Windsor Won't Pay the Filing Fees

The Texas case is currently stayed, but that would be news to Bill as he keeps filing away as if nothing changed.  The case is stayed while they wait for word from the Federal Judge on the vexatious litigant status of Bill and his lame attempt at circumventing the order.  Yesterday, Judge Solis issued an order:
http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=ohpwua&s=8#.U0WQ3vldXUV
http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=rcnigk&s=8#.U0WQr_ldXUV

Judge Solis isn't interested in beating around the bush and the opening line says it all:  "William Windsor is a vexatious litigant with a track record for filing frivolous lawsuits and, once those frivolous suits are filed, filing legions of frivolous motions."

History repeats itself, because that's exactly what he is currently doing in all his frivolous cases across the Country right now.  Now its going to take Bill several months and a small forest of trees to object to that first line, but Judge Solis gives Bill another hay-maker in the second line:
"In July 2011, the Honorable Thomas W. Thrash, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia entered an injunction against Windsor, prohibiting him “from filing any complaint or
initiating any proceeding, in any court (state or federal) or agency in the United States without
first obtaining leave of a federal district court in the district in which the new complaint or
proceeding is to be filed.”

Honorable?  Bill has already declared Judge Thrash "massively corrupt" and Bill went ahead and voided his order.  You can feel Bill's hand shaking just reading this.  Then, Judge Solis addresses Bill's little sneaky attempt to get around the order with his game of "if you don't say no I will take that as a yes".

"On November 21, 2013, Windsor sent a letter to Chief Judge Sidney Fitzwater seeking
permission to file a suit in Texas state court. Doc. 2 at 4. In it, he stated that “[I]f I do not hear
from you by December 7, I will assume that you did not disapprove.” Doc. 2 at 4. On February
25, 2014, Windsor sent a letter to Judge Fitzwater’s judicial secretary stating the he “accepted no
response from Judge Fitzwater as ‘leave’ to file as [he] stated [he] would do in [his] letter.”

Oh no, they are on to you Bill.  And we see just how much in the footnote at the bottom of page one:

"Windsor appealed the decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, but the appeal was dismissed “for want of prosecution because the appellant… failed to pay the filing and docketing fees to the district court.” Windsor, Certified Copy of Order at 1, Sep. 15, 2011, ECF No. 119."

The ghost of Bill's legal past is coming back to haunt him.

"On March 15, Windsor submitted another letter to Judge Fitzwater’s chambers again seeking leave to pursue a state court lawsuit. Doc. 1 at 2. At that point, the issue was referred to the clerk’s office to be filed as a miscellaneous matter.
To this point, Windsor has not paid the filing fee to the Clerk of the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Texas. The Court will not address Windsor’s request for leave
until he has paid the filing fee. Windsor is directed to pay the Clerk $46.00 filing fee or file a
motion to proceed in forma pauperis within 21 days of the date of this order or the case will be
dismissed for want of prosecution."

Fool them once, shame on you, fool them twice....contempt for you.  Now Bill has a very tough decision to make with his $46....pay it and hear what he knows he is going to hear?  Or just file a bunch of objections and try and sue Judge Solis?  Are we now about to enter the phase were this millionaire starts complaining about how he can't pay his filing fees......or...spoiler alert, defendant attorney fees?

  3. I have a couple questions: 1. How is snoozie or Tramp going to respond, this order sounds like it's too difficult for her to understand?

    2. Does this mean Windsor will attempt to try and find another Federal Judge to file to since it doesn't look like it will be in his favor?

  4. LOL Windsor is having selective memory issues right now. He can't seem to remember saying that he would charge the elected officials, Judges and politicians with treason, find them guilty...and treason is the only charge he would use the death penalty for. Wow, everyone other than a lemming has seen his videos, and read what he wrote claiming just these things, and viewed it the exact same. In fact, using Windsor's own words to boot. Not defamation Bill, you said it. Own it.

