Bad Dog Windsor Gets Rebuked

Despite his relentless attempts to make a mess out of his criminal case, Bill got a major slap down from the Montana Supreme Court.

A good ole one page bitch slap.  Windsor of course will say that no order can be valid that is simply written on one single page.  Good move Bill, way to piss off the judge in your criminal case.  You hit the preliminary nuke button on Judge Haynes, and the launch malfunctioned.....but the intent was no doubt duly noted.  Pro Se Baby!!!!

After getting that bad news, Bill is now working on his new get out of jail free card.......the old "I'm very very sick, I'm not sure I can make it to my criminal trial" one.  His tummy hurts and he forged a note from his dead mommy that says he can't go to trial this month...or next month and possibly any other one.  And speaking of children's games, Bill's new defense strategy....if he ends up having to go to court......is to try every 8 year old's trusty stand by defeanse reasoning: "but he started it". Move over Susan, Bill has a new legal adviser in the form of the infamous Crystal Cox.  Instead of arguing for his innocence, or to plead for leniency, Bill and Crystal want to go back 20 years and bury the jury with reams full of pointless paper in this made up war against Sean Boushie.....again forgetting that the case before them is the State of Montana vs Windsor.  This is sure to wow a jury of his peers.

After nearly two years of radio and video silence, Bill had an actual radio show last Tuesday night. His sovereign citizen followers were unable to control their true colors as the NLA was continually mentioned by his followers as his way out.  Bill also addressed his ole buddy Don Acree who was certified as insane and was killed in a shootout in his home in Tennessee after opening fire on officers who were trying to carry out a warrant issued on Don.  Its telling when Don...one of the attendees at Bill's Failure in DC event, was remembered by Bill as one of the more sane people there.  He even addressed another SC buddy of his Eugene Paulson and how he is currently incarcerated for carrying out Bill's citizen grand jury stunt.  Bill reiterated that we are not going to be remembering it that way....Bill said "special" regulatory grand juries....not citizen grand juries which is just silly, as to what he promoted.  Windsor showed why he is the king of modesty as he compared himself to Jesus Christ on his show.  It was also clear that the very few remaining followers of his are deeply insane and shouldn't be roaming the streets freely right now.

As always, Bill has shot himself in the foot.  He is about to take what would have amounted to a minor slap on the wrist charge....and turn it into a felony conviction with hard time allotted to it. He has made such a mess of things now that MT must go through with the trail.  A jury is going to have to give Bill a stern lesson in what his unapologetic bad behavior is going to get him.  Bill said on his show that a conviction of 7 years would be the perfect ending to his fake movie......maybe he will get that great ending after all.

  1. Great article. I find the connections between Cox and Windsor very interesting. I also find the connection between Windsor and Jeff Baron, John Margetis and Joey Daubin equally as interesting. Now throw in the fact that Windsor is attempting to tie his big "Government Corruption" expose' together by linking Montana and Texas together.

Why would Windsor pick Boushie to target? Did he use Boushie as the shill to attack the same Courts/Judges/Government employees that Cox tried to, and failed? Same with Baron/Margetis/Daubin? Windsor used the blog as the shill to create a diversion with fake complaints, so he could ultimately attack the exact same Judges/Courts/Government employees?

Both Windsor's claims against the blog, and Boushie went nowhere because he had no proof or evidence to support his claims. He's appealed the crap out of both and lost each time. Now, he seems to have "irrefutable proof of corruption," and possibly collusion between MT and TX? WTH??

While hanging out in the conspiracy crowd, reading and watching the crazy crap they come up with, I might have gotten stained. But, realistically the puzzle pieces seem to be falling into place--not like the lemmings who pull shit out of their asses and run around smearing the internet with it.

It's just very interesting to see the common denominator here, (retaliation, and harassment) and Windsor's hatred of the Government along with the fact that he chose to hone in on specific courts while owning several domains of these same Judges, long before he even started litigating there. Guess we'll see if any higher up's have also made the connections and launch investigations and possibly file charges or not.

  2. Interesting timing of the mysterious sickness. Seems Windsor got sick the same day (evening of...as in after) this order was written. Things that make you cough "Billshit."

  3. Cox is being forced to contribute, knowing Bill can (and, he has probably threatened, will) spill the beans on certain emails she wrote. That would immediately involve her criminally and might even form some sort of Hail Mary (full of ticks) deal for Windsor to walk with time served. Their entire method and tech for that masquerade of SB has always been the manufacture of headers any script kiddie could verify as fake after a single security conference.

