The “Joey” Chronicles

By NBTDT

Per the request of a newcomer, the following is a recap of the history of the joeyisalittlekid blog.
The namesake of the blog is Joseph (Joey) G. Dauben.   Several years ago Joey left the job he had as a reporter with a newspaper in Ellis County, TX to begin independently “reporting” on local events and politics.    As time went on, Joey’s news “publications” became more gossip than objective news reporting.     Joey considered his gossip to be “exposure” of those he thought were unworthy of their elected or hired government positions.    In the process of “reporting” the rampant “corruption” Joey found in this corner of the world, innocent people were hurt by the gossip, ½ truths and stuff Joey just made up.    The counties covered by Joey are made up of small rural communities.    It seems everybody knew somebody that had become a target of Joey’s.

Joey had a habit of deleting comments and blocking his dissenters.    People that knew the truth of a matter and wanted to set the story straight could not be heard on Joey’s web sites.   Joey either ignored or attacked people that attempted give him facts or set him on the right path.     This blog was started to provide a forum for local folks that had something to say about Joey and what he was “reporting”.     The blog name comes from Joey’s tendency to behave like a spoiled little kid.

So, everything was rocking along nicely.   We had our say regarding local politics and everything Joey was writing.    Then in the winter of 2011, the bottom fell out of Joey’s world.    Joey was arrested in Navarro County for sexual offenses.   A short time later, Joey was charged in Ellis County for publishing identifying information on a man without his permission.     All of Joey’s IT equipment, cameras, phones and web sites were seized.    Joey claimed the charges in both counties were a result of a conspiracy against him and retaliation for the “corruption” he had “exposed”.

In the summer of 2012, with Joey in jail his girlfriend, Presley Crowe, hooked up with Bill Windsor through her association with American Mothers Political Party (AMPP).   Bill agreed to include Joey’s story of corruption in the Lawless America movie.     Presley was filmed by Bill outside the Ellis County jail.    Joey’s parents jumped on the Lawless America train too.   Joey’s dad even painted his wheelie Blazer with the Lawless America logo.     We were fascinated by Presley’s and the Daubens’ belief that Bill’s attention to Joey’s story would “expose the corruption” in Joey’s cases and help set Joey free.    Then we started to pay closer attention to what Bill was doing and saying.    At the same time, Presley was complaining about this blog to Bill on Joey’s behalf.

Bill Windsor and Joey’s supporters maintain that this blog was started out of “hate” for Joey.   Not true.  While there were and are some people that may “hate” Joey, most of the people following Joey from this blog thought Joey meant well but was sorely misguided.    In the fall of 2012, one contributor got into a disagreement with another contributor in a late night rant.  It got really ugly and personal.  Someone was offended, reported the blog for being a “hate” blog and that blog was shut down.   This blog, with the same name was started in its place.

In early 2013, just as Joey was going to trial in Navarro County, Bill had a falling out with AMPP.    Presley’s video testimony was taken off YouTube.    Thanks to Presley’s advertisement and her complaints to Bill about this blog, AMPP and several other of Bill’s dissenters found this blog – then we had contributors from around the country.    It was around this time that Bill began to refer to any one posting on this blog as a “Joey”.    As Joey’s legal issues were disposed, Bill kept our interest, I think, because he is a lot like Joey, only older and much more fascinating with a larger stage, his plan to “take back our country” and all of the law suits.    Our attention to Bill brought with it an awareness and interest in reform groups, groups with plans to take over the country and the people that make up the groups.    Bill complains about the on-going conversation regarding his activities and his connection to others that want to “take back our country”.   But as the newcomer pointed out, Bill actually directs people to this blog.      And now, we have international contributors.

That about wraps it up.     For anyone that wonders whatever happed to Joey, Google is your friend.   And there is plenty of time, Joey is not going anywhere for the next 15 to 30 years.

  1. Nice summary NBTDT.
Just goes to show how stupid Windsor nick-naming us the "Joeys" was. They (Lawless America Lemmings & Leader) are the real "Joey's."

How many times is he going to change his story about the "movie.?" I thought part of his claim in the plethora of lawsuits is that between Facebook deleting his promotional page, running out of donations/funds, the "Government paid Cyberstalkers," all but killed the "movie." It's on, no it's dead, no really "folks" I'm still making it, no I can't...on and on and on. Just like his endless countdown. Can't make up his mind. Gotta fake the courts out to make a "case" yet, keep the lemmings from turning on him when they figure it all out. hahahahaha . How does he manage to be so twisted and two faced!

Anyhoo, Bill goes on to write AT&T called and he will be getting his email restored - okie. Good gawd, this man really needs to get a hobby.

I agree, it could very well have been set up by him for drama. But, whatever the case, those few posts don't add up to the amount of drama he has been whining about. (But what should we expect from the Drama King offspring from the Winkopp blood ancestry.

