Another Road Trip?

As a vagabond at heart, Bill Windsor must roam.  He has announced his Summer Road Tour, and it appears he wants to "return to the scene of the crime" as he put it:

"But then, I am "returning to the scene of the crime" for filming at the Missoula County Detention Center in Missoula Montana, the Montana State Prison in Deer Lodge Montana, the Montana Supreme Court in Helena Montana, the Ada County Jail in Boise Idaho, the Federal Express store in Meridian Idaho, the AT&T store in Meridian Idaho, and the Ellis County Jail, courthouse, sheriff's department, and district attorney's office in Waxahachie Texas.  I will be requesting official permission to film at most of these locations."

Ummm, that sounds like an outstanding idea Bill.  Oh, and he even has more:

"I am obtaining a Bob Barker special orange-and-white striped prison uniform to wear during some of the filming.  Some of my former fellow inmates are planning to meet up with me to go on camera and tell their stories.  I will ask FedEx if the woman who called the police and got me arrested for tweeting would be willing to go on camera.  I'll have an autographed copy of my Wanted Poster for her."

Pro Se Baby!!!  Your instincts are simply spot on here Bill.  Of course, we all know when Bill uses his claim of "filming for his movie" that's just an excuse to do some quasi-legal/maybe completely illegal activity in the realm of stalking and bullying.  Somehow, I just don't think filming Patrick Wilson's office building is going to provide you with the missing link you are looking for.  So let the Summer Stalking Tour of 2015 begin.....all in the name of "gathering evidence"

  3. He must not have studied up filming detention facilities. Even the largest networks must ask for permission far in advance & meet numerous security clearances. Somehow being a felon awaiting trial & a bond jumper just doesn't seem as though it'd be a really credible request.
Wearing the jumpsuit near the facility? Terrific idea! He should definitely do that!
    Bwahahahahahahahahaha! What a doofus!

  4. Okay. He's changed this.

"I wanted to ask FedEx if the woman who called the police and got me arrested for tweeting would be willing to go on camera, but a friend says this migjht be viewed negatively."

Here's the thing, Windsor. Anyone except a complete criminal sociopath would KNOW it would be viewed negatively without being told that by an alleged friend. I still doubt very much you're going to be allowed to travel anyway.

Several of us have screenshots of your original idea to intimidate that poor woman, just in case you think you're getting away with anything. It shows you think nothing of stalking people. It shows you think you're entitled to stalk people because you're Bill Windsor. So you bet your ass we have screenshots.

  5. And by the way, Windsor, you got arrested for fleeing justice. You intentionally missed your arraignment on charges. That's also why Texas put out that wanted poster.

  6. Windsor: "So, I'll just film myself in front of FedEx."

That will be riveting. What a motion picture!

  7. I drop in occasionally, I've known Bill from the late 80's. He's a lying vindictive shit. That being said, this blog has morphed over time, profanities galore now, and it's become a true website with tabs vs. a casual blog. Bill hasn't changed, his scumbag ex-wife and son haven't, but ever so slowly this blog/now website has, and not in a good way.

I learned long ago, never to wrestle with a pig. You get dirty, and besides, the pig likes it.

That turnabout thing just doesn't suit him. He was especially miffed the youngest son of mine was doing the majority of the filming! Limited public figures out in public have no reasonable expectation of privacy.
We were jockeying for a parking spot on the courthouse square in Waxahachie, that's just fierce anyway.
Windsor attempted to tattle tale, but no one cared :)

  9. Been thinking about anonymous' comments of June 11 @ 5:07 AM in the previous thread. This hit the nail on the head. After enlisting the help of other states in capturing Windsor, the Missoula MT authorities are to some healthy measure responsible for damage he does to others while out on bail. This compounds if he's released to travel wherever he wants. Windsor isn't just forgetting about seeking retribution against that citizen who saw his wanted poster and turned him in. Folks like this woman are prime targets for as much harm as Windsor can manage. They're unable to protect themselves as DAs, Judges and Police are. We can have no doubt Windsor is actively seeking her identity, address, family, phone and email information. He might have already gathered that information. Windsor has made it plain he blames this woman for a large portion of his present troubles.