Bill will hesitate playing that card as it amounts to pleading guilty, but it remains in his hand, right after I'm too sick and I thought the Judge said I could travel to Costa Rica.

I will have to put my money on Cox however, she was playing already when Bill found her. I saw some of the emails between the two. To think she just interacted with him all willy nilly like, is naive. It will be a good show when it happens. And it will happen.

Weighing in at a hefty 350 pounds, he's all that and a bag of Reeces, from Georgia, no Texas, no South Dakota, it's Baby Bill Windsor!! (Music: "I'm too vexi for this court, too vexi for this jail, too vexi by far-ar.") And our next contender is an up and comer hailing from under some rock in Montana, a self proclaimed journalist, reverend and activist, it's Reverend cocky Coxy! (Music: "She's got webs. She knows how to use them." All right fellows, this is to be a fair fight, no sucker punches, no hits below the belt. Ladies and Gentlemen, we will now take a station break as our Sponsors now debate the words "fair fight."

That's right, Bill. You get to argue that you're innocent of the charges and that's all. Don't act so surprised. Anyone competent with The Law isn't the least bit surprised. We know you still have one option. Go ahead, Bill. Run.

If they don't investigate, they will firmly establish that corruption is behind what is being done to Bill Windsor."

    3. Here's a question. Windsor asked for a continuance in the criminal case because he just doesn't have time to get all his evidence together, yet he's posting he's filing a new lawsuit against the "haters." So, how does he have time to file yet another suit, when he can't seem to find time management skills to put together the information he needs to defend his criminal trial--which he would have had about 2 months to prepare for?

So basically the way I see it, is he's stalling in order to deal with the TX appeals, file a new suit and continue being a menace--but put off the very real criminal case. Also, once Windsor files suits or appeals, he suddenly asks that court for a stay, using the Criminal Case as an excuse as to why he can't fully present his information to even state his case/appeal. (also using "incarceration" when he's not in jail as a stay excuse) SMDH at the lengths he goes to--to manipulate and play games with all the courts.

      Delete
    4. Yeah--this is what he's using the extra time for--instead of preparing for the criminal case. Never give Windsor an inch--he'll abuse it every time.

  12. But, while his Motion for Continuance of the Pre-Trial Conference was denied, it was actually granted. His Motion for Continuance to give him time to obtain evidence and interview witnesses was granted. So, things don't have to be such a race. The new trial date has not yet been set, but June 22 is canceled. What's the deal with this???

    1. Maybe it's to give the prosecution more time to gather their evidence based on the recent "posts" linking Cox and Windsor together, to show just how far back this stalking, harassing, intimidating etc of the Boushie's goes. (along with the Judges, LE, and others) Perhaps even they didn't know just how deep the Billshit went until the recent postings (boastings) by Cox.

  13. This is the hilarious part to Windsor's claims of "Defamation."

" IF YOU HAVEN'T READ WHAT THE JOEYISALITTLEKID GANG DID TO BILL WINDSOR AS OF OCTOBER 24, 2014, THIS MAKES FOR SOME SICKENING READING: http://joeyisalittlekidlawsuit.com/?page_id=33"

Windsor wanted to claim to the courts, that he had the largest case of defamation in history. Problem is, Windsor in his Drama King obsession republished, and reposted the alleged defamatory comments/opinions repeatedly. Made sure that his people (and everyone on the internet) knew of, read, saw, the "defamation." Windsor posted repeatedly that HIS website generates hundreds of thousands of visitors. So, how does him reposting, republishing and claiming these things caused him to be defamed fall on the blog? No, no, no...Windsor defamed himself. He made sure that everyone out in the WWW could see what was allegedly said. Of which the majority is twisted, not in correct context and used solely to paint Windsor as the victim.

Next problem is that Windsor was deemed a "Limited Public Figure." All opinions and comments, are the rights of people who are discussing the antics of a self made political figure, producer/director, and drama king ceo. He put his entire life on blast, and made sure to allow people the opportunity to form opinions--just as long as they comport to his. IF you don't agree with his thinking--you are a "Cyberstalker, hater, defamer--a JOEY."

