Bill Windsor Plays the Geezer Card

As Windsor tries to adapt to his new life as a criminal fugitive,  he continues to have difficulty accepting his new reality.  He can file all the new motions and appeals he wants, but without being able to attend any more hearings, his vexi career is over.  He has now adopted his new defense strategy.....I'm a senior citizen how could you arrest me?

Meanwhile, as he continues to name just about every public official in Ellis County as a "Joey" his followers continue to dwindle as it becomes clear to them, once again, that he isn't the least bit concerned with their issues....only his vengeance.  In short, he picked his poison and now he doesn't want to take it.  Its pretty hard to try all his court tricks and stall tactics when he is a verified fugitive from two different states.

Windsor's life story is pretty simple in a way.  He wanted to break the rules to give him an advantage in life.  When he was called on that and sent to court...the court ruled appropriately.  That is what Windsor calls "corruption" and he and his few remaining followers are nothing more than people who can't accept what a court decided in their personal situation.  Thats why Windsor has no proof of anything, and never will.  As he continues to slander, defame and attempt to intimidate public servants, he falls deeper and deeper into his own hole and alienates the few lemmings that are still following him.

Sleep deprivation continues to be Bill's complaint.  That is only going to get worse for him as his own paranoia will start to eat him alive.  Who is tracking him?  Who is calling him?  Does this hotel know who I am?  What happens when they get my bank account information?  Yes, fear and paranoia are reigning supreme in Windsorland.

  1. He's dug himself so deep, I hope he likes Chinese Food. He has gone after everyone in the judical system and it looks like he's dragging others down with him including family and friends.

I have no idea who let him out of jail, but shame on them, this was to be expected.

    1. I am no supporter of Mr. Winsor, but I do support free speech, especially involing criticism of government. The people posting on this website are hateful and appear to be blindly defending potentially corrupt elected officials. It doesn't make sense unless the posters here are related to the accused government officials.

  2. Excellent post Ginger. And very to the point. His paranoia will grow until he slips up. Good to know they are actively looking for him. He has watched too many movies and shows and thinks he has this fugitive stuff down. LMAO, keep telling yourself that Bill, and keep looking over your shoulder for the LEOs

    1. Yes, that's the whole issue here, his stories are unsubstantiated. That's all Windsor has. Even in all his years of writing he has mass evidence, that's all it amounts to--him saying it. It's really the entire basis of the "web" (also WWW) he created. I also don't think that is enough time though for the sentence, pretty sure it will be way, way longer.

    2. Is it just me or is Billy hinting he's on the left coast headed for Oregon or Washington state? During his first LA film trip in 2012, Windsor spent an inordinate amount of time in the Seattle area; I recall he said he had loads of friends there.

    4. (Even Judy's throwing in the towel ) Judy Russo I've been jailed two times to silence me on the corruption of government official, judges, lawyers, US Trustees and others regarding a documented paper trail on mortgage foreclosure fraud and bankruptcy fraud in NJ and NY. It has cost me 71/2 years of my life and its still not over. The second time I was imprisoned I got out because I had lung cancer and it would have cost the county too much money to keep me their prisoner and have me treated. Bill needs to get this over in Montana and they will still be on him even if his documentary gets out there. I don't have any answers for Bill other than to keep doing what he is doing. He needs media attention but that is really hard to get. Even if he gets a few minutes on a local station, it won't do anything to get his documentary out there. Bill has plenty of dirt on a lot of big wigs across the country. There are people in every state across this country that wants him silenced. He can win a few battles but will he win the war?

      Delete
    5. I'm sorry, but I am just going to say it. The reason the media doesn't cover any of their stories is because they are stupid. They believe they have some big, huge, whopping story that the entire world should see, but the facts are, if they did have anything appealing, someone would cover it. I have seen plenty of stories aired, so when William M Windsor cries and whines about his story being silenced, it's nothing but a crock of crap.

His story is old, tired and played out. The Maid of the Mist thing was stupid. Almost as stupid as David Schieds breaking the law by NOT pulling over or slowing down, and him trying to make some huge case over it. Get over it. You lost because you weren't credible. Pointing fingers and blaming others for your stupid decisions doesn't make it "Corruption" or "Crimes."

