Windsor Wants a Do Over

I guess Bill was able to delay his criminal trail till the end of September.  Which means he has all summer to sweat it.....so to speak.  The Texas 10th Court of appeals told Bill that he needs to pay the fees, get leave, and make a salient argument or they are tossing out all his appeals in that court.  Bill came up with a brilliant idea......lets file a new appeal in that court.  I'm sure the court will be dazzled by his cunning ways.

The Montana Supreme court said no to bill's motion to recuse Judge Haynes.  Bill disagrees with that ruling:
https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/92b24e3b-b967-489f-968e-c7d54dcf0805

I mean come on, Judge Haynes called Bill a whining child.......he must issue a formal apology.

Windsor continues to wait on the Missoula law enforcement to take action against Boushie, if they dont meet bill's demands, he will conclude that they are all corrupt.

    7. @anon 4:16 How do you know he can't leave the county? Have you seen court documents? In my opinion, if you have an opinion or you "think" something. You should probably say "I don't think he'd be able to leave the county" instead of making an assumption. You do know what they say about assumptions, right?

    8. It appears he is under "House Arrest" and according to the info below from Ankle Monitor Missoula MT- Attorney Lab, if he's under House Arrest he can't leave Montana -Missoula

(An ankle monitor is a bracelet-like device which transmits information about its wearer to a remote monitoring center. It normally relays this information via radio transmission or global positioning system (GPS) technology. Usually, it is locked in place to allow for constant monitoring. In many cases, an ankle monitor is used to determine the wearer’s location, usually as a condition of parole or house arrest. It may also be used to measure the wearer’s alcohol usage, normally as part of a punishment for an alcohol-related offense.

In most cases, an ankle monitor system consists of three main components: an ankle bracelet, an on-site receiver, and a remote receiver. When tethered around the ankle, the bracelet unit takes regular or constant readings of desired information, such as the user’s location. Using either radio transmission or GPS technology, these readings are sent to an on-site transmitter, usually located in the user’s home. Next, the readings are relayed to a remote receiver, which may be located at a police station or monitoring service center. If the readings indicate a breach by the user, such as leaving the home while under house arrest, the proper authorities are alerted and act accordingly.
Usually, an ankle monitor is locked into place to allow for ongoing, accurate monitoring. Some units have inbuilt sensors which notify authorities should users attempt to remove them or interfere with their performance. The fact that it cannot be removed is partially responsible for the monitor’s alternate name: the tether.
One of the most common uses for an ankle monitor is the supervision of a wearer’s location. Generally, this information is needed because the wearer is either under house arrest or on parole. Either way, the use of a monitor can prevent the need for constant supervision of the offender by a law enforcement officer. Some studies suggest, however, that use of these monitors may be less effective in discouraging further crimes by the wearer than other rehabilitation programs.)

    9. Anon @ 5:42pm
Anon @ 4:16pm is correct. Windsor is on pre-trial release. He is still in the custody of Missoula County - the reason for conditions of release and thus that perty piece of ankle jewelry he's wearing.

P.S. You do know what they say about drinking Windsor's Koolaid - right?

      Delete
    10. Not an assumption or opinion. Just a cold hard fact. You could very easily confirm it yourself but we all know you won't do that.

      Delete
    11. The ankle bracelet is just another example of public servants in Montana doing their jobs in the least expensive (to the taxpayer) way. Bill has to pay for his own food, lodging, clothing, paper, printing, everything, while he awaits trial. They might even have Bill paying for the ankle bracelet.

I do doubt they allow him to leave Missoula. Extradition costs money too, and they've ample warning that would have to be done again. I suppose Bill could cause enough of a problem as to gather a contempt ruling and be taken back to jail, but he'd have to do something that costs the court more money than they're presently saving.

I think Bill butt is probably parked right where it is at until late September. I'm not sure if he'll run or not. If he has the financial wherewithal to stay in Missoula as he is presently, and I guess he does, I doubt he'll run. Running, as opposed to hiding and just not appearing (as he did before in Idaho) would require some actual stones. I doubt Windsor has them. It would be fun, y'all, no question. But I don't think it will happen.

    12. Dearest @6:00 PM. None of the crap that you posted gives any indication that Bill is under "house arrest."

House Arrest: In justice and law, house arrest (also called home confinement, home detention, or electronic monitoring) is a measure by which a person is confined by the authorities to a certain residence.

