Joey still sits in jail as Daddy keeps playing the the Blazer and Presley continues to pray to the mighty lightning god to bring them this thing called money which is required to bail him out, so far nothing has happened.

Bill Windsor is asking everyone to submit new legislation for the new Nazi Empire.  They want to do away with case law and institute a Gestapo to oversee all the judges and their rulings.  He is desperately searching for a boogeyman to blame for his upcoming DC debacle.

David Webb has gone back to covering the news that really matters, like what the schedule at the local gay bar has on the horizon.

David Webb Impugns Patrick Wilson's Motives, and by Proxy Judge Bob Carroll

Last night, David Webb continued to give everyone no other reason but to believe he is a Daubinista.  First calling this blog a "hate campaign aimed at Joey".  He then admitted that he has been an key part in steering the appeal for Joey in the Ellis County case.  But he went all the way and bit into the apple of conspiracy with this statement:
 "I suspect that the Ellis County prosecutor knew it would be appealed, and realizes that the conviction probably will be overturned. He was under pressure to get a conviction. And that's politics for you."

Now as all of you know, the charges against Joey were spelled out clearly from day one of the raid on both his and his parents houses.  Fraudulent use of identifying information was spelled out and sourced for anyone who even did a partial due diligence of this case would have known.  The clear implication David is making is that Wilson rushed with these charges knowing that they were not applicable just because he had to show that he did something.  This also impugns Carroll as he should have thrown these charges out as well.  You can even take this one step further and say he is calling out Joey's public defender for not making that an issue during the trial, not to mention throwing the Red Oak PD under the bus in this as well since they were the ones who investigated and brought forth the charges. This is certainly a far cry from unbiased journalism, but it does explain why he was involved with Joey in the first place.

WHY WE MAY BE UNABLE TO SAVE AMERICA.

The plan that I conceived to save America will work, but it involves the need to reach millions of Americans. This will take an amazing effort from impassioned supporters and a lot of luck. Sadly, there are so many people out there trying to damage the Lawless America effort that they very well may undermine the effort. (so you are trying to prepare us to the fact that you were running a hoax all along)

You should be aware that there are a lot of great people battling various causes, but there are also people in it for money (disguised as non-profits where they get the money and don’t pay taxes) and power. (omg, how many people know about this?) THOSE people are as significant as our corrupt government officials.(why is those in all caps?) As I see it, they are both enemies of an effort to save America, reform the legal system, and regain our fundamental rights and the country that we thought we had. (the cult leader has identified his enemy)
I have said forever that there are two things I will not tolerate: liars and extremely rude people. Well, the folks trying to damage our efforts are both. (you even said this when you were a baby?)

I will always tell the truth. I have never knowingly said anything false since I began my personal efforts in 2006, which became Lawless America a few years later.(notice that key word knowingly, since he doesn’t know anything he can say whatever he wants) But there are people out there, specifically L. Wilson of WTP FPR, who is telling people and writing that I am a liar. I believe she also has written that lawless America is a scam.(she would be dead on then) I know supporters of Nancy Rolfe ofwww.govabuse.org have said so online because I have read it with my own eyes (what other eyes would you read with?) and have the screenshots. I advise everyone to not support either of those people or groups because I believe they are poison. (cultish verbiage)

The latest I have heard today is that I am in this for two reasons: (1) money, and (2) to make a name for myself. How incredibly rude and false! I have made it clear to tens of thousands of people for years that I will never make a penny off anything that I am doing to try to save America. (how do you know it was clear to them?) I do not own the movie. I will have no financial interest in the movie.(another little side note, there won’t even be a movie) I charge people nothing (except pie), and I try to help as many as I can. (especially if they can make pie) I have no money; my life's savings have been absolutely stolen by corrupt judges and attorneys in Atlanta, Georgia. I am penniless -- owing much more than I have.(so you are desperate for money, not really a good point to bring up in support of your claim) The outrageously corrupt Judge William S. Duffey has allowed the crooks in my case to file liens against my assets, and he has ordered me to pay attorneys’ fees, etc., so if I ever earned a cent, it would go to the crooks. I don’t anticipate ever earning another cent.(that will show them, I think Joey shared the same worldview on this) I made this public long ago and have discussed it numerous times on TalkShoe, etc. I have worked on this project far more than full-time for a year without a cent for myself. (but lots of pies)I previously drove to all 50 states (ummmm I have a question about driving to one of those states), so I didn’t have any personal need to go again.(is this one of the miracles you have performed?) I have also stated that should the movie become the blockbuster that we know it should be, the profits will go to those who donated/financed the project.(is there some contract somewhere that states this?) So the only people who would ever say I have done this for money are just plain liars with an apparent motive to say anything they can think of to undermine our noble efforts.

As to being in this to make a name for myself, that is equally false. In my opinion, it takes really pathetic people to go around saying such things.(I would just say it takes a person is all) I wish I were semi-invisible, but I’m not. (that’s right, you are fat) I admittedly swell up (admitting you are fat is the first step) with pride when people call me a hero and other such things. It is really a good feeling. But I absolutely did not enter this effort for myself or to make a name for myself or to be elected to any office or anything. LawlessAmerica.com became hot with the search engines because I know how to promote. Then I came up with programs, proposed legislation, and the movie project, and tens of thousands of people have responded and hundreds of thousands have visited the website, Facebook, etc. I was the guy driving the Jeep for 21,000 miles and running the camera most of the time. It’s hard to be invisible. (right you are fat, we get it) If we are going to accomplish something, there needs to be a leader, and I’m it. (again this isn’t a good point to bring up in support of your claim that you don’t want to make a name for yourself) I regret that my name will become known in the process because that pisses some people off who want to be the center of attention. (what does this even mean?)