Gawd, they are all just a bunch of whiney, bitchy, boo hoo type toddlers in grown ass bodies. Throwing around their weight, and as in Windsor's case his multi millions to buy websites to attempt to make a case by making his own "Media" because he SUCKS, his story isn't Credible, and there was not ONE SINGLE thing he could substantiate to validate "Corruption."

The thought of him held up somewhere on 6 computers, cheeto stains and pie juice on his shirt, wondering if he's pushed his legal envelope too far or if his knowledge of free speech and his millions still will get him out....back and forth back and forth. ....I will win.....maybe I went too far and I will really go to prison. ....I will win.....maybe they are really serious and I can't buy my way out.... ...Aaaaah beautiful.

    3. A bedtime song for Windsor...

      "Enter Sandman" (or the PoPo)

      Say your prayers little one
      Don't forget, my son
      To include everyone

      Tuck you in, warm within
      Keep you free from sin
      Till the sandman he comes

      Sleep with one eye open
      Gripping your pillow tight

      Exit light
      Enter night
      Take my hand
      Off to never never land

      Something's wrong, shut the light
      Heavy thoughts tonight
And they aren't of snow white

Dreams of war, dreams of liars
      Dreams of dragon's fire
And of things that will bite

      Sleep with one eye open
      Gripping your pillow tight

      Exit light
      Enter night
      Take my hand
      Off to never never land

Now I lay me down to sleep
Pray the lord my soul to keep
If I die before I wake
Pray the lord my soul to take

Hush little baby, don't say a word
And never mind that noise you heard
It's just the beast under your bed,
In your closet, in your head

      Exit light
      Enter night
      Grain of sand

      Exit light
      Enter night
      Take my hand
We're off to never never land (or jail)

    3. He posted that the stories with the most drama, such as "Murder," "Death Threats," etc get the most hits and attention. So, with that in mind, when William M Windsor posts up an article he's drumming for drama and hits. He has dusted off all his old boring stories, for new dramatic but still boring stories.

He is anti government all the way, and there isn't anything he could say to me that would change my opinion of that. Who the hell else writes the baseless crap like he does that isn't looking for complete notoriety for themselves first, and flaming hatred of our Government? 1. Yeah, plaintiffs can't remove cases, only defendants can, so that's a definite swing and a miss. I heard that he didn't pay the filing fee so there is no way they docketed the case. I'm thinking he just said they did, so when it's denied, he's got another fake case of being "denied" due to "Corruption" and not because Windsor just lies and lies and lies.

      Delete
    2. He might've filed some dirt of pointless motion to do so, but a plaintiff cannot remove a case to federal court (in most cases, including this one).

      Delete
    3. I believe there is also an issue about a previous order from the South Dakota court to Mr. Windbag, that he 1) needed leave before filing there, and 2) had to be represented by a licensed attorney. Another two issues I highly doubt he dealt with.

      Delete
    4. Yeah. As if it actually went anywhere we could all send the wanted poster along with Bill''s own insistence that the case belongs in Texas and oh yeah a plea for them to set a hearing so he can be re-arrested. Delusion to the last, he is.

      Delete
    5. OK then, no removal. I just hope he tried to do it on Snoozan's advice.

      Delete
    6. It's clearly another Windsor stall tactic to get around judgments and court orders. However, they are just that, stall tactics, with no merit, and won't change a damn thing--but he's vexatious, so he doesn't get that.

"Bill Windsor also knew that if he filed a Notice of Removal, it would immediately divest this new corrupt judge of any jurisdiction."

      Delete
    7. This removal bit is all kinds of wrong. MrSpkr is correct that a plaintiff can't remove a case like this to federal court—but even if he could, he certainly can't remove it to South Dakota federal court! (He'd have to remove to a federal court in Texas. Changing venue to South Dakota would require entirely separate motion proceedings in front of a Texas federal judge, which would themselves require Windsor to present some damn good reasons for the change that aren't exactly self-evident here.) WTF?

