2015 On The Run

Windsor is starting out the new year as a full fledged fugitive.  He is now wanted in two states and he has taken to the road to run from his responsibilities.  Out of all the terrible things Bill is, chief among them is he is a pure coward.  He will not go to Montana or TX to face his charges, he will run for the rest of his life if he has to.

Bill has brought in fellow paper terrorist Susan to help organize and carry out his latest war on trees.  Windsor incorrectly called her a "former Joey", but that's not true as she tried for months to hang with the cool kids but was never accepted as there was always something wrong in her sick mind.  Now she is right back where she belongs, aiding and abetting a known terrorist and fugitive from the law.  The good news is, like Windsor, she really isn't actually good at anything and the last thing she is good at is rallying other people to a cause.  They can write all the affidavits they want, reach out to as many Me The People groups as they want....but at the end of the day they will still be right back where they started.  All of Bill's remaining followers are not good at doing things, if they were, they wouldn't be following Bill.

Windsor is going to find that life on the road as a fugitive is going to hamper him greatly.  His vexatious desires must end, his constant public statements now must be filtered.  His paranoia will be at a level never before experienced as now he knows for sure if MT ever gets ahold of him he will spend the rest of his miserable life behind the cold bars of a Montana prison.

  1. And the Sov. Cit war starts. First of all, I thought yesterday he said none of his email accounts were working. Second, here we go again with the useless affidavits. How can any affidavit have any merit, when they would only be backing up the lies he's posted? I surely hope that anyone who files one gets charged with conspiring to commit treason, since they have been trying so hard to launch this war on the U.S. under the name Lawless America. (side note, he always picks the stupidest names for his stuff. "Free Montana?" Really? Stupid. Free Willy was way funnier!)

Bill Windsor needs a little help now.

Bill Windsor is alive and reasonably well at 4:00 am on New Year's Day en route to Missoula Montana, but he needs just a little help with four or five subjects...

Bill Windsor needs someone with police or private investigator abilities to do one little thing. If you know someone who might be able to help, email WindsorInJail@yahoo.com and WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com with POLICE in all caps in the Subject line.

Bill needs someone to head up contacts with people in the documentary film business. If so, email WindsorInJail@yahoo.com and WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com with FILM in all caps in the Subject line.

Bill Windsor needs someone to make contacts with freedom of speech groups, the movie industry, etc. to try to get some groups to fight the idea that Bill Windsor might be sent to prison for life for filming as movie. If so, email WindsorInJail@yahoo.com and WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com with PRISON FOR A MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line.

If you know a licensed private investigator, William M. Windsor needs someone who will allow him to do some skip tracing. Bill will purchase special software that the PI may use and keep, if he or she will just let Bill use the PI's number to make the purchase. If you lnow someone, email WindsorInJail@yahoo.com and WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com with PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR in all caps in the Subject line.

Bill Windsor has a few things that need to be done in Dallas that he was unable to do before he left for Montana. If you could go to Dallas for a few hours to do these things, please email WindsorInJail@yahoo.com and WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com with DALLAS in all caps in the Subject line.

Bill Windsor needs someone to take over some websites. If you know WordPress and Joomla and might be willing, please email WindsorInJail@yahoo.com and WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com with WEBSITES in all caps in the Subject line.

Bill Windsor needs all the legal ideas and legal research he can get. If you'd like to help, email WindsorInJail@yahoo.com and WindsorInMontana@yahoo.com with LEGAL in all caps in the Subject line, and send him your ideas.

If you want to join a private chat group about Bill Windsor and ways to FREE MONTANA, email freebillwindsor@gmail.com. The moderator is Snoozan, a former Joey. I disagree with a lot that she writes, but she has been very helpful a lot of the time over the last year. Snoozan will direct you to a forum that she is setting up where you can discuss possible ways to help. You must register and have a password to see what is being said in this forum. freebillwindsor@gmail.com is held by Susan Harbison (Snoozan). If you contact her, she will try to get you to sign off on affidavits, which will then be sent to MT and TX DAs, judges, etc.. You can help by participating in an email campaign to get the ACLU, the EFF, Volokh and other like minded persons of power to challenge the validity of what is being done in MT. Snoozan says she will do all the writing; she just needs people who are not afraid to sign their names to these documents.