To the contrary, your information shows that GPS monitors are far more complex than they used to be. House arrest was once the norm. As mentioned above, these monitors are now GPS and not just a cordless phone like signal that is attached to a box at the home base that then calls the police department when the signal is lost. They are a lot more high tech and often allow wearers to leave home. Maybe take a look around sometime and you'll see there are lots of people out of their homes wearing them in the community.

      And Anon 6:04
      "Anon @ 5:42pm

P.S. You do know what they say about drinking Windsor's Koolaid - right?"

yeah, again. I asked if anon 4:16 had actually read any documents or just made assumptions or head some stupid rumor from another person that also likes to state their random thoughts as fact.

I understand that he is still in custody of the county. I understand how ankle monitors work.

I do not think Mr. Windsor is under house arrest in the sense that he's only allowed to be in one location (which is the definition of house arrest). I do think it's likely that he's supposed to stay within the county unless he's otherwise granted permission. However, they supposedly were going to have him sign a waiver of extradition that would be on file if he were to not make any of his court dates and be found in another, county, state, etc.

What I am saying is that I am sick and tired of people stating things as fact that they do not know as fact. If you haven't seen it in a fucking court document, then it's your own fucking opinion and it's not fucking fact and you shouldn't present it as such. There are tons of people in this world that are wear GPS ankle monitors and are not confined to a single residence or a single county.

      Delete
    13. I'll say once again. It's confirmed that Windsor can't leave the county. If you don't believe that, it's very easy to confirm. 21. Schools suck. But then again, so do the home lives of many of the students attending. The answer of standardized testing to make sure students realize certain benchmarks leaves many schools unable to address higher level thinking skills because they have to focus on the test rather than real needs. While this is not all schools, in many cases it is. As a result, even better equipped students don't get educated to their full potential. I don't think it's a conspiracy. It's just a hard problem to solve when people depend on all knowledge and worldly exposure to be found inside a building for 8 or less hours a day.

But seriously, "I googled it and found a wikipedia article" doesn't really make people experts on a subject. But part of higher level thinking skills is going out searching for info, and then actually being able to read it critically. And, in presenting the info, being smart enough to know your own limits and saying, I think, I feel, it looks like, etc. The world isn't black and white. And more often than not, when people make blanket statements and fail to include qualifiers, they are wrong. It's happens so many times here, you'd think people would learn. "It's confirmed." Yeah, I've heard that too. This "will" happen on this date. There's "no way" they will allow that.

I'm not going to apologize for being frustrated with all the stupid confirmed information that people have given that has been proven wrong when the simple words "I think" would have kept it from being repeated and rerepeated as fact.

Some people think that stating things as concrete facts makes them look smarter, but they'll look a whole lot less smart when they turn out wrong. It's such a simple solution, but some people never learn. And that, is something I've learned by watching the interactions here. In most cases the ones asking the questions are far smarter than the ones who smart off and give the quick answer.

Windsor claims Haynes made the reference to his assassination evidence as a "Rorschach blotch."
      1) Wasn't that judge Larson's line?
      2) The term is "Rorschach inkblot" -- not "Blotch." Windsor supplied the court with a "blotch" of an image which he claimed was crucial to his case.
      3) Any reasonable person would have spent the extra $.50 for a color photocopy of his
      (alleged) crucial evidence.
      4) Did Windsor call 911?
      5) Did he file a police report?
      6) Did he or his vehicle sustain any damage (such as a bullet hole or holes)?
      7) If so, did he photograph them?
8)Was there any other evidence to support his claim he was shot at?

These, I submit, are crucial facts, and all of them Billy has IGNORED, but I assure

The only reason it appears that he lives for. Every waking moment is spent either contemplating his next moronic filing, or typing it up. A pause only to make sure he updates his FB/Dot com, but that's it--and it still pertains to the love of his life. Being a gigantic asshole, the herpes of society, the festering open wound that is just waiting to infect anyone who gets near. He is pure evil walking IMO.

    2. Yeah hotel air isn't always so great. There is a reason why doctors have a history of recommending that their patients retire to the country. Fortunately Bill has the money to do just that. Missoula air must be better at least than Dallas or Georgia. And what is he doing to strengthen his lungs? Nothing. Even the bellows that strengthen a child's lungs are lost on him, as he confines his temper tantrums to .com and court papers. I never met someone in my life who was so willing to rot in hell.