There's also the question of what grounds Windsor could have (once again ignoring the he's-the-plaintiff problem) for federal jurisdiction; why, exactly, do the feds have jurisdiction over this lawsuit? If Windsor is relying on diversity jurisdiction, in South Dakota he's in danger of running into the "forum defendant rule," given that he has long pretended to be a resident of South Dakota.

The ironic thing is that the forum defendant rule was the basis for what is, according to me, Windsor's greatest legal triumph to date: his successful argument in Missouri federal court that his lawsuit against Ms. Overstreet should be remanded back to the Missouri state court in which Windsor filed it.

Windsor won that argument (because, AFAICT, he was simply correct on the law), but the same legal point he relied on then is very possibly one of several reasons—though, admittedly, it's probably the third- or fourth-most important reason—that his silly removal here is blatantly improper.

      Delete
    8. I think this statement is the most telling on the question of why:

The case was docketed. Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid, et al (formerly case #88611 in the 40th Judicial District Court in Ellis County Texas) is now Case #14-3020 in the United States District Court for South Dakota. The Joeys will now have to try to remove it to Ellis County. But the action of the corrupt judge in Ellis County who had no jurisdiction is wiped out, and Sean D. Fleming and his lying attorney, Barbara Hachenburg, lost on their motion to dismiss under the so-called Texas Citizens Participation Act, and there is no $320,000 judgment against Bill Windsor.

It sounds like Bill even knows this little trick isn't gonna hold up, but he is hoping that the delay with retroactively void the anti slapp ruling and then when the case is kicked back to TX he will claim that the deadline for the anti slapp ruling as passed.

      Delete
    9. Yeah, this is definitely a loser. Let's just say that Bill was right that the judge in Ellis County who moved forward after the notice of removal did so improperly, and the results of that hearing are void.

      Let's just say.

There are still no valid grounds for removal, and, ultimately, the removal action will fail. I strongly suspect that the federal court in South Dakota will take a dim view of this and impose sanctions of some sort on Windsor for wasting their time and resources before remanding it back to Ellis County.

Once remanded, Bill will make the same tired arguments that he did before, plus he will argue that the plain meaning of the statute bars the anti-SLAPP relief.

The proper response to the Court is that, under its equitable powers, the Court has the power to right an injustice perpetrated upon a litigant through the use of such tactics. The intent of the legislature was clearly to protect litigants from this sort of tomfoolery by vexatious litigants attempting to suppress free speech through litigation, and the Courts will not allow people like Windsor to pervert justice in that manner. In addition, Windsor will be on the hook for any additional monies expended to deal with this crap. If I were the attorney, I'd also demand an extremely high contingent appellate fee (probably around $50-75K per level of appeal) due to his track record of vexatious litigiousness.

And I would put money down that I would get it.

Bill might delay things, but he will ultimately lose, and lose badly.

When I met him, he seemed like a nice old man with a good idea. But he has a Bat Man complex, and he started dragging his family down with him, which is why the wife divorced him and his daughter cut him off.

This is really sad, but he is getting further and further away from a normal life, hell bent on self destruction.

What I do not understand is his obsession with what people say about him on the internet. I mean - who cares what people say on the internet?! I could care less what people write about me online.

    4. Thanks for your comments Anon 10:33. Everything has to be a tidy, zipped up, snapped up game in Windsor's mind with predictable, easy-call moves. I say "easy-call moves" because he expects to have a grasp of all varibles at all times. I really want to see this guy put away for a very long time because of who he targets and how he uses them for his games. I, too, fell for his sweet 'ol caring grandpa act when I met him in 2012. His state coordinator wasn't who she claimed to be either (having quite the rap, which goes to no vetting and being incredibly unprofessional). I wouldn't say he's ever come off exactly as an "old man" but his charm at inception was quite endearing (until I realized that he's a narcissist and a sociopath based on what he's done and continues to do). He's smooth and very crafty, but not honest. It's hard not to instantly like him when you meet him for the first time.

