Bill Gets in the Christmas Spirit....Well His Version

Bill came roaring off the facebook naughty list with a bunch of Christmas pictures and parodies as well as a promise to give a "Christmas Story" on Christmas.  Maybe his tv has been stuck on the hallmark channel this month.  Will he be retelling the classic of where he spent his Christmas last year in county lock up?  Despite a staggering string of scathing defeats in courts all across the nation.....Bill continues his strategy of never taking no for an answer.  Even after the MT courts had ordered him to cease filing, he continues on as if he never read that order.  Bill is still arguing that the TOP was void at the time of his criminal behavior.  In short, he is making it crystal clear to everyone in Missoula that no court is ever going to be able to stop him from filing new litigation or paper bombing his current cases with frivolous motions.  As we have seen, even jail wont stop this (he will revert to pencil scribble motions which no one can read).

We are now two weeks away from a trial almost no one can believe is going to take place. Only someone as legally ignorant and equally arrogant as Bill could actually turn two misdemeanors into a full blown trial that could result in jail time.  Bill will never admit he did anything wrong, nor will he ever accept a plea deal no matter how good the terms are for him.  He will also never cease his stalking/slandering/and defamation of Sean Boushie or anyone else for that matter. Those ingredients have made for a perfect storm of idiocy which will culminate in Bill's self described "trial of the century" next month.

Indeed this will be a trial/circus sideshow for the ages.  No doubt a seated jury will look over the charges and ask themselves...."why are we even here?"  That question will soon be answered as they are introduced to the pro se defendant.  They will then see the menace to society that Bill really and the fact that just about nothing will stop him from his devious behavior.

"15 days until the Trial of the Century. I completed planning my testimony, I thought. Rethinking some of it. I have turned attention to reading and attempting to learn about making and handling objections. Special thanks to Roby for sending me an excellent article. I have prepared a Cheat Sheet that I will have at my fingertips during the trial."

In my head I always figured Bill would prepare for trial by watching a bunch of Perry Mason movies and mimicking them......in essence I wasn't too far off.  Of course the biggest question hanging over all this is.....who is going to be questioning him for his testimony?  As we have seen in his legal filings, Bill is more than willing to assume the role of second, third or even forth person.....but is he really about to go into court and interview himself?  Really though, nothing could be more fitting than for him to interview himself, it will actually show the jury and everyone in the courtroom just how deep the pit of narcissism can become.

  1. It will be interesting to know how he handles direct questions from the Prosecutor. Windsor hasn't in the past, ever answered direct questions. He plays semantics, picks and chooses how to divert on paper but what will his tactic be, sitting in court, with all eyes on him? Will he stutter and stammer like he has in the past when the Judge is the only one he's trying to impress? Will the Jury see through the billshit at the first moment he opens his mouth? Watches his shaky hands holding that "Cheat sheet?"

Windsor's big problem to me will be the fact that this isn't his show. He's not setting the stage, and they aren't playing. Everything up until this point has been his big build up to something that's completely out of his control. Windsor doesn't like to be the one taking orders obviously so what will he do? How will he get around that fatal flaw of his? His Narcissism has never faltered, and I don't think he's that good of an actor to pull off being normal.

    1. its going to be interesting for sure. the defense he has planned to argue has already been denied by the judge, so he's going to have nothing. he then plans to argue "Jury Nullification" a sovereign citizen/ Freeman BS argument that the judge has already ruled will not be allowed. it basically is the argument that the jury can ignore the written law if they believe the law is unjust. That would only work if he can stack the jury, which he cant. Missoula is a liberal leaning generally law abiding town. he has no chance.

Oh! But its going to be televised so everyone can see!! Ummm... no. As usual Billy can't read, rule 29 local Court rules say local real media only. As in local TV stations.

    2. All very true. His hopes of hijacking this trial, and turning it into a trial where Boushie was the perp isn't going to happen. Their rules, their laws, their way. One way Windsor has tried everything imaginable to divert his own actions. He's proven repeatedly that he will NEVER give up his "Constitutional Rights" to be a menace.