Thanks for any help you can provide. I wish I didn't have to ask."

Ah, see, that's where you're wrong Evelyn. This was Windsor's game all along. Snooze even said this was a game. Windsor used you and all the other lemmings to set up false stories of Government corruption. Every case he files, he will lose because they have no merit. That's part of the plan. It creates yet one more false story for Windsor to cry and whine about, to Flame anti Govt. rhetoric. Nice the beginning of the year will expose the true nature of what the Lawless America Revolution was all about all along!

    2. Dear Evelyn, in hopes that you read here I want to say this. I met you at the MEET ME IN DC event. You are a wonderful normal mother, and we cried together over our stories. While our stories were opposite, they were strikingly similar. It was at that event that I was shown what Mr. Windsor was truly up to. It was directly after that event that I realized I was one of his victims just like everyone else there. I fell hard for his show. Thankfully I am not totally stupid, just was trauma ridden at the moment like you, and I ran as far as I could from him. I tried to tell the rest of you and he attacked and stalked and sued me. Please, trust your gut. I can promise you it IS all a game. Mr. Windsor had no intention of helping any of you. What he is doing now is what he was doing all along. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for your son, for you, for all of us. He stood in that ballroom and lied his ass off to you. I was sick. I spent most of the rest of the day in the lobby away from it. I pray that man is shut down sooner than later. He takes advantage of hurting people, takes donations from them, fills them full of hope and promises, all the while wanting one thing. Fame, like his dad and grandpa. Any way he can get it.

Here's a flash back peek from the Lawless America/GRIP crap-- what the "masses" didn't know...which good ol' Scout and Windbag were creating. Kind of a bait and switch deal--pretend to help to get them on board. Notice the comment to "Scout" where the person clearly saw through that, and thought it was cruel. But--it is what Lawless Bill did, and is still doing.

SO DEAR, THESE TWO POSTS PROVE THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU WERE TRYING TO PROVE. WINDSOR DID WANT TO DRAW PEOPLE IN BY OFFERING TO HELP THEM. SCOUT MADE IT QUITE CLEAR THAT SUCH HELP WAS OUT OF THE QUESTION AND THAT THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT FROM THE START.

    9. Hmmm I take back part of what I just wrote. Some parts of the first post may have been written by Windsor, I can't tell. But whether some of it is Windsor's words or not, some of it was written by an activist that called himself Meet Me in DC. "Scout" is clearly responding to and disagreeing with Meet Me in DC.

If you link to the page where you found these two posts I'm sure it will be clear who wrote that first post and how much of it, if any, was written by Windsor.

    10. Well, since Scout and Windsor can change things...there will be no telling who said what now.

Point is bait and switch--and it was wrong. Using hurting people by luring them in? False advertisements to help? How is that not proving the post? Nothing changes--no matter who said what.

  4. Yesterday I mentioned that, if Windsor intended to continue this flight beyond January 21, he'd have to change his story. That shoe appears to have dropped rather quickly:

"There used to be a January 21 deadline, but for a $100,000 order, Bill Windsor thinks that deadline just went away. He might get there by January 20, and he might not. If Judge Cindy Ermatinger corrects her actions of December 30, Bill Windsor says he will be there before January 21 as he would never violate a legitimate court order."

I thought I was fairly good at deciphering Windsor double-speak, but the first quoted sentence still confuses me: "There used to be a January 21 deadline, but for a $100,000 order, Bill Windsor thinks that deadline just went away."

What does that second clause -- "but for a $100,000 order" -- mean? What order? Is he saying that something that Judge Ermatinger did at the recent hearing set up by Patrick Wilson nullified the side agreement that he said he had with her, such that no deadline for him to appear anywhere now exists?

Also -- if they're true -- some of the statements in the 1900 12.31.2014 LA.com post are very troubling: that Windsor "bought a new burner phone" and "gave an old phone to a trucker and asked him to just keep it on for a few weeks as he traveled."