He tells his inductees what they want or need to hear at the moment. No one could have gauged this at first interest in what he offers under guise, but anyone and everyone is his inductee to his current scheme, his self-crafted games. Everyone is to perform to his liking at all times and they are there to serve him at his beck and call, including when he acts in a menacing and often a criminal manner. There is a huge difference between being persistent for a common and noble cause and going to the location of someone's home five/ten states away and imposing one's presence on his victims' loved ones thereby multiplying the number of prey, whilst filming and posting our every move on his own self-published website and YouTube.

With the way it going for a lot of his victims, things weren't going well for a gamut of reasons. I've personally learned that you really can't necessarily trust anyone who is "nice" strait off because they might have a deep desire to decieve. If not for the Internet, a lot of people would have totally fallen for his spiel and complied when he threatened and barked at them to control them. A few well-wrtten sites have cleared up a lot for many. Problem for him is that he has to micromanage everyone, but that's impossible. Sometimes when people become harsh, especially when they are a teacher or an employer or a purported director in this case, all well meaning of course, it pushes people to do better, or so we were given in the benefit of the doubt ethic. Windsor hooked his LA victims, then he abuses them if they talk straight and honest to him. Victims are meat for consumption by Windsor.

Bill is also misusing his education by adding his own methods that are criminal. Texas Tech needs to add an ETHICS class to their curriculum if they don't already have one, one that covers unscrupulous and criminal business practices. They may want to consider having potential graduates take an oath of conduct, not that it would matter with the out-of-bounds Windsor. Bill will go down in history like Richard A. Gardner, Jr. did because he sold a spiel to a lot of people, and will only be remembered for his writings on how sexual contact between adults and children should be normalized (Gardner). I'm not saying Bill wants sexual contact between adults and children to be normalized, but he is twisted when he said that public officials who commit treason, with his own definition of treason, should be put to death.

    5. Whether the people he filmed are mentally ill, truly court victimized (e.g., victims of now-convicted Mark A. Civarella, Jr., etc.), ripped off because of predatory lending practices, custody matters, V.A. medical malpractices, etc., they sought help and were lied to and again victimized, many or most of them.

Bill is used to using people as his pawns in his past businesses. He has not one modicum of caring for people with whom he engages.

He couldn't reinvent himself with Lawless America because the game he's used to playing can't be played anymore given the information highway where free speech practiced everyday thanks to JIALK and a few other places. JIALK helps to define decency and is a wonderful avenue for everyone with intelligence and decency.

He's an unscrupulous, bad, bad man. Don't be fooled by his initial convincing ways. He sees everyone as someone he can use for his purposes. Windsor will use you up then take a dump on you.

Sad that we can't go on someone's word these days. He effing sold t-shirts that said "see me in the movie." Some people he filmed were experiencing enormous amounts of loss (some truly genuine, but some who are truly mentally ill, some who were looking thought they could associate themselves for business purposes . . . people came to his day of scheduled filming in their area with lots of different motivations).

CAVEAT EMPTOR, y'all. You may not think you're buying anything, but the pressure of donating was there. You had to perform to his standards and he thinks he can set the standards to this day after ripping off financially after making promises to many now-embarressed participants.

Dottie LaFortune, seemed genuine and very helpful and kind, but she is complicit with the Lawless America game where not just a few people were deceived. Sad, because I really though she meant well and is totally intimidated to comply "or else."

Bill could have come out of this "a great man", but reduced himself to criminal scum. He's made some very, very bad choices and continues to demonstrate that he cannot do otherwise.

Thanks JIALK. You guys are a relief for so many of us. God bless everyone with the best of intentions for a favorable outcome for the victims and the giving and kindness of people like Stacy Emerson, a very, very smart woman with her heart in the right place (protecting the uninformed).

Prosecute the menacing criminal. He's escalating. Look at his vitality -- he's gaining not "an old man." This is one creepy guy, and a DEVIANT. Ryan Windsor, come out now, either way and defend your father or disassociate from his sickness.

