John Darash Rolls Out Educational Requirements

On the National Liberty Alliance (NLA or New Lawless America) weekly call, John Darash continued to chide this followers as it seems they are making no progress.  Darash decided to institute a curriculum which will now be a requirment to be one of the leaders in his group.  This is when Darash slowly moves himself out to pasture, the very same pasture that David Schied has been grazing in for years.  Both David and John are true believers and as such they have immersed themselves in to the study of the cause they believe in.  But what they fail to see is that they are the exception to this group of vigilantes that call themselves Me the People.  Most of these people are like Bill, they joined as a way to eventually right their perceived legal wrongs, they have no time for lectures and courses....this is vigilante justice, take it by hook, crook or default.  For them its personal, for John and David its corporate.

Darash explained that this new requirement will separate the serious folks from the pretenders, but I'm afraid he is not going to be happy with that result.  He feels the need to do something as he hears anecdotal stories of some of his followers convening a citizen grand jury at the local Denny's and convicting people.  Come on people, you have to rent out a conference room and send out at least 3 chain linked email notices two weeks in advance.  Jefferson must be rolling in his grave....and not the one in Colombia Missouri....Bill.

So on to the update, well the latest judge sent them back a ruling saying we don't play that game.....they indicted him and took those papers to the Sheriff.  The Sheriff said can you please take care of your own trash, I'm not accepting that.  Then its on the to clerk who says go talk to the DA who tells them he won't accept that but they can appeal.  Frustrated, Darash pulled the plug and decided to start all over now in the Federal courts.  So now he is hoping for a hearing on the 29th in a fed court in Albany.

The NLA is suffering from a lack of a dictator.  Darash had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to urge his fellow state coordinators to weed out the malcontents themselves as he didn't want to be the one getting involved in doing other States' yard work for them.  And so continues the cycle of all these vigilante justice groups, they invariably end up eating their own as they fall from within with a lack of structure while trying to destroy our current legal system.  The real damage, though, is to the people like Mary B who is clearly lost and needs guidance....and in fact is reaching out for that guidance, these groups poison her head even more so than it already is and then discard her like leftover trash when she becomes a nuisance to them.

  3. Ginger Snap has lately been publishing comments claiming that I am a public figure. That's ridiculous. Ginger Snap wrote this: [Bill says he is] "a self proclaimed public figure." No, I am not a public figure, never have been, and I darn sure never proclaimed that I was. Ginger Snap and the Joeys may be suffering delusions that they can say anything they like about me that is false and defamatory because you can do that with public figures. This shows just how arrogant this gang is. Both federal and Texas case law make it very clear that I am not a "public figure." I am not famous. I am not a celebrity. I am not a movie star, sports hero, government official, politician, or business leader. I haven’t achieved public notoriety. - according to Bill he is not a public figure

    6. There is simply no way that Windsor could avoid a court finding that he's a public figure. Limited-purpose at a bare minimum; more likely plain old public figure. After all the "I'm so important; I'm press; I'm running for Congress; I'm starting a political party (and LA and GRIP and whatever); I'm delivering a response to the State of the Union (!); I'm submitting testimony to Congress; I'm producing a TV show; I'm submitting a film to Sundance; I'm going to be nominated for the Best Documentary Oscar"--after all of that ludicrous posturing, he thinks that he can avoid being found a public figure? Absurd.

    9. @Attorney: As an "attorney" you should know that whether someone is a public figure is a question of law. Your post indicates you have no idea how that particular question of law is answered.

      Here is a hint: It's not about what you THINK you are, it's about what you ARE.

    10. Lol Ninja! And Lol Nuances, at the underlying comedy in yours too. The THINK you are part made me chuckle.

    11. Oh, Ms. Nuances. How quaint. Are you still smarting from the last time I shredded your nonsense?

      I am well acquainted with the legal test for public-figure status. Like most questions of law, its answer depends upon facts. And such facts as starting political parties and political pressure groups, sending hundreds of pieces of correspondence to government officials nationwide in a vain attempt to get them to pay attention to one's silly crusade, mounting nationwide tours to compile (allegedly over 1,000) YouTube videos starring alleged victims of government corruption, spending years filing both civil lawsuits and criminal charges against officials (including several federal judges) who have dared to cross one, and generally becoming one of the most infamous vexatious litigants in the nation, recognized by courts in at least four federal Circuits and counting.... all of these facts are indications of the manner in which your hero has both sought and acquired extensive publicity (indeed infamy) for himself and his antics. That you question the relevance of such facts to public-figure status suggests either that you're a clueless ignorant or that you're flinging taunts that you have neither the intention nor the ability to back up.

      Are you seriously asserting that Bill Windsor, for the purpose of the various defamation lawsuits he has filed, is not a public figure? Or are you just wasting everyone's time with idiot trash-talk posing? What in the world leads you to engage in such mindless nonsense?

      That is exactly what she's asserting and with Bill paying attention to her, he's being led by someone who wishes she knew more than generalities of the law.

      FYI Billy, if little ole "my 198 yr old mama" Margetis is a limited public figure in the Texas courts (per this blog lawsuit) you are most definitely the bear minimum of that.

      Hi, I'm a Grandpa...but not just Any Grandpa. I'm the Grandpa who has somehow managed to be leading a new American revolution. It's the Lawless America Revolution. And our mission is to save America. Please understand what has happened in our country, and join me in an essential revolution.

      I ask you to join me in a new American revolution. A peaceful revolution. I have dubbed it “The Lawless America Revolution.”

