little resources that our legal system can consume.  Those precious resources need to be preserved for actual cases that have legal merit.....not for someone that initiates litigation like its a bodily function.  And if you hate this Country and its legal system so much.....you are more than free to leave it.
Or, you can just take your lumps and let the crooks get away with it. Personally, I am anti-sucks. I'll fight the suckers in court as long as I can breathe.
-This is another fundamental flaw in your world view.  There is no "us vs them, good vs evil, just vs unjust" in all your legal proceedings or anything else for that matter.  There are no "bad guys" out there meeting in hidden basements and colluding to bring down the mighty William Windsor. Judges are not out out to get you.  They are simply public servants whom you have chosen to insert yourself in front of and when they render justice.....you simply can't accept it. Your inability to accept justice has forced you into this fictitious world of goons and goblins and fairy tales.  The truth has been right in front of your nose this whole time, you have simply blinded yourself to it.

Windsor's Slam Dunk Comes Back in His Face

Bill received word today that all three of his felony charges were being dropped.  But sometimes the devil is in the details....here is the order:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4qOlSHNnmKeUnFHLUJWWXpQZGc/view?usp=sharing

Windsor had been hyping up, on a daily basis, this idea that his charges were going to be dismissed because of his "slam dunk" brief that he filed which pointed out that the TOP was not valid at the time of the accused acts.  As you can see from Judge Haynes' ruling.....Bill and his"legal expert" Susan (henceforth know as Irrelevant Intermittent Chirper) were both dead wrong.  And like the MT Supreme Court had tried to spell out to Bill, once again Judge Haynes went into written detail so even someone as stupid as Bill and his Irrelevant Intermittent Chirper could understand.  The TOP was most certainly valid and this is now settled law.  Bill and his IIC had staked their worthless reputations to the idea that the TOP was void.

This ruling, while a slap to his ego, is of course a "win" for Bill in Montana.  He is now down to two misdemeanours and even those don't look too promising.  As I have pointed out several times on this blog....the charges against him in MT were "meh" at best.  Basically, all the charges amounted to ticky tacky fouls.  But how long until Windsor realizes that his "win" in MT is actually a loss for everything he has been screaming for the last decade?

No Corruption!!!!!!!!

Windsor went all in on the idea that Missoula MT, participially Judge Haynes, was corrupt and all working together in some kind of cabal that was out to get him so he wouldn't expose the rampant corruption.  He was hoping that a guilty verdict there would be the climax and proof (per se) that his claims were right all along.  Bill tried everything he could to get Judge Haynes removed calling him completely corrupt and incapable of rending a fair ruling.  How humiliating for Bill, and ironic, that after all that and after it was proven that the main contention of his entire pro se defense was rejected......a very fair and uncorrupted Judge who adheres to the rule of law instead of the emotions of the day ruled in his favor.  Judge Haynes ruled that the TOP, while upholding that it was in fact valid and in effect, still had major deficiencies in its ambiguity.

The other major theme from this whole TwitterGate of Bill's is that it took him over a year, with 134 days behind bars and additional felony bond jumping, a fugitive from the law for over a month, to finally rid himself of these ticky tacky charges that almost anyone could have remedied almost instantly.  Since Bill suffers from a lethal dose of ignorance and arrogance, he fought tooth and nail the extradition to MT that would have led to his freedom.  The phrase "making a mountain out of a molehill" is the perfect way to describe this last year for Bill.....and he has no one else to blame other than himself (of course he will spend the rest of his bitter days on this earth trying to point to the finger at anyone but himself for this fiasco)

Happy Anniversary Bill!!!

One year ago, right before Bill's appearance in court, I wrote this article:
http://joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com/2014/10/halloween-eve-for-windsor.html

Obviously it turned out to be more accurate than even I had ever imagined as people in the courthouse in Waxahachie that afternoon were all wondering why was some woman screaming in the elevator.  Well, that woman screaming (as reported by many who were there) was actually Bill Windsor going down on the elevator....not to the ground level as he intended, but to the basement and on out to the Ellis County Detention center as he was under arrest.  Windsor's "life" changed last Halloween.  He turned what amounted to a slap on the wrist into over 130 days in jail and a felony bond jumping.  Bill spent over a month on the run as a fugitive before being caught in Ada Idaho and returned to Missoula Montana where he is still waiting to stand trail.