    2. Joey did run... to New Hampshire. He came back, started his muckraking, and went to prison on child sex charges. He ran from his problems only to be returned to the very county he had pulled his shenanigans in. Then got convicted in both Ellis and Navarro County. Windsor will suffer the same fate. That is the parallel scenario. One in the same.. Both champions for "exposing corrupt officials", registering domain names, smear sites, etc., and both face charges and go to jail, hollering it is a conspiracy, etc..... Didn't work for Dauben and won't work for Windsor. That is the same. Dauben thought he could fight the law and the law won, same goes for Windsor.... Hence, why I posted the above picture (and Dauben) mugshot.

    3. Hey, don't insult guuurrrrlllls. Too many parts of his crazy-arse brain are firing wrong, but that's not because he's female or gender confused, that I know. He is certainly confused that it's no longer a man's world. It's a world for men and women.

Bill Windsor has been vindictive and incredibly cruel to his immediate family, a lot with his Texas Tech college affiliates, people in England with whom he affiliated, not to mention anyone and everyone who may have had contact with him in his endeavors to conquer the world, one person at a time, very quickly, boom, boom, boom. People at large are his potential victims, and always people in passing, everyone he meet EVERYONE.. That works when you're Sailor Gutzler, but not Bill Windsor for any reason, never, EVER. He presents extremely charming and is VERY convincing. He's not a confused old man, he's diabolical, PERIOD!!! He's exposed himself to be pretty much incompetent by the many female attorneys in the courtroom, in the cases of the last 30-35 years wherein Mr. "I'll just file, file, file CRAP, cut and paste what I said before without scrutiny or discernment, blah, blah, blah, cut and paste what I wrote before, though i did't ever review it and it has nothing to do with what's happening in reality or in this complaint before [me]," and call it genuine, because "[I] said so". Signed Mr. William M. Windsor, fool at large.

    4. Shame on Bill Windsor, that he would attempt to take apart so many people in a calculating manner without any concern for his own children or the woman who gave him so much at his whim for over 42 years, Barbara and especially his granddaughters who so desperately need to know that they come from good people. NOT SO WITH GRANDPA Billy. Brittany Harrell and Ryan Windsor are informed, as was Barbara J. Gray Windsor. I'm not giving them any excuses and if called to do so, they must come forward and tell the truth about everything. I want extensive in court interviews on the record, filed and open to the public. Only so many European trips are plausible for anyone at any time. Advance notice is sufficient -- no more covering up, no more chances to keep secret the lies of William M. Windsor.. Give in and explain what you know of what daddy/husband Billy is up to.

They so wanted to be proud of their father/husband and they wanted to include him in the grand children's lives. But NO WAY. He's not right to the point of incredible objections from his victims. Bill is tangential at best, including senior citizen grand juries -- dang, short of a brain tumor, there's no excuse for what he's doing. Even that isn't acceptable because intervention is necessary by the professionals herein. Thank you in advance to Patrick Wilson, Ellis County District Attorney.

They were living a full Atlanta social experience, and it's incredibly FUN, but Bill, in his selfishness was "top dog." His I'll make more and more Millions, screw one after the other with joy and glee in my eyes. This is what Bill does, in that he is always "top dog". even at the expense of his closest family. Gawd, how can anyone in the galaxy do this to the wonderful babies Brittany Herrell gave to BW. What an awful, imperceptive and down-right cruel monster William Michael Windsor turned out to be. Bill Windsor needs help if he's capable of receiving it -- doubtful. He doesn't care about his own wife or his sweet daughter, Brittany and her beautiful babies. He's devoid of the smallest show of love for his family members in the public display of his grievances of officials who are sick and tired of hearing about his stalking, sneering and everything he thought he could impose on everyone he thinks is lesser than

      I apologize to females everywhere.
Windsor is a wuss in every sense of the word.

I will also stand corrected on Dauben. Comparing Windsor to anyone? Is an insult to the other being compared. Copperheads & roaches don't deserve to be in the category of Windsor, as I see it. I'd rather smooch a copperhead than be in same room with Windsor. Just sayin'

      Delete
    7. No no no no...this is not the place that is going to revise history just because Joey isn't here to defend himself.