      William Windsor
      Lawlessamerica.com

Interestingly, what Windsor claims is the law is actually 180º from what the law is. In order for Windsor to prove libel, he must prove the text was presented as a fact--not an opinion--and that the fact was actually false. Moreover, if deemed a public figure or limited purpose public figure, Windsor will have to show the defendant KNEW the fact he/she published as a fact was false. The threshold for libel is a very high bar, indeed; perhaps that's why Windsor is warping into something else.

  10. So now what does Windsor do? He is suing someone based on the flat out lies of a person he doesn't even know. How can a person start naming and suing people when he doesn't even have any solid proof or evidence to support his allegations?

It would sure be nice if Windsor is ordered to turn over all his informant information, so the court could decide how to hold Windsor and his sleuths liable for damages in the end. You know, "enjoin" them, make them equally and severally liable?

Ha! Balloon Betty. Now that off the wall comment makes perfect sense. Gosh, hasn't it been about 3 years since MVZ's blog was taken down? Betty sure knows how to hold on to a grudge. But, I'm grateful for the help she's provided Windsor in his Ellis Co case. If it ever goes to trial, we will all have a great laugh.

As for the facts of the Collin Co case - wasn't there a default judgement? If so, then how was slander and libel "proven"? And as a matter of fact, the accusations made against the plaintiffs in that case turned out to be true when Joey was convicted by a jury in Navarro Co.

If he had me tied up in a law suit, I would do everything possible to exercise my right to resolve the matter and make sure the Judge is aware of BS excuses that drag the case out. Especially if the BS excuses are related to or a result of his vexi-ness.

    11. And IMO the MO case has been the biggest cluster F**k of them all. It's been at least 15 months and nothing has really even been addressed. Regardless, it's her money, but the fact that remains is there are 1000 does hanging in the wings for that case, to be added whenever he feels the need. That? Is not right. If one case gets dismissed, he's banking on the fact that he can simply use MO as his plan "B," or "C" or "D" all the way down the alphabet. It's a fricken joke.

Windsor is hardly most litigants, of course, but (presuming he can tell a convincing story about how the Michigan scheduling was out of his control) the Michigan-Missouri calendar conflict is actually very good grounds for a continuance in one case or the other.

The "wear and tear on the Jeep" bit is a new one on me. How does that justify a continuance? Is he demanding that courts synchronize the hearings in all of these cases, so he can make one trip and attend them all? That seems solidly in "tough luck, bub; you're the one who decided to file so many lawsuits without hiring an attorney" territory to me.

      About.

Lawless America is a documentary film and a revolution - The Lawless America Revolution. The goal is to save America by exposing government and judicial corruption. www.LawlessAmerica.com -- nobodies@att.net

      Description

Lawless America is a documentary film and a revolution - The Lawless America Revolution. The goal is to save America by exposing government and judicial corruption.

Lawless America began as a concept on or about April 1, 2006 when William M. Windsor began to discover that there were corrupt judges as well as corrupt attorneys in America. The domain name was purchased in December 2007.r to chronicle Bill Windsor's proof of the corruption in his case.

When the United States Supreme Court issued orders in three petitions for writ of mandamus filed by Bill Windsor in which they stated that they REFUSED to tell federal judges that they had to abide by the Constitution, the Internet publicity caused over 10,000 people to email Bill within a week. That number is now well over 50,000 -- people wanting to tell their stories of the corruption in America. Lawless America morphed into an effort to expose dishonesty and corruption in government while presenting ways to battle this epidemic. Lawless America covers corruption all over the country and tries to help as many people as possible.

In 2010, Bill held an online video conference that thousands participated in. During that conference, Bill quipped that if there was no other way to get Americans to understand that we are all victims of corruption, he would drive to all 50 states until he reached a million people and educated them. When that idea resurfaced in 2012, Bill quipped that he guessed he should take a camera. On June 14, 2012, Bill embarked on a 241-day road trip to all 50 states filming 750 victims of government and judicial corruption. That list grew to over 4,000 people who have asked to be filmed.

It started as a movie, became a mission, a movement, and a revolution.

There are over 1,200 videos on the Lawless America YouTube site. Lawless America is a member of the press and media with an online publication, an online radio show, and an online TV show.

    5. Most likely, Billy's countdown was the result of his latest filing to the 9th Circuit of Appeals against Boushie and U. of MT.

    6. No way! Un-fricken-real. Can't keep a vindictive Vexi down. You just can't. It's not possible. While he still has money for filing, he's gonna keep going. (and since we all believe he's loaded by the amount of money he's been tossing in court cases across the US, I'd say it's a pretty assumption)

His countdown started a while ago, so chances are it had nothing to do with this particular request. Lord knows he's got soooo many going now, it's hard to keep up.