    1. I remember that. He said it, he wrote it out too. Judges considered corrupt(which is pretty much all of them according to Bill) will be brought before his citizen grand juries. When they are found guilty of violating their oath, he considers that treason. Treason being the only thing that warrants a death penalty. What part of this is he now denying?

    2. OMG Susan brown nose Harbison chimes in. I guess she didn't watch his DC live stream, or read his numerous articles on his .com where he clearly states exactly these things. I guess those are the links she couldn't be bothered going to see, that were posted here. What a dumb bitch.

"Susan Harbison Bill, Fleming and some of the other GENII indicate you propose the formation of citizen grand juries which would hold criminal trials and sentence the convicted. Is that statement true or false? Did you propose that the citizens grand jury could impose the death sentence and somehow see that it was carried out? I never heard you suggest such a radical plan but there are those that insist they did hear it. ???"

    3. Or is it defamation because it's Bills own words and videos being used to make a point. But Bill says he never lies, so what are we to believe. What he said in videos and posts before, or that he now thinks his own statements defame him?

No, Susan, I never said any such thing. I never said any jury of any type could impose a death sentence and somehow carry it out. I spoke many times about the fact that citizens grand juries were worthless because no one pays attention to what they do. What I presented was a way for people to go to the county/ state and federal grand juries with their criminal complaints, and I shared the list of criminal statutes that I researched and determined to be possible. There have always been links to this information on www.LawlessAmerica.com. At one time, I used the term "citizens grand juries" (unfortunate choice of words since I feel they are a joke) as to something I proposed that could be done if the government grand juries could not be reached, but that was to be like the case review that the New Hampshire legislature has done. It would have no power, but it would be a way to highlight injustice and alleged wrongdoing. There were never any details discussed about that. These Joeyisalittlekid people have no evidence of any of this outrageous stuff they say.

You supplied the evidence!! It's posted a coue if comments up.

    7. Oh geeze, how awkward is that link above. Susan, there is your pal Bill in a video filmed in D.C. He says exactly what he is now denying he said. Or is it Bill defaming himself? Nope, it's Bill saying exactly what Sean claimed he said. Like I said, bill's own words and videos and blogs are proof of what he has said.

  5. Thanks for posting links to the filing. (Actually, this one is in federal court, so any of us could find it on PACER, but the links are still very nice. I hate not being able to read the latest filing in the various Windsor cases!)

"Honorable" is just a title; it's what you're supposed to call judges when you refer to them by name in a sentence. So Solis isn't complimenting Thrash, he's just showing him proper respect.

You're certainly correct that Solis is well aware of the kind of person he's dealing with, though. And even if "Honorable" doesn't really count as evidence of this, Solis clearly thinks a hell of a lot more of Thrash than he does of Windsor.

It's a fun order. And you're totally right in that last paragraph about Windsor's "very tough decision." I'm on the edge of my seat.

Regardless, my bet is that Windsor ends up suing Solis sooner or later. Which, again, would be fun to watch: Windsor Litigation is quite a spectator sport, for those who are fortunate enough not to be on the business (i.e., defendant) end of it.

    1. In Windsor's latest filing in Montana--"Response to Order to Show Cause", Windsor wants the order to be denied or stricken and that he be allowed to conduct discovery and: a hearing [is] scheduled on the ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE at a time that allows the Plaintiff the time to conduct discovery and drive to Georgia, drive back to Texas to organize the information and then drive to Montana.

Would someone please tell Windsor mankind has mastered flight and it's actually possible to travel to multiple cities in a single day? I know because I've done it many times.

    2. Hahahaha he can't stall if he fly's. He needs the extra time to be all vexi and frivolous. He also sounds like he wants to un seal the MOM case. What does the court in MT have to do with sealed records in GA? How on earth is this going to benefit him?

He's saying he is not vexatious, but I think the voluminous filings in all the appeals cases, and the fact the Judges have warned him about them kind of prove that he is in fact vexi. Over 300 page affidavit? Really? The dude is trippin. An affidavit isn't "evidence."