Windsor has no case. He defamed himself, and his precious "reputation" was tarnished by his own actions. Hey Windfart? Maybe if you sued yourself, you might finally get the media attention you've been trying SOOOOO hard to get--while defaming yourself and using your "haters" to blame it on.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. And, Windsor didn't just direct people to read his dot com--he even made a youtube video. While people didn't see what he was whining about, he needed to make damn sure they did, so he made this little video too. Now, what is it exactly? This is a double whammy defamation video. He's defaming himself, while also defaming an entire group of people.

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4e0tk7IHYf0

So, from private emails no one would know about unless he blasted it, FB posts that are rarely read--or any other place that wouldn't be seen by many--Windsor made sure to make these alleged things very public for publicity since he was failing on his own. This video was published by Windsor Jan. 2, 2013. He's still crying about the exact same "defamation" to this date--except the people he blames these alleged defamatory comments changes to suit who he's targeting. SMH

  14. "Bill Windsor volunteered for a polygraph examination to prove the truth in Montana."

"In fact, he volunteered for more than that. Bill Windsor told the Missoula Police Department and the Missoula County Prosecuting Attorney to hook him to a polygraph to see that he has never said anything but the truth.

Gee, why wouldn't they take William M. Windsor's generous offer ..."

Maybe because Sociopaths, Narcissists, and Pathological liars can't use polygraphs?

"The classic description of a psychopathic or sociopathic type appears in Cleckley's book The Mask of Sanity (1976). In it, he lists these characteristics of psychopaths:

    1. Superficial charm and good intelligence.

    2. Poise, rationality, absence of neurotic anxiety.

    3. Lack of sense of personal responsibility.

    4. Untruthfulness, insincerity, callousness, manipulativeness.

    5. Antisocial behavior without regret or shame.

    6. Poor judgment and failure to learn from experience.

    7. Incapacity to establish lasting, close relationships with others.

    8. Lack of insight into his or her own personal motivations."

"While antisocial people do not have themselves "psyched out" very well, they are often good readers of other people, adept at exploitation. They excuse and rationalize their own behavior, putting the blame for their problems on other people."

"Primary symptoms of the antisocial personality are amorality (lack of ethical standards and consistent moral judgment) and impulsiveness. They typically have a hunger for stimulation and a lack of responsiveness to social controls. The sociopath will commit the same crimes or antisocial behavior repeatedly, even if caught and punished. When caught red-handed, a sociopath makes charming apologies and talks of how life will be different from now on. But he or she is likely to slide back into the same bad patterns. There is little effort to conceal wrongdoing; if caught, the sociopath freely confesses and tries to make everything all right with personal charm. But a sociopath has no real regrets over hurting people or breaking rules; the apologies come almost too readily because they are totally insincere, a means of minimizing the consequences of being caught rather than expressing true regrets."

"Research suggests there may be a biological component to the sociopath's fearlessness. Sociopaths are remarkably tolerant of electric shock (Hare & Schalling, 1978). Under tense conditions they show heart rate acceleration but few other signs of stress—no sweaty palms, for example. They typically pass a lie detector test even if they are lying. Ability to pass a lie detector test is part of the FBI's profile for murderers who mutilate their victims, because this type of person is usually an antisocial personality."

Ok, so at about 2:05 ish--Windsor states he will give the opportunity for those on the other side of these stories a chance to tell their side. When? Because from what I've witnessed, no one is allowed the other side. How can Windsor still be claiming this movie was derailed due to the "haters" when HE failed to vet anything, failed to contact the other sides for their testimonies to refute the videos he has had on YouTube for more than 2 years? Yeah, those same one sided videos he allegedly presented to "Congress" to "Prove Massive Corruption."

It's all just a big, huge, Billshit scam. Yes Windsor--Scam. In the AMPP is a hategroup video up thread^^^ you claimed you aren't giving information to the bad people of whom these filmed people were talking about. No...you bashed the crap out of them for even saying it. But, here you are--admitting that you WILL give the "accused" their say--but when called out about it-- from this video--you went ahead and made the other one trashing them for even making such a ludicrous claim. So Bill, which is it? Either you lied about filming the other people and giving them a chance to refute the stories against them, or you lied when you said AMPP made this up. Either way-- you sir, are a pathological liar.

If you can stomach listening to this nasely, blowhard, you'll find numerous tid bits of Billshit. And in 2013 after we get past meet me in DC event I will be recording a video and preparing written material that will explain to you just exactly how we're going to go about this. There are a group of people already doing this currently putting together some written material on it, and we will explain to you just exactly how it is that we will uh, go about this." blah blah blah..."we will find them guilty, then we have to take control as a party to retroactively validate the action we have taken by these "Citizen Grand Juries" that people put together around the country."