    8. Anon 1:47: That's a good catch, and (I think) not a bad guess.

The appeal is a little confusing, though. As far as I can tell, the Montana federal case isn't actually finished in district court yet. At the end of June Magistrate Judge Jeremiah Lynch filed a recommendation (that's the document that was linked to and discussed here--the one with the classic line about Windsor's "seemingly delusional or fanciful allegations of corruption"), but that's not a final, appealable order. The district court case isn't over until the full-fledged district judge accepts the magistrate's recommendation. Only then can Windsor appeal, barring special circumstances (that clearly aren't present here).

So it's fairly odd. And, in any case, it makes a pretty flat climax to the well-hyped countdown: "3... 2... 1... I'm appealing my last litigation loss!" Seriously?

    9. Well, at least the delusional fog has parted! He's planning ahead, even he knows a loss is coming. In Windsor ProSe practice? That fugly written admonishment? Did seem to indicate a loss!
Windsor really does suck at everything!

      Thanks @Attorney!

    2. Yeah, what's up with that?
And what about Facebook hearings on the 11th & 12th?
Appeals to Montana? Didn't Montana already tell him he was "delusional"?
He is in Vexi overdrive mode!
I just thought his trip to the Midlothian PD was reDONKulous!
He's frivolously filing so furiously, how's he keeping his calendar, Jeep deprecation, cameras and boxes of paper sorted!
How could he have time to Facebook? Wash his socks?
The revolution-ing has him circling the nation's courts at warp speed!
Seems extremely confident that Missouri on the 6th is off!
What about his health? That hernia surgery he's been delaying?

    3. Don't feel bad. He can't keep up either.

    4. Yep, Montana did tell him he is delusional, but he has now filed another new appeal to the 9th. More evidence I suppose of his delusions. Lock that Vexi up, and throw away the key! Go Montana!! Love the Judges there, they don't tolerate SocCit Vexi shit.

    5. Right. He can't possibly ask for support, when he's let them all down, so he had to make more empty promises. Oh sure, come help me, and I promise to film and exploit you on youtube, for pay per clicks. He did this before once to. Apologized to the lemmings for not doing anything for them, then asking for affidavits. I believe the screenshot is around somewhere.

  28. Bill Windsor -FRIENDS: Please send private Facebook messages only so cyberstalkers will not know who you are. If you absolutely, positively can't send a Facebook message, please email me at bill@billwindsor.com. I prefer a Facebook message for security reasons.

Seriously? He's notorious for ignoring messages from FB, as well as his "I have over a hundred thousand emails, I don't possibly have time to read any....unless it's about "Haters," then put "Haters" in the subject and I'll get right on it."

    1. He needs to film. Fresh lemmings to donate so he can cover all the wear on his vehicle. And the $500 filing fee for that appeal in MT

    2. He doesn't need any more donations. He didn't need any in the first place. The guy has probably tossed close to $20,000 in the last year on frivolous law suits. Disgusting! They are all frivolous. They are all a waste of taxpayer money, and it's frankly irresponsible of anyone to allow him to file even one more stitch of dead tree anywhere in the US. His rights? Vexatious Litigants are not guaranteed the right to drain valuable resources because they are pissed off at the world. And with Windsor's history? He's probably the most heinous, demented, harassing menace, who's only goal in life is to get back at people who don't bow down to him, and for exposing the man who hates the Government, Judges, Attorneys, and litigants. Asshole!!

  31. Wait what? Now the petition for a protection order is a criminal case? And Marty is being asked by Windsor to testify? Cue circus music. The clown car is on the road!

Marty Prehn...."I will be a testifying witness at this criminal hearing at Bill Windsor's request. The charges will be for aggravated cyber stalking and domestic internet terrorism and if found GUILTY is a prison sentence of up to 5 years and fines and costs and restitution. Hope to see you there."

  35. Many months (I think more than a year) ago, I kept an eye on the filings in the Maid of the Mist litigation Windsor was still battling in the federal Northern District of Georgia.

In that case, Windsor was found in contempt of court and ordered to pay just under $30,000 to the court in fines. Back when I posted regular updates on filings in the case, I wondered whether he'd be able to pay that, and what else the U.S. Attorney assigned to get it from him would find.

Tonight I've looked in on the PACER listing for the Maid case one last time, and I see that it's finally over. On December 4, 2013, the U.S. Attorney filed notice that Windsor had indeed paid the $29,500 that he owed for his contempt-of-court fines. And that's all that's filed. Oh, well.

Although Bill and Snoozan will claim otherwise, here is our system working. A Dallas Co Commissioner was indicted for corruption & arrested by the FBI this AM. There is a link to the indictment in this report.