    4. Ah, but he's "Delighted" to rot in his self created hell. He's promised this will be his mission for the rest of his miserable life. Not taking advantage of the wealth he more than likely swindled throughout his life, and squirreled away in secret places. He will use all his resources to sue people. Thousands maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars thrown at the "Corrupt Court System" he hates so much. He's paying their salaries. You'd think someone who hates the courts as much as he does, wouldn't give them one dime. But, this is where his narcissism/sociopathic nature blinds him. It appears he's convinced himself that he's right and they're all wrong. So, to him, it doesn't matter how much money he hands over, it's justified. He's teaching them a lesson. (LMAO) I believe this is because he's been able to bully and snow people to make his living.

This entire hatred of the "system" IMO was created because he felt he had the right to take over the Maid of the Mist contract. It was his, and he just can't see it any other way, than someone denied him this opportunity to swindle more money. This was his "golden ticket." Not in reality of course, but in his mind. Just as Windsor doesn't follow rules in the court, yet blames them--he tried to pull a fast one to obtain the contract--and the fallout was the path to destroy anyone and everyone who pissed him off. That's it in a nutshell from my POV.

    5. It's not heartburn. It's buttburn. Asshurt to the 10th degree. It's fake illnesses self created--psychological--or drama induced. He's always stricken with some ailment when things aren't going his way. Why is it, when he's giddy with glee about "Criminal Charges" he's "Filed" or some new lawsuit--or reward for information does he seem to treat himself to Fuddruckers or chili cheese fries? But, when he's not getting what he wants, in this case a phone call, granting of stays, etc. suddenly he's sick again.

Oh, he'll head out to the ER alright--but not because he is sick, he just needs his fix. The ego stroke and some pills. For a man who has claimed he's in perfect health, until it's a complaint in a court filing that it's their fault he's sick, he's just fine. Nothing wrong with him at all. Maybe Nurse Munchausen can diagnose him with a new ticked off disease. Cause that's really all it is.

      Delete
    6. Ahhh...he finally made up a name for his faked illness! Can't give a real diagnosis (or too scared to admit to what it really is) so he's gotta resort to name calling. Jokes on you Billy boy, a syndrome is not a disease but a cluster of symptoms---just like you. And sometimes a disease is named after a patient and sometimes the disease is named after the doctor who discovered it. Can't decide whether it's terminal, Bill? Well you are in luck. As the first known sufferer of C.D.P.S.B.J.L.H. you will be placed in quarantine and doctors will touch you with gloved hands. You will be poked and prodded and isolated. But you're pretty much used to that by now.

I hope the courts in MT hand you your ass. Truly I do. You drove to MT, stalked, harassed and put people in fear. You've done some shady shit, (and you're still doing shady shit but you like to pretend you're just a victim) and you don't want to be held accountable once again.

You made this hellish prison due to your own actions, time and time again. Rot in it!

    8. Hmm. He postpones his Talkshoe "show" because he's "coughing continuously," yet makes a near-miraculous recovery to do a video trashing Judge Orinda Evans. (Said video is full of "horse manure," as he loves to say.)

Two of his claims stand out from this video, BTW:

      1. "Sued by this company apparently because I kind of accidentally blundered into discovering they'd maybe done some wrongdoing in obtaining a billion-dollar contract."

FALSE. The original case - which was settled out of court - was a simple tort case. Alcatraz Media, Ryan Windsor's company, got a contract with Maid of the Mist in 2005 to sell ticket vouchers for MoM's Niagara Falls boat rides. MoM management learned from angry Alcatraz customers that Alcatraz was marking up vouchers a LOT. MoM's wholesale voucher price was roughly $9.85; the MoM box office price was $11.95. Alcatraz was selling vouchers for anywhere between $19.95 and $29.95. When confronted, Alcatraz claimed their markups were for promotion and other expenses. MoM demanded they lower the price and clearly explain on their website(s) and vouchers what any markups were for. Alcatraz agreed - and yet didn't do anything. MoM refused to renew the contract for 2006, but learned Alcatraz was STILL offering tickets. MoM sued for a) a permanent injunction against Alcatraz selling any of its vouchers or tickets and b) attorneys' fees and costs.

Then, Bill got involved (although - he claims - he was NOT an employee of his son's company). He demanded millions in damages, claimed MoM was "screwing my baby boy's company," snidely suggested to an MoM lawyer that the company should just write him "a big fat check" and accept that Alcatraz would sell MoM tickets/vouchers for as long as the company felt like it. Alcatraz attorneys - at Bill's instigation - filed over 40 motions in a simply civil case. Not a single one was found to have merit. Sound familiar?