AHHH there it is. The ol' "Citizen Grand Juries" comment he claims he didn't mean, and only misspoke once or twice. Uh no. Except of course when it's stuff he's written himself and deletes--so he can then claim he never said it, and it was defamation.

I just wonder what Lemming he's going to pay, to take the blame for the current charges of the TOP violation. You know he's working on an angle to get out of it. My guess is he's trying to find someone, some broke ass tramp, he can con, pay off, and blame--so he walks away scott free. I do believe this ordeal will make an excellent end to the movie. In the final scene, I'm either found not guilty, or I'm escorted in shackles into the Montana State Prison. Quite a power trip -- $250,000 and two years' of my life invested, and I was not even going to be in the movie as you may recall.

IS ISIS RESPONSIBLE FOR LAWLESSAMERICA.COM BEING HACKED, OR IS IT JUST ANOTHER JOEY?
It could be ISIS out to get us. Or it could simply be those society outcasts who lurk behind their computers as part of the Joeyisalittlekid Gang.
Or it could simply be that the servers are down in ICEland.

    1. Right. And pretty much solidifies the charges against him for violating the TOP. What he did in taking the long trip to MT after making the comment he was getting his gun permit, then proceeding to waddle around MT in a bullet proof vest (who does that if they're non violent) physically stalking, and documenting that stalking (ie taking it "In person" and off social media) which earned him the TOP to begin with--along with his continued harassment via appeals after appeals--earning him an extended TOP, and now with the numerous violations of that TOP. A "reasonable person" would see these things as a direct threat.

I am surprised that the current criminal charges don't include the plethora of new civil cases Windsor included Boushie in. If he was not found credible in MT for his "Criminal Charges against Boushie" but found that it more harassment, it seems fair or reasonable to believe attempting to also sue Boushie in TX, and a few different times in South Dakota should have also been added to the charges. Boushie clearly lives in MT. Not TX and not SD. So, how can Windsor file in those states to drag a man from his home state where the same basic complaints were denied--where there would be a Jurisdiction issue out the gate--which would only be more harassment towards Boushie to defend/argue against. Bill is a bully. He has been an internet Bully the majority of his senior life. However, taking this bully nature on in person, thus civil suits with no merit and fake films, seems to warrant more serious charges to protect the public in general not just Boushie.

  44. Bill Windsor: "Missoula County Attorney Jennifer Clark is to advise me this week as to when I get to interview the witnesses against me. I look forward to learning how they can prove that I sent a Tweet, an email to an attorney, or published two articles online. And I really look forward to exploring the non-existent police investigation into these dastardly crimes."

I'm pretty sure this is voluntary on the part of the witnesses, Bill. Still awaiting an opinion from actual lawyers who post here, but I've never heard of prosecution witnesses in a criminal trial being compelled to talk with anyone except during the trial itself -- in that case, on cross examination. So I think that unless these people want to talk to you, Bill, you're out of luck interviewing them. You would know the rules on this if you had acquired counsel. Neither the court nor the Prosecutor are required to inform you of rules you're ignorant of. You were told this when you went pro se. That's all they're gonna do. You're going to be hurt by your ignorance. The Prosecutor is well within her rights to take advantage of your ignorance -- to not school you pre-trial on any of this. She's doing what she's paid to do. Win cases.

    I salute her.

    1. Especially not when the person may be a victim compelled to be interrogated by their own abuser. Especially since Windsor has a history of fabricating court papers and demanding to see people alone in his hotel room. Especially when he only wants to place them on trial and humiliate them. They should be advised and thankfully it look like they were, not to talk to him and to report if he tries to talk to them.

      Delete
    2. Actually, Montana allows (as do many states) the deposition of a witness in a criminal case under limited circumstances. The burden is on Bill to show any of the statutory circumstances exist. The only one I can see that might be relevant is if he can show the witness is unwilling to provide relevant information to the requesting party and said information is material and necessary to prevent a failure of justice.

The Court may order the deposition in those limited circumstances and may order it to take place at a court-designated location. My guess is that the judge would require it be taken at the Court house so that he can step in and rule on any objections immediately. I also expect that the witnesses would be informed prior to testifying that they do not have to answer any irrelevant questions (which would be anything that does not directly relate to the offenses at issue), which would significantly limit Bill's ability to humiliate them or extract information he can twist and use in his civil lawsuit(s).