These days Bill "lives" on his facebook page.  Between staring at the clock and waiting for the slam dunk order from MT that never seems to come, and gushing over the latest effeminate male singer on The Voice....he has very little time left in the day for anything else.  But this Halloween has stirred up some emotions as he continues to lash out at Ellis County for ruining his nationwide campaign of legal terrorism.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO BILL WINDSOR! from Bill Windsor, and by Bill Windsor
From the Ellis County Jail.  would you like to come back and re-vist your old "stomping grounds?"
Yes, one year ago today, William Michael Windsor was unlawfully incarcerated in the Ellis County Jail in Waxahachie Texas a great day for America. He was handcuffed for the first time; frisked for the first time (by a man) if only he could sing in a high voice; strip searched for the first time; and sprayed with de-licing spray for the first time in his life to bad all your lice are on the interior. Had his first mugshot taken. Was fingerprinted for the first time. Had all of his stuff taken away. Only had two phone numbers memorized well who's fault is that?, and neither his ex nor former son would accept even one of the dozens of calls he placed thats a pretty telling sign of a horrible human being that is Bill Windsor. Felt completely and totally alone for the first time in his life that's called reality, guess what Bill, you are completely alone.
Little did he know that he would be unlawfully incarcerated for 134 days "little did you know" is probably a phrase you can't use enough in describing your "life", handcuffed more times than he can count, frisked even more than that by both male and female deputies #equality, and shackled on numerous occasions. Forced to deal with a$$hole$. Denied every imaginable Constitutional right. Got free rides in an armored bus several times well there, look at the bright side.
It was a learning experience except you didn't actually learn anything. Bill Windsor learned first-hand just how horrendous law enforcement people are wrong answer. They don't give a sh*t about anyone lets watch our potty mouth shall we?. They don't even know what the Constitution is you haven't got the slightest clue what the United States Constitution is or what it says. They pretend they can't read and understand the law. It's screwzy vouzey youzey. are you trying to be funny again?
Perhaps the most disturbing thing is that most of the inmates aren't aware of how badly they are being abused or maybe they have accepted reality that they probably did violate the law and are now in the place most lawbreakers end up. Almost everyone has a public defender, and they care even less about their "clients" than the guards. why pay good money for an attorney when you know you did it?
Bill Windsor cannot wait to sue Ellis County for all the violations of his civil rights oh yea and Ellis County can't wait for you to pay up on your $100,000 bond you ran away from. The result should be that future residents of the Ellis County Jail have a law library, a toothbrush, and more. I'm sure they will all be thrilled, I can see the tshirt now "Bill Windsor came and fought for my freedom and all I got was this stupid toothbrush"
Be prepared for the possibility that you could be arrested not me, you, you still haven't learned anything......random people don't just "get arrested", lawbreakers do....there is a direct correlation you still can't seem to comprehend. :

Bill's disdain for Ellis County is apparent, as in an earlier post he called it the most corrupt place on earth blah blah blah.  What Bill probably doesn't understand is that his constant attacks on Ellis County and Missoula Montana are actually ringing endorsements to good law abiding citizens.  When a sworn enemy of America and nationwide domestic terrorist like Bill Windsor decries living in a place like Ellis County or Missoula Montana....message is received.  Lawbreakers and severely mentally ill people (who are in complete denial about their condition) are probably better off steering clear of communities like that.  Lets just say.....the feeling is mutual.

Texas 10th Court of Appeals Gives Windsor an Overdue Spanking

The 10th Court of appeals in Texas has been more than fair to Bill.  They have given him plenty of time to get his story straight.   They have given him several redos and even one try again.  In short, no reasonable person could conclude that Windsor hasn't had more than ample opportunity to correct his severely flawed lawsuit.  Finally, the Court brought out its whooping stick in a harshly worded order.

There are currently four civil proceedings pending before this Court in which William Windsor is the appellant Bill, this is them identifying you as a vexatious litigant by your own actions. In each proceeding, Windsor has filed a brief which on its face is grossly deficient from compliance with the rules of appellate procedure what they are saying here is you are exceptionally stupid, even for a pro se litigant and you really have no business playing litigant in a court of law. The most glaring deficiency is that Windsor does not include “appropriate citations to authorities and to the record.” TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1 but but but.....he is the authority, didn't you read his signed affidavit? (i). He makes general references to the record without specific page numbers, or even volume numbers, thus requiring this Court to sift through a voluminous clerk’s record for the document Windsor references thats exactly part of his vexatious game, kill em with sheer volume. We are not required to sift through the record for support of Windsor’s arguments spoiler alert, even if you did, you still wouldn't find anything to support it. See Hajjar v. State, 176 S.W.3d 554, 566 (Tex. App.—Houston [1st Dist.] 2004, pet. ref'd). Windsor v. Round, Fleming, McDougald, and Joeyisalittlekid Page 3 Additionally, some issues are not supported by citations to authorities at all. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(i). Windsor also includes an appendix with his brief containing a multitude of documents, many of which, if not all, are included in the clerk’s record and cites to this appendix as authority rather than to the clerk’s record thats what he calls "making it your own". Windsor had previously been informed by order of the Court issued on September 3, 2015 that he could not use his own documents in lieu of a clerk’s record how dare you violate his constitutional rights, its in there somewhere,. read the Constitution The appendix included with Windsor’s brief evidences a conscious decision to ignore that order Bill that means you wilfully disobeyed a direct order from the court, now bend over. This appendix was voluminous, unnecessary, and consumed an undue amount of time for this Court to process and file you just summed up Bill's entire legal history. Furthermore, there are a number of potentially dispositive issues pending decision by the Court, including pending motions to dismiss by some of the appellees oh and these motions actually follow the rules and cite specific case law to bolster the argument. In light of these facts, the Court stays the briefing schedule for the appellees in each proceeding to potentially avoid the cost and burden of complying with the due dates for filing an appellee’s brief that means no more motions Bill. The appellees may file their brief in response if they choose to, but the due date for those briefs is hereby suspended until further order of the Court you can respond if you want, but dont worry, we are about to take care of this monster. This does not, however, prevent any party from filing any interim response to the briefs or motions regarding other relief sought, if any but its a waste of time at this point. Finally, the Court is considering whether the briefs filed by Windsor should be stricken, as his previously improper briefs were, or whether it would be appropriate at this juncture, based on the history of this litigation, to dismiss the proceedings as a Windsor v. Round, Fleming, McDougald, and Joeyisalittlekid Page 4 sanction uh oh, Billy is getting the S word from the court. Windsor is invited to respond to the Court’s notice of its consideration of further sanctions against him meaning.....do you have any last words until we spank you?. Upon Windsor’s response, if any and we know he will.....and many trees will die in the process, other parties may reply to Windsor’s response if they so choose but again, there is no reason to, we got this.