You don't let a murderer go free awaiting trial so they can travel the land working on their bucket list. Neither do you let a felon stalker do the same. Windsor isn't harmless. He can accomplish some significant evil. He can destroy lives and nothing pleases him more.

So, Missoula County, MT, you need to get control of this situation. Right now.

    1. Speaking of that Anon post and bad parenting--here's something that makes Windsor keep going. It's the fact that the courts state one thing, and then they don't follow through. They invite the games Windsor plays.

On page 7 of the 129 pg document posted here (below at 3:14) the 10th Court of appeals told Windsor that IF he didn't obtain leave or explain why he didn't-- within 10 days of the date of that letter, the appeal would be dismissed. (pretty sure that was also stated in all of them as well) Letter dated Jan. 22, 2015. They didn't follow through. Why is that? Why do they allow the games over and over? Non payments for months and months. Sending letter after letter with warnings, yet, zip on the follow through dismissals? So along with MT needing to get control of the situation--TX appeals court does as well.

      Delete
    2. Right. You saw how he was getting more desperate as the court date got closer. Now that it's been pushed back he's back to his games about filming and road trips. "Just wait until your father gets home," became "just wait until the hearing," and now he has weeks to dream up ways to skirt the system. What was the point of forcing him to get leave when there is no national registry and it takes months past the point when defendants tell the court, for the court to weed their way thru the Billshit to get back to fact that he did not obtain leave? And meanwhile he's out doing the same thing to more and more people. When is enough finally enough? No disrespect to those public officials working behind the scenes but this can not go on.

    1. I just finished wading through all 129 pages of fail. I can't stop laughing. The fool provided all sorts of repetitive documents without providing the key document(s) the Northern District will have to review to determine whether or not the lawsuit is frivolous and without basis in law or fact: the Petition.

I can't decide whether this was sheer ignorance on Bill's part, or a calculated effort to delay matters further by forcing the NDTex to ask for the Petition. Either way, Bill seems to have managed yet another filing calculated, intentionally or otherwise, to annoy the hell out of the very people who will have to use their discretion in granting or denying him the relief he seeks.

    3. 1) charged with felonies, thus the low bail figure encourages (especially Bill) to not take them seriously. I left off a "y."

      2) I obviously didn't say Bill is a murderer and don't need my perspective adjusted. Murder charges are accompanied by large bails (when allowed at all) for the same reason FELONY disobeying a protective order is accompanied by large bails. Missoula allowing Bill out of jail, especially for so little money, and (as I said) then allowing him to travel would invite more stalking. Are you saying it won't? Bill's not going to stalk anyone? Bill's not interested in causing people harm? Indulging himself in retribution?

He should be in jail. Missoula County is going to discover that soon if they haven't already.

      Delete
    4. The charges in MT are just meh. They have to offer him a bond and they can't restrict his travel because he will go annoy people. I think it's fair and I think it's reasonable. We will see if bill hangs himself like he always does

He broke the law, he had a frivolous civil suit he lost legitimately, he fled after he promised Judge Cindy he WOULD BE IN HER COURT OR IN JAIL IN MT, and all the other absolutely stupid things he's concocting. Holy Crap!! Far too much to critique. It's utter and total Billshit like you've never seen before!!

    1. IMO Windsor should be thankful he's only ordered to pay 450K. Personally, I think he owes several defendants in the TX civil case, the same sanction amount that Fleming got. Due to his ever so obsessive bogging down the courts--he was able to stall the civil case and manipulate it in a way that the other defendants who filed timely to have their Anti SLAPP filings heard, were denied. The entire case should have been dismissed when Fleming's was, AND sanctions issued across the board to all defendants.

When Windsor illegally removed the case to South Dakota, he was already warned previously that nothing he filed in South Dakota would be accepted UNLESS and UNTIL he got leave. But, he did it anyway, just to stall and say "Oh but your honor...I removed it--so you can't do anything." It's these games he plays that deny people their rights. No one has rights when they try to defend against his frivolous filings.