There are a number of you who wish I wouldn’t write something like this. You advise me just to ignore this stuff. But that’s not me. I don’t believe I will ever be able to tolerate liars and extremely rude people. (so while you are fat, you also have very thin skin) There are extremely (ok its time to consult the thesaurus) dishonest people out there who have stolen the confidential database of Lawless America, have published all types of false information claiming I was working with them, who literally hijacked our long-scheduled January 9 event. (you mean the one you just scheduled last week?) I want to accomplish something positive. (most people do Bill) PLEASE do me a favor. If you want to support people who are working to undermine our effort, please just leave us alone. Please UnFriend Lawless America because we are at the maximum number of friends with 2,000 on the waiting list. I’d like to work with those people.(so we finally get to the point of this entire diatribe, you need people to unfriend you on face book)

David Webb Threatens Us

Over at the latest facebook page aimed at trying to blunt the right for us to have free speech, David Webb wrote this about us:
David Webb I don't have a mask to take off, but I'm more than ready to shoot the moon at the crowd that would deny someone their right to a fair trial and convict them beforehand. Let the judicial system work

He wants to shoot the moon at us, I'm not sure but is shoot the moon some kind of gay slang for try and kill us?  I think I need to contact the authorities, this is queerly I mean clearly going to keep me up at nights.

So David doesnt think Joey is getting a fair trial?  Well he certainly showed his hold card on that one.

The Truth vs. Presley's Reality, Two Bitter Foes by O Reader

Ok, so it annoys me when these little facebook dumbasses completely misuse statistics. Somebody actually called Presley out on her stats, but rather than back the stats up, she and her gang resorted to calling the guy an abuser. First of all, the stats weren’t just wrong based on the data, they were glaringly wrong on the surface. She reported 4.8% when the real number was 48%. She also concluded that there were approximately 7 false claims of abuse out of 9000. The 9000 number simply referred to the number of divorce cases in the study. The 7 “false” claims of abuse were actually out of 180 abuse claims. These are just the superficial problems wrong with her calculations. They are actually even more misrepresented.

I wanted to see if there was any validity to what she reported, and see if there was any source for the numbers. BINGO. Yes, there is an actual study that she is bastardising the numbers of:

Thoennes, N., & Tjaden, P. (1990). The extent, nature, and validity of sexual abuse allegations in custody/visitation disputes. Child Abuse & Neglect, 14, 151-163.

It’s not the newest study, but it’s still one of the most widely sourced.   Thoennes & Tjaden are well respected in their field and have even presented data on abuse against women for the National Institute of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice, and the CDC. And just as a side note, Thoennes & Tjaden are both women. So are you wondering just how wrong Presley got the numbers? Let me give you a brief summary of the numbers applicable to Presley’s assertions.

1.Presley : “A study commissioned by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts of 9000 divorces in 12 states found that sexual abuse allegations were made in less than 2% or 180 of the cases.”

Reality: Thoennes & Tjaden actually worked for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts Research Unit in Denver. Funding was actually provided by the National Center on Child Abuse & Neglect.  9000 divorces. 12 jurisdictions. Allegations made in 169 cases, 1.9%.  In this case Presley’s source rounded the numbers when the actual numbers look better in her favor.

2.Presley: “4.8% or 86 of those cases contained allegations that were made by mothers, which means the majority were made by fathers.”

Reality: Mothers accused biological fathers in 48% of the cases

Mothers accused stepfathers in 6% of the cases

Mothers accused a third party in 13% of the cases

Fathers accused mothers in 6% of the cases

Fathers accused stepfathers or a third party in 16% of the cases

Third parties accused fathers, mothers, and others in 11%

The majority were made by fathers??? No, quite the contrary. Try 67% made by the mothers.

3.Presley: “ And 5-8% of those turned out to be intentionally false. “

Reality: 129 of the 169 cases were actually addressed by the courts. (one would assume the remaining 40 were deemed not credible enough to warrant investigation) Of those 129, 50% of cases were likely, 33% were unlikely, and 17% were uncertain. They also attempted to discern the motivation for unlikely reports and found 58 cases in which the case material addressed that issue. In 8 cases (14% of those 58), the allegations were thought to be maliciously made. Factors associated with cases being classified as unlikely or uncertain were younger age of the child, a single incident alleged, non-intrusive sexual behavior, a single report, a report less than two years since the filing for divorce, and animosity between the parents.

4.Presley: “That means if you take the 8%, only 7 out of the 9000 cases were found to be intentionally false allegations. Show me any other area of law that has a lesser rate of intentionally false allegations!”

Reality: This was an actual study. There are real numbers. 8 cases out of the (out of 129 investigated of the 169 abuse claims in the) 9000 divorces studied were found to be considered maliciously made allegations.  Those 8 cases are part of the 33% that were considered unlikely. There were also an additional 17% deemed uncertain. And, that’s just the 129 investigated. There are still 40 out of 169 claims that weren’t addressed by the courts.

5.Presley: “Tell me again how mothers always make up false allegations to gain custody!”

Reality: 67% of the claims of sexual abuse made during divorce proceedings were made by the mothers. Mothers allegations against fathers: 49% likely, 33% unlikely, 18% uncertain. Fathers allegations against mothers: 42% likely, 41% unlikely, 17% uncertain. But remember,  fathers only accuse mothers in 6% of the cases as opposed to mothers accused biological fathers 48% of the time.

6. In conclusion, Presley, I don’t know where you got your statistics by they are GROSSLY incorrect, and your conclusions are JUST PLAIN WRONG. I got my number straight from the study published by the researchers. I’ve include the information regarding the publication. Feel free to see for yourself. If you had any integrity, you’d take that post down because it is MORALLY WRONG TO SPREAD LIES AND DISINFORMATION!