Once again, we see a court that has given pre se litigant Bill Windsor all the leeway you could ever afford someone, but at the same time they are paying attention and taking note of Bill's deliberate and abusive tactics.  Not only that, but his entire argument is devoid of a rational thought, much less an actual legal claim.  He's wasting everyone's time, and most importantly the taxpayers are suffering as a result of Windsor unstoppable malicious litigation.  After this case is kicked, he now has another claim to add to his nationwide vexatious litigant title.......dead beat litigant.  Yes, he now has two separate judgements against him, both of which he has, and will try and continue to ignore. Bill started the fight, lost it, and then runs off when its time to account for his actions.  In short, among about a million other things...he's a coward.

Bill Tells the Truth, Lemmings Freak Out

I generally ignore the remaining few walking dead (fb followers of Bill) because thats what everyone else in their life, including their own family does.  But this is just too much.  The other day, Bill in the midst of a flurry of nonsensical fb posts, tried something new and unique........what if he posted something that was 100% accurate and true?

"BILL WINDSOR IS HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT THE STRENGTH OF HIS ARGUMENT IN HIS EFFORT TO GET HIS CHARGES DISMISSED.
What was I thinking?
What do I know? I'm just a lowly pro se defendant charged with five crimes. I have to be wrong. And the Joeys will gloat their little a$$e$ off.
I shouldn't have become overconfident. I shouldn't have become confident at all. I lose in court regularly."

That's an irrefutable and factually laced statement.  He is a lowly pro se defendant who loses in court regularly (in fact all the time)......why in the world should someone like that ever be confident about anything in court?  Of course Bill is simply trying to be sarcastic here, but his lemmings will have none of that.   Factual statements have no place Bill's Lawless America.

Crystal L Cox are you drunk or something this sounds delusional. of course we lose in court lose in court lose in court and then we win and change the world. your thinking is divine and of the light and you are a hero and have done everything right. you are a savior and you are paving the way for all victims to rise up out of the dark.

Deborah Lynne Connor Hang on Bill, you'll be fine.

Ruth Gange William Windsor. Don't you dare talk like that or have those thoughts in your mind. You have come to far and fought to long to be doubting yourself now. Never say never and I mean it. God Bless you sweety. Don't give in or give up. You got this.

Richard Wingret Dont You Dare Give Up If You Know You Are Right Dont Give In You Can Prove Them Wrong That's What Their Afraid Of Check Out Mine Miller County Missour

Carol Eaglin That is not the Bill I know you are our hero

As you can see, the zombies don't do humor, or facts.  And as always, Bill is reduced to trying to explain his attempt at sarcasm to his band of misfits:

Bill Windsor I'm not discouraged. smile emoticon Just a slightly-cryptic message to the Joeys. Stay tuned. The ghost of Darryl Dawkins just paid me a visit....

Bill you shouldn't do that, you might have several of your followers jump off their local bridge.....no really they might.  Bill is bragging 24/7 right now about his brief he filed and how it is a "slam dunk" to get the charges dropped".  He seems fascinated with athletic basketball players that can dunk.  And when you think about it, I guess that stands to reason here. Where else but on his facebook page would a 5'8, fat, and slow guy with exceptionally effeminate qualities dream of being a top level international athlete?   While we are announcing your victory over your opponent in the second quarter, you also might as well pretend that you are Lebron James.

Speaking of pretending, Bill Windsor's entire life in the court room could be summarized by imagining a short pudgy little boy watching a group of kids having fun playing duck duck goose.   He thinks to himself, that looks like fun and I want fun so he asks to play along and the group graciously lets him.  Once he now starts playing the game, the kid discovers a major flaw in his quest to have fun......he's embarrassingly slow and thus doomed to the goose role.  He tries to cut corners, get a head start or even trip a chasing kid in his attempt to discard the goose role, but none of those underhanded tactics work as his lack of quickness is too much to overcome.  Upon realizing that even with cheating he can't change the outcome of the game, he abruptly goes to his mother crying and saying that all the other kids are cheating and being mean to him. That sums up Bill's legal quest.