It's also a bad time to play "I can and will stand on campus in a flack jacket if I want." Nope. That very Dramatic display was and is in poor taste, not funny, not taken lightly by real people. He's an asshole. And the Jury will see it the same. Sure some of those people might have kids or grandkids that go to the University. What kind of crazyass mother f'er stands on a campus like that? A Windsor crazy mother f'er. Can and will do whatever for whatever reason he deems fit. Oh yeah, and give him the gun back! It's "Unconstitutional" even though he never turned it in, in the first place. And who's bitching again?
Yeah--right. Windsor. King of Cartman's catch phrase..."Whatever--I do what I want"

    3. those videos, especially the one where he rants about trying to get shot at on a crowded university campus, will be played at the trial, probably first thing, just to establish why the TRO was ordered. the jury will also be told that the TRO was appealed and upheld by both District court, and the MT Supreme court. It should give some weight to the fact that he cant whine there was no TRO

  4. To answer the final question of the entry: Bill will simply testify in a narrative format. Attorneys do it all the time when providing expert testimony to prove up the amount and reasonableness of their fees. The problem is, if you are trying to get key facts to the finder of fact (a jury, I presume, in this instance), offering narrative testimony is probably the LEAST effective way to present your side of the case. You inevitably tend to meander and get "down in the weeds" describing or addressing nit picking points that nobody in the court room cares about but which are important from a legal perspective because they (a) support a necessary element of a claim/offense or of an affirmative defense; and (b) must be presented in the record in order to appeal an adverse ruling. If the witness is being questioned by another person, its easy for that witness to provide the information in response and move on to the next topic. Someone providing narrative testimony, however, will tend to forget important facts, or, on the other end of the spectrum, will tend to get so bogged down in the minutiae that they make it very difficult for a jury to follow the story.

    4. @ Mr. Speaker...what you said about narrative testimony is correct. When a lay person testifies that way, it causes problems for both sides.

I stand by my assertion that there will not be a trial. Haynes is not going to do anything until the trial date, but he is going to dismiss the charges before the circus begins.

@ THE GENII: You appear unable to keep up with everything that is happening in the case. Someone here has dropped the ball, lmao.

@ 6:14: I am not Windsor. I don't think the same thoughts he thinks. I don't say the same things he says. And we are fine with agreeing to disagree about things. The anticipated circus will not take place. Windsor's mmv.

  6. "I'm waiting on her to say again the judge will declare the TOP invalid."

It will probably take a year, but at some point the MSC will either make that statement, or it will agree with Haynes that 40-15-302 permitted the TOP to remain in effect indefinitely without a hearing. In which case, the statute is unconstitutional and will require amendment. This game is a LONG way from over. You will have to be patient.

    1. Sorry Susan, the MSC already agreed with the judge. I'd post a link to their decision but, we all know you won't read it or acknowledge it. I just hope Bill has fun appealing your theories while in jail. SMH LMAO.

    1. Susan, again your wrong. Guess that is why your hear with your arm Chair legal Degree instead of making money in the legal field. I think you should find something else to argue like college football games or something because this is not working for you. I read that same MSC decision which said he can challenge after the trial again the constitutionality of it all. I am sure that he will do so. But, that can't be his defense in court. Most of the time people dislike the law that they broke and they want to challenge the law, the lose. You buddy billy tried to the same BS in Texas with the Anti-Slapp law and you see what happened there. The AG told him to get lost. They have argued that law over and over. But, then again Bill loves common law which is not case law.

I love to tell stories and inject a little humor, but I guess this is not the place for it. I have enjoyed the heck out of writing nasty things about Judge James A. Haynes and Prosecuting Attorney Jennifer Clark, but I don't think the judge will allow me to say them."

    A) He LOVES to tell stories. Yep, that's true. That's about the only thing true about his "Stories." That's all they are. Stories.

    B) He ENJOYS WRITING NASTY THINGS. Yep, also very true--Defamatory, Slanderous, False, harassing, Billshit for show.

Nice to see he isn't making any New Years Resolutions to stop being a menace. Nope, he's already working on his appeal for his conviction--with the twist of course, that it will be the Judge's fault for not allowing him to present "Evidence" (his made up, because I said so evidence, that's actually the same shit he tried to sue in Civil Court for, numerous times and also lost) that has nothing to do with the actual charges against HIM!! He can't seem to grasp this fact. It's like it's physically and mentally impossible. While the rest of the onlookers read what's being filed, the Jury will also be made up of the same types of onlookers. This is also a concept the big Vexi can't seem to grasp. There is NO CORRUPTION for you Windsor except for the "Corruption" you bring with you and your stupid court games. It's YOU! Always was, always will be. SMDH!

Really? "mention of US Marshall Service being in Montana?" IF the US Marshalls wanted Windsor? They'd already have him. If you can't be factual? Can't prove any of the above? Just stfu.

