With friends like these…

By NBTDT

I was looking at the list of people that provided affidavits and other documents in support of Bill Windsor for the Missouri case; there are a lot of unfamiliar names.    This raised several questions.     Who are these people?  How are they connected to Bill?     How long have they known Bill?     How well do they know Bill?    Do they know Bill aside from sitting in front of his camera for an hour?     What do they know about Bill other than what he posts on the internet?      When these people approached Bill to be in the movie, did they expect to become part of a revolution?   Or, did they offer their testimony only in hopes of resolving their own specific issue?     If they weren't active within Lawless America, then why were they motivated to help Bill in this way?    What did they say about Bill?
I found that most of them gave their “testimony” to Bill.     In the moments when I've had nothing better to do over the last couple weeks, I watched the videos of the people on the list and gave Google search engines a good work out in an attempt to answer some of the questions.      The people whose videos are posted fit into one or more of 5 categories: complaints about child protective agencies, complaints from people who have been, or are advocating for someone convicted of a crime, complaints regarding losses in civil court, complaints of elder abuse, and complaints of government corruption from people who dislike and fight bureaucracy.
The categories break down according to primary complaint as follows:

Child Protective Agencies
Total number = 15:  4 people complained that children were removed from the parents due to accusations of sexual abuse.   The other 11 people complained that children were removed due to accusations of physical abuse or neglect.

Criminal Convictions
Total number = 18: Complaints of judicial and/or law enforcement corruption in conviction of 6 murders, 3 sexual offences involving children, 2 for physical abuse of children,  3 for kidnapping, 1 terrorist threat, 2 for fraud and 1 who did not disclose his crime (he gave his testimony under an alias).   All are claiming innocence.

Civil Court “corruption”
Total number = 35:  Of these, 8 were for property claims, 27 were complaints of family court corruption in a divorce and/or child custody case.   Of the child custody disputes, 12 involved unsupported accusations of sexual abuse by one parent against the other, 6 complaints were either for not receiving enough child support or wrongfully ordered to pay support and there were 7 unsupported accusations of domestic violence.   All of the custody cases involve at least one accusation against the custodial parent, a few have two.    Except for Yevgenia Shockome.   Yevgenia deserves honorable mention as she hit the trifecta – she is accusing her ex-husband of sexual abuse, domestic violence and she is refusing to pay court ordered child support.    She is fighting the court order to pay support in two states.   She went to jail for contempt of court.

Elder Abuse
Total number = 6:   All complaints were similar, regarding poor physical care and liquidation of estates.

Government Corruption
Total number = 19: Complaints regarding judicial corruption, various government agency corruption and civil rights violations.

There were 7 people on the affidavit list not counted in the category break down: 3 were just friends of someone else Bill filmed, 4 do not appear to have given their testimony to Bill and no connection to Bill or Lawless America was found in searches.
There are 100 names on the list.    Bill has about 1200 testimonial videos posted and many followers that were not filmed.    Affidavits were publicly solicited from all of the Lawless America followers.   Surely the active and familiar members of the group responded to Bill’s call for help.   Sharon Anderson responded.   But she’s not included on the list.   So why stop at 100?   Why not submit 101 affidavits?   Does Bill just like even numbers or did he cherry pick his supporters?    How many other followers responded to Bill’s call for help but were not chosen?    Are the 4 people not filmed the only real world friends Bill has?
Of the 100 people listed, I recognize 21 names as being active after the D.C. event last year; 7 have joined up with National Liberty Alliance, 10 espouse SovCit rhetoric and 3 are conspiracy theorists.    My count of active members may be slightly off, but roughly 79% of the people listed do not appear to be participants in the Lawless America revolution.   This causes me to wonder if the majority of these people were motivated to assist Bill only for the promise of resolving their own issues and securing a place in the movie.

As for what these people have said in support of Bill, maybe the affidavits will be obtained through FOIA or shared once the case is disposed so that we can judge the credibility and validity of the statements for ourselves.   In the meantime, if the affidavits filed in Texas are an indicator, I suspect the Missouri court is holding on to 100 worthless pieces of paper.

  1. One of the affidavits provided by Bill in the Texas suit is from Balloon Betty. In it she claims that MVZ was declared the author of JIALK in court records. We now know Bill doesn't think this is true. So basically that affidavit is now proven to be worthless by Bill himself. I look forward to seeing the 100 affidavits in Missouri to see how many were motorized on the same day by the same notary. Could be very interesting to see.

Great article NBTDT. It does raise many questions. Like the questions for the "affidavits" he also provided in KS and MT. We know that Janice Levinson has a personal ax to grind against AMPP, and Crystal Cox and Mary D have their own personal agendas in MT. Now, did any of these people know of Windsor prior to his little gig? No, they did not. Do they know of Windsor outside FB and away from agendas? No. They communicate with him via email I am sure, but only react based on what he has told them, and their own agendas. Their sole relationship with Windsor is "conspiracy" related blah, blah. Now, it an interesting twist, you could actually look at what Windsor is doing, and say they are and have conspired to frame, set up, falsely accuse etc. those people that Windsor is suing. His motivation? He is the only one who stands to benefit by using affidavits that he either helped them write, told them what to write, or in some way influenced.