There are fair comparisons of Joey and bill. They both did the domain name slander racket, they both teamed up with the man like creature called John Margetis, they both lived their lives on the internet, Joey went all the way down, meaning 30 years, for a crime he could have pled out to and avoided jail time. Joey went down all the way screaming conspiracy and I think Bill will do the same. Those are all fair comparisons.

Joey Dauben did NOT run. He knew for over a year in advance that the Texas Rangers were investigating him for the crime he is now doing 30 years for. He didn't run, in fact he turned up his profile that much more. He was loud, proud and in your face and they had no problem locating him as soon as the charges came down. He didn't run when he got out on bond either. So while Bill has proven to be a KOWARD, Joey took his medicine and I'm sure he thanks about that every day of his life. Also, I think Joey 100% believed in everything he said and did, no matter how misguided. He really believed he was doing what he thought was right. Bill most certianly knows every single thing he does and says is layered in lies and deception. Like when Bill admitted afterwards that the citizen grand jury idea was stupid, he knew all along it was a scam (like his movie), but it was done all along to deceive. Joey is a misguided, arrogant.....kid that was left unchecked and let his delusions get the better of him. Windsor is a scheming career con artist who's entire goal is to prey off the nativity of others.

My grandparents were a huge part of my life, that I still miss each day, all these years later. Those simple joys are moments that make our lives better, filled with love, lessons & memories that last a lifetime. Mr Windsor is missing those, by his choice, a very sad & regrettable choice.

  28. This is friggin hilarious. First, the federal case that he references was hand written and looks like crap. Sign up for PACER at psc.uscourts.gov to see his vexatious litigation.

This is on tonight's blurb from the old whackjob.

So, the good news is that Bill Windsor called the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for South Dakota in Pierre, South Dakota. An order under the Texas Citizens Participation Act had to be issued within 30 days, and the 30 days has passed. Now all they can do is appeal. If the appellate court judges are honest, they will croak at the actions of corrupt Judge Bob Carroll and this other corrupt judge whose name Bill Windsor never even caught. Gee, first Bill Windsor beat corrupt Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson in court and then dishonest attorney Barbara Hachenburg. Pro Se, baby!

Allie, clearly is in MO, of which he filed the same suit against her, and withdrew when he was losing his ass. Claudine and the AMPP's, clearly he knew and sued in KS, which he place the case on a stay. Boushie, clearly is in MT, where he was stalking and documenting those stalking adventures. Fleming, clearly was in MI, of which he attempted a miserably failed attempt for a PPO and lost. Round, clearly a GA resident and former volunteer of which Mrs. Windsor drove to his residence to pick up hard drives or something. ETC.

This guy, is a fraud. He lies out his ass. He is as shady as they come. Pulling all the tricks he knows to manipulate the courts. Where in any of this, is truth? How can he really pretend he's all high and mighty, looking for Justice for the unjust when he himself is nothing but a lowlife, shady, POS?

If the lemmings who are so drunk on his Windsor-aid can't see this simple fact from this one filing--then they are completely lost. In early August 2013, the Relator drove to Missoula, Montana to film an expose about SUSHI, the University of Montana, and the cover-up of SUSHI’s crimes.
As the Relator drove from Butte, Montana to Missoula [Montana], a car ahead and to the right of the Relator’s car burst into flames and smoke. When the Relator reached his hotel that evening, he received an email from SUSHI stating that he had shot at the Relator, missed, and hit the car next to him.
The Relator reported the shooting and other crimes of SUSHI to law enforcement, and no one did anything.

  50. I disagree that accusing a government official (even without evidence) is not protected free speech. An important principle of our founding fathers ensuring that complaints about public officials would not be stifled. This is why our law makes an exception to criticism of public figures, which does not apply to private citizens. The founding fathers would have been jailed in England for criticising the King's alleged corruption, but that speech was protected in America.

Criticism of public official, when warranted & provable, is one thing, but to accuse a public official (or anyone) of committing a crime, or being corrupt--especially without any evidence, is another. Someone who can't see the difference? Well, when it all comes down, which it's coming, ignorantia legis neminem excusat.
