WHY WE MAY BE UNABLE TO SAVE AMERICA.
The plan that I conceived to save America will work, but it involves the need to reach millions of Americans. This will take an amazing effort from impassioned supporters and a lot of luck. Sadly, there are so many people out there trying to damage the Lawless America effort that they very well may undermine the effort. (so you are trying to prepare us to the fact that you were running a hoax all along)
You should be aware that there are a lot of great people battling various causes, but there are also people in it for money (disguised as non-profits where they get the money and don’t pay taxes) and power. (omg, how many people know about this?) THOSE people are as significant as our corrupt government officials.(why is those in all caps?) As I see it, they are both enemies of an effort to save America, reform the legal system, and regain our fundamental rights and the country that we thought we had. (the cult leader has identified his enemy)
I have said forever that there are two things I will not tolerate: liars and extremely rude people. Well, the folks trying to damage our efforts are both. (you even said this when you were a baby?)
I will always tell the truth. I have never knowingly said anything false since I began my personal efforts in 2006, which became Lawless America a few years later.(notice that key word knowingly, since he doesn’t know anything he can say whatever he wants) But there are people out there, specifically L. Wilson of WTP FPR, who is telling people and writing that I am a liar. I believe she also has written that lawless America is a scam.(she would be dead on then) I know supporters of Nancy Rolfe ofwww.govabuse.org have said so online because I have read it with my own eyes (what other eyes would you read with?) and have the screenshots. I advise everyone to not support either of those people or groups because I believe they are poison. (cultish verbiage)
The latest I have heard today is that I am in this for two reasons: (1) money, and (2) to make a name for myself. How incredibly rude and false! I have made it clear to tens of thousands of people for years that I will never make a penny off anything that I am doing to try to save America. (how do you know it was clear to them?) I do not own the movie. I will have no financial interest in the movie.(another little side note, there won’t even be a movie) I charge people nothing (except pie), and I try to help as many as I can. (especially if they can make pie) I have no money; my life's savings have been absolutely stolen by corrupt judges and attorneys in Atlanta, Georgia. I am penniless -- owing much more than I have.(so you are desperate for money, not really a good point to bring up in support of your claim) The outrageously corrupt Judge William S. Duffey has allowed the crooks in my case to file liens against my assets, and he has ordered me to pay attorneys’ fees, etc., so if I ever earned a cent, it would go to the crooks. I don’t anticipate ever earning another cent.(that will show them, I think Joey shared the same worldview on this) I made this public long ago and have discussed it numerous times on TalkShoe, etc. I have worked on this project far more than full-time for a year without a cent for myself. (but lots of pies)I previously drove to all 50 states (ummmm I have a question about driving to one of those states), so I didn’t have any personal need to go again.(is this one of the miracles you have performed?) I have also stated that should the movie become the blockbuster that we know it should be, the profits will go to those who donated/financed the project.(is there some contract somewhere that states this?) So the only people who would ever say I have done this for money are just plain liars with an apparent motive to say anything they can think of to undermine our noble efforts.
As to being in this to make a name for myself, that is equally false. In my opinion, it takes really pathetic people to go around saying such things.(I would just say it takes a person is all) I wish I were semi-invisible, but I’m not. (that’s right, you are fat) I admittedly swell up (admitting you are fat is the first step) with pride when people call me a hero and other such things. It is really a good feeling. But I absolutely did not enter this effort for myself or to make a name for myself or to be elected to any office or anything. LawlessAmerica.com became hot with the search engines because I know how to promote. Then I came up with programs, proposed legislation, and the movie project, and tens of thousands of people have responded and hundreds of thousands have visited the website, Facebook, etc. I was the guy driving the Jeep for 21,000 miles and running the camera most of the time. It’s hard to be invisible. (right you are fat, we get it) If we are going to accomplish something, there needs to be a leader, and I’m it. (again this isn’t a good point to bring up in support of your claim that you don’t want to make a name for yourself) I regret that my name will become known in the process because that pisses some people off who want to be the center of attention. (what does this even mean?)
There are a number of you who wish I wouldn’t write something like this. You advise me just to ignore this stuff. But that’s not me. I don’t believe I will ever be able to tolerate liars and extremely rude people. (so while you are fat, you also have very thin skin) There are extremely (ok its time to consult the thesaurus) dishonest people out there who have stolen the confidential database of Lawless America, have published all types of false information claiming I was working with them, who literally hijacked our long-scheduled January 9 event. (you mean the one you just scheduled last week?) I want to accomplish something positive. (most people do Bill) PLEASE do me a favor. If you want to support people who are working to undermine our effort, please just leave us alone. Please UnFriend Lawless America because we are at the maximum number of friends with 2,000 on the waiting list. I’d like to work with those people.(so we finally get to the point of this entire diatribe, you need people to unfriend you on face book)