To make a long story short, Bill signed a settlement agreement after Judge Evans found in MoM's favor. (Bill insisted the MoM lawyers were "pathological liars;" he appealed the case long after the deadline, too.)

Bill then sued MoM several times over the next seven or eight years, and even tried to get their Niagara Falls contract taken away. All his lawsuits were thrown out.

BTW, Alcatraz pulled the same markup B.S. with Medieval Times. I believe they got that contract taken away, too, for doing so.

      2. "Never did business with these people; they had absolutely no basis to sue me."

TRUE (technically). Bill claims he was not an Alcatraz Media employee or manager, so it was not HIS company MoM went after. However, he DID get involved when MoM sued for that permanent injunction. They did indeed have a basis to sue; Alcatraz did not do anything it agreed to do.

It's not clear to me how Bill was able to get involved if he was not an Alcatraz employee. Perhaps some of the legal eagles on here could explain that.

Same old, same old with this guy ... going all the way back to 2005, and I'd imagine before that. A narcissistic, pathetic little man-child who can't bear to be held accountable for anything.

      Delete
    9. Bill says Alcatraz is not his company now but he had no problem holding Ryan's hand when he peed to the point that Bill will take responsibility for Ryan being a multi-millionaire. Try lining Bill's lawsuits up with every time he claimed he retired or went bankrupt. It's money laundering withing the same incestuous family, like as not. It's not his company so he is not responsible for damages and now you have to show that Ryan was responsible for MOM or that Barbara was responsible for Lawless America before you can even get approval to subpoena them much less take damages from them. The same reason why he won't turn over the tax documents or any other documents showing the board members of any Windsor Company.

    11. Yes, that is an old video, and it also proves a point in the fact that Bill keeps claiming LA started as a "Movie" then became a "Movement" then a "Revolution." No, it was always a Movement/Revolution and the Movie was an after thought when discussing with all the Anti Gov people he solicited to join him, on how to get his "Millions and Millions" of supporters.

That youtube channel is old. That was maybe the first Channel he launched. Just like all his other "Companies" he started, LA has had many different names along the way.

As far as bringing in Ryan and Barbara and anyone else connected to the "Family Businesses", I guess time will tell if they've succeeded in burying all their dirty little financial secrets.

Why didn't you use the word suicide, Bill? While you are comparing yourself to this movie, are you admitting to being suicidal? Someone should ask if you are and perhaps call a hotline for you. Narcissists generally aren't going to kill themselves and generally only threaten to do so for attention. Is this why you wouldn't say the word, because you don't really mean it Bill? However you are in an extreme situation. You are fascinated by death and can not fathom that very soon you will be gone forever. You are also facing a crisis of ego knowing that you will soon be in jail. Are you contemplating a suicide to avoid jail time, Bill? You should know that suicide will only prevent you from going to jail. It will not make you a martyr and you will not be considered a murder victim. You will not be a hero and everyone will forget about you and live happily ever after.

  26. So when Bill Windsor buys a domain name that also some judge's, prosecutor's, clerk's or sheriff's name, that's not cyberbullying - it's a reaction to cyberbullying? Some of these people aren't even cyber! Their online lives don't exist until Windsor publishes a site in their name!

You shouldn't be in any big hurry to advocate laws against cyberbullying, Bill. That could be really bad news for Bill Windsor the cyberbully.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Windsor is the poster child of Cyberbullying. He's been doing it for YEARS. He decides who he doesn't like and using the "Family Fortune" has countless domains. Of these domains, he has used them for malicious intent which is against the TOS for purchasing and registering them. Everything Windsor cries and whines about is what he emanates.

Not only does he buy the domains to use as his weapon of choice against people he doesn't like, he's also used them to dominate ticket sales. He again has countless domains funneling internet traffic to the main sites to sell tickets--all at a marked up price, and leaves people really helpless when they have issues because they are not honest in refunding, details, and information.

But back to Cyberbullying...Windsor is the leader in my opinion of a Cyberbully. He has gone to extreme lengths not just on his own cyberbullying mission, but to teach others how to Cyberbully Gov Officials and others. He volunteered to purchase the domains for people too, and set them up for a fee. Now, for one way Windsor--can you imagine if all the people he's trashed, using the domain names he bought returned the favor to him? The lawsuits that he'd launch? The harassment he'd inflict? Just look at what he's done to people who just comment here, or on FB that simply exert their 1st amendment rights to dispute him, state opinions on his extremist views, or mock the silly fat man who's throwing the worlds largest tantrum. One thing is certain, Windsor is a tyrant, a dictator and he is the only one who matters. No one else does. He will never see what he's done, what he instigated etc. He truly is One Way Windsor in my book. He can do what he complains about, he can play court games, not following proper court procedures, and be the first one jumping up and down, screaming, crying, and playing fake victim. Every time I think of all the shit he's done, and gotten away with, people he's hurt maliciously and intentionally, I just shake my head. He is evil.