  3. The Missouri affidavits are cut from the same cloth. (Tree)

They run the gamut from 'I don't know Bill personally, but I really like his Facebook page' to 'I know Bill well from Facebook, and he's a revolutionary and an honest man being attacked. ' to ' I'm friends with Bill and I know for a fact that Allie is committing crimes of espionage, fraud, and criminal stalking, against Bill and we demand her imprisoned'.

Like Texas (assuming), they are worthless, not admissible in court, and their only real accomplishment is court staff entertainment. That, and to make the writers feel as though they helped Bill. (Which I believe is ultimately for Bills own narcissism, to keep the lemmings motivated to worship him.)

    3. he had to come up with something to make them feel involved. But as far as I can see, his only goal is his need to win, to play the court game for his own benefit. It has never really been about anything beyond Bill and what he needs or wants.

The lemmings were feeling left out, so he gave them a task, for his own benefit. It was a fools errand no matter how you look at it, they are not party to the case, and whatever they wrote doesn't matter to the courts. I believe Bill knew this, but needed a way to keep them involved.

They really are all just like Bill, there are rarely any comments on each others posts on his page. It's a bunch of me, me and me. And Bill is the best at that game. LOL, it's always been that way for the lawless.

He even now says, "including a program of covert and illegal infiltration of the IRS" after he is posting about donations and the IRS. This goes along with his radio interview where he states that he's being targeted by the Government and is on some hit list.

Maybe it is time for Bill to go underground for sometime. It is possible that the Government is once again tracking him down. After following his footsteps from one mail forward to the next. I believe he can only be safe in arizona on the border of Mexico. Maybe Tiawana.

  6. This is pretty funny. So, the desperate attention whore aka William M Windsor latches onto another very large and powerful name to grab attention.
    1) MVZ had/has nothing to do with the blog and he knows it. His own admission about "Balloon Betty's" bullshit affidavit says it all. But he needs to throw as much shit against the wall and see's what sticks right?
    2) Depositions are rolling into high gear? WTH is he talking about? He knows the case is stayed and even admitted it when he had a brain fart with one filing he completely missed. Such a pathetic attempt to write on his .com lately. I mean, damn, he's a hot fricken mess. Anyway, carry on. Just thought the two references below prove how desperate he's getting now.

"Are members of the Church of Scientology and Scientology Fair Game behind the vicious cyberstalking and defamation of William M. Windsor?"

    1. The mendacity of Windsor never ceases to amaze me. Windsor now wants all the donors to the movie to email him so he can send them a receipt because he never said or implied the donations were tax deductible or an investment. Ya right. And he didn't play ass-grab with Tammy. Ya right again. Windsor better hope and pray he never has to go in front of a jury because it won't go well for him.

Lastly, check Windsor's Talkshoe shows--June, 2012--he claimed there was "no money" for the movie; yet, now he's claiming he's spent $150,000 on it. Sorry Billy, in a court of law you won't get to eat your pie and have it too.

    3. I have a question. Windsor stated repeatedly that the "corrupt courts and judges" stole ALL his money in the MOM case. He swore under penalty of perjury that he does not have a paying job now. So, if he says he spent 150K on a bunch of youtube clips and an extended vacation trip (for lack of better words) around the US, (not including Hawaii or Alaska because he didn't go there) where did he get that money? For a man who cries all the time about being "broke" he's sure got an awful lot of mattress money.

I disagree to a limited extent, Attorney. Mr. W could object to any answers given by Ms. O that he deems non-responsive to his questions. Though it's speculation, I could imagine Mr. W interposing several objections for non-responsiveness if the answers he gets aren't the ones he wants.

    13. if he objects when he doesn't like the answers, the depo will never end. The only answers he will like are those he provides himself.

    16. Second-Chair AttorneyMay 17, 2014 at 10:10 AM

@ 10:53: objecting to a non-responsive answer, then repeating (and possibly clarifying) the question to get an answer that's responsive, is the better practice. A deposition is the equivalent of taking (and giving) testimony in open court. Anyone taking a witness's testimony, at a deposition or in court, is entitled to a responsive answer to a properly propounded question. Anything less than that is subject to objection.

    1. Send checks to Madison SD? Well now that's fun. That shows he changed it fairly recently, because he didn't have the Madison PO Box, he had the other one in Box Elder SD first. That was long after his April "I ceased to be a resident of GA" article. In fact, he didn't update his address until right around his stalking venture in MT last summer. (many months after he ceased to actually be working on the "movie.")

Then, during his appeals in MT, he changed his address to the Madison one (November 4th 2013 in court records), then changed again recently to TX. (Even though, he went straight from stalking in MT to TX and hasn't stepped foot in SD, let alone spent repetitive nights to constitute a "resident".)

I think these changes he thinks are so clever- will backfire in court.