The guy that was berated for questioning Presley's statistical abomination basically said that if Loryn Rider is one of Bill's trusted workers, he was leaving the "movement." Funny thing, that and at least two other posts devoted to Loryn seem to be gone now . . . Infact, there are LARGE gaps developing on the Lawless FB page. WE must remember OUR goal and mission is to restore Truth and Justice to the Judiciary system and make it work equitably and according to the Equal Rights of every Citizen according to the law. We are restoring transparency and honesty in government, We are taking OUR Country back! This cause cannot and should not be about promoting individual stories and attempting to harness justice outside of the courts of law, in which WE will repair! That is the goal here. I was sickened to see this become a gender issue and an attempt to slander and derail this movement and Our primary goal which simply cannot and should not be forgot. We will restore the justice system so that every one gets a fair shot, and the problems that were outlined by Robert F. Kennedy almost 50 years ago will begin to be repaired! In fact, lets set a goal to team up with the folks in the legal profession and the legislature, as Mr. Kennedy proposed, and determine that by the year 2014, 50 years after the publication of the book, The Pursuit of Justice, We The People will, indeed, begin to carve out a system that will resemble such a thing. We have the frame work to do so. It is Constitutional Law! All other case law should remain such and on the books of law library shelves. We cannot progress into the 21st Century of Man and advance the judiciary and legal system using 20th century decisions and additional absurd laws that are not enforceable and that violate the fundamental rights granted in OUR basic Constitution. One of those Laws states simply that "Congress shall pass NO law that will usurp the Constitutional rights of every citizen." If Congress shall make No law that can violate our fundamental rights, then how is it that so many of them are gone? We must get back to basics and I suggest every American go out and buy what ever basic Law books and The Constitution You can find, study the basic premises of Our rights and begin to demand them at City, State, and Federal government levels and in all matters know and insist on your rights. I hope not to read on Lawless America pages the nasty gender and he said she said arguments. The guilt and innocence of no one will be judged here, our unified goal must be to restore the system of justice that will administer the law equitably and fairly to All Citizens, protecting and preserving the fundamental rights granted simply in Our Constitution and Bill of Rights will simplify the judicial system and restore the rule of law in the courts so that truth and justice can finally be found!!! We must repair the judiciary!

Roaming around the FB lawless page, it dawned on me. Billy has some serious self-esteem issues. He desperately needs his followers to tell him repeatedly what a super, great, awesome, hero, savior, incredible guy he is. He seeks this on a daily basis. Then they tell him how he'll prevail and win over the WTP, and everyone else against him.

His son lives really close to my most recent undisclosed location. He appears to have a reasonable amount of property. A house in Lakeway near or on Lake Travis and a downtown condo that I think they listed as an office. I forget. But the kid does that whole middleman thing where he is sort of a travel agent for tours. Basically offering nothing but a booking service & not taking any responsibility when things go wrong . . . basically failing to offer the only service that would be valuable. The only reason I'd use a travel agent is to have somebody to call if the cruise ship I'm on sinks off the coast of Italy. True story. My next door neighbor & good friend is a travel agent. She had people on the Costa Concordia. She coordinated all of their lodging and immediate return home. Totally sold me on booking big travel with her. Anyway, Billy's son pretty much leads people to believe that they are offering the tours when they are only booking them. They further make people believe they have "reservations" for activities that don't require reservations but merely require walking up to a ticket booth. They don't even always get the permission of the service providers to be selling their product. Kinda shady if you asked me. But, well, I guess nobody did . . .

