Insurrection Within the Insurgency?

Well guess what? The NLA won't get to take back their country on June 2nd after all.  It seems you have to pay the filing fee if you expect to get on the court docket.  Darash explained to the clerk that he is the People, and Me the People don't have to pay fees.  Somehow that circular logic didn't impress the clerk and everyone now has to wait for Darash to make up a new "plan".  What is it with these SovCit types that don't think they need to pay the filling fees?

Anyway, as I have pointed out, the NLA is not only out of gas, they are actually going backwards as infighting and finger pointing now rule the day.  Darash is about the find out why all these anarchist groups end in failure....they have no structure.  Just like he tries to tell the US Government that they have no authority over him, the same holds true to his followers and him.  Who is he to say their idea as any dumber than his?  He seems to be backtracking and his followers can sense it.  A regime change inside NLA may soon be at hand when you look at the kind of comments that are being posted now:

"The courts have shown their contempt. They have shown their intent to simple brush us off. They have shown their willingness to prefer prison to enforcing the constitution. We have shown no method to compel them. They have all the power they need as long as we are unwilling to use force. The answer is in the sheriffs, who apparently, at this point are cowards and traitors and worthy of punishment reserved for traitors. The only entity that has so far shown a willingness to enforce the constitution is the militia. A meeting with the militia is the next nessessary step, to gather their support and influence."

That comment is dead on...paper terrorism isn't working.  The government ignores it.  The only way they can get attention including media attention is to go to show of force like the Cliven Bundy showdown.  This is the inevitable next step and is exactly why all these people are considered domestic terrorists.  Darash may not agree and come up with a new "plan", but it wont matter, his sheep are finding a new master and they want to see action, much like Gene Paulson got tired of Bill just talking about citizen grand juries and instead took action.

  1. Seems like the common denominator with all these "everything is corruption" people, is their sense of entitlement, need to control everyone and everything, lack of empathy or understanding for other people's rights, and their failure to take personal responsibility for their actions.

Until they succeed in their master plans to force their way through life, getting what they want at whatever cost, they will not be happy. Take a look at Windsor. Perfect example-- his complete and utter need to control everyone and everything by whatever means necessary, including violating the rights of others in the process. Manipulating people around him into doing things that only serve his agenda in hurting people for fun, control, power because he is entitled.

These are the types of people who are destroying this world.

  2. These people do not want to work within the political system to lobby to get change or at least help each other to gain office the normal way with out removing people by force as windsor and others have stated. You can't just try to force your wants onto people. They can get all mad and probably end up getting arrested or literally shit at in an armed conflict. But they wi find out they are in the minority and that we have a system that needs work and policing but if they want another system they will have to get everyone to agree with it to make it happen.

  3. We live in a society of selfishness and greed at all levels of life. Everyone is in it for themselves.

  4. NLA had a special meeting last night to discuss the latest judicial order. The filing fee is $400. And OMG!, the flag in the court has fringe on it. Darash gave the judge until Monday to respond to the writ of error. If the judge doesn't respond, they've given him 8 days to set a hearing so they can inform him of his fate. They are planning to get to SCOTUS to indict all 200 NY Fed judges.

With all the talk about corruption and no transparency in government, sort of seems like a double standard that Darash says nobody needs to know their names or the name of the CLGJ foreman. The papers they are filing are deliberately signed in scribble.

And they have the same plan Bill had - everybody write letters. They need to use their little seals and send letters to all the judges in their states at the same time. And same problems as Bill, Darash just can't get people moving to do what he asks. They are also talking about taking a trip to D.C.

I only got through first 35 minutes of 2 hour call.

    1. I musta quit listening about same point you did, NB.
The bitching about the "fringe" on the flags in different courts? Can this man not use #Google to learn about some of the subjects he chooses? I realize he only made it through jr high, but, I have a 6th grader and that kid already knows why certain flags have "fringe"!
Seals? "Create a seal? & whoever is the most knowledgable in that state should be the one reasonable for the possession of that sea"? What's he trying to do? Has he not realized these "People" each believe themselves to be the most knowledgable period? He's just begging for the in-fighting to escalate! Can't you visualize the ruckus this seal dilemma is going to cause?
the People person #031 "No! I'm making our state's seal & it will be in my house!"
the "People" person #047: "Oh no you're not! I already made our state's seal & it's at my house!" bawahahahahahahahahahahaha

They're taking over the country, yet they have many issues that they'll decide how to handle later! Sure they will. This is going great!