The Missoula Police Department and the Missoula County Attorney's Office have had criminal charges against Sean Boushie for a week...You're not a D.A. or county attorney - you cannot bring criminal charges against anyone.

...and William M. Windsor is waiting for a phone call or a meeting. You'll be waiting a VERY long time. The evidence of crimes by Sean Boushie is overwhelming. This was all settled years ago ... trying to re-do what's already been decided will not get you anywhere. In fact, it's making the court more angry with you. I pray they do something. I want them to prove to me that they are not corrupt. But as they have totally ignored my criminal complaints Didn't you just say you were still waiting for a phone call?, I believe we have confirmed that they are absolutely corrupt. No one's corrupt. You're the idiot who's trying to rewrite and redo history in a vain attempt to stall or erase this criminal trial in which YOU are the defendant.

I won't feel bad now about exposing the hell out of their corruption, because I gave them the chance to do the right thing. Prosecuting attorney Jennifer Clark and Missoula Police Department Detective Chris Shermer. These two are MUCH more experienced at criminal law and trials than you are. And for the three days that is happening, Bill, nothing you try to do will work. You'll have to play by the court's rules, not the rules in Windsorland. Your criminal trial won't be The Bill Windsor Show. You'll spend those three days in utter confusion, most of the time spent sitting there with your mouth shut. And lets talk about that jury. It will be made up of those same Missoula citizens you believe are generally ugly, old (most juries are old) stupid and lacking the cosmopolitan sophistication you find in your beloved larger cities. "Mr. Holle’s trial lawyer, Sharon K. Wilson, said the statements he had given to the police were the key to the case, given the felony murder rule."

“It’s just draconian,” Ms. Wilson said. “The worst thing he was guilty of was partying too much and not being discriminating enough in who he was partying with.”

But ultimately Mr Holly could have been out of jail. He chose not to accept a plea deal. Now I bet, he's rethinking his choice back then. The law is the law. Break it, and pay the consequences. After all, it's not like he didn't know what his car was being used for.

"Mr. Holle was the only one of the five men charged with murdering Jessica Snyder who was offered a plea bargain, one that might have led to 10 years in prison."

“I did so because he was not as culpable as the others,” said Mr. Rimmer, the prosecutor."

Mr. Holle, who rejected the deal, has spent some time thinking about the felony murder rule.

    Now here's Bill's version.

"...Ryan Joseph Holle (born November 17, 1982) was convicted in 2004 of first-degree murder under the felony murder rule for lending his car to a friend. A murder was committed, and Ryan Holle's car was used for transportation to the scene of the crime. Ryan Holle was at home asleep in bed and knew nothing about the murder."

Semantics. He knew there was going to be a robbery, and the girl might get hurt. Period. STFU Windsor!

    1. Thus, Windsor's "Lawless America" agenda. Create Windsor World, where Laws do not apply, unless Windsor makes them, and he can change them whenever he see fit, because he will just make "Retroactive Immunity" to what he needs to do, to violate current laws, to implement his own.

Windsor doesn't care about following laws or rules, he's all about arguing them, challenging them, and pushing them. One simply does not tell Windsor "No." He must have dyslexia, and sees this as "On" as in "Game On."

    2. While on his film tour in 2012 Windsor made it known he wanted to repeal all felony-murder statutes in every state--a ridiculous move, IMO.

    3. `Except for his own murder. That he wants prosecuted while he is still alive, when none has been attempted, and to the full extent of the law. Heck, fine. Windsor thinks I want him dead. I don't, but I plead the "Bill Windsor wants all murderers pardoned defense." Does that work?

  38. HAHAHAHA!! Mkay. I have to wonder if this "FBI agent" that told him to go talk to the other FBI agents was Marty the "special" agent Prehn. HAHAHA Crimes? Crimes? There are no crimes. There's not even a bitch to work out in a Civil suit Windsor. Denied, denied, denied!! Because you are asshurt isn't a "Crime" against you.

"The FBI has largely ignored previous complaints, but one FBI agent repeatedly encouraged William M. Windsor to GO SEE the FBI Agent in charge in Missoula Montana."