DeleteNow I know unfortunately a bit of the background to this story because of my 'stalking' Connie's pages and her groupies. Jonathan Lancaster is a man from Placer County and is about the size of 18 elephants. Also safe to say he had the hots for Connie.
He claims he lost his home and money to corruption. Really, it was about neighbors and shoveling snow. The feud between the neighbors became really heated at times. Lancaster went to great lenghths to terrorize the family. When the husband died, Lancaster was obsessed with the wife and would stalk her. That's the real reason he was carted off to jail. Now that's a "great guy" according to Billy but I think Billy NEVER quite hears the truth from his 'victims'.

Not sure if its an example or not. A woman by the name of Wendi Robinson also put up a short youtube. While I have to say someone probably somehow dropped the ball in her divorce case, she's fighting to free her 'wonderful' father. ok, well her wonderful father murdered her exhusband whom he believed to be molesting their son. Authorities don't buy it and believe Wendi has motive because she lost all custody. It's also strange that Wendi's only claims of molestation was during supervised visitation and not during their marriage. It IS under those circumstances that authorities generally see a 'hoax' in attempt to gain the upper hand in courts.
DeleteBut I'm going to give my but here. The but is now Wendi appears to have access to the dads past and no one including his family is denying it. There's a great deal to be concerned about from all I can gather. BUT Wendi still had no right to go to Billy to free her dad. Her dad plead guilty and willingly took a plea deal where he could not appeal. He admitted he killed the guy and took his punishment like a man.
This family still had a lot of opportunity to work with the system to ensure this childs safety and I'm not convinced the guy is guilty. Only concerned. It seems Wendi probably was quite hysterical with her dad and that made him an emotional wreck so he took it upon himself to make the wrong decision and kill the guy. IF the guy was found guilty and still getting the kids, ok. he's a hero. But there was no evidence and it was investigated.
She has no business now trying to free her dad. Actually under the law, she cannot and it won't happen. Even with public outcry. There was no corruption here and her divorce and custody was not written in stone. There was more to be done.
When divorce and emotions get so out of hand, our rational thinking ceases to exist. I watched my sister fall to pieces during hers and some of the things that came out of her mouth were frightening. Emotionally and wishful thinking of course but if I DIDN'T know my sister was a very stable well-adjusted woman, I would have been a bit concerned. Then again, some nights I'd like to strangle my own spouse of 20+ years too haha but at least I give him forewarning and he chuckles and laughs, kisses me goodnight and then goes to sleep in another room with the door locked and barricaded. ;) I kid I kid. Although some Daubenistas (is that correct Ginger)... would believe I'm serious because "i'm mental" right? Meh/ whateva.
I thought maybe Billy had a good thing going but this guy went about this project all the wrong way. AND if there should ever be an actual documentarian willing to spend big money producing a similar thing in the future, many of the credible people with good cases that have been screwed by the courts will have a bitter taste in their mouths.
I don't doubt this will probably end with Billy making some crazy claim like he was shot at or someone beat him to an inch of his life so he had to leave the country and close his webpages down aka unable to be reached.
Will people then see they've been had? Or will he manage to become a martyr. Hmmm