    2. I remember that these dumb conspiracy nutjobs that are mostly tea party people believe that the fringes on the display flags mean a state of martial law. They are actually flags made for ceremonial purposes and pretty to look at with the nice fringes. We had them in the army also. All I can do is shake my head and wonder wth. But for some reason we have these types.

    5. Why yes, yes it did, Petunia. Don't you have any appreciation for the truth these days?

    7. I understand the comment from Anon 4:47 about the Anon 3:52 and the drivel. It's the same Anon that doesn't seem to like anyone unless they are a Democratic drone. Everyone else is blamed as a tea party person. I'd rather drink tea, than drone punch.

    8. Drivel snivel wth. Get over it. Look there are a bunch of nutjobs thinking flags with nice gold fringes mean were all going to FEMA camps. SMFHO

    9. Additionally find me one liberal democrat that believes in that theory. You can't!

    10. Wow. All this time I've been on this blog, I always thought it was a bipartisan effort.

Stupid is as stupid does regardless of party affiliation, or right/left leanings. 3:52 has a point - moderate right wingers and Tea Party-ers may not like it but here's the truth of it: not all of Tea Party-ers are conspiracy nuts but all of the conspiracy nuts are Tea Party-ers.

No need to get your knickers in a partisan knot. It was a statement about conspiracy nuts and the flag. The "drivel" was not created here, it was created on the NLA call with Darash, who BTW is a Tea Party-er.

    11. LOL see, Anon 1:19's true colors come thru. Their first comment wasn't just about some fringe, it's their twisted perception about life in general, and their complete lack of ability to see anyone elses views or opinions. Clearly if you believe in Jesus you suck, if you aren't a dem-- you suck because the world poverty is your fault due to hand outs, and well basically, everything wrong with the world is your fault too. Hahahaha

      Peace out!

    12. I find comments made at 1:19 and 9:56 objectionable. I don't want contribute to a partisan or a religious war here - but I have to point this out:

I have listened to all of the Tea Party vetting videos posted for candidates in my county. With one exception, all of the candidates were running on a "I love Jesus" platform. To the extent that each reflected a "complete lack of ability to see anyone elses views or opinions"; they indicated laws would be passed based on their own religious beliefs. And at the same time, the candidates spewed their belief in limited government.

It's not a matter of "if you believe in Jesus you suck". IMO, the statements I heard have no place in politics. IMO, it is a matter of elected officials should fairly and equally represent all of the people in their districts with honor and respect for the right of religious freedom. Otherwise, how would this country be any different than Vatican City, Israel, or Iran?

P.S. The one exception I heard was a man that used to be a Christian minister. He is the only one out of the group that I consider a viable candidate. He did not spew or hint at any extreme right wing rhetoric or shove his beliefs down anyone's throat.

  5. It looks like another of Bill's followers has found the NLA folks. Thomas Gage is posting on the New Jersey Common Law Jury FB page, along with Zahra Ali Y'sra El and Jayson Burg (NLA state coordinator).

Gage defaulted on his mortgage in 2008, Wells Fargo won a judgement against him in 2010. Mr. Gage refused to leave the property and was evicted by the Sheriff's office. He did not answer the initial complaint filed by Wells Fargo, but oh boy did he file a lot of complaints after he was evicted. The US appeals court called him vexi and enjoined him from further filings in the matter. So now Mr. Gage is effecting a citizens arrest of the Somerset Co Sheriff for criminal activity in the eviction and sale of Mr. Gage's property.

Oh, and it's like old home week on the NJ page - George McDermott posted there too, looking for CLGJ help.

Another thing about Mr. Gage: in his testimony to Bill and in his most recent video he states that he is a 3rd generation American. Maybe so, but that is the most Russian sounding NJ accent I've ever heard.
