Windsor Gets His Jury Trial

From the official.....well not really official, public mouthpiece for Bill right now:

Cruz Gomez 14 hrs · 5/7/2015 Greetings Lawless America participants and supporters, Today I received the following message from Bill Windsor. Please help if you can. Bill is still in jail in Montana. "Bill needs help. He needs one or two typists (must type at least 60 wpm) and also one or two people to help with legal research. Pay would be $12/hour contract labor. His Trial is set for June 22-25 in Missoula. If there are any people who can come on the 25th to testify on his behalf, please email him at windsorinmontana@yahoo.com."

This post is true, Bill now has a jury trail set for those dates. And as you can tell from his request....."pro se baby" is going to be his choice of defense. I'm not sure if Bill is all that in tune with the economy these days, but $12 a hour contract labor doesn't exactly get them to come running to you for work. Of course $12 an hour is bigtime money for his followers, but he would also have to supply with a computer.....and be a little flexible on the 60 wpm standard. His followers can type 60 things per minute....some of which can be considered words.

Anyway, more to the point......how did Bill get to this? Is this another case of Bill being Bill? Did he reject any and all plea deal offers? Is he fully aware of the serious time he could face if his dog and pony show backfire? Certainly, some things have had to occur behind the scenes here. Regardless, the date is set, and it sounds from this request that he plans to stick to that date (of course Windsor reserves the right to postpone anything for any reason with no notice). Just how big of a circus does Bill plan to put on in Missoula court? Will he call himself as a witness? Does the jury get to hear all about the wild story about Bill being shot at on the highway? Ohhh, how about how these all powerful "joeys" control everything and everyone and somehow set this whole thing up? One thing is for sure, there will be a tinfoil shortage in Missoula MT that week.

He's still in jail...we're still living our lives...Snoozer-da-loser and her "get out your tissues" comment was the same zzzzzz--so what's your news? Something? Nothing? Anything? How long should we wait? Cause I got shit to do...and need a good laugh before I leave.

  2. Given Windsor's history of reneging on just about every promise he's ever made, I wouldn't jump at the typist's job (even if I did need it). He'll claim the dog ate the check; he can't pay cash 'cause he can't take any more cash advances on his credit cards; he forgot where the person's timesheet is; he can't call anyone from jail who would send the person their pay; he can't trust anyone else to pay the person for him .... On and on and on. I truly hope no one is THAT gullible to fall for this.

    1. Oh come on now. If he paid them then he would have to report their wages to the IRS. He'd have to provide tick insurance to Mary and hope Cruizin doesn't file for worker's comp. And Snoozan might decide that remodeling her living room is a business expense as she is now the manager of a Windsor Home Office. Who wants to open that can of worms?

  8. Even if they let Billy out of jail yesterday, he would have been in jail for 78 out of the 128 days of 2015. That means he's spent over 60% of this year in the pokey (21% of the total year). I can't imagine anything offsetting the schadenfreude in that reality except, perhaps, being at his trial to watch the performance of his $12-per-hour legal team.

  10. This is the sad part about the Lawless America Scam. Yes, scam!! There have been SO many people over the years begging Bill for help, and that fucking fat-ass doesn't give a shit. He's so selfish and self centered, it's amazing he has even one idiot still associating with him. It's disgusting! Oh, but praise the lord, Windsor the pathological lying stalker is free! Hopefully not for long! May the jury hang that fat ass high and make him the poster doofus for all the other scammy leaders pretending to help people while asking for donations.

"Holland Bingaman-- I'm not going to lie. I hate what they have done to Bill. At the same time we are all still being persecuted but I feel all alone. At least before they preyed on Bill we supported each other. I'm three weeks to being homes again and not one person is helping to guide me. I'm scared and stupid. I almost died last time I lived in my vehicle. I'm not physically strong enough to fight my battle alone. I thought we were all supposed to help each other so this just might be goodbye from me. I'm at least glad Bill received his freedom"

The second the shirt came off you lemmings are willing to believe any half baked conspiracy. Don't you get it? He taught you to depend on him but he has no intention of helping you!! Now instead of helping yourselves or asking for help for yourselves, you are walking around luck bumbling idiots saying, "Someone help Bill so he can help me." You have waited years. How many more years will you put your life on hold for him? How many people will you stalk for him? And if you really believe there is a conspiracy to kill Bill so badly that his family just had to divorce him then why aren't you scared to death they will kill you too to silence him? Because none of you are using the brains God gave you.

  12. So, Windsor bonded out. Big whoop. He still has a trial to go through, and no competent legal help (he won't hire an attorney because that would mean A) he has to spend his own money and B) he'll have to admit to himself he's not as competent at the law as he believes he is.) Susan, please remind Windsor that until his trial's over, he needs to watch what he posts, says and does VERY carefully. And remind him not to even THINK about running this time. If he does, the law will find him ... and he will sit in jail until his trial is over.

