John Darash Moves His Own Goal Post

On last night's call for the National Liberty Alliance, John Darash revealed that he had a little chat with the local DA, and it seems now that the date of the 22nd needs to be moved to the ??th.  The NLA tried to prosecute the local clerk for not letting them take their country back, aka you didn't file my made up documents in time.  It seems an anarchist group can be stopped dead in their tracks by a technicality of a court clerk.  The DA told them that he couldn't prosecute because there is no law or statute on the books that she violated.....to which Darash told him that "there are lots of laws that are not on the books".  Anyway, leaving the meeting, it dawned on Darash that even if he gets the local Sheriff to make arrests, he is never going to get the DA to prosecute them. This 4th grade level revelation to John of our legal process led him to proclaim to his followers that this is a game of chess.

So now, they don't know what to do, or at least John is not going to discuss his plans on air.  One caller said this must end with citizen arrest to which John's co-host quickly said "exactly" before John cut him off. Gerard, the co-host, confirmed that the NLA had been advised by authorities that what they are proposing is considered paper terrorism to which he responded that it was the authorities that are the terrorists.

Darash tried to reassure the audience that all wasn't lost as he had two huge announcements to make:  1.  He has changed the jurist oath to a jurist vow, and 2.  They had secured their Jurist pocket booklet that can be purchased for $.65 a piece.  This little booklet would help free the people into realizing that they are all Me The People.  Darash tried to incentivize his followers by pointing out that if they purchased 1,000 copies, the price would lower to $.60.

The main problem now for John and the NLA is that they are quickly becoming Lawless America II. Just like when Bill was setting dates a year ago, now John is having to back off and change his.  If he wants people to continue to join and hit the donate button, he is going to have to show them he isn't just the flavor of the month.  Everyone was showing up and giving him attention because he was standing at the edge of the cliff about to jump but claiming he had mastered human flight. Now he is saying "hold on, I don't like this wind direction" and much of his audience will move on to the next big flash in the pan.  Windsor's followers started dropping in droves when he kept pushing back his big dates, starting with April Fools day and then on to May Day.  Now Darash, and his NLA are on the same path to irrelevancy.

  1. What?!?! The prosecutors won't play CLGJ?

Good summation, Gingersnap. Darash mentions that he has people leaving already. Darash also sounds like LA II in the way he is unable to take calls and read e-mail because he is overwhelmed by people asking for his help.

Where Darash is not like Windsor, and it's a relief, is that he is dedicated to his mission. Where Bill would say 'we are going to do whatever, but it probably won't work', failure is not an option for Darash. Darash truly believes he is doing God's work. He will not be distracted or deterred by other groups or what they are saying about him. And he does not bad mouth anybody.

    1. yea whats refreshing about Darash is at least he realizes what he is singing up for. He is inserting himself in as a public figure and he knows he is going to take criticism as a result of it.

    2. Windsor wasn't man enough to accept his failures so he needed to create a scape goat. He will be forever remembered as the giant man child who sued everyone who said meanie things about him.

Darash will probably keep his dignity in tact, even when he can't accomplish what he promised. He shows a higher level of character as a "leader" than Windsor ever did. I still don't agree with any of their plans, but I can respect Darash for remaining solid.

Windsor on the other hand....suing everyone he can think of, just because he needed an excuse as to why he didn't finish what he started...SMH Pathetic man.

    3. Yeah, that's the difference I think - respect. I don't agree with Darash any more than I agree with Windsor. But it appears Darash was chosen by his peers to lead the group, he didn't just "take a leadership role" and it is a group effort not a one man show. He is not chasing people that leave the group, slamming the door on them, calling them "haters" or suing them. He thinks anyone that disagrees with him is uneducated but he is not hateful in expressing his opinion.

    4. This "respect" issue, and simply "taking leadership roles" is where "Susan's" gripes about Windsor came into play. She said he just nominated himself as leader, while all the others were not in agreement.

However, it still is troubling why anyone would assume that Windsor would be able to accomplish anything, with is Vexatious label, and his well documented history of frivolous filings. How can anyone expect someone with such a horrible reputation to be able to accomplish anything in a "reform" type setting, when he himself doesn't respect court rules? It just blows his whole claim of "corruption" out of the water, when he himself does things that are clearly unethical.

    6. I can't help but compare the difference between Windsor and Darash to what happens with a herd of horses or a pack of dogs. There are generally two kinds of leaders. One kind decides to be the alpha and uses fear of being chased, bitten or kicked to control the group. The other kind is chosen to be the alpha because of it's intelligence and temperament.

  3. Nice comparison to LA, with the notable difference being that, unlike Windsor, Darash isn't suing citizens who disagree with his insane plan.

    1. That is because he also does not have millions to spend. Lawless america is dead. According to one lemming it was dead 2 years ago. Soon someone will make a blog covering the rise and fall if lawless america and william m windsor.

    2. Windsor didn't even intend on finishing anything. He pushed off his dates for the GJ stuff, long before he started suing people. He really just needed an excuse that the lemmings would buy so they didn't sue him for breach of contract or something. Depending on what he actually told them of course.

I know a few were under the impression he was going to turn their court cases around for them. When their pleas for help on his FB went unanswered by him as they were headed back to court, they left his group. Others left when they saw how unorganized he was, and how it was always some big story behind a delay. Windsor is an excuse maker, and kind of the semantics game. That is not an honest person to consistently live his life selling false illusions to people.

Damn! I never thought of that one. I'll try that next time.