I sure hope he gets slapped with making false reports. That'd be nice. Since he's been trying to get charges pressed against everyone under the sun with just about ever LE office across the US and they don't see any merit, this is just the next step for false and malicious prosecution charges against Windsor IMO.

    1. I hope Windsor does go to the #FBI in Montana! I sincerely hope Windsor also #NameDrops the multiple 3LetterAgency legendary make believe Aagent Marty Prehn IF he does indeed get the gumption up to whine (lie) to them!
      That? Would be epic hilarious!
Imagine an actual #FBIagent taking a 'report' from Windsor: "ummm hmmm...yup... & then... #MartyWho?!"
      bwahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Oh! I so hope Windsor goes! It could rival his great #PaperWadAssault caper!

  39. Windsor: "Judge James A. Haynes is intent on doing anything and everything he can to see me get legally raped in the land where rapists routinely go free."

How does anyone, even Bill Windsor, not see how wrong it is to compare anything that isn't rape to rape. Evidently no one is going through a more horrible experience than Bill Windsor.

And no, I don't hope Windsor gets raped in prison. I don't wish that upon anyone, including Bill. I wouldn't mind him fearing it plenty though. I wouldn't mind that at all.

  40. Windsor won't get to see an FBI agent. He'll be handed a card with an email address where he is to send his material. About 7 months later, maybe, someone (not an agent) will call him from SLC for an initial telephone interview.

  41. Bill's FB page says he is "Utah and Arizona bound."

But then Bill also said he was going to interview witnesses this week.

Yes, I agree with Windsor, they are out there, but I don't think that's why he doesn't want to join in. He doesn't play well with others, and they are too close to getting in big trouble for filing their bogus crap, with their stupid little stamps, and their stupid beliefs that some type of Sov Cit grand jury is going to work. Doesn't matter what name they put on it, if it's not "Grand Jury" in a US courthouse, it's not legit.

I do find the stabs from Kathy pretty funny because this is the same crap Windsor promised them he would do, before he chickened out. Probably around the time the FBI contacted him and Schied. (or around there)

    3. I'm betting he's either afraid of NLA or there is something he wants from them that he is keeping that door open, just like with Babs and Ryan. He didn't behave towards Babs and Ryan in the same way as with the public. And even though he's included NLA and other groups in his delusions and sued them and said they were stealing his members---he is not doing that with the NLA. He's not intelligent any more than a rat in a cage, just calculating, so when he begins to discriminate among his victims I think it's a good idea to ask why.

    4. Sorry, he included AMPP, not NLA...

  43. Does Windsor have the stones to just pack up and leave Montana? I don't think so. I admit I could be wrong about that. I think the Utah and Arizona post is either a trial balloon or, just maybe, a foolish attempt at misdirection. I don't think he's going anywhere. I think he's just trying wilder and wilder stuff (more "out there") to try to keep the attention of the dozen or so people who still think he has any value at all.

    1. IDK if he has stones or not. I agree with you about the post being BS. I don't see where he said "He was..." I see he posted a picture and put a vague title in there. This is what he does. Makes a comment he knows will be taken one way, then can claim he didn't specifically say...

He did the same thing a few years ago. He made a vague comment--something along the lines of "On the road to DC." But, he wasn't. He was sitting in his basement in GA. His excuse for this semantics lie, is that it wasn't a lie. He didn't specifically say "HE" was on the road. Just the picture. It's stupid, and he thinks he's so clever...but there is a difference in his thinking it's harmless semantics games, vs the reality of how things are interpreted by people. He will more than likely learn this lesson the hard way too. He's pretty thick, and loves to play games.

    2. yea my guess is it means he put in a request for permission to travel to those two states....for whatever reason

      Delete
    3. The only reason I can think for him to leave MT is to try and file new lawsuits in states that he hasn't tried yet. Maybe he'll try to file something in one of those states to mess up the criminal trial. Like say, file a removal request like he tried to do in South Dakota for the TX case. Or start a new one against all those Judges he says are "witnesses" then he can really claim "bias" when his latest recusal reconsideration is denied.

Sure, he'll get slapped down, and the courts will tell him he needs leave, and to post the 50K, but it's all a stall game anyway. It buys him time. Because he knows the courts follow proper procedures even when he doesn't, he is getting the benefit of "time" to play more games.

      Delete
    4. One more point to add to ^^^ is, didn't he do this in the MoM case? Agreed to the order to stop litigating, then turned around and refiled? Adding all the Judges? Which earned him the big "V?"