As for trying to rev up Lawless America again? That's so dead it's pathetic. And Windsor is pathetic. Same old shit, different day. What a load of crap. And it doesn't add up. First he says - according to his bail bondsman - there were no GPS ankle monitors in all of Montana. Then, a rep from an ankle-monitoring company drove four hours from a Montana city to the jail with one, just for him. Yeah, right. This washed-up pathetic narcissist can't even keep his own story straight.

  13. Billy has just over 1 month to convince his family to come see him, pay off his debts (or not), convince the press to care, prepare for court, organize his lemmings (like herding cats), prepare for court, and get the movie production accomplished. Here's what he'll really be doing: eating, trolling dating sites, eating, reminding himself what we wrote before he was jailed, obsessing over what we wrote while he was in jail, eating, staring into space (this can last for hours), attention seeking bloviating, and trying to convince it really matters what he ate today, really.

Contrary to judicial requests, (and if anything defines Windsor, that does) Windsor values quantity over quality. He doesn't want someone who can type fast as much as he wants someone who can copy and paste the same few irrelevant paragraphs (with the same irrelevant numbered references) over and over and over.

Bad plan. Horrible plan. What Windsor doesn't take into account is that prosecutors and judges can (and their assistants can) scan documents for relevance at a blinding pace. If they lacked that particular skill they wouldn't be judges or prosecutors for very long.

None of the spiffy "packets of CD's/DVD" even made it to whoever it was intended. They didn't follow proper procedure, and it's against protocol for them to even address it. They were all thrown in the trash--not to mention--it was simply a shitload of links to webpages and youtube videos. Their "testimonies" weren't on there!! Even IF they were submitted properly, who'd have the time to watch a DVD write down the links, and then make it through even 30 min of lemming rants--much less make a case to a "higher power" based on here-say that there is "Mass Corruption?" LMAO how certifiably stupid they all are. I mean, really, painfully, needing medication and a white coat with buckles in the back certifiable!

    7. Uh huh, hence my post based on my opinion in 2013 which Windsor has cited as defamatory:

Windsor has NO judgement or management skills whatsoever; therefore, the notion he is qualified to act as CEO of anything is absurd on its face.

I believe I also posted my belief that Windsor "could not organize three turds in a gazebo." Apparently, Windsor thought this quote was not worthy of citation, which, IMO, is a shame.

    8. LMAO!! Clearly the latter would have been much funnier--but that would outshine anything he comes up with to include in court documents that he thinks is funny. (The man has no sense of humor--even though he thinks he does, but has to explain his jokes--negating the joke in the first place)

    9. HAHAHAHA I see he's still obsessing about what's written on the blog. We say he has no sense of humor, so he just made a post claiming it's funny. Uh, not so much on the funny.

"FUNNY STUFF TONIGHT, SO PLEASE READ THE LATEST FROM NOSELESS BILL WINDSOR. But he has nice feet and hands."

Oh, wait, maybe the joke is that he's claiming he's writing another book!!

    10. Rhinotomy, the amputation of the human nose, has been used throughout the world as a form of punishment, especially in cases of infidelity. Self inflicted mutilation was a tactic used by some desperate souls to make themselves undesirable to rapists. So this begs the question as to whether or Babs finally caught up with him, or if this is part of his prison make-over.

  24. AHAHAHAHAHA!!! Do you think those Kinko's FedEx people smiling in that picture have any clue who they were smiling for? And why? The crazy old man--who's anti govt agenda oozes out of every pore, who stalks and harasses people relentlessly for publicity? Who's sole purpose in life it to do whatever it takes to get his name in lights--to live up to some imaginary persona the other Winkopp's/Windsors created? SMDH how pathetic people are for a moment in the spot light. Smile--your mugs are now part of the Lawless--Anti Government Family! How embarrassing!!

    1. I'm having a hard time buying this whole jury pool drawing event thing. Any of our resident attorneys know if this is standard that you attend the drawing of the jury pool? It sounds made up to me

    3. as far as I can tell from his understanding of basic criminal court proceedings, we can assume he will be bringing his bathing suit to the jury pool drawing

    6. Ginger, I'm not sure why anyone would be present for "the drawing of the jury pool". I'm not even sure what that means unless it is simply the date the court clerk sends out jury notifications to potential jurors and instructs them to appear on the date of trial for jury selection. Lawyers and clients are not involved in that process.

On the date of trial, generally the client and counsel are present when the pool of jurors appears for voir dire and remain through the process of seating the jury.

    7. Oh come on people!! Surely this would be yet another denial of Windsor's rights to assert himself into something that's irrelevant. Maybe he'd like to lick the envelopes? Go through the phone book and choose his own people for the clerk to send to? Make up a law with Snooze on pool pickin's?

Or, it's just another Billshit attempt to write a drama filled--lemming catching--cockroach attracting facebook post. We just haven't figure out the semantic code here yet...but it's there!

    8. yeah thats always been my understanding of it....basically the jury pool is chosen at random by a computer program. I never knew it was an actual event you could attend.