  6. So, in the recent Ellis County Case, Bill files a 32 page reply to challenge the Texas Participation Act, or basically Anti-Slapp as yes Unconstitutional, which is actually funny, because this is an article and quotes from Bill championing it:

"Windsor admits SLAPPing 4 Judges and Several Attorneys"

"If you aren't familiar with SLAPP and ANTI-SLAPP, you need to be. I didn't know anything about it until someone emailed me recently. I can't find that email, so I apologize for not being able to give credit where credit is due."

have sent Anti-SLAPP demand letters based on Georgia law, O.C.G.A. 9-11-11.1. It's a wonderful statute that theoretically forces people to state everything in court filings under oath -- something that the attorneys rarely do. This will make them a little more honest or enable you to rack up current claims against the attorneys and your adversaries for perjury."

"rategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPP) refer to suits brought in response to efforts by individuals or groups to participate in the democratic process by some person or entity that claims to have been wronged through that participation. A common type of SLAPP suit is a defamation action. 2 Law of Defamation § 9:107 (2d. Ed.). These SLAPP laws often have a chilling effect on the grass-roots exercise of First Amendment Rights. Id"

  7. I know that some people in the Windsor camp feel they have V2K. It is possible Mr. Windsor and the Lawless America Association have gotten past the "Gatekeepers" and were able to unseal the plans to such devices. I believe that I may be a victim of V2K and also S2K (sight to Skull) that is where you actually see videos of things like people gathered at a DC meet-up talking about getting 500,000 members to join the revolutionary party. They would join after watching the Movie "Lawless America" and then send their 1 cent to Windsor to Join. They then would have "Citizen Grand Juries" across America holding trials for Politicians who they as Grand Juries have charged with "Treason" (Sounds like NLA). The would then sentence them to the death penalty. After they are no longer in office because well they are executed, Lawless America would assume their offices and retroactively change laws to make it so they never committed the crime of Murder. That is what I believe I have been bestowed into my head by lawless America Association. I have started to get Tin Foil Delivered using Amway because I get business points but also because I need lots of it. I have to go for now. But, in case you don't hear from me tomorrow I have been accosted by small Aliens.

Ok, Here is what I propose, I propose that Mr. Windsor take to the Airwaves and get national publicity with his supporter Marti Oakley who has a new radio show that is being broadcasted on the air. He can see if they get any supporters from the newly syndicated conservative radio stations. If gets on the Air I can call in and we can have a challenge. It would be like Rand Paul and Barrack Obama and Obamacare. I can call in to the show on the Air and ask him about the Washington DC trip and all. We can talk about all those legislatures who never wen't how packages were put in trash cans, these are his own words per the 106 talkshoes he has had and that are downloaded with my handy dandy software program. He said "we are going to find them guilty, I suspect...and then the idea is we take over the positions in government and then we will retroactively validate all these actions that we take in the interim.."

3:12 Bill said re: the death penalty "you got to be against it, except in the case of treason. Death penalty for treason. Treason is exactly what all these federal judges and government officials have committed." 10. Haha, he protects himself in his own head with semantics per usual. He never planned to hide in a closet with a knife and murder politicians, so he hangs on that. He never technically planned to do it with his own hands, so he uses semantics to worm his way out of the accusations. Not very well, though. He says to himself, dude, I didn't mean I was gonna murder anyone. I meant some would be given the death penalty by a "legit" jury trial because they did the ultimate crime of treason. (Yunno, chewing with their mouth open, ignoring him, etc). He says to himself, self? That's way different than murdering with a knife with my own hands, therefore the Joeys are wrong. They defame me, make me look bad. I will stalk them, defame them back, and sue them.

