So Playing Grand Jury is Illegal?

http://www.argusleader.com/article/20131220/NEWS/312200025/Activists-trying-bring-citizen-grand-juries-state-they-legal-?nclick_check=1

Gene Paulson was a founding father of Lawless America or its starter group GRIP.  You can see his "they done me wrong" video here  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rYOjh2_uDc. Well Gene didn't get the the cease and desist memo from Bill about that citizen grand jury stunt Bill had planned last year.  He went ahead and tried it, and in Bill's (latest) home state of all things http://www.argusleader.com/article/20131220/NEWS/312200025/Activists-trying-bring-citizen-grand-juries-state-they-legal-?nclick_check=1.  Where is Shied when you need him?  I thought these stunts were fool proof?

Paulson now faces up to 7 years in prison for merely carrying out what Bill had told him and hundreds of people to do.  As you can read in the story some more Lawless lemmings pop up in the form of Stephanie Strong...another South Dakota resident (what do they put in the water up there?).  Stephanie, as we see here http://politicalsmokeout.tumblr.com/post/40016083808/strong-faces-fee-request-doubles-down-on-recording, is not a big fan of rules.  And like Bill, she is finding that seemingly everything she files gets dubed "frivolous and malicious" along with a consequence.  Have they taken their country back yet?  Why is it that their vigilante justice always ends badly for them?

  1. Geez, this is why I think they can't get the revolution off the ground (thankfully). Stephanie "distanced herself from Paulson, saying he’s part of a different movement and operating under different theories.

    1. Distancing herself aside, how does Strong figure she and Paulson are not in the same group?

      Excerpts from link below:

Last weekend, Stephanie Strong sent me a link to "Lawless America," a goo-gob of proposals by a character named William M. Windsor to reform our judicial system. She said somewhat cryptically that Windsor's proposals are "what is going to be presented next."

I assumed Strong meant that she would be looking for a way to get the Legislature to take up Windsor's proposals. I learn from Mr. Montgomery that that is not the case. Rather, according to Mr. Montgomery, Strong intends to present the Lawless America report at her next court hearing, on January 25 in Hughes County. That hearing will consider a claim from Rep. Brian Gosch and the Pennington County GOP that Strong's lawsuit against Gosch for his illegal use of his notary seal was frivolous and malicious and that Strong should thus pay Gosch's lawyer bills.

      ~

      Dear Ms. Strong:

I read yesterday Mr. Montgomery's discussion of your court battle on his Political Smokeout blog yesterday. If I understand his account correctly, you plan to present the "Lawless America" report at your January 25 hearing in Pierre.

Don't. Don't don't don't. The purpose of the January 25 hearing is not to make political speeches. The purpose of that hearing is to defend yourself under existing state law from the complaint of frivolous and malicious litigation Gosch and the Republicans are trying to use to punish you for challenging them.

The Lawless America report is not a legal courtroom defense. It is a proposal for legislative action to reform the judiciary. The courtroom is not the proper venue for that report. When you sent that report to me, I assumed you intended to seek out legislators to sponsor those proposals as legislation.

      ~
I cannot stress strongly enough: you must focus on the issues at hand, not on the bigger reforms you want the Legislature to make. I guarantee that if you waste time in your January 25 court hearing talking about the Lawless America proposals, you will only reinforce Team Gosch's contention that you are wasting the court's time with frivolous political grandstanding, not making a serious legal argument about violations of existing statute.

    2. Sounds like Stephanie wanted to pretend she didn't know Paulson, (convenient to divert the heat hu?) but he was in GRIP and she contacted Windsor to spread his *new world according to Windsor order* around.

They are all tied together in the WWW, so pretending they are working with different groups doesn't work. Bam...it's all right there.

I seen this same person (gingersnap)on joey d's elliscountyobsever blog in the past making all kinds of remarks about others and their kids. Seem to me this is some over weight bald headed man in his late 30's to early 40's sitting around doing nothing all day, but getting on blogs and making comments about others to stir up crap. guess he does not have a job or a life!! Or he works for his daddy and plays on the computer while his dad is out making the money to feed his fat lazy son:)

Before u make comments that hurt others and their family's- take a long look in the mirror and fix your own problems b4 passing judgment on others!! From what I hv seen posted by gingersnap in the past this is a good for nothing person who needs god in their life.

At this point I am not sure that would even help this person

Will you feign shock, surprise & outrage when he ignores you & your deposition demand?