    3. I believe the above post was "Hyperbole" and William M Windsor took the bait. Now he's documented on his very own FB the Hyperbole comment as "Fact."

Clearly, Windsor pretends his "humor" is "Hyperbole" when he makes an outlandish post of which none of his lemmings understand, and then has to admit that it was infact BILLSHIT. (Rarely mind you--will he admit such things--usually he'll blame someone else)

However, if your attempt at Hyperbole misses the mark, and is used by Windsor to aid his Drama and Hype agenda--don't do it. He's an asshole and loves to gaslight fear for his safety, Government conspiracy's that don't exist, and to me, that isn't funny at all.

    5. Ditto on completely full of shit. There are no US Marshalls waiting for Windsor's goofy little misdemeanor trial, duh. IF the US Marshall's office wanted Windsor (which they don't, obviously) they'd already have him in custody.

      Source? You are your source.

Fabricating, making up stuff (that is by definition a LIE), you were hoping and imagining that you could 'scare' Windsor? Makes you absolutely no different than Windsor himself, IMO.
Discussing our opinions, seeing the humor in Windsor's absurdities, being disgusted by Windsor and his antics? Most of us that read and comment here do have those in common. But, just flat out creating whopping lies? You can own that all by yourself, Windsor wannabe.

I recall you covering things that needed to be said, and recorded Mr. Windsor. You were an inspiration to me. I ran into you a few years ago when I was getting harassed by cops, stalked by these bizarre mentally community members, and I had crimes trumped-up on me, and bull sh*t charges manufactured on me, and then I found myself in an unjust courtroom with a corrupt lawyer looking at a very strange judge to boot in South Central Pennsylvania. You say things, that need to be said in this country, and our nation is truely in a sad state now. You're an advocate for the citizens in America, and a champion among activists. There is nothing I ever read of yours, that I felt wasn't important, nor wasn't the truth Mr. Windsor. I would published everything that the judge(s) are doing to you, write the quotes down from courtroom, and what the lawyers are saying, and make a totally documentary. Keep fighting the good fight, and F**k'em all. Hang in there, and don't capitulate until your last empty cartridge is exhausted and falls on the floor below your feet. Respectfully, Daniel E. 14. Reading Bill's Facebook, "Trial of the Century" "If Judge Haynes doesn't allow my evidence in, the trial could be over in a day". These are two misdemeanor charges, right?

For someone that has so many copyrighted images, he sure is pretty free wheeling on using others pics then implying that they were his. Using Google Images Search from his FB page, very few were actually taken by him as he claims to be traveling the country. He's probably been holed up in a motel for the past few months surrounded by pizza boxes, dirty laundry and half full bottles of lotions.

Yes, you're right about his hijacked pictures. It's totally hysterical to search for them and then find them somewhere else. Right before he got his Facebook time out? The picture he posted that all the lemmings were congratulating him for such a beautiful photo? Yeah, that was a GIF where the snow was gently falling. He's such a schmuck. Full of illusions and delusions which he gladly feeds braindead idiots.

Wouldn't take much to shatter their false illusions of their great leader. That's why I believe he gets so irked at anyone who questions him. He can't let on that he is a con. While he uses semantics to get away with being blatantly deceitful, the fact that those he's selling his lies to actually, wholeheartedly believe him, makes his semantic excuse VOID.

Hyperbole is only accepted as that, when the audience you're selling it to knows it's a joke. His audience believes every moronic word he types.

    Billshit of the day...

"If the jurors don't pay attention to the facts and the law, they could hear what I have to say, decide I am nuts, and fry me. But as I saw it in the clear light of day today, I have always told the truth, I have not been afraid to expose dishonesty and corruption wherever I find it, and I see no reason to change now.

This will distress some of my friends, but that's life in the big city. It's my life that has been destroyed by these criminals, and if a jury doesn't want to believe it, I will be convicted of crimes that I did not commit, and I will go down swinging with all that I've got.

So, now I need another re-write."

Ok, so let me get this straight. He is saying that he would like the Jury to IGNORE facts and law? Then perhaps they can "hear" his side? His twisted, lie filled, Billshit stories? Misinterpretations of laws and statutes, or his vein attempts to make the real laws and statutes "Unconstitutional?"

Next up...is the saying that he is going to "LIE" to the Jury? I mean, he believes he tells the truth, which is a huge LIE right there, but is he really saying that up until this point he operates on truth, and so his only way out now, is to LIE to the Jury? Because that's the way it sounds.