We all read his multiple writings about assembling citizen grand jurors to charge, try, and convict politicians, judges, and other government officials with treason. We all read his multiple examples of treason that aren't treasonous at all. We all heard him say repeatedly that treason gets the death penalty if he has his way. We all watched his DC live streaming and listened to him explain the whole thing. Hell I was there and wasn't listening to what he said. I was running around doing what I thought were my organisational duties. I listened to some when I sat down and thought Geeze Bill tone it down you sound like a crazy man. I listened later word for word. We all heard the talkshoes. We all read the proposed legislation changes. I even put in my thoughts on the changes I wanted in the juvenile court immunity arena. Most of us have all the recordings and writings copied to our own computers. There is no denying what he said repeatedly. It's a matter of semantics in his head is all, to not look quite so bad. He did the same thing on a smaller scale when I had an ex parte order of protection on him. He technically never said to me, Allie I'm coming to your town with my gun to shoot you. But you bet your ass he repeatedly over several weeks said he had a gun, then said he took it everywhere, then said it was purchased for haters, then named me his biggest hater of the moment, then said he was going to visit all the town's where each hater lived, all the while using multiple websites to stalk, harass, bully, intimidate, threaten the named haters. Hey Bill? It ain't working. You indeed are your own worst enemy. Get off the internet, go home, take a pill, beg your children for mercy, and pack it up. Your own words are hanging ya. Dozens of people have every word you've ever said, including video with your tone of voice and meaning. How's that for semantics?

    2. I should clarify that my idea of what matters in this mess differs from some. I personally don't find his blatherings about the above, to be that huge. I suppose that's because I never thought he'd get anywhere with it. My thing is the intimidation, lies about folks, stalkerish stuff, etc. All this jury, treason, death penalty junk just makes me roll my eyes. Still, there is no denying he said it all, and said it repeatedly with tone of voice, in conversation context, to mean exactly what he now says he never meant. Just once, just one time, I'd like to see a liars pants actually catch on fire. Too bad lying and weird political opinions aren't illegal. God bless America.

He's complaining Sean called him a murderer, when really he meant to have jurors find politicians guilty of treason, he meant to have treason hold the death penalty. Yeng, yang. He claims I accused him of being a mass murderer, when really I said he bought a gun for haters. Yeng yang.

1:26 – “I'm speaking to you tonight as a representative of the Revolutionary Party. The Revolutionary Party is a new party that's been created to save America. I happen to believe it's our only hope. If the president the United States doesn't realize that our country has never been in a worse state, he should be impeached for incompetence. If he does know, and has done nothing about it--covers it up-- he should be impeached for treason…”

5:20 – “Now that every member of congress has Lawless America’s evidence, it's put up or shut up time. Either the House and the Senate schedule public hearings immediately, or we will move quickly to impeach our elected officials and put them on trial for treason.”

5:37 – “Now these are hard words. This isn't a game. This is more serious than a heart attack.

27:00 – “Our proposal is to build a new political party from the 99 percent who are currently essentially powerless. We elect people who we feel will be honest and protect these fundamental rights, and we have contracts, and pass laws that enable us to hold these elected officials accountable. Our elected officials will do WHAT they say they're going to do, or we’ll remove ‘em. By requiring every government official to sign a contract with the citizens making them accountable through Grand Jury action, we will be forever protected against the corruption that has eaten our country alive.”

In fairness: late in 2011 & early 2012, Bill was all about ambushing and sneaking into legitimate Grand Juries. If you listen to the Talkshoes in chronological order, you can follow the shift in his opinion and rhetoric that Citizens (or common law) Grand Juries are the way to go. By the end of 2012, Bill was all in on the CLGJ idea. Seems Bill wants to forget about an entire year of statements and ideas he published.

As I recall, Bill expected all of that letter writing and all those writs of mandamus he asked his followers to complete between fall 2012 and spring 2013 would be ignored by recipients. That was to be further proof of corruption and justification for forming CLGJ.

I wonder if Bill's selective memory is a result of the FBI visit. Or maybe he is setting the stage for his failures in MT, KS, MO and TX courts to be more examples of corruption. His claims of injury against most of the contributors to this blog are so frivolous, either he really is crazy or we aren't the end game.