These are real fugitive tactics: buying a throwaway phone with a number that hasn't been widely disseminated, and that he can get rid of whenever necessary, and giving "an old phone" (likely the one whose number has been splashed all over the place) to "a trucker" (possibly Dennis Schuelke, whom Windsor indicated had a commercial driver's license and would drive an RV for him on the movie road trip?) to "just keep . . . on" as the trucker travels -- so that if the number gets traced, the cell tower pings wouldn't show Windsor's movements, but someone else's.

I was skeptical that he was ever legitimately interested in running from law enforcement. I just couldn't see him really considering that lifestyle and all it entails. My thought was that he would eventually get an attorney, appear, and try to attack the validity of the charges, cut a deal, show an attorney how bad a witness the Boushies would be, etc., etc.

Maybe he still isn't that interested in doing it, or the interest will wear off quickly -- as it does with most of his ventures. But if these claimed actions have actually taken place, I might have been very, very wrong with my initial impression. But running from the authorities is a very, very bad idea for Windsor. It will not end well.

    6. He's at a fever pitch right now, and amazingly continues to post his moves on the web.

In my opinion, when he goes to trial, he'll ignore his attorneys advice, take the stand, and it's all over at that point.

    7. This is all too funny -- I can hardly stand it. He's such an idiot. To think what his argument/defense could possibly be at this juncture is hard to imagine. (a) A person commits an offense if, with intent to hinder the arrest, prosecution, conviction, or punishment of another for an offense or, with intent to hinder the arrest, detention, adjudication, or disposition of a child for engaging in delinquent conduct that violates a penal law of the state, or with intent to hinder the arrest of another under the authority of a warrant or capias, he:

    (d) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree if the person who is harbored, concealed, provided with a means of avoiding arrest or effecting escape, or warned of discovery or apprehension is under arrest for, charged with, or convicted of a felony, including an offense under Section 62.102, Code of Criminal Procedure, or is in custody or detention for, is alleged in a petition to have engaged in, or has been adjudicated as having engaged in delinquent conduct that violates a penal law of the grade of felony, including an offense under Section 62.102, Code of Criminal Procedure, and the person charged under this section knew that the person they harbored, concealed, provided with a means of avoiding arrest or effecting escape, or warned of discovery or apprehension is under arrest for, CHARGED WITH, or convicted of a FELONY, or is in custody or detention for, is alleged in a petition to have engaged in, or has been adjudicated as having engaged in delinquent conduct that violates a penal law of the grade of FELONY.

    3. It's only a Class 3 Felony. Why worry?

A variety of crimes are classified as Class 3 felonies. A third conviction for driving while intoxicated carries a Class 3 felony. Skipping bail after a felony arrest will add a Class 3 felony to a person’s list of charges. A felon in possession of a firearm is also a Class 3 felony. Retaliation, stalking and tampering with evidence are all Class 3 felonies.

With a felony conviction comes a substantial penalty. Class 3 felonies can be punished by incarceration in state prison for anywhere from 2-10 years. Convicted felons can also face fines of as much as $10,000. A person convicted of a non-violent Class 3 felony may not be sentenced to prison at all. He may get a shorter sentence in a county jail or even a long probation sentence and a felony conviction that will stay with them for life.

    Dear FB Friends,
Please read Bill's most recent post.
After reading the post, if you can't help right now, please follow and share the news of what's happening in his case. If you're afraid to share the news, I understand. It's terrifying to think that any of this can be true.
If none of this is true, and we share this news, we'll just look like crazy people sharing crazy news. However, if any of this is true, and we share this news because it's the right thing to do, we won't look like crazy people sharing real news that could save our justice system from what looks like a hijacking in both Texas and Montana.
The general public, good people in authority and good legislators will have the courage and the power to do something about this - and similar problems in several states - as soon as enough people know about what's been happening in several court systems.
Here's one reason I believe Bill: The man who sent threats to Bill in an elaborate campaign against the Lawless America project works at a university in Montana. He sent threats to me too, with a photo of a knife, apparently because I have been supporting Bill's Lawless America project. The man sending countless threats to Bill and others still works at the same university.
Common sense tells me that means there's something very wrong somewhere in the justice system in Montana.
I spoke with someone who told me, she believes the man working at the university is on the government payroll. I believe that. Otherwise, those in authority in Montana would not have allowed him to send so many threats to so many individuals.