But that may open up some questions as to why Bill would want those names. As I understand it, he is "free" but only free to roam Missoula county till the trial is over. What kind of tampering would he do if he were to get the names of all the potential jurors? The main reason Bill never uses attornys is that they must adhere to a certain standard of ethics and fair play.....bill wants no part of either one of those words. Could be be getting close to jury tampering? Even worse......will he slander and defame the names of the jurors that sit on this case if he doesn't like the ruling?

    9. Based on what I've seen, I agree with you Ginger, the idea that Windsor would be attempting to obtain names of potential Jurors makes sense. Windsor loves to compile data bases of names. I've seen a partial list of well over 500. Just random people he didn't like, who made comments on public forums, which falls under public interest debates regarding a limited public figure--and his radical approaches to "expose corruption."

Now, what would he do with the names? Would he fall in line with his history of buying their names as domains and then sitting on them until he feels like creating slander sites? Under the very false illusion he is a Journalist" and they are "News sites" or "exposes" type nonsense ? Would he attempt to contact these people? Or would he send out a secret email to his extra special sleuth friends, possibly with Snoozie's "group?"

Whatever the reason he felt he needed to be there, it's almost certain, the agenda was of devious nature.

    10. Yeah, he's trying to say he was denied his "right" to get access to potential jurors. No one has that right, nor is it or would it be fair to the potential jurors privacy. But in Windsor world--no one has rights but him--so this was yet another violation of his, and of course it's all "Corruption" related! He's fucking stupid! (Oh, and mean to be making fun of someone with parkensons. Has he looked at his own shakey hands? Karma? Yeah!

"The drawing of the names for Bill Windsor's jury was at 10:00 am. Gayle Johnston clicked her mouse, and 100 names filled the screen. Bill attended in hopes that it would help the process be fair -- apparently a rare event for someone to insist on seeing the "drawing." The Pre-Trial Hearing is May 22, and the Trial is scheduled for June 22-24, 2015. William M. Windsor is representing himself."

    11. His making fun of someone with Parkinson's is disgusting and proves what a giant, cold vile piece of crap he is.

    12. He's in denial and he's scared. If he makes fun of someone with parkinsons then he can pretend that he doesn't have the risk factors. I made the prediction that he shouldn't mess with Texas. I'll make one more: he's dying and he knows it.

      Delete
    13. Well if you are correct, it would explain why he keeps claiming everyone wants to kill him, and if he dies--the lemmings need to attack all "joeys" first. (Joeys being anyone who's not on Windsor's friends list, a lover of the Lawless and anyone who has a brain) Set the stage for the ultimate dramatic send off...then in his mind--he was a star of the finale.

Cruz needed to take a sit down & shut up for a few days.

I find it immensely entertaining that Windsor is 'free', as long as he's in Missoula :) while sporting cute new ankle bling! Reckon he'll break out the too short khaki shorts to show off his #GPSTracker? They coulda just micro-chipped him, like we do our pets, isn't that what all the #ConspiracyWingnuts claim anyway? Just get that on outta the way!

  27. Here he goes again with his spiffy math. Cruz and Cheryl really need to step away from the computer! Windsor is attempting to count days arrested in other states, as the days he was denied his 'speedy trial.' OMFG!! He's such a complete moron!! The days don't start being counted until his fat ass arrived in MT and he was booked there. The other charges from the other states have nothing to do with MT or the arrest. They are unto themselves. How on fricken earth could Windsor have a speedy trial in MT when A) he fought extradition to be actually booked and charged there B) He lied to Judge Cindy about going there TO be booked and bolted, and C) had to be tracked back down as a "Fugitive" and re-arrested in ID which was a charge of it's own from ID?

Just way too much billshit in his latest article where he's once again professing to fight this, get the case dismissed on citations that have nothing to do with what he's claiming!! Vexatious people make the courts the clusterfucks they currently are, because the courts have to constantly educate idiots like Windfart!

    1. IMHO, Windsor can NEVER be educated...only incarcerated.

    2. So, this would be one of Windsor's standard games afoot here. He thinks he can challenge the validity of the speedy trial--in order to stall his speedy trial date, thus hoping he can file as much frivolous crap humanly possible to actually go over the deadline. He's done this numerous times in the civil cases with his frivolous filings. Hope the DA in MT is paying attention-- to show the Judge what a vexatious litigant like Windsor does--to manipulate the courts and set them up for his big "Corruption" stories.

    3. The ONLY things #speedy I've seen him do repeatedly, in person?
1). Run to the men's room to hide during court hearings in EllisCounty, so that he wasn't left in courtroom or common areas with defendants he refused to look in the eye~
      2) Use pitiful #NASCAR wannabe driving skills to haul his tankass away from defendants when caught lurking near their homes.
Somewhat of a pattern, him 'running'...jumping bail, running from state to state,
running from facing those he's suing, while running off at the keybaord about!