Not to mention he filed a "Defamation" case, and being deemed a "LPF" he has to prove "Actual Malice" which his original petition can not. It's mindboggling why he even thinks he has a case to begin with, let alone shouldn't be sanctioned under Anti SLAPP laws. But then there's always the argument that he's being denied his first amendment rights and can spew whatever he wants--full of outright lies, libel, slander etc--but no one else can defend themselves using their first amendment rights because he will just sue them for it.

"Deirdre McNamara-- I am baffled, Bill. Where's Judicial Watch on this? Where's ACLJ?' They like high profile cases. Where's the Beckett Foundation? Come on, FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS IN THE GUTTER? Can you take this to the Supreme Court - oh well, think that one through... o tempore, o mores!"

      Delete
    2. To add to this ^^^ When another one of Windsor's games was afoot, he filed to recuse Judge Carroll way late in the game, knowing this would delay the Fleming Anti SLAPP motion even further. Judge Murphy was assigned to hear the continuance case...is this ringing a bell?

How to delay to get his way. If you look back at his cases, each and every filing by Windsor appears to be a methodically planned attack to deny other's by using shady, underhanded stall tactics to turn around and say "Hey, it's past the deadline..."

Also, in his vein attempts to make the larger figure owed for Drama--Windsor wouldn't owe the 100K extra had he NOT lied to Judge Cindy. Point blank.

      Delete
    3. IMO Windsor should be thankful he's only ordered to pay 450K. Personally, I think he owes several defendants in the TX civil case, the same sanction amount that Fleming got.

You are exactly correct, Anon 9:39. There's an old quip from Yogi Berra that's apropos, "When you come to the fork in the road, take it!" That's exactly what my attorneys did with this case; they decided the best path was to find the fastest exit out of this and take it instead of arguing anti-slap. I don't need Billy's money, and I certainly don't need the (many years of) hassle trying to pull it out of him.

Lastly, I know my attorneys are preparing to rigorously respond to the 10th should they continue to allow Windsor to delay the process.

      No Worries!

    4. And there is a difference between mental illness (medical diagnosis) and criminally insane (legal term). I know there are various opinions (and discussion is good), but in a court of law, these games will show that he is not eligible for the insanity plea. Also earlier this week when he changed his opinion about filming the woman who called the cops on him. He is strategizing. He knows the difference between right and wrong and his aim is to do bad while not getting caught. He is aware of his actions. A criminally insane person would be judged as not aware. That's not to say that he is not sick or delusional, but his meltdown is not so complete that he can escape consequences, and his ego would not let him go this route anyway.

      Delete
    5. I agree 12:46. Windsor is not IMO "insane" as in having no knowledge of his actions. He knows damn well what he's doing, and does so with malicious intent. All one has to do, is go back to the M.O.M case, and see what he filed, when, and why. It's simple. He's good at his games, insane people don't have a methodical approach--they're all over the board. He is strategically--and very capable of keeping track of ALL the cases--what to file and when. Remove, recuse, appeal, amend, re amend, re appeal, re file, twentieth sworn affidavit, so much so that it would take a very skilled person--make that vexatious--with files, folders, and data bases with reminder calendars to keep track. This is his complaint about being denied his "files" his "computer" etc because without these "weapons" in his arsenal, he's lost.

As for the Anon @ 11:44 IMO getting out quick doesn't work. You're clearly still in it aren't you? He's still arguing isn't he? The only thing Windsor loves as much as litigating until his death, is money. Until he's spent his last dime litigating, he's going to keep going. Until every court across the country files injunctions against him, forcing him to pay large sums of money before filing his frivolous suits, he won't stop. It's this pot of gold that allows him to continue being a menace. He only gave up on the M.o.M case due to that injunction.

He is a LPF in all regards, therefore he should have had to pay every litigant the same amount under Anti SLAPP regardless of his stall tactics. People have the right to discuss their opinions of a self made Political Leader/Film Producer/Director/Media whore...due to his own publishing's, granting people the open door into every aspect of his life. Personal and "Professional." If you don't want people talking about it, don't put it out there.