DeleteThat's the sad thing. Any good intentions or real cases of injustice, they are going to be overshadowed by the people that don't have honest fights with "the system." (I hesitate to use the word corruption as I feel it implies the courts intentionally victimized, and I feel it's more likely about things like error, oversight, overzealousness, and/or even neglect.)There might be some really good stories in this bunch of people, but it's going to be the liars that stand out. Generally, if their story sounds too incredible to be true, that's because it's not true. Now, in their little group they have a way to fight that claim. They'll say, "unless you experience the corruption, it's hard to believe for yourself." Yep, it is. Yeah there are some incredible stories out there. Joey's ability to find losers and weirdos is almost too incredible to be believable, but we know it's true. Some of the really odd stories that Billy has been told may be true, but that's just due to sheer volume. They are the exceptions, not the rule.
ReplyDeleteThis little project is all wrong from the beginning. Nobody is taking the time to vet the participants in the movie. Next, Bill's idea of a movie is sheer volume. Unless he's got a whole bunch of footage up his sleeves, he hasn't got anything in depth. It may be a documentary, but you need characters and people you can hold on to. The only one that it looks like we might be given is Bill, but I'm not actually sure there is a lot of side-footage that ever went on. I mean, we should see the travelling, we should see the people walk up and greet him, hug him, cry, people meet other people with the same experiences. Even though I find Bill to be smarmy, that's what needs to be in this movie. These three minute read to the camera bits have ZERO interest. Maybe there is more. Maybe these are just the "congressional videos" because you know, Congress is boring and all, they'll hardly notice there is no production value. From what we've seen, I can't see any way that he's going to be able to edit it all together in an entertaining way.
Based on some of Connie's comments around the time of her video, there may be such extraneous video. However, I still don't see the film coming together. I really can't imagine that Bill is capable of the editing and directing needed to actually film a viable documentary. Especially given the lack of any credible fact checking.

Any clue on what she is talking about with this Hollywood producer? She is just not that good on camera, I can't imagine someone wanting her in an actual movie as an actress.

I still find the claims made by Bill that he has tens of thousands of followers to be unbelievable. Sadly, some of these more vocal supporters are really unhappy people, and potentially many of them are telling the truth about losing in court due to errors in how the case was handled by their attorney, or even questionable rulings by judges on motions or evidence. It happens. Thing is, they should be concentrating on changing the system, the laws and in particular the way family law cases are handled. I just don't see a definitive goal or plan past handing off videos to members of congress.
ReplyDeleteI just don't understand what the point is of this trip to D.C. (especially when you see comments about it taking all of their monthly social security checks to get there. I wonder how many lost money on the change of dates). I don't expect there to be an actual educational event where congress members sit on a stage and are bombarded with stories from the Lawless group sitting in the audience. I had to laugh at the description of it being a Phil Donahue type format.
I would not be surprised to see this date for the trip move again and again...or the date for this movie move out years. What will all of these people with emotional investment in the project do? How much pain will be added on to their current sadness and sense of injustice when this movement does not come up with any positive changes? Sad.
I just don't see Bill becoming another Michael Moore, but I do think that is what he wants.
okay, there is a FB thread off of the latest article asking what the masses want as far as judicial reforms. I got as far as abolishing the military court martials and military court system and had to stop.

Oceans, I read the rundown on what is supposed to happen in DC. I thought the Donahue idea was equally entertaining. I also listened to one of his talkshoe shows (well only a few minutes as it was terribly boring). He discusses his plans to walk a caution tape across the country in 2013. If he doesn't get help, he said he'd do it all by himself. Yeah, I can really see that happening.
ReplyDeleteI do remember Connie saying that Bill spent a couple of hours filming her, so there probably is some additional footage. But, I doubt there is really the type of footage to make it interesting. And yeah, I don't think Bill has the talent to make this thing come together in an interesting way even if he does manage to screen the participants before editing. I'm really interested to see how this will all unfold though. I feel bad for the people hanging their hats on this. There is no way they are all going to be in the movie unless he just does a little montage of shots at the end. Either so, people would be severely disappointed.
off the subject, well on kinda, over at LA FB they are lambasting some guy that doubts Bill. The guy has been pretty vocal & hasn't exactly taken the high road, but no matter.

And I actually watched a few videos...oddly, the person being interviewed glosses over any possible reason the courts took these actions, or any personal responsibility. ReplyDeleteI looked into a few of the followers with the weirdest posts, and found many that are heavy into the various conspiracy theories out there. From the New World Order to HAARP and Chemtrails. LOL, one guy says that there is a misogynist group being funded by car dealers...oh.my.
Bill had to ask one follower if she hated all fathers and warn her that if that was the case, she was out. She groveled a bit, but her posts elsewhere make it clear she hates all men who are fathers no matter what. Her posts are pretty twisted, but I would be willing to bet there was a real reason she lost her child/children that had nothing to do with her husband having money just based on the tone of her postings. Especially the part about men should not have custody of children because they do not produce milk, and because they did not have the ability to love and nurture children at all. Most of these posts are on the thread I mentioned above.
Seems Loryn is out of jail. And clearing up the reason for her incarceration as not being for violating a gag order. And saying it is not Lawless America's fault. Asking for an email blast of the judge in her case, 'cos yeah, that always works!