Bill Windsor Thanks so much, Julia. EVERY word I have written and spoken has been what I know to be the truth. And I have evidence galore. Most of the Montana evidence is online. I was physically stalked in dallas, and I will add that evidence when time permits. If what has been done and is being done to me is a matter that should be of serious concern to all good Americans.

How about the fact that not one shred of what he's posted has been substantiated in ANY court ANYWHERE? And upon a court asking him to back his lies up with actual evidence, he CAN'T?

oh yes, the FBI, CIA, DOJ, AG's, DA's, Judges, Government Officials, and everyone else under Windsor's gun are all corrupt.

  11. This one statement is very sketchy for numerous reasons.
-Windsor has not been able to prove he is actually a member of the media/press.
-Windsor's "Whistleblower Productions" doesn't seem to be a legitimate company.
-Numerous stories filmed by Windsor have been debunked by Court records
-Numerous people filmed-- admitted they were deemed mentally ill by a Dr.

Why would any legitimate Film company take this project on for starters to cover up or inherit his mess, and why is Windsor claiming he's being denied his rights to free speech, (even IF he can prove he is licensed to be a film maker/media) when a Judge pointed out that his behavior did not fall under the 1st amendment--it was stalking, and could not be considered "media" since he has no t.v. show which he claimed he did, to get permission to film, there is no "movie" and being media does not entitle anyone to stalk, harass, defame, annoy etc. under the false guise of being "media." Again, Windsor's claims are completely unsubstantiated, even by him and what he can't prove.
And, in a typical Windsor twist, he's suing to deny people their 1st amendment rights to free speech, discussing, debating, and forming opinions about the life of William M Windsor, who is a self made limited public figure--of which he created himself-- as an on line "Saga."

Yo Bill: Best way to cancel a bench warrant is to have your lawyer make arrangements to turn yourself in. Wicked Willy of the West--ran out of road.

Pan out--dust, tumble weed bouncing down the deserted town dirt road--a lonely old man wanders through the deserted town...staggering as if drunk, parched, his strangely photo shopped green eyes twitching..holding handfuls of loose papers. He drops to his knees and the papers blow away... he looks up to the sky, and the last word he uttered were...but...but...they're VOID.

    4. I personally like the Movie Angle of
      "Vexatious Vermin Voided"

With teams of FBI agents surrounding a seedy motel in the backwoods town of Nobodyville, choppers circling the air, and news media in full force. The ending of the "Billshit Saga" is about to begin. With tear gas filling up the room, a grumpy, grayish colored old man crawls towards the door. Unable to speak, due to the bile he spewed for decades backing up into his throat...he was finally silenced.
Cut to court room--thousands upon thousands of Judicial officers, DA's, Sheriffs, and other's formed a long line around the courthouse to testify against the man who was deemed the most evil, vile, disgusting beast since...well....ever. It was the trial of the century. He was found unanimously guilty of treason--jury still deliberating about where to send him--since no one wants him. Talks of Alcatraz have been discussed.

BILL WINDSOR IS ALIVE AND WELL AT 2:02 PM MOUNTAIN TIME ON JANUARY 1, 2015 - DAY 4 OF THE MONTANA RUN
    Hi folks. Vey quick update.
Someone tried to hack my email accounts. Can you spell J-O-E-Y? or W-I-L-S-O-N?
I have a new burner phone. If you need or just badly want to talk with me, call 770-578-1094, and leave a message.
Would someone like to draft a Montana Motion to Quash a Bench Warrant for me in a Word file? I think that has to be Phase 1. You can read why it is improper on www.LawlessAmerica.com -- http://lawlessamerica.com/index.php…
We have some media interest! Fingers crossed. We really need someone to jump all over sending information and making calls to media. I will write a basic story, but the lead in is Senior Citizen may be destined for Life in Prison for Filming a Movie. Or, what do you guys think is the most attention-getting news release title?
    On the road. Smoking soon.

    5. It's a national tragedy the numbers of seniors in jail, but the fates of those in nursing homes are not always better. The numbers of both will increase as Baby Boomers come of age. A radical suggestion would be in using tax money to correct the insufficient care for seniors in both institutions. Of course that starts with citizens paying their taxes.