      Delete
  45. So here's an answer. http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/can-the-prosecution-question-a-defense-witness-out-990034.html

"Just as you cannot force a prosecution witness to talk to you, they may not force a defense witness to talk to them if the witness does not want to do so."

Like I surmised, witnesses have rights. Now, would it be legal for the prosecution to advise their witnesses NOT to talk with Bill Windsor? I think that would be fine. At least the prosecution could say they might have to drop them as a witness if they talk with Windsor.

One assumes these aren't witnesses hostile to the prosecution's case, so they would naturally tend to follow the Prosecutor's advice on this. Unfair, Bill? No it isn't! You're able to advise your own witnesses similarly! Your witnesses can't be forced to speak with the Prosecutor or her agents prior to the trial. Nevermind you don't have any witnesses, Bill. That's not the court's fault. That's not the Prosecutor's fault. Not their problem.

    YOUR PROBLEM!

    1. That's odd. The Prosecutor has already advised her witnesses to not meet with Windsor. Oh no! She'll be charged and convicted of corruption with the rest of the legal system in three or four states (I lost count).

    2. Yes and no (see my response to Anon at 11:32 a.m. above). The witnesses do not have to agree to be interviewed by Bill; however, he is entitled to information they have that is material and necessary to prevent a failure of justice. This would include any witness statements, police notes regarding the witnesses, etc. It is foreseeable under some limited circumstances that Bill could request their deposition and be allowed to take it under very controlled conditions.

  46. Here's another quote that says it simply:

"The key though is, it is up to each witness whether or not they want to talk to anyone, whether the prosecution or defense. The witness has the right to simply decline to talk to anyone."

My correctly figuring this was true wasn't because I'm any sort of warehouse of legal knowledge. It just made sense in terms of witnesses being people too, and having the same rights as other people. Common sense, Bill Windsor. Get some. You're not going to do well without it.

  50. Windsor implied the Prosecutor was lying when she said there weren't depositions in a criminal trial. How's he gonna react when the Prosecutor doesn't *arrange* witness interviews for him this week as he evidently thinks he is due because he's Bill Windsor. I know you either read this blog, Windsor, or have one of your fractionally intelligent worshippers read it. Check and see if what I'm saying is true - that the witnesses you hope to put on the spot and interrogate like THEY'RE the criminals don't have to talk to you pre-trial.

You're not screwed on this stuff, Bill. Same rules apply to everyone.

    1. He doesn't care if it's true or not. All he cares about is that he can make these statements and the cult of followers believes him. It's the only thing he has left. If he says something, they are so brainwashed the simply eat it up and run around waving their arms in the air yelling "Corruption" for him.

His word is shit to the real world. He's been outed over and over on his blatant lies, yet, he just types up something that states "he never lies" and that's it. Everyone that has been watching this slow train wreck over the past few years has seen what happens when a lemming stops drinking the Windsor-ade and dares to ask a question or point out the obvious. Just recently Jean Taylor-Todd experienced the wrath of Windsor--and Windsor-ade drinking idiots.

If you follow Windsor, do not ever question him. Do not ever point out the obvious. And do not ever be a free thinker. If you do? Congratulations. You're now a "Joey."

    2. Montana Code Annotated 46-15-201
      (1) In district or municipal court cases, a deposition may be taken if it appears that a prospective witness:
      (a) is likely to be either unable to attend or otherwise prevented from attending a trial or hearing;
      (b) is likely to be absent from the state at the time of the trial or hearing; or
      (c) is unwilling to provide relevant information to a requesting party and the witness's testimony is material and necessary in order to prevent a failure of justice.

In this case, witnesses will attend the "trial", so forget a and b. For c, the judge has already ruled against any depositions, so..Nope. Windsor believes there are all kinds of "material", which just dosent exist.

      Delete
    3. My prior response was to the folks who have said there is absolutely no right to depose a witness prior to trial. That is false.

Even in this case, the question of whether Bill can still obtain a deposition of a prosecution witness is not entirely resolved. As I said earlier, the entire issue revolves around materiality. In this instance, if the DA has identified a fact witness who has not made a written statement and who has not agreed to be voluntarily interviewed by Bill (and only an idiot would agree to that), then Bill would be able to petition the Court for a deposition of that witness on those subjects. The fact the judge has already said no to depositions does not mean Bill cannot approach him a subsequent time with a more tightly worded request that the judge would have to grant or risk any verdict being thrown out on appeal.