      Windsor semantics.
      1) because there is currently-- to this date no "movie"
      2) because he didn't write down the donors name, so he won't acknowledge it?
      3) because it was cashed by Barbara and not Bill so he didn't actually touch it?
      4) because it wasn't made out to anything referencing "the movie"? 5) because he told them to make checks payable to B. Windsor? (probably so he could claim it wasn't for the "movie")

take your pick. I am sure there are tons of other Windsor excuses and semantics to sidestep the truth.

D, you're a sweetheart. Um, you know, I, if you want to do that, then you know it's your call. She's talking about donating $5,000 and what I told people I would do is, uh, if we get people who donate, then, uh, I can't offer to allow people to quote/unquote invest for a percentage of the profits if there are any. But what I'm planning to do is if people have donated money, we'll take whatever percentage that is of what we bring in totally to do the movie and then, uh, if we end up having a block buster hit, folks might actually make out pretty well from it. So D, I'm gonna leave it up to you.

0:39:00 - 0:39:21: William Windsor [talking with DT who is communicating with Bill via the Talkshoe chat screen].

Well alright D, you're in. D do know this, we have somebody who's come in saying they're gonna put in all the rest of the money we need, uh, but hey, you'll get in there and um, and you'll have a piece of it, and I told 'em that we had folks that who had put money in.”

      Donation or investment? You decide.

His lies are documented FOREVER on the WWW and really, even my 11 year old son could read his trash, see the evidence, and figure out what hes doing. Delete
    2. Maybe they can't find him. Maybe he's evading the state controller (or whoever that lady was Attorney posted about) Perhaps that is the reason for his numerous PO BOX changes and his new Gypsy lifestyle with no physical address. Also why he hasn't changed his drivers license in over a year after moving out of GA, or why he hasn't changed his license plates. It looks like that is a man on the move who doesn't want to be found.

      Delete
    3. No matter how badly everyone wants him shut out of the courts, it would be a violation of his civil rights to bar him completely from the courts. IMO, the Feds did all that they could to keep him in check. The only place Bill is getting away with his frivolity right now is in MO (but at least it appears he's on a short leash). KS is ignoring the whole thing. MT & TX are doing their best to consider and protect the rights of all the parties, IMO.

The up side is, Bill is own worst enemy - the more claims he makes, the more vexatious he appears and the more ammunition for defense he gives respondents. If he intends to file complaints in the other 45 states, maybe the others will be able throw his harassment cases out of their courts more quickly.

  21. I agree NBTDT, he has the same rights as everyone else, but this has gone so far beyond that its insane! And I don't only mean the shiz he gets away with in court. See, I backed away from the whole LA thing pretty quick because honestly, once i saw the type of wackos he was filming, I knew right away I didn't want to be, well, considered "one of them". My reason for associating with it at all was legit. I'm not a blathering conspiracy theorist, or someone that lived in a trailer with an abusive boyfriend and complained about cps. And before I even heard of the boob, I met a few sane ppl with stories like mine. Enough to see there is definately corruption and I had no idea before. Shoot, if someone time me my story 4 yrs ago, I would think they were lying. So when I hear some other stories that were so much like mine, I was pissed, scared, I don't know, it was hard to believe. All I did was read, read read and was shocked to see thousands of pages on the net about this. So, when I read about LA, I thought, what a great idea! Ppl NEED to know what's going on. I did Google the boob, but only read one or two pages about him. I told my son about it and he was totally excited to be able to tell his story and finally have ppl listen. Like I've said before, I saw things I thought were effed up almost from jump. Allie did too. We talked about it a lot! I just wanted to be able to say what happened to us and thought maybe someone that was going through the same thing might see it and not feel like they were losing their minds like I did at first. And it did feel good to sit there and tell my story. I'm not a cryer and I let it go. Lol. And my son felt empowered holding that stupid crime scene banner up. Even though it ended up being this stupidity, my son had a voice. I still think the "idea" of exposing the corruption is a good idea. Bill was just a fraud and an asshole. We didn't know. I never thought that HE woupd change anything or help anyone, but I did have hope that the TRUTH would. Then he ended up victimizing the "victims". Not just through court. He stalked them. Actively TRIED to ruin their lives. I still don't fully understand what happened with the whole suicide note drama. And its been so long now, I really don't care. But this man continues to tell lies, harrass ppl, and give ppl false hope that their voices might be heard. IMO, that's far more vile than being vexi. Idk, just venting.
    Don't mind me.

    10. Please put my $5 wager, made early on Saturday afternoon, toward my outstanding balance in Ginger's cuss jar.
      Predicted it hours in advance!
Saturday night + full moon = Webb was bound to make a showing.
Unlike Windsor, that Webb supports clandestinely, he will retract/delete his idiocy before the light of day has the opportunity to glare upon it.

    11. @ Webb: That is chicken sh*t to delete your comments. If you felt it worth saying, is was worth staying. Totally ticks me off that those that went to bed (like me) missed whatever twisted thoughts you had in trying to pick a fight.

With respect to the comment you did leave up - you have the wrong blog, most of us are not victims. And, Spammy is right. Victimhood, as relates to subjects on this blog, is a choice. And it seems you make that choice every time you post here.