I guess the dad got emergency custody because Loryn was refusing to let him see their daughter even though they have 50/50 custody - 3.5 days each a week. She says that they wouldn't look at her evidence against the dad. What she's included on YouTube is not proof of anything. Something could be happening, but the photos of markings and such that she showed looked like NOTHING. The videos mostly show a kid that is unhappy to be shuffled around. From some of the things that the daughter has said sounds like the tug of war is hurting her more than anything.
To me, her story doesn't seem nearly as coached and manipulated as Connie's story does. If there is any chance that it's true, or even if it's not but Loryn believes it is, she has absolutely handled it the wrong way. She should be working within the system rather than alienating it. All her actions have gotten her are reduced custody and jail time.
Loryn says she was physically abused by her own father as a child. Now that could mean that she's somehow gravitated to a man like him, or it could mean that she's interpreting everything through a skewed perspective.
I'd also like to add that I'm not that impressed by the blinged up phone, the dress that looks like it was bought on Harry Hines, the photos of Bella obviously at a bar, and the ever revolving group of young men that are in the photos with Loryn and Bella. But, she's 24. I'm not calling abuse or even necessarily bad parenting. It's just not that impressive. And when you are trying to sell this story of being a good mom, it is all under a microscope.
And she just had another baby. Round 2. I wonder what new baby daddy is thinking. Where is Novice with that forced sterilization petition?????
DeleteI also wondered why everyone on LA FB page was trying so hard to find a lawyer, and bail money to get her out of jail. She was thrown in jail for 3 days only for contempt of court, I think for vilolation of a gag order when LA posted her "testimonial". I don't think you can be bailed out on a contempt of court charge. Also seemed like the LA crowd didn't realize her sentence was just 3 days.
Loryn is under investigation for attempted murder. 10 hours after she lost custody, Matthew's house was set on fire with his pregnant wife inside. Both front and back doors were engulfed. She's not what she appears. A sweet doting helpless mother.

I just wanted to clarify that I was put in jail by Judge Kim Browne for protecting Bella from her very violent, sexually abusive father, Matthew Pritchard from April 5, 2011- September 1, 2011. I was not put in jail for violating a gag order, although I have one put on me now which the judge signed on Monday. This is not Lawless America’s fault. In the end, all of this publicity will help Bella and other children in her position. I do not want anyone to feel sorry for me. I would spend life in prison to protect her. I met some amazing people and told my story to everyone. Going to jail might just be a blessing in disguise. My next hearing is January 16th. They are trying to put me in jail again only this time for not paying, Guardian ad Litem, Stacy Abroms Bandler almost $4,000 to place Bella with her “father.” Even if I could, what message would I be sending if I paid a court appointed child abuser? And since this is my second offence I could be facing a lot of jail time. I just wanted to update you all really quick since I probably won’t be able to talk much. I have a lot to catch up on after life passing me by for 3 days. Please continue to pray for Bella. I need to get her out of this abusive situation and out of Franklin County as soon as possible! I think maybe the contempt of court was for violating their custody orders and not letting him see her for all those months? Apparently she still has the guardion ad litem thing still hanging over her & she now has a gag order . . . which she is obviously already taking quite seriously . . . not.
She mentioned in the Stolen show that she'd been sentenced to jail. So I'm guessing this was a check yourself in & serve you time thing, but she'd put it off so long that they finally enforced it as soon as she was no longer pregnant. The LA response was laughable. They all talk, but it's not like there was anything they could do. This was a result of her own actions & it was only 3 days.
Of course Bill will never miss the an opportunity . . .