      I ask you to join me in a new American revolution. A peaceful revolution. I have dubbed it “The Lawless America Revolution.”

      I have become a leading expert on government corruption and judicial corruption in America.

      I have taken a leadership role in the latest iteration of our ongoing civil rights movement in America.

      I am devoting the rest of my life to exposing government corruption because if someone doesn’t step up to try to organize an effort to save America...

      Another fundamental right is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty and that justice is what should be the focus of any and all legal proceedings. The innocent must be released from jail. Some experts say that as many as 25% of the people in prison are innocent. So, I believe we must abolish the death penalty except in cases of treason.

      Reduce the power of judges.

      Increase the power of grand juries.

      Put every corrupt government official and employee on trial for treason.

      Put every corrupt government official and employee on trial for treason.

      Special Grand Juries to hear charges against corrupt government officials and to review cases of those who feel they have been wronged. Decisions to become valid when we succeed in gaining control of the legislatures.

      ...I have drafted proposed legislation that will correct much of what is broken in America. In the months ahead, we will be demanding that our elected officials enact these common sense proposals...And if they don’t, we must replace them and then put them on trial for their crimes.

      I have devised a plan for how we will go about bringing charges against corrupt officials now as well as a way to review the cases of those who have been wronged by the corrupt system.

      ~~~
      One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.
      In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives.
      We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.
    17. "Attorney" at 8:10 you merely referenced things BW says about himself, concluding with "after all of that ludicrous posturing, he thinks that he can avoid being found a public figure?" Guess what? Posturing does not = PF.
      Your 8:10 post did not mention a single FACT that will be relevant to the inquiry.
      Your 12:07 post gets a little warmer, but still fails to address the FACTS the court will look for.
      "And such facts as starting political parties and political pressure groups," SO YOU THINK JUST STARTING A POLITICAL PARTY OR BECOMING AN ACTIVIST MAKES ONE A PUBIC FIGURE? REGARDLESS OF THE LEVEL OF SUCCESS OF EITHER OF THOSE ENDEAVORS? WRONG.
      "sending hundreds of pieces of correspondence to government officials nationwide in a vain attempt to get them to pay attention to one's silly crusade, " NOPE, A LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN DEFINITLY DOESN'T DO IT EITHER.
      "mounting nationwide tours to compile (allegedly over 1,000) YouTube videos starring alleged victims of government corruption," SORRY, PRODUCING A FILM DOESN'T DO IT UNLESS THE PRODUCTION INVOLVES A PUBLIC CONTROVERSY AND DRAWS THE ATTENTION OF MORE THAN JUST THE PEOPLE THAT ARE DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN IT.
      "spending years filing both civil lawsuits and criminal charges against officials (including several federal judges) who have dared to cross one, and generally becoming one of the most infamous vexatious litigants in the nation, recognized by courts in at least four federal Circuits and counting."
      NOW YOU ARE REALLY SHOWING YOUR IGNORANCE. THE STUPIDITY OF THIS THEORY IS TOO MUCH.
      "... all of these facts are indications of the manner in which your hero has both sought and acquired extensive publicity (indeed infamy) for himself and his antics."
      SEE IT'S THAT LAST PART WHERE YOU FALL SHORT. WHEN DID HE GET EXTENSIVE PUBLICITY? WHERE CAN I FIND THIS PUBLICITY?
      "Are you seriously asserting that Bill Windsor, for the purpose of the various defamation lawsuits he has filed, is not a public figure?"
      I'M ASSERTING THAT THE PUBLIC FIGURE TEST DOES NOT ASK IF THE PLAINTIFF EVER POSTURED OR ATTEMPTED TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED HIM TO BECOME A PUBILC FIGURE.
      DID WINDSOR HAVE MORE THAN A TRIVIAL ROLE IN A PUBLIC CONTROVERSY AND IF SO, WHAT WAS THAT CONTROVERSY?
    18. Btw "Attorney", I don't recall you ever "shredding" me, lmao. In fact, I recall you making a total fool out of yourself repeatedly. I can retrieve the evidence of that if you like.
  5. Ahahahah oh man, Fleming called it. Windsor actually used his "8 mile" movie inference as a "threat" towards Windsor. Even with Allies joke calling Fleming, "Flem Shady" Windsor still doesn't get it.
    Then he even goes so far as to make a comment that sounds like a direct threat to go to Michigan, as well as talk to people Fleming knows. He's seriously spinning now.
    Windsor, unplug from the internet, and go rent some movies. You are so far out of touch with reality and the jokes we make, no Judge anywhere is going to take you seriously. Or do you already know that, and that's why you've taken to the "Court of Lawless America dot com" to plead your case? That way, it's only your version of events you make up? Sounds about right.
As of this time it is called The Slanderers www.theslanderers.com There will be a weekly segment. I will go into the depths of Lawless America, interview people who have left the revolutionary movement. Go over the stories they gave, see where they are, how they feel about the movement, etc. I will also go into the coming up of the movement lawless America, Grip, and also about the Maid of the Mist, and also 1st Communications how it filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy 1 year after it was sold to the washington post, even though the 10k annual report of the Washington post for years 2000-2006 do not say anything about buying it. Per the federal Bankruptcy court, 1st communications owed over a million dollars to the IRS and Windsor made a claim of 95,000 from the company in 2002. The company was liquidated all of it's assets and paid the creditors. Hence Windsor was forced to retire with no company left.