This issue reflects the problem with relying upon AVVO or nolo-press or other websites (even those whom, like AVVO, have actual attorneys providing answers) for legal information. The answer you get can differ depending upon the facts, the jurisdiction, or even the manner in which the question was posed. For example, in the AVVO link set forth by Anon at 11:58 p.m., the question was whether the prosecution can question a witness before trial. Only one of the top three attorney answers (that given by John Matthew Leace) even approaches implying that a witness can be subpoenaed, deposed, and forced to answer questions.

      Delete
    4. "Materiality" and "tightly worded requests" are not in bill's arsenal. And this is precisely where he fails be it civil or criminal. When it comes time to produce specifics....Bill is looking to change the subject

    1. There was in fact a virus going around the Northern Rockies lately. I and several family members had it, as well as friends. I'm 60 and it knocked me out of commission for 36 hours. Okay here's the "but". This virus (flu, rhinopharyngitis, acute coryza, who knows?) did not cause any stomach or digestive problems in any of the people I know who've had it. Also, it's a very quick illness. You feel like absolute crap for 24 or 36 hours and then you feel much, much better. You may be coughing up some junk for a few days afterwards, but it's a productive cough and doesn't come with any pain at all. Friend of mine in his 50s has asthma and was over the illness quicker than I was.

So I believe Windsor was sick. I don't believe he's been sick for a week. And unless he got hold of some nasty Reese's cups, I don't understand the puking and stuff. I'm not saying he didn't puke (he IS a puke) just that that's not part of this late Spring bug that came through WY, ID, MT and so on.

    2. No, no, no....he came down with a severe case of "court bitch slap." Causes one to become instantly nauseous with inflamed butthurt. The chronic cough comes and goes, depending on how bad of a case of "court bitch slap" one gets. In his case, it was several courts.

But, it does seem to shockingly disappear with a small amount of "contempt" being offered up, and the adrenalin of thinking he might get to pull a fast one with some frivolous filings. The adrenalin rush lasts long enough to go to Fuddruckers--but then wears off when the reality of a talkshoe where he must relive the "court bitch slap" and suddenly he relapses. He doesn't sleep and his diet is mostly sugar. His immune system is going to be weak, and his liver, kidneys, lungs, brain and heart are ticking down a silent countdown. He claims in court documents that he is in perfect health but he has a laundry list of symptoms and mysterious ailments he won't name. Some of it real, some psycho-somatic and some made up on the spot. He admits he has trouble keeping his doctor's appointments. He should be in his own home town with the best doctors his money can buy, instead this is one more aspect of life he has given up for his lone obsession. So how can he ask for damages when he is admittedly the source of his own medical abuse and neglect?

Nope, just like Windsor he is a man obsessed with being murdered, and he doesn't think he'll be murdered because he spoke out against the hospital for any alleged malpractice. No, his paranoia runs much deeper than that.

Cruz thinks doctors misdiagnosed his father with heart disease so they could poison him to death and make money from Big Pharma. He claims his family was threatened to force his father to die.

This presents 2 problems for Cruz's own case, the first being his phobia of doctors and the second being that he may have misrepresented his medical history. Cruz has maintained that his doctors did not warn him about the risks off heart attacks, but here in this post Cruz claims that he has no genetic history---he says his father's heart condition was non-existent. Did he tell his doctors the same?

What Windsor does is not hyperbole. He expects people to take it literally. Just look at the people's comments on his FB page. They're not laughing, they don't think it's a joke. These people believe every word he says is true. When he writes his lies, he does it with maliciousness, knowing damn well, that what he's saying is untrue. There is no element of humor to suggest it's a clear joke. He is not funny, and the audience he's playing to, is not the type looking for a comedian. He's standing on a soap box, screaming "Corruption" and Anti Government hatred. There isn't anything humorous in that.

No. You haven't experienced it [bias, unethical judges] throughout your court experiences. You allege it. You most undoubtedly WILL allege this exact same billshit throughout every court you step foot, because as you state you are exposing govt & judicial corruption. So, how is any Judge supposed to rule Windsor? You will cry and whine about anyone who doesn't rule in your favor. What Judge would? You never present facts or evidence. You present "written affidavits" of your claims. What you claim is "Evidence" is not "Evidence" at all. It's just more of your "See your honor...this is proof." Uh no Bill. It's not.

But I digress...going back to the whole argument about bias Judges.