The Appeals court should have looked at the Civil case more closely, and seen where those Windsor is appealing were denied their rights to be heard--and thrown it back to the civil court to correct this egregious error, denying the defendants their rights to compensation for a frivolous suit under Anti SLAPP--which THEY are allowing to continue, ignoring their own promises to DISMISS.

      Delete
    6. As for the Anon @ 11:44 IMO getting out quick doesn't work.

No, it doesn't, and if I'm not mistaken, everyone else is still in this too, but it's not like I didn't warn
the attorneys of that fact in advance.

In any case, I also agree with the point I perceive you were trying to make--the courts are proven corrupt to the extent they are bending over backwards to allow Windsor his Due Process. As I've said before, Thrash should have made the leave and bond requirement for any defendant Windsor tries to sue--not just for judges and court officials.

Thanks for your comments and shares, my friends."

No, what's amazing Windsor is that YOU have been allowed to make a circus of the court system. How about ALL your buddies working with YOU behind the scenes to SET THE COURTS UP? Huh? How bout that?

Maybe Baron, Margetis, Cox, Bernstein, et al should all be brought in for questioning, and forensic audits of all electronics. What about that? Maybe bring Eugene Paulson in too--as your South Dakota link. Perhaps ol' crow Sharon Galloway and her cohort George McDermott too? Maybe they know what your real plot was since they also interviewed some of these players. Sharon's allegedly been one of those helping with your frivolous filings...keeping you on target for your vexatious attacks.

Perhaps there is a deadline approaching and he needs more time? Needs another excuse to list as the "good reason" for a continuance? Nope, not buying it once again.

He was crying about being so sick one morning a few weeks ago but miraculously made it to court that afternoon. Something else is "making him sick."

    4. I think you are exactly right and incidentally he has till Thursday to show cause as to why the 10th COA in TX shouldn't dismiss the case outright. He is responding with his usual BS but even he knows its not a legitimate argument so he's working on plan b with his I'm too sick story

    5. Plan "B"--something I wish his parents had used.

    6. That may be true, but just think how many folks--doctors, nurses, medical techs will get to see Billy and his bracelet! That's got to be even more embarrassing than his dirty underwear.

  25. And we take pause this morning for a few words from Rev. Rose--

"Rose Johnson-- Lord God, keep your hand of protection and healing on Bill Windsor -- and let him know the direction you want him to go in his fight against evil and corruption. Amen.

Although MaryD-- even in Bills time of need, will find a way to make it all about her...

"Mary Deneen-- Victim of "Salem Witch Trials" in MT - gross medical malpractice and abusive co-conspirators medical and legal coverup causing serious injury while "very, very sick" they nearly killed me.

  26. Stand by for an announcement of Billy's new book soon to be available on Amazon:
"Ticking in Montana: Living the Lyme" by William M. Windsor.

  27. Karen is late to the game as usual. Karen dear, Bill already said he needed someone else to take over the "Documentary" for him. Where have you been? He all but admitted defeat on his lame talkshoe. His FB page is dwindling, the likes and comments are for the few stragglers such as yourself that don't seem to be able to follow along...and still think he's actually doing something worthwhile.

Would it really matter in the whole scheme of things, if Bill deleted his FB page? Gets a few years behind bars? Really? He's no better off now in exposing "Corruption" than he was back when he lured everyone on board. Not one thing has been accomplished, except for maybe Bill's plot to set up courts across the US with fabricated and manufactured (with the help of his "friends") evidence of said "Corruption." That's the only thing that seems to be unfolding.

"Karen Jutkiewicz-- Hey Bill you must keep your health up we all need you love you and care about you and if anything happened to you what are we all going to do ? We need your help to expose the corruption
Have you made anyone in charge in the event something happened to you to take over in your place in order to move on with the documentary ? You should have someone with copies of everything and etc. Just a thought Bill so in the event anything happens they will think they had shut you up but in Reality someone will stand in your shoes and continue to help exposure of the unjustified corruption"