DeleteI have to laugh at those posts that call 3 days in jail- prison. They obviously haven't got a clue what the difference is. Or as you said Ollie Reader that you generally can't get bailed out on contempt. Or even what Bail is in the first place- really for people who have been involved with courts, you would think they might pick up a bit more knowledge.
I guess Loryn will be on an internet radio show of some sort with that preacher that prays for the President to die Wylie Drake. Way to associate with the sane crowd Loryn. Stupid choice, but hey it is attention I guess. Do none of these women understand reputation and/or appearances when dealing with the courts and trying to prove you are a fit parent?

I see Loryn's depositions stating she has no intention of either following the magistrates orders to allow visitation, or to pay the GAL fees. Way to win in court. I sort of don't agree with her having to pay the GAL fees, that should be split with her ex until they manage to co-parent IMO. But refusing to obey a court order will land you in jail for quite a while when it is a repeat performance.
The GAL dues are split between both parents. Loryn doesn't believe in paying child support either.
DeleteShe met Connie around the time she lost custody. Connie proceeded to tell her to take pictures, record and do exchange videos and Loryn complied, parroting Connie's case. There were several investigations into the multiple allegations of abuse, all deemed unfounded or baseless.
I believe Loryn found Connie's case online and attempted to fabricate the same type of things in her own case knowing she was losing custody because of her continual refusal to comply with court orders and equal parenting. She ran Matthew's life and bankaccount. She hates losing control.
DeleteThanks Anonymous, yes I see the similarities in the allegations and the methods. Especially the exchange videos and the lack of actual medical proof, and in connie's case,most all the abuse allegations are made when she has to return the child to her father for his visitation. Add to that the conspiracy theories and you see a pattern.

Stupid to follow Connie's case as a way to do anything. Her parental rights have been terminated as far as I know. There was never anything that went her way.
Sounds like Loryn will be going to jail if she continues to violate custody orders, or at minimum she will lose all access to her child. I hate to see that happen to a child unless there really is confirmed abuse- and then I want to see that followed up with criminal charges. I hate to imagine what some of these children hear about the other parent from these angry parents.

ReplyDeleteLoryn is under investigation for attempted murder. 10 hours after she lost custody, Matthew's house was set on fire with his pregnant wife inside. Both front and back doors were engulfed. She's not what she appears. A sweet doting helpless mother.
Wow. No I didn't think she was. As I said, none of her evidence has any substance. I'm not a fan of the lifestyle she appears to lead. And, well there are ultimately 3 possibilities that I see, 1- she's lying (as all of the allegations seem to have come up after she had to share custody) 2- it's not happening but she really believes the allegations (which if she was abused herself, she probably has a pretty skewed outlook)3- it actually did or is happening, but she's failed to get any viable evidence.
Is there any documentation of the house fire ie, police blogger online or news report? It's a pretty substantial claim, and I'd think that there would be some record of the fire even if there is no mention of her in relation to it.

I originally was following Connie's story, which led to all these other dangerous nut jobs. I do see them as dangerous due to the havoc they wreak and the harm they cause others and the absolute damage to the future of these children they are propagating for selfish reasons.
Loryn following Connie is just plain idiotic- after all, nothing Connie has done has worked at all. She will end up with her rights terminated too.

Putting a mother with a newborn in jail for trying to protect her daughter Bella from incestuous child molester Matthew Pritchard is an utter disgrace and you should be arrested for aiding and abbetting a child molester, as well as trying to silence a witness to a crime, and violating Loryn's first amendment constitutional rights!
Trying to make Loryn pay a child trafficking GAL that the court appointed is about as unconstitutional as taxes and your gag order! The court appointed the GAL, therefore the court is financially responsible. Justice shoudn't have a price tag either.
It would be in your "BEST INTEREST" to get Bella out of that child raping pig's house asap and actually do whats in the true best interest of Bella which is to not have to suffer in the hands of a murder threatening pedophile. But you already know that, it just doesn't serve your paycheck well to have a case completely closed if Matthew were in jail where he should be.
I personally am a firsthand witness to Bella's disclosures of her fathers incestuous rape, battering and murder threats, as I talk to her often while she is with her superb, protective, HERO of a mother Loryn Ryder.
And one last thing Kimberly, you should repent and make this situation right not only for Bella's sake, but for yourself as well because Judgment day is coming really soon, from the One, True, Righteous Only Judge!