My advice to Bill's brood is to distance yourselves until he is apprehended. Depending on his antics, and yours, by assisting him you may receive a knock on the door from Federal Marshals. You are clearly identified and by giving him advice and support you are putting yourselves at risk.

    1. Well, for the sake of accuracy--and I'm one of those accuracy/fact-check nuts--the "Obama phone" isn't an Obama phone at all.

      From http://www.factcheck.org/2009/10/the-obama-phone/ :

Q: Has the Obama administration started a program to use "taxpayer money" to give free cell phones to welfare recipients?

A: No. Low-income households have been eligible for discounted telephone service for more than a decade [began during Bush administration]. But the program is funded by telecom companies, not by taxes, and the president has nothing to do with it.

      Delete
    2. The accurate fact is ... Marty got his "Obama/flipphone" via the Gov't while Obama was in office and via Obama's "Healthcare/Insurance" program that Marty is on & he had to show his Michigan Bridge card to get the Obama phone .. And, no it is not "s funded by telecom companies, not by taxes, and the president has nothing to do with it." it's "funded" by taxes via Obama's Obamacare that taxes are also paying for and is regulated by the Gov't.

  22. I have several beefs with Windsor, and I'd be glad to have a repartee with him online. The problem is that he won't, he'll immediately do his classic move, identify you to the world, name address etc. call you a liar and worse, then often slap you with a pro se suit (despite never winning any) because he has endless time for these, causing me to pay for an attorney to fight his numerous filings, then if he gets riled enough, he'll drive by my home/work etc. and do the stalking thing. I have a full time job and no time to be pulled into his life involving retaliations and litigation. Then if I sue him, I can stand in line to collect with all the other judgments he's accumulating. He has nothing to lose, his life is one baseless lawsuit after another.

There is another blog that I have a nemesis of sorts, we argue for hours sometimes, no threats or lawsuits, then we log off and I go to bed. Bill doesn't know how to play that way, he's a kook.

BTW, anyone that considers prison or judgments in 6 figures anything but losses needs to have their head examined. And it's not a game to anyone but you, Bill and his minions, certainly not to the Courts and LE, as Bill will find out shortly.

    1. When he was heavy harassing me, driving by my kids bus stop, driving around my home taking pictures, plastering my photo, address and lies about me all over the Internet? There was a time I was afraid too. So afraid that I hid my children for the 2 weeks he was here for our court. I honestly didn't know if I'd be the first that he crossed the physical harm line with. He bragged about that stupid gun and coming to my house. I didn't know what he might do. Fortunately I later realized he's a pussy and nearly faints at the slightest aggression or reprimand. Now? Not scared. I can hold my own no matter what he tries, even if he decided to let himself into my home in the middle of the night. But I totally understand the fear. It's his perk, he likes it if he intimidates people. And you're right, there really is no telling what he may do eventually, as far as crossing that physical harm line. Unstable is an under statement in my opinion.

I said I'm not scared of him any longer but the poster was right in that ya never know what he is capable of. No way did I say don't worry. I remember well what it's like to worry if he's outside in the dark or not. For me, I've since gotten over the fear and he can try to intimidate all he wants. I'm prepared and I've seen dozens of instances since he's deemed me his enemy (every instance in fact) where he's a huge big time bully behind a screen but in person he nearly passes out from fear himself at the mere thought of being called out or confronted. Hell all I did was exit the same door of a courthouse as him, 50 yards behind him, on accident after court, and he ran. Literally. Ran away, dropped his papers, told everyone I was stalking him and he feared for his life, said he filed a PO but didn't, made a huge deal of it, then stood there with shaking hands and shakey voice when I stopped walking as to not get close to him and said "you don't have permission Allie I didn't give you permission". Lol. He's only tough if he's on stage. The world is his stage. My opinion. But no, that doesn't at all mean don't worry about what he will do . He's unstable supreme and getting boxed in. Worry. Turn him in. Protect yourself.

Now, add into that, a man, who elevated himself into the spot light with crazy ideas of how to charge the govt. with treason, get themselves into power, and retroactively validate what they did to get there, who can't handle one ounce of criticism, has nothing but time and money to quash the freedom of speech of others, so he can then turn around under false pretenses and harass, bully, dehumanize, defame, slander, libel, etc...them.
